Time for the Royal Woods Comic Book Convention, and see what will happen, and of course two very familiar characters from the episode "Kings of the Con." I wanna say thanks to "Marvelomac1010" for the concept to this chapter and many more to come. Enjoy reading this guys.

Chapter 480: The Royal Woods Comic Book Convention…

(January 15 Lewis Residence.)

We see Lincoln has his bag ready, and he is prepared to go to someplace for the day, the big Royal Woods Comic Book Convention, and he is going to be going along with Amanda Bright, and she will be going there dressed as Lady Ace. But for Lincoln Lewis, he will be wearing a special costume made by Amanda Bright, a new character from her web comic.

Luna and Michelle wait downstairs, and they see Amanda Bright come down, dressed as Lady Ace. Michelle blushes seeing her, but then Luna asks. "Wait, are you wearing contact lenses?"

Amanda nods. "I am. Would fit, since Amanda Bright is the one who needs the glasses, but Lady Ace is chill with decent eye sight. I rarely wear contact lenses. Alright, so now for the partner/sidekick of Lady Ace, little Ace!"

Lincoln shows up, and he is wearing this red and blue patterned suit similar to Lady Ace but with blue lines from the sides and some parts of the suit to make it alien-like, no tights to kinda mimic the movie DC franchise heroes, a yellow utility belt, and a black mask with red and blue patterns. White gloves with some gold patterns and same with the boots but are red at the bottom of them.

Seeing Lincoln looking like this surprises both Lincoln and Luna, but Amanda is impressed and happy that the outfit suits him. Luna is confused, and then she asks. "Whoa. Whose this hero character?"

Amanda explains. "A character who is new to my Web Comic Story, and is a friend/ally/sidekick to Lady Ace. I thought it would be nice if he'd wear it since it kinda matches him well, and also he asked what's the best outfit he should wear to the convention."

"I like this, shows some close callings to Ace Savvy, without the cape and feels comfortable. The style is awesome and the patterns look good" replied Lincoln. "This is awesome." He also has a sling bag for the things he's bringing, and it's a similar sling bag to Amanda Bright.

Michelle notices this. "You two are legit matching, and I know you're both gonna have a great time." She then kisses Lincoln on the forehead, and a small kiss to Amanda on the lips. "Be safe guys, and keep an eye out for any trouble, and have each other's back."

Lincoln and Amanda nod. "We will." They all chuckle from this. Luna and Michelle watch as Lincoln and Amanda leave the house, and then head to her car and they drive off.

Luna then looks to her mother. "You concerned about them, mom?"

Michelle does her best to calm down. "They will be fine, Luna. I know it. Yet, I feel like something is gonna happen, and thankfully I have a special plan made for something like this. They won't be dealing with any kinds of trouble when they arrive there." Luna smirks, she kinda knew her mother had a special plan made.

(Royal Woods Performance Center.)

Amanda and Lincoln have arrived, and the whole place is upgraded with special security just in case. "Well, this is it mom" replied Lincoln, and then he asks. "Is it cool if I call you mom?"

Amanda smiles, and she ruffles his hair. "That sounds alright with me, kiddo. Come on, let's see what's in store." They both head inside, and they see so many comic book related things already going on within, even comic books characters whom they are familiar with.

They see some Ace Savvy related things, even from DC Comics, and Marvel Comics, and some other new comic books who are just starting and seems like they wanna try and be a big hit like the others. Lincoln even sees some new comics, from the series from League of Legends called, Arcane.

Lincoln can see the action figures that are there being sold, and the other cool super hero related things, and he is surprised about the Apex Legends comics here as well. Amanda follows him, and she sees the Ace Savvy related stuff, and she notices it's all about Ace Savvy. 'Perhaps one day, they might notice my web comic and make something Lady Ace related.'

They continue to go around, and then Lincoln sees something. "Hey, what's that?" Amanda follows him, and they see this poster and what it says. "Two movie producers are here, and will be observing anyone from Ace Savvy related stuff and judge the best costumes, and the one/ones who win will become part of the Ace Savvy Movie. Huh, well this is something."

Amanda agrees. "Yeah, I didn't know about this. Anyway, let's just enjoy the fun we have here." They both make their way around and just see what is new, but they don't know that two people notice them and are impressed, but mostly towards Amanda Bright and her hero costume.

(Later.)

After going around the whole convention, Lincoln Lewis and Amanda Bright have gotten themselves a lot of new things, from comics to some merchandise. Lincoln even got this awesome t-shirt of Thor from Thor Love and Thunder, and he is excited for the upcoming Marvel films and series.

Amanda looks to the photo she got with the Kitty from the Ace Savvy Comic, who will be part of the Ace Savvy Movie. "This has been awesome, Lincoln. Heck, you even got a photo with a Marvel star."

Lincoln nods. "Dang right I did." Lincoln sees the selfie he got with the man who plays the Hulk in Avengers, Mark Ruffalo. "This sure has been something, and I for one look forward for when they have this again, I mean they might have some stars from Marvel and DC get involved." Lincoln has the action figure of Hulk, and the base of the action figure has been signed by the actor.

Amanda is happy to see Lincoln all cheerful and enjoying this, but then two figures approach them and this confuses Amanda, but then she sees who they are. "Wait, you're the two producers from the poster we read about."

The two producers nod. "That's right, Miss. My name is Eric, and this is my partner Betsy, and we have noticed you and how amazing this costume of yours works. We also saw you winning some of the Ace Savvy related things, and even guessing the High Roller Vehicle, and so we would like to say…. That you have won the contest!"

Betsy nods. "And that would mean that you get to cameo in the Ace Savvy Movie!"

Amanda is surprised by this. "Whoa. What?! Oh wow. I didn't see this coming, and truth be told I didn't even think about trying to compete. I was just having fun here, with my kid." But then she asks. "Wait, can Lincoln be part of it as well?"

The two judges look to Lincoln, and he just waves, and they cringe seeing him. Betsy then speaks. "Yeah, no. Sorry, but we don't have anymore spots for others to cameo, the whole thing is limited." Apparently that is a lie.

Eric then speaks. "Also, Ace Savvy is the only white haired character there, and we don't need another one. We just want you to be there, and that's it."

This didn't make Amanda happy. She can tell that they are hiding something. "That doesn't sound fair, and also I know you're lying about the spot. Because I am a journalist and knowing expressions from other folks is kinda something I am good at. This is not fair for Lincoln to not come with me for this."

Lincoln then speaks. "Hey, mom. It's fine, I don't mind."

Amanda then kneels down to his level. "It wouldn't be right if I had won the whole thing and got to be in a movie. You were with me the whole time, and since I am Lady Ace in this costume, it doesn't seem right if her special friendly sidekick is not by her side. Because you are a kid whom I see as my own, as family." This touches his heart, and he hugs Amanda, to which she hugs him back.

Amanda then departs from the hug and she looks to the two producers. "No deal. I am not going to be part of the movie. Deal. Me. Out."

Eric and Betsy are surprised to hear this. "Wait, what?! No, you can't!"

Amanda then speaks. "I refuse to join, besides I have a lot of other important stuff than being some cameo, and one of them is family." She then kisses Lincoln on the forehead, and this makes him chuckle. "Come on, Linc. We're outta here."

Eric and Betsy didn't like this, and they need this otherwise the whole thing will be a big failure and they will get bankrupt if they don't make a big hit movie. Apparently Eric and Betsy own a movie company that hasn't been doing good lately, and since DC and Marvel are big time films, they think Ace Savvy could make it happen, and adding a fan cameo would be great, and that fan has refused.

Eric then yells. "You are making a hug mistake to turn this down!"

"And for what? Some stupid kid!" yelled Betsy. "He doesn't even seem important, and not even yours!"

This makes everyone gasp, and Amanda stops walking and hearing those words shocks Lincoln, and he looks to Amanda, and he can tell that she is pissed off. Lincoln does feel hurt from those words, but he knows those are just words, but he can see that Amanda is about to get as angry as Michelle Lewis.

Amanda turns around, and she lands a big slap onto both producers, and they are surprised by this. "Don't you two ever talk to my son like that ever again! Otherwise, not everything will be Ace-Okay when I'm through with you both!"

"We came here just to spend some time together, I didn't even wanna be part of this dumb contest involving a movie, I don't intend to follow whatever you two idiots say because when you provoke hurtful words onto my family, then it legit becomes very personal!"

"Also, by the time we get back home, then I'll be sure Michelle Lewis knows what has happened here, and I think you both know who she is." That name, scares Eric and Betsy. Michelle Lewis, former Hollywood star and singer, turned powerful Lawyer, and she could legit ruin them forever.

Lincoln then holds Amanda's hand. "Let's go mom. These two aren't worth it, but sure enough my other mom, Michelle will be enraged, and let the calls come in." Amanda nods, and they both take their leave, leaving Eric and Betsy horrified at what they have done.

After what just happened, a lot of folks decide to leave, to go and change out of their costumes of Ace Savvy. Eric and Betsy see what is happening, and now the contest is going to be ruined. "Wait, where are you all going?!"

"They're all going to change away from what you two nimrods have done." Eric and Betsy turn around, and there behind them is Bill Buck, the man who created the Ace Savvy Comic Books, and the man who is acting director of the movie. "We're going to have a serious chat about what you two have done." His lawyers stand by his side and with some new contracts. Eric and Betsy, are in deep trouble now.

(Meanwhile.)

Amanda's car stops at a red light, and then Amanda looks to Lincoln. "Are you alright, Lincoln?"

Lincoln nods. "All good here, everything's fine. Still, you were pretty cool and protective back there."

Amanda chuckles. "Thanks, and sorry that it all happened. Looks like the remaining fun we had almost went downhill. At least we managed to spend some fun comic book time together."

Lincoln nods and smiles. "All good here, mom. Also, I don't blame ya mom. Those two producers did that to themselves, and don't understand anything. Thanks for standing up for me mom, we're glad that you are family to us."

Amanda is happy to hear this. "Anytime kiddo, you're welcome." They then drive off back home, to tell the others about the day they had.

A/N: Yup, that happened and yet Amanda did the right thing, and denied and stood up against the odds, just like her superhero character, Lady Ace! I do hope that you all enjoyed reading this new chapter everyone.
