Chapter 1872 Family Business

Meiko was at the office of Lucy as they talked about things about the future.
"I've been making a special dress just for you Meiko. It's my premium dress." Lucy said.
"Oh I can't wait to see it." Meiko smiles.
Lucy always made the best dresses for her style. As she was the most fun person.
Then a woman came in, a woman that's tall, slender African-American with short black hair and gold earrings. She wears a gold necklace, a black long-sleeved shirt and long, gray pencil skirt.
"Lucy I came..." She got surprised to see Meiko.
"Oh Professor Granville." Meiko smiles.
"Oh you two know each other?" Lucy asked.
"She's one of my teachers from before." Meiko said.
Grace Granville frowns. "Yes."
She was her students that she had to teach. Meiko is a bright girl but the thing about her was she had a obvious crush on Grace.
Meiko smiles at Grace. "So... What brings you here teacher?"
"I came to check on the machinery here to improve it a bit. And I didn't expect you to be here Meiko." Grace said.
"Meiko is one of my idols. And my muse." Lucy told her.
"Her?" Grace looks at Meiko.
"Of course she has the spicy nature with innocence." Lucy said.
"Plus I look good in those dresses right teacher?" Meiko looks at Grace
The teacher knew that look, it's that seductive look Meiko gave her a long time ago.
"Well I have to go now." She leaves them alone.
"Well that was interesting." Lucy said.
"Yeah." Meiko was waiting for when she comes back as her professor was someone she always wanted.
With Antonio
He stops near Sue's home which is a trucking business that her family owns. She might not look like it but she gets a good payment.
"Welcome to my home Antonio." She said.
"Well it's a nice place." He said.
Then her three brothers came being Cletus, Earl and Rawkus.
"Well well. Looks like Bobbie Sue just found herself a guy." Rawkus said.
"Uh, so who's that guy?" Cletus said.
Antonio stares and it's clearly obvious the guy wasn't very smart.
"So would this boy really be up for the family business." Earl said.
"Don't mind them." Rawkus said. "Earl is very American and Cletus... Not the brightest animal, less than a mule."
Bobbie Sue agreed with him on that.
"Well i'm Antonio. I just came with Sue after she wanted to show me around. If your wondering what I do, I own a pub."
"Oooh, that's good any type of places is good to get drinks." Rawkus said.
They heard a sound from the house, then Ma Jackson came out with a shotgun.
"Who are you?! What do you want?!" She said.
"Calm down ma'am. I just came with your to see the place, since she invited me." He told her.
Ma looks at Bobbie Sue who nodded.
"Yeah, he's such a great guy I had to show him." She said.
"Okay, but if my baby girl is knocked up. Your going to get married if it means putting this shotgun on your back!" She prepared it to prove a point.
"Noted." Antonio said.
She goes back inside before closing the door.
"Don't worry about Ma. She's just protective of her kids. She will like you too." Rawkus said.
"If you say so. So what do you guys do?" Antonio asked.
"Well outside of trucking is just trying to prove who can get the family business. Since Ma is thinking of retiring one day." Rawkus said. "So one of us gets the company to continue it."
"Okay, that's simple enough."
"Well Bobbie Sue better not be thinking getting hitch and getting a kid would make her the heir right away." Earl said.
"I don't do that." Sue frowns. "If I get a kid it's because I want one."
Antonio stares at the scene and they're all fighting among each other now.
"Well at least it's more sibling rivalry then hating each other."
"Come on Antonio. Let me show you around." She takes him.
They went around the place and the brothers saw Antonio's truck.
Rawkus whistles. "Nice truck. It seems it's for lifting big loads."
"It can even lift another truck. If he does become family then he can help get our trucks if they break down." Earl said.
"So we don't get... Stranded?" Cletus said.
"Yes." Earl nodded.
Rawkus can see Bobbie Sue likes the new guy so they'll let her be.
With Gertrude
Gert was at the bar yawning since they were closed and she just finished cleaning.
"Man what a day." She said.
She has been doing her job and was wondering what to do today.
She walks out and sees a door to a nursery and she enters it. She saw the baby Aura lying down on the bed.
"Hey kid." She goes to be close to look.
Aura looks and smiles touching her face.
Gert got surprised the fact the baby was getting this close to her.
She then saw the book that Antonio making homunculus.
"Well I wonder what he's going to make."
Gert then saw Aura pull on her arm.
"Okay I get it." She lifted her up.
Aura holds on to Gert who looks down at her and smiles a bit. She was too innocent for what she has seen before.
"Okay, I like you too kid." Gert said.
She takes her while passing by her trust axe that was hanging on a wall. She only uses it to scare off the guys that cause trouble around here.
"But it's always good to have something just in case."
Note: A few moments between Meiko and Antonio as a old teacher of Meiko appeared and she's in love with Grace.
