Starting Over Again: A Carrie / T.T.T.E. Fanfic

So, after reading the incomplete Carrie / T.T.T.E. fanfic story Runaway Carrie by The IDEALLER 1995, it gave me an idea for my own version of that particular story. It'll be along very similar lines to Runaway Carrie (in that Ralph White will appear in the story) as well as the other Carrie / T.T.T.E fanfiction story, Carrie and the Magic Railway by T-Rex-1000 and set in the universe of the 2013 movie Carrie, but with a few major differences to ensure that this story is very different than the previous two stories.
The first difference will be with the timing of the story; unlike the previous two fanfics which had Carrie on the Island of Sodor not very long after the Black Prom massacre took place in the 2013 movie, in this fanfic she'll be there about a year and a half BEFORE the prom happens. Thus, there'll be no deaths of anyone at all in this story, but Carrie will still discover her telekinetic powers and will get her first period, but that won't be until much later on into the story and under circumstances that will be very different from what we're all familiar with from the book and subsequent movies.
Basically, the more I thought of this plotline about Carrie going over to the Island of Sodor well before the infamous Black Prom takes place, and thus sparing her hometown from all the horrific trauma and tragedy that would occur on that night, as well as sparing herself any further and unnecessary bullying and humiliation from her classmates and teachers as well as sparing her from further abuse from her own mentally unstable and insane mother, the more I realised that it would make a very interesting story.
The other major difference will be with the setting of the story and the Sodor characters; it'll be set within the model series, especially the classic model series originally developed by Britt Allcroft that we all know and love, with some of the strongest elements, such as places and locations, from the C.G.I. series being added in for good measure as and when it's necessary to add them into the story. Also, NO characters from the C.G.I. era of Thomas will be included within the plot of this story, with no exceptions made for ANY reason.
Many of the passenger and freight trains that will be hauled by the different engines within the plot and length of this story will be much longer in length and thus much heavier in weight than many of the trains that were typically seen within the TV Series during the era of the models, though it's understandable why they were limited in length in the TV Series pre-C.G.I. due to the limited sizes of the different sets that were seen and used for filming the episodes. Many of the freight trains will also have a much wider variety of British-style freight rolling stock of many different sizes and types from the steam era on Britain's railway system, much of which were never seen in the original TV Series, and which will be used for different purposes as the story proceeds.
While many of the Sodor characters from the model series will be included within the story as it goes on - including many of the most important core characters as originally developed by the Reverend Wilbert Awdry himself - many of my original characters will be real life steam locomotives that ran on Britain's railways up until the late 1960's, as well as some fictional steam locomotives classes, some of which were actually planned at some stage but were ultimately never actually built, as well as various different steam locomotives that should have been built but sadly, for various reasons, weren't.
Also, as many steam locomotives in pre-grouping, grouping and B.R. days ran on Britain's railway system without names, many of those that will appear in this story will only be referred to by their numbers. It'll be just easier for me to use their numbers rather than go through the nightmare task of giving EVERY locomotive a name. And in the alternate universe (A.U.) that this story is set in, many of the steam locomotives that were scrapped in real life survived to be preserved, thus appearing in this fanfic. As to whether any famous British steam locomotives that are still in existence and with us now will be appearing, well all I can say is that I'm limiting it to only one, and it'll be the most famous steam locomotive in the world L.N.E.R. Gresley A3 Class No.4472 Flying Scotsman, but that won't be until much later within the story.
And these steam locomotives, both the fictional ones or the real-life examples, either ones that are still around and with us today or who no longer exist in reality or were never built at all in the first place, will be my Original Characters in this fanfic. While it might seem a bit unlikely to some of you all that the Island of Sodor would have so many steam locomotives running on its railway system, the idea that I had was that when steam engines were being withdrawn from service on Britain's railway system during the 1950's and 1960's, a great deal of them were saved from being scrapped and were then taken over to Sodor where they could be preserved and be a major part of the Sodor steam fleet there and run on its railway.
Also, the rail and road vehicle characters of Sodor will have their names or numbers appear in Bold and what they say presented in Italics, so that they stand out from the other characters, thus making them much easier for those who are reading the story to see.
As well as that, some elements from my first fanfic, Helping One in Need, will also be included in this new fanfic as and when it's necessary to add them in, such as Carrie getting her period about some months before the infamous Senior Prom, or Black Prom, takes place.
This is a story I intend to be as long as I possibly can make it to be, and so it'll take a very long time in between the period when Carrie runs away to the time when her classmates and teachers see her again. But I can promise you all this; there will come a point where Carrie will come face to face with her classmates again, I just have a lot to put in before then.
To the IDEALLER 1995, if you're reading this, I hope that you won't mind me using the basis of your fanfiction story for my story. It's just I'd been thinking of writing this story ever since I first read your own Carrie/Thomas story and I simply couldn't resist the urge to do this.
