Zoroark Master of Illusions
At a pokemon center the gang were watching something very special on telly. In the pokemon world they had a special sport event called Pokemon Baccer. Pokemon Baccer was a sport where two different teams of three pokemon of the three-stage evolutionary line had to hit a spinning top object into a metal floating pyramid, which served as a goal post. Every time the spinning top went into the goal post that made one point. The rule was what team scored the post points at the end of the game, when time was up, won. Right now the two teams who were playing Pokemon Baccer were Jubilife Reds, from Jubilife City, and Cianwood Greens, from Cianwood City. Jubilife Reds had a team of Elekid, Electabuzz and Electivire. Cianwood Greens had a team of Beldum, Metang and Metagross. The gang loved watching it because it was an exciting type of a sport event. The match was being show live from the stadium at a place called Crown City.
A janitor was cleaning the lobby and he saw the event on the tv. "Oh so the Pokemon Baccar is starting soon is it?" he said. "Yes that's right" answered Brock. "The world cup is starting the day after tomorrow in Crown City" said Dawn. "We are on our way there to watch it straight at the stadium itself" said Ash. "Oh well you youngsters have fun" said the janitor.
During the match's half time the news revealed a special news flash about people flocking to Crown City to watch the world cup at the stadium. Then it revealed about a special Pokemon Baccer team of the legendary beasts Entei, Raikou and Suicune. This team was called Nimbasa Legends owned by a man named Grings Kodai. Grings Kodai was a successful businessman who owned his own network company called Kodai Network Group in a city Nimbasa City from a faraway region called Unova. He was a smart looking man with yellow eyes and purple and yellow hair, wearing a smart white and yellow suit. The legendary beats gave a demonstration of playing Pokemon Baccer and scoring a goal. "I can't believe someone actually has the legendary beasts on their team," said Ash "I wonder how he got them?" "I don't know but I'd love to see that team" said Dawn. "Then we'll need to get to Crown City as soon as possible," said Ash "I want to get good seats at the stadium". The others agreed.
While this was going on something else was happening. An airship was flying through the time from somewhere. In the cargo hold of the airship, two black and red pokemon were sleeping. One of them was called a Zoroark and it was a big fox-type pokemon, with big red claws on its hands and feet, and a huge black and red mane tied in a ponytail with a teal bangle. The second pokemon was called a Zorua and it was a small fox-type cub, with red paws, a bushy black tail and a large tuft of black fur tipped with red on top of its head. It seemed the Zoroark and Zorua were a mother and child.
Just then they were interrupted by the opening of the cargo hold. Zoroark and Zorua stood up to see what was going on. The door revealed an Entei, Raikou and Suicune. Behind a big glass window, on another part of the airship, Kodai was watching the pokemon. Kodai had captured Zorua and Zoroark, and imprisoned them on his airship, because he had something planned to do with them. Next to him was a woman named Rowena and she was his secretary. "Mr Kodai all preparations are complete" said Rowena. "Action start" said Kodai. Raikou stepped forward and Zoroark got ready to fight. Zorua wanted to fight too, but Zoroark placed him in her mane to keep him out of harm's way. "Tell me Zoroark is Zorua that important?" asked Kodai. It seemed Kodai was blackmailing Zoroark into doing his secret plans for Zorua's safety. Zoroark suddenly transformed into a Raikou. This was one of Zoroark's special abilities; transforming into other pokemon like ditto does. Another special ability of Zoroark's was creating illusions, and she started creating an illusion of huge thunder clouds. But Kodai was not afraid of it. He knew about the special abilities of Zoroark and was prepared for them. On his wrist was a special bracelet he had created. Kodai was not just a successful businessman but a brilliant inventor as well. The bracelet was called an illusion canceller bracelet, and it could see through illusions. Rowena had one too, but the illusions still startled her. Even the camera on the airship was fooled. "Zoroark's powers of illusion are nothing less than monumental" smiled Kodai. "Mr Kodai we will soon be landing in Crown City" said a voice on a computer screen. This voice belonged to a man named Goone and he was Kodai's right-hand man and bodyguard. Goone was piloting the airship right now.
After finishing the examinations of Zoroark, Entei, Raikou and Suicune started to disappear and they transformed into three small black orbs. These orbs were another invention of Kodai's called the illusion cores, and they had the ability to create a physical manifestation of artificial Pokémon data. This meant Kodai didn't really own the three legendary beasts at all; therefore his pokemon baccer team the Nimbasa Legends was a fake. Kodai was clearly a cunning, deceitful man who would use trickery to achieve anything.
At that moment a Ninjask entered the cargo hold and it grabbed Zorua. Zoroark tried to stop it, but she got stopped by some electric waves. Then Ninjask disappeared through the ceiling of the cargo hold with Zorua. "You wouldn't want any harm to come to the Zorua you've cared for so much like it was your own child would you Zoroark?" threatened Kodai. This was true; Zorua was Zoroark's adopted child. "Be smart and obey" finished Kodai. Zoroark was not happy with this one bit, but she had no choice but obey to keep her son safe.
Meanwhile Ninjask was carrying Zorua through an air vent of the ship. But then Zorua managed to make Ninjask let go of him and he pushed through a flap to get away. Just as he was about to run through the airship, he was stopped by a Scizor. Zorua transformed into a Scizor to fool the real Scizor; Zorua had the same ability to change its appearance. Thanks to fooling Scizor, Zorua managed to get away, and then he transformed back into his real shape and escaped through another small passage of the airship. Then he pushed through another flap, but this flap led to the outside of the ship, and of course with the ship flying fast it was very breezy outside. Poor Zorua tried to hold onto the ship but it was no use, and he fell off. While he was falling, he met up with a swarm of Hoppip, Skiploom and Jumpluff flying in the sky, and so Zorua transformed into a Skiploom. Of course Zorua couldn't really fly like a real Skiploom but he was able to glide down gently.
Goone, who saw what happened on the security cameras, told Kodai what had happened. "Do you have Zorua's visual data?" asked Kodai. "Yes" answered Kodai. "That will be good enough" replied Kodai. So Kodai wasn't really worried about Zorua's escape; using Zorua's visual data would still help him with Zoroark. What he was focused on right now was getting to Crown City because he was in search of something.
Down in a forest area of Crown City a time ripple opened and a Celebi came out of it. So truth is Kodai wasn't visiting Corwn City because of the pokemon Baccer championship, but because of Celebi and the time ripple. His secret plans were connected with Celebi and the time ripple, question is what? Celebi started flying around Crown City, unaware of the danger it was in.
While all that was happening, the gang were still making their way to Crown City. But Brock was making them lost; despite he was reading his pokegear. "Brock are you sure this is the right way?" asked Ash "we've been walking for ages". Brock tried to make out they weren't lost, but the Ash, Tomo and Dawn saw right through his lies.
Meanwhile Zorua, still disguised as a Skiploom, was gently falling down to the ground. Down on the ground a swarm of Vigoroth were jumping from tree to tree, when suddenly Zorua fell on top of a Vigoroth and made it fall out of the tree. Zorua transformed back into his real self. The Vigoroth was not happy with Zorua and it chased Zorua with some other Vigoroths. Zorua was in trouble because he ended up at an edge of a cliff and there was nowhere for him to run.
Suddenly the gang turned up; they saw the situation and came to help Zorua. Ash released Infernape and Dawn released Mamoswine. "Bullying is wrong!" Dawn cried out. Pikachu, Piplup and Growlithe spoke out to stop Vigoroth too. The Vigoroths gave in and left. Ash and Dawn returned Infernape and Mamoswine. "Thank goodness we stopped that fight" said Brock. 'I wouldn't have needed your help anyway' said Zorua; he could speak telepathically. "Excuse me," said Ash "but you were about to go over the cliff right there". "He's right" said Dawn. "That's one tough looking pokemon" said Brock. But then they all suddenly realized that Zorua spoke to them. "It's telepathy!" gasped Brock. 'Meema told me I should never talk to strangers, but too late' said Zorua. "Uh what type of pokemon is this?" asked Tomo. "I don't know" answered Ash. "I've never seen this pokemon before either" said Brock. Zorua pointed out to a city from the cliff and said he had to go there. "Hey that's Crown City" said Brock. "So we've made it" said Ash. 'I'm going to save Meema' said Zorua. "Who's Meema?" asked Dawn. 'Meema is Meema' answered Zorua. "Is the Meema you're trying to save in Crown City?" asked Ash. 'Meema was trying to protect me and wound up getting caught' said Zorua, sadly. He started explaining to the gang about what happened; about some bad people captured him and his meema and took them away from their home by force, placed them on an aeroplane and how he escaped from the plane. Pikachu, Growlithe and Piplup felt sorry for Zorua, and they told their trainers they wanted to help him. The gang agreed to all help Zorua find his Meema. "Okay I think I can let you be my friends" said Zorua. Truth be told he was happy the gang were going to help him.
Suddenly Zorua transformed into Ash. The gang were surprised to see this ability of Zorua's. "Wow look at that" said Tomo. "It can change its appearance" said Brock. Zorua started walking away, but then the gang noticed that Zorua still had his tail while posing as Ash. This meant his human transformation ability wasn't perfect yet. Pikachu grabbed onto Zorua's tail and he transformed back into his real form, but then transformed into Pikachu. 'I like this better' said Zorua. "This is going to be crazy" said Ash. The others agreed.
Back with Kodai's airship, the airship had landed on the ocean outside Crown City. Kodai and Rowena were letting Zoroark out. A screen on the ship showed Zoroark Zorua trapped inside a cage, looking all frightened. She was not happy with this. "Zoroark your mission begins," said Kodai "go and show your illusions to the people of the city". Zoroark didn't want to follow Kodai's orders, but with her son being held captive she had no choice. So she left the airship and made her way to Crown City. What Zoroark didn't know what she saw on the screen was just another illusion made by Kodai's illusion core.
Just then Goone made an appearance on the screen. "Mr Kodai, dispatching remote cameras" he said. "Good now it's show time" said Kodai. Several of, another invention of Kodai's, called remote cameras, which were flight-enabled camera units used to carry out surveillance on many areas at once, came out of the ship. Whatever plans Kodai had for Zoroark was no doubt going to be more of his hocus pocus.
The next day Celebi was flying around Crown City; greeting wild pokemon that lived in the city and making flowers bloom. In a garden an old woman named Tammy was watering flowers with a hose. She had a Tangrowth beside her which helped her out a lot. The garden had a statue of Celebi. Just then a girl, with purple hair, turned up and bid morning to Tammy. The girl's name was Peg and she was excited about the Pokemon Baccer World Cup tomorrow; she was a big fan of pokemon backer and her favourite team was called Coronet Fighters, which was a pokemon team of Magnemite, Magneton and Magnezone. She was such a fan of that team that she even had a lot of flags to cheer for the team. Tammy couldn't help but feel how perky Peg was about tomorrow.
Suddenly Celebi's shadow flew past Tammy and Tammy saw Celebi and watched flowers magically bloom in front of her. Tammy quickly got onto a three wheel cargo bike, she owned, with Tangrowth riding in the cargo hold. She rode to a flower shop she owned and ran up to a man named Joe. Joe was a watchmaker and he owned a shop next to Tammy's flower shop; they had been friends for years. "Joe, Celebi has finally come back to the city" said Tammy. "What is that true?" asked Joe. "Really" nodded Tammy. She and Joe started to get emotionally happy; Celebi's presence was clearly a joyous something for them. "It's been years since all these city's trees and flowers were laid to waste" said Joe. "More than twenty years" said Tammy.
Unfortunately the peace within the city was about to be shattered by Zoroark. First she released a night daze attack across the area, and then she got ready to do what Kodai commanded her to do. Kodai's command was to have Zoroark take the forms of Entei, Raikou and Suicune to scare everyone in Crown City. Zoroark didn't really want to do this, but she had no choice in the matter because of Zorua. First she transformed into Suicune and flooded Crown City with water, and then transformed into Entei and spread fire across the city. What no one knew was the water and fire were all illusions; this was because of Zoroark's ability to create illusions. While this was happening Kodai was having Rowena film everything that was going on, and have her create fake film footages of Suicune and Entei destroy everything in sight. Kodai was clearly putting of some trickery type of plan.
While all people and pokemon were avoiding Entei's flames, an announcement from Rowena on the news saying that President Grings Kodai of the Kodai Network Group wished to make an announcement about the incidents of Crown City. They were making a broadcast on the airship; thanks to the airship they could broadcast wherever they went. "I'd like to take this opportunity to sincerely apologize to you all," said Kodai "the three legendary pokemon I brought with me to you, Entei, Raikou and Suicune, are now controlled by the evil pokemon Zoroark. The legendary pokemon are terrorizing your city". Kodai showed off his fake footages on the news. "Your citizens are now in extreme danger, again my most sincere apologies. We will recapture them I can assure you, but for now I order you all to leave the city". By now Zoroark transformed into Raikou and spread a massive thunderstorm throughout the city, scaring more people and pokemon away.
Of course no one saw that all of these were lies. And because of what was happening, a real Entei, Suicune and Raikou sensed the disturbances, and they left their homes to see what was going on.
While this was happening the citizens of Crown City had all evacuated to outside the city. Officer Jenny made an announcement on a megaphone, saying that entry to Crown City was completely off limits till the city was safe again. This also meant the Pokemon Baccer matches were to be put off as well. By now the gang had arrived at the area with Zorua. Zorua was still disguised as Pikachu. Dawn ran up to Officer Jenny and asked her what was going on. "It's Zoroark," answered Officer Jenny "a bad pokemon controlling Entei, Suicune and Raikou as they wreak havoc in the city". "Legendary pokemon are doing that?" gasped Ash. Peg, who had also evacuated Crown City, came up. "It's true I saw it with my own eyes and it was just horrible" she said. "Then what's going to happen to the Pokemon Baccer match?" asked Tomo. "It won't be cancelled will it?" asked Dawn. "We're working hard to solve the problem so please don't worry" answered Officer Jenny. "Oh thank goodness" said Peg.
Just then the news showed Kodai again, warning people about Zoroark and showing footages about what she was doing in the city. Zorua looked at the footage. 'That's my meema' he said. He transformed into Brock and started running away. The gang chased after him. Ash managed to catch up to Zorua first and stopped him. "Hold on," said Ash "your Meema is the pokemon Zoroark who is terrorizing the city?" 'Meema escaped from the bad people and his looking for me, I'm sure of it' said Zoroa. He wanted to get into Crown City right away and search for Zoroark. 'Kodai is the bad guy'. "So the bad person you have been talking about all this time is the Kodai?" asked Dawn. 'That's him!' shouted Zoroa. "Mind telling me more about it?" asked a voice.
The voice came from a man wearing a green top, brown trousers and red, white and black cap. He was also carrying a bag you use to carry cameras with. Brock was trying to covr up Zorua's disguise by trying to tell the man that his twin brother liked to say strange things. But the man was not convinced by what Brock said and noticed the tail on the look alike Brock. He touched the tail and Zorua turned back into his real form. "Ah a Zorua, enable to talk, that's a surprise" said the man. "You've seen a Zorua before?" asked Ash. "Zorua is the pre-evolved form of Zoroark" explained the man.
Back in the city, Celebi was flying around some more; it had realized the city was empty. It noticed Zoroark and tried to hide away from her. What Celebi didn't know was it was being watched by Kodai's flying cameras. Kodai had plans with Celebi. "It's just as I saw in my vision, the time ripple must be in Crown City" said Kodai. Rowena could see Kodai had plans with Celebi and the time ripple; she wanted to know what was going on. Suddenly Kodai felt like his eyes were stinging and they were glowing green; this meant he was having a vision of the future. He was seeing the time ripple; he was searching for, and a countdown clock reaching all zeros. Next he saw a vision of four children and two adults trying to stop him, and then himself grabbing onto the time ripple and absorbing its energy. Then the vision ended. "Was that a vision of the future?" asked Rowena. "That's right Rowena" answered Kodai. "What are you seeing?" asked Rowena. "Faces of people trying to stop me" answered Kodai, angrily. He was the type of man who wouldn't let anybody try to stop him achieve his goals.
Meanwhile Zoroa and the gang were still talking with the man. "So Kodai was involved in the whole thing" said the man. "The only thing we want to do is return Zorua to Zoroark and fast" said Ash. 'I'm going to find my meema' said Zorua. "I'll help in any way I can" said the man. The man introduced himself as Karl and he was a journalist, and the gang introduced themselves to him.
Karl led the gang to a windmill and told them he had been investigating Kodai because of his hidden secrets. Inside the wind mill was a trap door on the door which led to some stairs. "This connects to an old part of the city;" explained Karl "Crown City is my hometown". What the trap door led to was the underground sewers that connected the two cities together. Karl had a Bronzor and asked it to use flash to help light the way in the sewers. Then while guiding the gang to their destination, Karl explained more about Kodai. "Grings Kodai has been called a man who can see into the future" he said. "You mean he's a psychic?" asked Ash. "It seems like that," answered Karl "Kodai has had an incredible series of business successes like he knows what's going to happen. He even has control over the main stream media, and word on the street is Kodai will do anything in order to get what he wants". "So what's Kodai doing this time by controlling Zoroark?" asked Brock. "Beats me" answered Karl. 'But he's a bad man!' argued Zoroa. He transformed into Dawn. 'Let's hurry'. "Hey don't change into me!" said Dawn, angry and embarrassed. Piplup grabbed onto Zorua's tail to change him back; he didn't like watching Zorua looking like Dawn either.
While this was happening Goone was traveling through Crown City in another invention of Kodai's called the amphibious vehicle; it was a car that could travel on land and water. He had his two Scizors and swarm of Ninjask with him. "It appears the whole town is deserted" said Goone, contacting Kodai on a screen in the car. "Good I'm heading there now," said Kodai "Zoroark's mission is complete, recapture it". "Understood sir" replied Goone.
To recapture Zoroark, Goone was using an illusion core to create Zorua again. Zoroark saw Zorua and rushed over to it, having no idea that Zorua was fake. As she got closer, some sort of flying saucer flew over her and then trapped her into a cage. Goone and his pokemon turned up and retrieved the illusion core. Zoroark was angry for being tricked and tried to get out of the cage, but it was electrical so she couldn't escape. The cage then turned into a big crate and Goone used mechanical arms from his vehicle to carry the cake back to the airship.
At the same time Kodai was getting to leave the airship on another invention of his. This was a hover board. He told Rowena to continue transmitting the footage and then left with Shuppet and Mismagius. "Phew I was afraid he was never going to leave," sighed Rowena "now it's time to get some real work done". Rowena was up to something secretly herself.
While this was going on, Karl and the gang finally made it into Crown City. 'It won't be long now' said Zorua, happy and eager to find his mum. "So this is Crown City," said Dawn, looking around, "what a pretty place". Ash noticed a statue of Celebi. "Hey that's Celebi" said Ash, recognizing it right away. "You are right," said Karl "they say that sometimes Celebi comes here to visit". "When you look at it it's like the forest and city coexist in perfect harmony" said Brock. "It wasn't always this way though;" said Karl "twenty years ago almost all of the trees and flowers died off". "How did that happen?" asked Tomo. "No one knows it just suddenly happened," answered Karl "it was a terrible time. But by working together, people and pokemon finally brought back Crown City to its beautiful life". "Wow you can never tell by now how so bad it used to be" said Dawn.
Zorua started sniffing around for his mum and Pikachu, Growlithe and Piplup started joining him. 'Meema has been here I can smell it' he said. He then transformed into Tomo and started sniffing around some more. Tomo was surprised to see a double of him, but didn't mind it at all. Growlithe wasn't so fond of it though and grabbed onto Zorua's tail. After transforming back Zorua climbed onto Ash's head. 'Meema I'm over here!' he called out. When there was no answer Zorua couldn't help but feel upset. "Hey don't worry," said Ash, comforting Zorua, "I'm sure your Meema is looking for you too so it won't be very long now". Zorua felt much better.
Just then Karl noticed something. It was the tram stop, which was shown destroyed on the news, except it wasn't destroyed at all. And neither was the Celebi statue next to it. The gang noticed it too. "Kodai must have done this;" said Karl "he manipulated the tv news images". "You mean fake videos" said Brock. "Zoroark has the power to take shape of the legendary pokemon" explained Karl. "So you mean the legendary pokemon aren't really here?" asked Dawn. "That means Kodai doesn't really own those three pokemon and he has been lying and tricking everyone all this time" said Ash, angrily. "But why, I mean why would he do all this?" asked Tomo. Before anyone could think or ask anything else, Zorua started running off because he could smell Zoroark. The group followed him at once.
While this was going on Kodai was flying around the city on his hover board. 'My vision of the future has been proven correct' he thought.

One day in the past when Rowena first came to work for Kodai as his new secretary, Kodai had a vision of the future. (His vision was what was happening in the present now) So on this day Rowena learnt of Kodai's special ability. And Kodai realized he was starting to lose his power little by little.
(Flashback ends)
So now what Kodai's actions were was to find the time ripple and restore his powers again before it disappears. On his hover board was a radar map of Crown City and he was looking at where all the countdown clocks in the city were. Thanks to his vision he managed to find out that the time ripple was going to be near one of the countdown clocks. He flew to one of them and told Shuppet to use foresight. Shuppet's foresight attack was to help locate and reveal the hidden time ripple. But the time ripple wasn't here, so Kodai had to keep on searching till he could find it. Just then the radar map picked up something. Kodai looked at it and it revealed Ash and Pikachu. Kodai remembered him from his vision of the gang getting ready to stop him. "So they showed up after all" he said. He contacted Goone at once and told him of a problem he wanted taken care of.
Right now the group were still trying to find Zoroark. Brock noticed a statue that wasn't of Celebi. This statue was a statue of Entei, Raikou and Suicune all together. Karl explained that Entei, Suicune and Raikou were guardian protectors of Crown City and that in ancient times they once protected Crown City from terrible times. "What do you know, and I thought they were only protectors in Johto" said Tomo. This statue had been destroyed on the news as well but of course it wasn't.
Zorua started running off again and the humans followed. Zorua kept on running and running desperately to find his mum. Just then he came to a TV and he did not like listening to the lies Kodai was spreading out on the news. He used scratch to break the tv. The wild pokemon saw that and they became scared of Zorua.
At that moment Joe's Mightyena turned up and confronted Zorua. 'Who do you think you are? I'm strong you know' said Zorua. While Zorua was talking Tammy's Tangrowth came up from behind and used sleep powder on Zorua. Zorua tried to resist but he fell asleep. At that moment the group turned up. Mightyena and Tangrowth noticed them. Mightyena rushed up to Karl and jumped on him. The gang thought it was going to attack Karl, but really Mightyena was saying hello to Karl by happily licking his face. "It's been a long time Mightyena" said Karl. He knew Mightyena. Just then Joe and Tammy showed up. "Karl it really is you" said Joe. "Hey Grandpa it's great to see you" said Karl. "My dear Karl such a long time" said Tammy. As Joe was Karl's grandfather, Tammy knew Karl very well. Ash noticed Zorua asleep in Tangrowth's arms. "This little one is your friend?" asked Tammy "Tangrowth's sleep powder worked a little too well. I am so sorry". Tangrowth was sorry too.
Joe and Tammy led Karl and the gang back to Joe's flower shop. Karl explained to Joe and Tammy what has happened and that the city hasn't been destroyed at all. "So this whole event has been all a trick?" asked Tammy. "I knew all along that out guardian protectors wouldn't do a thing like this" said Joe. "Kodai is the real bad guy behind this" said Ash. "Then that means Zoroark is innocent too" said Tammy. "You're right" said Dawn. "Why didn't the two of you evacuate?" Brock asked Joe and Tammy. "The truth is neither one of us could bear the thought of leaving our beautiful home" said Joe. "After all Celebi has finally returned after so long" said Tammy. "Celebi is here?" said Ash. "Are you sure?" asked Karl. "Tangrowth and I both saw Celebi with our very own eyes" said Tammy. "It's been twenty years since the day when our lush greenery died and that was when Celebi stopped coming back to visit" said Joe.
While everyone was talking Zorua was still asleep and thinking about his Meema. On Kodai's airship, Zoroark was still trying to escape from the electric cage, but no matter what she did nothing worked. She also kept on roaring very loud for Zorua. Back at Joe's shop Zorua woke up. He sensed Zoroark calling him, and started running around in a panic like a little child. Ash tried to get Zorua to calm down but it was no use. Zorua ran outside and the gang followed it. Zorua ran into a garden that was protected by a fence. Ash, Dawn and Tomo ordered Pikachu, Piplup and Growlithe to follow it, since they could get through the fence.
In the garden a lot of wild pokemon were watching Zorua running through the garden. They hadn't forgotten about what Zoroark did, therefore they weren't happy to see its pre-evolved form either. Zorua got stopped by a Breloom's bullet seed attack. Zorua didn't want to fight because he wanted to find Meema, but the wild pokemon weren't letting him go anywhere. Soon Pikachu, Growlithe and Piplup turned up and saw the situation. They tried to reason with the wild pokemon but the wild pokemon refused to listen. The wild pokemon started to close in while Pikachu, Piplup, Growlithe and Zorua got ready to fight back.
Suddenly Celebi turned up and the pokemon stopped what they were doing at once. Even Pikachu, Growlithe, Piplup and Zorua were surprised to see Celebi. Celebi twirled around, like it was dancing, and released a green aura. The green aura magically made the flowers on the trees and bushes grow into berries. The wild pokemon ate the berries at once, even Pikachu, Growlithe and Piplup ate some. Celebi gave one to Zorua. Zorua was grateful and then changed into Celebi, which surprised Celebi at once. Celebi tried to fly with Zorua, but Zorua explained he couldn't fly and changed back into his real form again. 'I think I'll let you be my friend too' said Zorua. Celebi was delighted to become Zorua's friend. 'Come on, you can help me look for Meema' said Zorua. Celebi was happy to help. Then Zorua raced off with Pikachu, Growlithe and Piplup and Celebi. All that time Karl and the gang noticed Celebi with the pokemon.
Suddenly Karl and the gang got surrounded by Goone's Ninjasks and Scizors, and then they got caught by another one of Kodai's electric cages. Goone and Kodai turned up. Ash ran up to the cage to demand what was going on but he got shocked by the bars. "Are you okay?" asked Karl. Kodai flew to the cage on his hover board. "Not one of you has the power to resist me" said Kodai. "It's you!" said Dawn angrily. "Kodai" said Karl, crossly. "Why did you lock us up?!" demanded Ash. "I don't know who you all are and I couldn't care less," said Kodai "but I'm certain I won't allow you to get in my way and that you can depend on". "What are you talking about?!" demanded Ash. "I have the power to see the future," answered Kodai "and I must remove all obstacles that are in my way". The caged locked itself up and there was no way for the group to escape because of the electricity. "What do we do now?" asked Dawn worriedly. Just then the group felt the box move. "We're moving" said Karl. "Where are they taking us?" said Ash. "Probably Kodai's airship," said Brock "remember Zorua told us he and Zoroark came here by an airship". "If that's the case then we'll think what to do when we get there" said Karl. "I'm glad they didn't get Zorua, Celebi and our pokemon Pikachu, Piplup and Growlithe," said Dawn "I hope they'll be okay". "They'll be fine, right now we need to worry about ourselves" said Brock.
Meanwhile Pikachu, Piplup, Growlithe, Zorua and Celebi, had arrived at a huge tree in the forest outside Crown City. Zorua started climbing up the tree with Celebi helping him, and Pikachu, Piplup and Growlithe followed. There was a view of the whole city from the tree. 'Meema where are you?' said Zorua. As he still didn't find Zoroark, Zorua was getting upset again. He started howling for her, but of course there was no answer because Zoroark was still locked up. Celebi tried to comfort Zorua, but it was no use. He missed her too much to feel better. Just then Celebi made a soft bush of leaves grow around Zorua. 'You're amazing,' said Zorua 'it's just like being in Memma's fur'. He felt better at once, remembering his meema's fur. Pikachu, Growlithe and Piplup were happy Zorua had cheered up, but they were worried about their partners. They had noticed that their humans were no longer with them and they didn't know what happened to them.
Back on Kodai's airship, Rowena was looking through all of Kodai's files and updating them onto a laptop of hers. Just then she reached a private file that needed a password to gain access to it. "What password would he come up with?" she asked herself. She decided to try the world vision; after all seeing visions was what Kodai can do. Vision turned out to be the right answer and Rowena could look at all the files. "On one try that was too easy" smiled Rowena. The private files turned out to be ancient book pages of prophecies and about Celebi and the time ripple. "This explains everything" said Rowena. She had found the real truth about Kodai and his secrets.
Suddenly Goone contacted her on a screen; he had just returned to the airship with the cage Karl and the gang was locked in. "Rowena I'm heading back to Kodai's location," said Goone "I'll be out a bit longer. Stay put until our mission is complete". "Understood" said Rowena. The conversation ended and Goone got ready to leave the airship again. "Phew that scared me" sighed Rowena; she had made sure Goone didn't see what she was up to. She noticed the cage on screen and wondered what it was.
After Goone left the airship, Rowena made her way to the chamber where the electric box was and she opened it up to speak to Karl and the gang. "Who are you?" asked Dawn. "My name is Rowena," answered Rowena "Mr Kodai's executive secretary". "You can drop the act" said Karl. Rowena revealed herself as a newspaper reporter just like Karl; so she and Karl really knew each other. Rowena also revealed she was really working undercover to find out everything about Kodai. "So that means you're on our side" said Ash. "I had a feeling you would show up" said Karl. Both he and Rowena had been investigating Kodai. "My investigation is complete and it's all here" said Rowena, revealing her laptop.
Rowena got the group out of the cage and soon they got off the airship using an inflatable boat with a motor. As soon as they were off the airship, Karl looked at all the files Rowena retrieved on her laptop, and Rowena began to explain to the group about Kodai. "Kodai is trying to locate the time ripple" she said. "Time ripple?" said Ash "oh that's what Celebi uses to travel to the past and future". "You're right we saw that before" said Brock. (That was during the time at the Arborville Forest) "Because the time ripple collects time energy, which enables Celebi to time travel, Kodai wants that energy for himself before it disappears," said Rowena "and he'll accomplice that by absorbing it into his body". "Why would he do that?" asked Ash. "So he can still have the power to see into the future" answered Rowena. The group gasped. "But that means his psychic ability is all fake too" said Ash. Rowena explained that Kodai first gained the power to see the future twenty years ago; he discovered and studied ancient texts about ancient prophets and learnt about all the secrets of the time ripple, including its ability to show people the future.

It all happened twenty years ago when Kodai visited Crown City to search for the time ripple. He was a younger man back then and his Mismagius was a Misdreavus then. Kodai and his two pokemon arrived at the big tree outside Crown City, and he ordered Shuppet to use foresight. Thanks to Shuppet Kodai found the time ripple. At that moment Celebi turned up to enter the time ripple, but Kodai ordered his pokemon to stop Celebi. Misdreavus used psychic to pull Celebi away from the time ripple, and Shuppet used shadow ball to knock Celebi out. With Celebi out of the way Kodai was now free to reach the time ripple. Back then he had an invention he made himself called a robotic arm, a device contained within a back pack. The robotic arm had large arm-mounted cannon, and with it Kodai was able to absorb the time ripple's energy and make it flow into his body. But by doing that, the time ripple released a negative flow of energy which caused all of the trees, flowers and bushes in Crown City to die. Kodai didn't care though; all he cared about what that he finally gained the power to see into the future.

"Since that time, Kodai's plan had become reality" said Rowena, finishing the story. "Sot it was Kodai's fault that the city's greenery all died" said Karl, finally knowing the real truth.
While this was all happening, Kodai was still looking for the time ripple. He had checked every countdown clock on his hover board computer screen, but he still hadn't found the time ripple. Just then Kodai had a vision; he saw himself holding onto Celebi. That made him decide to go after Celebi and have it show him where the time ripple will be.
Meanwhile Rowena was explaining to the others about Kodai about to lose his powers to see the future. "That's why he is so desperate to find the time ripple so he could absorb its powers again" she said. "So that's it" said Karl. He understood why Kodai caused all this trouble. "According to one of Kodai's visions the time ripple is near a countdown clock," said Rowena "he's desperately trying to find it". "But if Kodai absorbs the time ripple again" said Brock. "The city will wither and die again" finished Karl. "That's right" said Rowena. "We can't let that happen" declared Ash. The others agreed. Just then Karl noticed Kodai was on the move again on Rowena's laptop.
While all this was happening, Pikachu, Piplup, Growlithe Zorua and Celebi were climbing down the tree. They decided to go and look for Zoroark again, and for Ash, Dawn, Tomo and Brock. But then a nasty visitor turned up at the tree; it was Kodai along with his Mismagius, Shuppet and Goone's Ninjasks and Scizors. "So this is where you've been hiding Zorua" said Kodai. 'Be careful he is a very bad man' Zorua warned Celebi. "Oh so you can talk?" asked Kodai. 'Yeah but I didn't want to talk to you!' snapped Zorua. "Then stay out of the way, my business is with Celebi" said Kodai. Kodai had Shuppet use psychic to grab Celebi, but Pikachu attacked Shuppet with thunderbolt to stop it. Kodai was not happy with that and ordered Goone's Ninjasks to attack it. The Ninjasks used shadow ball and poor Pikachu, Piplup and Growlithe were knocked out of the tree. 'I won't let you hurt Celebi!' shouted Zorua. He transformed into a Tangrowth and wrapped Shuppet and Mismagius in thick long thorns. "Your power of deception has grown" said Kodai. This was true; Zorua's attack was an illusion. Kodai used his illusion canceller bracelet to see through the illusion, and then he ordered Shuppet to use shadow ball. Poor Zorua was hit dead on by the attack and his transformation and illusions were cancelled. Zorua tried to get up again, but he was too weakened to continue. 'Meema' he called out.
Back at Kodai's airship, Zoroark sensed Zorua's danger and attacked her electric cage to get out. With a few more punches, Zoroark finally got out of the cage, and then she used night daze to get out of the airship. Meanwhile Entei, Raikou and Suicune had made it into Crown City. They sensed Zoroark's whereabouts and came to confront her; they believed she was an enemy and threat to the city.
Back at the tree Pikachu, Piplup and Growlithe were hanging on for dear life to a tree branch. Pikachu and Growlithe were using their teeth to get a good grip on the branch while Piplup held onto Pikachu's tail. Shuppet was using psychic again to bring Celebi to Kodai. Kodai grabbed Celebi at once and demanded to know where the time ripple is. Celebi didn't like this and struggled to be let free. Zorua woke up and charged towards Kodai to save Celebi. He jumped onto Kodai's face, which made him fly his hover board out of control and down to the ground, and made him let go of Celebi. Kodai threw Zorua off his face in anger.
At that moment Zoroark sensed her son was in danger because of Kodai at the tree and wanted to go to the tree. But Entei, Suicune and Raikou weren't going to let her leave. First Suicune fired ice beam at Zoroark, but she dodged it. Next Raikou fired a charge beam, but again Zoroark dodged it. Lastly Entei fired a flamethrower attack, but again Zoroark dodged it. In the process Kodai's airship got destroyed by the attacks. Zoroark jumped onto the harbour and started to fight back against the legendary beasts to get them out of her way. Joe and Tammy, who spotted Entei earlier, were witnessing this event and backed away for cover.
Meanwhile at the tree, Pikachu and Growlithe finally got themselves back onto the branch. They noticed what Kodai was trying to do. Before he could hold onto Celebi again, Pikachu, Piplup and Growlithe stopped him with thunderbolt, bubble beam and flamethrower. "Get them!" Goone ordered his two Scizors. The Scizors flew up to the tree branch and one of them distracted them with metal claw. Then the second one knocked them off the branch again with air slash.
At that moment the three pokemon were caught by Togekiss. Karl, Rowena and the gang had turned up just in time. Of course this meant Rowena had blown her cover up. But Kodai didn't care because he saw this in a vision earlier. Ash and Dawn moved in with Pikachu and Piplup to help Celebi and Zorua. Pikachu used thunderbolt to distract Goone and Kodai while Ash grabbed Celebi, while Piplup used bubblebeam to distract the Ninjasks while Dawn grabbed Zorua. Karl, Rowena and the gang quickly made their way back to the boat, while the wild pokemon distracted the Scizors and Ninjasks. Then while getting away on the boat, Pikachu used thunderbolt to destroy Kodai's remote camera so it wouldn't watch them while they escaped. "Those punks," said Goone "Mr Kodai what do we do now?" "I foresaw Rowena would betray me and I know precisely what will happen" said Kodai. He took out another invention of his from his coat pocket. This invention was called a camera drone, a small drone camera that could fly like a helicopter used for spying. As Kodai had foreseen Rowena betraying him and the group getting in his way, he had the camera drone as a back-up plan to spy on the group.
While that was going on Zoroark was running through Crown City to look for Zorua. She kept transforming into either one of the legendary beasts to run faster than normal. But the real Entei, Suicune and Raikou weren't letting her go that easy. They kept on attacking her to stop her in her tracks, and cancelling her transformations. And of course Zoroark kept fighting them back to get them out of her way. Suicune, Entei and Raikou still had no idea what Zoroark was really doing, so things were getting out of hand here.
Meanwhile Karl, Rowena and the gang made it to Joe's clock workshop, with Celebi and Zorua. Joe and Tammy were already there and they were happy to see everyone. They were also surprised to see Celebi in Ash's arms. While Brock helped Celebi, Karl told Joe and Tammy the truth about Kodai and his responsibility for the disaster twenty years ago. Zorua was still feeling a bit down about not being strong enough to protect Celebi from Kodai. Tammy then admitted that she and Joe had seen the real Entei, Raikou and Suicune earlier. "They must have sensed that the city is in danger" said Joe. "But they are all convinced that Zoroark is the enemy" said Tammy. "We need to get them to understand that they are wrong" said Joe. Celebi tried to fly again after getting bandaged up, but Ash stopped it. "You're too weak at the moment Celebi" he said. "If we get Celebi to the time ripple, it will be just fine" said Rowena. "But where is the time ripple?" asked Dawn. Rowena looked up on Kodai's data on her mini laptop and explained of how he was looking at every countdown clocks for the time ripple. "But he has already checked all the clocks". "Do you mean Kodai has already gotten his hands on the time ripple?" asked Brock. "The city is still lush and green which means he hasn't yet" said Karl. Joe had a look at Rowena's mini laptop. "There is still one more countdown clock in this city" he said. He pointed to a drawing of a countdown clock that he designed, and explained it was in the pokemon baccer stadium in the forest area of the stadium. "I placed the prototype there to celebrate the stadium's completion". "So the time ripple must be there" said Karl.
What the group didn't know was Kodai and Goone were listening to what they said; thanks to the camera drone he sent after them. A window at Joe's workshop was open. So since Kodai knew where the remaining countdown clock was, he and Goone made their way back into the city. Just then Pikachu heard the whizzing noise the camera drone was making at the window and shocked it at once. The drone was broken completely. "What's that thing?" asked Tomo. "One of Kodai's robots," answered Rowena "he heard everything we said". "We've got to get to the time ripple" said Karl. "Or what happened twenty years ago will happen again" interrupted Joe. "It can't" said Tammy, worriedly. "We have to get Celebi to the time ripple first" said Karl. Celebi wanted to fly there but of course it couldn't. "Don't worry Celebi, we'll get you there" said Ash. Dawn, Brock and Tomo agreed. Zorua agreed to help too. Before anyone started to leave Karl spoke up. "Kodai said he could see the future right?" he said "well if we work together we can change the future". Karl sorted out some planning with everyone. After some planning with Karl, the gang went their separate ways back into the underground sewers, as a shortcut to get to the stadium fast, with Celebi and Zorua, along with Karl's Bronzor.
While this was happening, Zoroark was still running through the city, looking for Zorua. But Entei, Raikou and Suicune weren't letting her go that easily still. Zoroark decided to use an illusion to stop the beasts in their tracks. This illusion made the beasts think they were trapped by dark crystals. At that moment Karl, Rowena, Joe and Tammy turned up; they had come to confront Zoroark and the legendary beasts. Rowena had an illusion canceler bracelet on her wrist, and discovered right away the beasts were trapped in Zoroark's illusion. "Stop this Zoroark!" Joe called out. "They made a mistake, that's all" said Tammy. Joe's Mightyena used a move called odor sleuth to cancel Zoroark's illusions. Then Mightyena and Tangrowth stepped forward to tell Entei, Raikou and Suicune that Zoroark was not an enemy. The wild pokemon turned up too to tell the legendary beasts what has been happening. So the trouble between Zoroark and the legendary beats was over, but Zoroark still had her mind on finding her son.
Meanwhile the gang, along with Bronzor, Zorua and Celebi and existed the sewers. The pokemon baccer stadium wasn't too far away from where they were. But then Kodai and Goone arrived in their car. "Ash and Tomo you go ahead" said Dawn. She and Brock were going to say behind to distract the Ninjasks and Scizors. Dawn sent out Mamoswine and Brock sent out Sudowoodo and Croagunk to battle. Ash and Tomo ran off with their pokemon, Bronzor, Celebi and Zorua. Kodai ordered Goone to deal with Brock and Dawn while he went after Ash and Tomo.
Ash and Tomo ran all the way to the stadium; they had to go through the forest area first. The boys stopped when they entered the park. "Pikachu thunderbolt" said Ash. "Growlithe use flamethrower" said Tomo. Pikachu and Growlithe released their attacks together. Kodai had Mismagius use psywave to counter the attacks. The attacks created a small explosion of smoke. "Celebi, hurry and fly to the time ripple" said Ash, letting Celebi go. Celebi flew away with Bronzor. "Stop Celebi!" demanded Kodai. He and his pokemon chased after Celebi while Ash and Tomo got out of the way. "Celebi must not touch the time ripple".
Back with Dawn and Brock, Piplup and Mamoswine were fighting against the Ninjasks and Croagunk and Sudowoodo were fighting against the Scizors. Piplup fired a lot of water attacks and Mamoswine used a lot of ice attacks against the Ninjasks. Croagunk punched Scizor back with poison jab and Sudowoodo punched back the second Scizor with wood hammer. But Goone's pokemon were really tough and it was getting difficult for Dawn and Brock's pokemon. "It's time to finish you punks off" said Goone. But before he did anything Zoroark turned up and she attacked the Scizors with night slash. Next she released a powerful night daze attack, which knocked out Goone and all of his pokemon at once. Dawn and Brock and their pokemon took shelter behind Mamoswine so they wouldn't get knocked out too.
Back at the forest Celebi and Bronzor were still on the run. But then Celebi got shocked by Shuppet's thunderbolt attack. Except this wasn't really Celebi; it was Zorua in disguise. This had been part of a plan Karl and the gang had sorted at back at Joe's workshop; Zorua's role had been to help Ash and Tomo get Celebi to the time ripple while distracting Kodai. Kodai couldn't believe he had been tricked. Bronzor used confusion to get Kodai out of the car, and then break the car against a tree so Kodai couldn't use it again. Kodai ordered Mismagius to use psywave and Shuppet to use shadow ball. The two attacks knocked out Bronzor at once. 'You are a bad man' said Zorua, angrily. He ran up to Kodai and bit his left wrist hard. Kodai knocked Zorua off him and then used a robotic arm and claw to grab Zorua. This was the same robotic arm and claw he used to absorb the time ripple twenty years ago, but more updated. Zoroark sensed her child was in danger and raced off to find him.
Meanwhile Ash, Tomo, Pikachu and Growlithe and the real Celebi had made it to the pokemon baccer stadium. Ash explained to Celebi what Zorua had done. Celebi tried to fly again but it still couldn't because of its weakness, so Ash held Celebi in his arms. Ash and Tomo hurried up the stairs and found the time ripple near the last remaining countdown clock. "There it is" said Tomo. The boys and their pokemon ran towards the time ripple.
Suddenly the boys and their pokemon got stopped by a psychic attack. It was from Mismagius; Kodai had arrived. "Celebi has weakened; that's why it has turned up" he said. He walked towards the time ripple. Suddenly Zoroark turned up, but Kodai wasn't worried though. He revealed his capture of Zoroa to stop her from getting any closer to him. "Oh no!" gasped Tomo. "One step closer and this little one is no more" Kodai threatened. He began shocking Zorua with electricity, which made Zoroark feel angrier than before. "Shuppet take care of this" said Kodai. Shuppet first attacked Zoroark with thunderbolt and then with shadow ball. Poor Zoroark got weakened by the attacks. "I enjoyed our game of tag," said Kodai, approaching the time ripple, "but I already knew it would end this way". He let go of Zorua and placed the claw into the time ripple. The energy began flowing into his body. "Stop it Kodai!" shouted Ash "all the trees and flowers will die!". "What do I care?" said Kodai "so long as my visionary powers grow, it's all worth it". "So you don't care what happens to Crown City?!" shouted Tomo. The time ripple exploded into dark energy again and the trees started to wilt. "It's true that twenty years ago when I touched the time ripple Crown City withered," Kodai admitted "but no one knows a thing about that, just like no one will know what I've done today. All everyone knows is I'm doing my best to capture the evil pokemon Zoroark". He was clearly showing his true evil nature. While the greenery was dying off like before, Kodai claimed victory was his while laughing.
But unfortunately for Kodai, everything that just happened now was an illusion created by Zoroark. She knew what Kodai was trying to do and did something to stop him. Therefore when she stopped the illusion it was revealed that Kodai hadn't really touched the time ripple and Crown City was still okay. "It can't be!" gasped Kodai. He looked at his illusion canceler bracelet and noticed it was broken. Zoroa broke it when he bit Kodai's wrist earlier. Just then Karl and Rowena turned up; Karl had filmed all of Kodai's confessions. "Give it up Kodai, you're finished" said Karl, angrily. Kodai couldn't believe he was getting cornered like this.
Just then Zorua got up and weakly made his way to Zoroark. Zoroark noticed that and made her way to Zorua. 'Meema I missed you so much' said Zorua. But then Kodai told his Shuppet to attack Zorua, but Zoroark took the attack to protect her son. Then Kodai grabbed Zoroark with his claw arm and shocked her with electricity. "How dare you trick me!" shouted Kodai "for that you are going to pay!" He was not happy with Zoroark ruining his plan. While still being shocked, Zoroark fought back with dark pulse. Kodai was pushed back and his claw arm was destroyed. "All right!" cheered Ash. "Hooray!" cheered Tomo. Just then Mismagius got attacked by a bubblebeam and the boys and their pokemon were free to move again. The attack had come from Piplup; Dawn and Brock had arrived to help. Mismagius tried to attack with psywave, but it got reflected by Bronzor's reflect attack. "Pikachu use thunderbolt!" commanded Ash. It was time to stop Kodai's pokemon once and for all. Mismagius got shocked bad by the thunderbolt. Then Ash ordered Pikachu to use volt tackle, which defeated Mismagius at once. At that moment Zoroark attacked Shuppet with dark pulse and Shuppet was defeated at once. Kodai couldn't believe he was getting beaten like this. "The time ripple will be mine!" he shouted, not giving up on his goal. He tried to reach the time ripple, but then Entei, Raikou and Suicune arrived to stop him. It seemed they finally found out what was going on and had come to help. Kodai couldn't do a thing against the three legendary beasts and he ran away in panic. The gang were grateful for the legendary beasts' help. Suddenly Zoroark collapsed on the ground; she had become very weak because of all the attacks she suffered from. Everyone ran to see if she was okay.
Meanwhile Kodai had run into the stadium building. His plan was to call for Goone and make his escape. But Zoroark, in her weakened state, used another illusion to stop his plan. The illusion made Kodai think he was standing on top of his airship in the sky. But he was really standing on a platform in the stadium and he ended up falling off it; the illusion had ended. He landed on the field and lost consciousness; he had been defeated at last.
Things started to get really worse for poor Zoroark; because of her very weak state it looked like she was going to die. 'Meema?' said Zorua, worried for his mum, 'wake up Meema'. He tried nudging her to wake up, but Zoroark did not respond. Zorua became really worried for Zoroark and do did everyone else. "Zoroark you have to hang in there please," said Ash "you and Zorua are finally back together". 'Meema I promise I'll get stronger,' cried Zorua 'I promise to be strong like you are Memma'. While crying tears, Zorua created an illusion. It was an illusion of his and Zoroark's home. Their home was a big forest with a cave. 'Meema let's go home together' cried Zorua, still crying to get his mother to wake up.
Just then Celebi pointed to something; it was the time ripple. It seemed the time ripple could still show itself even with Zorua's illusion in the way. Ash ran over to the time ripple with Celebi. "Go on Celebi" said Ash, understanding what Celebi wanted. Celebi flew into the time ripple. With the time ripple's energy, Celebi restored its strength. Then with the time ripple's energy Celebi restored Zoroark's strength and healed her injuries. Zoroark woke up to everyone's relieve. Zorua was happy and jumped into Zoroark's arms. 'I knew you were strong Meema' said Zorua. Both the mother and child were happy to be together again at last.
Everyone was happy that Zorua and Zoroark were finally reunited with each other. 'It's all thanks to you' said Zorua, who was grateful for everything. "You were great too Zorua" said Ash. Celebi was the happiest of all 'I'm glad you're feeling better Celebi' said Zorua.
Celebi started making all the flowers on the bushes bloom because of its happiness. Everyone was amazed by this. Even Joe and Tammy, who just turned up at the area, witnessed the beautiful event. It was delightful to see Crown City still beautiful and not wilted and dead like it was twenty years ago. Zorua and Zoroark were thankful for Celebi's help.
Just then Celebi started glowing green and released some green energy from its body. "Celebi is getting ready to time travel" explained Tammy. It was true; with the time ripple still around, it was time for Celebi to leave again. 'I'll be your friend forever' said Zorua. "And so will we" said Ash. The others said yes to that. Soon Celebi went into the time ripple and left Crown City. Everyone was sad Celebi left, but they were happy they got to meet Celebi, and that the disaster from twenty years ago did not happen this time.
After helping Celebi and Zorua and Zoroark there was one last bit of business to deal with, and that was with Kodai. Kodai had a nasty surprise waiting for him when he gained consciousness. Karl had broadcasted all of Kodai's confessions, thanks to his recordings, all over the news. So now everyone knew Kodai was responsible for the disaster that happened to Crown City twenty years ago, and that everything he said about Zoroark had all been lies. The gang, Rowena, Karl, Joe, Tammy, Zorua and Zoroark were at the stadium to surround Kodai, along with Officer Jenny. "You can tell me all about it at the police station!" shouted Officer Jenny. Kodai was defeated and in big trouble and there was nothing he could do this time. Zoroark had justice at last.
Sometime later Rowena and Karl were leaving Crown City on a cruise ship with Zorua and Zoroark. Zorua and Zoroark were going back home to Unova at last. The gang waved goodbye to them along with Joe and Tammy. Zorua decided to be mischievous again and transformed into Ash. "Hey don't do that!" cried Ash, in embarrassment. Rowena pulled Zorua's tail and he transformed back. As the ship started sailing away Ash called out again. "When I get to the Unova Region, I hope to see you there Zorua!" Zorua and Zoroark were grateful to the gang for helping them. The gang continued to watch the boat till it was out of sight.
So in the end Crown City was at peace again with no more attacks. The Pokemon Baccer matches could finally continue which everyone was happy to watch again. The legendary beats bid farewell to Zorua and Zoroark from a cliff while watching the boat pass by, and then they went back to where they belonged. Kodai and Goone were arrested and sent to prison for their crimes and the story about Kodai's lies and crimes were spread out to the whole pokemon world. Zorua and Zoroark made it back to their homeland in the Unova region thanks to Rowena and Karl. Celebi was happy flying around time and forests again. As for Ash and the gang, they left Crown City to continue on their journey.
Sorry it took me so long to write this; work keeps me busy. I hope you like the small changes I made. I could have had Ash sensed Zoroark when the group were imprisoned the airship, but I didn't know how to change the story with it. Before anyone asks, no I won't be having Ash meeting up with Zorua and Zoroark in the Unova region; I had thought about it but decided no because of where exactly would they be in Unova.
