Hello there. I know it's been almost fifteen years since I created this story. I don't plan oncontinuing the story but I do feel like I owe you what was supposed to happen in this story and how it was to end.

1) Bonnie and George don't really get along. At least in the beginning anyway. From what Iremember is that they tolerated eachother. She didn't care for his ego and he didn't like her sass…or passive aggressiveness. She didn't show as much impressive enthusiasm for his stories like the others. She does acknowledge his strength. After butting heads after weeks of it, the dispatcher has them be assigned to jobs together until they learned to not fight all of the time and to keep up Theodore's desire to make the big harbor the friendliest harbor. George is horrified while Bonnie is unusually stoic about it.

2) During that plot, there were to be other oneshot plots like an episode of the show. But I couldn't for the life of me think of any.

3) Another subplot was Bonnie taking an interest of how fast Hank was. Hank didn't like being the smallest but she explains that being small isn't bad. She sets up a racing course for him with a lot of turns and he does well. Theordore comes by and watches. She has him do it again and tells him to beat his first race time and he does by a second. She explains to him that because of his size, he can make tighter turns. Then she has him time her and she does the race but ismuch faster. Hank and Theodore are suprised at how fast she is because she is bigger than Hank. She explains that she's been doing stuff like this for years. They ask her what kind of stuff she did back in her home. She just tells them that they had a lot of races where she's from. She talks to hank how if he trained on his tight turns then he could very likely beat her in a race. Theodore asks if he can join in. She pauses at first but agrees that he can. As they clean up the race markers, she thinks to herself that Hank and Theodore could be potential candidates.

For what?

4) At one point Emily asks her opinion on dating. Bonnie asks "co worker or outside of work?" Emily asks if there is a difference. Bonnie raises an eyebrow at her and says "Yes. dating a coworker can affect how you interact with one another. Good and bad." Bonnie doesn't like the idea of dating coworkers but won't stop others from doing so.

5) I haven't thought much on Bonnie's interactions with Foduck I think she does asks him questions about his equipment. I also kinda wonder if he is in the spectrum with some of his actions in the show.

6) After some time, another tugboat named Julian comes by the big harbor. He's on his way home to France. He also flirts with all of the ladies. Until he sees Bonnie and is surprised that she's there and not on the other side of Canada. Also starts flirting with her but more seriously than the others. (Cuz he liked her) Bonnie does NOT like it and gets upset. The other tugs figure out that they know eachother and Julian starts to talk about how they know each other but Bonnie cuts him off and challenges him to a race. He accepts but on the condition that she personally shows him around the harbor if she lost. she accepts on the condition that he leaves if she wins. He accepts. They race and she loses. She whispered something to him and he looks horrified briefly but quickly puts his smug smile back on. After work Julian is waiting for his tour and meets George for the first time and at first is shocked. Bonnie introduces Julian to George and they exchange greetings. then Bonnie takes Julian on a tour. After showing him around, they officially catch up and

one of the first things Julian says is "He looks almost exactly like him."

"yea…he does…" Julian fills her in on ships, barges and people going missing. She fills him in on what happened during her trip from her old harbor to her new one.

7) During Julian's stay, he told stories about his occupation. Which was intelligence in the military. George instantly liked Julian afterwards.

8) One of the things that happens during Julian's stay is that there's a big ice flow outside of the harbor and the ocean tugs were assigned to help Inverness to haul ice away. Julian, Bonnie and Theodore were asked to assist as well. Foduck was to help with Constance redirect ship traffic to safer routes, while Bonnie, Julian and Theodore helped move the ships. a major thing happens where George was about to be trapped in the ice flow until Bonnie started blaring her whistle at him and screamed out "watch out Clyde!" Startles George, startles Theodore. Bonnie starts to have an episode of ptsd until Julian goes into military mode and speaks to her like he would a soldier and helps her stay grounded to finish the job.

9) After the entire job is complete, George confronts Bonnie about what she said and how things could have gone wrong but she was still shut down when Julian steps in to have him back off. Bonnie says she needs space to process and leaves. Julian tells the others he'll be back and goes with her.

10) After some time, they both return to the docks where the other tugs are waiting. things are awkward until George asks again why she called him Clyde. Bonnie reveals that George looked almost exactly like her an old work colleague named Clyde who died years ago. Julian confirms this and pulls a photo. In the photo is a group of tugboats. He explains that he, Bonnie and Clyde were a part of a special ops military group. Bonnie and Clyde were often assigned missions together and they grew close like siblings. in the picture, Bonnie and Clyde are next to eachother and the resemblance between him and George was very uncanny. Except Clyde had a big scar on his face. Bonnie explained that Clyde died during a mission similar to what they were doing that day with the ice flow. After that day, she resigned from the group to work as a civilian harbor tug in Prince Rupert Harbor for some years before requesting a transfer to the big harbor to start fresh where no one could recognize her.

11) Tugs give her a tug hug and give her reassurance. George and Hank ask for stories but on another night. She agrees.

12) Julian soon leaves but before he does, he offers Bonnie the chance to make arrangements to transfer to France and work along side him. Also to not forget that she can get reinstated to the group if she desired. She declines both.

13) A year go by and the Tugs get a visit from Aalto who had finally become a V tug. I don't remember the v name I picked. His English is better than before and George is happy to see him again and feels a swell of pride. Aalto asks him if he has seen Serena and he hasn't. Aalto Is unsettled by this and explains she has been missing for months now. The other tugs are unsettled by this and learn of the pirate activity that has been happening up in the arctic. Bonnie gets especially quiet about it.

14) At story telling time, Bonnie tells the story about what happened up in the arctic whwhen she was transferring from her old harbor to the Big Harbor. She and Hudson had a run in with pirates. Being without weapons (military tugs could have mounted guns) she used her speed and dexterity to out manuever them and miraculously get herself and Hudson to safety. the tugs are upset she kept this from them. Her response to that was she didn't feel like it was their busniness to know unless any of them were to go up there and even then, Constance and Nautlius would have more knowledge of their activity than she would.

15) Weeks later as Theodore and Bonnie were finishing taking a ship out to the ocean. They get ambushed by pirates and have Dorothy the Dory as a hostage of they didn't comply with their demands. Which was hand the ship over. I forgot what I had planned but Bonnie and Theodore do something cool. Theodore being smart with getting Dorothy to Safety and Bonnie dealing with the pirates by taking them to Piktu peaks and outmanuevering them to where they sank. One of them recognizes Bonnie and utters that Clyde still lives before sinking below the surface. this sends Bonnie is a shock.

16) Bonnie decides to get reiinsisted because she wanted to rescue Clyde. It takes time but she does rejoin the military.

17) During this, Theodore gets his V and Hank goes through the process to go to basic training with a recommendation from Bonnie and Julian (after he has witnessed Hank's speed and maneuvering)

18) Bonnie goes on a mission to save missing ships and tugs but she gets captured after being tricked. Clyde never survived the last mission he did with her. Pushin and a Pullin x nends with a teaser that Bonnie may still live.

There was supposed to be a sequel called Waking With The Sun. I have less info there but I recall writing about how Bonnie and Serena escape and make it to The Bug Harbor. this one was more about what Serena and Bonnie go through during their time as captives (it's intense af) and the narrative of their escape. Aalto was also captured and assisted in their escape but he dies.

I think what I also planned was Clyde actually DID survive but was tortured and brainwashed so badly that he took on a new identity and had no memory of who he was before. When Bonnie fully recovers, she wants to go back up there to rescue him again but is denied this time. Obviously she defies orders and with indirect help from Julian and Hank she gets back there. And…I dunno if I decided to have Clyde survive but he does eventually remember and help her escape with as many captives she could along with having a GPS location of the hidden base.

The hidden base itself is a floating barge city of old barges and ships that drift with the current hence why no one could initially pin the location down. base gets found by big military, the remainder Of captives get rescued and all pirates arrested. Bonnie retires permanently and goes to live in France with Julian where she finally…FINALLY reciprocates his feelings. Serena

and Foduck also become a couple during the story. Umm…yea…that's it….that's the stories.
