Izuku is kidnapped along with other people by an organization that experiments on the quirkless. What happens when he and a few others are the only ones that survive the experiments with new abilities that may be better than quirks?

Meanwhile, Kaminari discovers his feelings for Jiro, and Midoriya begins to get to know her better and it's getting in his way causing trouble for the class.
