Hey guys, TheDoctor1998 here with another chapter! Last time, the gang and Team Rocket managed to escape the wreckage of the St. Anne, only for James's new Magikarp to evolve into Gyarados, which quickly attacked them and summoned a school of his kind.
Now, on with the show!

Once again, Cinder was feeling like shit as she awoke. "Urgh, where the hell am I?" She groaned, feeling the burning sun on her back and some soft sand in her face. She quickly scoured the area with her Aura, seeing two very familiar limp forms. "Misty, Brock, wake up!" She urgently told them, shaking the two humans awake.
"How did we get here?" Misty asked, glancing around the beach they were likely stranded on. She quickly returned her Pokémon to their balls, seeing them still knocked out and tied up.
"How did we survive that cyclone?" Brock asked, amazed at the fact that he and his friends survived an encounter with a raging school of Gyarados with nothing but a raft. Various pieces of which were scattered around the beach.
"At least we did survive." Cinder smiled, before looking around in worry, returning Butterfree, Beedrill, and Pidgeotto to their Pokéballs. "Wait, where's Pikachu and Squirtle?!" She then noticed another pair of Auras missing from her belt. "And where are Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Clefairy?!"

Meanwhile, on another part of the beach, Team Rocket was also unconscious, their heads buried in the sand. A Krabby was walking past them, but stopped in surprise at seeing two pairs of human legs sticking out of the sand.
"Kokee?" She asked to herself, poking the two with her pincers. She then got a somewhat mischievous idea, and pinched the two as hard as she could before running away.
"Ow!" The two humans said in unison, jumping out of the sand. Once they settled down, they looked around the area.
"Could it be?" Jessie asked.
"Does this mean?" James smiled.
"We survived again!" The two said together, hugging one another in tears.
"We're the completely invincible-" Jessie started.
"Unbeatable-" James continued.
"Team Rocket!" They finished together, before noticing that something was missing.
"But I don't hear any annoying-" Jessie muttered.
"Complaining." James finished her thought, before it set in on the both of them.
"Meowth is missing!" They exclaimed.
"I've lost Ekans!" Jessie stated in a panic.
"Koffing is gone too!" James panicked, grabbing his wallet as well. "And we're still totally broke." He muttered, truly regretting buying that damn Magikarp.
"We're penniless and Pokéless." Jessie said, feeling defeated. "How will we survive?" She cried, missing her Ekans.
"We could always call for help." James said, pointing to a booth on the beach. "Look over there."
"A phone booth!" Jessie said happily. "Aren't we lucky? We can call someone for help!"
"But we don't have any change." James observed, dashing their hopes.
"And without any change…"
"Our luck sure has changed!" The two cried out in despair.

On yet another part of the beach, Pikachu woke up to see Squirtle unconscious next to him, as well as three of Cinder's Luxury Balls. "You guys, come out!" He said, translated from Pokémon speech of course, as he pressed the buttons on the capturing devices. "Squirtle, wake up!" He quickly slapped Squirtle with his tail, waking the Water Type up. "Are you guys okay?"
"I'm alright." Charmander said, still shaken up from the St. Anne.
"Well, I've felt better, I can tell you that." Squirtle answered, using a weak Water Gun on his sunglasses to wash the dirt off.
"I'm fine!" Bulbasaur grunted.
"Where are we?" Squirtle asked, looking around as he removed the silk sticking to his shell.
"Are we lost?" Clefairy asked, afraid.
"What even is this place?" Charmander asked his friends.
"A beach." Pikachu answered, before seeing a dopey looking pink Pokémon resting on a rock. A Slowpoke to be more specific. He, Charmander, and Clefairy quickly rushed over to the guy. "Hello!" The Electric Type greeted.
"Can you tell us where we are, sir?" Charmander asked politely, but got no reaction. "You think he may be deaf?" He asked Pikachu. He didn't mean to be rude, but he already had experience with his blind trainer, so he thought it was a valid question.
"Sir, do you know where we are?" Pikachu asked, a bit louder while waving his arms.
"Can you please help us out?" Clefairy asked, bowing.
A few seconds later, Slowpoke stood up, and started walking backwards, dipping his tail into the ocean. Obviously, the guy didn't register the two Pokémon talking to him.
"Well, at least it's peaceful out here." Squirtle said, laying down while adjusting his glasses.
"Yup." Bulbasaur said simply, also sunbathing.

At nightfall, after having gotten a bite to eat, the four Pokémon walked through the forest. Pikachu was holding on to the shrunken Pokéballs of Bulbasaur and Charmander, as the Fire Type used his tail to light the way.
"I don't see Cinder or the rest anywhere." Pikachu said sadly.
"Where are they?" Charmander asked.
"Maybe they all got eaten by wild animals!" Squirtle joked, miming some biting motion.
"Don't say that!" Pikachu angrily answered, sparks jumping off of his cheeks.
"Yeah, cut it out." Charmander agreed, glaring at the Water Type.
"Sorry!" Squirtle apologised. "Just trying to lift the mood up, ya know?"
"Maybe Cinder forgot us." Bulbasaur snarled, remembering his first trainer.
"You think so?" Charmander asked him, concerned. Like Bulbasaur, he too still had the scars of abandonment of his first trainer.
"She'd never do that!" Pikachu protested. "I've known Cinder for years now! Hell, the reason she's blind was because she protected me from a Team Rocket group back when I was a Pichu! And I was just a stranger to her then!"
"Yeah, Cinder's not like that!" Squirtle said, also still dealing with being abandoned by his first trainer. "She saved my life too, and yours as well Charmander!"
"And my colony." Clefairy added, remembering the day she and Cinder met.
"Right." Charmander nodded.
"You've got a point there." Bulbasaur admitted with some guilt.
Unbeknownst to the five Pokémon, another trio of Pokémon was watching them. "So, Pikachu and these other four survived." Meowth said before smirking. "Now's the time to get them!" He jumped out of the bush, landing in front of the other four. "Alright you guys, time to surrender!"
"Meowth!" Bulbasaur snarled. Despite how he was willing to work with Team Rocket to get out of the St. Anne, he didn't forget what they did to the Hidden Village.
"Team Rocket, blast off at the speed of light! Surrender now, or prepare to fight!" The Normal Type chanted, brandishing his claws.
"It's just Meowth." Pikachu sighed in relief, knowing the feline wasn't as big a threat as he tried to be.
"I guess the motto is starting to lose its impact." Meowth muttered. "Nevermind! Get them!" He ordered Ekans and Koffing. However, the two Poison Types didn't move an inch. Much to Meowth's shock. "Hey! I said to get them!"
"You're not Mistress Jessie." Ekans said, shaking his head.
"Not Master James." Koffing agreed, albeit a bit more simplistic than Ekans.
"Wha?!" Meowth uttered, befuddled.
"I only obey Mistress Jessie." Ekans explained.
"Only Master James!" Koffing agreed.
"Masters?!" Meowth asked, shocked. "I'm twice as smart as those 2-watt light bulbs you're calling masters!"
"Mistress is Mistress." Ekans shrugged. Or, at least, as best he could without limbs.
"Yes, yes!" Koffing nodded by tilting his entire body.
"Come on, we're all bad guys here!" Meowth pleaded. "We don't need masters to tell us to steal other Pokémon!"
"Pokémon not bad guys!" Ekans disagreed.
"That's right!" Koffing agreed with his fellow Poison Type.
"What in the world are you two on about?!"
"Pokémon do bad things because Master says to do bad." Ekans explained.
"Oh, that's a load of nonsense!" Meowth snarled. "I don't have a master, and I always act like a rat!"
"All right Meowth!" Squirtle snarled, stepping up to the Normal Type.
"It's up to you." Bulbasaur also snarled, stepping up beside Squirtle, readying his Vine Whips.
"You sure you want to fight?" Pikachu asked, his cheeks sparking as he came up to Meowth's side.
"Against all of us?" Charmander asked, standing next to Pikachu as he gathered flames in his mouth.
"Because I'm not sure you'd win." Clefairy said, finishing the circle around Meowth as she prepared a Metronome to blast the cat.
"This aint fair, you got me outnumbered!" Meowth yelled, seeing that he was surrounded. "Hey, I could use a little help over here!" He called to his teammates.
Unfortunately for him, Ekans and Koffing were busy enjoying some berries, completely ignoring their teammate.
"It's no use." Meowth said in despair, before sitting and putting up a brave face and trying to play it cool. "Oh well, I guess I'll let you guys off easy and call it a draw."

Later that evening, Cinder's and Team Rocket's missing Pokémon were gathered around a campfire, courtesy of Charmander, eating some berries.
"What were you guys doing?" Pikachu asked the Poison Type duo.
"Looking for Masters." Ekans explained.
"Masters missing." Koffing sadly said, the two only having their Pokéballs to remember them by.
"That's awful." Charmander said, empathising with the Pokémon he's usually fighting against.
"Cinder's missing too." Squirtle said, knowing what the two were going through.
"Pretty sure they abandoned you." Bulbasaur coldly told his fellow Poison Types. While he was still willing to give Cinder the benefit of the doubt, he wasn't gonna give Team Rocket that same courtesy.
"Abandoned?!" Ekans cried out in shock. "Are you sure?!" He couldn't believe it. He was Jessie's first Pokémon, given to her as a birthday gift by an unknown benefactor.
"Abandoned?" Koffing softly asked, also in shock. Like Ekans for Jessie, he was James's first Pokémon, also given to him by an unknown benefactor as a Christmas gift after James met Jessie.
"You're wrong!" Pikachu interrupted.
"Your Masters may be crooks, but I'm pretty sure they at least care about you two." Clefairy nodded.
"I'm sure they're looking for you." Charmander nodded, though he had his doubts about the two humans. It was mostly in an attempt to comfort the two Poison Types.
"Hey guys!" Meowth interrupted from the tree he was tied up to. "Ain't you ever gonna stop stuffing your faces and give Meowth something to eat?!"
"Are you sorry for all you've done to us?" Squirtle smugly asked.
"I don't apologise!" The Normal Type stubbornly refused.
"Then no food for Meowth!" Squirtle shrugged, finishing his apple in front of the cat.
"Stop making fun of me!" Meowth pleaded. "Untie me and give me something to eat!"
Then, the Pokémon were interrupted by the shaking ground. The rhythmic shakes made it clear that something was walking towards them, something big. Then, they saw it. A giant grey and bipedal rhinoceros Pokémon with a drill for a horn. A Rhydon, as large as the giant Dragonite they saw at Bill's place. And it was heading right towards the camp, prompting the Pokémon to run away as fast as they could.
"That's one big Pokémon." Meowth said in shock, before he realized again that he was stuck. "Wait! Someone come back and untie me!" He called to the others. Thankfully for him, Pikachu didn't leave him behind and cut the ropes, freeing the feline. "Huh?" He said, surprised, before putting up his act again. "I could've gotten out myself." He dismissed the mouse before running after the others.
Pikachu quickly followed, but he couldn't help but wonder. 'Where are you, Cinder?'

Meanwhile, Cinder and her friends were running, Brock and Misty both having spotted a giant flying Pokémon shooting electricity everywhere, though none of them managed to get a good look at it. Strangely though, it wasn't triggering Cinder's Pokédex.
Thankfully though, as Brock was dragging Cinder along, the trio tripped over, with the giant Pokémon flying above and away from them. With a glance, Brock could tell that it was a bird of some kind, covered in yellow and black spiky feathers.
"What even was that?" Misty asked.
"I think I know." Brock said gravely. "Call me crazy, but it looked like a Zapdos." He said, shocking the two girls. It wasn't every day one would come across a Legendary Pokémon, after all, especially a giant like this one. "This place is really dangerous. We really ought to try to find a safe spot for the night."
"Right." Cinder nodded, though she couldn't help but think about two things. One, that Zapdos had no Aura whatsoever, and neither did its lightning. While Cinder knew from her studies about the mysterious force that there were ways to suppress one's Aura to make themselves invisible to people like her, she also knew that Legendary Pokémon simply had too much sheer power for that to work.
But the second thing she thought about was, in her mind, much more pressing and important than a giant Legendary capable of nullifying its Aura. 'Everyone, please be safe.'

Meanwhile, Jessie and James were also running from a similar Pokémon as Cinder and the gang were, though this one was cloaked in flames instead as it shot fire everywhere.
"What is that thing?!" James screeched, even though in the back of his head he thought it might've been a Moltres, though he couldn't get a clear view.
"I don't want to stop to find out!" Jessie said as she and James crashed into a "Keep Out" sign. Fortunately, the giant firebird flew away from them, seemingly no longer interested. "Good thing we hid behind this sign." Jessie said shakily.
"Yeah, maybe our luck is changing." James agreed, also shaking before he and Jessie fell down.
"It's a good sign." They both punned before falling unconscious.

Meanwhile, the missing Pokémon had managed to find a safe spot from all the giant Pokémon that were running around the island. Everyone aside from Ekans and Koffing, due to their lack of limbs, had worked together to build the group a little den between the bushes, and Ekans was kind enough to wrap around the entire group to share his body heat.
He felt like that was the least he could do, considering Pikachu was comforting both him and Koffing about the loss of their Masters.
Pikachu was the first to awaken, seeing the sunrise. "Guess it's time to keep looking." He muttered before moving to wake the rest up. He prayed to Arceus that he'd find Cinder, and that she wasn't trampled by the giants.
As he looked at the horizon, he saw a giant blue bird similar to the ones the two groups of trainers saw before, with it shooting blasts of frigid air everywhere. Pikachu knew enough about Legendary Pokémon to know that he was looking at an Articuno, though he wondered why it was in such a tropical area.
XXXXXXXX
"Let's go." Cinder said to her friends, feeling the heat of the sun on her skin. "We've gotta find my Pokémon."
Brock and Misty simply nodded, secretly praying they weren't trampled by the giants.
XXXXXXXX
Meanwhile, Jessie and James woke up too, the heat of the sun bringing them back to the land of the living.
"Sun's up." Jessie observed.
"It's morning." James concurred.
"That means we'd better run for cover!" The two yelled as one before running back from where that giant firebird attacked them.
"Uh, pardon me, but where are we running?" James asked, following Jessie's lead.
"To make a phone call." She replied, rushing with James into the phone booth they spotted the day before.
"But Jessie, we don't have any money." James reminded her, calming down now that they're under cover.
"Well, there is one number we can always call for free." Jessie smirked as she rotated the dial. Once the call went through to whatever company was operating the phone, Jessie spoke again. "Hello, operator, I'd like to put this call through collect please."
"Who'd accept the charges?" James wondered to himself.
"Hello, Boss?" Jessie asked casually once the call went through.
"The Boss?!" James exclaimed in shock.
Team Rocket's Boss, his voice disguised over the line, was about to ask who the hell dared call him through collect before he recognized the voice of Jessie. "You fools better have a very good reason for calling me this early in the morning. On collect, no less!"
"Yes, but first we need to do the motto." Jessie smirked.
"Don't bother me with that nonsense!" The Boss snarled, cutting the duo off before they could start. "Just stay put where you are and we'll send someone." He then hung the call up, seemingly annoyed though secretly relieved. "Miyamoto, it seems your daughter was luckier than you were." He muttered to himself before starting to make arrangements with Matori. His secretary, as competent as she is, likely already found out where Jessie was calling him from.
"At least the Boss knows where we are." James said.
"But we couldn't tell him about the giant Pokémon." Jessie reminded him. "It's only a matter of time before one of those things turns us into a pair of pancakes."
"So the phone didn't help after all." The blue haired man said dejectedly.
"But it will." Jessie smirked, having an idea.
A few minutes later, the duo had started pulling the cable into the booth, using their combined strength to pull it along the way while inside. "But where will this cable lead us?" James grunted.
"It must lead to the phone company." Jessie answered. "If there's someone there, they can lead us off of the island. Or at least it'll be a good place to hide from these giants."
"Good point." James nodded.
"And if we stay in this booth the whole way, those things won't spot us." Jessie smirked. If this booth managed to stay on this island unmolested, it must've meant the giants were simply not interested in it.

Like the day before, the lost Pokémon were searching for their trainers once again. "Cinder!" Pikachu called out.
"Misty!" Squirtle called out, hoping the Water Type trainer could hear him.
"Brock!" Charmander called out as well.
"Gone, gone…" Koffing muttered, depressed as he floated beside Meowth and Ekans.
"We'll find them!" Ekans said, still hopeful.
XXXXXXXX
Meanwhile, Cinder and the gang were doing the same thing. "Pikachu, Clefairy, Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, where are you?!" The worried trainer called out, desperate to find her missing Pokémon.
Then, three other Pokémon flew near them. Butterfree, Beedrill, and Pidgeotto all flew to the group from different directions.
"Did you guys find anything?" Cinder asked, only to receive negatives from all her flyers. "Alright guys, rest up." She sighed, returning them to their Luxury Balls.
"What about you, Zubat?" Brock asked, the bat flying around now that he'd gotten used to the sunlight. Just like Cinder's flyers, Zubat gave a negative to his trainer. And just like Cinder, Brock returned him for some rest.

Back with Team Rocket, the duo was starting to get exhausted from the constant dragging of the phone booth. "Jessie." James started. "Hauling this phone booth is exhausting."
"Well, you could use a good workout." Jessie snarked back.
Then, they saw something familiar walking towards them. A Pikachu. "Is that a mirage?" James asked.
"Pikachu doesn't even see us." Jessie smirked, noting how the little mouse didn't even register the two humans in the booth.
"At least we'll have the element of surprise." James smirked, reinvigorated.
Then, they both rushed out of the booth when they thought Pikachu was getting close. "Time to come with us, Pika- huh?!" The Pikachu kept walking closer to them, growing in size until it became clear that this Pikachu was, in fact, another one of the giants roaming the island.
"It is a mirage." Jessie stammered.
"A really big mirage!" James panicked.
"It's Big-achu!" They both yelled before running away, getting away from the phone booth just as the titanic Pikachu crushed it underneath its feet.

Back with Cinder and the gang, Brock and Misty suddenly stopped and gasped, the former instinctively stopping his blind friend from walking any further. Like before, they saw an absolutely gigantic Pokémon. This time, it bore a striking resemblance to a Charmander, though with a pair of horns and wings. It was a Charizard, and it was clearly unhappy as it roared and shot a torrent of flames at the trainers, though strangely it too didn't trigger Cinder's Pokédex.
Quickly, Brock and Misty dived behind a rock, dragging their blind companion with them. "Is that a giant Charizard?!" Misty exclaimed in shock.
"It's got no Aura." Cinder said, afraid. "I can't see it, or its attacks. Same with the Zapdos earlier."
Brock immediately understood the danger that Cinder in particular was facing. "Cinder, whatever you do, don't wander off alone. If you can't see these things, someone needs to be your eyes for this."
Cinder turned towards Brock, a grateful look crossing her face as she nodded.

Meanwhile, with the lost Pokémon, they found another giant. This one looked like a Squirtle, but with darker scales and a pair of cannons peeking out of a new pair of holes from its shell. "Look at that thing." Charmander breathed, seeing the huge Pokémon. "Is it a relative of yours, Squirtle?"
"Just because they're part of the same evolutionary line doesn't mean they know each other, Charmander." Clefairy frowned, having been asked a similar question many times on Mt. Moon by other Pokémon. Just because she lived in a Cleffa family colony didn't mean that she knew every member of the Cleffa family on or in the mountain.
"That's gotta be the biggest Blastoise in the world." Meowth breathed.
"Go ask for directions." Pikachu told Squirtle.
"Who, me?!" Squirtle asked in shock.
"Let's be honest, if it's going to be friendly to any of us, it's gonna be you." Pikachu explained.
Squirtle signed, seeing the logic. "All right, I'll try. But if I die I'll come back as a Ghost Type and haunt your ass!" He then removed his sunglasses, trying to appear cute and harmless as he slowly approached the giant. "Yo, brother!" He called out, catching the titan's attention. "C-can you please give us some directions?" The much smaller turtle asked sheepishly.
The Blastoise, however, wasn't having it. Without even trying to talk, it aimed its cannons at the group of Pokémon and fired a huge blast of water from both of them, prompting them to run away.
Once they'd gotten to safety, they saw yet another giant. This one resembled a Bulbasaur, though with a massive flower instead of a bulb. A Venusaur.
"Is every Pokémon on this island a giant or something?" Meowth asked himself in shock.
"Awesome." Squirtle breathed, hiding his widened eyes with his sunglasses. He then turned towards Bulbasaur. "Hey, Bulbasaur, try talking to it."
"No way!" Bulbasaur refused. "I saw what happened when you tried talking to one, I'm not letting one of those monsters attack me!"
"He has a point." Charmander agreed.
"Coward." Squirtle sighed, though not blaming Bulbasaur. He'd have said the same if the roles were reversed.

Team Rocket was still running, following some train tracks they found. James was still holding onto the cable from the phone booth, hoping to be able to follow it back later.
Unfortunately, they were once again being chased by a giant Pokémon. It was a brown bug with scythes for arms, and it was something people only saw in pictures, as living specimens have been supposedly extinct for millions of years. It was a Kabutops, stomping after the duo.
"This is a nightmare!" Jessie screeched.
"Well, I hope we wake up soon!" James agreed.
"There's a railcar!" Jessie pointed out, seeing the rusty thing. "Let's hop in and make a run for it!"
"Let's go!" They yelled as one, jumping into the cart and pulling the break. Unfortunately, the cart decided to follow the laws of gravity and started moving backwards, right towards the titanic Kabutops.
"Don't tell me we're…" Jessie said in dread.
"Going back the way we came!" They both screamed. Interestingly, the cable which James had been holding got caught up in the cart itself. Not getting in the way of the wheels or something, but it was definitely stuck.
As the cart went between the legs of the Kabutops, the cable managed to snag it on its leg, causing it to drop to the ground and get dragged along with the cart. For a Pokémon of that size, it was definitely a literal lightweight if something as small as an engineless cart could drag it like that.
"Jessie, we gotta do something!" James panicked, seeing the titan getting dragged behind them.
"Let's hit the break and run for it!" Jessie said, reaching for the lever.
"Right!" James agreed, putting his hand on hers.
"One."
"Two."
"Three!" The two of them said, pulling the break together. Unfortunately, while the break itself was still in good condition, the same couldn't be said for the lever, as it broke off.
The duo was shocked for a moment, simply looking at the lever in their hands. Then, they screamed again. "Runaway train!"
The Kabutops, meanwhile, was still trying to get up. Strangely though, it seemed as if it didn't know what to do in this particular situation. As if it never thought it'd be dragged along while having fallen down, and can't imagine doing something to get up.
XXXXXXXX
Cinder and the gang were running along, having managed to get away from that Charizard. They ran along a natural bridge, Brock making sure Cinder didn't fall off, when they saw a gigantic Pikachu to the left of them. "That's a big Pikachu!" Misty exclaimed.
Then, the two humans who could actually see saw a giant Kabutops, one that was being dragged around by what looked like a minecart.
"Wait, are those-" Cinder started, recognizing the faint glimmer of Team Rocket's Auras from this distance, though not seeing either of the giants. Before she could finish her question, however, the ground started shaking thanks to the Kabutops, causing the natural bridge to collapse and the trio to fall down.
Thankfully, they'd gotten a relatively soft landing into the minecart, thanks to Jessie and James unintentionally breaking their fall. The giant Pikachu, meanwhile, simply got dragged along as the giant Kabutops crashed into it, though neither group noticed at the moment as they were too busy screaming in shock at seeing the other.
"Now we've got you!" Jessie smirked.
"Hand over Pikachu!" James said. When Brock pointed behind them, the duo looked back and hugged each other, shocked at seeing the titan. "But not that big one!"
"Cinder, look!" Misty said, pointing at the giant Charizard from before, now joined by a giant Venusaur and Blastoise. Or rather, at the group of regular sized Pokémon that were being chased by the giants.
"Guys!" Cinder yelled, seeing both her Pokémon and Team Rocket's Pokémon running towards them in panic. Just like before, she was unable to see the giants, but she was clever enough to know they were being chased by the creatures.
"Cinder!" Pikachu yelled, overjoyed to see his partner, even if she was in a minecart rushing away from them.
"Stop the cart, right now!" Cinder demanded off Team Rocket.
"We can't." Jessie said, crossing her arms.
"We kinda broke the break." James explained, holding the remnants of the lever in his hand.
Cinder quickly grabbed some of her Luxury Balls. "Butterfree, Beedrill, Pidgeotto, I-"
"Cinder, up ahead!" Misty yelled, stopping Cinder from sending out her flyers.
"What is it?" The blind trainer asked.
"It's a loop!" Brock explained in a hurry.
"Prepare for big trouble!" James said, stealing Jessie's line.
"Make it double!" Jessie said, mimicking James. "I can't stand rollercoasters!"
"Hold on tight everyone!" Brock yelled, prompting everyone to hold onto the cart as if their lives depended on it, with Cinder quickly putting her Luxury Balls back on her belt.
And just as the cart went on the loop, Jessie started screaming. "Stop the ride, stop the ride, I want to get off!"
"Who the hell designed this train track?!" Cinder couldn't help but wonder out loud.
"We're gonna crash!" Jessie screeched in fear.
Thankfully though, Jessie's prediction didn't come true, as the cart simply came back down like it should have. And fortunately, it looked like the delay of the loop gave the missing Pokémon enough time to reach the cart.
"Everyone, jump in!" Cinder called to the Pokémon, prompting them all to jump into the minecart. Or float next to the jumpers, in Koffing's case. "Are you okay guys?" Cinder asked, hugging her formerly missing Pokémon.
"Are you?" Pikachu asked, he and the rest of his teammates hugging Cinder back as Ekans and Koffing nuzzled up to their Masters.
"Aren't we missing someone?" Jessie cried, hugging Ekans back in sheer relief.
"The furriest member of our team." James agreed, also crying at seeing his darling Koffing safe.
"You mean Meowth?" The feline in question asked, jumping up between them.
"You're safe!" The duo exclaimed, crying as they hugged their favorite cat.
The three giants that were chasing the Pokémon, however, weren't quite done yet. Thankfully though, the three giant Kanto Starters were quickly swept away, the giant Kabutops and Pikachu still being tied to the cart as they crashed into the trio. Strangely though, even with five giants, the cable still managed to hold as the cart didn't stop. For beings of that size, they were quite light, relatively speaking.
"So what are we going to do now?" Cinder asked, hearing the trail of destruction behind them.
"Well, based on our recent run of luck, I would say the cable should snap." James observed.
Jessie nodded. "That should happen right about now." And just as the two predicted, the cable snapped, causing the cart to rush even faster now that the giants weren't slowing it down.
"Next, we'll be hurled into the air." James continued, seemingly unbothered. And just like before, his prediction came true, as the cart was hurled off of the tracks from simply going too fast when the rails suddenly went up.
"Then we'll probably crash into something." Meowth continued as the cart became airborne. And just like predicted, the cart did crash into something. Specifically, the wing of the giant Zapdos. Or rather, it crashed through the wing, revealing that the Zapdos was actually a giant machine.
"It was a Pokémon animatronic?" Brock asked himself.
"So that's why I couldn't see their Auras! They don't have any!" Cinder yelled, partially panicking and partially relieved that there weren't any actual giants that she couldn't see.
The damaged Zapdos robot, meanwhile, started crashing. Right into the collection of giants that the cart dragged down, who were just starting to get up.
"And then, finally…" Jessie said.
"We hit the water." James continued, just as the cart started dropping down again.
"After a very long drop!" Meowth finished, screaming with everyone else on the way down.
Cinder quickly grabbed her Luxury Balls from her Pokémon, quickly returning all but Pikachu to them. With him, she simply hugged him tightly as the cart hit the water. Thankfully, the fall wasn't as bad as she'd think, and both the gang and Team Rocket managed to swim back up.
Unexpectedly, they saw a Gyarados shaped boat floating past them, filled with people. "Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to the Land of Giant Pokémon." Someone on the boat spoke into a microphone. "Here, you'll see various Pokémon of truly gigantic size. Of course, they're all mechanical, so don't worry, it's completely safe. Now, if you look to your left-"
"What happened to the attractions?" A kid asked, being the first to see the devastation.
After being momentarily stunned, the hostess quickly composed herself. "We apologise ladies and gentlemen, but it seems our giant Pokémon are temporarily out of order."
"Hey, over here!" Brock called out to the host.
"Oh goodness, let me help you on board!" The hostess exclaimed, quickly moving to get them on board.

Several minutes later, Team Rocket's Boss received another phone call. "Yes?" He asked, recognizing the number. "What?! The Land of Giant Pokémon was destroyed?!" After hearing the confirmation, he quickly hung up, slamming the phone. "Millions of dollars, down the drain!"
"Sir?" His secretary, Matori, walked in. "We've managed to trace the call of Agents Jessie and James. It seems they were stranded in the Land of Giant Pokémon."
The Boss simply sighed. If it turned out they were responsible for the destruction, he'd have to reprimand them. A regular reprimand with a deduction in their salary, not one of the "reprimands" he was known for. "This is going to be a long day."

After making it back to civilization, Cinder and the gang were interviewed by the local police about how they'd managed to get off of the St. Anne, though Team Rocket managed to get away before they showed up.
Once all the details came in, and once the police had written off the damage at the park as accidental and understandable under the circumstances, the gang was let go. Thankfully, the order to contact their families about their demise hadn't gone through yet, and was able to be stopped before it could cause unnecessary grief or an awkward situation.
Not much later, the gang reached another popular tourist hotspot not too far from the Land of Giant Pokémon. The town of Porta Vista, along with its beautiful beach.
"I guess we earned this little vacation after everything." Cinder smiled, walking alongside her friends, simply enjoying the scent of the ocean and the feeling of sunlight on her skin.

And that's a wrap. Both the gang and Team Rocket have finally gotten out of the mess with the St. Anne, as well as everything that followed.
I did drop a few hints about the giants being animatronics this time around, mostly through their lack of Aura and the fact that they were strangely light for something that big. I thought it weird that a little cart could carry even one around like that, unless they were mostly hollow and made of lightweight materials.
