Uchiha
Description: The Uchiha Clan is a well-known clan of Konohagakure, reputed to be the village's strongest because of its Sharingan and natural battle prowess. After helping found Konoha decades ago, the Uchiha grew increasingly isolated from the village's affairs, culminating in most of their deaths during the Uchiha Clan's Downfall.
If you choose this, you gain access to Skills Sharingan and Mangekyo Sharingan.
Senju
Description: The Senju Clan was one of the clans responsible for founding the first shinobi village: Konohagakure — the other being their rival Uchiha Clan. Although the clan itself no longer appears to exist as a group, the Senju continue to influence Konoha's politics through their philosophy of the Will of Fire and the corresponding interpretation of the role of the Hokage position. As such, three Senju have achieved the position of Hokage.

Yamanaka
Description: The Yamanaka Clan is a family of shinobi found in Konohagakure. They specialize in mind-related techniques, and they own and run a flower shop in the village. They traditionally lead the Konoha Barrier Team.
Aburame
Description: The Aburame Clan is a well-known clan of Konohagakure. At birth, members of this clan are offered several special breeds of insects as a nest, residing just under their host's skin. These insects will then live in symbiosis with their host from that point on. Because of this, its members are characterized by their use of insects as weapons.
Nara
Description: The Nara Clan or Nara Family is one of the many clans of Konohagakure. They are known for tending deer and their ability to manipulate shadows through the use of Yin Release. Two of its members, Shikaku and his son Shikamaru, are well known for their high level of intelligence, and both have served as advisors to the Hokage. After Shikaku's death, Shikamaru became the head of the clan.
hyuuga
Description: The Hyūga Clan is a well-known clan of Konohagakure, as well as the strongest in the village. All members born into this clan possess the Byakugan, a kekkei genkai that gives them extended fields of vision and the ability to see through solid objects and even the chakra circulatory system, amongst other things. Members of this clan also possess an innate ability that allows them to expel chakra from any of the tenketsu in their body.
If you choose this, you gain access to the Skills Byakugan, Jougan, and Tenseigan.
Akimichi
Description: The Akimichi Clan is a well-known clan of Konohagakure. Many of their clan's techniques revolve around the manipulation of their body weight and size through the use of Yang Release. It has had fifteen family heads, with Chōza Akimichi being the fifteenth. Chōji Akimichi is stated to become the sixteenth head.
Inuzuka
Description: The Inuzuka Clan or Inuzuka Family is a family of shinobi in Konohagakure known for their use of ninken as fighting companions and are easily identified by the distinctive red fang markings on their cheeks.
Uzumaki
Description: The Uzumaki Clan was formerly prominent in Uzushiogakure. Its members are renowned for having bright, red hair, possessing incredibly strong life forces and chakra, and their prowess in fūinjutsu. Despite the fall of Uzushiogakure and the decline of the clan, it never quite went extinct as most of its known members have since resided in Konohagakure. The clan itself was recognized as active again 15 years after the Fourth Shinobi World War.
Kurama
Description: The Kurama Clan is a clan of extremely skilled genjutsu users, exclusive to the anime. This talent in genjutsu is due to the kekkei genkai that the clan possesses. However, once every few generations, a member of the clan will be born with such enormous skill in genjutsu that their illusions cause the brain to make anything that happens to the victim within the genjutsu physically real, allowing the clan member to potentially kill their opponents with genjutsu.
There are so many great Clans but in the end, I can only take the ones that can ensure my survival so I pick Uchiha, which is to be expected.
Maybe if the Tenseigan could be unlocked like the Mangekyo Sharingan I would've taken but that's too many risks for power and way too much of a risk so I'll settle with the easy path to power.

Yes but let me explain so you'll know a bit more than you originally do now.
Strength or STR
Strength measures your physical strength, which includes carrying weight and how much force you can exert.
Stamina or STA
Stamina measures your health points and how quickly they regenerate as well as your ability to take hits without taking too much damage.
Agility or AGI
Agility determines your overall speed, balance as well as your reaction speed.
Perception or PER
Increases your Precision which increases your minimum damage threshold.
Intelligence or INT
Increases Mana Points and reduces spells cooldown

"Ugh, what happened..." I groan, sitting up straight in a white room with an EKG next to the bed I'm on.
"He should still be unresponsive... oh my! Sir! HE'S AWAKE!" A nurse yells out upon seeing me staring at her.
Looking around, I realize that I'm in a hospital room, meaning that I should be at least a few days after the Uchiha Clan massacre.
This is both good and bad because, on one hand, I'll be able to get my Sharingan to its fully matured stage, and bad because in a few years, Orochimaru's going to show up and try to take my body.
Do I look like I want to spend time with the anime equivalent of Sean P. Diddy?
"Hello Daigo Uchiha, it's good to see you awake." The doctor says, walking up to me.
"How long was I in the coma?"
"A week. You're lucky compared to Sasuke as it would appear that your psyche hasn't been affected too much. You're gonna have to stay in the hospital but once that's over, you can go back home." Hiruzen explains, to which I thank him and he leaves me alone to go check on Sasuke.
Well, that could've gone better...
On a side note, it's weird that I woke up before Sasuke but I guess it makes sense since he got hit with the full power of Tsukiyomi.
Speaking of that, can I naturally unlock the Sharingan or do I have to pass the Uchiha Clan's rite of passage to get it?

Hmm... that unknown reward is throwing me for a loop but this is too interesting for me to refuse so I heartily accept the Quest and let myself fall asleep.

'Those two... having to suffer like they did is no laughing matter. What's worse is that I can't find the deceased members' Sharingans or Shisui's corpses. This reeks of Danzo and I refuse to stand by any longer!' Hiruzen thought with determination brimming in his eyes.
"ANBU! Bring me Danzo Shimura, Koharu Utatane, and Homura Mikotado in here this instant! Asami, have the Civilian council in my office in a few minutes."Hiruzen barked at his subordinates, who all nodded as they went out to complete their assigned tasks.
It was in the Hokage's hope that he could not only fix the Uchihas' lives but Naruto's as well.
Soon, the ANBU soldiers came back with the Konoha elders and pushed them down to the floor.
"Hiruzen, what is the meaning of this!?" Homura yelled angrily, trying his best to stand up but instantly felt the steel of a tanto press against his neck as if he was dared to continue what he was doing.
"The meaning is simple... I'm going to fix this village and bring it back to how it originally was before." The Hokage replied cryptically as he went to his and sat down, looking down on his ex-teammates.
"And how exactly are you going to do that? You've shut down ROOT, got the Uchiha Clan killed, and refused to hand me the Kyubi Jinchuriki for training. I'd say you have your work cut out for you." Danzo replied in a slightly mocking tone, which was unusual for the people around him and even himself was a tad bit confused as to why he used such a tone with the man before him.
"Which is why I plan on reactivating ROOT. I have too many enemies and playing the nice guy simply isn't in the cards for me anymore," Hiruzen said, Danzo's eyes widening in shock as slight panic entered his heart.
If Hiruzen were to find out about the Loyalty Seals then that would be the end of him and his plans to overthrow him.
"And who shall be the leader of this organization? I request for one of our Jonins to be granted the responsibility." The war hawk said.
"Our, Danzo? You seem to be forgetting that I am the Hokage and that all Sinobi are mine to use as I see fit!" Hiruzen sneered, leaking out killer intent as Mikotado and Koharu fell to their knees and the war hawk gripped his cane tightly.
'This isn't good. If Hiruzen keeps this up, I won't be able to stop him. I could use the Kotoamatsukami but Orochimaru hasn't come back with the results yet.' Danzo thought staring at Hiruzen's eyes, only to find nothing.
There was no emotion in his eyes, nothing to indicate that this was their teammate at one point or that the two of them were considered equals.
It was like staring at death itself, which in a way was somewhat the truth.
"It's clear that our bond has stopped me from doing what needs to be done for this sake. I apologize for that and I can promise you this: I will be the one to save this village and its people." Hiruzen said as within an instant, Koharu and Mikotado's heads fell clean off of their shoulders while Danzo's arms and legs fell in the same manner.
"ARGGGGGHHHHH!" The war hawk screamed in pain as he fell on his chest, looking at the man before him as standing behind him was the personification of death.
"What? Did you think I was going to kill you, old friend? No, that'd be too much of a mercy for someone like you to have. I will humiliate you beyond your wildest comprehension and then you will spend the remainder of your life in the darkness and only after that will I kill you." Sarutobi explained coldly to his former comrade.
"You're soft. You could've saved the Uchiha Clan if you did this years ago but we both know that I'm not the only problem you need to take care of." Danzo said despite the excruciating pain he was feeling.
"You're right but unfortunately you won't be here to see this through. ANBU, take him away and if his chakra signature leaves his jail cell then kill him." Hiruzen ordered as his men took the handicapped man out of his office, Danzo swearing up and down that he would have saved Konoha if it wasn't for pathetic things like emotions.
"Let go of us! Do you who we are?!" A fat man yelled out, struggling against the elite-level Shinobi's hold as he and others were then pushed to their knees.
"Ah, I thought I told her to push back my schedule a bit but this is fine as well." Hiruzen muttered staring at the gathering of people before him.
"Lord Hokage! What is the meaning of this!?" A civilian shouts indgnified by the turn of events.
"The meaning is... justice. I thought I was clear on how Naruto Uzumaki no... Naruto Namikaze would be raised but you all have made it so impossible for that boy to even consider the village humane or loving." Hiruzen replied coldly.
"That's because he isn't the son of the late Lord fourth! He's the Kyuubi in disguise! He should've been killed as soon as he was born!" A civilian yells out, his face red from anger as he also breathes heavily.
"Your point has been made. Here's mine." The third Hokage said as an ANBU decepitated the angered civilian as those around him look at the God of Shinobi in fear.
"Take them away for treason and insubordination and tell Asami to begin looking for more suitable candidates." Hiruzen ordered as the elite Shinobi guard took the protesting civilians out of the meeting room.
'I suppose now would be a good time to go checl on Naruto and also address that he's the son of the 4th Hokage to the Village. Minato may have made a lot of enemies in his time but I trust that I'll be to hold down the fort until the next Hokage is selected.' The Third Hokage thought, taking a drag of his pipe before going out to meet the jailer of the Kyuubi.
Unbeknowst to him and everyone, he had just changed the future for Konoha and the Elemental Nations as a whole.
