A Terrorist named Avel,who is under a code name,Death,recruits Bison,Wily,Albert Wesker,& Calder to help him destroy the city with a small atomic bomb called the Laughter Sun. Later,the Code Holders alerted Ryu & Ken about Death and his plans. They brought in Megaman,Dante,Morrigan,the Redfield Siblings,Frank West,Mike Haggar,& Hiryu Strider.
The Heroes confronted the villains and faces off with Wily's Machine,Gamerizer. After the Heroes destroyed it,Wesker injects Calder with a T-Virus,mutating him into T-00,also called Mr.X.
After they defeated Bison & Wily,They are confronted by Mr.X. While Ryu & Ken fights with Death,Morrigan fires the Soul Eraser at X,killing him.
Megaman manage to stop the bomb as Ryu & Ken combine their Hadoken to obliterate Death for good. Bison,Wily,& Wesker fled. The Code Holders thanked the heroes and send them home. While throwing darts at the bar,Ken accidentally hit the biker. His pals begun to teach them a lesson. Ryu & Ken prepares to fight them.
Mid-Credits:
Wesker approaches Wily,who shows him a few tricks up his sleeves. Inside of the capsule is a Black & Gold Robot.
Post-Credits:
Ryu dreamed about the woods covered in Purple mist. Then,He hears a voice saying his name. Inside the mist is dark red headed man with a dark colored Gi. Ryu woke up.
