Requiem

The loud explosion rang in his ears he could've sworn he heard Ch'rell scream as well. But it was quickly drowned out. All he saw a burst of silver light surge through the air dulling the blood red sky. Then turning it a beautiful greenish silver as the clouds became bright white. A burst of white silver energy surged out from where the Technodrome had been. A small white star in it's center.

Mikey just looked so numb as his eyes immediately filled up with tears. He had felt someone pull him in as his own screams filled the air among others. He grabbed his baby brother, pulling him close. Begging for forgiveness.

Leo the mutant red eared slider with yellow stripes, a pair going from his chin down his shoulders. With a scar with a blue portal pattern on his right shoulder and blue rimmed black wrappings gasped looking around. It had been about two weeks since the invasion was stopped. Right now he and his siblings, were on patrol with Casey Jones.

Who was wearing an identical Hockey mask like Cassandra jones but marked with curved red stripes. He was wearing a now somewhat cleaner dark green suit and teal body armor. With his greasy blackish blue hair now finally washed. Sitting beside him listlessly was Donatello, a mutant soft-shell mutant and his twin with purple asymmetrical rectangular markings on his shoulders and legs with. A battle shell which was rimmed in purple but had a black belt and carapace. Tapping annoyedly into his phone.

Keeping her eyes glued to the streets. Was Frida a Diamond-back terrapin Mutant with pale mint skin, dark teal diamond patterns on her arms and legs under her wrappings which had teal rims around her knees ankles and teal-colored gloves. She had aqua colored knee pads. And her mask was a mask like Leo and Mikey's. with had a long tail that she had braided it into a French braid.

The oldest Raphael the large Snapping Turtle mutant with red spikes on his elbows, shoulders and tips of the spikes on his shell, red shorts, gloves and red rims on his black stockings. With a stitching pattern in his mask. With a couple of scar marks peeking out under said mask. With a long scar and one of the spikes cut off on his left arm. He sighed his snaggle tooth briefly hitting the moonlight.

Looking a bit slower than usual were the two youngest turtles, Michelangelo and Elizabeth. Mikey, a mutant Box turtle with cerulean, green skin with orange and gold spots on his arms and legs. Similar to Leonardo he had a flame pattern over his right shoulder. And on the tips and back of his shell. There were flame patterns on his left arm and leg. His wrappings had orange gloves, knee pads and rims around ankles. And blue and pink decal stickers. Hung his head glancing over at the unusually stoic Elizabeth.

A Mutant Reeves turtle, had a red tipped shell with a pink flower pattern on the back. Olive green skin with dark magenta triangles, one of which was over her eyes. wrappings and belts that were a black and pink gradient.

"Okay I think we're just about done here guys." Raph had sighed. "Sorry you didn't get to see some action Case."

"It's fine Raph really. I'm actually surprised you guys wanted to. It's only been a week, and fighting Ch'rell really took a lot out of you. And I can't blame any of your enemies for wanting to stay in bed." Casey assured waving him off.

"Well, Donnie did find out Bebop, Rocksteady, Hypno and Warren all skipped town to escape the invasion. How soon they'll be back is anyone's guess." Frida sighed.

Mikey had opened his mouth to speak, when he saw a flash of white and black fur with stripes. He gasped. Then off in the distance a familiar silhouette. Mikey mouthed Tiger Claw's name. Their Friend and Father Figure who had sacrificed himself to stop the invasion.

"Mikey?" Leo asked watching his baby brother run off tears flying from his eyes to chase the strange figments that they had all seen.

"Did you see…." Raph muttered in shock.

"I did….but it can't be…." Leo added. "Donnie where's he going."

"There's a church a couple blocks past ninth street! That's where Mikey is headed it looks like." Donnie muttered putting tracking Mikey's communicator.

"Then lets move!" Raph shouted as everyone rushed after Mikey. They soon saw him again as he was chasing shapes and colors around.

"Tiger Claw!" Mikey called desperately.

"Mikey wait!" Frida shouted. As they raced after him something in a hood and a rat faced mask with a large toothy grin and white eyes suddenly jumped between them, and snatching away their weapons.

"Who the hell!?" Raph shouted only for him to swing a bo and hit Raph in the head making him dazed before the Snapper shook out the cobwebs. And growled at the figure who let out a creepy chuckle. He began twirling around Raph's sais with the rest of his weapons in his tails before grabbing the Katanas and slashing at them.

Leo managed to stop his own swords and yanked them back before trying to get back the rest of their weapons and while Casey was able to snatch back his Hockey stick. Lizzie was hit with her own tessen twice over.

"Ow!" Lizzie cried. As she yelled and dove for her tessen.

"Give them back!" Frida snarled managed to sneak attack the figure who jumped up and threw her deer horn knives back at her, hitting her in the head before throwing Raph's Sai's back at him the handles hitting the middle of his head.

As for Donnie's tech bo after dodging blows from Leo and Casey he jumped up and whacked both with Donnie's tech bo. Before trading it out for a ladder he hit all of them with.

He then slapped Raph and Casey several times with a fish he had suddenly clipped to his belt and let it drag across Donnie's plastron after getting it in some garbage.

"EW, EW, EW, EW! GARBAGE JUICE GARBAGE JUICE!" Donnie shrieked as Raph unleashed a power punch that made the figure jump up. And turn on some music that he began dancing and dodging Leo's moves too as Donnie used his powers to scrub himself.

"WWLJD!?" Leo gasped in shock as he was slapped by a fish. Skidding by Donnie who was muttering never be clean over and over again.

Casey and Frida charged after him. Frida managed to circle around while Casey swept at his feet but the figure jumped with a laugh.

"Frida drain his energy!" Casey called.

"What?" Frida asked, stopping long enough for her to be kicked back into Casey. They groaned as Leo, Lizzie, Raph and Donnie rushed ahead.

"Oh, I forgot you might know how to do that yet, sorry…." Casey groaned. As the others jumped into the sewer Casey and Frida right behind them. Leo looked around glaring.

"Okay he might've gotten the drop on us once. But we've got the advantage this time. Lizzie what've got for us?" Leo asked.

"He's around here somewhere, but he's kind of spreading his mind out….like a shadow clone jutsu for your brain waves! Does that make sense?" Lizzie replied.

"I'm getting a lot of weird signals too!" Donnie muttered, pulling up a map of the sewer.

"So am I he's trying to conceal himself from us! Careful he could be anywhere." Casey added pulling down his mask.

"BOOOO!" shouted the figure who suddenly jumped up between them all laughing. Sinking back into the water. As he jumped around, he dove in and out of the water irritating them all.

Raph and Frida jumped on him, but he grabbed Frida and Casey's heads and shoved them down. Before blocking Raph's moves and even poked him in the eyes.

He then struck Lizzie and Leo in the nerves of their limbs then knocked them off their feet. He then grabbed Donnie's Bo when he rushed in and swung wildly at the figure only for him to grab it and balance on it giggling wildly before diving back into the water, as Donnie growled.

"Jokes on you! There's a lot of bacteria in that water!" Donnie snarled.

Worth The Foe laughed at them. "You should just let that stupid turtle find out the truth the hard way." He sneered before slipping into the water. Before reappearing off in the distance.

"What truth!?" Leo snapped but the Figure was already gone. "Hey!" Leo growled using his portal powers to go after him as Raph saw the Church ahead, he also saw Mikey rush inside.

"Mikey!" Raph shouted as they ran forward.

"It….really does feel like Tiger Claw in there!? What if he's okay but doesn't remember us?" Lizzie suggested.

"I….I don't know…." Raph muttered.

"No, we know what we saw Tiger Claw destroyed himself twice over." Donnie replied firmly.

Leo had made his way inside the church and attacked the figure who was lying in wait for Mikey.

"WAAAHHHH!" Leo cried out to startle the figure which worked as the two began fighting. He had pulled out a pair of small axes that he swung at Leo, parrying them against Leo's Katanas.

He immediately dodged out of the way of a swipe and whacked the axes out of his hands with a few quick moves before teleporting to the wall and kicking off it to swing his legs around and hit the figure in the head.

He did this several times much to the Figure's irritation as the eyes on the mask light up.

"YOU'RE NO FUN!" he shouted unleashing a burst of energy that hit Leo. Immediately Leo saw a flash of bright colors and confusing images before he heard something snap. He saw that the figure had snapped his swords in two they repaired themselves, but it was too late.

Mikey had rushed in with a big smile on his face. Only for his mind to be flooded with a jump scare of all three Krang. He shrieked and popped back into his shell.

It was then the Figure pulled off his disguise to reveal a silver monkey yokai with a black shirt bent up tail spiky hair and green jacket.

"Jerry!" Mikey growled popping out of his shell with a snarl. "That wasn't funny!"

"You're an idiot!" Jerry mocked. "You and the little pink Turtle there! You two haven't gotten with the program. You actually believed that flea bag was here and alive! Well, he's gone so grow up you idiots!"

Mikey just looked stunned while Elizabeth immediately started to bawl. Frida immediately rushed over and hugged her as Raph, Casey, Donatello all looked enraged.

"What the hell is wrong with you!" Frida snarled. "We lost someone precious to us! And you go and pull such a cruel prank!?"

"Yeah, because you brats got Lou Jitsu to leave the Battle Nexus and never look back!" Jerry sneered. Donnie and Raph immediately looked like they were ready to kill. They marched towards him. However he was quick to pull out a phone. "Ahh ahh! One wrong move I get those two Hidden City cops up here!" he said making them stop glaring. Jerry let out a cruel laugh only for Casey to keep marching and grab him by the collar.

"YOU WORTHLESS, PIECE OF SHIT! HOW DARE YOU! Those turtles saved your ungrateful ass! And everyone else's! You tried to outsmart the Krang in the original future only to be tortured and turned into a Krang Zombie Donatello nuked minutes after your creation!" Casey screamed ready to continue when Mikey spoke up.

"It's okay, I'm not gonna let him get to me…." Mikey said quietly. "If he wants to bully me I just won't react."

Jerry's face got Dark. "We'll see about that!" he said his and Mikey's eyes glowing as Mikey screamed in pain.

"He's making him watch Tiger Claw die!" Lizzie screamed as tears flowed from her brother's eyes.

"That's right-" Jerry sneered. "Cry you little-" Casey hit Jerry in the mouth as hard as he could with his hockey stick before Jerry let out a shriek and ran away. However, Mikey had just retracted into his shell closing it tight.

"Mikey…"Raph muttered quietly picking it up. Leo just stared in shock. He took a couple of shaky exhales before running off. "LEO!"

"Help Mikey I'll take care of him!" Casey shouted he ran after Leo. As they darted across the roof tops Leo teleported over a couple of roofs.

It didn't take Casey long to realize that Leo was heading back to Staten Island of all places. Where Tiger Claw and Ch'rell had both died. Casey had managed to jump into Leo's portal right after him.

Leo's mind had gone through all his memories with Tiger Claw. None of them anything like the moments he saw with Tiger Claw and Mikey.

"My brother's and I have been protecting this city longer than you have. You think you can come in here to our territory and butt us out?"

"Leo!" Tiger Claw said. "You need-" Immediately Leo had put his finger over his mouth much to his annoyance.

"Listen there's nothing to talk about! I'm perfectly fine, so there's been a few mishaps here and there! You guys are overthinking it! And it's got nothing to do with how I'm feeling." Leo said before strutting off.

"DAMN IT LEO WHY DO YOU HAVE TO MAKE THINGS SO HARD!" Tiger Claw yelled.

"HELP!" Leo screamed. "STANGER DANGER!" he shouted under Night Watcher's arms as he thrashed.

"I'm not taking you I'm keeping you out of the way! Stop squirming!" Night Watcher growled. "And stop biting me! I'm armored!" he shouted.

"MIKEY!" Tiger Claw shouted rushing over to the battered Mikey when they were escaping from the Gang war after Big Mama attacked them. "Ahh Kid…." He muttered softly, gingerly petting Mikey's face as Leo tried to make himself look as small as possible.

Immediately Leo opened a portal to take him to Tiger Claw he just found himself up in the air and falling he repeated this over and over trying to focus on Tiger Claw over and over only to get himself waterboarded each time.

"SENSEI!" Casey shouted seeing this and calling for him.

Leo wasn't listening he just kept opening the portal over and over again

"Why does everyone want to pick my brain! There's nothing there! You're the ones that need to sit down and talk if you're that obsessed with it!" Leo snapped.

"You're out of control more than usual that's why!" Tiger Claw snapped back only for Leo to groan and leave. "Don't walk away from this!"

As Leo kept falling and splashing over and over more memories of him and Tiger Claw clashing over and over again. Tears flowing from his eyes now as he exhaustedly tried a couple more times.

Casey had caught him with his grappling hook this time landing on the remaining floating building piece cradling Leo and looking at him sadly, before heading back to the Lair hanging his head as the sky threatened to cry with them.
