Harley P.O.V.
I suddenly found myself in the control room of the toad base. I saw a blue wheel like scructure in the middle of the room that reminded me of the wheel Conan and his fellow prisoners had to push on in the movie: Conan the Barbarian (1982). There was a hologram of Bruce. Defeating the Void Droid was a nightmare for me. The droid didn't and wouldn't understand the concept of stop. It kept going on like how the Energizer Bunny kept on going in the Energizer commercials. Jenny was finally able to stop the thing using her powers to destroy it. Bucky and Bruiser were in the teleporter room with me.
Bruce told Bucky how to deactivate the teleportation machine. Bucky was about to destroy the teleportation machine when Bruiser stopped him.
"No! Don't shoot, Bucky!" Bruiser cried. "I just figured it out. You blow up the machine and Bruce will disappear!"
"Bruiser, if we don't destroy the machine, the toads will use it to rule the Aniverse!" Bucky explained to Bruiser.
"Sometimes we have to make sacrifices in li-" My statement was cut off as I felt something hit my head. It was one of the metal pipes from the ceiling that hit my head. I literally saw stars as my body slowly fell forward to the ground. I was in my Iron Man armor. I was knocked unconscious. My vision faded to black.
Bucky O'Hare P.O.V.
I couldn't believe that Harley got knocked out by the pipe falling down from the ceiling. At least I wasn't the one who got knocked out. I had to worry about Harley later. I have a teleporter machine to shut down. Me and Bruiser worked together to deactivate the toad teleporter machine. The machine was specifically. Bruce went away and disappeared. Bruiser got angry and decided to take it out on the toads for making him lose his brother again. He ran off to deal with the toads, while I had to get Harley out of the control room. I hoped that Harley would come to soon. I'd hate having to try and lift Harley Keener's human body all by myself. A few minutes went by and Harley slowly came to. I was glad that he was okay.
"What happened?" Harley said groggily.
"You got hit in the head by a fallen pipe." I said to Harley.
"Oh. I hope my head is alright." Harley said.
"Let's get out of here and get back onto the Righteous Indignation." I said. Me and Harley exited the control room and we headed back to the Righteous indignation. Jenny, Deadeye, Emily, Blinky and Bruiser were waiting for us on the ship. Me and Harley entered our ship. I climbed into my chair beside Jenny. The Righteous indignation took off from the toad military station.
Regular P.O.V.
Bruiser was still upset over the loss of his brother. He didn't want Bucky to destroy the teleporter machine, since that meant that he would lose contact with his brother Bruce. He knew that Bucky had no choice but to destroy the toad teleporter machine. It was either that or having the toads use the teleporter machine to rule the Aniverse. Bucky O'Hare and his crew didn't want that to happen. So, Bucky destroyed the teleporter machine to prevent the toads from taking over the Aniverse. Bruiser calmed down. Blinky cheered Bruiser up by replaying Bruce's final words to him. That made the baboon feel better. Harley, Bucky, Jenny, Deadeye and Emily went down to the engineering bay to help console Bruiser.
"You still upset over the loss of your brother Bruce? It's okay. We all go through that sometimes. I know you miss Bruce very much. If I lost my sister, I would feel the same way you're feeling right now. When I lost my mother along with half of everybody in my world, I felt upset too. I soon got over it. It's like I said earlier, sometimes we have to make sacrifices in life. I'm sure Bruce is gonna be okay." Harley reassured Bruiser. That made Bruiser feel proud of himself.
"That was real nice of you to say, Harley." Bruiser said before hugging Harley gently. Harley felt comfortably numb by the baboon's hug. It felt nice to be hugged.
"Don't you worry, buddy. We'll find Bruce eventually. Heck, he might even come visit us some day." Bucky said to Bruiser.
"I think we should celebrate this moment with listening to some Elton John." Harley said.
"Who's Elton John?" Bucky asked Harley.
"Elton John is a musician on my planet. He's very famous. He's one of the most greatest musicians ever." Harley said. Harley took out his iPod and selected an Elton John song. He chose the song "Crocodile Rock". The opening notes of Crocodile Rock started to play out loud from Harley's iPod. Harley closed his eyes as he and his friends celebrated their victory by listening to the soothing music of Elton John.
