Chapter IX: Sharingan Warrior Kakashi
Itachi's clone observes in silence as Kakashi becomes engulfed in the black flames of Amaterasu, the unique Mangekyou Sharingan jutsu tied to the Uchiha's right flames are said to be the "flames of the sun" and are incredibly difficult to extinguish, burning relentlessly until the target is completely consumed.
However, after only a few seconds, Kakashi's body mysteriously warps away from sight.
"Hm?" Itachi's clone mutters.
Suddenly, the clone hears a piercing sound coming from behind him, as well as a sharp yell.
"Augh! How?!" Hashirama yells out.
The clone turns around to see an unphased Kakashi standing directly behind Hashirama, a crackling Lighting Blade impaled right through the Hokage's chest.
How did he extinguish the Amaterasu?
Kakashi widens his left eye, revealing that his Sharingan had changed significantly. It appeared as a six-pointed star shape. The pattern consisted of six intersecting points radiating from the centre, creating a symmetrical and sharp design. He was undoubtedly using his own Mangekyou Sharingan, in which he'd be able to use the powerful Kamui jutsu to warp objects or people to an alternate dimension.
Hashirama falls to the ground, gritting his teeth as his body begins to disintegrate.
"How did you-"
"When I was hit by the Amaterasu, I used Kamui on myself. Not only did I escape to a different space in order to ambush you, but I managed to teleport those flames away before I was seriously injured, " the Anbu captain replied.
I see... the Mangekyou Sharingan,Itachi's clone thinks. It quickly morphs into several black crows before they all fly away, squawking loudly. Hashirama chokes on his own words as his body finishes disintegrating.
His Mangekyou staring blankly at the ground for a few seconds, Kakashi turns to face the rest of his enemies.
"It's time I took this serious. I'll be taking the rest of you down, too," he says. Deidara growls before shoving both hands deep into his pouch.
"You little overconfident bastard... hmph!" he yells, tossing several large clay birds at Kakashi.
"Now die!"
Just before they explode, Gaara extends his hand and morphs a ball of sand around the explosives, where they all safely detonated inside.
"That accursed sand always gets in my way," sighs Deidara. Haku runs ahead.
"Let's just finish them off!" he says, throwing multiple senbon at Gaara and Kakashi.
"You have to be better than that," says Gaara as he rises his free arm. A small piece of sand wraps around the senbon, stopping them midair.
Haku smirks under his mask and continues to bolt forwards, performing several hand signs.
How about this?
Large blocks of ice suddenly rise from the ground, sliding towards Gaara. Before Gaara could react, the ice smashes into his body harshly, sending him flying into the air.
Kakashi looks back, gasping. "Gaara!" he yells out.
A large clay centipede suddenly wraps around Kakashi. The Anbu captain turns his head to look over at Deidara, who was now laughing at him.
"You left an opening, hmph!" the blonde says.
The clay model then exploded. Kakashi's left eye widens as he warps away at the moment of the explosion. He swiftly reappears behind Deidara, another surge of electricity crackling in his hands.
Deidara gasps out loudly, startled by Kakashi's abrupt appearance, and turns around.
"YOU-"
Kakashi thrusts his hand straight through Deidara's chest, a thunderous boom going off as he intensifies his jutsu's destructive potency.
"You're finished," Kakashi says.
