Chapter 5
An Sudden Acquittal and Tour
Previously, Mother Goose One got shot down by mistake. And Trigger got suspected for killing Mr. Harling.
Now, the School Idols are now in the SN Sakamoto and are sailing to Oured.
Oured Port, Osea
June 10th, 2019.
13:15 PM
The SN Sakamoto has arrived and is anchored on Oured Port. You, Hanamaru, Kasumi, Maki, Emma and Hanayo, along the evidences they got, are gonna leave the ship and head to the Osea Command Center, where Miyafuji, Yu and Dia are waiting.
Emma: A group of vehicles are awaiting for us! Let's go!
Maki: We're coming, Emma!
After the school idols are getting on their vehicles, they are driving straight to the command center.
After arriving...
Miyafuji: Ah, there they are!
Hanamaru: Miyafuji-san!
Maki: Heey!
The School Idols are getting out of their cars, and meet Miyafuji, Yu and Dia, they are discussing their plan.
Miyafuji: Okay, the court-martial trial is tomorrow, so we must be prepared very well.
I'll be on Command Center for the time being, you girls, enjoy your time shopping!
School Idols and Yu: Oooohhh!
In the department store..
Kasumi: Wow, Osea has a lot if nice stuff around here!
Yu: I wonder if I can buy a gift to Ayumu.
Maki: Oh, I see a piano! in one of these markets!
Dia: Can you play in the store?
Shop Owner: No problem, Ms. Kurosawa! It's a prototype piano, ready to play.
Dia: How do you know us?
Shop Owner: It's simple, you are School Idols!
Maki: Okay, I'm play some tunes for this shop.
As Maki makes some piano music, several customers are applauding.
Customer 1: So beautiful!
Maki: Thank you all for watching me play!
After some hours of shopping, and some small concerts, the School Idols are headed for a hotel to rent some rooms so they can sleep. But first they went to a restaurant in the hotel for some dinner.
Hanayo: Wow, so much food in this restaurant! I hope that they have rice and rice balls.
Emma: I hope they have nice baked bread!
Hanamaru: There is so much good food all around zura!
Dia: Calm down, girls. We will get some plates and serve some food.
You and Yu: Let's dig in!
Kasumi: Thank you for the food!
Emma and Hanayo: It's so tasty/Buono!
Maki: That's some good veggies on the tray!
After dinner and some showering…
In Emma and Hanayo's hotel room.
Emma: That was some nice adventure!
Hanayo: I'm so stuffed!
Emma: Let's go for some sleep, Hanayo-chan!
Hanayo: Good night, Emma-chan!
In Kasumi and Maki's hotel room.
Maki: How was your sortie, Kasumi?
Kasumi: It was a lot to bear, shooting on the enemy. I'll have to live it for the moment.
Maki: That's how war is as it should be.
Kasumi: Yeah, but I managed to take the enemy down.
Maki: Let's sleep, Kasumi. Tomorrow, we're going to the Command Center.
Kasumi: Well, good night Maki.
In Hanamaru and Dia's hotel suite.
Hanamaru: Those Mikan Oranges that Chika gave us are so tasty zura!
Dia: Hanamaru, do you think that the Osean court will listen to us?
Hanamaru: It's only a matter to find zura!
Dia: We shall be ready for this task up ahead.
Hanamaru: Let's sleep zura. I'm totally exhausted.
Dia: Agreed. Good night.
By You and Yu's hotel room…
You and Yu are already in bed.
Yu: I'm worried about Ayumu, You-san.
You: Something the matter?
Yu: I hope that she like this little fluffy rabbit that I bought.
You: She will be, you are gonna help Miyafuji, right?
Yu: I am, And Dia will be the one to intervene in the court martial trial and explain everything from what happened.
You: Yeah, Dia will need all the help she can get.
Yu: Let's get some shut eye. Good night, You-chan.
You: Good night. Yu-san.
The next 2 days...
At 10 AM, the School Idols had their breakfast and headed for the Osea Command Center.
When we arrive, the Osean soldiers who guard the entrance let us in because we are coming from Satsuma, although the country is not involved in the war, because it's neutral, but operating under black operations. The girls are gonna find Miyafuji's room, until Kasumi got a military overhearing in the court. Yu went immediately to find Miyafuji's room. And Dia and the others are ready to listen in.
Court Judge: So, are you gonna say that the attack on Mother Goose One was not you fault?
Trigger: Yes, it was not my fault.
Court Judge: Then why did you shoot the transport then?
Trigger: I didn't shoot it, because...
The court trail door suddenly opened and Dia explains this.
Dia: Because some UAVs have been swarming the Osean squadrons.
Judge: Eh? Who might you be?
Osean General: State your name and affiliation, miss.
Dia: My name is Captain Dia Kurosawa from the Satsuma Air Force. 2nd Air Division, Aqours Squadron. Callsign Aqours 7, TAC name: Raven.
Osean General: May we ask what are you doing here, Captain Kurosawa?
Dia: I'm here to meet one of the Generals who is available. What 2nd Lieutenant Alexandra Hailstone said is right. Mother Goose One is shot down by a missile of a drone faking an Osean IFF. She had not much evidence to prove. But we do. We have acquired a ton of evidence to review for you.
A ton of important papers and several blueprints of the drones are revealed a logo of Gründer Industries.
Osean General: May I see one of those blueprints, Ms. Kurosawa?
Dia: Sure.
One of the Osean Generals checked the blueprints and its logo.
Osean General: I can't believe it!
Judge: What did you see, General?
Osean General: This evidence is seriously shocking! So you girls are revealing that Gründer Industries are up to something with the Eruseans?
You: You could say that again!
Osean General: I can't believe that the nasty Belkans are at it again!
Judge: The Belkans? I thought we had teached them a lesson back in the Circum-Pacific War!
Osean General: It might seem that many remaining ultranationalists have scattered all over the world. Now they are here in Erusea.
Judge: Captain Kurosawa, please continue!
Dia: You might also want to hear this recording we got from our AWACS.
Recording: Ha! Our plan worked! With their president Harling dead, and that Osean pilot framed. Thanks to our Belkan friends that they wanted revenge, we have delivered a huge blow for the Osean Military. We shall laugh at that pilot, she will suffer for this, hahahaha!
The Judge and the Osean Generals are truly shocked for this recording, and are in serious questions.
Judge: Captain Kurosawa, how did you get a hold of this?!
Dia: Air Commander Kana Miyafuji has this evidence acquired from a Erusean Conservative who has defected to us.
Osean General: A Erusean Military conservative?
Dia: A Erusean Captain named Alonzo. He gave us this evidence.
After explaining everything what has happened. The Military Court Judge came with a decision.
Judge: Captain Kurosawa. After hearing the recordings and explaining all of this evidence and photos. It seems clear that Mage 2 was not fully responsible of the destruction of Mother Goose One.
However, the influence of Belka is still baffling to any of us. We shall send an investigation team to search the Gründer facilities in Erusea for any evidence.
School Idol Pilots, you gave us a major breakthrough for any situation, and even though this has shocked us, we've once again played at their hands.
But we shall ask the IUN and the Belkan government for putting immediate sanctions on the Gründer Industries after the war.
As for you, Trigger. We've checked all of the evidence the school girls gave us. We are completely shocked and confused so badly. We got tricked. Our country is tricked by the Belkans, again. But by now, you've been framed too. I have a promise to you, stop the Eruseans, whatever the cost!
By this, you've been immediately cleared from the charge of murder by our former president. Court is adjourned! Dismissed!
After the trial...
Trigger: I can't thank you girls much enough! You girls owe me my life.
Clown: Trigger?
Trigger: Clown!
Clown: I knew that you'll pull through! Anyway girls, thank you for getting Trigger out of this mess!
You: No problem, sir. Just doing our job.
Trigger: But how did you girls know what happened?! And more importantly. How did you girls see me?
Maki: Ever since your first mission on the IUN. We have monitored the situation since your air battles.
Trigger: Oh, the interception of bombers.
Clown: That mission that we went to destroy the bombers.
Dia: That one.
Trigger: Now what are you gonna ask us?
Dia: I think that you two will come with us.
Trigger and Clown: Eh… Okay.
After a few minutes later… The Mage squadron arrived with the help of Dia, an office where Miyafuji is. She has already been talking with Wing Commander Yu and Karibuchi.
Clown: Sorry, ma'am. For interrupting your talk…
Miyafuji: No need for that, Clown. I'll treat any military member as a family. I see that you two are known as the Mage Squadron?
Clown: Yes, we were.
Miyafuji: And you, Trigger. What's your official name?
Trigger: Alexandra Hailstone: Member of the IUN, Mage Squadron.
Miyafuji: Okay. Ms. Hailstone. We'll tell you our work. The Republican Nation of Satsuma Air Force has sent us, to Erusea to do a black operation to find and defeat the enemy hardliners who threatens the world.
Yu: So, to say. We've contacted several ministers and the Belkan leaders. And they told that several hardliners from Belka wanted revenge on Osea for the Belkan War.
Trigger: If you are there, is your nation at war?
Dia: Technically not. We are fighting a secret war against the Eruseans and the Belkan hardliners who are holed up in Erusea.
Clown: I see! So you guys fight a different war in which we are in the main campaign.
Yu: Very good observation, Clown.
Clown: Please, call me Robert.
Miyafuji: Anyway, during your mission in the space elevator, I've called the IUN-PKF HQ. We told everything from what had happened and they were puzzled because we knew how it ended.
Trigger: You girls knew all of this?
Miyafuji: That's right. Hanayo and Watanabe have photos taken.
Trigger: So that's how that happened.
Clown: Yeah, those UAVs have swarmed us to our objective.
Miyafuji: That's correct. And therefore, Mage Squadron will be joining the School Idols Air Division. However, Trigger will be flying. Clown, you take the role as the member on our Air Traffic Controller in the reactivated airbase, just 2.5 km near the Zapland Air Base.
Clown: Okay.
Trigger: So sad that you are not going to fly, Clown.
Clown: Don't worry, Trigger. I live on the ground a bit longer than you will.
Miyafuji: Good. Tomorrow, we sail back to Erusea with the hybrid aircraft carrier, the SN Sakamoto.
Trigger: Tomorrow?
Karibuchi: That's correct.
Clown: Okay…
Watanabe: Be on time at 9 AM sharp.
Trigger: Okay.
The next day, on the port of Oured.
8:55 AM
Trigger's P.O.V.
After a difficult night and some breakfast, Clown and I are riding with our vehicle towards the port. When we arrive, we seen it, the SN Sakamoto. And she's very huge! We managed to enter the aircraft carrier with our vehicle bacuse there was a vehicle storage for our car.
After leaving our car, we've been meeted with full confidence.
After some minutes, the SN Sakamoto is ready to leave the port and heading for Erusea.
The School Idol girls gave us a tour around the SN Sakamoto, and what is pretty shocking, several land-based Itasha fighter planes are parked on the runway! I knew that land-based airplanes normally land in the airbase, but that aircraft carrier is a huge one, she can allow the land-based fighter airplanes with a big runway.
And after arriving in 4 days, we arrived at Proud Island, the home base of the School Idol Air Divisions.
The base where they have settled is a huge one, it has everything it needs to operate.
A HQ, a barracks, a control tower, several runways, and there is a special facility of dance equipment, probably for School Idols only.
Trigger: Woah! There is so much in the base, I've have to train this hard!
After entering the base, Trigger meeted the rest of the School Idols girls who are pilots too.
Trigger: I think that I'm gonna be there for a couple of days of training, socializing and simulating any air tactics.
And after 10 days, Trigger and Clown are called to Miyafuji's office.
*knock* *knock*
Miyafuji: Come in.
Trigger: You have called us?
Miyafuji: I called you two, yes. I just have word that the airbase close to the Zapland Air Base is finally ready and it's very well fortified with SAMs, bunkers and radars.
You two will go to the new airbase, along with Lily White Squadron, AZUNA Squadron and the R3BIRTH Squadron.
Shioriko is the Comannder of this base, but she will fly along.
Trigger and Clown: Very well, ma'am!
Miyafuji: You two will go there, and you will know that many food supply trucks are there to help you pilots feed, and I'll also sent Hanayo's mother for food delivery in the canteen. Pack your belonings and head there. Dismissed!
Trigger's P.O.V.
And so, Clown and I are heading out for the new air force base nearby Zapland. From there, we are gonna make several aerial operations here.
The School Idol Girls are gonna name it: The Sansaodan Air Base. Strange name, even though I can't speak Japanese. But I'll pull through. It's gonna be a long day. And soon I'll pick a new plane.

Well, they done it. And now, instead on being transferred to the penal squadron, Trigger is now transferred to the School Idols Air Division of the Satsuma Air Force.
