Here is another chapter, I know these chapters are getting shorter, blame the commercial breaks from the movie I recorded on the TV.

The next day at Sunnyside as the sun rises into the sky, the light looming over the Caterpillar Room, the gang was still in cages feeling depressed and the harmonica music playing was only making it feel more ironically like a prison.

The one playing it was Dendy playing Jazz and Blue music, but Steven bangs on the cages and says in a demanding tone: "Quiet, musical amphibian! Knock it off!" Dendy sighs as she drops the musical instruments.

As for Connie, Lucy and Lion who are still depressed, Lion grumbles, Connie pets his mane and says comforting: "Oh, Lion. I miss Lincoln, too." She turns back to her cage raises her legs up to her chest, "But he ain't ever coming back." She raises her boot with Potato's name on it. Lucy says openly: "Lincoln tried to tell us, being a toy doesn't matter about being played with, it was being there for our kid. I remembered that feeling. But he was right. We got selfish wanting to be played with and we ended up in this…prison." April speaks in agreement: "Yeah. We should've listen to him instead of being pigheaded." Huey adds to the agreement: "How could've we been so blind?" Dewey finishes: "Maybe because we thought we were left on the curb and he called us junk and other things. If anything we screwed ourselves."

Lori was crying still worried about Bobby, to which Webby asks: "Mom? Do you think dad's alright?" To which she answers after blowing her nose: "I don't know baby. But I hope so." She feared the fate of her beloved Boo-Boo-Bear.

Just then the door to the bathroom opens as Bellwether and her crew comes bashing in yelling 'woo-hoo!' This gains the gang's attention.

The toy dump truck rotates around causing the preschool toys to hide to avoid being hit or anger Bellwether and her crew. When reaching the prison cells, the sheep toy says to them: "Rise and shine, campers!"

The Gem Ranger says to his supposed commanding officer: "Commander Bellwether, ma'am!" He salutes jumps off and somersault on the floor gets back up standing at attention. "All quiet, nothing to report." To which she plays along: "Excellent Universe. Come on. We need you back at Gem Command." To which he mounts on the car and sits. Then Lori questions: "Wait! What've you done my husband?" To which with an evil smirk Bellwether answers: "Big Baby."

The said baby toy carrying Bobby who's disoriented and is tossed in the air and dropped to the floor. The group was shocked to see him in his condition, Lori speaks in shock: "Boo-Boo Bear!" Swipers whispers to Goobot and Big Baby: "Emphasis on boo-boo."

Bobby pulls one of his ears off, pouring sand out and explains his night in the box: "It was cold and dark. Nothing but sand and a couple of Lincoln Logs." Dendy speaks her mind: "Uh, I'm not sure those were Lincoln Logs."

The sheep toy says to the new comers: "You all get ready now. You have a playdate with destiny." She spoke to them just as soon as the bell rings.

The kids including Bubbles comes in, after entering the Butterfly Room and puts it up on the individual racks. Lincoln is inside the backpack and unzips the back pack and climbs up the rack to avoids being seen. He continues to climb till he reaches the ceiling and pushes up the foam lids. As he enters he hears children squealing. He crawls through the inducts till he reaches the Caterpillar Room, he presses his head down to hear, lifts the lid and sneaks his way in. He draws in closer moving through the arts and crafts supplies on the shelfs then jumps onto a table and almost falls off a chair, till he reaches the large play castle. He looks through the wooden bars and hides between two bean bag chairs. He watches as the toddlers play with his friends roughly to say the least.

He grinds his teeth in shock as if he's feeling the pain, then he hears a phone ring. He turns to see the little toy telephone. The phone emerges from the shadows still ringing, the cowboy doll looks around to see if they're the only ones. The toy telephone knocks off his own phone and Lincoln steadily walks to him, picks up the phone. The said toy uses his eyes to get Lincoln to use it, to which he says through the phone: "Uh, hello?" The telephone speaks in a Secret Squirrel's voice: "You shouldn't have come back, cowboy. They cracked down hard since you left. More guards, more patrols. You and your friends ain't ever getting out of here now."

But Lincoln argues: "I made it out once." But the phone replies: "You got lucky once. Want my advice? Keep your heads down. You'll survive." But Lincoln continues to argue: "Yeah, for how long." The telephone toy replies: "I've been here for years. They'll never break me." He moves to the window showing the wall. "There's only one way toys leave this place." They see Groundskeeper Willie up to the garbage shoot connected to the wall, and in his hand is a toy train that's broken now he then throws it into the garbage shoot. "Poor fella. Trash truck comes at dawn. Then it's off to the dump." He rolls back, the cowboy doll says to him: "Look, I appreciate your concern, old timer. But we have a kid waiting for us. Now, we're leaving. If you'd help us, one toy to another, I'd sure we could be grateful."

The telephone toy was torn but he knew there has to be someone who has the courage to stand up against Bellwether's tyranny even against his better judgement he answers: "Well, if you're gonna get out, first thing you gotta get through at the door."

The details of the plan as the sun sets, the doors shown being locked by the staff members. "Locked, every night. Inside and out. Keys left on a hook in the office." The staff member locks the room and leaves the said keys on a thumbtack on a post board. Lincoln voice overs speaks: "Okay. What else?"

The next is at night as toy trucks with builtin lights patrolling the hallways, the telephone toy voice over explains: "Bellwether has trucks patrolling all night long. Hallways, lobby, playground." Lincoln speak again: "Yeah, yeah, yeah. What about the wall?"

"Eight feet high." He spoke showing the wall with spotlights on it. "Cinder block. No way through it. You go over or under."

Back in the present Lincoln sees the layouts of how to escape: "That's it? Doesn't seem so bad." Then the phone with a secret agent's voice says: "It's not. Your real problem's the monkey."

Showing the monkey with the symbols stares at the monitors. "The monkey's the eye in the sky. He sees everything." The said monkey toy watches closely without blinking because he has no eyelids as he watches all. "Classrooms." A cartoon bunny escapes his cage and rushes to the door, the monkey sees it, presses the inner come screeches alerting his boss. The rabbit stops just as the bathroom door opens revealing Bellwether and her crew, Bug Baby goes to the bunny toy.

"Hallways." The toy patrol vehicles are doing their job as a toy penguin with colorful rings on its body hides in a plant. He pokes his head out to see if the coast is clear, then waddles to the front door. The monkey sees him, presses the inner come and screeches. The colorful toy is surrounded by the toy trucks and Big Baby appears.

"Even the playground." Three different toys tries to escape, one uses a toy gun with a string and sticky dart to the wall and begins climbing but halfway there, the monkey screeches and alerts the others. The spot light turns to them, Big Baby's shadow looms over them.

Back in the present Telephone says to Lincoln: "You can unlock doors, sneak past doors, climb the wall, but if you don't take out that monkey, you ain't going no where. You wanna get out of here? Get rid of that dang, dirty, primate!" He spoke with enthusiasm to ensure the only full out without being seen or alerted.

The school bell rings and a staff member says: "Okay kids, recess." The children charges out of the room. After which the toys moan and groan as they get up. Then they hear Lincoln: "Psst! Psst!" They turn to see Lincoln poking his head out of the blue curtains from the castle. "Hey, guys." He whispers.

To which the toys were confused and happy to see Lincoln and all rush to the castle. They all hugged and cheered for him, K.O. says: "You're alive!" The Cowboy doll replies: "Of course I'm alive." They put him down, and Lion gives Lincoln his hat back, which he straightens and notice Steven isn't among them and asks: "Wait, where's Steven?" The Gem Fusion dinosaur answers first: "Bellwether did something to him!" The slinky dog boy adds: "He thinks he's a real Gem Ranger again."

Lincoln puts his hand on his face and says: "Oh, no." Dendy argues: "Oh, yes. Return of the astro-nut." Then the Hindu cowgirl feeling guilty for abandoning Potato says: "Oh, Lincoln, we were wrong to leave Potato. I was wrong." She admits and strokes her hair. Then Bobby Potato Head agreeably says: "Connie was right, Lincoln. She was wrong."

But he speaks to them: "No, no, it's my fault for leaving you guys. From now on we stick together." Then K.O. says to him: "But Potato's leaving for college." Then Connie questions: "College? Hog-tie the mail man!" She grans her hat and then grabs Lincoln by the shoulders. "We gotta get you home before Potato leaves tomorrow!" Then the Kappa bank questions as well: "Tomorrow? But that means…" Lincoln finishes it: "That means we're busting out of here, tonight." He spoke confidently.

Lori speaks next: "What? It's literally impossible!" Rhodonite adds: "But there's no way out!" She spoke in a panic. But the cowboy doll reassures them: "No, there is a way out. One way." He unfolds a curtain that shows the playground and the garbage shoot. He turns around and speak of his plan to escape, they gathered to hear his ingenious plan.
