Chapter 0; The Pokemon World

In Kitakami, the following day after the incident with Pecharunt. Kieran and Carmire went to the community center. Inside they saw Nemona, Arven, and Penny already for the day. Carmine said to them. "Good morning everyone."

"Hey, Carmine, are you ready for a Pokemon Battle?" Nemona said to Carmine. Carmine then said to Nemona, with a laugh. "Uh… Hey where's Eric?"

"You're right, sis. Where is Eric?" Kieran said as they were looking around for Eric, the trainer that became a champion stronger than Nemona, helped Arven battle the Titan's, helped Penny deal with Team Star, and helped Kieran and Carmire with what happened in Kitakami and Blueberry Academy. Everyone turned to Arven and he said. "Oh, yeah. Eric left me a note. He said he was going for a morning walk with all of his Pokemon."

"Then let's go find him. Maybe we can have a double battle then." Nemona said before she started to push everyone out of the community center.

Kieran, Nemona, Arven, Penny, and Carmine walked around and soon found Eric, a guy wearing Naranja Academy fall uniform, a good distance from town. Eric was surrounded by his Pokemon. A Quaquaval, a Koraidon, a Ogerpon, and a Terapagos. "So what should we do with Pecharunt? Any ideas, Step?" Eric said to his Quaquaval. Step had no idea. Then Eric said to Koraidon. "What about you, Scarlet?" Scarlet also had no ideas. Ogerpon then grabbed Eric's shirt, and Eric said to her. "What is it, Lady?" Lady then put on her Hearthflame Mask, and then picked up a small rock, threw it into the air and hit it with her Ivy Cudgel move. Eric then said to Lady. "Lady, we're not going to send Pecharunt to who knows where with your club." Terapagos then made a sound and Eric said. "See, even Tera agrees." Eric then turned to Tera, and saw that it was just looking at Flying Pokemon. Eric sighed before the others had arrived. Penny was the first to Eric. "Eric? What are you doing here?"

"Oh hey guy. I was discussing with my Pokemon what to do with Pecharunt, after we had a walk with this." Eric said before pulling out a Pokemon Egg. Arven then said to Eric. "Where did you get a Pokemon Egg?"

"I found this Egg before this whole incident started." Eric said before Penny said. "Do you know what Pokemon Egg this is?"

"Nope." Eric said and then Nemona said. "Whatever is inside that Egg, I know it's going to be strong. I can feel it." Eric laughed a little and put the Egg away.

After Eric put away the Egg, a Moonblast hit them, causing all of them to scatter. "What was that?" Penny said as everyone recovered. Before Eric could say anything, a pink glow wrapped around him. Eric was then thrown into the air. "What's going on?" Nemona said before Kieran said point at a good distance away. "Look!" Kieran was pointing at Okidogi, Munkidori, who was the one holding Eric with his psychic powers, and Fezandipiti. Once Eric was with the Loyal Three, Okidogi punched the ground creating a dust cloud. Once it was cleared, Eric and the Loyal Three were gone. Arven then said to everyone. "Where'd they go?"

"How would we know that?" Carmine said before Scarlet roared in the direction of the mountain. Step and Lady got on Scarlet, and Scarlet flew away. Nemona then said. "Where are they going?"

"Maybe those Pokemon took Eric to the Crystal Pond. Come on!" Kieran said before picking up Tera, and he and Carmine took them to the Crystal Pond.

At the Crystal Pond, Munkidori was keeping Eric in the air, Fezandipiti grabbed his Pokeballs, and Okidogi forced open them. Okidogi freed Pecharunt, but he also broke Step's, Scarlet's, Lady's, and Tera's Pokeballs. Once Okidogi freed Pecharunt from its Pokeball, Pecharunt was so happy to see Okidogi, Munkidori, and Fezandipiti.

As for Eric, he remembered the legend of the Loyal Three, then said to Pecharunt. "Wait? You're the trainer of the Loyal Three?" Pecharunt made a noise, conforming what Eric said was true. Then Pecharunt ordered the Loyal Three to attack Eric. But before they attacked him, Step, Lady, and Scarlet appeared and attacked them away from Eric. The attack caused Munkidori to drop Eric, and Okidogi protected Pecharunt from their attack.

"Thanks guys." Eric said as he got up. Then Eric and Pecharunt started their triple battle.

"Lady, scatter them with Ivy Cudgel!" Eric said to Lady, who charged with Ivy Cudgel causing everyone to scatter. Pecharunt then told Munkidori to use Sludge Wave. "Counter that with Power Whip!" Eric said to Lady and Lady used Power Whip to break the sludge wave in half.

"Now Scarlet uses Collision Course." Eric said to Scarlet. Scarlet nodded and used Collision Course on the Loyal Three. Pecharunt told Okidogi to use Superpower to catch Scarlet and tossed him away. Okidogi did what Pecharunt said, and while Okidogi stopped Scarlet. Pecharunt then told Okidogi to use Poison Jab to get rid of Scarlet. Okidogi did that and Scarlet was sent flying. "Scarlet, used Flamethrower Okidogi while in the air!" Eric said to Scarlet, and Scarlet used Flamethrower on Okidogi.

Pecharunt told Fezandipiti use Attract on Step. "Watch out Step!" Eric said to Step. Step noticed in time and use Aqua Step to counter it. Pecharunt told Fezandipiti use Cross Poison on Step. "Step counter with Ice Spinner!" Eric said and Step did, which caused Fezandipiti attack to miss.

Pecharunt then told Munkidori to use Future Sight before using Psychic to throw large rocks at Lady and Scarlet. Munkidori did as he was told and he did hit Scarlet, stopping his Flamethrower. "Break that rock with Wood Hammer." Eric said to Lady. Lady then smashed the rocks with Wood Hammer as she charged at Munkidori. Peacharunt then told Okidogi to use Poison Jab on Lady. Scarlet came back down and used Endure, blocking Okigodi's attack before forcing Okidogi back before blasting him with Tera Blast. "Nice save Scarlet." Eric said to Scarlet and then he said to Step. "Step, used Ice Spinner." Step then use Ice Spinner to get close to Fezandipiti. Before Step made contact, Pecharunt told Fezandipiti to block him with Cross Poison. It worked, Pecharunt was getting tired of this battle.

Pecharunt then told Munkidori to push them away. Munkidori did so with Psychic. Then the Future Sight then appeared above Step, Lady, and Scarlet, but they all dodged it and it hit the Crystal Pond. Then Kieran, Tera, Nemona, Arven, Penny, and Carmine appeared. Kieran then said to Eric. "Eric, we are here to help."

"Thanks guys." Eric said as he turned away from the battle. Pecharunt then quickly flew behind Eric and was charging up a Shadow Ball. Tera saw the attack and jumped out of Kieran's arms. Tera then turned into his Terastal Form and used Protect. It did block the Shadow Ball, and Eric said to Tera. "Thanks Tera." Then something was happening to the Crystal Pond. The Crystal Pond started to fizzle and make a cracking sound. "I don't like that sound. Let's get out of here!" Eric said as everyone tried to get away from the Crystal Pond, but it was too late. The Crystal Pond exploded, and a burst of flog hit all of them, knocking them out.

After Eric woke up, he found himself alone with just Tera in the middle of a forest. "Where am I?" Eric said before trying to pull out his Rotom Phone from his pocket. But the moment he did he noticed that it was fried and his Rotom was missing. "Well. that's not great." Eric said before placing it into his bag. Eric then noticed that the Pokemon egg was fine, but every single one of his electronic devices, minus his extra Pokeballs, had also been fried. "Well that is just perfect." Eric said as before Tera walked over and tried to cheer Eric up, by tickling his cheeks. Eric laughed a little and said to Tera as he got up. "You're right, Tera. I can't get moppy. We need to find the others and figure out where we are." Tera agreed and then Eric picked Tera up and started before he started to walk through the forest.

As Eric and Tera were walking through the forest, three green small dragon-like creatures pounced onto Eric. "Hey! Get off!" Eric said and they did jump off of him, but they took his backpack and Tera with them as they left. "Hey! Give Tera and my backpack back!" Eric said as he chased after them.

During the chase, Eric found three good size rocks and threw the rocks at them. It knocked them all down and away from his backpack and Tera. But just then a whole pack of the same creature as the other three appeared. The pack wasn't happy that Eric attacked them. So each of them breathed fire at him. Eric dodged a few, but some did hit him, causing Eric to catch on fire. Tera cried as Eric tried to put himself out. And a good distance away a guy about Eric's age, wearing fur-like pants, long sleeves shirt, and a vest, plus a dark blue penguin at another location heard Tera's cry and chose to investigate.

Back with Eric, he had put out the fire. And while his clothes were totally ruined, he had just received a few small burns. The pack was then going to attack him again, the dark blue penguin appeared between them. "A Piplup!?" Eric said before the Piplup used its Water Gun on the pack, which did hit all of them. The pack didn't like that Piplup, and ran away.

Once the pack was gone, Eric said to Piplup. "Thanks for the help." The Piplup responded to Eric. Eric could tell that Piplup was saying "You're welcome". The Piplup then walked over to Tera and then looked at Eric. Piplup then pointed at him then at Tera. Eric then said to Piplup. "You what to join me?" Piplup nodded yes. Eric then said to Piplup. "Are you going to be okay with a nickname?" Piplup nodded yes, and then Eric said. "Ok… How about Knight?" Piplup, now Knight, was happy with his nickname.

"Who's there?" A male voice said from behind Eric. Eric turned around and saw the same guy who heard Tera's cry. Eric then got up and said to the guy. "Hello. I'm Eric." Eric then pointed at his Pokemon. "And this is Knight and Tera."

"I've never seen this BattleMon before." The guys said getting a closer look at Tera. Eric then thought. 'BattleMon.' The guy then said to Eric. "So what kind of BattleMon is it?"

"First, Tera isn't a BattleMon, he is a Pokemon. And second, Tera is a Terapagos,"

"Terapagos?"

"Yes, the Tera Pokemon. A Normal Type. Terapagos protects itself using its power to transform energy into hard crystals. This Pokémon is the source of the Terastal phenomenon."

"Terastal phenomenon?"

"You never see Terastaling?"

"I can say I have."

"Then I will show you later."

"Ok, now Eric? Why are you three here?"

"I don't even know where here is."

"Explain?"

"My friends and I were in a battle, and that battle caused a bright light to develop us. And the next thing I know, I'm wherever here."

"So you are just lost?"

"Yes."

"Ok, follow me. I'll take you to my house. My dad will know how to handle you."

"Thanks… Uh? I never got your name?"

"My name is Hiccup."

"Really? Hiccup?"

"Great name, I know. But it's not the worst. Parents believe a hideous name will frighten off gnomes and trolls." Hiccup said to Eric before they started to walk to Hiccup's town.

And done. Now I want to say a few things. First I will have Eric find his friends and his Pokemon, but they will be in later chapters. Also the Pokemon team for Kieran, Nemona, Arven, Penny, and Carmine are the Pokemon they have during the Pecharunt incident.
