A/N: Interesting greetings and XYGirl2019 here, and I would like to thank everyone that read the third chapter of the Multiverse Adventures While Riding On A Bus. Anyway, enough chit-chat and let's dumpster dive in this new story!

After untangling Youji Itami from the vines and helping him get him down from the tree, Edd the Sockhead and Rolf the Son of Shepherd began to explain things to the soldier.
Youji crosses his arms, "I see..." he uttered, "So I'm in another world." he concluded.
"You don't seem to be shock, Mister Itami." Double D commented.
Youji rubs the back of his head, "To tell you the truth... it's not the first time I've been to another world." he confessed.
"Really?" Double D asked in surprise.
"May you provide us with more details?" Rolf inquired.
Youji then explained that a portal to a parallel world known as the "Gate", suddenly appeared in Ginza, Tokyo where monsters and human warriors wearing ancient armor poured out of the portal, killing everyone in their way and trying to claim the area as their own. This would later be known as "The Ginza Incident". Immediately after the attack, the Japanese Ground-Self Defense Forces launches a counter-attack, repelling and pushing the invaders back to the Gate and reclaiming Ginza.
Hoping to establish diplomatic relations with the people beyond the Gate and capture the ones responsible for the massacre of Ginza, the JSDF, under orders by the Prime Minister, takes over and enters the Gate where they dispatch the Third Reconnaissance Team to scout the "Special Region" led by him.
"Rolf is astonished by your own experience, First Lieutenant Youji Itami." Rolf commented.
"Please... just called me, Youji." Youji requested, "So, you kids are being tasked to rescue every people kidnapped from various worlds." he pointed out.
Double D nodded, "Yes, sir." he confirmed, "It's a daunting task that will take a long time to conclude but we're the only ones at the moment who could do it, so we're braving it through." he explained.
"If you don't mind, I would offer you kids my assistance." Youji offered, "Think of it as a form of gratitude after you help me back there." he stated.
Double D nodded, "We don't mind, Mister Itami." he accepted, "You do have experience being in another world, so someone with a caliber like yours is a great help." he admitted.
"Then you can count on me." Youji beckoned, "So... what are you boys doing now?" he inquired.
"Currently we're searching for an estimate of 30-20 people detected in this world." Double begun, "Well... 29 or 19, now that we found you." he clarified, "My group decided to split up into two for a wider search." he said before pointing a finger at various tracks on the ground, "And we we're following these tracks when we found you." he concluded.
Youji looks down at the tracks and inspected it, "These are human tracks all right." he confirmed before turning to Double D and Rolf, "Lead the way boys, I'll cover for you while were at it." he beckoned.
And with that, they marched forward while following the tracks on the ground and after a few minutes of walking, they suddenly heard a blood-curling scream of a little boy before being followed by the sounds of someone getting devoured.
Double D gasped in shock, "Oh dear! Someone is in trouble!" he exclaimed.
"Assistance is needed!" Rolf announced.
The two were about to run towards the source of the noise but Youji quickly grabs them by the back of their shirts and then pulling them all into a large bush.
"Mister Itami?" Double D questioned in shock.
"I'm sorry but we're too late to save whoever the owner of that scream." Youji apologized, "The last sound after that scream is more enough of an indication that they've been devoured." he explained.
"Then what should we do now?" Rolf asked.
"We stay quiet for now and wait for the creature to leave." Youji advised.
The boys nodded in compliance and the trio became silent inside the large bush. Suddenly, they heard a loud growling noise alongside loud footsteps, shaking the ground a bit which made them uneasy.
After a few minutes of waiting, the mysterious creature finally left. Youji is the first leave the bush and began checking the area, and once he confirmed that the coast is clear, he signaled the boys to come out which they complied.
The trio then made their way towards the spot where they heard the scream and to their horror, they only saw a pair of black shoes of the person who got eaten alive by the mysterious creature.
"If we're only fast enough and found this person first, then we could have prevented this." Youji uttered in regret.
Rolf then picks up the shoes from the ground, "May the person feasted upon rest in peace in either heaven or hell." he expressed.
"We better go find everyone else and make sure that nothing like this ever happen again." Double D declared.
Youji nodded, "Right." he agreed.
"Then let's march!" Rolf beckoned.
The trio then proceeds to move on forward and after a minute of walking, they came across a stream located between two forest, and they were awed by the sight of the rather clear water.
"My! Such as wonderful sight before us." Double D commented with a smile.
"Rolf must admit that he's astounded by the unique body of water." Rolf admitted.
"I just hope that it doesn't have any water-based creatures that feast upon anything." Youji uttered.
As the trio are looking around for anything suspicious or dangerous, two teenage boys and a girl are seen coming out from the other forest of the other side of the stream.
The first teenage boy is pretty tall and had a lean build, he had a brown complexion, he had black hair that is brushed backwards and he had brown eyes. He wears a red & orange jacket over blue & white t-shirt, dark-blue pants with blue linings and black boots. He also wears a bright orange goggles on his head. This is Rex Salazar.
The second teenage boy had a lean build, he had a short brown hair and he had purple-blue eyes. He wears a black school uniform jacket over a red undershirt, black slacks and white rubber shoes. This is Juugo Yama.
The girl had a long light-purple hair, she had red eyes and a white rumpled rabbit ears on top of her head. She wears a long-sleeve black business suit over a white shirt with a red tie, she wears beige-colored skirt, white socks and reddish-brown shoes. This is Reisen Udongein Inaba.
"Just what the fuck is wrong with this forest?!" Juugo complained, "So many monsters around!" he exclaimed in disbelief.
"Yeah... this forest is like a lab filled with creatures experimented by mad scientists." Rex described, "Except that the monsters are out from containment." he added.
"We really need to find a way out of this place." Reisen urged.
Juugo then noticed Double D, Rolf and Youji from the other side of the stream, "Hey look!" he beckoned, "I see people over there!" he pointed out, "Hey! HEEEEYY!" he called out which got the people from the other side's attention and Youji responded by placing a finger on his lips, "Huh? What is he doing?" he asked in confusion.
"I believe that man is telling is to be quiet." Reisen answered.
"I think it's because these forest is filled with strange creatures, mostly hostiles one, and they want things to be quiet, so they won't attracted their attentions." Rex explained.
"I see." Juugo uttered.
After Double D, Rolf and Youji managed to cross the stream without getting themselves drenched in water, they introduced themselves to Juugo, Rex and Reisen whom introduced themselves back.
Juugo is a student from an artificial island called Special Student Zone or Nanaejima, and is a member of a school adventure club that hunts for the Nanana Collection, treasures that possess mysterious powers.
Rex is a member of an organization called Providence and is an E.V.O. that able him to control his active nanites, allowing him to manifest from his body a wide variety of various bio-mechanical abilities and powers.
Reisen is a moon rabbit whom moved to Gensokyou from the moon and she has the ability to sense and manipulate waves of all kinds, localized in her "Lunatic Red Eyes".
"I understand that were in another world but getting kidnapped by unknown being akin to Gods is a bit farfetched." Reisen admitted.
"You'll understand once you meet Jason." Double D replied, "He's a divine being after all." he pointed out.
Rex crosses his arms, "So you guys are searching for people stuck in this world like us." he mentioned.
Rolf nodded, "Yes." he confirmed, "Rolf and companions are burdened by the task you mentioned and Mister Itami is providing us assistance." he explained.
"But we better hurry though." Youji beckoned, "We can't afford any of these forests' creatures harming any more people." he stated.
"Why? What happened?" Juugo asked and Rolf responded by showing them a pair of shoes in his hands, and Juugo realized what happened, "Oh." the treasure hunter uttered in horror.
"What should we do now?" Reisen inquired.
Double D pointed a finger at the tracks on the ground, "Well.. our next course of action is to follow these tracks into the next forest in hopes of finding whoever these belongs to." he answered before turning to Juugo, Rex and Reisen, "Unless... it belongs to you three." he assumed.
Rex shook his head, "No... those tracks doesn't belong to any of us three." he answered, "After all, we came from this side of the forest." he pointed out with a thumb pointed at the aforementioned woodland.
"Have you encountered other people in this forest aside from yourselves?" Youji asked.
Reisen shook her head, "Unfortunately no." she answered.
"Then we better get going." Double D beckoned, "If we don't find the other people soon enough, they may encounter some strange creatures and get themselves hurt or killed on the process." he stated.
Youji nodded, "Agreed." he complied.
"We're seriously going back in that forest?" Juugo complained, "But we just got out from it!" he pointed out.
"These guys seems to know what they're doing and we can only follow them for now." Rex reasoned.
Juugo sighed, "I guess so." he complied.
And with that, the group of six made their way inside the forest, Rolf then decided to ask Reisen a question.
"Are those structures you call rabbit ears nonfictitious?" Rolf questioned.
"Y-Yes." Reisen answered nervously.
"May Rolf touch it?" Rolf implored with an eager look.
And Reisen responded by gently placing her hands on her ears, "N-No!" she squeaked.
"Leave her alone, Rolf." Double D advised with a blank look.
The scene then changes to a wide pathway filled with dried leaves which is located between two forests and a rusty old train tracks can be seen in the middle. And traversing through the tracks are three males and two females.
The first male is a tall man clad in a grubby leather armor with chain mail underneath paired with a cheap-looking helmet that envelops his head entirely in protective metal. He carries a cheap and disposable sword of a short length hanging on his left hip in a makeshift scabbard, allowing him to sheath swords of any shape he salvages. Affixed to his left arm is a small round targe, its rim well maintained to be used as a backup cutting weapon. This is the Goblin Slayer.
The second male is a teenage boy with a slim yet muscular physique, he had waist-length brown hair tied in a high-ponytail in a zigzag pattern and had spiky bangs, and he had blue eyes. He wears a black-colored sleeves turtlenecked croptop with white garter and brown straps, and down his waist, he wears a loose light-brown jumpsuit kept in place by a brown belt with a x-shaped buckles alongside orange-colored net-like straps, and he wears brown shoes. On his left wrist is yellow-colored strap with buckle and on his right wrist is wrapped with red-colored bands. On his head, he wears a white-colored goggles with green-colored green strap and black lens with red-colored x-marks. This is Musashi the Brave Fencer.
The third male is teenage boy with black-colored eyes and had a relatively short black hair in a bowl cut. He wears a dark-blue blazer jacket over a white collared long-sleeved shirt with a striped red & blue tie, dark blue pants and brown shoes. This is Tadakuni.
The first female is a teenage girl with medium height and a mid-length black hair with a single left-swept red highlight on her bangs. Her blue eyes have peculiar gear-shaped pupils with eight grooves around the edges. Her outfit consists of a simple white shirt with a red ribbon tie, a black miniskirt, white sneakers, and a black & white jacket with rolled up sleeves. This is Ryuuko Matoi.
The second female is a teenage girl with a pink-colored curly hair styled in a bobcut and she had pink eyes, and also posses a black cat ears and tail with a dark pink ribbon tied around it alongside a bell. She wears a short light pink dress with matching arm garters and a leg garter on her right thigh, along with a choker around her neck. Her gloves are dark pink that reaches to her wrists. Her boots are dark pink with black laces and reaches to her knees. She has dark pink lace lining the top of her dress and the top and bottom of her arm garters, leg garter, and her choker. This is Ichigo Momomiya.
"Keep you eyes open everyone." Musashi advised, "We still don't know if this part of the area is safe." he stated.
"I really hope that we don't encounter any more of those monsters." Ichigo uttered in concern.
"Don't worry." Ryuuko reassured, "We'll beat them up if they show up." she stated.
Suddenly, the Goblin Slayer stopped walking while placing a hand on the hilt of his blade, "Stop." he uttered.
The others then complied to his command, "What's wrong?" Musashi inquired.
"Something is coming." the Goblin Slayer replied.
"Could it be a train?" Tadakuni assumed with a nervous voice, "I-I mean... we're on a train track after all." he pointed out.
Everyone then heard footsteps coming from inside the right forest as the Goblin Slayer, Musashi, Ryuuko and Ichigo readied themselves for a fight while Tadakuni hid behind them in fear.
And a minute later, we see Eddy the Scammer, Ed the Lump, Kevin the Jock, Luz Noceda, Amity Blight, Undine Wells and Heartful Punch walking out from the forest and took notice of the Goblin Slayer's group.
The two group stares at each other in silence for a few minutes until someone spoke.
"Hiya! My name is Ed!" Ed greeted cheerfully.
