Timeskip no Jutsu (13 years after the kyuubi attack)
We see a blonde Genin in an orange jumpsuit running through the trees. His friends are trying not to groan about his usual routine of being the most annoying and weak person in the whole village. However, that was only Sakura. Naruto inched closer to Sasuke; they were like brothers in all but blood. As Kakashi looked back, he smiled at his two favorite Genin, who he saw as younger brothers themselves. However, not everyone was happy with the blonde, and that was Sakura. She had screamed at him to get away from HER Sasuke-kun. Now, let it be noted that since Naruto has had so many "incidents" with the villagers, he gets extremely afraid of confrontation with anyone who has violent interactions with him.
So, her raising her fist in the air, poised to hit him, but they were all shocked when a mysterious handsome man grabbed Sakura's wrist and said in a smooth and intimidating voice, "Didn't your parents teach you to be respectful towards your team? How disappointing that a young unattractive person such as yourself would ever think herself better than them because they respect others and boundaries, whereas you clearly do not." He looked to Kakashi and threw a scroll toward him it had the kanji for secrets painted in ink it also said for the Eyes of Hiruzen Sarutobi Kakashi Hatake and Tsunade Senju only others may read after those listed grant permission he looked up to see Naruto passed out in Sasukes arms and Shin was nowhere to be found and Sakura was ranting about her being the only one who was definitely going to marry her Sasuke and how that guy was probably scared off by him Kami fell off his chair laughing hysterically at the girls ignorance and blind stupidity towards his brothers power and influence.

The boy walked towards the voice he heard from down the dimly lit corridor in his mind and came up to a large room where there were giant red bars and aside from that there was a small blue bars in the wall where he could see a silhouette of a man with spiky hair was wearing a white cloak but couldn't clearly see his face he walked forward seeing the man who had confronted Sakura he noticed that the mans smooth and intimidating voice sounded eerily familiar and yet he couldn't quite remember what he looked like he finally walked forward and the mysterious man looked at Naruto he said "Ah so it seems that the young one has finally arrived and indeed is ready to be told what secrets to which have been hidden from him."
Naruto was confused "Secrets what secrets?" He thought as if reading his mind the mysterious man said "I won't be filling your head with lies so I'll just get to the point I am Shinigami but you can call me Shin now your parents are Minato Namikaze and Arashi Uzumaki that man there is Minato." He said as he pointed to the blue bars that suddenly dissipate and the man who was standing there walked out revealing the Fourth Hokage of the Hidden Leaf. Naruto looked at his hero and then ran and hugged him the nine tails looking at them with a small smile as he understood why he was sealed now however he thanked Kami that he was no longer in Kushina since her greedy and narrow minded thoughts had made him feel so anxious for Minato. Shin cleared his throat looking at them after he had their attention and said "Now about Kushina she manipulated Minato by using an Uzumaki Genjutsu to rewrite Minatos memory to replace Arashi with herself and she then made him impregnate her. She took her children with her and left the night of the Kyuubi attack and called Naruto a demon because she saw him as what she would never truthfully have. A child with Minato conceived of pure intentions and mutual love she always loved Minato but Minato loved Arashi and Arashi loved Minato and so it was and so it shall always be."
After the speech Minato was shocked and disappointed by Kushina and found himself missing Arashi. As they Heard the Voice from behind say "Minato, Arashi has been sealed off by danzo go call upon Sumiyoshi and the holders of the four guardian beasts and from today I set you free and Grant you and Those you have made connections with Unlimited Immortality and three things one Naruto I will unseal your rinnegan and six paths chalkra I will grant the same to Minato next here" he hands them a scroll who's title reads All Fear The Three. And with that he disappeared and Naruto and Minato returned to the regular world where Minato appeared next to Naruto. Kakashi looked shocked but after reunions and explaining they unfurled the scroll Minato and Naruto had gotten and in beautiful Japanese style calligraphy it read

shuumatsu mono brother of kurai and scourge of the mono clan he was cursed to destroy the living a fierce battle broke out at shukatsa palace Sōdomasutā used the katana of flame to burn a path through the hordes and kaze uses his shadow katana to seal of the palace and umi floods the city and all the shinigami melted as they were made of clay all except a few that animated the clay golems these spirits were death gods the bulky hulking warrior known as shuumatsu may have attacked but the city does not perish as it's structure can contain these types of floods the three samurai were heading off to the temple but knew typhoon would not wait long and if he did not get the katana of power he wouldn't let humans live so Sōdomasutā made a deal the swords for the gold of power but kaze would discover this and attack after this umi left to be with kurai eventually producing prince Sōzokujin mono but then shuumatsu attacked his 10 year old nephew and took him to doragon temple to sacrifice him to typhoon but he would soon realize he was followed by kaze and Sōdomasutā umi was ill and couldn't protect her son so the two were alone after a feirce battle shuumatsu and typhoon were sealed and the entire group was granted immortality and as follows it was the day of prince Sōzokujins coronation but the fates wont allow anything to be peaceful.
