AN: For reference, when I say an "Evolved" Grimm during a combat sequence, I am referring to a Super Grimm that has dawned its Chakra cloak.

Chapter 26 – As Hope Drifts Away

It is the day after the reunification of Team RWBY. They spent the rest of that day helping out some of the construction workers and also just enjoying each other's company. Ozpin let them have this respite, but today he is meeting with his new inner circle to inform them of what they will be doing next.

Ozpin entered the shabby living quarters with Qrow and said, "It isn't that bad in here all things considered."

"It's got a roof and beds. It's better than what the others have" Qrow commented in turn.

"Well, they certainly earned it" Ozpin stated.

Naruto then walked out of the bedroom section rubbing his eyes. He spotted Qrow and Ozpin and asked, "It's not already time for the meeting, is it?"

Ozpin shook his head and said, "We just came early to check how the living quarters was doing."

Naruto was relieved as he still wanted a little longer to sleep. He then suggested to Ozpin, "Maybe you should let Oscar back out and let the kid get some rest?"

Ozpin smiled and said, "A good idea." Ozpin then relinquished control.

Now back in control, Oscar looked and Naruto and said, "Thanks."

Naruto yawned before he said, "No problem" and walked back to his room.

Oscar then sat on the couch facing away from the sun and shut his eyes. He did not want to admit it, but he was exhausted. Ozpin is responsible for so much, so having to share a body with someone like that is taking some getting used to. Ozpin recognized this and felt bad. The lives of all his hosts have been overwhelming, but they usually were not kids. What is worse is due to circumstances out of their control, this ancient conflict has evolved beyond anything he could prepare Oscar for.

Qrow sat on one of the lounge chairs and took a sip of his flask before he also tried to relax. He looked at his hand and thought about what happened a few nights ago. If Ozpin is right, then he has Chakra now. He was present for the kids' training, so he knows he will need to get it flowing first. "What will it feel like? Chakra is influenced by Aura, so what will my misfortune Semblance do to it?" These questions raced through his mind and prevented him from relaxing properly.

Another hour passed before our gang of Huntsmen Shinobi began trickling into the living room area. The first to walk in was Nora followed by Blake, Ruby, Ren, Pyrrha and Jaune, Naruto and Yang, then finally Weiss.

Yang was wearing the jacket she had on during her rehabilitation training back home. She asked, "So what's next for us?"

Oscar let Ozpin take back control again when then replied, "We need to get the Relic to a place where it can be properly defended. Which means one of the schools. Since this will mean that location will have two Relics, it will need strong forces and defenses. All that meaning we will be heading to Atlas."

Weiss looked like a deer caught in headlights hearing she will be heading back to Atlas. She muttered, "This has to be a joke…"

Ruby looked at Weiss with concern and asked her, "Weiss? Are you okay with this?"

Ozpin followed up saying to Weiss, "I'm sure you must have mixed feelings about this, but it is necessary. I would never suggest this otherwise."

Weiss nodded in agreement and told Ruby, "I'll be okay. My family matters don't take priority over the fate of the world."

Naruto then walked forward a little gaining their attention and said, "Besides, just because we're heading to Atlas doesn't mean we have to see her family."

"Should we really try avoiding the Schnees?" Jaune asked, unsure if that is a good idea.

"Probably" Yang answered casually.

Pyrrha turned to Yang with surprise and asked, "Why? I'm not against the idea, but I'm curious as to your reason."

Blake thought she knew and said, "I have a pretty good idea." As the others turned their attention to her, Blake explained, "While the Schnees have always had their detractors, the disgusting and cruel practices trace back to Jacques."

Weiss simply nodded and said, "That's true."

Yang shrugged and replied, "I guess that's true, but that's not the main reason I wanna avoid him."

Blake and Weiss looked confused, so Naruto then explained while looking at Weiss, "With what you told us about how he treats you and your family, there's a chance…"

Yang interrupted and said, "An almost guaranteed chance."

Naruto nodded and said, "An almost guaranteed chance their either me, Yang, or Nora puts him through a wall."

"Count on it" Nora told them in agreement.

This earned some laughter from the group and a smile from Weiss. She them commented, "That wouldn't be so bad."

Qrow them piped up and said, "We probably don't want to spend any nights in jail. And you can be damn sure Jacques would press charges."

Ruby had a skeptical look and asked, "You really think the police could take them down?"

In response, Naruto sighed and answered, "As much as I'd wanna put up a fight, I probably wouldn't fight the police."

Everyone but Qrow and Ozpin looked surprised at this answer. Nora then asked, "Why not?"

"Yeah, I sure would" Yang followed up.

Ozpin then interjected as he said, "The whole reason we are going to Atlas is because is it the best place to secure the Relic. But that security becomes less stable if we cause an uproar with the police and very likely the Atlas Guard."

"He has a point" Ren acknowledged.

"We will be there to see Ironwood, not the Schnees" Ozpin stated.

Naruto then interjected and exclaimed, "And Hesta!"

Yang's eyes then widened, and she excitedly exclaimed, "Oh right! He's in Atlas!"

"Awesome! I can't wait to meet him!" Ruby replied.

Jaune smirked and said, "Guess it won't be such a bad trip after all."

Blake then whispered to Weiss, "I have no clue who Hesta is."

"He's the guy who made those cybernetic arms Yang and Naruto have" Weiss informed Blake.

"Oh, he must be really good then" Blake commented. Weiss simply nodded in agreement.

"I will get our train trip all set up" Ozpin told them. "We will have to stay here at least another few days."

Hearing this, Jaune looked to Ruby and Naruto, his fellow leaders of the group, and asked, "What do you guys think we should do with that time."

"We train, obviously" Ruby answered matter-of-factly.

Naruto then walked up to Blake and told her, "Which starts with getting your Chakra flowing."

"Right" Blake stated in agreement. She was nervous however.

Upon hearing this, Ozpin then looked at Qrow. Qrow then sighed and walked forward before he announced, "I got Chakra the other night."

They all looked surprised, but Ruby then exclaimed, "Alright! Congrats Uncle Qrow!"

Naruto crossed his arms and started to think. Pyrhha seen this and asked him, "What's on your mind?"

"Since I already have to get Blake and Qrow's Chakras flowing, I might as well do it for Sun too" Naruto answered.

Pyrrha looked confused as she said, "I thought we agreed we weren't going to tell him since he isn't coming."

"I'm not telling him about Chakra, my world, or about Salem" Naruto replied. "I'm just gonna get his Chakra flowing."

Ruby and Jaune then looked at Ozpin. Ozpin then said, "As long as you aren't revealing anything, then I have no problem with it."

Seeing everyone feeling a little conflicted on the matter, Blake spoke up and said, "There was a Super Grimm attack on Menagerie." This caught everyone else in the room by surprise.

"How bad was it?" Weiss asked with concern on her face.

"There were a lot of casualties…" Blake answered with sadness in her voice. She then looked at everyone and said, "My point in bringing this up is that the Super Grimm are spreading. So having someone else out there who can at least match some of them physically would be a good thing."

Hearing that, the others unanimously felt less conflicted on the matter as Ren said, "She makes perfect sense."

"Then it's settled!" Naruto announced. He then told Blake, "Go grab Sun and meet me by the pond." He then looked and Qrow and told him, "You head there too." He then told everyone else. "Head to the forest on the other side of the campus." Everyone then headed to their respective locations.

Naruto is waiting at the pond by the hospital. He is a little nervous. Despite his experience with the others, he knows for certain that Qrow and Sun have not felt their Chakra yet since they just got theirs. He knows the Chakra will awaken in response to extreme emotion, but he is not sure how to get that out of them. Sun especially.

"You could try what you did for Jaune and Pyrrha" Kurama suggested.

"I doubt that'll work" Naruto responded. "Sun might fall for a trick like that, but Qrow's too clever."

"I suppose that's true" Kurama acknowledged. "And what of Blake?"

"She's had Chakra for a while, so I'm hoping she's manifested it at least once" Naruto answered.

"And if she hasn't?" Kurama further inquired.

"Then this is gonna suck, ya know…" Naruto answered unenthusiastically.

"You'll find a way" Kurama calmly responded. "You're too stubborn to give up." This caused Naruto to smirk.

Qrow, Blake, and Sun were starting to arrive at the pond. As they met up, Sun asked, "So why am I the only member of my team that's supposed to be here?"

"Do you remember that energy stream that went into you from the Super Grimm?" Blake asked him. Sun nodded and then Blake thought about how to explain it without revealing the whole truth. She then told him, "Naruto figured out how to make it work."

Sun's eyes widened and he said, "That would explain everyone's new power."

"Uh huh…" Blake nervously agreed. They then headed to the pond.

"Hey guys!" Naruto said, greeting them. "Think you're ready?"

"Definitely" Blake answered. Qrow simply shrugged.

"I think so?" Sun answered, unsure of what he's in for.

"Okay, so getting this "special energy" to react can be a little tricky" Naruto informed them. He then asked Blake, "You manifested before?"

Blake recalled the night the Super Griffon attacked Menagerie, and she answers, "I have."

"Good. That will make it easier to get your…energy flowing" Naruto told her. Blake nodded and Naruto turned to Qrow and Sun. He told them, "Since you guys just got your energy a couple days ago, you wouldn't have had the chance to manifest yet. So you'll need to do that first, ya know."

"I can tell this is gonna be tedious" Qrow commented.

"Oh, it is" Naruto told him. He then told Blake, "Come sit with me." He then walked closer to the pond and sat down. Blake followed and he told her, "Tell me about the time your Chakra manifested."

Blake looked hesitant and asked, "Is that necessary?"

Naruto gained an empathetic look as he told her, "It must be a painful memory. But it really helps for it to be fresh in your mind."

Blake still looked hesitant, but she sat down and took a deep breath. She then said, "One night on Menagerie, a part of Adam's White Fang tried to assassinate my parents." The disgust on was quite evident on Naruto's face upon hearing that. Blake then continued, "We were able to stop them, but the leaders of that sect had a card left to play…I guess they must have gotten it from that Salem person since Adam had her hair ornament."

Naruto simply nodded in understanding and told her, "Keep going."

Blake was still clearly haunted by the memory as she said, "That Grimm went on a slaughter…it wasn't just soldiers. It killed bakers, nurses, and small children. It even killed the one who let it out of its cage. And then…"

"Blake?" Naruto called out in concern.

Blake simply kept telling the story as she gripped her fists, and her voice choked up a little. She said, "Its next victim was Ilia. She was a friend from my childhood, and she died in my arms…then the Griffon attacked me, and my dad took the hit."

Hearing this, Naruto was reminded of the story of his birth that he was told by his mother. The moment his parents jumped in front of Kurama's claw that was going to strike him to prevent the seal.

Blake then said, "I felt such overwhelming anger and sadness in that moment. And when I grabbed my blade, something happened. I now know that was my Chakra manifesting."

"You can stop there" Naruto told her. "Hold onto that memory, those feelings, and the feeling that crept up in that moment." Blake tried to do so, and Naruto showed her the Seal of Confrontation. He told her, "Make this hand seal and focus."

Blake made the hand seal and concentrated. She keeps reliving the scene of Ilia dying and her father protecting her. She recalls the feeling that coursed through her and kept her focus on it. As this happened, her mental and physical energies started to converge. Once they did, the newly formed Chakra gathered at her center before finally coursing through her Chakra network. As Blake felt a rush like no other, her eyes shot open, and she looked at her hands in amazement.

Naruto smiled and said, "One down, two to go."

Sun and Qrow noticed the stunned expression on Blake's face. Qrow commented, "She must have gotten it down already."

"Of course she did!" Sun replied.

While Naruto still had Blake alone, he asked her, "Any clue what'll get Sun's emotions in a flux? I got an idea for Qrow, but Sun has me stumped."

Blake thought about this and said, "Sun is a lot like you when it comes to being positive and what have you. So, what made your emotions rise up?"

"Rage at my friends getting hurt" Naruto answered.

Blake thought further and said, "I don't think that will work. People have gotten hurt, but he never got angry as far as I could tell."

Kurama, having listened in, said, "I might have a way to get a rise out of him."

"I hope you're right" Naruto internally responded to the fox. He then stood up and walked over to Qrow before telling him, "You're up next."

Qrow shook his head and said, "There's just something weird about me getting taught by a kid."

As Naruto walked off with Qrow, Naruto commented, "Trust me the feeling's similar. It was weird enough teaching people my own age, ya know?"

Blake then walked over and stood by Sun. Sun then asked her, "So what's it feel like?"

Blake looked at her hands again and responded, "I can't begin to describe how it feels. Just that I've never felt anything like it before."

"Guess I got something to look forward to then" Sun commented.

Naruto has now sat Qrow down far enough away for their talk to be private. Naruto then sat down and asked, "You know how this works?"

"I remember you telling the others that this Chakra stuff is half mental energy or something, so it reacts strongly to emotion" Qrow answered.

Naruto looked surprised and said, "Wow, you really must have been paying attention."

"I was curious" Qrow responded casually. "You don't get to see an alien power in action all the time…or at least that used to be the case."

Naruto smirked at that remark. However, Naruto then frowned which Qrow picked up on. Naruto then asked, "What do you know about the death of Ruby and Yang's mom?"

Qrow's eyes widened at being asked that. But he understood the point, so he sighed and told Naruto, "Her name was Summer Rose. You should probably know that if you ever plan on being family." Naruto simply nodded in agreement. Qrow then continued, "She was on a job one day and never came back. But that's as much as I know about it."

Naruto could tell this was a sensitive subject, but it was all he could think of to throw Qrow's emotions into a flux. He then asked Qrow, "How much did it affect the family?"

Qrow scoffed at the question and said, "What do you think? They were all devastated. Especially Tai."

"What about Ruby and Yang?" Naruto further inquired.

Qrow was finally starting to look visibly upset as he answered, "Ruby wouldn't stop crying for hours. She didn't understand why her mommy wasn't coming back. Thankfully she was too young for it to hit really hard. Yang on the other hand it hit a lot harder. And with the state Tai was in, it fell to Yang to look out for Ruby for a while."

Like when hearing Blake's story, Naruto's face showed clear sympathy. He then asked, "And what about you?"

Qrow paused a few seconds before answering, "Summer was a good friend, so it hit hard, but seeing the way it broke the family hurt more. I was away on missions a lot so I couldn't be there as much as I should have."

"I know you bailed Ruby and Yang out a few times" Naruto told him.

Qrow nodded before he said, "There were a decent number of times where they were in over their heads and I got to them in time. Felt like I was gonna have a heart attack on a few occasions."

"You were kinda like their guardian" Naruto pointed out.

Qrow again nodded and said, "When I could."

Naruto paused as he did not want to ask this next part as he did not mean it. He then made himself ask, "How'd it feel knowing you can't protect them anymore?"

Qrow raised a brow and asked, "What do you mean?"

"During the Fall of Beacon, Yang lost an arm, and Ruby was put into a coma" Naruto started to explain. "And all you could do was bring them home after the fact." Qrow gripped his fists in response but tried to keep it subtle. But not subtle enough as Naruto was able to catch that and now knew he found where Qrow's emotional lock was.

"Close your eyes" Naruto requested of Qrow. Qrow did so, but reluctantly. Naruto then further asked, "Think back to a few weeks ago. The day we all met up. The day that man and his pack of Super Grimm attacked Ruby." Qrow looked back on that day and Naruto told him, "Think on all that for a moment and then walk me through that day from your perspective."

Qrow kept his eyes shut and said, "I was following Ruby and her friends like any other day. They had just left a small village. I then went to that village after they left to restock my own supplies. Especially my flask."

Naruto resisted the urge to snicker. He did not want to make any noise for his plan to work. Qrow then continued, "I took out some Grimm that would have ambushed them like I usually did. The sky got pretty cloudy and then I heard one of the kids yell in pain. I think it was Jaune…so I transformed and flew off hoping it wasn't too late. I arrived and seen the Super Grimm. I thought that this won't end well. Then I saw the Alpha stalking Ruby…"

Naruto seen the expression on Qrow's face change. He was not just retelling a tale, now he was reliving it. That is exactly what Naruto wanted.

Qrow continued, "I stopped the Alpha long enough for Ruby to get some distance. Then Tyrian approached and we fought. I used everything I had on him including my transformation and my misfortune. But nothing hurt him." Qrow then felt his nose and mouth, recalling them both bleeding from Tyrian slamming his face into the ground.

Naruto smirked and thought, "This is working! Just a little longer…"

Qrow then said, "He pinned me down. I seen the kids were all down and Ruby had just been pinned by the Alpha. Regular Grimm started showing up…and Ruby in her pinned and emotional state unleashed the power of her silver eyes. All the normal Grimm were petrified, but the Super Grimm barely flinched."

Naruto's eyes widened. He did not know that Chakra made the Grimm immune to Ruby's unique powers. Qrow then said, "I seen Ruby's tears…" He then reached out both in his memory and in current day. Qrow's desperate desire to save his niece echoed to his present mind. But, unlike what happened in his memory, the current Qrow felt something creep up inside him. His eyes shot open in shock.

"There it is!" Naruto shouted. Naruto showed him the Seal of Confrontation and told Qrow, "Do this and focus on that feeling."

Qrow shook his head before making the seal and concentrating. Since he is currently feeling the Chakra, it quickly gathers at his core and circulates. Qrow has now unlocked his Chakra, and he is amazed at the sudden sensations shooting through his body.

Naruto stood up and offered Qrow a hand. Qrow took the hand and Naruto helped him up before saying, "Welcome to the Huntsman Shinobi club."

"This is gonna take getting used to" Qrow commented.

"It'll be worth it" Naruto told him.

"So now what?" Qrow asked.

"I still gotta help Sun" Naruto answered.

Qrow nodded and walked over to the side before telling Sun, "You're up."

Sun looked at Blake and asked, "So how hard is this gonna be?"

"It's personal for each person so I can't say" Blake informed him.

"What are you waiting for? Get your ass over here!" Naruto yelled at Sun.

Sun then walked over and told Naruto, "I never would have expected you to be the one to figure this stuff out."

Naruto then nervously said, "Who would have guessed?" Naruto then calmed down and told Sun, "Now go ahead and sit down." As Sun did so, Naruto internally asked Kurama, "So what was your idea for Sun?"

"We're going to make him feel ashamed" Kurama answered.

Understandably, Naruto internally exclaimed, "What?! Why would we do that?!"

"You did it with Qrow when you pointed out he wasn't his nieces' guardian anymore" Kurama pointed out.

"I wasn't trying to shame him, I was digging to try and see where he would feel emotionally vulnerable!" Naruto internally explained. "Qrow is mostly laid back, but I also had a feeling family pain was the key."

Kurama understood Naruto's point, but then he explained, "The monkey boy doesn't seem to have been though those big emotionally jarring moments. He's been a supporter."

"You make that sound like a bad thing" Naruto internally said, not liking the implication.

Kurama shook his head and said with annoyance in his voice, "Shut up, that's not my point. I'm saying that without the heartbreak and desperation the others felt, shame is all we have to work with."

Naruto did not like this one bit, but he also could not counter Kurama's point. He then sighed and sat down before internally telling Kurama, "I'm gonna need help with this."

Kurama smirked and said, "I know. Being cruel goes against your very being."

Naruto then looked at Sun and asked, "How'd you feel after the battle a few nights ago?"

Sun crossed his arms in thought before he answered, "I felt like we finally got a win instead of just stopping things from getting worse."

Naruto and Kurama both saw this as a possible spot to enact their plan. Naruto asked Sun, "What do you mean by that?"

Sun shrugged and said, "Ever since the Fall of Beacon, it feels like the bad guys keep gaining more and more ground, and all we've been able to do is keep them from gaining a little less ground when they do."

Naruto nodded and said, "That night we didn't let them get anything and we even captured Adam."

"Exactly!" Sun exclaimed, happy to see Naruto gets what he means.

"Now tell him, "No thanks to you"" Kurama instructed Naruto.

Naruto hesitated, but then told Sun, "No thanks to you."

Sun looked shocked and responded, "That's not true…"

Then Naruto, through Kurama's guidance, told Sun, "It's just how it goes with you, ya know. You tried to help Blake against Torchwick at the docks. But, you got your ass kicked by Torchwick, his enforcer, and then taken out by the Super Ursa. I had to take care of Torchwick and that girl while Blake and her team took care of the Ursa."

Sun could not believe Naruto was saying this to him. The problem was, deep down, Sun also felt this way about himself. Even more so after his encounter with his team yesterday.

Naruto seen Sun's expression and internally told Kurama, "I hate this…but it's clearly doing something…"

"Don't let up now" Kurama instructed. "Bring up the incident with Torchwick and the robot."

"And then when our group went after Torchwick again, you got knocked off the bridge and then ran from the battle while me and Team RWBY fought for our lives" Naruto further chastised.

Sun's eyes widened at that one as he had no defense for it. Naruto then audibly gulped, almost revealing that he did not want to do this. Thankfully for him, Sun was in such a distraught state that he did not even notice. Naruto then finally brought up, "We can't forget about you abandoning your team." Now Sun's eyes looked like he was physically wounded. This psychological onslaught did a number on him.

Blake, even though she could not hear them, could see the look on Sun's face. She started to run over.

Qrow grabbed Blake by the arm and asked, "What do you think you're doing?"

"Look at him!" Blake exclaimed, referring to Sun. "He looks like he's falling apart!"

Qrow looked and said, "Maybe that's what he needs."

"What?" Blake replied with understandable confusion.

Qrow looked Blake in the eyes and asked, "You really not have faith in Naruto?" Blake was quiet after being asked that. She had more faith in Naruto than just about anyone else. So she decided to stay put.

Sun looked down and muttered, "I let everyone down…"

Before Kurama could instruct Naruto further, he told Sun, "You're the only one who really thinks that, ya know."

Sun now looked at Naruto very confused and said, "What?"

Naruto then stood up and told Sun, "Despite all those mistakes I pointed out, you never threw in the towel." Hearing this, Sun could feel his emotions getting thrown into a flux, and something started to awaken. Naruto then further elaborated, "Even with all that happened, you kept trying to do better next time."

As Sun looked up at Naruto, he was feeling hope again. Naruto then asked him, "Now, what are you gonna do the next time your team needs you?"

"I'm…gonna help them through it" Sun calmly said.

Naruto pretended to not hear Sun and put up a hand to his own ear as he said, "What was that? Say again?"

Sun smirked as he stood up and exclaimed, "I'm gonna help them!" As he said this, his Chakra had awakened, and he looked perplexed.

Naruto made the Seal of Confrontation and told Sun, "Make this sign and focus on that feeling.

Sun then did just that. After a few minutes, his Chakra gathered at his core and coursed through him. He jumped in surprise and said, "Whoa! This feels crazy!"

"Well it does respond to crazy fluxes in emotion" Naruto commented.

Sun nodded as he said, "So that's why you were being a jerk." He then looked at his hands and said, "It was worth it."

Naruto then held his fist out for a fist bump. Sun reciprocated and Naruto told him, "Now you'll be ready to help your team with whatever Shade has for you." Sun smiled and then Qrow and Blake approached.

"How do you feel now?" Blake asked Sun.

"I've never felt so wired!" Sun responded.

"Yeah, me either" Blake said, still amazed at the feeling.

"You guys can chat later" Naruto told them. Blake and Sun looked confused until Naruto told Blake and Qrow, "We're heading to where the others went to train."

"Okay" Blake replied. Qrow just nodded. Blake then told Sun, "I'll see you next time."

"Same to you" Sun responded. He then went off to find his Team while Naruto, Blake, and Qrow headed off to the others.

A safe distance from the ruined campus, the rest of the newly dubbed "Heroes of Haven" were continuing their training. The real Naruto is with Blake, Sun, and Qrow, but he made a number of clones to oversee the others.

Ren had begun his training for the Hidden Mist Jutsu. He is standing still while keeping the Seal of Confrontation. He has been at this for just over an hour and is already able to produce a cloud of mist five meters around himself.

The Naruto clone by Ren said to him, "It's unreal how quick you're pulling this off."

Ren then decided to take a break and respond, "This is supposed to be the perfect technique for me."

The Naruto clone nodded and said, "It is. But it's still crazy how quick you're getting it down."

"Maybe you were onto something about my Semblance and Chakra" Ren commented.

"Your Semblance can help you be sneaky around people too, ya know" the Naruto clone stated upon Ren's comment.

Ren looked surprised and asked, "How?"

"The thing assassin shinobi struggled the most with is hiding their killing intent" the Naruto clone informed him.

Ren caught onto his meaning and said, "Which my Semblance would hide."

The Naruto clone chuckled and jokingly said, "I'm glad you're gentle by nature, 'cause you could be the scariest assassin ever." Ren just smirked and returned to his training.

Nora has been working on refining her Chakra control. This is because today she will be trying to learn the Body Flicker. Naruto is hoping that she might one day learn the Lightning Cloak, but one step at a time.

The Naruto clone by Nora asked her, "Think you're ready to try?"

"You bet I am!" Nora answered excitedly.

"For this you need to spread your Chakra throughout your body to vitalize it" the Naruto clone told her. He then concentrated and performed a short Body Flicker as a demonstration. As a clone he could not do it as easily as his true counterpart.

"Okay…" Nora said before she tried to do it herself. She managed to go a little distance before she fell over.

The Naruto clone laughed a little before he said, "It's hard to control at first."

Nora got back up and shouted, "Don't care! I'll get this down!"

The Naruto clone smirked and said, "That's what I like to hear!"

Pyrrha has been refining her Wind Chakra control. Despite her success against Cinder, she knows her wind Chakra control needs work. And she will need to improve her mastery if she is every going to use Magnet Style.

The Naruto clone by Pyrrha told her, "Your wind is improving, but you can't ignore your Earth Style training, ya know. Especially since I'm gonna try showing you guys another technique today."

Pyrrha nodded and said, "I'll start practicing with my Earth Chakra in a few minutes.

Jaune, whom has already been practicing with his Earth Chakra, asked that clone, "So what is this new technique?"

"It's a sneak attack" the Naruto clone answered.

"A sneak attack? How so?" Pyrrha inquired.

"I'll see if I can demonstrate" the Naruto clone responded. He then thought to himself, "I was able to pull off a Mud Wall, so something this low rank should be doable…"

"The technique has no specific hand seals since it is such a low level. But the Snake represents Earth" Kurama informed Naruto.

The Naruto clone then made the Snake seal before manifesting Earth Chakra and shouting, "Ascended Earth Style: Headhunter Jutsu!" The clone then disappeared underground.

Pyrrha and Jaune were both stunned and looked around for him. Then the clone grabbed Pyrrha's ankles and drug her down until only her head was above the ground. The Naruto clone then came back out of the ground. Pyrrha was in shock and said, "I can't move!"

"That's the idea" the Naruto clone told her.

Jaune then started helping Pyrrha get out of the ground and asked, "How are we supposed to defend against that?"

"If you're on guard, you can avoid the user's grasp. And it will always come from below" The Naruto clone answered. He then smirked and said, "But our enemies won't know that, ya know!"

As Pyrrha had now gotten her body out from underground, her and Jaune looked at each other and smirked upon learning this information.

Ruby has been refining her Chakra control because just like Nora, she will also be learning the Body Flicker today. She was ready to give it a shot. Just like with Nora, the Naruto clone by Ruby explained to her how to do it and gave a demonstration.

Ruby then tried to do so and was much more successful than Nora or Yang on their first try. She then exclaimed, "That was such a rush!"

The Naruto clone had a big smile and told her, "I had a feeling you'd have a knack for this technique. But you're still gonna need plenty of practice."

"Oh don't worry, I will!" Ruby responded with an excited expression.

"And don't slack off on your Wind Chakra training" The Naruto clone instructed.

"Trust me, I won't" Ruby told him. "It's the main reason I beat Torchwick."

Still smiling, the Naruto clone told her, "I wanna see you pull off an Air Bullet in the near future."

Ruby nervously giggled and said, "I don't know about that one…"

The Naruto clone shook his head and crossed his arms before he said, "You're the one who said you were gonna surpass me as a wind user."

Ruby then looked down and muttered, "I did say that…" She then gripped her fists and told the clone, "Just you wait!" The Naruto clone once again had a big smile.

Weiss has been working on her Chakra control as well, but not for the Body Flicker. She has been trying to learn the Shadow Clone Jutsu. Thanks to Chakra's ability to enhance Dust, she already has an arsenal at her disposal. The best way to use that arsenal is to double her means to use it.

The Naruto clone by Weiss asked her, "You think you're ready?"

"Absolutely" Weiss answered.

The Naruto clone made a cross with his fingers and told her, "You have to make this sign and divide your Chakra evenly. Luckily Aura seems to follow suit."

Weiss made the sign and concentrated trying to evenly distribute her Chakra. She then said, "Shadow Clone Jutsu." A Weiss clone was made, but it was meek, on all fours, and trying to catch her breath. Weiss looked at the clone clearly disappointed.

The Naruto clone looked at the somewhat ambulatory Weiss clone and commented, "She looks better than mine did when I was practicing this technique, ya know." He then looked at Weiss and told her, "The clone is linked to you so you can dispel it."

Weiss then did so, and her eyes widened as she said, "That was a little…surreal."

"What was surreal?" The Naruto clone inquired.

"Gaining that memory" Weiss answered.

The Naruto clone was surprised and said, "You noticed it?"

Weiss looked perplexed as she asked, "How could I not notice it?"

The Naruto clone did not answer as he was very embarrassed. He used the technique for years and never noticed until Kakashi told him. Kurama was laughing at this as he said, "It must be weird teaching a bunch of people smarter than you."

"Shut up!" The Naruto clone internally shouted.

Yang was off by herself, no Naruto clone in sight. This was because there was nothing at the moment for Naruto to teach her. They had already started her training for the Fire Cloak prior to the Battle for Haven. All that was left was for her to pull it off.

Speaking of the Battle for Haven, Yang's jacket along with most of her top was ruined in her fight with the Evolved Giant Nevermore. She is currently wearing her top from when she investigated the night club with Naruto and then went on to fight Torchwick and his two Super Borbatusks. She is hoping to get a new outfit when they reach Atlas.

Yang then began her fourth attempt of the day to manifest her Fire Cloak. She took a deep breath and started by igniting her torso. She then successfully spread it to her arms and started doing the same with her legs. She was now struggling and tried to coat her head in the Fire Chakra, but it fizzled out. She dropped to her knees trying to catch her breath.

The real Naruto was now arriving with Blake and Qrow. He spotted Yang and headed over. Upon reaching her he asked, "How are things coming along?"

Yang stood back up and said while still panting a little, "Getting there…"

"You'll pull it off before you know it" Naruto told her with a smile.

Yang smirked and then looked over at Blake and Qrow. She then asked, "Their Chakra flowing yet?"

"Oh yeah" Naruto answered. He then dispelled all his clones to gain their experience along with everyone's attention. He then told everyone that was training, "Take a break guys!" He then looked at Blake and Qrow before he announced, "It's time to break in the newbies, ya know!"

Blake looked nervous, but then her team approached. Ruby asked her, "You ready to join the Huntsman Shinobi gang?"

Blake looked perplexed and said, "You guys mentioned that the other night. What are you talking about?"

"We're already Huntresses, but learning to use Chakra is the way of the Shinobi" Weiss explained to her.

Blake smirked and said, "Shinobi huh?" Yang blinked a few times at her response and then recalled Blake's ninja novels.

Naruto then recalled and verbally expressed, "Oh yeah, you guys said Blake would love my world since it's all about ninjas."

Blake blushed from embarrassment and said, "I wasn't THAT into it…"

While Naruto, Ruby, Weiss, and Yang laughed, Team JNPR tried not to do so. Qrow then smiled before he said, "Okay…I wanna get this over with."

"It'll take you guys a while" Nora informed Blake and Qrow.

"I'm painfully aware" Qrow replied.

"So what are we doing?" Blake asked.

"Channeling Chakra into different parts of your body to get the hang of your Charka control" Naruto answered. He then walked up and hung from a tree branch by his feet and told Blake, "We'll know you're ready to move on when you can do this comfortably."

Blake was in awe at this sight. She then asked her friends, "Can all of you do that?"

Ruby smirked and then told the others, "Come on guys!" She then hung from the same branch as Naruto while the others picked different branches.

Blake stood there baffled as Qrow said, "Still seems weird."

"It's definitely weird…" Blake said in agreement.

The Huntsman Shinobi dropped from the tree and Pyrrha told Blake, "The basics are the most frustrating part. But once you get past them you progress pretty quickly."

Blake nodded and took a deep breath before she said, "I'm ready to get started."

Torchwick, Neo, Emerald, Mercury, and the heavily injured Hazel were holding up at a village closer to the coast of Mantle. Hazel has not improved any Healthwise, showing how devastating the Ascended Rasengan really was.

Emerald has been using her background as a pick pocket to get the money for their stay at the inn. Neo has been using her Semblance to disguise herself so she can steal food for the group. And Roman, as the former crime boss, has been running the whole operation.

Mercury has been feeling absolutely useless. He wanted to act as backup, but with his current leg situation he could not pull that off. He was currently sulking in their room at the inn when Emerald returned. She placed her collection for the day on the table before she sat down and let out a tired sigh. Mercury then asked her, "What's wrong with you?"

"I thought I was done with this life when I joined Cinder…" Emerald answered with a hint of both tiredness and sadness.

"And I thought my legless days were behind me too" Mercury replied with an emotionless tone.

Seeing Mercury was feeling the worst and had it the worst of their group that are awake, Emerald just said, "Sorry…"

"An apology's the last thing I need right now…" Mercury said with a hint of bitterness.

Neo then walked in carrying the usual fruit and bread she stole. This time however she was also able to get her hands on some cold cut meats. Emerald seen this and said, "Great, I'm staring."

Torchwick finally returned and told the group, "I managed to convince some of the locals to stop asking questions. You we should have an easier time for a bit."

Emerald was now eating a piece of bread and asked Torchwick, "How'd you do that? Did you threaten them?"

"By talking circles around them" Torchwick answered. "These aren't the brightest bunch, too earnest for their own good."

"You're all playing your parts pretty well" Mercury glumly commented.

Emerald still felt bad about Mercury's situation, but both Neo and Torchwick rolled their eyes. Torchwick then told him, "The doc should be here any day now. You can suck it up a little longer." Mercury did not put up any fuss over Torchwick's comment, showing how humbled he was feeling at the moment. Torchwick then grabbed an apple and sat down while contemplating how much longer he was going to be stuck babysitting.

They then heard a commotion going on outside. After a few more minutes there was a knock on their door. Neo opened the door and both Watts and Tyrian were standing there. Tyrian gave them his crazed glare and said, "It's great to see you all again." He then chuckled. Neo then stepped to the side letting them in.

Watts walked straight to the comatose Hazel on the bed. He noticed the injury on Hazel's stomach and stated, "I've never seen a wound like that…"

"He got hit by some crazy orange orb by Naruto" Mercury informed them.

Tyrian's grin now lowered as he commented with venom in his voice, "That Naruto has more tricks."

Torchwick looked at Tyrian and told him, "Not just him. The whole group of brats does."

Tyrian looked at his satchel and said, "Good, so do I…"

Watts then injected Hazel with a stimulant before he set up an IV. The stimulant caused Hazel to wake up a little bit, but not enough to really understand what was happening or observe his surroundings. Watts seen this and told him, "You're going to want to prepare yourself." Hazel did not hear Watts who then injected a highly diluted amount of Chakra Dust mixed with Hazel's own blood into the IV bag.

As Hazel was drip fed the experimental cocktail, some of his more minor injuries began to heal, but he cannot seem to fall back asleep. He was just stuck in this semi-awake and semi-unconscious state at the moment. Even though Hazel could not really comprehend anything at the moment, Watts still told him, "Once the current bag has worn off, you'll be able to rest. But we'll have to do this for a few days with how bad your injuries are."

"So, what's our plan?" Emerald asked curiously.

"Once we get you all back in fighting shape, we're going to ambush Ozpin's group" Tyrian informed them.

"And what'll be different this time?" Torchwick asked skeptically.

Tyrian giggled and said, "This time you're going to have me and a Grimm force our Goddess personally selected!"

"Great…" Torchwick muttered.

Watts then headed towards the door and told both Torchwick and Mercury, "You two follow me to the ship. I'll be working on you both there." Mercury and Torchwick then both followed Watts. Neo and Emerald both looked at each other, uncomfortable being left with Tyrian.

We turn back the clock to the day after the Battle for Haven. Cinder was waking up on the shoreline of a lake. She started coughing from the dirt she inhaled. She tried to get up, but then held both her shoulder and her side as the pain shot through her. These were the areas injured in her duel with Pyrrha.

She then forced herself to get up and start walking. It was more of a stumble than a walk due to her injuries. It took her a few minutes to realize that the sun was up. The sun was setting when their attack began. Something was not adding up…

That is when she began to remember her fight. She looked at her hands wide-eyed and breathed heavily as she said, "I lost…I'm a full-fledged Maiden and I lost…" She continued to stand there in shock for another few minutes. Not just shock, but also a mix of fear as she was unsure of how Salem was going to react to her failure. She then continued walking until she started to recognize the terrain. She made her way towards Haven to see how her cohorts had fared.

From a distance she seen the ruined remains of the campus. She smiled thinking the rest of the operation must have been a success. She continued her approach, and confusion dawned her face as she began to hear pleasant conversation. She then finally seen Faunus gathered around the hospital.

"This can't be right…" Cinder said to herself. She then thought, "If we won then they should all be distraught. In fact, they should all be dead. How could they be so jovial?" She noticed something further out in the campus that shocked her even more. The Haven CTT tower was damaged, but it was still standing. There was no way that should be the case.

Confused, Cinder continued to look around without approaching the group. Her eye then widened in complete disbelief as she found her answer to this conundrum. Team RWBY, Team JNPR, and Naruto were all chatting with the Faunus and none of them were too worse for wear. Her eye then focused on Pyrrha and her shock turned to fury.

"This has to be some kind of sick joke!" Cinder thought to herself. "At Beacon I had both her and Naruto dead to rights! Now I was bested by her alone and I'm stumbling around like a weak frail girl?!"

Cinder in her current state was now thinking back to when she was a servant girl to the Maiden of the Glass Unicorn hotel in Atlas. This only caused her rage to rise further. She then left the campus before her anger got the best of her. She knew she would stand no chance if she attacked now.

A few days later Cinder was sitting in a tavern. She had recovered enough to walk normally. She was wearing a brown cloak to try and keep a low profile. She has thought of nothing but vengeance for the past couple of days. But if Pyrrha can best her as a Maiden, then what can she do? She realized there was only one thing that would do the trick. She needed to return to her master.

It has been two days since our gang at Haven resumed their training while Blake and Qrow started theirs. Oscar has joined to observe today. He informed everyone that he has booked them a train to Atlas and they leave in three days. Everyone is working hard to get their techniques down before that.

Ren has been training a good distance away from everyone. He did not want to distract everyone with his mist. He has managed to increase his distance with the Hidden Mist Jutsu to twenty meters. He is working on navigating the mist before he tries to increase the range any further.

Nora has made some strides with the Body Flicker. She has started to be able to maintain control when she uses the ability. She has been practicing by trying to tag her Naruto clone who is not using Body Flicker.

The Naruto clone jumped away and told Nora, "You're gonna have to try harder than that!"

Nora concentrated and managed to Body Flicker closer to the clone, but not close enough to tag him. She got annoyed and shouted to the clone, "You can't avoid me forever!"

"Then do something about it, ya know!" The clone shouted back.

Jaune and Pyrrha have both pulled off the Headhunter Jutsu. They have taken turns using it on one of Naruto's clones. Now they have each gone back to practicing their own thing. Pyrrha is working on her Wind Chakra while Jaune is working on applying the principles of his Semblance to his Chakra.

Both Qrow and Blake have been working on their fundamentals. Blake was able to get down clinging to surfaces in quick fashion, almost as quick as Ren. Qrow had a little more trouble, but he got it down pretty quickly as well. Due to limited Dust supply, they have held off on figuring out their Chakra natures.

Qrow has just joined Oscar to watch over everyone else's progress. Oscar asked him, "How do you feel after your training?"

"It was weird enough when Oz used the last of his magic to turn me into an actual crow" Qrow answered honestly. He the looked at his hand like everyone else does and said, "But this? I've never felt so powerful and I've barely learned anything." He then looked over at the real Naruto who is over by Yang. Qrow then said, "The thought of what the battles in his world must have been like honestly give me chills."

"Yeah, I feel the same" Oscar replied. He then internally asked his mentor, "What about you?"

Ozpin then thought about what he was able to do at his peak of power. He then said, "Some of the displays of power we've seen from Naruto are already greater than anything I've ever done. So I would have to say I'm in agreement."

Weiss then concentrated and made another shadow clone that was a drastic improvement from two days ago. She still needs work, but she should have it down soon. Blake seen this and told her, "Wow Weiss, that's impressive."

"Why thank you" Weiss said with a smile.

The Naruto clone over by them told Blake, "What's what I want to teach you."

"Really? But I can already leave copies of myself" Blake reminded Naruto.

"I know. But shadow clones are exact copies of the original including their abilities, ya know" The Naruto clone retorted. He then asked Weiss, "Mind showing her?"

"Sure" Weiss answered. She then made a glyph, and her shadow clone did as well.

Surprised, Blakes' eyes widened, and she said, "That changes things…"

"I got the idea of your clones making clones and decided I had to teach you the shadow clone" The Naruto clone informed her.

"Then the cute cat girl invasion will begin!" Yang could be heard yelling over. This caused the group to laugh, Blake included.

Ruby has been working on her Body Flicker and has made tremendous strides. She has already caught her Naruto clone multiple times. He tried not to show it, but Naruto was extremely proud of her.

The clone by Ruby told her, "That's enough Body Flicker practice. Time to get back to Wind Chakra."

"Right! And I'll pull off an Air Bullet before you know it!" Ruby excitedly responded. The Naruto clone smiled in return.

Yang was in the middle of her third attempt of the day trying to complete her Cloak. She said to herself, "This time for sure…"

"You almost had it a couple times. I know you got this!" Naruto said in encouragement.

Yang took a deep breath as she does every time she attempts this. She then tried to relax her muscles before she concentrated. The flames began at her torso and spread quickly from her multiple days of training. She kept the flames stable for ten seconds before she attempted to coat her head. She closed her eyes as the fire chakra encompassed her head…and then the flames flared around her for a second taking her by surprise. The Fire Cloak was complete.

"You did it!" Naruto happily exclaimed.

Yang was staring at her hands as she felt the power from the cloak. She then said in amazement, "It feels amazing!"

Naruto kept smiling as he told her, "You've learned all I have to teach you. Now it's all about perfecting what you've already learned."

Yang looked a little disappointed and asked, "There's nothing else?"

Naruto shrugged and replied, "Well, nothing tailored just for you. But you can still learn other stuff later on."

Yang cheered up hearing this and then looked at her cybernetic hand again. She made it into a fist as she said, "I'm ready for some practice!"

Naruto nodded and told her, "We'll run some drills today and tomorrow will be sparring for everybody."

Yang grinned before she said, "Our favorite day." Her cloak then dissipated, and she looked embarrassed.

Naruto snickered and said, "Maybe we could all use a break."

"Yeah…" Yang replied, trying her best to hide her embarrassment.

Watts finished fixing up Torchwick and Mercury. Mercury has a new pair of legs upgraded with Chakra Dust, but he has not received a full integration like Torchwick did. That would take too long for their purposes. Mercury was still feeling humbled, but he does feel better being able to move normally again.

It is the same day that Yang manifested her cloak and Hazel has now opened his eyes. His wounds have all gone away, but there is some scarring left from the Ascended Rasengan. He then looked around, not recognizing his surroundings.

Emerald then walked in and seen that Hazel was awake. She then ran back out to let the others know. After a few more minutes, Tyrian walked in and said, "The good doctor's treatments seem to have worked.

Still a little groggy, Hazel asked, "Where are we?"

"Some village on the coast of Mantle" Tyrian answered.

Hazel looked confused and asked, "Where's the relic?"

For once Tyrian kept a stoic face and told Hazel, "The Relic is in Ozpin's hands. You failed."

Hazel looked shocked and disappointed in himself. He then told Tyrian, "That kid you told us about. He's even more powerful than you described."

Tyrian upon hearing this thought, "What? That means either he held back when he fought me or that abomination has already gotten stronger!"

Watts then entered the room and interjected as he said, "He stands out so much that he is now our primary target."

Hazel looked confused and asked, "What does that mean?"

"My job was to get you and your party back into fighting shape. Then Tyrian is to join with you and you are to ambush Ozpin's party on their train ride to Atlas. The primary objective is to capture this Naruto and bring him back to our master."

After taking all that in, Hazel nodded and said, "I understand."

"It's time to round everyone up and go" Tyrian informed Hazel. "Our Goddess has selected the Super Grimm for this operation herself, and they are already on their way to the ambush point."

Torchwick was listening to this conversation from just outside the room. He looked at his cybernetic arm and said, "Time for round two."

The day has come for our gang at Haven to leave and travel across Mantle to get to Atlas. Everyone was in their room finishing up their packing.

Naruto just finished packing away the broken pieces of Orange Spark as he asked Yang, "So what's the first thing you plan to do when we get to Atlas?"

Yang zipped up her bag and said, "Get a new outfit. I like this top, but it doesn't fit with my main look."

Naruto looked at her and further inspected the old top before he said, "It is lacking your usual brown, yellow, and orange."

"Exactly" Yang affirmed.

Naruto smirked and said, "I'll probably just hang around a bit while you do that. Then we can go see Hesta."

"Good answer" Yang said while pointing at him. "If you would have said you were gonna go see him while I was shopping I'd be mad."

Naruto grabbed his bag and said, "I'm fully aware." They then headed out into the living room where the others soon join them.

Yang walked over to Blake and asked her, "Thought about what you're gonna say to Sun before we leave?"

"A little bit…" Blake responded.

"Well you better figure it out soon" Yang told Blake. "Today's the big day."

Blake chuckled before she said, "It's still hard to believe I'm going to Atlas."

Yang shrugged and said, "I have a boyfriend from another world. Weird times all around."

Blake snickered and responded, "That's such a weird thing to say out loud."

Ruby then asked Weiss, "Are you ready to head back home?"

"As ready as I'm going to be" Weiss answered. "At least I might get to see my sister."

Ruby smiled and told Weiss, "There's a silver lining!"

Naruto walked up to Team JNPR and asked, "You guys ready?"

"I think so" Jaune answered.

"Our stay at Haven sure has been eventful" Pyrrha commented.

Naruto looked back at the reunited Team RWBY and said, "No kidding."

"Now that we're all back together, I'm hoping Atlas will be less eventful" Ren stated.

Naruto then looked at Nora and said, "Remember, we're not going there to beat up Weiss' dad."

Nora rolled her eyes and responded unenthusiastically, "Fine."

"Nora, you need to actually say it" Jaune told her.

Nora let out an annoyed sigh and said, "We're not going to Atlas to beat up Weiss' horrible joke of a dad."

"Good" Jaune stated, now satisfied. Pyrrha could not help but giggle.

Oscar checked the time and told everyone, "We need to head to the station."

Naruto nodded and told them all, "Come on guys." He then led them out of the living quarters. As the group was walking, the Faunus of Menagerie cheered for their heroes.

Blake walked up to them and said, "I'm gonna miss you guys." She then looked at Yuma and told him, "I'll be counting on you."

Yuma nodded and said, "I won't let you down."

Blake then walked over to her parents and told them, "I promise to call when I can."

"And I promise to try not to worry too much" Ghira told her.

"I can't wait to hear about all the new adventures you'll be going on" Kali told her daughter. Blake smiled and hugged her parents. Kali told Blake, "Be careful."

"I will" Blake responded. She then looked around and asked, "Where's Sun?"

One of the other Faunus shouted out, "He and his team already left for the train station!"

Blake looked shocked and Naruto said, "Hopefully they haven't boarded their train already."

"There's no way they really left without saying goodbye, right?" Blake asked with concern in her voice.

Yang put a hand on Blake's shoulder and told her, "I'm sure they're still waiting there." Blake then nodded as the group made their way to the train station.

The train station was cluttered with people which did not come as much of a surprise. Oscar then gave everyone their tickets and boarded the train along with Qrow. Team JNPR checked around a little before doing the same. However, Team RWBY and Naruto were looking around for Team SSSN.

"They gotta be around here somewhere" Naruto stated.

Ruby seen something and pointed up as she exclaimed, "Look there!" The rest of them looked up and spotted Team SSSN on one of the walkways that go over the trains.

The group made their way up and Blake then told Sun, "We were starting to think you left without saying goodbye."

"What? There's no way we'd do that!" Sun responded.

Sage gave Sun a skeptical look, but Scarlet quietly told Sage, "Come on, cool it."

"So why are you guys up here?" Ruby asked Team SSSN.

"With all the people here, we figured we would have a better chance of spotting you guys from up here" Neptune informed them.

"Or a better chance of being spotted" Weiss added. Yang then nudged Blake to get her to say something to which Blake gave Yang a disapproving look.

Sun then initiated the talk as he said, "I guess this is it." Both teams started backing up.

Blake nodded and said, "I'm sure we'll see each other again."

"I sure hope so!" Sun responded. "Good luck with whatever you got going on in Atlas."

"Same to you" Blake said before there was some awkward silence.

"Please tell me this isn't it" Naruto whispered to Yang.

"It can't be, right?" Yang whispered back.

Sun rubbed the back of his head and said, "I guess I'll see ya around." He and his team then started walking away.

Blake stood there another few seconds before she called out, "Sun, wait!" As Sun turned around, Blake kissed him and then told him, "Don't forget about me while you're in Shade."

Sun was standing there in shock and said, "S-s-sure…" His team was laughing in the background. Blake then walked back to her team.

Naruto walked over to Sun and held out his fist while he told Sun, "Way to go." Sun was beaming as he returned the fist bump.

As Team RWBY were walking to their train, Yang told Blake, "You had me worried there for a moment." Blake just smiled as her, her team, and Naruto boarded the train.

Our gang has been on the train for a few hours. It has just been small talk all around trying to pass the time. Naruto was heading back from the restroom when he bumped into a little old lady.

"Oh, sorry about that" Naruto said to the small elderly woman.

"Ugh, I hate being this small these days" The little old lady stated as she kept walking. She has darker skin and long silver hair in a single braid down her back. She is hunched over and using a walking stick to help her get around. She is wearing a full length dark blue Tabasco style dress along with a heavy blue cloak and brown gloves. Something must have happened to her eyes because she wears large high-tech goggles over them.

"That's a weird old lady…" Naruto muttered to himself. He then went back and sat to Yang.

"Have you ever ridden a train before?" Yang asked Naruto out of curiosity.

"Yeah, but only a few times" Naruto answered. "Train tracks weren't widespread in my world yet. No idea why."

"There seems to be no consistency to your world's technology" Blake commented.

Naruto shrugged and said, "I guess you're right."

"I know I wouldn't want to live there, but I admit I would like to visit that world some day" Pyrrha stated.

"I think I would too" Ren said in agreement.

"I know I would!" Ruby exclaimed.

Naruto just smiled and said, "The whole point of me being here is so I'm not back in my old world…but I also don't do what I'm told, ya know." The others then smiled as well.

As the conversations continued, Nora seen something fly by the window and she asked, "What was that?"

They then heard people from the other cars scream, "Grimm!"

Our gang then looked out their windows and seen Griffon Grimm flying by. Blake spoke up first as she said, "That's not good."

"Ruby, Jaune!" Naruto called out.

Jaune looked at his team and told them, "Get ready."

Ruby looked to her team and exclaimed, "Let's get to work!"

The Huntsmen Shinobi then exited their train car and hopped on top of the train. Naruto asked Team JNPR, "This your first time on top of a train?"

Team JNPR all looked at each other so Jaune responded, "I guess so."

"Then this should be a fun first time!" Naruto shouted before he jumped off the train and kicked a Griffon out of the air. He then grabbed another Griffon that was flying by and punched it before using it as a platform to jump back on top of the train.

Ruby looked over to Weiss and told her, "Weiss, to head to the front of the train and focus on anything that gets on the tracks!"

"On it" Weiss told Ruby before she headed to the front of the train.

Jaune looked to Ren and told him, "Since your weapon uses rapid fire, I want you to focus on the ones coming from the sky!" Ren nodded and started shooting griffons out of the air.

Naruto looked around and spotted more Grimm flying in. He focused his sight on that group of Grimm and said, "Looks like we got Manticores coming in!" He then made a couple shadow clones to go attack the incoming Grimm while he stayed on the train.

As his teammates and friends made short work of the other Grimm, Jaune came face to face with a Sphinx Grimm. He recalled his team's battle against the Chakra mutated version at Haven. He then told the sphinx in front of him, "Let's see how long you last without that enhancement."

The Sphinx roared and pounced on Jaune. Despite the Sphinx size, Jaune did not buckle at all while holding it back. This made Jaune smirk. However, this smirk went away when the train car under him started to wobble and the passengers screamed.

Pyrrha then threw her shield at the Sphinx head and knocked it back. She then asked Jaune, "Are you okay?"

"I'm fine" Jaune told her. "I just wasn't expecting the train car to have trouble."

Blake cut a Razor Wing down and it fell off the train as she commented, "I never expected to be made out of tougher stuff than a train."

"You and me both" Jaune stated in agreement. He then ran up to the Sphinx and knocked it into the air with a rising shield bash. Jaune had held back, but the Grimm was still completely out of it. He then leaped into the air and slayed the Sphinx with a swift decapitation and then landed safely on the caboose of the train.

Yang slammed the heads of two Griffons together taking them out. She then noticed the number of Grimm was now less than ten and said, "That was easy."

Ruby slayed the last Manticore and said, "It feels pretty good!"

"Imagine what it will be like to have squads of other Huntsmen with us" Naruto commented.

Over on a cliff in the distance was Hazel. He was watching the train approach and contacted Tyrian as he told him, "They're here."

"Then it's time to begin" Tyrian told him on the other line. Hazel then took a deep breath and jumped off the cliff.

Having finished off the last of the Grimm, Nora said, "Well that was fun!" They then started to head back into the train.

Ren then looked up and asked, "What's that?"

Then Nora, Ren, and Jaune, who had yet to get back in the train, looked to see something falling towards them. Before they could identify what is was, which was Hazel, he crashed through a train car and broke the train in half. One half kept going, but the other half got derailed. The Derailed half being the one our heroes were on.

Five minutes have passed since the train derailment. Naruto was checking on the people in the train car. He had shielded a kid using his own body, to which the parents were very grateful.

Naruto then called out, "Yang! Ruby! Jaune! Somebody speak up!"

"We're up here!" Ruby shouted from another car. "The team's okay!"

Naruto was a little relieved. He then called out, "Come on Jaune! Pyrrha! Ren! Nora! One of you say something!"

"I'm okay!" Pyrrha responded. However, Jaune, Ren, and Nora were on top of the train when it derailed, so they went flying.

Naruto became concerned only hearing Pyrrha respond. He then just barely dodged something that flew at his head. Naruto muttered, "The hell was that?" He then seen something else come towards his head to which he ducked in response. He then finally noticed what was attacking him were arms with claw weapons resembling a scorpion. Naruto tried to punch the assailant in the gut, but the assailant jumped back, allowing Naruto to see them in full view. He now seen it was Tyrian and said, "You…"

Tyrian let out a demented chuckle and said, "I'm happy to be remembered."

"You still after Ruby?" Naruto asked, not sure what Tyrian was after.

"My target has changed this time" Tyrian answered. He then started throwing claw thrusts at Naruto. Naruto was able to dodge them all and jump onto the top of the train car before jumping to the other side of the car gaining some breathing room.

Tyrian has a sinister smirk as he told Naruto, "You can't afford to keep your distance."

Naruto turned to face Tyrian when he seen Tyrian about to attack some trapped civilians. "No!" Naruto shouted in a panic and then rushed Tyrian.

Tyrian counted on this and thrusted his tail at the incoming Naruto. Naruto just managed to avoid it, but he was left vulnerable and was knocked back by Tyrian's kick. Tyrian then cackled and said, "An enclosed space. Doesn't this seem familiar?" He then put his hands together and concentrated.

Naruto recalled his two previous encounters with Tyrian and once again rushed in to stop him. Tyrian unleashes a little bit of his poison cloud before Naruto tackled him through the side of the train car. This stopped Tyrian from producing more gas as well as making a spot for the gas to escape from and protect the passengers.

Naruto then started pummeling Tyrian as he guarded up against the assault. Naruto then heard something about to be fired, so he jumped off of Tyrian and avoided the poison beam fried from a Super Death Stalker. Naruto landed and watched Tyrian get back to his feet. Naruto then said, "I knew there'd be back up…"

"This isn't even close to the forces I brought with me!" Tyrian excitedly exclaimed. He then leaped away to avoid the strike from the incoming Qrow. Tyrian then tauntingly said, "Looks like the little birdie didn't learn his lesson."

Qrow glared at Tyrian before he said, "This won't be like before."

"On that we agree" Tyrian responded. That is when Torchwick, Hazel, and Mercury approach behind him.

Qrow readied himself as Naruto smirked and said, "I've got way better back up." Almost on cue, Team RWBY finished running up to join Naruto and Qrow.

Ruby looked at Torchwick and asked, "Why are you here?"

"I said this wasn't over" Torchwick told her.

They all then heard the sounds of the Super Death Stalker in pain. The enemy group turned around to see Team JNPR had done a number on it as Nora smashed it down, Ren cut open the tail, and Jaune and Pyrrha damaged one of its claws. They then ran over and lined up with Team RWBY, Naruto, and Qrow.

Hazel looked back at them and calmly said, "That was impressive."

"I suppose" Tyrian said dismissably. "But all they did was damage one, and we have many." Then out of the cold mist approached the rest of their Super Grimm. Although, it would be more accurate to call it an infestation as the Super Grimm totaled thirty. The noticeable ones they spot are another Death Stalker, a few Manticores, and two gigantic Goliaths.

All the members of our gang were intimidated as Weiss said, "This has to be a joke…"

"I'm not laughing…" Blake responded.

Yang was speechless and Ruby told her team, "Guys, we can do this." However, there was clear nervousness in Ruby's voice.

"How are we supposed to beat that many?" Ren asked.

"I…I don't know…" Jaune admitted. Pyrrha then held his hand giving him more confidence.

Tyrian started laughing as he said, "The looks on your faces is priceless!"

Qrow shook his head and stated, "I thought things were going too smoothly."

Naruto then walked ahead of the group and said, "This is what we trained for." He turned around to face them and exclaimed, "Now get ready!" They all then did so.

Tyrian then initiates the battle by lunging towards Naruto. He was cut off by Qrow who matched the strike. Tyrian told Qrow, "You're in the way…"

"Now what's the supposed to mean?" Qrow asked. They then got into a series of exchanges. Then one of the Super Goliaths roared causing the other Super Grimm to stampede.

Ruby leaped into the air and unleashed a Vacuum Bullet barrage. A group of Super Grimm scattered and as Ruby was about to land, a Super Alpha Beowolf struck at her. She ducked in time and Weiss thrusted her blade at the Super Alpha. The Alpha got hit and backed off only for a Super Sabyr Grimm to strike at Weiss. Sabyr Grimm are reminiscent of Sabretooth Tigers.

Weiss backed up and Blake intercepted the Super Sabyr. Blake cut its paw and angered it. Blake then noticed that the cut on its paw is bigger than any blow she has landed on a Super Grimm, including the enhanced blow she landed on the Super Griffon back on Menagerie. She was almost stunned by this.

As the Super Sabyr is joined by two other ones, the Super alpha Beowolf approached again with two other Super Alpha Beowolves. The six Super Grimm surrounded Ruby, Weiss, and Blake. Yang then fired one of her enhanced Ember Celica projectiles at the Beowolves. They hopped back, but one of them was caught in the explosion. It was not quite dead, but it is injured.

Ruby smiled as she told her team, "Okay, it's time to show these things what the new Team RWBY can do!" Her team was in agreement with her as they readied themselves for more.

Naruto was once again fighting Hazel and it has not been going well for the big guy. This time around Naruto knew how durable Hazel is so he was laying in his hits as he kicked Hazel into the air and before punching him back down. Hazel got back up and was debating if he should inject his Dust crystals already.

Naruto then ducked a sneak kick from Mercury. Mercury then followed up with an axe kick which Naruto easily blocked. Naruto asked him, "You really wanna do this?"

Mercury did not respond and instead activated the modifications to his legs. The leg that Naruto was currently blocking released an impact made from Chakra Dust. This in addition to the force from Mercury's actual leg caught Naruto off guard and knocked his arm away. Mercury then kicked the unguarded Naruto back with another Dust impact kick.

Naruto landed on his feet and then ducked an explosive shot from Torchwick. Naruto then said, "This is starting to seem personal, ya know."

"I'd be lying if I said it wasn't cathartic" Torchwick responded.

Naruto stood up straight and looked at Mercury, Torchwick, and Hazel squaring off with him. He then made the clone hand sign and shouted, "Shadow Clone Jutsu!" He produced four copies of himself and readied for the next assault.

Off in the distance, Watts, Neo, and Emerald were watching the battle take place. Neo and Emerald were nervous about how this would turn out, but Watts was calm as ever. Watts simply said, "Hopefully they don't take too long." Neo and Emerald just looked at each other with concern.

Jaune shield bashed and incoming Super Boarbatusk and slowed it down enough for Nora to knock it over with a strike from her hammer. Jaune then struck the Boarbatusk's unprotected underbelly with his sword before kicking it away so he could ready himself.

"Hey Jaune! Launch me up!" Nora requested of her leader. She then hopped onto Jaune's shield and he launched her off of that shield in conjunction with her jumping. She went past the group of Super Grimm in front of them and right at the injured Super Death Stalker. It charged its poison beam while Nora activated her hammer's electric charge and further amped it with her Chakra. The Super Death Stalker fired its beam, and it clashed against Nora's hammer.

Pyrrha jumped up and shield bashed the injured Super Boarbatuask allowing Ren to slide in and slice its underbelly again. As he got up, his eyes widened and he called out, "Nora!"

Nora was wondering what he was so concerned about, and that is when she seen the other Super Death Stalker which has fired its own beam. While she had the advantage against the injured Death Stalker's beam, the addition of a beam from the healthy one overwhelmed and blasted her out of the air. She crashed into a cliffside and dropped her hammer before landing face first into the snowy ground.

"NORA!" Ren shouted out as he ran over to her. This alerted the others to the situation.

Jaune glared at the two Super Death Stalker and said, "You'll pay for that…"

Pyrrha then stood next to Jaune with clear anger in her eyes and she said in agreement, "Dearly…"

Naruto glanced toward the injured Nora with concern in his eyes. Hazel then punched Naruto and knocked him back. Naruto guarded up at the last second and is clearly upset. Hazel noticed this and got his guard up. Naruto then Body Flickered to Hazel and punched him hard in the gut. Even if Hazel cannot feel pain, his body still convulsed from the impact.

Naruto then looked at his clone that was beating up Mercury and told it, "Go help Ren and Nora!"

The clone then did so and Mercury looked at Naruto before he said, "That was a mistake." Naruto ignored Mercury which angered him.

Torchwick, who was fighting two clones but managed to beat one of them, told Mercury, "Get over here and help me with this one!" Mercury did not put up a fuss and did so.

Qrow was continuing his battle with Tyrian. They clash their weapons and Tyrian mockingly told him, "You're doing much better than last time." Qrow then imbued his scythe with his Chakra and knocked Tyrian's arms back before landing a cut across Tyrian's chest.

Tyrian wiped a little blood from his chest and cackled before he said, "Then wasn't bad." He then imbued his claws with Chakra.

Qrow looked surprised as he said, "You can channel that energy too?"

"Of course I can!" shouted. Then he and Qrow clashed several more times, but Tyrian got the better end of the exchanges and even landed a strike on Qrow's left shoulder. Qrow is okay, but he knows Tyrian is still stronger than him. He switched back to sword mode and readied for more. Tyrian then giggled and said, "My blessing from my goddess still outclasses whatever gave you your power!"

"Just shut up…" Qrow said, clearly annoyed with Tyrian. He then glanced at the Super Goliaths that have yet to do anything.

Tyrian noticed this and said, "They're not the only dangerous Grimm we brought." A loud roar was then heard.

From the cold mist, a Super Sea Feilong flew up. Qrow was stunned and asked, "What's it doing this far from the sea?"

"I told you, these Grimm were specifically selected" Tyrian reminded Qrow. The Super Sea Feilong then reared up and roared.

Ruby finished off one of the Sabyr's her team was fighting and said, "We got a problem on our hands."

Weiss dodged the swipe from a Sabyr and slashed its paw making it take a few steps back. She then took a deep breath before she crossed her middle and index fingers forming the cloning hand sign and exclaiming, "Shadow Clone Jutsu!" A clone formed and she told it, "Use the Queen Lancer and fight off the lower Super Grimm where you can." The clone summoned her Queen Lancer and took off while the real Weiss stood next to Ruby.

Yang uppercutted a Sabyr that Blake then slashed into. They both struck it one more time and finished it off. They then joined Ruby and Weiss. Ruby then told her team, "The first thing we gotta do is bring that thing out of the sky!"

"Shouldn't be too hard" Weiss stated. She then summoned her Arma Geigas.

Ruby looked at Blake and Yang and told them, "It's time to use one of your patented Bumblebee plays!"

Blake looked at her Gamble Shroud and said, "I think I know where you're going with this."

Yang smirked and told her team, "I'm ready to flatten that thing!"

Ruby then shouted to them while weaving her hand signs, "Spread out!" Her team then did so.

Ruby initiated the attack with a Vacuum Bullet barrage. The Super Feilong was able to fly around it due to its impressive ariel agility. It then seen Ruby start running and went to attack, but then a fireball flew at it. It just managed to avoid the fireball and looked to where the fireball came from.

Weiss was standing there having fired the fireball with her glyph. The Super Feilong was about to go attack her when Yang came flying at it with a punch ready. As it maneuvered around her, Yang pulled the ribbon of Gamble Shroud that she was holding, and Blake came flying in. She landed a cut on the Super Grimm's left wing.

At the same time, Ruby had scaled an outcropping and then used her Semblance to go above the Super Feilong. She then cut part of its right wing. With both of the Super Feilong's wings partially cut, it struggled to stay airborne. It was not safe yet however.

Weiss had been concentrating and made her Arma Geigas appear above the Super Feilong. The agile Grimm could normally avoid it, but Ruby and Blake's cuts left it vulnerable to the Geigas falling gown on it with the Geigas' sword pointed down. The Super Feilong was brough crashing down.

Upon the Super Feilong crashing, Yang rushed in and punched it in the snout with her fist clad in fire, knocking it out. The rest of the team then rushed in to finish the Grimm off, but something unfortunate happened.

The two Super Goliaths let out their roar and sent a tremor throughout the area. This caused almost every Super Grimm in the vicinity, with the notable exception of the Goliaths themselves, to evolve and dawn their Chakra cloaks. They then roar as well and start drawing in more regular Grimm.

The Super Feilong's eyes then shot open and it unleashed an electrified shockwave, forcing Team RWBY back. It dawned its own Chakra cloak and rose into the air once more before unleashing a powerful blast of lightning from its mouth. The blast was directed at Weiss who just barely got out of the way in time. However, the blast created an electrical explosion that sent Weiss, Blake, and Yang flying and scattered them.

"Guys!" Ruby called out. Then one of the remaining Super Sabyrs, who was now evolved with a Chakra cloak, pounced on her. Ruby managed to back up in time and cut it across the chest, but her cuts clearly did less damage than before. Ruby commented, "This isn't good…"

Naruto noticed all this happening and muttered, "Damn it…" He then blocked Mercury's kick before hopping back from a thrust of Torchwick's Charka Dust blade. Naruto then crossed his fingers to make more clones.

"MOVE!" Hazel shouted to Torchwick and Mercury. They then jumped away from Naruto.

Naruto was able to successfully make another four clones, but he never expected what would happen next. One of the Super Goliaths inhaled deeply before unleashing a colossal, pressurized burst of air from its trunk, similar to an Air Bullet. Naruto did not have time to Body Flicker away as the wind blast took him by surprise. His four clones were destroyed, and he was sent flying away.

Oscar had been helping the people from the train derailment get away. As he looked over at the battlefield, he saw that his friends were losing. He gripped his fists and said, "I know you guys can do it."

Ozpin on the other hand was having very different thoughts. He was feeling what he had felt so many times during his eternal conflict with Salem. The feeling of a crushing defeat after a small victory. He did not want to give up yet, but he knows the priority is to get the Relic to Atlas. So he may have to make a difficult call.

Back with Jaune and Pyrrha, Jaune looked back towards the injured Nora and seen Naruto's clone was still guarding her. He said to Pyrrha, "At least Naruto must still be conscious after that attack."

"I hope he gets back here soon" Pyrrha responded. She looked at the two Evolved Death Stalkers they were already dealing with and said, "Things are getting really bad." The healthy Evolved Death Stalker then swiped its large pincer at them, and they leaped away.

As Jaune got ready to engage the Evolved Death Stalkers, he had to block a projectile fired by Mercury and then side-stepped Mercury's follow up kick. Jaune asked Mercury with clear anger in his voice, "Are you really trying this right now?" Mercury did not answer and just kept a scowl on his face. He remembered Jaune embarrassing him at the start of the Battle for Haven. What remained of his pride would not let that score go unsettled.

Mercury ran to Jaune and threw a normal series of kicks. Just like in their last encounter, Jaune easily blocked all of his kicks. As Jaune was about to counter, Mercury pulled the same trick he did against Naruto and used the mechanism in his new legs to make a Chakra Dust impact. This succeeded in breaking Jaune's guard and allowed Mercury to land a Dust enhanced kick to Jaune's jaw. This caused Jaune to be momentarily stunned long enough for Mercury to follow up with a kick to Jaune's chest that knocked him off his feet.

Jaune sat back up and shook his head making him refocus his vision. He rolled away from Mercury's incoming kick and then took a defensive stance. He seen Pyrrha got sent tumbling away and that the injured Evolved Death Stalker was about to follow up on Pyrrha. Jaune went to go help, but Mercury attacked Jaune again and made it clear that he would not allow Jaune to get away. This made Jaune's anger rise further.

Pyrrha was scrambling to her feet to try and avoid the incoming attack. That was when she heard a screech from the injured Evolved Death Stalker. She looked to see Ren with an intense expression having just cut into the injured Death Stalker's tail. Pyrrha told Ren, "Thank you Ren."

"I've got your back" Ren told Pyrrha. He then recalled what Nora said to him a minute ago.

[FLASHBACK]

Naruto's clone knocked back a Super Ursa while Ren was still watching over Nora. Nora's complexion had become a little more sickly as she was affected by the Super Death Stalkers' poison. She coughed a few times before telling Ren, "You gotta get back out there."

Ren shook his head and told her, "I won't leave you like this."

"I'll be okay" Nora told Ren to reassure him.

"I'm not gonna go" Ren reiterated.

"The other need you more than I do!" Nora yelled to him. Ren then looked around and seen Team RWBY had been scattered by the Evolved Feilong's blast, Naruto was sent flying by the Super Goliath's wind blast, and Jaune and Pyrrha were both struggling.

Ren could see Nora was right, but he was still hesitant. He then felt Nora touch his face and then plant a kiss on him, taking him by surprise. Nora told him, "I've been waiting to do that for a while. Now go help our friends." Ren steeled his resolve and nodded before heading off.

[FLASHBACK END]

Ren jumped and landed in between the two Evolved Death Stalkers before he made the Seal of Confrontation and concentrated. He then exclaimed, "Ninja Art: Hidden Mist Jutsu!" He created a mist cloud engulfing himself and both Evolved Death Stalkers. He then activated his Semblance and was now completely unnoticeable to the Death Stalkers. Ren then started laying in sneak attacks.

Seeing that Pyrrha was saved thanks to Ren, Jaune focused on taking Mercury down. Mercury did two Dust enhanced kicks off the same leg before he followed up with a flipping axe kick. Jaune blocked the first two kicks and backed off before the axe kick could meet its mark. Mercury then threw another kick which Jaune blocked. Mercury tried to overwhelm him with another Chakra Dust impact, but this time Jaune was prepared as he dropped his shield before the impact could break his guard. Before Mercury could react, Jaune punched Mercury in the nose and shattered his Aura.

Jaune picked his shield back up and told Mercury, "A new weapon won't make the difference if you're still the same." He then headed over to help with the Evolved Death Stalkers while Mercury fell unconscious.

Torchwick walked up to the unconscious Mercury and sighed. Torchwick dragged Mercury to one of the empty train cars and then contacted Neo. He told her, "Come grab the brat." He then headed back out to the battlefield.

The Evolved Feilong was firing off its lightning bursts at Ruby who was doing her best to avoid them. She activated her Semblance to avoid another shot and got on top of another snowbank. She stared at the Evolved Feilong as she thought, "I hope everybody's okay, but I don't know if I can beat this thing on my own…"

Blake was looking around for the others after she was sent flying by the blast. She called out, "Ruby! Yang! Weiss!"

Blake then heard Weiss call out, "Over here!" Blake looked over and seen Weiss standing by her Queen Lancer summon.

Blake ran over and said, "I'm glad you're okay."

"I'm actually the clone" The now revealed Weiss clone informed Blake. "But me still being here means the original is at least still conscious."

This left Blake a little worried. She then asked the Weiss clone, "So what have you been doing?"

Weiss' clone looked a little nervous as she said, "Trying to keep them distracted." She then pointed to a couple Evolved Griffons and a Super Giant Nevermore that was flying up above. Thankfully the Nevermore had not evolved upon the command of the Super Goliath. It either was waiting for another command or it had not yet arrived when the call went out.

Blake looked at the Evolved Griffon and narrowed her eyes in anger. She recalled the Super Griffon that killed Ilia and drew her blade. Blake told the clone, "Back me up."

The Weiss clone readied her Queen Lancer and responded, "I can do that."

The real Weiss was sitting in the snow trying to collect herself. The cold wind was picking up and she held herself trying not to freeze. She then looked up and saw how close she was to one of the Super Goliaths and tried not to panic. But the emotions still occurred and drew the attention of one of the Goliaths.

Yang had just started to pull herself out of a snowbank she crashed into. She seen a hoard of regular Grimm showing up and a few of them ran towards her. One of them was an Ursa which she grabbed by its mask as she was standing up. She threw it at the other approaching Grimm, but then Hazel came rushing in and punched at her. She hopped back just in time and readied herself.

Hazel looked to the Grimm hoard and told them, "Split off and go attack the Huntsmen." He knew these Grimm could not do much on their own, but they might be able to create openings for the Super Grimm.

As Hazel turned back to face Yang, Yang told him, "I'm ready for you this time." Hazel went to attack her, but then Naruto rushed in with immense speed and sent Hazel back with a punch to his chest. Yang was delighted to see him and said, "Whiskers, you're okay!"

"Thanks to that cold wind blowing the snow around I got lost for a bit, ya know" Naruto informed her. "That Goliath's blast sent me flying for at least a kilometer…"

Yang's eyes widened as she exclaimed, "That far?!"

"Yeah" Naruto said in confirmation. "Those Super Goliaths are probably the biggest threat here." He then made five shadow clones and told Yang, "We gotta go help the others." He then looked Yang in the eyes and said, "With everything we got."

Yang realized what he meant and said, "Got it."

Naruto then told Yang and his clones, "You guys get going!"

The clones took off and Yang was about to do the same, but first she told Naruto, "Don't take too long." She then ran off.

Seeing Naruto was still mostly unhurt, Hazel decided it was time to go all out. He injected his Chakra and elemental Dust shards and entered his bulked-up rage state. Naruto took a stance when he noticed Hazel injected not just fire and lightning Dust, but also Earth Dust. Hazel made a spiked boulder form in his hand and Naruto said, "That's not good…"

Hazel threw the spiked boulder and Naruto jumped away from it. Upon landing, the boulder made an elemental explosion that was thirty meters in diameter and left a decent sized crater. Naruto seen this and readied himself for whatever else Hazel had instore for him.

Yang was running with Naruto's clones as they reached the others. She seen the regular Grimm horde and stopped before she took a deep breath and concentrated. She slammed her fists together and her Fire Chakra engulfed her as she dawned her Fire Cloak. She then rushed into the Grimm horde and started to reduce it to ashes.

The squad of Naruto clones looked at the different battles and one of them headed off to help with the Evolved Death Stalkers while the other four went after the Super Goliaths.

The clone that went to the Evolved Death Stalkers seen multiple Mud Walls and that the wounded Death Stalker was on its last legs. He ran on and shouted to the others, "You guys focus on the other one, I'll handle the wounded one!"

Jaune, Pyrrha, and Ren were relieved to see Naruto back with them. Jaune then told Ren and Pyrrha, "Get ready you two!" Pyrrha weaved her signs as Ren weaved his.

Jaune rushed in and slashed the Evolved Death Stalker. It became angered and tried to grab Jaune in its pincers. Jaune jumped up to avoid the pincer and came back down with a falling shield bash. The Evolved Death Stalker swung its other pincer and clashed with Jaune. Jaune won the struggle and knocked the pincer away. As Jaune landed, the Evolved Death Stalker tried to strike Jaune with its tail, but Jaune hopped back and avoided it.

The Evolved Death Stalker then charged up its poison beam and Jaune readied himself. He said, "That's what I was hoping for" as he raised his shield in front of him and reinforced his shield as well as his legs with Earth Chakra. The Evolved Death Stalker fired its beam which hit Jaune's shield, causing him to slide back. Jaune put his all into holding the beam back and he even started slowing down the rate at which he was being forced back. He finally came to a stop and shouted, "NOW!"

Pyrrha raised her arms up from the snowy ground while exclaiming, "Earth Style: Headhunter Jutsu!" She pulled come of the Evolved Death Stalker's legs underground making it get stuck. This made its poison beam change direction, freeing up Jaune. The Evolved Death Stalker was confused and was too focused on its beam to retaliate against Pyrrha. She then came out of the ground and jumped away before shouting, "Ren!"

"Water Style: Water Bomb!" Ren exclaimed before he unleashed his high volume of water onto the Evolved Death Stalker. This weighed it further down, but that was not the Water Bomb's true purpose. The cold winds then started to freeze the wet and trapped Evolved Death Stalker.

Jaune then put the last bit of his Chakra he could muster at the moment into his shield before leaping. He let out a yell as he shield bashed the trapped Evolved Death Stalker and cracked apart its shell, creating a crater under the Death Stalker in the process. Jaune was now exhausted, so he told Pyrrha, "Finish it off!"

Pyrrha then ran the Evolved Death Stalker through with her spear enhanced by Wind Chakra. This Death Stalker had been slain. They then heard the other one in pain and looked over in that direction.

Naruto's clone had just landed a kick between the wounded Evolved Death Stalker's eyes. It tries to retaliate with its stinger, but the Naruto clone parried it with his kunai. The clone then hopped back and made the bird sign before firing an Air Bullet. It was not that powerful due to him being a clone, but it was enough to stagger the weakened Death Stalker. The Naruto clone then clad his kunai in his Ascended Aura and threw it, making it pierce the Death Stalker's tail.

As the Evolved Death Stalker flailed in pain and was on its last legs, the Naruto clone gathered his Ascended Aura into his left hand and rushed in. He said, "Time to finish you off!" He then landed an uppercut that crushed the Death Stalker's flesh and scrambled its insides, slaying it.

Jaune nodded, seeing that both Evolved Death Stalkers were not gone. He turned around to go help Nora with whatever he had left. But when he looked she was gone. Jaune exclaimed, "Where'd she go?!"

Now concerned, Ren called out, "Nora!"

"Nora! Come back!" Pyrrha shouted out, concern clear in her voice as well.

Back with Ruby, she had been avoiding the Evolved Feilong's lightning shots as best she could, but she knows she cannot just avoid it. She got to the tallest outcropping she could find and concentrated. As the Feilong was about to strike her, she Body Flickered past its maw and landed on its back. She then concentrated her Chakra in her feet to keep herself from falling off. Ruby then ran up the Feilong's back and cut into its mask, causing it to crash into the ground.

Ruby went tumbling upon the crash. She got back to her feet and looked at the Evolved Feilong that was starting to stir. She readied herself as she infused her scythe with Wind Chakra and ran at the Feilong. The Feilong noticed her coming and flung a bunch of snow at her.

Now Ruby could not see and swung her scythe, hoping she would hit something. She cut through the snow and even cut off one of the Evolved Feilong's whiskers. However, the Feilong then hit Ruby with an electrified head bash and sent her flying off her feet. The Feilong then rose up into the air and fired a lightning blast, although this one was not fully charged.

Ruby looked up and seen the blast about to hit her. She tried to Body Flicker again, but she did not have enough time. That is when she seen the silhouette of someone appear and block the blast. Once the flash of the attack dissipated, Ruby could see it was Nora. "Nora?!" Ruby exclaimed in surprise.

Nora was on her hands and knees coughing as she said, "I…did it…" She had seen the Evolved Feilong knock Ruby away with its head bash and that is when Nora managed to Body Flicker over to Ruby and take the incoming lightning blast. Nora knew her Aura could not handle all of it, so she dropped her Aura midway through the blast and let her body deal with the rest. She had multiple electrical burns, but she was still conscious.

"Nora? You okay?" Ruby asked, clearly concerned.

Between the poison and the damage she just received, Nora was not going good. But she was not giving up yet as she said, "I got one more good hit left in me."

Ruby then looked up at the Evolved Feilong flying around and wondered how they were going to get it back down. It will be ready for her if she tries to get on its back again and she knows a Vacuum Bullet barrage will not cut it. She then recalled Naruto tell her, "I wanna see you pull off an Air Bullet in the near future." Ruby then looked at Nora and told her, "Shoot off a couple of grenades then get ready." Ruby then ran off.

Nora then fired off a few grenades like Ruby told her to do and then readied herself to deliver a Queen's Hammer. The Evolved Feilong avoided the grenades and turned its attention towards Nora. As it charged its blast, Ruby was now right under it. She made the Bird sign and concentrated. Right before the Feilong fired it's blast, Ruby internally exclaimed, "Wind Style: Air Bullet!"

Ruby fired a relatively small Air Bullet, but it was enough to hit the Evolved Feilong and drop it out of the sky. As it fell, Nora charged forward and nailed the large Super Grimm with a Queen's Hammer. The Feilong's head was almost completely crushed, and it was in a daze. Ruby then came in and finished it off with a swing of her scythe through its broken mask.

"Phew, good work Nora!" Ruby said, complimenting her friend. There was no response so Ruby looked over to see Nora had collapsed face down into the snow. Ruby ran over and turned Nora around so her face was not in the snow. Ruby then shouted, "Help! Please!"

Jaune, Ren, and Pyrrha came running after hearing Ruby yell. They were then horrified at the sight of Nora, especially Ren. Jaune then walked over and said, "I'll take care of Nora." He then used his Semblance on her.

"We need to get her to a doctor" Pyrrha stated. "Was there one on the train?"

"I don't know…" Ruby answered.

Jaune picked Nora up and told them, "Ren and I will go find out." He looked at Ren and told him, "Keep the Grimm off of us." Ren could only nod as he fear and anxiety over Nora was driving him crazy. Jaune then looked at Pyrrha and told her, "I need you to help everyone else fight."

"I will" Pyrrha responded.

As Jaune and Ren took Nora away, Ruby told Pyrrha, "We should get moving too." Then and Pyrrha ran off.

Naruto's four shadow clones intercepted the Super Goliath that was pursuing Weiss. When this happened, Weiss caught her breath and then engaged in the battle with the clones against the Super Goliath. However, just like a regular Goliath is on a different level than the other regular Grimm, This Super Goliath outclassed the other Super Grimm as it has not taken any meaningful damage. The troupe of clones on the other hand were reduced to three.

Two of the clones fired off reduced Air Bullets that hardly phased the Super Goliath. Weiss then sent her Arma Geigas in to strike, but the Super Goliath lifted its right foreleg and pinned the Geigas down. The Geigas still served its purpose as it distracted the Goliath which allowed the third Naruto clone to scale up the Goliath and hit it with an Ascended Aura enhanced axe kick. This managed to stagger the Goliath a little. Weiss then raced up the Goliath as well and she then concentrated Chakra into her blade. Then she and the Naruto clone struck the Golitah right between the eyes.

The Super Goliath shook in pain and then roared, sending Weiss and the Naruto clone flying away. The Super Goliath then started inhaling again. The eyes of all the Naruto clones widened before two of them ran in front of Weiss and each made a Mud Wall. The Super Goliath fired its air blast and destroyed the two Mud Walls as well as both clones. The remaining blast was about to hit Weiss, but the last Naruto clone jumped in the way, being destroyed in the process. The blast still hit Weiss and sent her flying back off her feet, but the efforts of the clones reduced the impact to where she was not hurt that badly.

Weiss stood back up, using her blade as support. She then said, "This can't be happening…"

As the Super Goliath approached, the final Naruto clone that fought one of the Death Stalkers ran toward Weiss and shouted, "Hang on Weiss!" Then he and Weiss seen Pyrrha's shielded coated in Chakra hit the Super Goliath. The Super Goliath did not react much and now both Pyrrha and the Naruto clone were standing next to Weiss.

Weiss took a deep breath and told them, "I'm glad to have some back up."

"Do these things have any weakness?" Pyrrha asked regarding the Super Goliath.

"Besides not being that agile, no they don't" The Naruto clone answered. "That's what makes them so dangerous." The Super Goliath continued its approach and the three of them got ready.

Over with Blake and the Weiss clone, they managed to take out one of the Evolved Griffons. Unfortunately, when they did that, it caught the attention of the Super Giant Nevermore. It then started doing giant feather strafing runs which made it difficult for them to deal with the last Evolved Griffon.

Blake and the Weiss clone were currently riding on the summoned Queen Lancer, trying to get to the Super Giant Nevermore in the sky. The Evolved Griffon followed them and tried to claw at the Queen Lancer. Blake was able to parry the claw strikes with her blade and they have almost reached the Giant Nevermore. The Giant Nevermore seen them coming and made a strong wind gust with its wings, sending them all crashing back to the ground.

The Weiss clone was destroyed so her summon vanished as well. Blake was now alone against two Super Grimm, one of which is a giant powerful one. She was frightened, but she was still ready for their assault. She then heard the voice of Ruby shout, "Blake!" Blake looked over at the approaching Ruby and was quite relieved.

The Evolved Griffon went to pounce on Blake when she looked away. Ruby shouted to Blake, "Look out!" Ruby then shot the Evolved Griffon with a Chakra enhanced bullet, which allowed Blake to slice its hind legs, causing it to collapse.

Blake then hopped back towards Ruby and told her, "Thanks. I thought I might have been a goner there."

"Don't mention it" Ruby told Blake as she stood next to her.

"How are you holding up?" Blake asked, wanting to know how much back up she has.

Ruby shook her head and replied, "Not gonna lie, pretty tired…"

Blake sighed and said, "Same goes for me." They both looked at the Super Giant Nevermore and they knew they could not quit now.

Back with Weiss, Pyrrha, and the Naruto clone, they were holding off the Super Goliath as best they could. The clone and Pyrrha had made a multitude of Mud Walls on the battlefield for cover. Weiss has been firing Chakra enhanced Dust projectiles to wear down the Goliath while Pyrrha has been getting on small cuts here and there. Their strategy is just like when they did not have Chakra; small amounts of cumulative damage.

Seeing this, the other Super Goliath started making its approach. Naruto's clone was the first to see this and shouted, "We got a problem!"

Weiss and Pyrrha now noticed the other Super Goliath's approach and fear dawned their faces. They knew they had to do something about the one they were already facing and quickly. Pyrrha recalled her team freezing the Death Stalker and asked Weiss, "Do you have enough Chakra left for a Water Bomb?"

"Leave it to me" Weiss told Pyrrha. She started to weave her signs when she received the memories of her clone. She looked concerned and looked off in the direction Blake was.

Pyrrha seen this and asked, "What's wrong"

"Blake's all alone against two Super Grimm" Weiss said with concern. "One of them was a Giant Nevermore."

Pyrrha also looked concern, but she told Weiss, "Ruby went that way so it should be fine."

Weiss looked a little relieved hearing this. The Naruto clone then told them, "We gotta act now!"

"Right" Weiss said as she refocused. She then got an idea. She made a shadow clone and then her and her clone started running behind the Super Goliath. Weiss and her clone weaved both their signs and internally exclaimed, "Water Style: Water Bomb!" Her and her clone expelled their volumes of water onto the hindlegs of the Goliath. Weiss then released her Shadow Clone before making a glyph and then unleashed a small ice wave, accelerating the speed at which the Goliaths legs froze.

"Now!" The Naruto clone shouted. Then he, Weiss, and Pyrrha all scaled the Super Goliath and struck its trunk simultaneously. The clone used an Ascended Aura punch, Pyrrha thrusted her spear with Wind Chakra, and Weiss used a regular Chakra enhancement on her rapier thrust. The Goliath was genuinely hurt from this and roared in pain. It unleashed a shockwave knocking the three Huntsmen Shinobi back and the Super Goliath dawned its Chakra cloak.

Weiss looked this and asked, "What are we supposed to do now?" She was completely spent and now the other Super Goliath was standing next to the one that just evolved.

Pyrrha, who is also tired, said in response to Weiss, "I don't know…"

The Naruto clone was also fighting exhaustion as he said, "We can't give up, ya know." As the Goliaths approached, a large fireball hit them. The evolved one did not react much, but the other one noticeably staggered. Yang then landed next to the group. The Naruto clone looked to where the approaching Grimm horde used to be and told Yang, "Good timing."

Yang recalled when her and Naruto fought the Goliath during the Fall of Beacon and she said, "This is gonna be a hell of a rematch."

"I'm just a clone, so we're at a bit of a handicap" The Naruto clone reminded her.

Yang readied herself for the approaching Super Goliaths and said, "Never stopped us before."

The Evolved Goliath raised its foreleg and stomped down. The snowy ground cratered in their section of the battlefield and the tremors were felt for multiple kilometers.

Ren and Jaune even felt the tremors as they were watching over Nora. They managed to find a doctor who was on the train and he was treating Nora to the best of his ability. Unfortunately, the doctor did not have the equipment to properly treat the poison. He had just enough on him to keep her stable. Jaune had used all the Aura he had left to help accomplish this and he had already used most of his Chakra in the battles against the Super Death Stalkers.

"Go back and help. I'll watch Nora" Jaune told Ren.

Ren looked at Nora and recalled her telling him that their friends needed him more. He then told Jaune, "I'll be back." He then ran off.

Ruby and Blake's tired battle against the Super Giant Nevermore has not been going well. Due to their exhausted states, what few hits they have managed to get in have been superficial.

The Super Giant Nevermore launched another giant feather volley which Ruby and Blake jumped to avoid. Blake then fired the last of her ammo infused with Chakra at the Super Giant Nevermore. Its wing got clipped, but it managed to avoid most of the bullets.

Blake started panting as she watched Ruby use her Semblance to approach the Super Giant Nevermore. The Nevermore tried to get away, but Ruby managed to cut the same wing that Blake shot. This did not do a lot of damage due to her exhaustion, but it was enough to stagger the large Super Grimm so it flew off.

After Ruby landed, Blake said, "It'll be back soon."

"We should try to find the others before it does" Ruby told her.

Over dealing with the Super Goliaths, Yang had just punched the Evolved Goliath in its right foreleg with her fist clad in fire. The Evolved Goliath hardly reacted and knocked Yang back before it tried to stomp on her. Yang jumped away in time and launched five of her fire enhanced projectiles. The Evolved Goliath staggered a little from the multiple fiery explosions.

Yang grinned and said, "So you're not impervious."

Naruto's clone and Pyrrha were doing their best to hold off the Super Goliath while Weiss was catching her breath. Between her clones and multiple uses of her glyphs throughout this battle, Weiss needed a break. The Naruto clone fired off a reduced Air Bullet while Pyrrha cut the Super Goliath's foreleg while scaling up that same leg. As she approached the Super Goliath's head, it tried to shake her off. She concentrated more Chakra into feet and her free hand to keep from getting thrown off.

The Naruto clone then ran under the Super Goliath and put every last bit of Ascended Aura into his left fist as he could before leaping into the air. He landed a rising left uppercut into the underbelly of the Super Goliath, and the giant Grimm shuddered to its core. The clone then shouted as loud as he could, "PYRRHA! NAIL IT NOW!"

Pyrrha got to the top of the Super Goliath and coated her spear in Wind Chakra before shoving it into the Grimm's head. It roared in pain, but Pyrrha was not done yet as she leaped into the air and infused her shield with Earth Chakra before landing the hardest shield bash she could muster right between the Super Goliath's eyes. This made it collapse.

The Evolved Goliath that was fighting Yang seen this and knew that its fellow Super Goliath was too stunned to activate its evolution. So, the evolved went to attack Pyrrha, but Yang got in its way and asked, "Where do you think you're going?" In response, the Evolved Goliath reared up onto its hind legs. Yang's eyes widened as she recalled how big the crater and subsequent tremor was when it just stomped its one leg. She fired a few of her fire amped projectiles, but the Evolved Goliath slammed its legs down before the projectiles could reach it and caused a massive earthquake that collapsed most of the train cars along with most of the combatants beneath the snow.

As Pyrrha, Weiss, Yang, and the Naruto clone pulled themselves out of the snow, the Evolved Goliath was inhaling. The clone's eyes widened, and he shouted at the top of his lungs, "RUN!" Pyrrha, Weiss, and Pyrrha looked at the Evolved Goliath before panic dawned their faces and they started running while the Evolved Goliath fired its air blast. It was substantially larger and stronger than its pre-evolved blast as the Naruto clone was destroyed and the other three were about to be hit. Yang tried to take the brunt of the blast, but she was overwhelmed and went flying along with Pyrrha and Weiss.

The real Naruto received the memories of his last clone and now looked panicked. He dodged the Chakra Dust blade from Torchwick who joined Hazel after getting Mercury to safety. Naruto kicked Torchwick back, but Torchwick guarded up so he did not go back too far. Hazel then came in and slammed his fists down, but Naruto managed to Body Flicker away in time.

Naruto now knew he did not have time for this. He made two more clones to attack Torchwick while he held off Hazel.

Torchwick fired off his cane at the clones but they managed to dodge it. The first clone leaped before trying to stomp Torchwick down. Torchwick got out of the way, but the second clone tripped him up with a sweep kick. The clones then went to follow up, but Torchwck swing his Dust blade, making them stay back.

Torchwick got back to his feet and the clones rushed him. Torchwick prepared himself, but then the first clone said, "Three." The second clone said, "Two." And the real Naruto shouted, "One!"

The clones and Naruto came to a stop and then dashed in reverse directions with the clones dashing towards Hazel and the real Naruto dashing towards Torchwick. Caught by surprise, Torchwick shouted, "What?!" He then desperately swung his Dust blade. Naruto coated his cybernetic arm in Ascended Aura before he caught Torchwick's Dust blade. Torchwick then flashbacked to the night he fought Naruto at the Vale docks. Torchwick panicked and said, "No no no! Not aga—"

Naruto cut Torchwick off with a fierce punch to his face that sent him flying into a plateau that then collapsed on him. Naruto then turned around to see Hazel moving slow and breathing heavy.

While Hazel was brought back to fighting shape for this battle, he had still not fully recovered from his last battle with Naruto. On top of that, he added a third Dust element when he injected his Dust this time. These two factors made Hazel burn through what his body could handle much quicker.

Hazel sluggishly tried to grab one of the clones, but the clone escaped the attempt while the other clone kicked Hazel in the jaw with a leaping kick. Hazel stumbled back and started shrinking back to his normal state.

"Go!" Naruto shouted to his clones. They then ran off behind Hazel which confused him. Naruto then rushed Hazel and dive kicked into him. Hazel got the wind knocked out of him, but it did not end there. As Hazel flew back, the clones both palm struck Hazel in the back, causing more internal damage and cutting off his momentum. They then sent Hazel back towards Naruto who nailed him with a fierce punch like the one he gave Torchwick.

Hazel's body ragdolled from the impact. His eyes went white-eyed, and he lost consciousness. Naruto released his clones and ran as fast as he could as he said, "Hold on guys, I'm coming!"

A few minutes have passed since the Evolved Goliath fired its wind blast and a now full winter storm has started. Weiss was lying unconscious in the snow. Her exhaustion along with the number of hits she has taken during this battle has left her unable to discern what is even happening at the moment. She heard a couple voices call out to her, but she was too out of it to respond.

Weiss then felt her body being moved and finally started to wake up. She seen Ruby brushing the snow off of her while Blake was keeping her head elevated. Weiss then slowly asked, "What's going on?"

Ruby looked at her and was overjoyed as she said, "Weiss! I'm so happy you're awake!"

"Whatever you were fighting knocked you unconscious" Blake informed Weiss.

While Weiss was told that by Blake, she felt some extra pain in her legs and noticed she has frost bite. She then said with annoyance and exhaustion in her voice, "I wasn't expecting to fight in a blizzard today…"

"Neither did I" Blake said in agreement. None of them were wearing clothes appropriate for the weather. No one on the train was.

Ruby nodded in agreement with Weiss and Blake. Ruby then looked at her hooded cloak, but she could see that it would not cover Weiss enough. She said, "There has to be something we can use." They then seen a silhouette of someone approach through the blizzard. It was revealed to be Yang and Ruby called out, "Yang!" Ruby then ran over and hugged her.

Yang smiles and returned the hug as she said, "I'm happy to see you too."

Ruby then ended the hug and told her sister, "You gotta help Weiss!" Yang looked confused while Ruby lead her over to Weiss and Blake. Ruby then said, "Weiss has frost bite."

"I can warm her up some, but I can't do anything else" Yang said, wishing she could do more.

"I'll t-take whatever I can get…" Weiss said as she shivered. Yang then kneeled down by Weiss before she made a fire in her hand and increased its intensity so the blizzard did not put it out. Weiss stopped shivering, but then her eyes widened as she seen the silhouette of one of the Super Goliaths approach. She then pointed and said, "Look…"

Ruby, Blake, and Yang looked and then fear dawned their faces. Yang then stood up and turned around to try and defend her team. They then seen the other Super Goliath approach along with the Super Giant Nevermore.

The Evolved Goliath roared and made the Super Goliath and Super Giant Nevermore evolve and dawn their Chakra cloaks. Weiss struggled to stand up with her legs in the shape they were in, but she knew she did not have a choice. They then heard a voice call out, "Everyone!"

Team RWBY looked over to see Ren approaching with Pyrrha. Blake told them, "Sure am glad to see you two."

Pyrrha then looked at their odds and said, "This seems impossible." The now Evolved Giant Nevermore then cried out and flew at the group. The group readied themselves, but something rushed past them and knocked the unprepared Nevermore out of the air. Naruto then dropped down showing it was him.

"Whiskers!" Yang called out in both relief and joy.

Naruto approached his friends and asked, "Are you guys okay?"

Pyrrha shook her head as she spoke honestly, "No, especially Weiss."

Naruto then looked at Weiss and seen her frost bit legs. He could see none of the other had any spare clothing to offer. He then remembered his red long coat and took it off before he then did the same thing with his headband. He gave them to Weiss and said, "Put 'em on."

Weiss gladly accepted as she put on the coat and used the headband to keep the coat closed around her waist. Now that she has something covering her legs, she looked back at Naruto and said, "Thank you."

Naruto nodded as he told the group, "Whatever we got left will have to be enough! This isn't where our journey ends, ya know!" They all got ready including Yang dawning her Fire cloak. The three large Evolved Grimm roared in opposition.

Over at a decent distance from this battle was the rematch between Qrow and Tyrian. Despite Qrow's recent Chakra enhancement, the fight has not been going well for him. He was doing much better than last time, but Tyrian was still his senior in this department and Qrow only had time to learn the basics before he and the group left Haven. Qrow has thankfully not been poisoned, but he has been hit and cut a number of times and was currently breathing heavily.

Tyrian was a little worn down, but still in much better shape than Qrow and told him, "As fun as this has been, I think it's time I was got going."

Qrow narrowed his eyes and said, "There's no way I'm letting you go interfere in everyone's fights."

Tyrian giggled and said, "Is that so? Does the little birdie really wish to die today?"

Ozpin has been watching all this take place through Oscar's eyes. The last he saw of his students was Yang, Pyrrha, and Weiss get sent flying by the Evolved Goliath. Naruto was nowhere in sight, a strong blizzard had started, and Qrow was losing. He looked at the Relic of Knowledge in Oscar's hand, and despite not wanting to think it, he did not think his group could win this battle.

Ozpin with told Oscar, "Please let me have control."

Surprised, Oscar internally asked, "Why?"

"We need to get Qrow out of that fight" Was Ozpin's answer. Oscar did not know what Ozpin's plan was, but he relinquished control. Ozpin then ran towards Qrow and told him, "You need to stop fighting."

Qrow looked at Ozpin in shock and asked, "What are you doing?"

Ozpin held up the relic and told Qrow, "You need to take the Relic and get out of here."

"What?!" Qrow shouted in further shock. "You…you can't be serious…"

As Tyrian cackled at this, Ozpin told Qrow, "Our objective is to secure the Relic at all costs. You know this."

Qrow was conflicted, but he shouted, "Damn it!" before he turned into his bird formed and flew off with the relic.

Ozpin then took out his cane and made ready to defend himself. However, Tyrian continued to laugh and ran in the opposite direction. Ozpin could not help but question, "What is he doing?"

Tyrian was now checking his tracking device to lead him to Torchwick and Hazel. He found their unconscious bodies and said, "Now that won't do at all." He then took out a couple of syringes and injected the first one into Torchwick's neck before he walked over and did the same thing to Hazel.

Both Torchwick and Hazel were forced awake as Chakra erupted from their bodies. They let out animalistic yells before coming back to their senses. They both now had Chakra cloaks and glowing Chakra blue eyes. Torchwick asked, "What the hell is happening?"

Tyrian then took out his last syringe and injected it into himself. He laughed maniacally as he erupted with Chakra. He gained a Chakra cloak and glowing blue eyes as well before he told Torchwick, "We're finishing our job."

On the other side of this battlefield engaged with the Evolved Super Grimm, our gang was doing the best they could. The Evolved Giant Nevermore did an aerial spinning rush like the one as Haven did. Pyrrha, Ruby, and Blake dived out of the way, but Blake was able to latch her Gamble Shroud in kusarigama state onto the Evolved Nevermore as it passed. It took her for a ride and Pyrrha was running after it.

Pyrrha asked Ruby, "Are you ready?"

"You know it!" Ruby responded.

Ruby then grabbed Pyrrha and used her Semblance to approach the Evolved Giant Nevermore. She did not make it all the way, but she got close enough for Pyrrha to grab onto Blake. Pyrrha then used her Semblance to bring Ruby's Crescent Rose towards her while Ruby held on. Now having gotten close enough, Pyrrha grabbed Ruby and threw her onto the Evolved Nevermore. Ruby clung onto the Nevermore with her Chakra while Blake and Pyrrha climbed up.

Ruby looked and Blake and said, "Let's bring this bird down!"

"Right!" Blake shouted back. Then she and Ruby ran to the front of the Evolved Nevermore and dug their blades into the Nevermore's mask. This caused the Nevermore to flail in pain and take a nosedive.

As this was happening, Pyrrha was hanging on until they got closer to the Evolved Goliath that had her spear stuck in its head. Once they did, she leaped off and landed on that Goliath and retrieved her spear. Before it could focus on her, Naruto hit it with a powerful kick to its trunk. Since this is the real Naruto, his attacks were more potent, and the Evolved Goliath staggered. Pyrrha then cut its right foreleg on her way down.

The Evolved Goliath became enraged and started stomping about, doing some real damage to the area. In response, Naruto made five shadow clones. Two stick with him while the other three go to help the others. As the area around him and his clones is destroyed by the Evolved Goliath's rampage, he jumped into the air before making the Bird sign and exclaimed, "Ascended Wind Style: Giant Air Bullet!" He then unleashed a massive blast of pressurized air and made the Evolved Goliath almost collapse.

"It's not done yet!" Naruto shouted. Then two of his clones came down from the air and hit the Evolved Goliath in the back with two Ascended Aura enhanced punches. The already struggling Evolved Goliath now collapsed to the ground.

At the same time, the Evolved Nevermore also crashed into the ground which caused Ruby and Blake to go tumbling before quickly getting back to their feet. However, before they could follow up, the other Evolved Goliath was behind them and reared up. Ruby and Blake braced themselves for the impact when they seen what resembled a comet clam into the underbelly of the huge Evolved Grimm. This was Yang in her Fire Cloak and she knocked the Evolved Goliath off balance and it almost fell over.

Ruby and Blake looked at each other and nodded as they ran at the Evolved Goliath. As that Goliath stabilized itself, Ruby jumped as high as she could before coating her scythe in Wind Chakra and landed a bit cut on the Evolved Goliath's trunk. While it roared in pain, Ruby shouted, "Bumblebee!"

Yang dropped her Fire Cloak and then threw Blake as hard as she could at the wounded Evolved Goliath before she jumped after Blake. Blake coated her blade in Chakra and dug her blade into the cut Ruby made, further deepening the wound. She then threw her ribbon out towards the approaching Yang who grabbed it. Blake then yanked on the ribbon, increasing the speed of Yang's approach. Blake then pulled her blade out and jumped off right before Yang yelled out as she punched the trunk wound with her fist brimming with Fire Chakra.

As the Evolved Goliath started to fall, Ruby shouted, "Don't let up!" Then her, Blake, and Yang rushed down the fallen Evolved Goliath.

When Blake and Ruby left the downed Evolved Giant Nevermore, Weiss and Ren went to take over and they were joined by Pyrrha. Weiss rushed in and put another crack in the mask with a dashing thrust. Ren and Pyrrha each attacked a wing before Ren then doused the Nevermore with a Water Bomb. As the Evolved Nevermore started to freeze over, Weiss, Ren, and Pyrrha were about to strike again. However…

Tyrian, Hazel, and Torchwick have now entered the battle. Torchwick cut one of Naruto's clones before he struck at Ren. Ren got away just in time. Torchwick then broke some of the ice off the Evolved Nevermore and set it free. He then turned to face Weiss, Ren, and Pyrrha.

The four of them seen Torchwick's Chakra cloak and glowing blue eyes. Weiss with surprise in her voice asked, "What happened to him?"

Torchwick readied his cane and Chakra Dust blade as the Evolved Nevermore flexed its wings and let out a cry. Ren unenthusiastically said, "I don't like the look of this…"

Hazel dropped down in front of Ruby, Blake, and Yang, knocking them all back. This allowed the Evolved Goliath to stand back up. Ruby seen Hazel's Chakra cloak and glowing eyes before she asked, "What's going on with him?"

"He looks terrifying…" Blake commented.

Yang looked directly at Hazel and told him, "I don't know what you did, but I'm still gonna kick your butt!" Hazel gave no response and rushed at Yang with speed almost too great for the three Huntress Shinobi to track. Yang managed to guard up in time as Hazel punched her and brought her to her knees.

"Yang!" Ruby called out in concern. Blake ran in to help, but that was when the Evolved goliath stomped at them. Ruby and Blake managed to avoid a direct hit, but the impact knocked them off their feet.

Yang tried to get back to her feet, but Hazel just smashed her back down with his fists. Even without being in his hulked-out state, he was still a large imposing figure. And being injected with Watts' Chakra Dust concoction has proven to be a great boost in its own right. Hazel then went to strike Yang again.

Yang got to a knee and put her hands up to guard. She got planted into a crater and almost collapsed. She felt her muscles start to tear, but she then got a fierce look in her eyes. Before Hazel could strike again, Yang managed to form her Fire Cloak and knocked Hazel's fist away. She then landed a punch to Hazel center mass and knocked him back five meters. Hazel was still on his feet, but he was shocked. Yang then dashed towards him and they collided fists, resulting in an impressive shockwave.

Naruto had put a good beating on the other Evolved Goliath. He was about to attack it again when he reclaimed the memories from the clone Torchwick destroyed. Naruto said to himself, "How is he awake already?" That was when Tyrian struck one of Naruto's clones from behind with his claws and fired his poison beam at the other one, destroying them both. Naruto then looked at the clearly enhanced Tyrian and asked, "How'd you get that power increase?"

Tyrian laughed before he said, "You'll be the one answering our questions, not the other way around." He then ran to Naruto and attacked rapidly with his claws. Naruto dodged each one, but he was shocked at how much faster Tyrian has gotten.

Naruto hopped back and formed the Bird Sign. He seen Tyrian grin and he then noticed the Evolved Goliath back on its feet. It swung its trunk at Naruto, but Naruto was able to Body Flicker away before he said to himself, "This is a problem…"

Back with Torchwick and the Evolved Nevermore, Pyrrha was trying to hold off Torchwick, but her exhaustion along with Torchwick's boosted state made that seem impossible. He easily parried her spear and fired an explosive shot from his cane. Pyrrha just managed to avoid it and tried to keep her distance. Torchwick went to fire again, but they then felt the force of a strong wind gust.

The Evolved Giant Nevermore was flapping its wings, launching powerful gusts of frigid air. Ren and Weiss were trying to withstand it, but parts of their bodies were starting to freeze. Weiss was out of fire Dust, so she had nothing to counteract it. All they could do was try to stop the gusts.

Pyrrha started running over and Torchwick cut her off as he asked her, "Who said you get to leave?"

"Move!" Pyrrha shouted as she swung her blade at Torchwick. He easily blocked the attack and retaliated with his Dust blade. Pyrrha guarded against it with her shield, but she was knocked down to her knees and wondered, "How am I going to get past him?" Her eyes then widened as she remembered, "Wait a minute, he's a cyborg!" Pyrrha then backed off a little and raised her hand.

"What are you up to now?" Torchwick asked. Pyrrha then used her Semblance to make the unprepared Torchwick get pulled to the side and she ran past him as quick as she could.

Pyrrha then ran in front of Ren and Weiss and made a Mud Wall to stop the gusts. The wall was struggling, but she bought her friends some relief. A shivering Weiss said, "T-thank you Pyrrha.

"It won't last long" Pyrrha told them. They were all then startled when Torchwick's blade pierced the wall.

"Stay behind the wall" Ren told Weiss and Pyrrha before he jumped over the wall. He brought his blades down on Torchwick and Torchwick blocked the blades before Ren quickly got some distance. Ren concentrated before he said, "Ninja Art: Hidden Mist Jutsu." Mist enveloped the area around Torchwick. Between the mist and the blizzard, Torchwick's visibility was zero.

Torchwick stayed on guard as he said, "I'm getting some serious déjà vu…"

Weiss and Pyrrha then came out from behind the wall and rushed at the Evolved giant Nevermore. It started to launch a feather volley, but Ren opened fire while infusing his pistols with Chakra. The Nevermore covered up its head which allowed Weiss and Pyrrha to get closer.

Weiss struck at one of the Evolved Giant Nevermore's already injured wings while Pyrrha rammed her spear into its torso. The Nevermore flung its wings out in both anger and pain. It looked at its now more injured wing and realized it will not be flying again for a while. It then swung its injured wing at its adversaries.

Weiss and Pyrrha dodged as Torchwick heard the commotion. He tried to make it out of the mist, but then he felt a cut on his heel and then an impact on the back of his head. He then shouted, "Where the hell are you?" His sensors could not pick up a trace of Ren and his eyes could not either. He guarded up his torso, but Ren cut the back of Torchwick's knees, making him fall onto said knees. Torchwick them felt himself get kicked in the face and fall to the ground.

"That's it! I've had enough!" Torchwick shouted. Ren backed off, unsure of what Torchwick planned to do. Torchwick then emptied his explosive Dust out of his cane, except for what he needed for one final shot. He then covered up and fired his last shot and it caused an explosion that dispersed some of the mist. He was scuffed up but mostly unharmed. He then seen Ren and said, "There you are…"

Ren prepared himself for Torchwick's assault as he said, "Not good…" Torchwick jumped at Ren with impressive speed and thrust his Chakra blade at him. Ren managed to avoid it, but Torchwick followed up with several more swings. Ren managed to avoid a few before clashing his blades with Torchwick. Torchwick easily overpowered Ren with his enhanced state and cut Ren across the forehead.

Pyrrha seen this and called out, "Ren! Hang on!" She then ran over while she tried to push Torchwick back with her Semblance. Torchwick braced for it so he did not go back far and then he jumped at Pyrrha, clashing blades with her.

Weiss slashed at the Evolved Giant Nevermore, but it flung her with its semi-healthy wing. It then launched a large feather volley and Weiss just barely managed to dodge it while Ren had to pull Pyrrha out of the volley's way. Before Pyrrha could thank him, Torchwick thrusted his blade at them. They managed to jump back just in time.

The Evolved Giant Nevermore started to produce another powerful wind gust which obstructed the vision of Weiss, Pyrrha, and Ren. As they covered up, Torchwick was able to strike all three of them. Between their exhausted states, the Nevermore limiting their movements, and Torchwick's new power, they could not defend themselves.

Torchwick started to walk off, but Ren struggled to his feet and told him, "Get back here…"

Torchwick kept walking and told them, "You're not that important." The Nevermore then blew away Ren, Weiss, and Pyrrha with another wind gust.

Ruby and Blake were doing their best to hold off the Evolved Goliath. If they still had Yang supporting them, they would probably be doing quite well. But with the enhanced Hazel keeping her busy, they are doing quite poorly. Even at full strength they would be on the ropes against something this powerful, but exhausted they do not stand a chance.

Ruby and Blake were sent flying back by a swing of the Evolved Goliath's trunk. Ruby put her scythe into sniper mode and emptied the clip while enhancing the bullets with Chakra. Unlike other Super Grimm she has faced, these Chakra enhanced bullets just bounced off the Evolved Goliath. Ruby just shouted, "We're not done!"

Blake got up and said, "I'm open to ideas."

Ruby looked determined, but there was also worry in her eyes. She refused to give up, but she had no idea what to do in this situation. As the Evolved Goliath started to charge at them, Naruto's two remaining clones attacked the Evolved Goliath, making it stop its advance. Ruby then called, "Naruto! Over here!"

One of the clones walked over and asked, "How you guys holding up?"

"We're running on fumes…" Blake answered honestly.

"But with you here it won't matter" Ruby confidently told the clone.

"I'm just a clone" The clone told Ruby. He then looked over at his real self that was dealing with the enhanced Tyrian and the other Evolved Goliath.

Ruby was disappointed at this reveal, but she said, "We'll make it work." She then seen the other clone get sent flying over to them.

"Here it comes" Blake pointed out.

"Okay, me and this clone will stun it and then I'll shout "Halloween!"" Ruby exclaimed. "Then Blake and the other clone will nail it!"

As the other clone got back up, the clone standing with her looked confused as did Blake who questioned, "Halloween?"

"Well yeah, its colors are orange and black" Ruby explained.

The other clone approached and said, "That does make sense." Then the clone teaming with Ruby asked, "So then what are we?"

"I'm still stumped on orange and red at the moment…" Ruby admitted.

"Focus up! It's coming!" Blake yelled to them. Then her and one clone headed to another spot while the other clone stayed with Ruby.

"Now how are we gonna stun it?" The clone with Ruby asked.

Ruby then made the Bird sign and said, "With everything I got left." The clone then smiled and made the Bird sign as well. They both concentrated and exclaimed, "Wind Style: Air Bullet!" They both fired reduced Air Bullets, but together it was enough to stagger the Evolved Goliath a little. Despite the gravity of the situation, Naruto's clone was beaming with pride seeing Ruby pull off an Air Bullet. Ruby then shouted, "Halloween!"

The other clone was standing under the Evolved Goliath. Blake jumped to him and then he boosted her up to the Goliath's underbelly. She put what Chakra she had left into making sure her blade pierced its flesh. As she dropped back down, the clone met her in midair and she boosted the clone to where her blade is. The clone put his Ascended Aura behind a palm strike that shoved Blake's blade through the Goliath's body.

The Evolved Goliath's eyes widened, and it roared in pain as it started to go down. Ruby's face was ecstatic until she seen the Goliath did not go all the way down and got back to its feet. The Goliath raised both its massive forelegs to unleash another extreme shockwave. They all looked shocked, but the clone by Blake acted quickly by throwing her over towards Ruby before he tried to run away. The other clone then covered them up with his own body acting as a shield.

The Evolved Goliath stomped down and immediately destroyed the clone that was close to it. The shockwave it unleashed hit Blake, Ruby, and the clone trying to protect them. The clone is destroyed and reduced the impact a little, but Ruby and Blake still go flying. Ruby was unconscious and Blake could hardly move. She felt her own consciousness slipping as she thought, "No…not yet…"

Yang seen them go flying and called out, "Ruby! Blake!" She was now trying to find them and Hazel caught her off guard as he punched the snowy ground and knocked her back. Yang narrowed her eyes and dashed at Hazel throwing a quick but heavy right straight. Hazel blocked it, but Yang then threw a flurry of rights and lefts. Hazel guarded up and he seen bruises developing on his arms even with his Chakra enhancement. He then allowed himself to take one of the punches to his chest in order to grab her head and land a mean headbutt.

As Yang staggered back, Hazel ran in and landed an uppercut to her stomach. Yang's Aura and Fire Cloak prevented a good amount of damage, but she still had the wind knocked out of her and was sent into the air. Hazel then jumped into the air and spiked Yang back down with his large fists. Yang's impact with the ground made a crater, and then Hazel dropped down, smashing both of his fists into her and making the crater much larger.

Upon getting hit, Yang coughed up blood and struggled to breathe. She seen Hazel standing over her with a look of pity. She then shouted, "Okay, pity this!" She then activated her Semblance. As her hair lit up and her eyes turned red, the ignition caused her Fire Cloak to flare out more and become more wild. Hazel covered his face from the flames as Yang got up and kicked that hand away from his face. Yang then quickly followed up with one of the strongest punches she could muster to Hazel's jaw. Some of Hazel's teeth came out and he flew back before he started tumbling.

Yang did not let up as she concentrated before using the Body Flicker to intercept Hazel and smash him into the ground with a double-axe handle; which is when one clasps their hands together and swings them down like a club. Yang then dropped her Fire Cloak before wiping the blood from her mouth and ran off to find Ruby and Blake.

Hazel was lying there in the new crater still conscious, and he said to himself, "I shouldn't have underestimated her." He then sat up and slowly made his way out of the crater.

Naruto was managing to hold his own against Tyrian in his enhanced state along with the Evolved Goliath. But it has been very difficult and even his ever-growing supply of Ascended Aura is becoming taxed. He jumped away from Tyrian's poison beam which has become significantly larger and more powerful. The Evolved Goliath then swung its trunk at the airborne Naruto. Naruto could not avoid it, so he guarded up and was hit by the trunk and knocked back to the ground.

Naruto was able to land on his feet and managed to avoid the claw strike from the rushing Tyrian as well as Tyrian's follow up claw strike. Naruto threw a kick at Tyrian's midsection which Tyrian blocked. Naruto then threw all his weight behind a right straight and knocked Tyrian back, even through his guard.

Tyrian was becoming quite frustrated. Even in his enhanced state, it was clear that Naruto was still better than him. He then heard the voice of Yang call out for her teammates. He then had the idea to further tax Naruto's mental state as he told the Evolved Goliath, "Get your counterpart and go after the girl!"

Naruto seen the Evolved Goliath start doing that and he yelled, "Get back here!" He started to go after it, but Tyrian pounced at him, to which Naruto dashed back. However, Naruto dashed right into a thrusting Chakra blade from Torchwick. Naruto was only partially pierced thanks to his Ascended Aura, but it was now even further drained. He then swung at Torchwick who backed off in time.

"What happened to the others?!" Naruto demanded to know.

"They're somewhere out there" Torchwick dismissively answered. "I doubt any of them are still conscious though." The wounded Evolved Giant Nevermore then approached and let out cry.

Naruto felt himself becoming angry, worried, and stressed out. Kurama told him, "You need to breathe. They'll figure something out." Naruto did so and readied himself for a three-on-one.

Yang found Ruby and Blake who were unconscious. She laid them both together and then started looking for Weiss. That was when she heard the giant footsteps of the Evolved Goliaths. She knew she did not have much left, but she had no choice. She ignited her fists and said, "I'm ready for you!"

The first Evolved Goliath stomped by her. She managed to avoid it, but the shockwave knocked the unconscious bodies of Ruby and Blake around. Yang shouted, "No!" and then ran in another direction before firing her ignited projectiles. The Goliaths did not receive too much damage, but that was not the point. She was leading them away from her teammates.

Once far enough away from Ruby and Blake, Yang engaged the Evolved Goliaths directly. She targeted the foreleg that Pyrrha cut earlier. She landed five hits on that leg and it slightly staggered before trying to hit her with its trunk. She managed to dive roll to avoid it and ran under that Goliath. As she came out the other side, the other Evolved Goliath was waiting for her and hit her along with the Evolved Goliath with its wind blast. The Evolved Goliath that was hit staggered while Yang took a lot of damage and was sent flying towards Ruby and Blake.

After landing by her teammates, Yang lifted her head to see they have woken up, but they have nothing left to fight with. The three of them then looked to see the Evolved Goliaths inhaling for a double wind blast. Blake then weakly said, "This can't be real…"

Ruby then weakly told Yang, "Sis, you gotta get out of here…"

Yang then stood back up and was out of breath. But she still told her sister, "Not…a chance…"

Back to the other battle, Naruto received another cut from Torchwick, but he also managed to knock Torchwick off his feet. Naruto went to follow up, but Tyrian dashes in and thrusted his claws before doing the same with his tail. Naruto managed to weave the claws and jumped back from the tail, but then the Evolved Giant Nevermore launched feathers at him. Naruto was able to dodge the feathers before Torchwick jumped forward and swing his Chakra blade. Naruto caught the Chakra blade with his cybernetic arm, but with his Ascended Aura getting low, Torchwick managed to cut into it.

"I've had it!" Naruto shouted as he knocked Torchwick off balance and punched him. Torchwick guarded up from the punch and stumbled back. Naruto then seen the Evolved Goliath's inhaling and muttered, "No…"

"What are you going to do?" Kurama asked his friend with concern. Naruto made the shadow clone sign and Kurama reminded him, "Your clones can't handle these guys in their current state."

"My clones just need to buy me a few seconds" Naruto internally responded. He then made three clones before he ran toward the Evolved Goliaths.

The Evolved Giant Nevermore launched a gust of wind at the clones, but they held firm. One clone then dashed to the Nevermore while the other two tried and failed to keep Tyrian and Torchwick at bay. The last clone hit the Nevermore and it swung its wing at him in retaliation. The clone managed to avoid it, but he then felt his ankle get grabbed. The clone looked to see it was Hazel who then slammed the clone down full force and destroyed it.

Naruto now knew they had made short work of his clones, but it was worth it as he has almost made it to Yang. He then shouted out to her, "Dragon Flame!"

Yang simply nodded and wielded the signs, Snake, Dragon, Rabbit, and Tiger. Naruto then jumped towards her and formed the Bird sign. As the Evolved Goliaths fired their wind blasts, Yang internally exclaimed, "Fire Style: Dragon Flame Jutsu!" She put every last bit of Fire Chakra she could behind the large burst of fire that she expelled.

Naruto shouted, "Ascended Wind Style: Air Bullet!" As he expelled his Air Bullet, it combined with Yang's Dragon Flame and turned it into an immense raging inferno that overwhelmed the Evolved Goliaths' blast and engulfed them. The Scorching Dragon Flame did not stop there and kept going. All the snow in the immediate area melted.

Tyrian, Torchwick, and Hazel started running as soon as the Scorching Dragon Flame clashed with the Evolved Goliaths' wind blast. But the Evolved Nevermore could not get away and let out a cry as it was engulfed and destroyed.

Naruto and Yang were panting, not sure how much either of them had left. They then looked on in horror as the silhouettes of the Evolved Goliaths were still standing. They were burnt and very hurt, but they were still there. Yang asked in exasperation, "What's it gonna take to kill these things?"

Naruto looked at his cybernetic arm and said, "I got one last card left."

"If you use your Rasengan you'll have nothing left" Kurama reminded him.

"I don't have much of a choice, ya know" Naruto answered internally. He then gathered his Ascended Aura into his hand and manifested his Ascended Rasengan. He then started panting even harder and said, "I got one shot…"

Yang ran in front of him and said, "I'll make sure it hits."

Hazel started walking towards them, but Tyrian said, "Let this play out. Then we'll attack."

Yang jumped up and the Evolved Goliath swung its trunk at her. She met the trunk with her fist, but it overpowered her. As she crashed into the ground, which is no longer covered in snow, Naruto leaped at the Evolved Goliath and hit it with the Ascended Rasengan. The Rasengan engulfed most of the Goliath in an orange sphere and sent it into the other Evolved Goliath. They both went flying and were caught in a large orange explosion.

As the smoke cleared, one of the Evolved Goliaths was gone, completely destroyed. The other one was alive thanks to the first one taking the brunt of the damage. However, the still alive Evolved Goliath was collapsed on the ground.

"How is it still alive?" Yang asked in complete disbelief.

"I have no idea" Naruto answered. "But it doesn't seem to be moving for now. So we've bought ourselv—" Tyrian cut Naruto off with a kick to his head. Naruto was too tired and sluggish to dodge, so all he could do was guard up and stagger back. Unfortunately, he staggered back into Hazel who punched him in the back of the head. Naruto then dropped to his knees, unable to see straight.

"Get away from him!" Yang shouted as she sluggishly ran at them and threw some weak punches. Hazel simply back-handed her and sent her flying back.

Naruto got to his feet and just managed to avoid a swing from Torchwick's Chakra blade. Then Tyrian pierced Naruto's leg with his tail, causing Naruto to yell in pain.

"Hey, what are you doing?!" Torchwick yelled at Tyrian. "We're supposed to take him back alive!"

Tyrian just grinned and said, "The doctor has an antidote on the ship."

Because of Naruto's weakened state, he started feeling the effects of the poison quickly. His vision became blurry and he reached out towards Yang. He weakly called out, "Yang…" Hazel then knocked Naruto unconscious.

Yang managed to get back up to her knees and look up in time to see Naruto's body drop. Ever since they learned about Chakra, Naruto has seemed invincible. But now she just seen him fall before the enemy. Hazel grabbed Naruto's unconscious body and throw it over his shoulder.

Tyrian took out his communicator and said into it, "It's done."

"We're on our way" Watts said over the communicator. Then Tyrian, Torchwick, and Hazel walked off with Naruto.

Yang stumbled after them as she kept telling them, "Give him back…give him back…" She then noticed a large shadow cast itself over her. She turned to see the Super Golitah. It no longer had a Chakra cloak and was barely standing, but it was standing over her, nonetheless. Yang was in shock and was unable to get away as it grabbed her with its trunk.

Watts landed the ship and told them, "Hurry up."

Hazel, Torchwick, and Tyrian got on the ship and put Naruto's unconscious body on the floor. Tyrian then grabbed the antidote and tossed it to Neo before he told her, "Administer it and tie the boy up."

Neo did so while Emerald said in shock, "I can't believe they really beat him…"

As the Super Goliath continued to squeeze, Yang got one of her arms free. She kept hitting the trunk, but it had no effect. She then seen the ship taking off and reached out towards it. She shouted, "COME BACK!" But it just got further and further out of sight. As this happened, Yang felt something in her change. A tear dripped down her cheek before a wrath overcame her like none she had ever felt before.

As Yang's eyes turned red in fury, her fist was coated in a small amount of flame. She kept hitting the Super Goliath's trunk, but still to no effect. That was when it happened. What miniscule amount of Chakra she had left merged with her small amount of remaining Aura. Then the tiny embers around her fist turned gold. She hit the trunk one more time and was able to get the trunk off of her.

Yang quickly followed up with a punch to the Super Goliath in the same leg she attacked earlier. The Goliath fell over, and Yang started to hit it over and over again. When the Super Goliath crumbled away, she was left with nothing else to attack. With her eyes no longer red, she fell to her hands and knees and screamed at the top of her lungs.

Ozpin, who was gathering the unconscious bodies of his students, heard Yang's screams of anguish. Oscar asked from within, "What do you think happened?"

Ozpin recognized those screams. They were the screams of someone who just watched a loved one get taken away. He left the unconscious bodies of Weiss, Ren, and Pyrrha who he placed in one of the train cars. As he approached Yang, he seen Ruby and Blake who were trying to get up, but they had no energy left. He seen the tears in their eyes and was now left with one conclusion: They took Naruto.

Ozpin then felt the all too familiar sense of dread. Naruto made him think they could really win this time. But now Naruto was gone. He could only look up to the sky as hope drifts away.
