Shoto stretched forward, he grabbed his toes and pressed his forehead against his legs. "Whoa! Guys look at how stretchy Shoto is." Kaminari yelled with a laugh. "He is super bendy."
Shoto turned his head slightly as the others seemed to surround him without another thought. He finally sat up after another second and looked them over. "Why is this interesting? Some of the rest of you are also able to stretch like this? Can't you?"
"Not that far down." Kirishima said. "What other stretches can you do?"
"I mean… I don't know."
Ashido grinned. "Can you do the splits, Shoto?"
"Maybe, I haven't tried yet."
"Try it."
Shoto nodded softly and readjusted to the point where he was in the splits. He shrugged. "I guess I can."
"You guess? How did you do that show fast? How are you not in pain right now?" Kaminari was wide eyed.
Bakugo cocked his head, he hadn't ever noticed how flexible Shoto was. He turned his head and noticed Kirishima was staring at Shoto with nearly the same look. He hip checked him some, before leaning against him.
"Bakubro…. Look at him."
"Shh. I know."
Ashido grabbed Shoto's hands, he stiffened before she let out a soft chuckle, and then positioned them like he was a ballerina. "Did you ever take dance?"
"No." He replied.
Mineta snapped a picture before Bakugo and Kirishima turned to look at him with sheer anger. Mineta yelped and shoved his phone back in his pocket.
"Whoa Shoto, you could use this to help you with your final moves I think." Izuku said with a wide grin, he was writing down in his journal again.
"The splits?" Shoto asked as he readjusted himself so he was sitting cross legged.
Izuku laughed. "No, no the fact you are so flexible."
Shoto smirked at Deku's laugh and both Bakugo and Kirishima felt their hearts beating hard in their chests. "I see.. That makes sense." He stood up before Ashido had an idea.
"Do you think you can do a standing split? Like your leg against the wall, or or…" Ashido smirked as she did a standing split herself and swept herself forward in a sweeping motion before sending her own acid forward. "You do that with your ice or fire though."
Shoto took a moment to walk it through his head, then nodded and did just as Ashido did but sent flames forward, as he dipped forward the flames spun and spiraled.
Everyone clapped. "Whoa…"
Bakugo and Kirishima were trying to keep from drooling.
"Yeah, that is exactly what I meant." Izuku said with a grin. "Using it to do some sort of power play or move. Plus if you move like that and use your quirk, you could maneuver someone better and surprise them."
Shoto smiled, standing straight once again. "Alright, I will keep this in mind." He turned feeling eyes on him, and realized Bakugo and Kirishima were leaning against one another looking at him in awe. "Can you do it?"
The boys shook their heads. "No, def not the splits."
Shoto went into the downward dog, and Kirishima had to physically bite his hand in order to not make a noise. He looked at them upside down. "What, I was in the middle of stretches, are you all waiting for something or?"
"N-nope.." Bakugo remarked, grabbing Kirishima's hand to walk away. "Nope.."
Shoto went back to stretching, Kirishima and Bakugo were trying to pick their jaws up off the floor. Shoto began to focus on what ways he could use the move Ashido suggested in combat. If the villains reacted to him the same way his classmates or just Bakugo and Kirishima, then there was a good chance it would work.
He smirked a bit, this could be a good opportunity for him even if it was unorthodox.
