En el primer aniversario de la muerte de Akane, los Saotomes y los Tendo terminan curando las heridas del pasado. Un malentendido entre Nabiki y sus asociados la llevan a ella y Ranma a asistir juntos a su baile de graduación. Kasumi incluso se termina comprometiendo.
