DISCLAIMER! The Prologue is an Alternate yet identical timeline to the one in the Mystic Prodigy series. You are still following the Hamato Clan you have been following from the start. If anyone wants to flesh these differences out. go right ahead.

Prologue: New York City, 2044
Leo felt his body crippled by pain and the loss of precious blood. He had only remembered feeling a sharp slash in his plastron before he began blacking out. He was vaguely aware of someone picking him up and carrying him away as he focused on one of the the last happy moments he ever had. Sweat dripping from his black short hair as he forced himself to look at the precious object clutched in his metal hand.
It was a Photo of their family and friends surrounding April as Carol hugged her tight and she held a diploma in a graduation gown and cap. Splinter was hanging off Tiger Claw's shoulders as he was looking at her proudly. His siblings and friends surrounded her with beaming faces.
As he focused again, he could hear the explosion of their base. Then, he saw saw several members of the resistance including Todd, Warren and Hypno along with Bebop and Rocksteady all shooting at the Krang vessels surrounding them in the air.
He saw Shelldon in a plane form crash nearby and flip off to the side of them in the distance. On the other side were massive Krang Robots that were blasting at the ground. At this point probably shooting fish in a barrel as it were. Krang hounds were rushing at them. He couldn't believe they had been betrayed. He felt more blood spill out and pressed his metal fist against the open wound.
But he finally looked over at who had been helping him to move this whole time. A Boy about twenty years old now wearing his mother's mask that Donatello long since modified. And the boy had marked with stripes similar to Leo's own stripes. Wearing his mother's colors with a cape and a dark green suit and teal body armor. With greasy black hair and his mother's weapon on his back.
"I got you sensei! Stay with me!" He boy said the lens in his mask glowing a bright green.
"You're a life saver Casey Jones." Leo grunted with a smile. Casey had his mask flip up as he smiled at his father.
"I learned from the best!" Casey smirked. "Come on we're almost there!" he promised.
As they both ran past explosions and lasers trying to eat away at their last sparks of life. Casey had made it over the hill to a safe house in what used to be the Statue of Liberty.
However, a couple of Krang Hounds suddenly leapt out at them. Their maw's opened wide to tear them apart but suddenly glowing purple chains wrapped around their necks and whipped them away from Casey and Leo before being violently slammed on nearby stalagmites killing them instantly.
Jumping down was a Box turtle that was well into his thirties. With a worn yet well-built body. He had a pattern of flame paint across his shell with gold patterns on the back of it underneath. A similar pattern was on his left shoulder and his right arm. He wore brown pants and copper colored knee pads. A large orange scarf black greasy disheveled hair that had been allowed to grow and twist whichever way and knotted a little. But his violet eyes were tired cold, devoid of hope only fighting to end the fighting.
"Michelangelo!" Casey shouted as he rushed forward with a grunt and landed an axe kick on a Krang Hound's head. Casey helped pull Leo forward towards Michelangelo who rushed over. "Michelangelo! Where's Master Elizabeth! Master Leonardo's hurt bad!"
Michelangelo's eyes widened in uncharacteristic worry and rushed over to look at the injury at his brother's plastron just above his blue belt which Mikey had matched in turn. Safe with the scarf though Leo's was attached to a hooded cape.
"It's just a scratch!" Leo assured with a grin. Michelangelo, however, gave him a skeptical glare
Hearing a terrifying howl they turned. A bunch more Krang Hounds had found and were now pouncing on them. But then, bursts of Pink tessen shaped lights spun around and slammed into them. Sending them sprawling away from the trio and landing unconscious on the ground. A pink starry aura began to rise around them.
"Time for a nap!" shouted an older female voice. One that Casey and Leo recognized.
"Perfect timing little Sister! Nice and Dramatic!" Leo complimented as a
Appearing before them was an old looking turtle woman in a bright plum colored robe with a pink trim around the sleeves and neck. She wore a small pink bow in her hair tied in an Japanese top bun. Despite looking older then the other two. She was actually the youngest of the three.
She landed in front of them and quickly did a few hand signs and instantly the sleeping Krang Hounds and more that had just arrived exploded. She turned to see Leo leaning on Casey and Michelangelo.
"Help him Master Elizabeth!" Casey cried desperately to her. Elizabeth quickly floated over to Leo who looked at the blood that was on, his hand. The stain was dark and that wasn't good. There was suddenly a large explosion they looked over and gasped in horror. The rest of their numbers had just been wiped out by the Krang robots instantly as the Technodrome loomed towards them.
"That's it the resistance failed….." Leonardo sighed sadly. "The Krang won…"
"Leo it's not over," everyone gasped and turned. Casey did not recognize the voice, but he didn't have to. It had been Michelangelo who spoke.
"Mikey you just!" Leonardo gasped tears now falling from his eyes as his brother continued.
"I didn't lose so much….to let those bastards win." He pulled up his scarf revealing some kind of rune underneath. Elizabeth looked at it and nodded.
"Yes! You're right! There's still a chance." Leo sighed hopefully. "We have a Ninja's greatest weapon hope. That and a couple of badass Mystic Warriors."
"Lizzie undo the seal then use my powers to make a time gateway. Combine them with yours….after that do what you have to." Michelangelo replied.
"You know this will take all we have." Elizabeth warned.
"There's nothing left to lose." Mikey replied.
"And this is our last chance!" Leo added. "It's our only chance." Leo added. She nodded as the two went towards a small clearing near the statue.
"Wait where are they going! What are they talking about?" Casey asked confused as Leo grabbed his hand.
"Casey listen to me!" Leo said as Elizabeth summoned a rune that Mikey stood in the middle off that matched the one on his chest. It began to peel disappear as Leonardo continued.
"The Krang first came to our planet through a mystic doorway." Leo explained as he pulled out the photo and drew the key on it from his memory. "The Key that opened the doorway looked like this." He added as he finished.
"Why are you telling me this?" Casey asked.
"Because Mikey and Lizzie, are going to send you back to six weeks before the key was stolen." Leo explained.
"WAIT, THEY'RE GONNA WHAT?!" Casey yelped. They heard Mikey scream. Lizzie was in tears as she was basically breaking down Mikey's form and converting his being into his mystic powers. Mikey grunted trying to keep from screaming in pain.
Leo looked away trying not to cry. "The People who stole that key opened the doorway for the Krang! You have to find it before that happens!" Leonardo explained. "Find the Key! Stop the Krang!"
"But sensei!" Casey argued fearfully.
"Say it!" Leo demanded gripping his shoulder.
Casey took a breath. "Find the key stop the Krang!" he replied firmly. Leo smiled patting his shoulder. Casey teared up. Grabbing his sensei's arm before he could take it away. "I don't want to lose you!"
"Casey it's not about me." Leo told him softly before a bright light covered them all the two gasped looking up.
"They found us!" Casey cried.
"Guys!" Leo called looking over at Mikey and Lizzie. Mikey was covered in cracks, now he smiled as his eyes shone seeing something suddenly and let himself fade as he became light that combined with Elizabeth as she immediately opened a doorway. Then flew up unleashing a powerful gold and pink force field that knocked the large Krang Machines back.
"Master Elizabeth!" Casey cried out but Leo grabbed his shoulder again.
"Casey," He said smiling tears flowing down his face. As he smiled at him "When you're done saving the world, do me a favor. Grab a slice!" he shouted throwing Casey into the Portal. The Boy held out his hand for his father who merely smiled before rushing and jumping up at the large robots that had stood before them. He was vaporized but immediately a bright light engulfed the area.
Casey screamed as he was swallowed after that his world went black.
