Summary: Saldana, Irma, and Aaliyah rescue the Lotus Ninjas, Ekron, and Mala from Agent Christine's clutches, Traximus and his rebel group attack the Triceraton Prime Leader, and the Fugitoid struggles to end the war between the Triceratons and the D'Hoonib Federation.
Christine threatened Ellie with a spinning circular saw.
"Step any closer, and your sister is finished." Christine said. "I'm warning you."
Ellie's eyes widened in fear. Out of the corner of her eye, she whirled her finger around and conjured an orange wisp of air magic that swirled beneath Christine. A medium-sized tornado began to form and lifted Christine off her feet, forcing her to drop the saw to the floor. The whirlwind then hurled Christine away from the table and sent her flying halfway across the room.
Lee and Donna rushed over to free Ellie, who sat up as soon as she was unbuckled.
"Take her down!" Ella shouted.
The Lotus Ninjas charged forward. Lee leaped in front of Christine and fired a blast of solid water at her, but Christine skillfully dodged it. Ella then hurled fireballs at Christine, who managed to backflip away from each one. Christine grabbed the stun gun from a nearby shelf and rushed at Ella, but Donna intervened and knocked the stun gun out of Christine's grasp with a plant vine. As Christine leaped out of the way, Ellie unleashed a powerful blast of wind from her mouth that sent her flying backward.
Aaliyah attempted to strike Christine with her tanto sword, but Christine avoided the slashes and countered with a roundhouse kick. But Aaliyah ducked, which allowed Irma to zap Christine with purple electricity from her parasol that sent her collapse to her knees.
Christine looked up and found herself surrounded by the Lotus Ninjas in the center of the room. Mala, Irma, Aaliyah, and Saldana joined them.
"Let's face it. You are outnumbered." Saldana said.
"You're right about that." Christine admitted.
With a quick flip, Christine landed on her feet across the lab. She grabbed a suitcase filled with vials and dashed for the door.
"But that doesn't mean I'm down for the count." Christine added. "We'll see each other again soon. You can count on it."
Christine departed through the opening door just as it closed behind her.
Just as Ella was about to take off, Lee quickly grabbed her arm.
"Forget it, Ella. We've got to find Ekron." Lee said.
Above the Earth, the Federation, Triceraton, and Cristallum fighter ships were locked in fierce combat.
"Tri-gunners to battle stations! Prime shields to maximum power!" Mozar commanded.
"Mozar, report!" Zanramon demanded.
"Yes, Prime Leader. " Mozar reported as he knelt towards Zanramon. "The shields are back up to ninety percent. Our defenses are…"
"Silence!" Zanramon shouted angrily. "The fate of our entire race depends on your efforts to find the Fugitoid and the Oculo, and you have yet to bring me results."
"Prime Leader, there is a war raging around us." Mozar argued as he rose to his feet.
"Don't you dare!" Zanramon retorted as he shoved Mozar back down on his knees. "Bring me results, Mozar, or by the Horn of Hagalear, I will see you disgraced and dishonored before a Triceraton Firing Squad."
Mozar growled as Zanramon stormed off.
Back in the hidden base on Earth, the Fugitoid and Ekron lay restrained on the tables in the center of the room. Several wires are connected to the circuitry inside the Fugitoid's open chest while Ekron's head was planted with converging electrodes.
"How close are we?" Blanque asked.
"If all the connections are active, General, we should have full access momentarily." A Federation robot reported.
"You should've known better than to try to hide from me. Your teleportal plans are mine, Professor. We're going to break you." Blanque said as he turned to the Fugitoid. He then shifted his gaze to Ekron. "And you're next. I don't know how you ended up on Earth, but none of that matters now. Once we cut the bond of your host and force it onto me, your ultimate power will be all mine."
"No. No, please!" Fugitoid begged.
Ekron hissed in fury.
"Sir, I'm lowering our firewalls to give the mainframe full access." A Federation robot announced. "We've almost got it."
The computer screen shifted from green to red.
"Yes, we've done it! We're through. Defense protocols deactivated." A Federation robot said.
Every computer screen displayed a blueprint of the Fugitoid's body.
"Ah, perfect." Blanque said with a satisfied face.
"We have full access to his database now, sir." A Federation robot added.
"With the designs for the teleportal and the Oculo's power in our hands, not only will we use it to completely destroy the Triceratons and the foolish Cristallums, but nothing will stop us from conquering half the known galaxies!" Blanque declared. "Let the annihilation begin! Once the teleportal plans are ours, begin preparations to teleport explosives into the very heart of the Triceraton homeworld."
"Yes, sir." A Federation robot said.
Then, a red circle icon with a red "X" unexpectedly popped up over Fugitoid's blueprints on the computer screen.
"Um, sir, there seems to be a bit of a problem." A Federation robot reported.
"What is it?" Blanque demanded.
"The teleportal plans, they're…they're not here." A Federation robot replied.
"Not here?" Blanque repeated. "Then…then where are they?"
"I erased them." Fugitoid answered.
"What?!" Blanque examined in shock.
"Before I returned to Earth, I knew you'd never believe me, so I needed to give you access to my memory so you could see for yourself that they're really gone." Fugitoid explained. "Now, if you'll excuse me."
Suddenly, Fugitoid's body began to emit a bluish-white light that surged into the wires connected to him. Then, the computer screen displayed a green background with strange white alien symbols.
"Sir, it's taking over our system." A Federation robot said.
"Shut it down!" Blanque ordered.
"It's too late. He's locked us out." A Federation robot replied.
The restraints on Fugitoid arms unlocked themselves, allowing him sit up on the table. He then reached for the converging electrodes and yanked them off Ekron's head.
"You've opened your entire mainframe to me. I'm inside the system." Fugitoid's voice echoed throughout the room. "I am the system. As you should've remembered, General, I designed most of the Federation mainframe for you."
"No! Stop him!" Blanque shouted.
Blanque lunged for the wires connected to the Fugitoid, but the bright glow electrocuted him and sent him crashing to the floor.
"I'm sorry, General. I cannot allow you to disconnect me." Fugitoid said. "Not just yet."
The Lotus Ninjas, Saldana, Irma, and Aaliyah searched for Ekron on the monitor screens in a hallway.
"Ekron's gonna be around here somewhere." Donna said.
"Do you think they might have relocated him?" Irma wondered.
Suddenly, several lines of written alien code with a green background flashed across all the monitor screens. The Fugitoid then appeared on them.
"To all the peoples of the planet Earth." Fugitoid announced. "And the warring nations that orbit above, I need you to listen to what I have to say."
"Is that…the Fugitoid?" Donna asked.
Fugitoid's message was broadcasted on screens worldwide and then reached the Triceratons, the Federation, and the Cristallums in space.
"I am Professor Honeycutt, and not so very long ago, I tried to create an instantaneous transportation system called the Teleportal, a device intended to bring people together, an invention to be used for peace." Fugitoid explained. "But instead it has become the prize in an insane and never-ending war. Now I beg the Federation and Triceraton forces to hear me. The plans for the Teleportal are gone."
A Triceraton soldier began typing on the computer screen.
"Sir, it's on all frequencies." A Triceraton soldier reported.
"Scan him, you idiots. Get those teleportal plans!" Mozar ordered.
"It is because of me that this insane war has come to this planet, and so it is left to me to put things right." Fugitoid continued.
At the EPF base, an armored vehicle drove and parked inside. Bishop and Christine stepped out and headed directly to the computer station.
"I have completely eradicated the technical specifications of the teleportal device from my memory circuits." Fugitoid added.
Bishop and Christine approached a technician, who was struggling to remove Fugitoid's message from the computer screen.
"Sir, it's jamming all our lines, interfering with all phases of research." A technician reported.
Bishop and Christine glanced at the computer screen.
"It's that tin toy the Federation was after. Reboot the system and clear it." Christine ordered.
Bishop pulled out the container from his suit as Christine held a suitcase in her hand. They both handed the vials to the technician.
"We need these cell samples analyzed immediately. The mystic and the turtles are gonna help us with our work, whether they like it or not." Bishop said with a sinister smile.
Back in the Federation base, the Lotus Ninjas and their allies moved through the corridors.
"No doubt the Turtles are here to find him." Ella remarked.
"It's gonna take forever to find Ekron." Donna said.
Ellie looked down with a frown. But then, she stopped and closed her eyes.
Everyone then halted and turned around to Ellie with complete confusion.
"Uh, Ellie, what are you doing?" Aaliyah asked.
"Donna told me Ekron chose me as his host and we have a symbiotic connection." Ellie explained. "I can use that bond to track him down."
With concentration, she focused on Ekron's energy signature before her eyes flew open.
"I got him. I know where he is." Ellie said.
On the Triceraton mothership, Mozar was fixated on the Fugitoid's blueprints displayed on the computer screen.
"I don't believe it. He's telling the truth." Mozar said.
"Mozar, report." Zanramon said as he stood up from his throne.
"The teleportal plans are not with the Fugitoid." Mozar reported.
"It's…it's some kind of Federation trick." Zanramon exclaimed.
Suddenly, a loud alarm blared that startled both Zanramon and Mozar. Zanramon looked through the window and his eyes widened in shock as several Federation ships began to approach the mothership.
"Sever all links with the Fugitoid's transmission and go to full alert!" Zanramon commanded.
"Yes, Prime Leader." Mozar said. He turned to the Triceraton soldiers. "Purge the Fugitoid signal from the system! Rebooting, now!"
The computer systems went offline on the screens.
"All ships, defensive maneuvers!" Mozar ordered.
Back in the Federation base, the Fugitoid started to power down as Blanque looked at him with a shocked face.
"My work here is almost done. And so that you won't go away empty-handed, I do have one last gift to ensure that you've learned the ways of harmony." Fugitoid concluded in a slow, distorted voice. "May peace prevail."
A glowing burst of bluish-white energy suddenly sparked from the Fugitoid's body and shot out straight into the base systems, causing the computer screens to flash red before the machinery exploded.
"Sir, he's uploaded a virus. It's overloading all of our systems." A Federation robot reported.
"We can't let it spread to the fleet! Initiate base isolation sequence!" Blanque ordered.
The Lotus Ninjas, Saldana, Irma, Mala, and Aaliyah sprinted down the hallway. When all the monitor screens flashed red, they all stopped running.
"What's going on this time?" Ella asked.
Only by one, the monitor screens exploded. As the smoke dissipated, Saldana created a large white force field to shield herself, her daughters, and their allies. They looked around and noticed the monitor screens were all blown out with dangling wires.
"Okay, what's with the explosion?" Aaliyah asked.
"Don't know, but we've got to keep moving." Ellie said. "We have to rescue Ekron."
Back in the main control room, the Federation robot continued working on removing the Fugitoid's feed from their systems.
"Sir, I think…" The Federation robot spoke.
Suddenly, the power went out.
"What?! Report!" Blanque shouted.
"Sir, I've shut down the power to stop the virus. The fleet reports no effects. It appears to have worked." The Federation robot reported.
"Then it was all for nothing." Fugitoid said sadly as he rested his head on the table.
Meanwhile, the Lotus Ninjas, Saldana, Irma, Mala, and Aaliyah approached the control room door.
"Is Ekron in there?" Donna asked Ellie.
"Oh, yes. He's definitely in there." Ellie confirmed.
"Not only him. The Fugitoid is in there too." Lee added. "He may be a robot, but I did sense his aura in there."
"Allow me."
The Lotus Ninjas, Saldana, Irma, Mala, and Aaliyah spun around as the Turles, Splinter, April, Casey, and a mutant saltwater crocodile rushed toward them.
"Thank goodness for that." Lee smiled.
"And who's the croc?" Donna asked, looking at the saltwater crocodile mutant.
"This is Leatherhead." Leo replied. "Don't worry. He's with us.'"
"Let me handle this." Leatherhead insisted as he stepped forward.
Leatherhead punched the door twice. He reached through an opening and pushed the doors apart, knocking them down and scaring off the Federation guards. Everyone leaped into the room with their weapons and magic at the ready.
"Professor?" Donnie asked as he scanned around the room.
"Donatello, help me." Fugitoid called out.
Ekron squealed weakly.
"Ekron." Ellie gasped.
"Cover me, guys." Donnie said.
"Me too." Ellie added.
The Turtles, the Lotus Ninjas, Saldana, Splinter, Casey, April, Leatherhead, and Mala charged forward as they launched an attack on the Federation guards that cleared a path for Donnie and Ellie. Donnie and Ellie both leaped onto the platform where the Fugitoid and Ekron were restrained.
Ellie hurried over to Ekron, who was crawling upon seeing her.
"Ekron!" Ellie cried happily as she scooped Ekron up and hugged him tightly. "Oh, thank goodness you're okay!"
Ekron nuzzled against Ellie affectionately.
Donnie was ready to disconnect the cables from the Fugitoid's chest, but the Fugitoid stopped him from doing so.
"Don't worry about me." Fugitoid said. "Turn the power back on. Stop them from blocking my virus."
"Professor." Donnie said hesitantly. He ducked as a laser flew over his head. "It's too dangerous. Let's get you out of here."
"No. Donatello, I know the risks, but it's the only way to stop this insane war once and for all." Fugitoid insisted firmly. "Please! Please help me!"
Donnie sighed heavily in defeat.
"Ah. All right, Professor." Donnie said. He turned to Ellie. "Ellie, watch the Fugitoid for me."
"Will do." Ellie nodded. She placed Ekron next to the Fugitoid. "Stay with the robot, Ekron. Those jerks are gonna pay for what they did to you."
Donnie hopped off the platform and took down two Federation guards with a swift kick. He then leaped into a chair in front of the control panel and powered up the computer screen.
"I have a feeling I'm gonna regret this." Donnie said to himself.
"Stop them!" Blanque yelled. "They're trying to allow the virus to infect the fleet!"
Splinter, Saldana, Mala, and Leatherhead fought back as they took down several Federation guards charging at them.
Donnie continued typing on the control panel.
"Just a few more seconds and…" Donnie said. He pressed a button that turned on the power. "Go, Professor!"
"Recommencing viral upload." Fugitoid said.
All the machines started to spark and explode all around the room, causing everyone to stop fighting and stare at the explosions.
"No!" Blanque screamed.
A light blue electrical beam shot from the satellite located in the building's spire, launching straight to target the Federation battleships in space and infecting them with the virus.
"Mayday, mayday! Complete system overload!" The Federation Commander yelled.
The Federation soldiers began to scream in panic and ran off as the ship's system overloaded and the computers exploded throughout the ship's bridge.
Then, the virus quickly spread from one Federation battleship to the next.
"All hands, collision stations!" The Federation Commander shouted urgently. "Repeat, collision stations! This is not a drill!"
One by one, the Federation battleships and fighter ships began to drift and collide with each other.
Erin and Aurore were also glued to the unexpected event between the Triceratons and the Federations on the monitor screen. They both exchanged looks of disbelief before focusing back on the screen.
"Report, Scout leader!" Aurore called out. "What's happening out there?"
"Commander, the entire Triceraton and Federation fleets are completely defenseless." The Cristallum scout leader reported as she and the rest of the Cristallum fighter jets piloted around the powerless Federation and the Triceraton ships. "It's like something is infecting their ships."
Erin and Aurore's eyes widened in realization.
"The Fugitoid!" Erin and Aurore exclaimed.
"After he broadcasted his message, he must have unleashed a virus to take down the enemy ships and stop the war." Aurore said.
"We can't let that virus reach our ships. Tell the squadron to retreat immediately." Erin ordered. "Once they're back, sever all ties with the Federations and Triceratons."
"Yes, empress." Aurore nodded.
Mozar and Zanramon watched the Federation ships crashing on the monitor screen inside the throne room.
"What is it? What's happening to them?" Zanramon asked.
"Scout leader, report!" Mozar called out.
"Sir, they're…they're all completely powerless, every last ship." The Triceraton scout leader reported as he piloted past the Federation ships. "The entire Federation fleet is…is defenseless! Awaiting orders, sir."
Zanramon laughed.
"Hold your fire!" Mozar instructed.
"What?!" Zanramon exclaimed. "Commander Mozar, order your troops to attack immediately! The entire enemy fleet is helpless before us. Victory is at last within our grasp."
"There is no honor in attacking a defenseless enemy, Prime Leader!" Mozar said with a growl as he crossed his arms over his chest.
Zanramon looked stunned for a moment. He then snarled and grabbed Mozar by the collar, dragging him down to the floor.
"Huh? This is not about ethics, Mozar. This is about the complete and utter annihilation of our lifelong adversaries." Zanramon said. He turned back to the monitor screen. "Open fire!"
"At once, Prime Leader." The Triceraton scout leader said.
Suddenly, the Fugitoid's virus started infecting the Triceraton scout leader's fighter ship.
"No! What's happening?" The Triceraton scout leader shouted in panic.
As the virus spread, Triceraton fighter ships started drifting and crashing into each other.
"Aah! It's spreading to our ships!" Zanramon exclaimed. "Cut all contact with that squadron!"
"But, sir, we can't leave them stranded!" Mozar argued.
"Do as I say! Cut them off now!" Zanramon ordered.
Mozar approached the control panel as he was reluctantly torn between loyalty to his comrades and his duty to his leader. He finally pressed the button.
"We are safe, Prime Leader." Mozar informed. "Whatever infected the Federation and our scouts has not touched the rest of our fleet or the home world."
"Excellent. Now, ready the long range cannons." Zanramon ordered. "We'll blow the Federates out of the sky from here."
"We won't be carrying out that order, Zanramon, or any other dishonorable command you might care to give."
Zanramon glanced back and saw Traximus and two Triceraton rebels aiming their weapons at him and Mozar.
"Traximus!" Zanramon exclaimed in surprise. He turned back to Mozar. "How did these traitors get in here?"
"We walked." Traximus replied simply. "Now throw down your weapons!"
"No! No!" Zanramon shouted as he backed away. "Open fire, guards! Blast them where they stand!"
The Triceraton guards exchanged uncertain looks as they were unsure about firing at the large group of rebels.
"What are you waiting for? Do it now!" Zanramon yelled. He turned back to Mozar again. "Mozar, do something! Can't you control your own men?"
Mozar growled and turned to his fellow Triceraton guards.
"Lower those weapons. It's over!" Mozar ordered.
The Triceraton guards complied and threw down their weapons on the floor.
"What? What are you doing, Mozar? What is this? This is revolution." Zanramon exclaimed in shock.
Traximus stepped forward and grabbed Zanramon by the back of his tunic before throwing him to the floor.
"Revolution is usually what happens when the world needs to change." Traximus stated.
Back on Earth, several Federation guards have already surrendered. General Blanque began backing away from the Turtles and the Lotus Ninjas.
"Keep away from me! My troops will be here any second! You'll all be destroyed!" Blanque shouted.
"Not today, Blanque." Raphael said. He seized Blanque by the shoulders and threw him on the floor. He then crouched over him and grabbed his collar tightly. "Not ever."
Donnie watched as one of the undamaged monitor screens cleared the virus code.
"Professor, your virus has run its course. You did it!" Donatello smiled as he approached the Fugitoid. "The Federation and Triceraton fleets are completely…"
But the Fugitoid remained silent.
"Professor? Professor?" Donnie called out.
"Greetings, I am Sal, AB21 servitor class robot." The Fugitoid spoke as the robot's original programming was kicking in. "How may I be of service? How may I be of service? How may I be...of...service?"
Then, the Fugitoid powered down.
Ellie gasped and covered her mouth as Ekron turned away in sadness.
"Professor! No!" Donatello yelled.
The Turtles, the Lotus Ninjas, and their allies gathered around the table as they all looked at the Fugitoid's robotic body.
"I warned him." Donatello said with a sad frown. "His...his robotic body was never meant to channel that kind of power. It burned out on him."
"He knew, Donnie, but he did it anyway." Leo said as he placed a comforting hand on Donnie's shoulder. "He was a true hero."
Back in space, all Federation and Triceraton fighter ships drifted aimlessly above Earth.
On the Triceraton homeworld, the Turtles, the Lotus Ninjas, their allies, and Traximus entered the throne room. Even Empress Erin and Commander Aurore joined their allies after the Lotus Ninjas reached out to them earlier. At the base of the throne stairs, Mozar stood with his weapon in his hands. Traximus and Erin approached him and they stared at each other, making the Turtles, the Lotus Ninjas, and their allies glare for a moment.
Then, Mozar offered his weapon to Traximus and Traximus accepted it.
"Let this be a symbol of things to come. From this day forward, none shall sit upon the throne of the Triceratons." Traximus declared. He aimed the weapon at the throne and blew it to pieces. "The Senate shall be reinstated and the Republic reborn. For too long this senseless war has cost us our honor and the lives of our finest soldiers. Let a new age begin!"
"Traximus, our forces have completed the rescue efforts. The Federation troops are being brought onto the home world as we speak." Mozar pointed out.
"We will treat them as allies and our guests until we deliver them safely to the Federation, as our first gesture of peace." Traximus said. He turned to Erin. "I apologize for Zanramon's aggression on behalf of the Triceratons. As our second gesture of peace, the Triceratons will form an alliance with the Cristallums."
"And on behalf of the Cristallum Empire, we gladly accept this peace with the Triceratons." Erin said with a smile.
"It will be done." Mozar affirmed with a bow.
"There are but two prisoners that I must keep under lock and key." Traximus added.
Elsewhere, Blanque and Zanramon sat in two neighboring cells side-by-side.
"This Triceraton stench is more than I can stand!" Blanque yelled as he crossed his arms.
"The only stench around here is your cowardice, Blanque." Zanramon retorted loudly.
"You want a piece of me? Then bring it on, you stinking lizard, if you got the guts!" Blanque challenged.
Zanramon growled and charged at the wall before throwing a punch that hit the unbreakable wall in front of him. Blanque charged forward and punched the same unbreakable wall with all his might. Despite their efforts, the wall remained unscathed. But kept hitting it anyway.
Meanwhile, the Fugitoid's body rested inside a glass casket-shaped pod. The Turtles, the Lotus Ninjas, their friends, and a group of Triceratons and Cristallums gathered around and gazed at the casket from opposite sides.
"I guess we oughta say something." Leo spoke.
"I don't know what to say." Donnie said sadly as he stepped forward. "Professor, I…I guess mainly I just wanna say thanks." He then stepped back as Donna comforted him with a hand on his shoulder. "You were a good friend."
As Mozar pressed the button on the control panel, the casket-like pod launched into space.
"Not only will you live on in our hearts, but your noble sacrifice will endure forever in the lasting gift of peace." Donnie declared.
The casket-like pod began to glow as it drifted further from Earth.
Enjoy and review.
