The author here, I ended up writing then I stopped and was like I'll do it later for like 2 weeks. then I finished writing this. hope it is not noticeable. I also looked into the perspective POV and stuff. learned something new there. might try another perspective but I don't know. Hope you guys enjoy it.
-Gaining experience-
After waking up and getting over my shame, I had breakfast and instantly went into Yggdrasil to grind some experience. It took me around 30 minutes to find a spot with low-level monsters that were possible for me to defeat.
Right now, all I have access to are the basic spells. I have been kiting undead and using [Fire Bolt]. I also used my claws to attack for a bit to let my mana re-gen.
I heard a chime, meaning I had received a message. I finished off the mob and took a look.
The message was from Buku. "Hey Kurohime, I see you are on. Want any help?"
I sent her a reply. "Sure, I have only been on for a bit. I could use your help."
We sent a few more texts to see where we would meet up.
After meeting up she took me to a better place. And I started to follow her lead.
"The best way to farm is to group up and defeat them in mass. Since I am a tank, this will be easy. Let me pull a few. Wait here for a second," Buku Explained.
"Ok," I replied and saw her go towards a few groups of monsters.
Noticing she was coming back. I could tell what monsters she had pulled
there were skeletons, zombies, and some ghouls.
"Tag them all, while I tank. Let me know when you have tagged them, so that I can use one of my AoE attacks to kill them," Buku Explained while dodging some hits and just tanking most.
Since their level is low, I am sure she does not even need to avoid attacks, but she does anyway.
"Ok," I confirmed that I understood.
While tagging them, I noticed that the health points had slightly decreased. I was flabbergasted to find out why.
Most of them were between levels 25-30. There were a handful of high levels: a level 40 Death Knight, a level 33 Plague Zombie, and a level 35 Revenant.
"Tagged them all," I spoke to let her know.
She unleashed 2 moves and just made them disappear like they were not there.
The total experience I got from the group was a little over 10 thousand.
I spent 1 hour to gain 1 level and here we did not even spend 5 minutes, and she got me almost a 5th of a level. My heart ached a bit.
"There we go, we can do this for a bit to get you experience," Buku Spoke
While doing this in repeat. Her pulling mobs me tagging them she finishes them off. She explained a bit to me.
About how the death cost experience loss works, what items I would need to make an NPC, about the guild, about some of the players I have not met, and more.
We were farming like this for about 2 hours when we received a message from Momonga.
Hello, I am sending this to make a guild meeting. sometime this or next month. Please reply if it is possible for you or when you are free. I will send everyone the date once it is official.
From your guild leader, Momonga.
"A Guild meeting? I wonder what he wants to get everyone together for." Buku spoke out while sounding interested in what this meeting would be about.
"I guess this will be my first official meeting," I added, also being interested.
"Want to continue after a break?" Buku asked.
"Sure," I replied.
We sent Momonga the information before taking a break. After the break, we got back to grinding experience.
After a bit, we received an official date for when we would all meet up from Momonga.
One month passed. During this, I hung out with a few Guild members to grind and got help getting some classes.
I also realized how annoying it is to go to work and do literally nothing. Since Satoru is basically doing all the work.
By the time it was time for the guild meeting, I managed to get to level 52 halfway to the max.

It is easier to level basic classes, which go up to level 15. You need 50,000 experience for one level.
For High classes, they go up to level 10. You need to put 150 thousand experience into it for 1 level.
For rare classes, they go up to level 5. You need to put 500 thousand experience into it for 1 level.
For a legendary class, they go up to level 5. You need to put 1 million experience into it for 1 level.
I got on. There are still 20 minutes until the guild meeting. So, I am not in any rush. I just want to be there and wait, I don't like to stand out.
I reached the Guild meeting room and entered. There were a few players already here, but it was only 14 people.
I can see Momonga and Tabula. There are a few new faces I have not met even while grinding.
I was dragged out of my thoughts by two voices I knew.
"Kurohime, you came a bit early," Yamaiko walked closer and greeted me. Alongside her, Buku also said, "Once Ankoro comes along, all the girls of the guild will be accounted for."
Since there were only four girls in the guild, we became friends because we ended up hanging out a lot.
Yamaiko has giant red and black gauntlets. She is a magic caster that helped me get two job classes.
If it was not for Yamaiko being a magic caster. I would believe that all females besides myself were tanks.
Ankoro Mocchi Mochi is a tank that wields a rapier and shield. All 4 of us went farming a few times. But I almost constantly went with one of them to grind experience.
It was really fun. I hope I can max my level so that I can do some dungeons with them.
I ended up having to farm experience alone twice because everyone was planning on running a dungeon.
"So Ankoro is not here yet. Oh, by any chance do you two know what the meeting will be about?" I asked
Both of them said, "No, not at all," sounding slightly puzzled.
"I went to talk to Momonga to see if he would tell me anything, but he just said to wait until the meeting. He also sounded really happy." Buku said sounding annoyed that she was told to just wait.
"I see," I said a bit amused.
"Oh, look it's Ankoro. Seems like almost everyone is here," I pointed Ankoro out.
We greeted her and went to take a seat. Since everyone is here seems like the meeting is starting.
In the guild meeting room, the atmosphere was thick with excitement and the hum of eager whispers. Momonga sat at the end of the table. He held two world items, a pair of claw gloves and a ring in his hands, which I noticed were the world items I asked him to put into the guild treasury.
"Listen up, everyone," Momonga's voice boomed, cutting through the chatter like a sharp sword through the air. "I stumbled upon something extraordinary last month. These two world items, found by our new member, might just be the key to new powers or perhaps new perils."
I shrunk a bit, nervousness swelling within me when I was mentioned. I looked around, catching the looks of my peers.
"These," Momonga continued, "are no ordinary world items. These are a set of five, that only show up when you cast the [all appraisal magic item] spell while having the claw gloves equipped. I checked on the other eight world items while using this world item, but nothing showed up for them except one other world item. My red orb."
He paused to let it sink in on what he was saying.
A murmur swept through the guild. Eyes widened if possible, and hands clenched in both fear and anticipation.
I was shocked. World items having a set effect is unbelievably insane.
"We must decide," Momonga said, his gaze sweeping over each member. "Do we delve into this and look for more world items, perhaps finding more world items with set effects, for fear of what might happen if others find this out, and attack us again? Remember, each choice we make shapes our destiny, and the destiny of this guild."
Silence enveloped the room as each guild member weighed the implications. Then, from next to him, a voice broke the quiet. It was Tabula, one of the guild's strategists, known for his knowledge and lore crafting.
"Momonga, if I may," Tabula spoke up, his eyes never leaving the world items. "Knowledge is our greatest weapon. If we can harness this, we can protect ourselves. But we must be wise, and methodical. Let's not rush and get ourselves killed. I agree to try to search for them rather than just stumbling onto them. I will look into how we found the eight we had and see if we can guess where the others might be."
Momonga nodded, giving a slight chuckle. "Very well, Tabula. We'll start with caution. I need volunteers who will help him out. We'll need to try to see if we can. That was all I wanted to bring up. Does anyone want to ask anything?"
It looked like no one had any. "Ok, let this meeting be dismissed. Anyone who wishes to help Tabula out, come join us." Momonga ended the meeting
The room got loud voices talking to each other.
"Alright Kurohime, let's go get you leveled up more. You won't be able to join in group raids if we don't." Buku urged us out of the meeting room.
For the next 3 Months, I just farmed in-game and pulled some loot boxes daily. I then would transfer most of my items and gold to Pandora Acter.
During this time, I would also be giving a raise to Momonga in real life. Honestly just made him manager officially and is getting paid like one. So that I can just play Yggdrasil.
I also noticed while I spoke with those helping me like HeroHero that they had better jobs and living conditions. That is why all of them are still playing and not quitting.
I looked into this, and my family has a monopoly on purification tech. Making them a shit ton of money.
Using that money, they expanded into every field and are bankrupting competitors.
During these three months, Momonga and the guild, motivated by the knowledge that world items have gear sets, managed to find five world items.
None of them had set effects. Making it so that our guild has a total of 15 world items.
I also finished thinking of how I wanted my build to be. I managed to reach max level.

Now that I am maxed, I can help out on raids and even help search for world items. My class mostly supports. I craft useful items to be used to make clearing dungeons easier.
Right now, I am heading to the treasury to collect my two world items. Momonga permitted this since they officially belonged to me.
I like how we just need to give the items to Pandora, and he will sort the items out.
I am here. I look over to Pandora he is sitting on one of the couches next to a table.
Seeing this room being so plain and him sitting all alone. Made me feel a bit sad.
I start walking towards Pandora. I will put one of my NPCs here when I make one. Maybe even add a few items to this place.
They already used up all 3000 levels of the guild. But each player can pay to get ten levels to use. You can only get it a total of ten times making it a total of 100 levels per player.
For someone like Momonga, it is two months' pay. Since his promotion, it is still a little over one month's pay.
Since I started, for the past few months ago, I put a lot of money into the game.
I only managed to get 5 Shooting Star rings from all the loot boxes I got. Even with my god-cheating gift of getting 5x the amount, and with a bit of added luck.
"Pandora give me the items Dragons Heart and Dragons Claws," I gave Pandora a command.
I sit on the couch while Pandora gets up and leaves following the command.
I need to get some materials for my NPCs and crafting. I also want to hunt some world items down. I can't solo run raids so I will just hope I stumble and find one. I start pondering what to do after I get the items.
Once I came out of my thoughts, I noticed that Pandora was back. I received both world items.
Once I equipped both the ring and the claws, it came to me. Both these items revolve around dragons. I wanted to farm some frost dragons anyway. There is a small frost dragon dungeon in Jötunheim.
I looked to see if anyone was on and free. I noticed there were only 13. When I checked their status 10 of them showed they were in a dungeon.
I sent a message to the 3 more likely to be free since their status did not show that they were in an instance of some kind. "Hey guys, I am going to go to a small dungeon called Frost Dragon Lair. Want to join?"
Tabula said that he was busy collecting the resources that he needed.
Blue Planet also said no since he would be getting off soon.
The last person out of the 3 was Momonga. He said sure he was only farming some Data Crystals and gold.
He met me at the Frost dungeon. The dungeon was a recommended level of 80-90. It was possible to solo the dungeon at level 100.
Sadly, I was still under geared. While everyone in the guild had Divine-level armor and weapons, I had rare armor and weapons.
"Hey Momonga thanks for coming" I greeted
"No problem. But may I ask why you want to do this dungeon?" Momonga replied
"Two reasons. One, it is a dungeon I can do alone. Two, my world items seem to be related to dragons so why not?" I explained.
"I see. Tabula and Ancient One brought that up. They are looking into it. We have even done a few raids. So far no luck." Momonga ended a bit downcast. "Anyways, shall we go in?"
Momonga and I entered. Momonga summoned the undead with some death knights to help clear some mobs and take agro.
I followed his lead and summoned some beasts. Some wolves with a handful of dire wolves.
It was uneventful and frustrating. I keep feeling that world item pull. But we have cleared this dungeon 5 times already and nothing.
We took 30 minutes per run, and we decided to run it one last time.
Since we were used to this dungeon now for the past hour we have been chatting instead of callouts and tactics.
We talked about helping me get rare items to make divine items.
Since this is our last run, we ran out of stuff to talk about. Something came to mind that I wanted to ask Momonga.
"Hey Momonga, I was wondering if by any chance you were planning to buy levels for the guild. I bought 100 levels and already have plans for my NPC, " My tone shifted a bit shy. "But I was wondering if I would give you the money to buy the levels so that I could use them. I kind of want to create another NPC."
"Oh, I know that you want to make an NPC and set it next to Pandora. But What type of NPC do you have in mind? Because I was already planning on buying 10 levels to use them on Pandora." Momonga asked turning to me.
"I wanted to make a maid. More specifically an Elite one comparable to the Pleiades."
Momonga turned back to the fight. "Hmm, I do not mind but are you sure, that would be a lot of money you know?"
"I know, to be honest I am planning to ask the others as well, I already asked Buku and she agreed. I even asked her to ask her brother."
After saying that, I saw Momonga turn around so quickly that for a second I thought he was going to yell at me.
"What! Wait, are you planning to ask everyone in the guild?" Momonga asked me with a tone of, Are you crazy?
"Hehe, Yes," I said turning away from him. With a shrinking voice, I added, "You are the last person I have asked"
There was a small silence. When I heard a sigh, I turned to look at him. He was facing forward with his skeleton hand on his face.
"How many NPCs are you planning to make? And how many accepted your offer?" Momonga asked pained at how much money I was throwing at this.
"Umm, every guild member has accepted. Once I give you the money for you to buy the 100 levels, our guild cap should be 7200 from the 3000 it originally had." I said with a cheerful voice. "You are the only one who seems to be planning to buy levels"
"Are you insane! How can you throw so much money into a game that was announced to be ending in a little over 2 years from now?" Momonga asked loudly
I could tell how frustrating he must feel right now.
"Come on Momonga" I tried to sound cute. "I just want to have fun creating NPCs and if you allow it, I would like to also add another floor to the tomb."
"I... you..."
I interrupted him adding. "Plus, you know that feeling of fixing up a dream home you want to live in? It is like that. I just want to make Nazarick a virtual dream home."
He said nothing and turned around. We continued like this for another 5 minutes not saying anything.
We were getting close to the boss's room. Momonga finally spoke.
"You are insane. It is your money that you are wasting so I can't tell you what to do." Momonga sounded disappointed.
I was going to speak but Momonga spoke instead.
"You do know you are the only rich person in the guild. Fixing up a dream home. You do know I live in an apartment?" He ended it with a sigh and shook his head.
The realization hit me. "I... " I was trying to come up with how to apologize. Wondering if I offended him or sounded like a brat.
But before my mind came up with something.
Momonga added, "Do not panic. I am not mad. It is just that I can't wrap my head around how rich people can just think of dropping a few hundred thousand and think it is nothing."
I gave an embarrassed laugh. "Sorry, I guess I am just used to talking like this with my Irl friends. Oh, we reached the boss's room. Let's go in and finish this."
"Alright let us finish this. By the way, I want to ask, what are you planning to use all those levels for, like seriously." Momonga asked stopping at the boss's entrance.
"You know one of them. My main NPC will be next to Pandora. I also want to make a Personal maid. I'm guessing you are planning to increase Pandora's level, right?"
"Yes, when Pandora takes the form of one of us. It's 80% as powerful. But I found the racial class that would allow him to achieve 100%." Momonga said with joy only to end it with a tone like he was being ripped off. "I only need 5 levels, but they only sell them by 10 levels."
I smiled knowing why.
"I know, what if I buy all 100 levels and let you use 20 of them as long as you help me out with gathering data crystals for the new floor and NPCs? That's the deal I gave everyone. I am glad most accepted, it would take me forever otherwise." I said cheerfully.
Momonga puts his hand on the boss's door. "I do not mind. But how many NPCs are you making."
Momonga opens the boss door and walks in while I follow.
We summoned out our summons and started the fight casting spells behind our summons.
"I'm only making 5 NPCs. The rest of the levels are going to go into all the Nazarick floors. The new floor will be a floor that spawns' monsters to farm and other resources. As for why I will put levels on the existing floors I will add the ability to farm resources that correspond to those places." I said while bearly dodging an ice-breath attack from the dragon boss.
"Having a hard time maintaining a conversation while fighting?" Momonga chuckles while speaking. "I do not see why you would want to waste levels on that. If I am not mistaken the item and experience drop rate is reduced by 90%. Since big guilds ended up exploiting it by having NPCs non-stop farm monsters."
The boss's HP drops under half and goes into his rage phase. "Roar!" The boss summoned some minions with its roar.
Momonga Used a high tier summon, summoning 3 elder liches to help deal with the minions along with more death nights for fodder.
I followed suit using my high-tier summoning to summon Kitsune Knights and spell casters along with mid-tier to summon some dire wolves.
"Of course, people would exploit it, if possible," I rolled my eyes thinking about it. "Even with a 90% reduction should still be good. At least the natural resources like herbs and ores are normal."
I cast an 8th-tier spell [Sunburst] at the boss.
"Haha, yeah, not anymore, they also reduced that by 50% last month." Momonga rebutted my claim.
I was surprised by that information. "Ugh, why do I have to be so unfortunate," I spoke loudly and lunged at the boss to get my frustration out.
The boss only had a sliver of health left. I attacked its neck with my claws, going for where the heart was.
I was in a humanoid form. I could go more human and just keep my tails and ears but since the guild has a theme of the guild members being more monster than human and the NPCs being more human than monster.
So yes, basically a furry. I finished the boss off by pulling out its heart.
I look over to Momonga, "Well we're done here."
"Looks like it," Momonga replies while walking over to the boss to pick up the items that it dropped.
The dragon dissolved into a pile of loot. Mostly gold and data crystals, followed by resources like scales, bones, meat, and more. Some common, uncommon, and rare gear.
"3 hours of farming and not even a legendary drop," Momonga said disappointedly.
While fighting the boss and talking, I forgot about the world item pull I kept feeling from this boss.
When the boss dissolved, so did the heart in my hands, only for a necklace to be there.
"Um, Momonga!" I called out to him
Momonga puts all the loot into his inventory. He then turns around and walks to me. "What is..." Momonga only took 3 steps and stopped seeing an item in my hands.
I look to Momonga, back to the necklace, and then back to Momonga.
I lift my left hand to the back of my head and tilt my head a bit. "Hehe, look Momonga I found a world item." I stretched my right hand out to him.
Momonga looked at the world item in my outstretched hand and then looked up at me. "What was the word you used earlier, 'unfortunate'? Yeah, I do not think that word fits you at all."
Momonga walks up to me and casts the spell [all appraisal magic item]
"The sage's necklace of all classes, is a world item that grants a legendary class. Cast the spell and see if it has a set effect."
I did what he asked me to do. "Nope, no set effect. Do you want to use it?" I held the item out to him.
"You know, if either of us uses it now, we won't be able to lose levels when we die," I added.
"I would have to ask the others. Since it will be useful for everyone." Momonga tried brushing this off.
"Come on, they will say go ahead. unless you do not want to be locked into your classes." I probed him.
"Let me send them a message," Momonga turned away from me.
"Aww, come on now." I started getting a bit cheeky. "You know this might be a good test to see if this boss could drop it again once we use it."
I noticed Momonga freeze for a bit while typing a message to send to our guild mates only to continue to send it.
"Let us wait for them outside the dungeon," Momonga said while walking out.
"Party pooper," I followed him out.
It only took a few minutes for a reply from them and for those that were free to show up.
We caught them up to speed and about my idea.
They ended up agreeing that one of us should use it since we found it together.
Momonga reluctantly said "Fine" Then looked towards me.
"We can play rock, paper, scissors, but my say is that you should use it," I said with a big grin if only the avatar could show it.
Momonga was looking at me then he looked at the group only to sigh and look at the floor.
I saw Buku blob bounce up and down not saying anything. But I think she is just chanting in her head saying, "Do it".
Momonga equipped the necklace, "Fine I will use it."
I saw the necklace disappear, we all took a step toward him, and most of us spoke at the same time. "So, what did you get"
Momonga said nothing and just turned the interface towards us.

"Interesting. It looks like it can give you a legendary class even if you don't have any levels in the basics." Tabula was intrigued by the outcome.
Buku and I were chuckling to ourselves. Most likely over the same thing. He gained so much Karma that he became neutral.
We are laughing because Momonga role-plays the Evil Overlord. Not only that but Karma does play a part in some spells.
For every 100 positive or negative Karma it's a 10% boost. Maxing out at 50%. On the positive, it affects healing, Positive stat boosting, and defensive spells. On the negative, negative energy healing, stat draining, And curses.
It is a bit limited, but summons don't get affected. That is why I think it just hit his role-playing side more.
"Well, Momonga, now instead of an Evil Overlord you are just neutral death," Pero said while patting his shoulder.
Wow, could you not point it out, I thought to myself. I'm sure others are thinking the same.
"Let us just run the dungeon to see if it drops again. Are we splitting up?" Tabula Spoke up.
We split into groups of 2, I ended up going with Buku. Once we reached the boss I could feel the pull, in my mind I was really happy.
It took us about another 3 hours to get it. My guess was because of my luck.
Once it was confirmed we could. For the next year, we farmed this to the point everyone in our guild could be level 105.
Momonga and I used it once more. I used it because I could still lose levels down to level 20 if I died. Making it so I went to level 110.
Momonga ended up using it one more time because as guild leader it just felt right that he at least matched my levels.
During this time, a big update happened because someone used Ouroboros to increase the level cap.
The developers Limited it to 10 levels. because adding dungeons and gears to match would take too long. They also took even more of an even easier approach by instead of adding a lot of new unique weapons and gear.
They chose to just allow the new bosses to drop items, that they could use to upgrade existing items to higher levels while giving the items a buff of some kind.
In the patch notes it also explained that they would be removing the world item so no one else could get it and use it.
So, everyone's level now went to 110. Our members went to 115 and Momonga and I to level 120.

The author here, I did some time skip here and there. probably a bad job too. But I hope you enjoyed it. You guys better be happy Solo Leveling is not affecting me enough to the point where I gave shadow monarch to Momonga.
For Momonga. I tried to carry his actual build over but there was a few unknowns so, I was like what could give him the ability to hurt and drain the enemy stats by just touching? So, I chose shadow. Shadows in D&D tend to do just that. For the others like Runecraft and enchanter I chose because he seems to know a bit about it in the show.
For Kurohime I chose it to be basically the opposite of Momonga. Momonga deals with death I wanted her to deal with life.
So, Momonga is a strong spell caster with some job classes that can enhance already created items. and can create potions because honest to God I just could not think of anything else.
Kurohime is a strong spell caster with job classes that create items like scrolls and magical items. Till next time.
P.S. I estimate around 2-5 chapters until we get to the new world.
