Lightning and a gem

Here, in this world, a voice began, there are three powers that humans are able to utilize. They are quirks, aura and semblance. These powers appeared together, one day.

You didn't come here for a history lecture, did you? Well, if you did, too damn bad. If you came for a story to enjoy, you came to the right place. Anyway, our story begins in musutafu, japan.

"Izuku, wake up, or you'll be late for school," izuku's mother, inko, cried out.

Izuku's room

"Groan, yawn, wha-?" a voice was barely able to say. You know the voice of someone that was woken up rather rudely, but wants to go back to sleep? That. izuku managed to get his covers off, and get out of bed. He opened his blinds to let some light into his room, and scratched his stomach.

Here, we see izuku as to how he is. He's a guy with wild, fluffy untameable green hair. He had four freckles on each cheek, emerald green eyes, and he looked like he was innocence incarnate. Regarding how he physically looked, he was on the skinny side, despite having SOME muscle, it made him look skinnier than he already was.

"Izuku, did you hear me?!" inko called to him.

"I heard you, mom" izuku answered.

"Good. you're getting close to being late, izuku," inko called out.

Izuku grumbled at that. Izuku was among the EXCEEDINGLY RARE 20% of having no quirk. However, that, not all. No, what's worse, is the fact that his aura and semblance haven't come in, yet. You see, in this world, there are two types of combinations of powers. The first, is a person having a quirk and aura. The other combination is semblance and aura. Since izuku is quirkless, he's hoping that his semblance will come in, soon.

As izuku began to get dressed, he grumbled, "why the hell am i going to that school, anyway?! They might as well just give katsuki a damn CROWN of SOLID GOLD with how they treat him and me!"

That's right, aldera high treats a person with an explosion quirk, with the attitude to match, as king, while treating the innocent as little more than a pauper at best.

Oh darn it~, a girl with black hair that's ridged in red thought. I'm gonna be late, and i can't even find the school.

Suddenly, the girl ran into izuku, who was also running. "Oh, hi there, what are you doing?" the girl asked him.

"I'm going to class in aldera high, i'm nearly late!" izuku yelled in a panic.

"Really?! That's where i'm headed, as i'm transferring in," she exclaimed. "I'm ruby rose. You?"

"Izuku midoriya. Just follow me, the bell's getting ready to ring!" and with that, izuku, followed by ruby, ran like hell itself were at their heels.

Izuku's classroom

*WHEW*, i BARELY made it. I hope ruby can forgive me, but i barely had time to tell her the direction of the staff office.

Just then, that damnable teacher walked in. "good morning, class. Today, we have a new transfer student." the teacher then called out into the hall, "you can come in, now."

The door opened, and in came a girl with black hair edged in red came in. izuku perked up when he saw her. What is she doing here, in my class? Izuku thought to himself. He wasn't paying attention to what the teacher was saying when he came in.

She then spoke. "Hello, all. My name's ruby rose. It's nice to meet you all." she then saw a head of fluffy green hair. She leapt towards it, arms outstretched out. "IZUKU," ruby cried out in joy.

"Wha-" izuku managed to say as he fell back, while still in his chair.

Ruby managed to glomp him. "Izuku, it's so nice to see you. Thank you so much for helping me find this school," ruby said.

"You're welcome," izuku groaned out. (Hey, getting glomped while still in a chair HURTS, no matter what you say.)

"Oh, my sister would just LOVE to meet you," ruby began to ramble.

"Miss rose, while you may like to talk to the useless person that you're holding," the teacher sneered, "but you must have a seat, so the class can begin. You can resume your conversation during lunch and after school."

"Alright," ruby pouted. "Where's my seat?"

At that question, the teacher got kinda angry. However, he didn't say anything, since it was a VERY valid question. "Oddly enough, your seat is next to mr. midoriya," the teacher said.

Ruby managed to get off of izuku, rather reluctantly (she wanted to keep hugging him), and sat in the chair next to him.

After izuku got up and put his chair back to normal, the teacher said "alright, class, let's begin the lesson."
