"How are we looking guys?" Ash asked, as the train car he, his Pokemon, and the kidnapped Pokemon were in raced through decommissioned train tunnels.
"You're looking good Ash, you're almost there, and we'll meet you there shortly." Emmet said.
"Wait what do you mean meet me?" Ash asked.
"We're directing all three trains to the Anville Town Rail station, be ready for a hard stop." Elliot said. "Oh yeah and for a fight probably."
"That much I can do." Ash said. "Snivy use Vine Whip!"
"Sni!" Snivy said, wrapping everyone from being tossed around.
"Alright, here we go!" Ash said.
On the train car heading from Nimbasa to Anville
"Are we sure this is a good idea?" Rosa asked.
"It's out best chance at making sure any Pokemon that Team Plasma gathered are returned home." Ingo said.
"And what exactly are you doing?" Rosa asked.
"Operating the rails from here, that upgrade I gave Porygon let them keep the program running from my laptop." Elliot said. "But if there's more Team Plasma, Ash will need backup."
In the Team Plasma Rail car
"According to what we were told we should be arriving at base any moment now. Then you'll have to explain why we have HALF A TRAIN!" Bonnie shouted.
"Hey I got rid of that brat!" Clyde argued.
"And all the liberated Pokemon!" Bonnie reminded.
"Umm Bon, I don't think we're at base." Clyde said as the car pulled into the open at a rail station.
"No, how, we had this all planned out!" Bonnie exclaimed. "We need to reverse!"
The center spun with them on it, locking them in place.
"Nevermind we're hoofing it!" Clyde shouted running out the door with his Boldore, quickly followed by Bonnie and her Gurdurr.
"Hold it right there Team Plasma." Ash exclaimed, hopping out of his car followed by all the captured Pokemon. "Now that we're out in the open, Braviary use Aerial Ace!"
Braviary flew high into the sky before speeding back down towards Gurdurr, knocking it back a few feet.
"Boldore use Rock Blast!"
"Gurdurr use Fling!"
Rocks along with Gurdurr's steel beam were all launched back at Braviary with speed and force.
"Chandelure stop them with Psychic!" Ingo called out as the third train unloaded. "Hope you don't mind some interference."
"One subway boss we can take 'em." Clyde said. "Come on out Dunsparce and use Ancient Power! Boldore use Flash Cannon!"
"Right, Sunflora use Petal Dance! Gurdurr use Rock Throw!"
Gurdurr grabbed Boldore, launching the rock type at Chandelure as it sent out a blast of energy while Dunsparce and Sunflora refocused on Braviary.
"Braviary use Aerial Ace!"
"Chandelure use Flamethrower!"
"Eelektross come out and use Crunch!" Emmet called out.
"Porygon use Psybeam!" Elliot exclaimed, running over to Ash.
"Does Porygon look smoother to you?" Ash asked.
"Yeah something happened to it when I gave it that upgrade program Colress gave me." Elliot admitted.
"Well either way, glad to have it." Ash said as Braviary and Porygon were able to fight against Sunflora and Dunsparce with ease.
"Clyde, I think it's time we make our escape." Bonnie said, noticing how they were no longer on even ground.
"Right, good idea." Clyde said turning to see Rosa and Lillipup alongside Ash's Pikachu, Snivy, and Riolu.
"Want to rethink that?" Rosa asked.
"The two of you will pay for your crimes committed today." Emmet said walking over to them.
"We didn't do anything, all these Pokemon were willingly liberated!" Clyde argued.
"We will see about that, for now I think it's best you two say nothing Emmet said as Ingo walked over to the kids.
"So are these all the Pokemon from the train?" Ingo asked.
"Yes sir." Ash said, as Pikachu hopped up onto his shoulder. "Well most of them are, some are mine."
"It's, it's one of you. The kids who returned me!" Ingo said.
"The what now?" Ash asked.
"Don't you remember, we were in that strange world, and you there were five of you, collecting plates, and you brought me home to my brother!" Ingo said in shock.
"Ash what is he talking about?" Elliot asked.
"I honestly have no idea." Ash admitted.
"Maybe, maybe Emmet is right, maybe it was just a weird dream or hallucination then." Ingo said.
"I'm still confused." Ash admitted.
"Forgive my brother, he went missing a few months ago and his memory of everything that happened seems a bit jumbled." Emmet said.
"It's not a problem, I'm glad you're at least alright Mr Ingo." Ash said.
"Yes, thank you Ash." Ingo said. "Come on we'll take you all and the Pokemon back to Nimbasa City."
A few hours later back in Nimbasa
"That's all the Pokemon returned." Emmet said.
"Not all of them." Rosa commented doing a headcount.
"You're sure?" Ash asked.
"Yeah. Pikachu, Riolu, Snivy, Lillipup, Porygon." Rosa listed.
"Porygon-2." Elliot corrected.
"Porygon-2, Braviary, the egg." Rosa listed.
"Wait where's Darumaka?" Ash asked.
"Over there." Rosa said, pointing towards Darumaka still at the train car.
"Daru." Darumaka said urging the Pokemon to come out.
"Darumaka who's on there?" Ash asked walking over, spotting Trubbish. "You?! You're not getting this egg again!" Ash argued as Pikachu leapt to get Darumaka away from Trubbish.
"Daru Daru!" Darumaka argued.
"Trubbb." Trubbish said slinking back.
"Wait, you're not here to fight us, are you." Ash realized.
"Trubbish Trub." Trubbish said shaking his head/body.
"You followed us all the way out of the desert and here, do you actually want to come with us?" Ash asked.
"Trub!" Trubbish said in agreement, moving closer to Darumaka.
"Aww, it looks like Darumaka has a not so secret admirer." Rosa said with a smile.
"Well then Trubbish, want to stick with us and Darumaka?" Ash asked, holding out a Pokeball.
"Trub? Bish!" Trubbish exclaimed, slapping the Pokeball, capturing himself instantly.
"Welcome to the team Trubbish." Ash said.
"Doesn't this mean Ash technically has seven Pokemon now?" Rosa asked.
"I'm sure he'll figure out what to do with the egg when it hatches." Elliot said.
