(Happy New Year!!!!! I hope u guys have a good Happy 2025! I know it's been a stressful year, too, but we should be able to get through it! Anyways, it's time to see if we can find the first Princess Quest Game! Anyways, enjoy!)

Sammy had peered through his mask and could see the construction walls and stuff left around. "The game didn't fall into the sinkhole, did it?" Sammy asked Cassie. "I dunno, but we should look around for it anyways, shouldn't we?" Cassie asked. "Where'd you last see it?" Gregory asked

"In the back, I think Dad had been playing it and I saw that they moved it here." Cassie explained, shining a flashlight her way. "Where's Papa right now, Uncle Freddy?" Sammy asked. "I believe he should be in the Fazcade. If we cannot find the Princess Quest arcade machine, we can notify Asher to let us head to the Fazcade." Freddy explained.

They saw a bunch of STAFF bots patrolling the area, and through the area, but Sammy looked on at the GlamRock Beauty Salon. "Whoa…" Sammy let out a small word while he saw the setup they built for this area. As fitting of Miss Roxy's area, there were racetracks as sidewalks on the floor, with a nice desert-rocky atmosphere.

The four of them walked through the area was filled with tons of seats that looked like kiddie rides, a few places filled with makeup and mirrors galore. Sammy had shot at the STAFF bots that were nearby and walked into the back room.

"This is where I saw some employees take it. So…" Cassie looked around, and there she had seen it. "There it is!" She said, looking at the arcade machine. Gregory could see that it was the first, and began to wonder if they had to play the games in a specific order. If that would even do anything to this virus.

"Okay, do we need a quarter to turn it on?" Sammy asked, sounding determined and ready. "Maybe. Here, take one." Gregory thankfully had a token on him. "Okay, I'll play the game, maybe we could find the other ones while doing this?" Sammy suggested, lifting up his mask to see the screen.

"We aren't leaving you, Sammy. But I'm sure your dad's looking for it right now." Cassie said, when they got shook by a loud noise.

"Wh-What was that?" Cassie asked, "I-I am not sure. Stay here, I will look outside." Freddy said, "I'm going with." Gregory said, keeping a Fazerblaster on him.

"Cassie, you and Sammy stay here! Sam, keep playing the game and see if you find anything." Gregory said, Sammy nodded and looked around.

"Gregory, stay behind me." Freddy said, walking out the door. They had seen Roxy running around outside. "I know you're here! Freddy!" Roxy said. Freddy had taken a breath, "It is okay, she only knows I am here." Freddy explained, "I will lead her elsewhere, stay low, superstar." Freddy said, walking out of the salon.

Gregory had stayed behind one of the counters and looked on. Cassie looked on, and then saw Sammy had left his Faz Cam on the shelf right next to him. "Cassie, what are you—" Sammy tried to ask what she was doing, "I'll bring it back." Cassie said. "Whatever happens, stay in here and DON'T pop out, promise?" Cassie asked. Sammy was started to shake nervously, but he straightened himself and put on a brave face. "G-Got it! I'm better at this than you anyways." Sammy said, trying to sound a little smug. Cassie rolled her eyes and walked out of the back room.

Freddy had gently opened the door and walked out to see Roxanne was folding her arms. "Hello, Roxanne. Did you need something?" He asked.

"What are you doing?" She asked. "I…am doing my tasks under Asher's order." Freddy said, which is PARTLY true.

"Uh-huh…" Roxy said, "You must still be broken…right?" She then walked closer to him. "Because this is not where Vanesssa found you." Roxy said.

"Roxy—" Freddy had been pushed to the wall! "Where are those brats? She knows you've been helping them!" Roxy said, "I-I do not know what you—" Freddy tried to object, before had grabbed his neck. "You KEPT them! You know how bad that made me look?!" Roxy said, now making it about her. "Roxy, we-we are NOT supposed to harm guests! Let alone children!" Freddy said. "Oh don't you worry about that. It's YOU I'm after now!" Roxy said, shooting a glare at the robo-bear.

Gregory ran outside and try to shoot Roxanne's eyes. "Leave him alone!" Gregory said, trying to shoot her eyes. "ARGH! YOU LITTLE BRAT!" Roxy said, holding her eyes tightly. "Freddy, are you okay?" Gregory asked. "YOU WON'T BE!" Roxy tried and managed to grab Gregory and hold him up against the wall. Gregory could feel his breathing becoming more frequent, "Roxy, stop!" Cassie shouted, trying to get Roxy's attention. "Wait…Cassie?" Roxy asked, wondering what she was doing here, "Sorry about this!" Cassie used the Faz Cam to flash the light in Roxanne's eyes. She had managed to let go of Gregory and he tried to run out of the robo-wolf's way. "I have got you, superstar!"

"Dad, let's go!" Gregory said.

"What about—" Freddy was about to ask about Sammy. "He'll be okay." He muttered, "Let's distract her!" She suggested.

Sammy had kept himself quiet while the game had booted up. He was wondering when they'd come back, but he knows what he needs to do to help. This game shouldn't be too hard.

(Game-Time)

The game showed the screen it was a princess dressed in gold. She had a torch in her hand. The room she was in was barely lit, it almost shook Sammy to look around. The princess moved and looked around as Sammy controlled her direction, leading her to a chest. "Oh, how nice!" She said, when it gave her another heart to add to her health bar.

The princess then had tried to open the door on her left, with the realization that the door was locked.

"Guess I gotta go the other way…" Sammy said to himself, continuing to venture into this new game. "This is…exactly like Uncle's copy of the first Zeldas." Sammy realized the game that he was playing beared familiarity to his favorite series bygone days.

(Meanwhile)

Freddy had carried Cassie and Gregory off through the construction of Roxy Raceway, hiding off behind a few crates. "Can she see us?" Gregory asked. "I don't think so." Cassie said.

"Thanks, Cassie. We owe you one." Gregory said, "No problem, but I'd be more worried about right now than if you owe me something." Cassie said, "What if she goes back for Sammy?"

Freddy had patted the shoulder of his superstar and Cassie. "We can distract her for a moment, we need to keep Roxy off the radar of Sammy while he finishes the game." Freddy said, Gregory spoke into his Fazwatch. "Moon, we need you to stay back with Sammy. He's still in the Salon!" Gregory called the robo-jester. "I'm on my way." Moon had said over the Fazwatch.

"Okay, let's focus on finding a way to distract Roxy…" Gregory said, before he hit a box. Out of nowhere a robot resembling a STAFF bot has popped out its head. "A-Aaah!" Cassie shrieked in fear. "Shh, it is just a driver assist bot. Hmm…" Freddy looked like he was to think of an idea. Gregory then looked in at that idea. "I know! One of us can drive the karts and that should get Roxy's attention." Gregory suggested. "Gregory, the racetrack is not finished, nor can we find a bot that could help you, normally." Freddy considered all the possibilities that were available to his knowledge. "There were carts made for two. Me and Gregory can go together." Cassie suggested.

"I…I am not sure, you two. I would rather not cause a big uproar such as this." Freddy advised, "We're too close to figuring out what's wrong here, Freddy. Desperate times call for desperate measures." Gregory said, "Gregory, you cannot be risking your life like this. We suffered turmoil a whole night trying to keep you safe, but you are acting reckless." Freddy scolded him. "Freddy, can we seriously not talk about this right now?" Gregory had an idea in mind. "Let's look around for a cart." Gregory said.

Freddy had a disgruntled look on his face, unsure of how this would even go. "All right. We can distract Roxanne with the go-kart, seeing as she has been anxious since its closing." Freddy knew that this would DEFINITELY get Roxy's attention. "Please be careful, you two." Freddy warned them. "Yeah, we will, Freddy." Gregory said.

(With Bonnie)

Bonnie looked around all over the arcade machines in the back room of the Fazcade. The robo-rabbit has been driving himself off the walls trying to find the Princess Quest game. "Sheesh, if I was trying to find a princess at a Royal ball or something, it'd be easier." Bonnie sighed, before moving to the next set of machines to look for.

"Hey, any of you arcade machines see another arcade called Princess Quest?" Bonnie asked the machine to sate his annoyance. He looked through each place that he could, until he made his way to the back. He looked up at a giant pipe in the wall until his eyes met an arcade machine leaned up against it. "Found it!" Bonnie then looked to see if he needed to do anything.

He couldn't get it on, "Great, I find it only to be unable to turn on the game…" Bonnie muttered under his breath, but he knew what he needed to know. "I better radio my buddy." Bonnie said.

(Meanwhile)

Moon walked through the Salon quietly, before quietly opening the door. Sammy's heart skipped a beat when he looked back at the door. "O-Oh it's just you, Moon." Sammy said, "I apologize. I didn't mean to scare you, Sammy. Gregory sent me here to watch you." Moon explained, "Ok! Good news, we found the game, and it's a lot like Zelda, so it should be easy!" Sammy explained, bringing Moon closer to the machine. "I'm certainly glad we have YOU on the job, then." Moon said, patting the boy's head. He's at least happy he isn't holding a grudge against him right now, and was the first to approach him. "Okay, have you found anything yet, supernova?" Moon asked the boy. "Nothing yet. But there are these scary looking rabbit monsters." Sammy explained

(Back into the game)

The Princess had been navigating through the castle, lighting up torches and opening doors. She was being chased by peculiar creatures that looked like rabbits. The Princess looked around and found another chest. "What is this feeling?" The Princess asked herself as she had added another heart to her health. She looked around for another torch and ran from her attackers. When she found the torch that led to outside, she found herself in a cemetery outside.

The rain was pouring down, but The Princess continued her mission, looking around and she found another chest near the gravestones. "I feel…strange." She said, looking around.

Sammy looked at the gravestones all around the place. He noticed there were some little spots on the graves. Sammy took a careful look at all the stones and found a few broken up. "That's it!" He said, guiding The Princess to light the torches in an order of six gravestones. When all the torches lit, it revealed a new path that lead past the small cemetery.

The Princess ventured back into another hall of the castle, and she found a strange glowing purple chest, when she opened it she found a strange looking purple key. "I wonder what this opens?" She asked herself, lighting another torch and going into the next room.

"Something about that key is worrying me, supernova." Moon asked, "Yeah, I don't trust it." Sammy then said, looking around a little bit more. They saw a door covered by what Sammy thought looked like purple vines. "That's probably where we need to go?" Moon asked. "Not sure, let's try the other doors." Sammy said trying open the doors on the right and the one that led to outside, but there was nothing. "Guess we gotta go through the door." Sammy said, guiding The Princess to go in with the key in her hand.

The door unlocked and she went into a room. It was dark, and there was only one path to go down. She couldn't see any torches nearby to light up. "Maybe there's a boss up here I have to beat?" Sammy asked. "It could be. Oh! There's a torch right there." Moon said, The Princess had then lit the torch. In doing so, she may have caused her greatest distress.

Some sort of monster had surrounded the area. It was covered by the darkness, with hints of purple all around it. A horrific grin was on this monster's face, as the two players could see that this thing resembled some sort of rabbit just like the other monsters. It had a purple bow tie on where its chest would be. "Moon…what's that?" Sammy asked. "I'm not sure." Moon answered him.

The monster seemed to say something, but the boy, the robo-jester, and The Princess couldn't make out what he said.

There was a speech over what the being had said, as it begun to laugh with the screen getting more and more blurry and glitchy. "Wh-What's happening, did we do something wrong?!" Sammy tried moving the joystick and buttons to try and see if they could fix it. "Sammy, be careful!" Moon warned the boy, before the screen went dark. Sammy tried to put in another quarter to turn it back on, but no avail. "We didn't mess up, did we?" Sammy wasn't sure if that was supposed to happen or that they forgot to do something. "I-I didn't mess it up, right?" Sammy asked the robo-jester. "I don't think so, supernova—"

"I have the first key." They heard the voice of a woman, before they turned behind them to see someone they were hoping not to run into. "Did you boys have fun with the game?" She taunted them, waving in a whimsical expression. Moon had gotten in front of Sammy.

(Meanwhile)

Freddy had quietly observed Cassie and Gregory while they tried to drive the go kart. "Hey Roxy, come and get us!" Gregory said, Freddy running carefully along with them.

Gregory and Cassie weren't wearing seatbelts, but they were doing pretty well with making sure not to bump into anything. Roxy had popped up from where she hid and just got angry. "No you brats have gone TOO far! That's OUR property, Freddy!" Roxy shouted at her friend, "There she is!" Cassie said, before she had felt a shake. "Wh-What was that…?" Cassie asked, Gregory had bumped into a traffic cone and he was trying to control the wheel. "I-It's too fast! C-Cassie JUMP NOW!" Gregory said, trying to get off the kart. Cassie had slipped off and managed to get off the kart before it flew off.

Freddy and the kids had all widened their eyes when they saw it was flying toward Roxy.

Roxy had a shocked look on her face, as the car had hit her directly in the face. It had knocked her into the back.

Gregory and Cassie had gotten up, Cassie had started to tear up when she saw it. "R-ROXY!" She shouted, beginning to cry, Gregory holding his friend. Freddy had run over to make sure they were all right.

(Okay, here's the end! I hate to do this to Roxy, but I couldn't see any alternative and I didn't want to just have Monty be the only one who got scrapped. And honestly, it looked like Gregory didn't mean to crash the car in the original game. If anything, he probably freaked out when he saw she jumped onto the track and tried to swerve and then fell out. Lemme know what u guys think in the comment section about the chapter. My favorite bit of it was writing the Princess Quest bit from more of the perspective of the Princess. Anyways, stay strong and awesome!)

Acts 17:30 KJV:

And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent.
