Dog Boy Barking Confession
Renka is seen doing some marital art practice with her stances and moving her body faster to get her reaction speed up a notch or two while the sun has just raise from the horizon moments ago, but when she turns around seeing the light of the sunrise, she heard words in her head.
"Don't you dare hurt my Renka!" Inuyasha's voice shouted in her head.
"Shit!" Renka gasped, causing her footing to loosen and fall on her butt.
"Damn it, why can't I get that out of my head?" Renka complained.
It has been an entire week since that battle against Sesshomaru with Inuyasha being able to unleash the true form of the Tessaiga and cut off the bastard's head, and there was that one moment when he looked so awesome and handsome.
"AAAAAAHHHH?!" Renka slammed her head on the ground.
"What the fuck is going on with me?! Why do I keep thinking of Inuyasha like that?" Renka asked.
Yeah, ever since they came back from Toga's grave and Inuyasha showing off his new sword a bit, Renka has been feeling weird to not just the head but also the heart.
"It's not like I was feeling something for that idiot! Sure, he did save me from his big brother and I'm grateful for that. But that doesn't mean I've fallen for him… Right?" Renka asked herself.
"Fuck… I'm so confuse in the head." Renka groaned with both hands on her face.
"Upset about homework?" Inuyasha asked.
Renka gasped when Inuyasha suddenly showed up with his face right above hers that spooked her so much that she launches herself upward, and bunk their heads together.
"Hey, that hurt! What's your head made of!" Renka asked.
"Me? You're the one who gave me the headbutt!" Inuyasha yelled back.
"Only because you spooked me out of nowhere like an idiot!" Renka pointed out angry.
"I only came out here to tell you that Kikyo is about to make breakfast, so you could go get ready to change and whatever!" Inuyasha informed loud.
"Oh, how thoughtful of you, for a moron of a dog!" Renka insulted.
"That's rich, coming from a headbutting idiot!" Inuyasha insulted back.
However, the yelling and insulting moment ended when they realize that their faces are really close to each other almost like they were about to kiss which freaked them out a bit and causing them to blush.
"W-Whatever! I'm going inside!" Renka marched away from Inuyasha in a hurry.
Inuyasha reminded outside for a while thinking how close he and Renka were just a moment ago and thinking about on some certain words he said.
"Don't you dare hurt my Renka!"
"Damn it, why the hell did I say that so loud?" Inuyasha asked himself.
"I only saved her because she just happens to be one of my friends. An annoying friend more like it." Inuyasha proclaimed with his arms cross.
"It's not like I even like the girl just because she happens to be a strong fighter, moves well with her body, and the bells on her head makes her look cute like a cat." Inuyasha blurted out the last part.
Then Inuyasha screamed in shock and slams his forehead onto the ground making tiny cracks.
"Why did I just say she's cute!" Inuyasha groaned, feeling confused of these mix feelings for Renka.
"I'm sure this is nothing, this… these stupid weird feelings will just leave me system and I can just go about my business." Inuyasha said as he stood up.
"Are you sure about that, kid?" Sasaki asked suddenly appearing behind him.
Instantly, Inuyasha turns around grabbing the hilt of his sword to pull out the Tessaiga to attack only for the hand to be halted with the hand by the Karate master, but Inuyashha remove his hand from the sheath to attack yet Sasaki grabbed that hand too and twirls him in the air then slams him down to the ground.
"Nice reaction to attack when being snuck up from behind." Sasaki complimented.
"But you should try to tell the difference between the actual attacker and one who just want to say hi or something." Sasaki stated.
"Then why did my instinct tell me that you were going to attack me?" Inuyasha asked as he glares up at Sasaki.
"Oh, maybe because I was." Sasaki laughed which irritates Inuyasha.
"Whatever, I'll just go inside." Inuyasha got up again and walked away.
"Hey, kid you need any dating advice, try looking more confident and hold a strong smile." Sasaki said with a cocky smirk.
"Like Hell I need advice from you!" Inuyasha yelled angry with his face a little red.
"Man, I remember how love was difficult for some men." Sasaki looked up the sky.
"Heck, even Toga had trouble with expressing his love for Izayoi back when they were young." Sasaki recalled how nervous Toga was when it comes to Izayoi.
(Shikon High School, Second Period)
Inuyasha is seen at his desk like the other students in the class with the history lesson which just bored the white hair dog boy, but he does his best to at least pay attention given that Akisame will know and threw the chalk at his head.
Then heard a small tap sound hit the floor next to him.
"Shoot, I drop my pencil." A girl said.
"Here." Inuyasha picked up the pencil and hold it up to the girl.
"Thank you very much, it's actually my only pencil for now." The tanned girl smiled.
"No big deal." Inuyasha shrugged.
"Oh hey, don't you go to that demon fighting class? I even remember your name being Inuyasha." The tanned girl remembered Inuyasha.
"Yeah, that's me and I'm going to be the strongest fighter in the world." Inuyasha smirked.
"Yeah, I totally remember that too! Wow, it's like I'm talking to a celebrity right now!" The tanned girl excited.
"Kiba, Kawabata, please pay attention or else you may get a painful reminder on the head." Akisame warned holding the one chalk in his hand.
"Sorry, Koetsuji-Sensei!" The girl called Kawabata apologized, freaking out.
"Yeah, sorry." Inuyasha apologized as well though in a more calm attitude.
Then one minute later, the school bell rings, and lunch period has begun with the students leaving their desk for a little break before next period and some maybe going to the bathroom.
"Alright everyone, that'll be all for today. Remember to go over what we just went over." Akisame said before leaving as well.
"Hey girls, I'm going to check up on something real quick!" Renka said before leaving the classroom.
"Oh, is there something important?" Miu wondered.
"It's probably her weapon request she made when we first enrolled here since May." Kagome recalled.
"Oh yeah, even first-years like us can make weapon request to help our fighting abilities against demons better." Miu said.
"What a relief!" The tanned girl named Kawabata smiled stretching her arms.
"You do know we have another class after this, right?" Inuyasha asked.
"I know, but it's always a relief to get an actual break from class and not only that…" Kawabata pointed out the window.
"But we also got the summer reason right on top of us, meaning summer vacation is right around the corner!" Kawabata excited.
"You seem to be the kind of girl who likes summer." Inuyasha noticed that.
"Of course, I do! Summer is the best season of the world where you can go swim in the water, let your body be free, and get yourself a sexy tan too!" Kawabata bragged.
"Not that I need a tan consider I already have a perfect level of tan right here!" Kawabata smiled gesturing her hand on her body.
"That color is your tan? I thought it was your natural skin color, you do look pretty and all, Kawabata." Inuyasha complimented.
"Aw, thanks! My name is Miki Kawabata, it's nice to meet you face-to-face." Miki introduced herself.
Miki is a girl with long black hair tied into twin ponytails and light grayish eye, and her skin is tan color. She wears the school uniform of Shikon High School of the girls. Breasts sizes: H-cup.
"Anyway, there's actually been something that I wanted to ask you, if you don't mind." Miki said.
"If it's about my ears then you can forget. I got enough of that from the three girls." Inuyasha annoyed.
"No silly, but that does sound tempting." Miki giggled.
"I was actually wondering if you and Renka are, like, dating." Miki asked the question.
That question causes Inuyasha to jump in shock and almost falling backward on his chair though he was able to save himself from the fall, he let out a sigh of relief that he prevented something stupid from happening to him.
"Wow, have you ever worked in a circus before?" Miki asked while clapping her hands.
"No, but I suddenly feeling like running away to one." Inuyasha muttered.
"What's this about the circus?" Kagome asked as she Miu walked up to Inuyasha and Miki.
"Hey you two, I was just asking Inuyasha if he and Renka are dating right now. Oh, I'm Miki Kawabata, btw." Miki explained and introduced herself.
"Hey! You didn't need to them the first part!" Inuyasha yelled.
"Sorry to burst your bubbles, but those two aren't even interested in going out with each other in the slightest." Kagome revealed to their new friend.
"Really? Because I see those two cool together being strong and fierce." Miki complimented.
"I also thought Renka was like a cute cat and Inuyasha being the dog, opposite attract like magnets." Miki pointed out.
"What kind of fucking example is that!" Inuyasha yelled.
"Oh, that's the cutest couple thing I have ever heard! Makes me want to root for this ship more!" Miu smiled.
"What ship are you talking about?" Inuyasha demanded.
"You know, it made me think back on how you screamed "My Renka" back when you got your sword." Kagome called that shout causing Inuyasha to blush like crazy.
"Oh yeah, I remember that! It was the most heroic thing I have ever heard! Like a gallant samurai coming to rescue his beloved princess!" Miu smiled imaging that happening.
"Shut up! Who says I even like samurais?" Inuyasha yelled angry.
"Whoa, that sounds like super cool! That means you really like Renka!" Miki smiled teasing at Inuyasha.
"No, I don't! She was just in trouble and I had to go in saving her since those two couldn't make it in time." Inuyasha pointed at Miu and Kagome.
"You got us there, I'm just glad that everything worked out in the end." Miu rubbed the back of her head.
"But you still called Renka "Mine" in those words." Kagome pointed out causing him to flinch.
"N-No, not that I can remember." Inuyasha tried to play it off that it was the heat of the moment.
"Then did you go bother saving Renka if you didn't care that much about her? Seeing how you two would argue a lot of times, I kind of figure you would just let her die." Kagome shrugged.
"The fuck is that supposed to mean! I would never let her die!" Inuyasha angered as he slams his fist on his desk.
"Then what was the point of that "Don't you dare hurt my Renka!" yell, that was saying something that you have certain feelings for Renka." Kagome said smug.
"N-No it doesn't, like I said, I didn't want Renka to get killed before my eyes." Inuyasha proclaimed.
"You sure about that? Because your eyes also say that you like Renka more than a friends, probably more than a rival." Kagome believed pointing at his eyes.
"I'm telling you, I don't have feelings for Renka!" Inuyasha yelled with his cheeks blushing.
"Then what about the time you carried Renka to the nurse's office after she got that cut on her leg and walked very close to her after school. You two sure are spending a lot of time with each other." Miu recalled those moments.
"That's only because… because…" Inuyasha tried to think of something to deny such claims, but nothing came into his mind.
"Because what? What do you really feel about Renka, do you think of her as a weak bitch?" Kagome asked playfully.
"(I'm really sorry for the insults, Renka! I promise I'll make it up to you later!)" Kagome thought apologized to one of her best friends.
"No, I never thought of her as weak nor a bitch when we first met! I always thought of her as great and awesome to be around more!" Inuyasha blurted out.
"HUH?!" Renka gasped loudly that got Inuyasha's attention.
Inuyasha becomes really shocked that she just got back from whatever she was doing at the time and just heard the compliments almost like he was confessing his love about Renka, the blue hair girl herself felt like she got frozen with her cheeks turning red hot.
"Oh fuck, now the moment just got intense!" Miki shocked smiling.
"R-Renka… I was just, huh…?" Inuyasha stuttered as he couldn't find the words to say about this.
"I, huh, I was finish with the… thing." Renka stuttered to get her sentence right and feeling her heart racing.
For the next ten second or so, Inuyasha and Renka just stare at each other in the eyes which seems to make their hearts feel crazy until Renka finally broke the silent staring and just ran away from the classroom.
"Whoa! She just ran away!" Miki shocked.
"I was kind of expecting something a little different than that." Miu commented.
"I wouldn't worry about it, she'll be back for class and if not then we'll find her after lunch." Kagome stated.
"Like fuck we're gonna do that! If s-she wants to be a-alone then we'll let her." Inuyasha proclaimed, only saying that because he doesn't want to be near her for a while.
"Not happening. You two need to sort out your feelings soon and if this is hold off much later than it's probably only going to get worse for the both of you." Kagome stated.
"Oh yeah, I read about that in two manga series!" Miki recalled those mangas.
"Does that mean I'll have to help find her too?" Inuyash exclaimed, but deep down he already knew the answers.
(Lunchtime)
Inuyasha is walking on all four sniffing the floor for Renka's scent while Kagome and Miu are walking beside him with the accompany of Miki who wants to be friends with them.
"Doesn't he look like a cute dog looking for treats?" Miki asked.
"I thought of the same thing, a cute red dog." Miu complimented.
"I can hear you, you know?" Inuyasha said upset.
"Just focus on finding Renka." Kagome said.
Then several seconds later, Inuyasha caught the scent of Renka Ma and starts running on all four following the scent with the girls following him as fast as they can.
Inuyasha ran up the stairs making his way to the rooftop as he force the door open then spotted Renka sitting on top of the water container.
"Inuyasha!" Renka surprised to see him here.
"Hey, you… you didn't come back to class. The others were getting worried." Inuyasha said, blushing a little bit.
"Yeah, I was actually doing some thinking. A lot of thinking." Renka said as she jumps off.
"Thinking about what?" Inuyasha asked as the three girls are also curious about it.
"About… Well, what you said about me and… those words you said when you saved my life." Renka pressed her fingers together.
Inuyasha gulps and the three girls behind him are shaking with excitement as they are thinking that Renka is gonna confess her feelings too, but the blue hair girl has something else in mind.
"Inuyasha, I'm sure you already heard about the final exams coming up. The written part is only the first half while the second one is to test your abilities to the limit in combat against demons, so you better hope to pass that one." Renka said with a serious look in her eyes.
"Hold on, what are you going on about?" Inuyasha confused.
"Inuyasha Kiba, if you past the final exam… I will tell you face-to-face of how I feel about you!" Renka declared pointing her fingers at the shocked Inuyasha.

It almost looked like that Renka and Inuyasha were about to confess their feelings for each other, but Renka decided to make this a challenge for Inuyasha to overcome and that challenge will be within the final exam before summer break comes and to know how Renka really feels about him.
I'm sure some of you recognize Miki Kawabata from another anime, a certain type of anime that isn't publicly shown.
