Chapter 2: I can fix him

Seriously, Konoha is so much bigger than I thought.

The whole place is more accurate to be called City Hidden in the Leaves instead of Village Hidden in the Leaves. The population is probably somewhere between 15000 to 20000. With about half of that being ninja clans.

The Anime probably only mention the most elite of these clans. Most of the other clans doesn't seem to have much of a unique clan jutsu or kekkei genkai, probably remnants of vassal clans of the the major clans. Kakashi once mentioned of the Hatake clan but I sure as hell has no idea what's their specialty. Being genius? Doesn't seem that unique really.

Now, the combination of the previous Shinobi war and Kyuubi Incident has led to Konoha to have severe decrease of their manpower. To bolster up their number, the Murder Gremlin Academy (yes I know that's not the actual name) has lowered their intake standards and allow intakes from non-clan civilian children

Which is mostly orphans. Since the village has to feed us poor bastards, we pretty much has no choice to become part of the cogs of the war machine that is Konoha Enterprise. Well shit, I was planning to be a merchant when I grew up and dipped out from this godforsaken village. I don't want to get nuked by Pain.

As I reached 8 years old, I was enrolled into the academy. There was 6 class of our batch, 30 kids each. The clan kids was in Class A and B, while the rest of us lower mobs from civvies and lower rank clans are placed class C D E F. Beats me why the hell this place use latin alphabet to label the classes, coz I sure as hell there's no "western" countries making contact with this "asian" nation. Naruto worldbuilding was a confused mess.

Anyway, I am Makoto Hotaru. The Number 1 ranking student of Class F.

Yes, I am the strongest of lowest ranking mob characters, but it is an achievement. Beating up 8 years old snotty brats is not rocket science.

Lowest tier of chakra reserve. Has no special genetic traits. Not much of a high intellect capacity either. Just because I have some Earthly knowledge doesn't make me much of a genius. Most of the things I know are just useless anime wiki knowledge and a lot of random animal videos.

Dolphins are psychopaths. Who knew?

Oh, back to ninja curriculum stuff. Us C D E F class are pretty much just being prepped to go straight to the Genin Corps. No special Jounin sensei for us losers, that's for the A B class. I pretty much has the life of an expendable pawn to look forward to.

Oh yea? About the Uchiha Massacre thing? Well, I am just an 8 years old academy cadet, F class by the way. The fuck can I do to stop it? So, I happily delegate the responsibility to everyone else by just sending a letter wrote "Uchiha Revolt" to every clans mail boxes, anonymously of course.

Let them figure out that crap.

That was 2 weeks ago and I noticed Sasuke doesn't come to school today. I check class1-A everyday as I passed by while going to my class, just to see the canon cast.

Man. Sakura's parent's must be rich to buy her way into that class coz she totally don't deserve it.

Oh yea, Sasuke doesn't come to school today huh? That's weird. Kid has perfect attendance record.

"ALL YOU KIDS SIT DOWN QUITELY! THIS IS A HOSTAGE SITUATION!"

A blazing red eyed ninja barged into our class, and from the sound of it the other classed are being taken hostage too.

As the kids around me panicked, I too, pretend to be panicked like the rest of them. No need to act like I am friggin Aizen here.

Viva le revolution. Kukuku, I just caused the Uchiha Revolt. All according to keikaku.

The whole Uchiha Revolt happened for 3 days. Obviously, the Uchiha lose. Over 100 Uchiha member that is active ninja over 5000 on standby genin and chuunin at home, plus the Hokage. Seriously, what did they expect?

Anyway, the resulting revolt caused over 10 of the ringleader to be arrested and imprisoned, while the rest of the Uchiha clan, civilian included is under house arrest with their chakra sealed. I don't know much about the clan to tell you about who died, but among the 23 Uchiha died (I didn't bother to take note who the Konoha side lose during the Revolt), Uchiha Itachi, Uchiha Shisui and Uchiha Fugaku died in result.

Well fuck, Itachi died. Canon was fucked to sideways right of the bat.

Now, The Uchiha clan is under heavy scrutiny for mutiny and is branded as traitors. The only reason they weren't banished was because that would be stupid. Can't just execute them all too, that would make a terrible precedent. Well, at the very least, Danzo wouldn't get a free for all magic eyeballs buffet like he wanted to, since the Uchiha is now under heavy surveillance of ANBU for the duration of their house arrest and later probation.

Sasuke and other Uchiha kids attends back into the academy after a few weeks. They were demoted into lower class, probably to keep them weaker through lower standards of education. Cursed to be genin mob, denied of elite education.

Sasuke was placed in Class 1-F, looking as broody and emo as I remember back from canon. The stupid F class kids tried to bully the traitor kid, which obviously, results them to get beat the shit out of them.

Sasuke then boldly swear upon the name of the Uchiha that he will surpass the system and restore the honor of the Uchiha clan. The Uchiha will be cleansed of their traitor rep. Good ol Sasuke man.

Well, I pat myself on the back for a work well done. The Uchiha clan is saved and Sasuke is now probably so allergic to traitor as a concept that there's no way he defect to Orochimaru. There's a lot of other Uchiha he can kidnap to switch his body anyway.

All I need to do was just snitch on them.
