8/25/2656- Famous Pirate Daia R'Dros Captured And Spaced By Baranuvrin League
"Today, the famous pirate lady of the Kraken Divide was defeated and captured by a squadron of Drusaran Navy warships. R'Dros was born on the planet Illium during its earliest days of colonization. While an early Maiden in circa 2244, she joined up with the Azure Marauder pirate band which operated within the Terminus Systems and the edge of Council Space. A veteran of the 4th Terminus Crusade, she took over the band in the year 2450 and spent the next half a century leading it across the Terminus to plunder countless worlds and ships. The band suffered great losses during the 2nd Great Terminus War, shrinking to a fraction of its original size, leading to it relocating to the fringes of Council Space permanently. There it remained, growing in power until it all but controlled the spacelanes of the Kraken Divide, forcing vessels to pay the band tolls while striking those craft that refused. Her reign has come to an end, however, as her heavy cruiser was crippled by the Drusaran 2nd Patrol Squadron and she was taken captive. Her tale came to its final conclusion only an hour ago as she was spaced aboard the squadron's flagship, the Hammer of Drusara."
