Spider-Man A Brand New Genesis

ESKK: Here we are chapter 3 let's get started.

(Start Paul and Ven#m Oscorp)

In the ruins of the old Oscorp Building Paul and Ven#m were seen looking at computer screens that displayed Peni's apartment from different angles outside. Clearly Ven#m had been watching the girl for some time now almost like a creepy stalker. "Peni Parker will not fight, her will to fight has been lost after the Compilation Incident." Ven#m said as he still towered over Paul despite crouching down to observe the screens before them. "If she does not fight then that will not do for us." Ven#m said showing he had been trying to trigger Peni into a fight but to now avail. Likely with no one left to protect she had no reason to keep fighting no reason to keep living. She had been using Ven#m to try and commit suicide which Ven#m refused to provide for her.

"If she won't fight why force her?" Paul asked glaring at the screen dressed partially in the Bankrupt suit.

"Because we need to sever her link with SP/DR but if she does not fight the suit will only try to escape us with her in tow." Ven#m said showing he had been trying and failing to draw them out for a confrontation. "It is very vexing." Ven#m growled wanting Peni to fight so he can break the SP/DR suit.

"Maybe we can use Peter as bait." Paul offered as Ven#m heard him out. "We draw Peter into a fight toss him around, break him just enough that Peni will come into the fight." Paul said as he wanted Peni to come to him of her own free will so she can understand that he was only trying to help.

"It sounds plausible if she does not come out to save Peter Parker revenge will certainly motivate her to come out." Ven#m said hiding his grin behind his faceplate seeing how things would go smoothly as long as they do everything right. "While she is cowering away, we shall destroy the only other person who comes close to understanding her… other then you or course." Ven#m said looking over to Paul with a sinister tone.

"And then she'll see that I only wanted to help her." Paul said smiling as he would have it all back soon his family everything. The best part this will break Peter and he'll never have to see him again. "Where do we start?" Paul asked ready to start exacting his revenge against his enemies.

(Scene Break Peni Parker's apartment)

Dinner was served as Peni was tossing around the food on her plate. Her face was back to its same depressed detached look. Peter and Mary Jane were also there as Peni tried to get her mind away from the battle with Paul earlier today.

"Hey sweetie do you feel like talking about what happened?" Mary Jane asked as he looked to Peni with concern for her wellbeing.

"No… not really." Peni said not really caring about what happened not the fact Paul was targeting her.

"Not at all, or the fact we didn't mention him earlier?" Peter asked with concern as he knew he would be angry at him for not mentioning Paul who was currently a fugitive of the TVA right now.

"Since he came from where you came from, you'll probably do better at dealing with him then I ever could." Peni said taking a bite out of her dinner that had been cooked by MJ. MJ was shocked at what Peni said as Peter looked ready to snap but calmed himself when he said that.

"Peni, you have great power, you can use that power to help others in fact it's your responsibility to do so." Peter said but then Peni stopped eating as even SP/DR was looking at Peni with concern for her wellbeing.

"My Responsibility?" Peni snapped almost bitterly to this words. "I used to believe that my dad use to say it all the time With Great Power comes Great Responsibility." Peni said as her tone showed that those words had become the source of her pain. "So, I try to be what he was use the power he passed down to me to help everyone… but it never turned out the way I hoped." Peni said admitting to what happened that day to the otherworldly couple.

"People kept dying around me, I tried to save them, and I keep failing after a while." Peni said recalling every battle after Ven#m where innocent civilians kept dying. "Then I found out the truth I was never a hero I was just Oscorps pawn they killed my father because he wouldn't go along with their madness, my aunt and my friend died because Oscorp wanted to use Rabins device to become A God, and MJ… he…" Peni trailed off as she recalled the final nail of her Hell. The SP/RET model of the mech armor was made and Milo was able to operate it.

But Oscorp managed to counter it by constructing a legion of mech suits that tore him apart. He ran out of power, and they moved in on him like vultures. Peni could still remember his screams when it lead her to activating Rabins device. Peni was at the level of Gods and then when she saw MJ's remains… she snapped. She had all the power, and she didn't want it anymore hearing so many thoughts and people she wanted it all to go away to stop. Peni in her fragile mental state could not make the correct choice and in doing so… she wiped out humanity with a mental breakdown.

"I killed everyone on my Earth… I killed them because I just wanted it all to stop." Peni said as now Peter and Mary Jane understood why Peni was the way she was. Peter could not fault her not completely she was used taken advantage of by Oscorp and because of this her world ended. She was broken and yet something bothered Peter, Peni wanted to die, and she clearly was not immortal so why doesn't she end it like she wanted to.

However, they ended their thoughts and in turn Peter and MJ hugged Peni surprising her. The two refused to let go of Peni because right now she needed this she needed someone to tell her she wasn't weak or worthless like she thought of herself right now. Peni wanted to fight it she wanted them to just let her stew in her suffering so she wouldn't drag them down with her. But instead, Peni just cried and hugged them back as she forgot what it was like to be hugged by another. She still wanted them to leave her here to let her continue her self-imposed punishment but for now Peni needed this small bout of affection.

(Scene Break Later that Night)

Peter entered the room dressed in casual wear he found in the closets of the master bedroom with MJ in the same outfit found there. As the two sat on the Sofa Peter saw all the movies that were left behind. Since mankind was gone there was likely no cable to watch TV so movies were their only option. Thought most if not all of what Peni had to watch was Anime. MJ had put a movie on already and from the looks of it, the anime was a romance movie of all things.

"Peni is asleep." Peter said as he joined Mary Jane on the Sofa. "I don't know if we can help her at least not the way she needs it." Peter said worried for young Peni's wellbeing.

"Peter…I know she said she wasn't going to become our Anchor Being… but I can't in good conscious just leave her here to waist away." MJ said as she couldn't do that to this girl. "She's been through enough there has to be something we can do for her." Mary Jane said as she did not want to leave Peni here to keep suffering in her own self-imposed exile.

"MJ… we'll think of something." Peter said wrapping his arm around MJ's shoulder. Mary Jane did not reject it as she knew Peter agreed with her. Peni needed help but she wouldn't be able to get it from her dead home. "I don't want her to be alone here with only her spider for company any longer either." Peter said as MJ was clearly feeling a connection to Peni similar to the one that Peter felt. They wanted to help Peni and they would try everything they could to help her.

(Scene Break A Week Later)

For the next week Peni had to host Peter and MJ in her apartment. She tried to avoid getting in their way so they can do what they wanted. Peni knew why they weren't leaving they wanted her to come with them, but Peni refused. She belonged here she deserved this Hell that she made. Yet despite this Peni felt slightly happy that they were staying this long for her.

They're days went as normal they wake up to either MJ or Peter making breakfast. Afterwards they head out to look for supplies with Peter scouting around for Paul while they searched. Lunch was spent enjoying some instant food that Mary Jane and SP/DR brought along at the ruined park. Afterwards they return back to the apartment and store the supplies while doing a catalogue of what they do and do not have in there.

Peni showed her intelligence when she showed Peter the generator, she made to provide them with power. Peter was honestly impressed that Peni managed to build it on her own and it helped provide Peni with means to keep herself from completely losing her mind. What was more impressive was the Mech Armor and how Peni's powers differ from his own as the two talked shop for a little bit. She also provided Peter with materials to refill his web shooters so he wouldn't run out in the near future.

The evenings were spent with dinner as the scene almost made them look like a family somewhat. It was often followed with a movie or two and during this Peni had sat away from where Peter and Mary Jane sat. But each night Peni moved closer little by little and from the sound of things SP/DR encouraged this from Peni. It was clear that SP/DR wanted Peni to heal and felt this may be the best way for her to properly begin the healing process. On the Seventh Night Peni sat at the dining room table with Peter and Mary Jane and just watched them talk and bond with each other.

Sitting there Peni saw the scene and was given a reminder of what she lost. Peni swore that they were rekindling a relationship that had been lost to them. Despite this Peni managed a small smile as she looked at her plate of food. Mash Potatoes with Meatloaf and what looked to be corn. Peni had a green house on the roof she used to cook up any Veggies and still had meats stored away in the freezer. For the past week Peni had not regained her sense of taste and was content since she had grown accustomed to it. But the scene before her… it made Peni remember her father, her aunt, and her uncle. It reminded Peni of her family the day she lost it all. She wanted it back… but she wasn't sure she deserved to have any of it.

But then she took a bite of her food she knew MJ worked hard to make it. Taking a bite Peni's eyes widened in shock when something unfamiliar touched her tongue. Peni was wide eyed as she felt what seemed to be a mixture of spices to give the meatloaf its flavor. She could taste it.

"Peni?" Peter asked when she saw that Peni was starting to tear up on them.

"What's wrong sweetie?" Mary Jane asked as Peni swallowed the food savoring it for the first time in a while. They then saw that Peni was smiling as she ate the food Mary Jane made.

"Its… delicious." Peni finally said and for a moment Peter and MJ were confused but then realized what she meant. Peni… could taste the food again. Peter and Mary Jane were happy for Peni. Even SP/DR was chipping happily for Peni making it through a hurdle in her healing process. Peter and Mary Jane stood up and walked over to Peni before bringing the girl in for a hug. They were happy for Peni she was making progress to heal.

The food sat there hot and ready as Peni hugged Peter and Mary Jane back. She was crying tears of joy now instead of despair. Peter was no psychiatrist, but he knew this was a significant step in the right direction for Peni Parkers wellbeing. She deserved to be loved to be cherished to have a family to return to. After losing everything Peni deserved to have a second chance to be happy with life. Dinner was a joyous affair between the three of them after Peni's regaining her taste. It seems that Peni was a big eater now as the girl asked for seconds no doubt wanting to enjoy her returned sense of taste.

MJ was happy to give but Peter reminded Peni to watch how much she ate. Peni didn't seem to listen to him though, but Peter didn't have it in him to lecture her about that sort of thing. He just let Peni have her moment as she was enjoying her food and filling her stomach to fullness once more. For a moment Peter and Mary Jane began to wonder if Mayday would have loved to have known Peni maybe see the girl as a sister. Maybe just maybe if they bring Peni to their universe, they could give her that home she craves.

After dinner it was time for the movie as Peni sat with Peter and Mary Jane as they were now watching a Mecha anime movie. Peter smiled as Peni described the mecha in stunning detail while SP/DR corrected her every so often. Mary Jane also smiled as for the moment Peni looked more like a normal girl. For the couple, this small moment it was nice Peni was smiling for the first time since they found her and for a moment all was right in the world.

(Scene Break Later that Night)

Mary Jane saw Peni asleep in her bed once more. The girl was snuggling up to a body pillow of an anime character she liked. Where Peni found it, Mary Jane would never truly know. Still, it was nice to see Peni wasn't having a fitful sleep. For the past week and a half Peni had been a stressful sleeper and for the first time she saw the girl was at peace with her sleep.

Silently clothing the door MJ opted to let Peni sleep in peace, she deserved it. Heading over to the master bedroom MJ saw the home and life Peni tried to build here. She knew that all her memories and life was here and if Peni left it would likely be left behind. But Mary Jane could not let the girl just stay here and return to isolation because of her self-loathing for events that were well beyond her control. She was going to bring Peni back, but she would not force it from Peni. She soon entered the master bedroom and found Peter was asleep there. MJ recalled a scene like this with Paul and thinking back to it and the fight Peter and Paul had… it made MJ feel dirty.

So, heading over to the bed MJ silently slipped into the bed and instead of staying on the opposite side Mary Jane snuggled her way up to Peter. Just as she did Peter turned in his sleep and Mary Jane smiled to this before she got comfortable with him. For the briefest of moments Peter actually felt like she was Mrs. Mary Jane Parker. In this one small moment Mary Jane was at peace.

(Scene Break the next day)

Morning came and once more the two Parkers and one Watson were in the dining room finishing up Breakfast. At the moment Mary Jane and Peter were sitting at the table as Peni sat with them. The two looked nervous as they needed to have this discussion with Peni again. The couple had called in Peni after they ate to eat, and SP/DR made sure that Peni came through for them.

"Peni…" Peter began trying to find the right words on how to approach this subject.

"Look I know what you guys need but I." Peni began knowing this was about the Anchor Being situation.

"No let us speak please." MJ said and thus Pen eased back to let the pair speak. "Peni what do you want to do?" MJ asked surprising Peni with this.

"W-what?" Peni asked confused by what was being asked.

"We know your choosing to stay here to punish yourself… but don't you think you've been punished enough?" Peter asked as he picked off where MJ had left off. "I'm not trying to disregard what you went through it was horrible and no child should have to endure that." Peter said but then MJ spoke up.

"That's why we want to know what you want, what you REALLY want." MJ said making it clear that they were giving Peni the option to be selfish just once. "If you really want to stay here then we won't interfere even if it goes against my conscious." MJ said as she did not want Peni to spend the rest of her days alone and miserable in a world that has nothing left for her. "But if you want to be free… to no longer be alone like this… then we'll take you to our world or any world where you can be with those you care about." MJ said as for once Peni had no words to say to this.

"This choice is your Peni we won't influence or change it." Peter said knowing that Peni needed to decide for herself on her life.

Peni knew that Peter and MJ needed her to be their worlds Anchor Being and she kept rejecting because she felt she deserved to be alone like this. But being here being around people again having a family to eat with, having people who care for her Peni missed it. Peni wasn't sure if she wanted to leave then again, she hadn't been sure on a lot of things.

Can she be selfish just this once? Can she do it and not cause harm to others? Peni wasn't sure and as much as she wanted to believe in Peter and MJ a part of her was still terrified of it. However, Peni's thoughts were cut off when hers and Peter's spider sense went off. Acting fast Peny ducked and cover while Peter went for MJ to cover her. The Apartment walls were destroyed as the trio were covered in ruble but were ok. Getting back up Peter lifted the debris off of them when he saw where the blast came from.

Standing at the hole in the wall Peter, Mary Jane, and Peni were met with the sight of Paul who was wearing a suit that Peni recognized. "Hey there, Peter." Paul said as he smiled at Peter sinisterly. "How have things been with you living MY LIFE!" Paul snapped as he glared at Peter.

"Paul this has gone on enough leave now!" Mary Jane said as she hit Peni behind her protectively like a mother would her own child.

"I'll be with you in a second MJ once I take out this homewrecker." Paul said only to be caught off guard when he was suddenly hit by a rock curtesy of Mary Jane. This caused Paul to stumble as he then glared and saw Mary Jane holding another brick. It seems Paul used the bracelet to give himself durability since the brick didn't knock him out as she intended.

"No Paul you're the homewrecker I was just too blind and broken to see it." Mary Jane growled as she glared at Paul in contempt.

"MJ honey you don't mean that I can fix this I can help you and Peni." Paul said but it was clear Mary Jane would not have any of it.

"No, I mean every word I said and will say going forward to you." Mary Jane snapped ready to throw the brick if she needed. "I'm done letting you, Norman, and Mephisto get between the happiness between me and Peter." Mary Jane said as Paul heard what Mary Jane was saying as he knew the words, she was about to say but he did not want to hear it if she said those words… Paul may never recover from it. "Its! Over! Paul!" Mary Jane yelled as Paul was wide eyed at his beloveds words. "I was using your to punish myself but now... I've forgiven myself for everything and now… I don't EVER want to see you near me EVER AGAIN!" MJ Yelled as she glared at Paul with all the rage she had stored away in her heart.

"No… No… No. No. No. No! NO!" Paul snapped and then glared at Peter who now had his mask on becoming Spider-Man again. "THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT!" Paul yelled as he then hit the slots and got a new power which was clearly Rhino's powers. Spider-Man jumped over the scene and landed nearby glaring at Paul who lost it.

"Paul stop this you don't have to do this." Spider-Man said trying to convince Paul to stand down and make peace.

"No, you took her from me." Paul said as he began to take something from his person, a pair of red visors that he replaced with his glasses. "You wanted a villain out of me, find you can have it… Bankrupt is here." Paul or Bankrupt said showing that he had enough of this hell.

Spider-Man glared at Bankrupt as this moment had been a long time coming for many. "Well new villain in town haven't had that happen in a while." Spider-Man said as he glared at Bankrupt. "But I know how that bracelet works Paul, you can't trick me with it." Spider-Man said only for Bankrupt to cross his arms.

"And now you use my other name… too bad for you I brought back-up." Bankrupt said and soon Spider-Man's Spider sense went off and from the wall a large machine shot through and attacked Spider-Man with a repulsor blast. Spider-man was sent flying back as the apartment was further destroyed while Peni was wide eyed in horror at who had made their appearance.

"So, we finally meet, Spider-Man." Ven#m greeted to the wallcrawler who saw the mech armor.

"Ven#m meet Spider-Man, Spider-Man meet your doom." Bankrupt said and in Peter knew he was in trouble with the local equivalent of Venom. Just then Spider-Man was blasted out of the building which forced Peni and Mary Jane to get out less they get themselves crushed.

Outside the building Ven#m and Spiderman stuck to the wall with Ven#m using his claws to keep himself on the wall. The way he stood however showed how spider the mech armor really was. "We have been looking forward to meeting you Spider-Man, Paul… no Bankrupt has told us so much about you." Ven#m said looking to the web head.

"Glad I can give you something to look forward to." Spider-Man said as he looked to the foe. "You kind of look like a guy I know ever considered becoming a Lethal Protector?" Spider-Man taunted as Ven#m chuckled ever sinisterly.

"I was designed for that." Ven#m said only for Spider-Man's spider sense to go off as soon he jumped off the wall before it blew up revealing Bankrupt with his right hand up where the wall used to be located. Spider-Man swung around the building only for Ven#m to give chase with his own webs. The two swung about and moved with Ven#m showing a surprising level of agility for a mech armor his size. But Ven#m proved to be stronger then Spider-Man expected. The mech armor then grabbed the wall crawler and then slammed him into the building and pinned him there.

Just then Ven#m's maw snapped open revealing a maw of mechanical teeth and a long green metal tongue inside. "Ok that is some Evangelion level stuff there." Spider-Man quipped over what he was seeing right now.

"Funny." Ven#m said as he lifted up Spider-Man. "Let's see how different you are from SP/DR." Ven#m said before slamming Spider-Man to the wall and then throwing him towards the ground. Spider-Man was in freefall as he had to act fast before he became a red smear on the ground. However, Ven#m gave chase and the two began a fight in freefall. Ven#m was tough his metal armor was not like what Peter had faced before. It could be argued it was a rival to Tony Stark's Iron-Man armor.

This went on for a bit only for Ven#m to kick Spider-Man and send him flying to the ground faster. Acting fast Spider-Man sent a web line out and managed to stop his fall enough to roll across the ground. It did hurt but it was better then being dead. "Ok new villain and a local villain Parker Luck is back." Spider-Man bemoaned only for himself and several local debris to be dragged towards a source. Looking toward it Spider-Man saw that Bankrupt was back and he was pulling everything towards him.

"Going somewhere Parker?" Bankrupt quipped as Spider-Man cursed himself for loosing track of Paul the newly minted Bankrupt. Acting fast Spider-Man used his webs to keep himself grounded until all the debris was hovering around Benjamin Rabin's son.

Seeing this Spider-Man was wide eyed at what he was seeing and knew what came next. "This is not going to end well." Spider-Man admitted and in turn Bankrupt sent all the debris, vehicle, and any other abandoned tool forth. Spider-Man had to web swing his way out of it as he used his Spider-Sense to try to avoid it while keeping his eyes open a surprise attack from Ven#m.

Just then a scream from above was heard and looking to it Spider-Man was wide eyed when he saw Mary Jane, and Peni were there. "No!" Spider-Man called out and used the debris to slingshot his way over to the girls.

In the hole made in the building Mary Jane and Peni were stuck as their path out had been destroyed by Paul and Ven#m. Hanging on for dear life the girls saw Spider-Man coming their way to save them. Just then Peni's Spider-Sense went off as she knew what was about to happen next.

"Peter look out!" Peni cried out and when she said that Ven#m appeared and attacked Spider-Man with a powerful kick that sent him through the wall of another building nearby. "NO!" Peni cried out as Ven#m glanced at her and grinned before going after Spider-Man.

However, before the ground could break SP/DR appeared and grabbed the pair and moved them to the building next door. It was still stable and thus the trio landed safely. But when Peni was let go Peni looked at the scene with horror.

"Peni, you have to help him." Mary Jane said as she tried to talk Peni into fighting once more.

"No… I can't if I do, I'll kill him." Peni said as she was in conflict. If she did nothing Peter would die but her problems in acting terrified her that he will die anyway because she interfered.

Just then Ven#m was seen slamming Spider-Man into a steel beam and then wrapping a web around his neck and pulling. Spider-Man was chocking as Ven#m was making it hurt as much as he could. Next came Bankrupt as he hovered upward on a platform of earth and created a mounds of earth over Spider-Man he then proceeded to slam it down on Spider-Man causing him great pain.

Peni looked away unable to watch as Mary Jane was horrified at the scene. Ven#m laughed as he knew this will end in one of two ways, Peni interferes and saves Spider-Man, or she lets him die and acts out in vengeance. Either way Ven#m gets what he wants from Peni Parker.

"Peni, you need to fight!" Mary Jane said knowing she would not be fast enough to save Peter from this.

"No, I ." Peni stuttered but another slam from Bankrupt get her attention again.

"Peni please!" Mary Jane said begging Peni to fight once more. Another slam and the reminder that Peter was enduring such brutality from a madman and an enemy Peni knew well.

Just then Peni looked and saw Peter reaching out towards her and Mary Jane. Peni recognized this scene… this was just like how her father had died… just like how Milo died… just like how Hari died. It was happening again she does nothing, and it happens, and she tried to stop it and it still happened. She didn't want it to happen again. The look Peter gave Peni said it all, it was ok just stay safe. No. No. No. No. NO!

Not again… never again. Snapping her eyes open Peni looked to SP/DR with a look that showed something inside Peni had been reignited after nearly being extinguished. Understanding SP/DR opened up his chaste and revealed a cockpit that Peni knew by heart.

Back to the battle Bankrupt was about to deal the final blow when he saw Spider-Man's hand go limp. He needed to be sure that this was the end of Spider-Man and the reclamation of the life he stole from him. Just then a web line hit Bankrupt before he was yanked and swung directly at Ven#m. Ven#m was caught off guard by this as both were sent flying aside from the sudden web throw.

Landing near Spider-Man the web crawler looked and saw SP/DR was there. Just then his chest opened up and inside he saw Peni smiling at him. "What took you so long?" Peter quipped as he had a smile that showed he was beaming with pride.

"Come on get up we got a pair of jerks to take out." Peni said as the armor closed around her and as SP/DR she helped Spider-Man get back up. Just then their Spider Senses went off and turning around they were faced with their two foes. SP/DR was faced with Ven#m while Spider-Man was faced with the enraged Bankrupt.

"I got Ven#m if you have Bankrupt!" SP/Dr said as she was ready to be a hero one more time.

"Your enemy your call." Spider-Man responded as they were both ready for the final bout. In turn with her boosters SP/Dr launched herself at Ven#m as the two met and began their clash. At the same time Peter jumped in to fight against Bankrupt so he can bring him in.

(Over with SP/DR vs Ven#m)

The two ended up swinging around the building's exterior firing their repulsor shots and web shot when ever. Ven#m roared as SP/DR moved around attempting to one up their nemesis. The two landed on the side of the building glaring at each other for a moment.

"We were hoping you would return to us Peni Parker." Ven#m said with a mechanical nightmare of a grin on his face. Peni recognized the voices of her Aunt May and Addy Brock in Ven#m's voice. This angered Peni but she knew she had to take this thing down. "We've been hoping to find you with you as the only viable host left, we NEED you." Ven#m said as Peni glared at her foe.

"To bad… me and SP/DR are together till the bitter end!" Peni responded as SP/DR agreed with the young girl.

"The Bitter end being SP/DR's demise and our union." Ven#m said showing that he WILL have Peni whether she likes it or not. Then with a roar the two began to fight once more trading blows and repulsor shots as they went at it like the mortal enemies they were. The two were moving upward as they fired off their attacks as they climbed. A few times they even grappled in close range combat as the two mech armors went at it like mortal enemies.

(Meanwhile with Spider-Man Vs Bankrupt)

Spider-Man swung around the area as he fired off web shots at Bankrupt who used a fire power to burn through said webs. Spider-Man knew he had to be smart knowing Bankrupt was relying mostly on the Jackpot bracelet here. Spider-Man narrowed his eyes as he tried to find an opening to counteract his foe.

"You took her from me! You took everything from me!" Bankrupt yelled as he wanted to kill and brutalize Spider-Man.

"Jeez villains use to go on about how, revenge will be mine, when trying to kill me and that's because I snuffed their plans." Spider-Man quipped as he dodged another round of attacks from Bankrupt. "Dude you just got dumped and your already going full super villain slow down a bit." Spider-Man taunted as Bankrupt gritted his teeth against Spider-Man.

"Slow down!? I'll show you to slow down!" Bankrupt called out as he got ready to reactivate the Jackpot bracelet. Spider-Man webbed up Bankrupts arm and swung him around before he could change powers here. Bankrupt hit the side of a car and was about to get back up when Spider-Man came in with a double kick to Bankrupts midsection. Bankrupt growled as his eyes began to glow and with-it lasers came out of them. Spider-Man backflipped away and webbed Bankrupts eyes only for the laser to burn through them.

"Come on man are we honestly ripping off known heroes and villain powers." Spider-Man said as he looked at Paul and avoided another laser shot from his newest rogue. "At least when MJ used that gadget, she had a bit of imagination." Spider-Man taunted causing Bankrupt to roar in fury at Spider-Man's smart mouth.

"You don't get to call her that!" Bankrupt snapped as he glared at Spider-Man. "Only I Get to call her that!" Bankrupt yelled pointing at himself with his thumb.

"No, you don't." Mary Jane was suddenly heard and then looking Bankrupt was met with a bat to the face that knocked him down. As Bankrupt hit the ground he cried out in pain and went for the bracelet. Instead, Mary Jane swung her bat down onto the bracelet just as Bankrupt reached for it causing the bat to not only crush his hand but also smash the bracelet. Mary Jane kept swinging aiming for the bracelet as a few hits ended up nailing Bankrupt as well.

Mary Jane was not letting Paul get away from her as she kept swinging until Spider-Man stopped here. "Easy MJ he's down!" Spider-Man said as he looked to MJ.

Calming herself Mary Jane glared down and saw Paul was out cold with a broken hand, bleeding wounds, and a broken Jackpot bracelet. Mary Jane glared at the man and knew she needed to cut him out of her life completely. "Never again… I won't let you ever happen again." Mary Jane said in contempt to Bankrupt AKA Paul Jeramiah Rabin. Now they needed to go help Peni against Ven#m.

(Back with SP/DR vs Ven#m)

The two mech armors were locked in combat as despite this it was clear that Ven#m had not allowed wear and tear to wear him down. At least not in the way that Peni had done so with her SP/DR. The two were locked in battle at the top of a building as they went at it. "Become one with us Peni Parker join your aunt and your friend inside us." Ven#m said trying to tear Peni out of the suit after he had pinned her down.

"Not even if you were the last suit on Earth." Peni snapped as she could hear SP/DR warning her of their situation getting bad. She then activated her boosters and flew off a bit but grabbed Ven#m and held him from behind. Ven#m for his part began to lash out to force Peni and SP/DR to get off.

Holding on while Ven#m bucked around SP/DR raised her arm and a spike shot out from it. SP/DR then proceeded to stab it into Ven#m's neck and proceeded to drain energy from the enemy suit. Ven#m reacted and roared out before grabbing SP/DR and throwing her off only for SP/DR to fire a web line at the black mech suit and pulled it close. Ven#m however maneuvered himself to land behind SP/Dr on his hands and legs before moving around in an inhuman way. Ven#m roared as he circled his foe attempting to take him out once and for all.

"Surprised? I learned a few new tricks since we last fought." Peni said showing she had been working on ways to take out Ven#m after they had fought each other before all of this happened. Ven#m roared in fury before going on the attack once more. SP/DR dodged but quickly noted that Ven#m was going for hit and run maneuvers on her now wanting to avoid SP/DR newest of tricks. However, before Ven#m could make another pass Spider-Man arrived and landed on Ven#m's back.

"Hey there ever hear the one about the robot with a spider on its back?" Spider-Man taunted just before Ven#m began to roar in fury trying to force Spider-Man to get off. Forcing open a panel Spider-Man found some wiring and smirked a bit when he saw it. "This looks important." Spider-Man called before he tore out the wires causing Ven#m to start losing control of himself with System Errors and damage alerts.

Seeing her chance SP/DR charged in with Peni roaring in fury. "This is for Aunt May and Addy!" SP/DR roared and proceeded to jam the blade into Ven#m once more causing Ven#m to roar in fury at the tag team. Spider-Man webbed Ven#m's limbs up as SP/DR drained the rogue mech armor of its energy. After what seemed like an eternity Ven#m fell limp as his lights dulled their glow showing he was shut down. SP/DR stepped back as Spider-Man jumped off the foe. The two looked at each other for a moment before smiling.

"Good job." Spider-Man said happy to see that Peni and SP/DR managed to pull through in the end. Peni smiled under her armor as SP/DR chirped in praise to Peni for conquering herself for the sake of others. But now came the clean up and that meant dealing with the TVA as well.

(Scene Break later that day)

TVA Agents were seen helping with cleaning up the mess. However, didn't need them to do much seeing as there was no humans on this world other than Peni. Medical personnel were checking the trio over as Mary Jane stood with Peni making sure that the girl was doing ok. Peter was getting his injuries treated with the TVA using their tech to accelerate the healing process, the wonders of time tech from the TVA.

Just then Alex arrived with a tired yet frustrated look on his face. "The amount of paperwork." Alex grumbled as he approached the trio. "Well, you did it, you found the Anchor Being and you brought Paul in." Alex said as he pointed his thumb where the group saw Paul being hauled off but was putting up a fight still. He now had a collar with guards holding said collar via poles attached to it. They were making sure he didn't escape from custody again.

"So, what's going to happen to him?" MJ asked as she looked concerned by this.

"After he's served his sentence, he'll be returned to your timeline." Alex said surprising MJ but understanding that there was due process even amongst the TVA. "I would suggest moving however." Alex said getting down to it. "For him he may serve 10 to 20 but for you it might be a couple days." Alex said which for Mary Jane she knew she had to move out for her safety. After all Paul might come back and do something sinister.

"Yeah, what about that one?" Peter asked gesturing to Ven#m who was restrained via steel bolts while being wheeled off.

"Disassembly we can't risk him entering the Void and causing a bigger mess later on." Alex said calmly as they did not need a second Casandra Nova in the Void.

"So… what happens now?" Peni asked her voice deep with concern. Now that Paul has been captured it probably meant Peter and MJ have to go back to their world.

"That depends on you kiddo." Alex said as this confused Peni for a brief moment. "You can choose to stay here completely alone try to build yourself a spaceship… or you can have the chance start fresh in another timeline." Alex said as he looked to Peni who sat there for a moment mauling over the offer Alex gave her. Looking between Peter and MJ Peni saw they were not going to try and manipulate her choice and on her shoulder SP/DR was encouraging her to take the offer here. Peni then stood up and looked to the empty city and then looked down at her MP3 Player once more. Smiling Peni thought that maybe it was time to start healing to be better.

Peni then lifted her head and saw in the distance the smiling images of those she lost. They all stood there giving her smiles encouraging her to do what she wants assuring Peni that everything would be ok going forward. So, she turned towards Peter and MJ and made her choice.

Alex saw the look and smiled as he didn't need to hear it because he already knew. Peni Parker was about to go home today.

(Scene Break A Week Later)

Thankfully getting Mary Jane's belongings out of the apartment was a smart move. Contacting a few friends, the pair had expedited the moving process. Mary Jane was going to live with her aunt Abby until her living arrangements could be settled. At the same time Peter had contacted a few Government friends to help him with another issue for a new resident of their world.

"That should be the last of it." Peter said as he placed down another box in the room for MJ.

"Thanks Tiger." MJ said as she was happy that Peter had dropped everything to help her out. "Any news on Peni?" MJ asked worried for Peni.

"Yeah, she's all settled with Aunt May." Peter said showing a picture of Peni and aunt May smiling at the camera. "Its only temporary but Aunt May is already treating her like a granddaughter." Peter quipped as legally speaking Peter was responsible for Peni. "Now I just need to find a bigger place for us." Peter said seeing the mortgage he would need to have to support the two of them.

"Actually, Peter I was wondering if that new place had room for one or two more." Mary Jane began surprising Peter when she said this.

"What?" Peter asked shocked at Mary Jane's words.

"Peter I'm not verse on constants and variables when it comes down to the multiverse but look at us." MJ began as she got down to it. "Mephisto, Norman, Paul, and who knows how many others." MJ said listing off everything that had happened between the two of them. "They were all trying their damned hardest to tear us apart because it would hurt you." MJ said but she was not done. "But out of all these convoluted ways to tear us apart… this recent adventure I remembered why I loved you why I still do." Mary Jane said causing Peter to nearly tear up at those words from Mary Jane.

"Peter, I want to give us another chance I and come hell or high water I don't ever want to let you go again." Mary Jane said but Peter smiled a bit. "However, if you don't I understand also." Mary Jane said knowing that Peter may not be ready to try with her again.

However, Mary Jane was expecting rejection Peter instead brought Mary Jane into a kiss which caught her by surprise. However, Mary Jane quickly eased into it as for her it felt like a missing part of herself had finally be returned after years of loss. Yes, this was right for Mary Jane in this one moment all was right in the world once again. However evil still moves in the shadows waiting to strike the Parkers as they begin healing.

(Scene Break TVA R Labs)

The TVA labs were in an uproar as agents were seen running or firing at something. Moving through the halls were black mechanical tendrils that moved and grabbed them before yanking them in. Stepping into the light Ven#m arrived roaring at his foes.

He was not done and thanks to the TVA he now had a means to escape that dying world. His goal had never once changed and now it was within reach. Ven#m was coming back and tearing the device off of a TVA agent brutally killing him Ven#m began accessing it. Its wonderful what the TVA can provide if they are forced into doing it.

"Universe 616." Ven#m laughed as he saw his target destination. "You can never escape us Peni Parker, we are Ven#m." Ven#m said and in turn activated the device before stepping through the Time dimensional pathway to continue his chase for Peni Parker.

(Meanwhile the TVA Prison Block)

Paul was hitting the energy wall trying his damned hardest to escape. "Dammit let me out of here, I'm not a criminal!" Paul yelled as he kicked the wall of his cage to get their attention, but the guards did not listen to the man.

"Oh, would you quit your bloody moaning." Came another inmate who sat alone in his own cell next to Paul's cell. "Your stuck here with us who aren't even supposed to be here." The man said making it clear he felt he did not belong here. "I was doing what my bosses didn't have the guts to do and this is how they repay me." He added causing a third cell mate to yell in frustration.

"Oh, boohoo my Stockholm syndrome baby mama wised up and my bosses were wusses, so I was an ass." Came an inmate who then scoffed at the scene. "Get over yourselves your stuck in here with the rest of us undesirables get your heads out of your asses." The man said as he sounded annoyed with Paul and the other guy, Paradox if Paul recalled the name.

"Say the man who tampered with the Sacred Timeline to try and separate Watson and Parker." Paradox snapped glaring at the other inmate in question. "Get of you bloody high horse Nick Lowe and accept you got yourself sent here." Paradox said glaring over at the man, Nick.

"Don't worry Paul once they see reason you'll be out of here and I'll do everything I can to get you and Mary Jabe together again." Nick said only for him to be grabbed by his cell mate and smashed into the wall hard. Paul flinched at the scene before he sat on his bunk with fear. For the time being Paul had no choice but to serve this sentence. But once he got out of here, he will make Peter pay for this. If it's the last thing he does Paull will have his revenge against Spider-Man.

(Meanwhile in Hell Mephisto lair)

Mephisto was angry as he glared at the scene before him, his future. Mayday Parker was back but now she had help in the form of a new thorn to his side, Peni Parker, and her partner in heroics SP/DR. "No how could this have happened I made sure everything that Mayday would not return!" Mephisto snarled as he saw Mayday existed in this universe. Calming himself Mephisto sat down on his throne and glared at Peni Parker and SP/DR.

"Peni Parker… I don't know who you are… but I won't let you interfere with my ambitions." Mephisto said and thus he began to study. Whoever Peni was he needed to remove her and Peter's life with Mary Jane all over again. But if they had regained their memories… Mephisto was in some deep trouble. Still the Devil liked a challenge and Mephisto had all the time in the Universe.
