(Riley's apartment)

A few hours later, Dimitri entered Riley's bedroom to observe Riley muttering in her sleep if she was speaking to someone. He realized that Riley must be speaking to Adrian in a spirit dream. When heard, Riley asked, "Who are you?" Dimitri moved to the side of the bed, reached down, and started shaking her awake.

As Riley's eyes fluttered open, she looked up at Dimitri with confusion. Dimitri could hear Riley's heart racing. Dimitri looked into Riley's eyes and said, "Are you okay?" "You seemed pretty out of it, my pet." "Why don't you tell me about your dream?"

As Riley sat up in the bed, she took a deep breath before responding, "I think I was speaking to a man in my dream." "I didn't know who he was." "He said that his name was Adrian, and I knew him." Dimitri realized that Riley didn't remember Adrian at all. He had used compassion on Riley to make her forget everyone else and only remember him.

Dimitri gently took her hand into his and said, "It was just a dream, my pet." "You're safe here with me." Riley nodded, grateful for Dimitri's comforting presence as she tried to shake off the lingering feelings from her dream. She knew she could trust Dimitri to help her through any confusion or fears she may have. With his reassuring words, Riley felt a sense of calm wash over her, grateful for his understanding and support.

Dimitri thought he should use more compassion on Riley to make sure she fell under his control. He knew that manipulating her emotions and thoughts would give him a sense of power for taking advantage of her vulnerability. Dimitri's true intentions were hidden behind his facade of concern, as he saw Riley's vulnerability as an opportunity to manipulate her for his own gain. Riley, unaware of Dimitri's ulterior motives, continued to rely on him for comfort and support.

Dimitri helped her out of the bed and said, "Your dinner has arrived." "Virgin blood and pineapple pizza are waiting for you in the living room." Riley smiled, appreciating Dimitri's attempt to lighten the mood with his quirky sense of humor. She followed him to the living room, feeling grateful for his unwavering presence in her life.

Riley and Dimitri exited the bedroom to notice Nathan had a virgin woman against the wall as he was leaning in to take a bite. Riley raised her hand; Nathan started screaming from the pain shooting through his body. The woman was crying and looked scared. Riley moved her hand to the side, making Nathan fly across the room.

The woman ran towards Riley, thanking her for saving her from the monster. Dimitri watched his pet use her power against Nathan. The fact that this pet was teaching Nathan a lesson he would never forget struck Dimitri as adorable. Dimitri watched as Nathan was slammed on the floor a few times. Dimitri noticed when Nathan tried to get up; it was like holding him down.

Riley reached up, grabbed the woman around the neck, and pulled her closer. As Riley's lips parted, showing her fangs. Pulling her hair away from her neck and biting down, she started drinking.

Both Nathan and Dimitri hear the stop screaming and start moaning as they watch Riley drinking from the woman's neck. Riley's eyes glowed with satisfaction as she fed; her strength was rejuvenated with each swallow. Dimitri smiled to notice that his pet was feeding the virgin woman. He knew that Riley's vampire instincts were strong, but they also trusted her to feed responsibly and not cause harm. As the woman's moans grew louder, Dimitri silently acknowledged that Riley was fulfilling her primal need for blood in a controlled manner.

Nathan watched as Riley was fed by the woman. The virgin moan grew louder, then next as Riley fed on her. He moved his eye to Dimitri's notice; he watched as Riley fed. Until Dimitri said, "Pet stop." "You've had enough." Riley reluctantly released her grip on the woman's neck, her eyes shining red, returning to their normal color of blue once again as she obeyed Dimitri's command.

The woman slumped to the ground, weak but unharmed, as Riley's hunger was temporarily satisfied. Riley said, "Master, I was so hungry." Dimitri placed a reassuring hand on Riley's shoulder, acknowledging her struggle. "I know, but you must learn to control your urges," he replied gently. Riley nodded, understanding the importance of restraint in their world.

Riley turned back to Nathan and stepped over the woman's body and said, "You still do not listen to my orders." "Now, you will pay the price for your disobedience." The force that was holding Nathan to the floor let go. Nathan started to get up from the floor and said, "Fuck you, blood whore."

Dimitri noticed the window open behind Nathan. Nathan flowed backward through the open window and landed out in the snow as the clouds started parting, letting the sun's rays peek from behind the clouds. As Dimitri moved next to Riley to see her powers being unleashed on Nathan.

When Dimitri noticed that Nathan started screaming from the light hitting his face and hand. He realized that Riley's powers were much stronger than he had anticipated. With a smirk, Dimitri turned to Riley and said, "My pet, it looks like he underestimated you." The sound of Nathan's screams echoed through the front estate as Riley's powers continued to overwhelm him. Making Nathan's hand catch fire.

Dimitri's eyes gleamed with satisfaction as he watched Riley's powers at work. He knew that Nathan would never underestimate her again. He knew that Nathan was easier to control under the pet word as control her.

Riley said, Nathan, you will follow my order." "Is that understood?" Nathan said, "Yes!" Riley said, "Good, now get your lazy ass in the house." "Now before you burn up, damn ass." Clouds over the sun and fire disappeared from Nathan's hand.

Nathan quickly obeyed, his eyes wide with fear as he realized the extent of Riley's power. Dimitri smirked, knowing that Riley had solidified her dominance over Nathan in that moment. Nathan scrambled into the house, desperate to avoid any further wrath from Riley. Dimitri chuckled to himself, pleased with how easily Riley had asserted her authority over Nathan. As Nathan disappeared into the house, Riley turned to Dimitri and gave a smile.

(Adrian guest room)

As Tatiana was standing in front of Adrian, she was shaking him awake. " "Adrian, wake up!" she said urgently, shaking his shoulders. Adrian opened his eyes to see his great-aunt Tatiana standing in front of him. Adrian sat up and said, "I am alright!" "But we have a problem." Rosa asked as she handed Christian a cup of tea, "What is the problem?" Adrian said, "In the spirit dream, Riley didn't know who I was." She looked at me as if she had never met me before, and Aura showed, Riley is under heavy compulsion by Dimitri."

Christian's eyes widened in shock as he processed the information. "We need to find a way to break the compulsion and help Riley," he said, his voice filled with determination. Tatiana nodded in agreement, her mind already racing with possible solutions to the problem at hand. "We need to act fast before Dimitri gains full control over Riley," Tatiana said, a sense of urgency in her voice.

Christian peered over at Mason to freeze, noticing his eyes had gone gold. Christian said, "Guys! Mason seems kind of out of it." Everyone turned around to Mason to notice that he looked like he was in a trance. Vaslissa moved closer as she peered into Mason's eyes to notice that his eyes were gold. Vaslissa realized that Mason was seeing what Riley was seeing.

Vasilissa said, "Oh my god, Mason is seeing what Riley is seeing." "Wait, I thought that only happens if Riley was asleep," Tatiana said. "Adrian, you mentioned that Riley is under a lot of compulsion," Christian remarked. "Yeah!" replied Adrian. "What are you trying to say?" "So that means Riley's natural side is dormant right now." Christian explained. "Riley is therefore partially sleeping." Rose said, 'That would explain why Mason is able to see what Riley is seeing right now." Lissa said, "Mason is our link to Riley and finding out her location."

Mason started blinking and peered around at everyone. Christian said, "Welcome back, Mason." Mason said, "Riley got her magic." Vasilissa asked, "What are her magic abilities?" Mason said, "Riley can control all the elements." "Riley also causes pain to strigoi." This revelation left the group in awe, realizing the extent of Riley's powers.

Yeva spoke up and said, "Riley, magic abilities will need to be controlled as the seeker." "In the past she had struggled to control it." "Riley will need guidance and support to harness her powers for the greater good." The group nodded in agreement, determined to help Riley fulfill her potential as the seeker.

Miss Ozera said, "Yeva and I have noticed a few symbols in Riley's art pad and journal." "This symbol is an element of fire, water, air, and earth." "It would appear that Riley unknowingly drew symbols into her art pad without realizing it." "But this symbol is unknown to us?" Vasilissa walked over and peered down to notice the symbol of Spirit. Lissa said, "It's a symbol of Spirit."

Rosa said, "Are you saying my little sister drew symbols and did not realize it?" Miss Ozera explained that the symbols were likely connected to Riley's innate abilities as a seeker."

(Abe and Janine)

There was a knock on Queen Tatiana's door; Christian got up and moved to the door and opened it to find Guardian Hathaway and Abe. Christian said, "Mr. Mazur and Guardian Hathaway." Abe said, Christian, you can call me Abe." Christian said, "Yes, sir! Christian stepped aside to let them in. As Abe and Janine walked past Christian. Rose peered up at her mother and father. Rose said, "It's about time, old man." Abe said, "It's alright, kid."

Janie asked, "What do we know for a fact?" Mason said, "First off, we know that Dimitri was turned strigoi and took Riley to Russia." Second off, we know that Dimitri used heavy compulsion on Riley to make her forget about us." Abe and Janine peered at each other in surprise. Mason said, "The third fact: Riley has discovered a magic box under the Galina estate in Russia."

Abe and Janine exchanged a worried glance before Janine asked, "What could be inside that box?" Mason hesitated before responding, "We don't know yet." Miss Ozera said, "It must be important to help found St. Vladimir's crypt." Abe added, "We need to find out what's inside that box before it's too late." Janine nodded in agreement, a sense of urgency settling over the group.

Mason said, "First, we need to understand that it appeared Anna's books were really important, and then we realized." "We need to translate each of the books to discover hidden truths that history covers about Vladimir and his family." "The second thing is Riley has already started translating the book into English." "The third thing is all misspelled words, which is spelled that Riley is going to need to break the seal on the magic box." In order to shatter the seals on the magic box, Riley will require fresh blood from Strigo, Moroi, and Dhampier.

Yeva said, "During a full moon for the ritual to be successful. Without the blood of all three species, the seals on the magic box cannot be broken." Mason said, "Riley is going to get Strigoi blood from Galina before she kills her."

Vaslissa said, "Riley has gotten her powers." Riley can control the weather and cause pain to strigoi." Janie and Abe peered at each other in surprise at Riley's magical ability. Janine asked, "Do you know where Riley is now?" Mason said, "Glade estate in Russia." It's snowing where Riley is." Riley is on the fourth floor; she could see the nearby city lights."

Abe and Janine exchanged another concerned glance, worry etched on their faces. Rose's heart sank as she realized the danger Riley was in, far away in Russia. Janine said, "We have to do something to get the baby away from monsters." Abe already had a cellphone and was going through contact numbers. Abe added, "Let's contact a few people and start making arrangements."
