Greetings dear fans, sorry it's been a long wait. A lot of things to work out, new writing app program, researching themes and ideas for the Sonicverse, and there was even a Flu thing that took one by storm. But now we are proud to present a very 'Special' Chapter with 1 to 2 characters I think Sonic Fans are really gonna be amazed. Chapter 08: Sky Battle!

50 YEARS AGO

SPACE COLENY ARK

DAY 1

STARTING STAGE

The scene opens to where it's a large white room, from the sliding door there was nothing. And then entering the scene was a dark navy color male hedgehog. But everything wising black and white scenery, as the hedgehog looks around. From across the room was a glass window covering the wall side. From there were many man in scientist lab coats, and among them was a certain figure. He bears a distinct resemblance to Doctor Eggman, albeit appearing slightly different. Was skinnier, had more normal body proportions, was bald with a slightly pointier head, a long and large nose, and had average sized ears. Like Eggman, also had an oversized mustache, except it was whitish-gray and more ragged. Wears a dark brown sweater and wearing brown pants, and light brown shoes. Other things are a white lab coat with black buttons, and also wore blue pince-nez glasses. The bald head was also dome-shaped. This man is well known in Sonic universe as being the grandfather of Doctor Eggman:

Professor Gerald Robotnik

"Incredible, unlike the prototype this one resembles an actual resident from the planet." One scientist exclaim surprise by the appearance that this one has is nothing like the BioLizard.

"Professor Gerald, you truly achieved it." Second scientist praised the man near them for the impressive work.

"Well it does appear so, but let's not get ahead of ourselves." Professor Gerald held his chin from sounding a bit concern and worried how things may turn out.

That's when hedgehog slowly approaches the window. But noticed the reflection to see what he looked like. The hedgehog studies himself, and feels what he sees copies him, and smiled from liking how this reflection is impressive to be what he looks like.

"He seems fascinated with his appearance? You think he was a Terios?" A Japanese scientist exclaim from noticing how the creature behavior from looking at his reflection.

"What does that word even mean?" The first scientist asked from never come across such a word.

"It means 'Reflection Of' in my country. To best simplify it, when one sees themselves and watches closely that they do everything, you would think they are alike in body, soul, and name." The Japan Scientist expressed his thoughts and wisdom to explain the meaning behind the word.

"Terios…" The hedgehog spoke from hearing that word enough.

"It spoke!?" The second scientist gasped upon never expecting this reaction, especially when the BioLizard was a great disappointment.

"Tell me, are you interested in the word?" Professor Gerald used the com to ask the creature on the other side this question.

"Yes, for some reason…I like it." The hedgehog replied with a slight smirk across his face.

"Say how about we designate him as Terios." The Japan scientist request how they can use the word as a base name for the lifeforms.

"What say you Professor Gerald, you helped Project Shadow produce a lifeforms of this caliber." The first scientist asked the professor, hoping what his decision would be to resolve this question on their minds.

"Well, if the subject is fine I see why not." Professor Gerald rubs his chin to think for a moment, and believes maybe a name is better then a label lab number. "What say you, Terios the Hedgehog?" The man asked if the hedgehog was alright with having such a name.

"I think I like it very much." The hedgehog smiled with pride, liking the name Terios very much.

DAY 5

EVALUATION

The scene skips ahead to display events of what has taken place aboard the ARK. One can see that Terios was given task to perform a series of test and challenges. From Day 1 focus on testing the scope on how well the mind can react to math problems, writing English and reading books. Next on Day 2 was physical activity as the chamber had gym equipment to test the hedgehog's limitations: in terms of speed if he push further could create a sonic boom effect. Then Day 3 came to focus on using skills around machines like piloting vehicles or use of computers, or just the daily devices. When Day 4 came it was time to put the test on speed and strength in knowing how to fight, there were many types the hedgehog learn to improvise fighting styles with hands, feet, and perform spin dashes. Now as Day 5 has arrived, it was the time to test the use of manipulating Chaos Energy, and Terios was able to channel to perform Chaos Spears to hit and destroy setup targets.

"Excellent work Terios, you're performance is coming along nicely." Professor Gerald was seen across the room to input the data on a tablet pad on what Terios was doing.

"Thank you professor, but why did you bother coming here to tell me that? You could have done so behind the protective glass?" Terios responded but was a bit uncertain of coming in contact with him.

"Call me old fashion, but I see you as a person then as just a lab animal." Professor Gerald explains himself as someone who sees Terios as a person.

"Hmph, if you say so. So what's the next activity?" Terios shrug off with a light smile before changing the subject.

"Well we've gone over your score of test results, and so far you passed them with flying colors." Professor Gerald looked at the tablet to review how well the hedgehog did. "On hindsight, you could be label as being perfect to compete in the Olympic Games with an athlete body." The man describe how Terios' physical abilities are in perfect condition.

"Was there a doubt, I am super fast." Terios huffs with a sly smile while he practices his fighting form.

"Yes, and your IQ level could show you're intelligent enough to work in structure areas from understanding the task required to perform efficiently even when never given a proper education but your mind is advance to know what to do. You could work well in government employment." Professor Gerald describes the next stuff that reveals how well Terios can do under employment and knowing how to work around computers and other machines.

"Come now doctor, I'm sure you're just boasting my confidence." Terios felt like all he was getting were the positive stuff he already knows he is good at.

"And lastly your skills in using Chaos Energy, how do you feel?" Professor Gerald asked this next part with some slight curiosity.

"Better then what those targets feel, that's for certain." Terios pointed at his handy work of smoking them red bullseye targets.

"My, you seem to have developed a sense to joke?" Professor Gerald smiled a bit from seeing that now Terios can develop a sense of humor at such times.

"You said I'm the first to be made, an Ultimate Lifeform, I want to prove that I deserve that title." Terios expressed his desire to show everyone his skills. "So what is next now after this?" The hedgehog asked from wanting to know what he can expect next.

"Your next test will be performing combat measures with military present to observe your abilities."Professor Gerald explain this firmly that what comes next will involve military type combat measures.

"Excellent, after much time just shooting at non-moving targets, I can use a challenge." Terios smirks from feeling eager to demonstrate himself on something a bit more challenging.

"Terios, perhaps take it slow, you have only learn to use your abilities. Remember, it took you time to understand how to even form a single Chaos Spear before forming a dozen of them." Professor Gerald spoke with concern for the hedgehog not to push himself too far, as he is just getting a handle of his abilities.

"Don't worry about me, worry about my opponents." Terios smiled to say as he zips away to fire more Chaos Spears at the destroy targets from different angles.

Professor Gerald watches as Terios was trying to prove his point, but the old man felt uncertain: that there maybe something they have not yet plan for, and is worried if things go wrong at the drop of a hat…

DAY 7

FINAL TEST STAGE

The scene opens to where a few GUN Beetles were entering the white chamber. And astray were firing their laser attacks, Terios was zipping through performing Spin Dash moves. Taking out each one with barely any difficulty. It was only around after under 5 minutes that the whole area was cleared of robot enemies. And by the window wall were the scientist including Gerald Robotic. And with them was apparently a version of Jack Hoarder but more older with grey hair accompanied by GUN Soldiers.

"Impressive, this creature took down several drones in under a few minutes." The general replied from seemingly being impressed by the display.

"Yes General James Hoarder, Terios is the first successful lifeforms to breakthrough the wall we struggled to overcome." The first scientist expressed much joy and praise on having achieved this wonderful result.

"If not for Professor Gerald, this sort of development would have taken us another 50 years." The Japanese scientist expressed much relief on who deserves much credit for getting them this far.

"Hmph, by then I probably leave things either to my son, or my unborn yet to be grandson." Th one called General James Hoarder remarks on who be left to take charge if this project needed more time even to the point he may no longer be around. "Why don't we see how well this thing goes when no longer riding training wheels." He turns to the smart guys I the room to have them increase the level a bit.

"Sir?" Professor Gerald looked a bit uncertain by that order.

"Send in the Rhinos, Hornets and Hawks. Let's increase the training difficulty. And not one row at a time, but all three model numbers at once." General James Hoarder exclaim on wanting to really see how far this hedgehog will go if the danger level rises so quickly.

"But…" Professor Gerald felt uncomfortable if this was a good idea, it's one thing to send another unit, but three units at once seems a bit much.

"Don't worry professor." Terios was heard calling out to those having a discussion. "Let me show you that I can take down these things as the Ultimate Lifeform!" The hedgehog was raring to show what he's made of, and it's how tough he is.

Now while Professor Gerald had second thoughts, the other scientist granted Terios' request. And that's when the Rhinos moved in to fire their tank guns, forcing Terios to evade their heavy suppressive fire. And also dodging the Hornets hovering to open fire from the air when the hedgehog leap and jump around the area. Course watching out for the shifty Hawks were proving to be a problem in most cases. Terios needed room to perform ether a Spin Dash to the Rhinos, leap up to punch and kick the air board foes while focusing on dealing finish damage count of Chaos Spears with the robots distracted. It took almost 10 minutes before Terios managed to about defeat the Hornets and Hawks, and then quickly make a beeline to finish the Rhinos that were still ticking from their heavy defense. As the smoke was clearing, there was not a single GUN robot left, Terios stood in the middle with hands to his knees from looking a bit spent.

"Incredible, he managed to beat three more models." Second scientist exclaim surprise on seeing the creature pull a win under such a disadvantage setup.

"Hmm?" Professor Gerald raise an eyebrow from paying close attention to something.

"Pant-pant…pant…few…" Terios was panting and wipe off some sweat from his forehead: the battle was seemingly tough, but he somehow made it through…somehow.

"Terios, are you alright. Professor Gerald called out from behind the window wall, hoping nothing was too serious on Terios' health.

"Of course, pant…just a little short of breath." Terios replied from not being bothered, but covering up his shortness of breath was hard.

"Well it's no wonder, you fought 4 units without any breaks. I think it's safe to stop things as they are…" Professor Gerald exclaim on deciding they best stop the procedure, Terios has apparently exhausted himself that he can't continue in such a condition.

"No…" General James Hoarder cuts in to object to that idea. "Continue the test, and send in the Hunters With weapons set on max." The general gave a firm order on what dangerous difficult they shall setup next.

"But General, can't you see that Terios is exhausted, let him rest so that he can perform better when he's not pass a limit of…" Professor Gerald tries to reason with the general to heed his words but…

"You said this was the Ultimate Lifeform, correct? Then that means, he's perfect. Shouldn't such a creature have limitless potential?" General James Hoarder sternly objects on not wanting to see so little when they are just getting started. "Begin the next round." He firmly gave the order to the other scientist without any regards to stopping the procedure.

The's when the other scientist felt unable to argue, and push in commands to bring forth the larger humanoid robot models of GUN known as the Hunters. Each carrying a blaster, rifle, and with shields for protection. They were marching towards Terios who saw another robot mob coming.

"Pant-pant…" Terios finished a bit of his breathing before holding out his hand. "HRRruaghh…Chaos Spear…" The guy announced as he channels the energy; but then it scatter before it finish forming. "Wah?" Terios yelps in shock, he set to run out of fuss…how?

"TERIOS!? LOOKOUT!" Professor Gerald yelled on the speaker, warning the hedgehog of approaching danger.

But too late as the Hunters open fire their laser shots that force Terios to run. The hedgehog tried to perform a Spin Dash, but the shields were able to repel the attacker away. Terios yelps as the robots open fire to further push him to run but then the ones with rifles fired closely to the ground tripping the hedgehog. Just as Terios tried to fire Chaos Spears, laser shots impacted him to hit against the wall to slide down. That alone caused Terios to yelp as he dashed away only for the Hunters to cut off escaping and trap him into a corner with no way out. This alone made the hedgehog feel something that replace his bravado, as he felt overpowered and unable to act. Those watching the event were almost feeling worried that the lifeforms was having difficulty, but the general seem motionless but Professor Gerald seem more concern.

"Quickly, shutdown the robots. Terios has exhausted too much Chaos Energy from the earlier fights." Professor Gerald gave an order to his fellow scientist to stop this before it gets out of hand.

"Delay that order, and let the experiment continue." General James Hoarder protest to cancel that order and let this situation play out as is.

"General you must understand, Terios is unable to fight. He's injured for the first time, and he's experiencing emotions he's never felt before." Professor Gerald tries to reason with the man that they push the hedgehog too far.

"Emotions? Why should the Ultimate Lifeform need those on the battlefield." General James Hoarder remarks from thinking such things are unneeded when engaging enemies on the battlefront.

"Because without emotions, man cannot understand when they push themselves too far. And without fear, one would just go forth and die without realizing the value of their life." Professor Gerald tries to explain the results of what happens if one goes on without knowing such things.

"Then I guess his value is at…zero." General James Hoarder remarks cruelly the matter of value this hedgehog has shown which shocked Gerald very much.

Now the scene focuses upon seeing the Hunters open fire as Terios dodged the shots. But while doing so, the attacks broke the walls to cause them to crack and debris began to drop along with a larger chunk. And Terios didn't notice this while evading the shots and was corner until a large shadow develop behind him.

"Arrraaaahh!?" Terios screams as the debris fell upon him: burying him under tons of rubble.

"No…" Professor Gerald silently gasped upon seeing such a terrible sight.

"A pity, it seems your Ultimate Lifeform was about as worthless as that failed lizard." General James Hoarder remarks from seeing this experiment was pretty much as entertaining as when the scientist couldn't achieve much with BioLizard.

"Wait, professor…general…I'm picking up energy readings." The Japanese scientist interrupts those with a major alert on what the equipment is telling them.

"What, but Terios ran out, how is he…" Professor Gerald was unable to process how such a thing was possible.

"DOOM…WINGS!" A low voice was heard within the white room.

"KABLAM!" Then the debris was shot across the room, as the Hunters notice that Terios appeared but there was a change. A grown pair of black fleshy wings with red patterns emerge from the hedgehog's body, this left the audience shock and surprise.

"DOOM…SPEARS!" Terios announced with a wave of his hands which form some kind of enhanced version of Chaos Spears but in a more blacken fire theme while being launch in rapid strikes.

That attack alone struck the Hunters even when deploying their shields, and it destroyed them. The sheer force of that attack completely outdid the performance of earlier, leaving nothing but scrap metal. Those watching this sight could only stare at Terios that has unlock a strange new power.

"Well-well, looks like my tactic to push your test subject pass his comfort zone brought about wonderful results." General James Hoarder smiled from being impressed that his cruel tactic actually made the hedgehog push pass his limitations: the guy even press another button to send in more GUN Hunters.

"This power…it seems to enhance Chaos Energy, but…why does it take on something like that which is almost…alien?" Professor Gerald was almost unable to believe it, but something about this ability seem to worry him.

"Wait, Terios is still powering up?" The Japanese Scientist exclaim from the system reading more power levels, which further alarm those of what was about to happen next.

"DOOM…BLAST!" Terios went to attack the new bots in quick succession, kicking them upwards and sending them flying, and simultaneously warp to the position where they were launched.

Suddenly Terios' attack destroyed the bots and they impacted the glass window wall that shock those behind it. But when large cracks were forming, many couldn't believe this power level was able to breech military glass protection that was suppose to survive explosive force.

"He-He-He's about to breach the wall? He might be targeting us!?" The first scientist yelps with worry upon realizing what Terios was doing.

"What are you waiting for, shut him down!?" The second scientist asked from not sure how they can handle this.

"Oh no…this alien energy…it couldn't be?" Professor Gerald gasped upon realizing something, this new ability and the wings were almost like…something from one alien he knew.

"NRruuarrgh…AAarrrruuaghh!?" Suddenly, everyone saw the strange black ooze was reacting, as if forming something beneath Terios' feet. "DOOM…SURF!" Then Terios perform a new ability one that contracts a manta ray-like creature summoned in the same black ooze tendrils and red glow mark lines and red eyes. And then suddenly the aura of chaos energy caused some water to appear, allowing the manta-ray creature to swim and bash the glass window wall cracking further cracks.

"He-He seems to be making the strange alien energy into some kind of…alien creature?" The first scientist yelps upon seeing a feat that was never recorded from previous chaos energy trails.

"If this keeps up, we could have an infestation?" The second scientist issue on seeing what threat they are going to be dealing with if it's not contain.

"Terios, stop this…control yourself." Professor Gerald called out to have the hedgehog cease before it's too late.

"Arrrugh….CAAARRRRNT!?" Terios' muffle voice was heard, as if he was unable to resist. "STOOOOP…MAAARRRRRHHH!?" He roared out this last muffled words while more red and black Chaos Energy escape from his body.

"What are you waiting for!? SHOOT HIM!?" General James Hoarder suddenly gave the order to attack.

Then from the doors

"WAAARRrughh…." Terios felt himself being harmed, and it was causing him to glare at those responsible."DOOM…MORPH!" He mutters these words that weigh heavy and a darken tone.

That's when the ooze tendrils drag Teri's down before being swallowed. And then something came out of it that frighten everyone. A dark ball of Chaos energy similar in appearance to the Black Arms Gerald Robotic recognize with it's red patterns that vaguely resemble a squid. The creature had eleven tentacles, which surround a central buccal cavity. The mantle featured five blank red eyes on each side, the head curves downward at the front, so it's not perfectly round.

"BREAK!/Eeehhh!?" General James Hoarder squealed in terror when the creature tried to break the glass; but then it's ooze-like tentacles were slipping through to get to the other side.

"He's trying to squeeze through the cracks, there's no stopping him?" The Japanese Scientist exclaim on fearing they have run out of ways to stop this hedgehog.

"Forgive me…" Professor Gerald muttered under his breath before he quickly types in command codes on the keyboards.

"Oxygen Levels Dropping In Container Chamber…" A female announcer was heard on the broadcast.

"Gasp-Gasp…" Suddenly the blacken creature gasped as much of the ooze was coming off from being sucked through the air vents into outer space. "AARRrrrhhh…" Slowly the blacken power was leaving to reveal Terios struggling in the midst of this and shortage of breath. "AAaaaaaahhhhhh!?" Terios let loose a final scream as the glimmer red spark in the eyes fad before the hedgehog couldn't stay conscious.

When Terios appeared to fall unconscious on the ground, Gerald immediately stopped the oxygen from leaving the room and return it to normal standard. As the professor rush to check on the hedgehog, many soldiers came in with guns pointed at the dangerous creature. And not far behind was the general looking a bit upset by what could have been a disaster.

"Ugh, professor…I am both Impressed and Disappointed at the same time." General James Hoarder remarks on how this has left much a mark, but not in a good way. "Your creation is a total failure like the last one." He ridicule the man on having produced only another failure.

"Hmmm…" Professor Gerald fell silent, unable to argue since the general was not mistaken.

"But unlike the last one, this one showed more control. It was almost perfect, except for at the end." General James Hoarder expressed a slight good mood from knowing this hedgehog proved to be a slight achievement over the BioLizard matter.

"We told you not to push things too far, but you didn't listen. And now look what's happen." Professor Gerald expressed concern and worry that the military man did not head his words, and this was the result that left Terios in such a condition.

"Well, call it a learning experience. Now you'll know what to correct in the next one after disposing of this flawed specimen." General James Hoarder shrug off his shoulders to express this while mentioning a shocking issue.

"What?" Professor Gerald gasped, he has to dispose of Terios, but he's a creature with intelligence and a soul…

"You can either put him into cold storage for scientist to study him, or terminate him entirely. Which will it be?" General James Hoarder was being tough but firm on letting the man decide what shall be done.

"I…" Professor Gerald was at a lost for words, and in this situation…there was only one humane answer to choose. "Hugh…I choose storage." He signs heavily from deciding they keep the hedgehog in cold storage.

Now the scene later shows a military escort of a black capsule pod being taken to a shuttle park outside the ARK. Professor Gerald was there walking with the pod as he sees it's mist particles fill the pod right as the hedgehog tries to regain consciousness. The old man also took notice that during the entire event, the left eye had scars, and Terios lost sight in that eye. But the hedgehog tried to place a hand on the cover, as if asking what was happening while feeling the effects of what was putting him to sleep.

"Forgive me Terios, it appears in my attempt to limit Black Doom's blood from you, left you vulnerably weak and cause unbalance act in performing Chaos Energy. I may have to use a larger amount to make more perfectly stable lifeforms, but perhaps try harder to make sure it has a heart and soul…just like you." Professor Gerald tries to give some encouraging and compassionate words as Terios slowly drifts into a deep sleep.

"Hey doc, you almost finished?" General James Hoarder walks over to get the old doctor to speed things up as they are leaving.

"Just another minute." Professor Gerald pleads in wanting a little more extra time.

"Okay, but we're on the clock." General James Hoarder issue to point at his watch, as it's ticking as he boarded the shuttle while leaving the professor alone with the sleeping hedgehog.

"I would have love for you to meet my granddaughter Maria. Maybe she could have helped you in ways I can't do. Perhaps she can at least save the next one while you sleep." Professor Gerald issue on what he can only hope for in the future before getting up to walk out. "I pray that when you next wake up, you are healed and can be who you are. Be well, Terios…" AS the words were said, the doors to the shuttle closed before separating from the ARK; as the black pod of Terios pass the Space Colony before everything…went completely dark.

THE CURRENT TIMELINE

"GAAAAAuuuuugh!?" Suddenly someone made a huge gasp before shooting upwards with a horrified expression. "Pant-pant, pant-pant…" It was Terios, he was awaken but only from the right eye had a red color while the other eye with scar marks, it was a dull grey color eye that lost sight.

"Hugh, looks like you're awake." A voice was heard sounding relieve by who woke up.

"Ugh?" That's when Terios looks only to become shock by the towering lion man before him.

"I suppose I should welcome you back to the world, it was not easy trying to heal you." The lion man lightly smile on trying to be friendly to the hedgehog seeing such strange surroundings.

"Who are you, and what are you?" Terios raise an eyebrow, sounding firmly serious and suspicious of who woke him up.

"My name is Leo the Lion, just like you..I 'too' am an Ultimate Lifeform." Leo pats his chest to give a formal introduction of himself.

"Wha?" Terios yelps a bit, hearing someone say he was just like him was a lot to take in.

"I suppose this is all rather much, you have only awaken after being asleep for 50 years." Leo scratch the back of his head from understanding this was more to take in then anyone could imagine.

"50 Years!?" Terios exclaim in shock to learn how long it's been. "What has happen since then?" He asked from not knowing events that have happen if he's slept through 50 long years.

"A lot, there is much I should tell you but…" Leo was about to say something when he paused briefly… "Hmmm?" He held his head, as if almost feeling woozy.

"Hey, are you alright?" Terios raise an eyebrow, noticing the lion man seem a bit worn out.

"Sorry, I been trying to completely heal and cure you for almost 5 days straight. That power you have I had to make sure you're body was better to handle it so you wouldn't lose control." Leo lightly smile on trying to explain what he did to help Terios; particularly the issue with displaying 'Doom Powers' that the hedgehog lost control of.

"My power?" Terios muttered from thinking for a moment, and then flash images came back to him of the past. "Hugh, that time…there was a voice…and I felt something control me, and then…" Terios gasped from what he vaguely recalls, the strange feeling that someone was whispering commands for him to obediently follow without question.

"Rest assure, it's pass. And the one who tried to control you is no more." Leo held up his right hand to ease the hedgehog's worries. "Thanks to the other Ultimate Lifeform that Professor Gerald made, and overcame the problem to save the world…after realizing what was right and wrong of course?" Leo explain to the best of his ability of the story about Shadow and the involvement of roles he was given before choosing to be a hero.

"Another one…from the professor?" Terios exclaim from being surprised again of what he heard. "Who is he?" First Leo being an Ultimate Lifeform, and now another of Gerald Robotnik's creation…there was so much he doesn't know.

"Shadow the Hedgehog, that's his name. And even I'm not sure if I'm strong enough to challenge him." Leo reveal the name of the hedgehog in question who came right after Terios but Shadow's strength is mystery even to the lion man.

"Strange, I sense you are very strong, but you are weak right now. And you say this Shadow may still pose a threat to you?" Terios raise an eyebrow, puzzle and confuse since seeing Leo he felt he might have trouble but there is someone who's better is more shocking to believe.

"Yes, well I spend most of these days looking for a place for all of us Ultimate Lifeforms to live." Leo shrug off his shoulders to admit he's been preoccupied with other important matters to himself and others. "Well this is something?" Leo smiled from finding this news pleasant on maxing Giga Professor and obtain 2 new jobs from focusing on healing Terios until he felt better. "Nicole, are you near?" Leo decided to put the rewards on hold and focus on helping someone left in the dark.

"I am here." Then Nicole's holo-lynx appeared on the spot which surprised Terios. "Greetings Terios, I am an AI and helping to run all function on the warship we are on." Nicole smiles to greet the startle hedgehog to not be nervous around her.

"What, we're on a warship?" Terios raise an eyebrow, suddenly his questions just keep getting longer. "And just what are you doing now?" He asked from looking at the chamber to find many empty capsule pods all place in order.

"Well watch and you shall see…this is where I create new Ultimate Lifeforms here." Leo exclaim on what he does is bring life to those that are just like them.

As Trios watches Leo slowly walk a bit in the chamber, the hedgehog sees some capsules that seem to house some new lifeforms still in sleeping conditions. It was clear that when Leo said he was making new Ultimate Lifeforms but not like the BioLizard, it seems possible they may have intelligence and a soul. But then the hedgehog spots what looks like larger size capsule pods in use which were different from the regular size ones, but were place in a back portion of the area.

"After reviewing the data from the thing called 'The Lifeform Animal Research', I've finished researching Vol 3 discussing 'Ancestral Bloodlines' of pre-historic types from evolutions and Vol.4 about 'Mythical Creatures' born as rare moments from the Earth's early days when mankind slowly enter the medieval era. And surprisingly Vol.5 described how scientist have develop 'Cybernetic/Cyborg' components to aid in animals that lost limbs to even improve to modify the body. So using such research, I can create larger lifeforms with even more capabilities." Leo explain what he has done recently to further understand the next steps on making improved or stronger Ultimate Lifeforms so they can better protect themselves.

"Larger and with Cybernetic components, they all sound like the BioLizard I heard went wrong?" Terios raise an eyebrow from thinking there was something about this that could lead to failure.

"Do not fear, these are ones that won't run amuck." Nicole smiles to assure Terios that there's nothing to fear of any lifeforms Leo has made goes on a rampage. "Opening the capsule pods." Nicole exclaim as she wave her hand that automatically had the pods change from red light for lock to green light for opening.

That's when the two large pods had their hatches open as loads of steam mist escape, having everyone shield their eyes briefly. Then many heard loud stomps or rolling gear noises approach, and Terios stared in shock on what he saw.

"Waarrruaghh!" The first was a towering-muscularyeti-type anthropomorphic creature that's 5 meters tall, almost 16 feet tall. Has snow-white fur, hairless brown hands and feet, dark-brown color eyes along claws of the same color, a brown muzzle and markings on he cheeks and forehead, a pair of sharp horns that jutted from the forehead, a single gold-hooped earring on each ear, and dreadlocks that end in what appear to be spear-shaped tips. Has green-orange bracers on each of the forearms, as well as dark-brown armor on the chest and shoulders. In each of the hands, wields two double-bladed axes.

"Uurrrahh…" The second was 5 meter tall beetle theme creature with the entire body covered in dark dark navy blue armor with yellow pattern stripes and chest-plate, orange limbs, stomach and neck, and green emerald eyes. Noticeable features show four arms with two having mechanical three-beetle fingers and the main arms above them from bulk three-pointed shoulder pads were triple cannon arms with the palm center shape like an 'X' in the center. Has treads instead of legs, a belt shell on the backside and the horn on the helmet style beetle with a jaw with a silver mouth guard is actually a gun torrent., cannons on the ends of its arms, and its horn is a large turret. The horn cannon it's self can reach close to 6 meters in height when facing upwards.

"Terios, meet Korikaku, he was infused with much Earth & Ice Elemental fragments. Making him very strong, using those tomahawk axes plus his extensible hair locks can move to strike or restrain targets. And he can perform ice base attacks to freeze things." Leo introduced the first newest member, a giant-like yeti with strength and ice powers.

"Hahahaha! Yeah!" Korikaku was all stomping around, causing slight tremor shakes that could cause some to lose balance.

"Is he suppose to be that wild?" Terios raise an eyebrow, thinking this one was a bit untamed.

"Oh dear, it appears the person might be much?" Nicole exclaim from realizing what they gave to the lifeforms may have caused slight issue.

"Persona?" Terios raise an eyebrow, surprise that this group was giving personalities to newborn creatures.

"He has what you might call being recklessness than dauntless courage, but despite a ruffian overflowing with desire and ambition…but he's powerfully curious and a show-off. In short, he's like a big yeti child at heart." Leo explain the case which really surprised Terios to hear this big powerful yeti adult was only a child-like minded individual.

"Hey friend, better not go too wild. We wreck this place, we'll be in trouble. Besides, we can show off our powers when fighting opponents." Then the mechanical beetle tank gently pats the yeti on the back to ease the excitement down a bit.

"Oh yeah!" Korikaku cheered to let off a little roar.

"That would be Metal Kabuteri who has a cautious and prudent personality. I used the DNA of a beetle with the metal and thunder elemental fragments. He's the first cyborg lifeforms I done, but he has a good mindset on serving as a shield for comrades using that sturdy armor and enduring attacks. When reaching a critical point, he'l go on the offense with all his gunport." Leo explain who the other new lifeforms was, a genius measurement of cyborg merge components to be a tank.

"Judging by it's structure, won't its heavy weight lower mobility?" Terios raise an eyebrow when noticing that this one might not be meant for speed.

"True, he is basically the one in charge of logistical support. However, in close-range battles, he'll obliterate opponents with various armaments. I wanted someone else besides Nicole to run such measures if our groups are split off." Leo explains the reason behind such things, and what role this one can do.

"And…how many are there?" Terios ponders just how many unique types of Ultimate Lifeforms there are.

"Why not go and se, I'll join you as soon as I prepare this new lifeform. I feel it'll be the most special one yet." Leo exclaimed on wanting to finish something here that will be very important down the road.

"Come on new guy, I got the plan all mapped out." Metal Kakuteri issue on wanting to show Terios the place, since he already receive the map layout ahead of time.

"Yeah, let's have some fun!" Korikaku cheered from wanting to get started and have fun.

As Terios seem unable to refuse the strange hospitality of the two large lifeforms, he leaves the chamber. But once it was left to Leo and Nicole, the two were immediately working to place the special blood into one of the unused capsule pods. Slowly as the blood was swirling in the special chemical filled pod, it was slowly forming a shape into an anthropomorphic hedgehog-like stature of bloods and muscles. Suddenly at that moment, a special pop-up window appeared:

"Well now, this one seems to really be special?" Leo was surprise by this message, apparently if he can succeed there is some interesting rewards involve along with an unknown rare gift.

"Leo, the subject is already undergoing a change." Nicole spoke from reading the incoming data.

"A change, right now?" Leo looked to Nicole confused, they never had something like this occur before.

"Yes, look there…" Nicole exclaim to ask that Leo look at the pod to see what is about to happen.

Looking at the hedgehog inside, there was a change that instead of black fur skin like Shadow, the subject had bright blonde color fur. Then there appear to be a lot more hair growing out and upon the figure's feature of gender type, resemble a more female appearance.

"Oh my…at first having Terios was wonderful, and then having create a Shadow-like lifeforms be a great addition but…" Leo was astonished by what he sees to narrow his thoughts down. "I didn't expect THIS to occur?" From all the new Ultimate Lifeforms, this one was certainly going to be something outside of calculations.

"It is strange, according to the data…the Black Arms blood gave Terios and Shadow more darker theme fur? But this one, it's actually blond?" Nicole speculated on running test to determine the cause of a certain blood type element that explains a connection to the Black Arms alien race. "The only relative subject that had this color was from the user who's blood was extracted that held Shadow's blood from the transfusion. In short…" Nicole was about to theorize why this subject's fur was not dark but a more brighter color when…

"Maria Robotnik!?" Leo muttered his words as he gently place a hand on the capsule of the sleeping hedgehog.

At that moment Leo had flashes on recalling the mention character. Maria Robotic who appeared in the Sonic games as apart of Shadow's origin perished long before her illness got her life. In fact there was only some mentions of the girl in later Sonic theme events, including where she and Gerald Robotic were stuck inside the Time Eater's created white space and meant up with Shadow of who recognize the were place outside of the time events that pass almost 50 years ago. But in the end Shadow couldn't save them, and so they relive what destiny had for them in the time stream. Yet even to Leo, this sudden action reminded him of how fans wondered if Maria was alive she be reincarnated as a hedgehog which was very popular and trending to inspire many to follow. That's when Leo began to realize if this was some sort of message of faith for a character who's story was left in such a sad state…to begin anew.

"If this means what I think it means, then we can't fail here! We must succeed without fail!" Leo firmly issue on wanting to make certain this new lifeform reaches completion, no matter what.

"KABOOM!" Just then a loud explosion occurred that shook the entire chamber, followed by alarms going off. Leo was concern for the several lifeforms in the pods, but Nicole check to find that all of them were stable, including the ones nearly finished. While that let off some relief, the lion man turn his attention to what was going on now.

"What's going on?" Leo was trying to reach someone on the bridge to learn what's happening.

"Sire, we have good news and bad news." Ouja spoke on the communication network.

"Alright, what is it?" Leo asked from wanting to hear the news.

"Well we arrived at the destination of Coco Island where the next Sol Emerald is." Ouja issue on having arrived at the destination that Claptrap gave them.

"Alright but what about that explosion?" Leo asked from not knowing what cause such a loud boom.

"That's…the bad news. You have to see for yourself on the bridge." Ouja replied with an off voice on being unable to answer.

"Understood." Leo felt concern from what he heard before turning to Nicole. "How long until the new lifeforms are ready?" Leo asked the holo-lynx an important question on the spot.

"Given the time, 5 minutes. But the newest one here may require additional time." Nicole looked at those almost ready except for the female hedgehog who needs more time.

"Alright, then there's no time to waste. We may need extra help to prevent the ship from taking damage while one of them is still being completed inside the capsule. See you on the bridge." Leo exclaim firmly on knowing they can't risk something happening that may endanger the new female hedgehog: after that the lion man perform Chaos Warp and vanish from the chamber.

THE BRIDGE

The scene changes to where Leo warps himself into his commander chair to see what's going on. On the bridge, one can spot Ouja, Panga, Shard and Angora along with Lia working the controls and coordinating the red alert situation. And outside the window one saw what was attacking them, as the camera angle change to show what was before the Leo Carrier. A massive, lumbering and imposing battleship resembling a crescent horizontal ring form with a sphere in back as the center command. The sheer scope would describe it's 3,3556.9 meters in length, 3,009 meters in width, 1,028.77 meters in height/depth, equipped with 3 sub-light engines in back and 12 sub-light engines around the split ring. Appears fully armored with 160 point-defense quad laser cannon turrets and 400 twin heavy laser cannons, and by the sphere acts as a large communication center with towers, satellites, and a dorsal fin to a warship feature. From the hanger bays located by the rings seem about 50, enough to hold an army of vessels. Which at this moment, many were leaving to take flight as glimmering lights going from hundreds to thousands in under 30 seconds. And that's when an alert pop-up screen finally appeared with data on the foe:

Info: Though very little is known about this imperial army's form of government, they appear to be an autocratic one, as implies that the leader is a dictator. The empire has a massive army of anthropomorphic birds, and possesses a large variety of weapons and battle mechas. They were apparently called Battle Kukku Empire at the time.

Sometime ago this enemy invaded Cocoa Island with a plan to conquer the world. Launching a large-scale assault, the empires leader sent mining troops to dig up the entire island in order to find the whereabouts of Chaos Emeralds. But unaware at the time, a young two-tailed fox named Tails managed to defeat the armies. Then Tails infiltrated the armada's base of operation, the Battle Fortress, and defeat the leader Great Battle Kukku, finishing the empire's operations on Cocoa Island for good.

History never reveals much of what happen to them, but rumor say they went underground to recover and rebuild themselves after losing to the smart sidekick of the fame hero Sonic the Hedgehog, the embarrassment was more then any self respecting army could handle being defeated by such a child. And now after much time has pass since then, they have evolved with newly obtain advance technology and weaponry. And from a new recent partnership with GUN X, they have become a new army reborn: The Battle Bird Armada.

With their newest rise to power, the armada could even take down the forces of GUN and the Eggman Empire with their newest vehicles, to pilot Mechas to even outclass basic foot soldiers with newly elite arm troops. And with a newly evolved Battle Fortress II stretching to almost 10,400 feet with 25,000,000 tons of cargo capacity, it is both a transport and a battleship to hold 139,000 passengers being both bird and robots working to keep the main vessel running.

Alert Notice: The combine numbers of all active forces of the Battle Bird Armada would surely reach well pass Lv.250-270.

"No Way!? Are you kidding me!?" Leo exclaim in great shock upon what he sees surrounding their warship.

"What's wrong?" Angora asked from sensing tension in their king's voice.

"The island…this fleet of ships. I know the true identity of them." Leo clapped his forehead from realizing what they have to deal with here. "The name was mispronounce, it was actually Cocoa Island, and it appeared in a Sonic game where Tails was the star of it." Leo revealed the name of the island they arrived at which apparently Claptrap mispronounced and now the lion man is making sense of things here.

"Oh, what was it called?" Shard asked from never getting a chance to hear an adventure that Sonic the Hedgehog was never apart of, but his best friend was.

"It was 'Tails Adventure', but the real problem were what enemies he faced were birds with a vast military power especially in the skies." Leo exclaim to reveal the subject and the type of enemy the two-tailed fox face. "They were known as Battle Kukku Empire and then evolved to be known as the Battle Bird Armada, they were supposedly seen as nothing too extreme. But something is different here?" Leo mentions this with a rub under his chin for deep thought.

"Different how?" Lia asked from not sure what was different.

"In the game and in a comic series, I know the gear and vehicles of these enemies, but the technology on them I don't recognize?" Leo expressed from what he can understand, does not match what he knows at all. "I fear this current version is a force to be reckon with to rival GUN and the Eggman forces if we let our guard down." Leo grew to be concern, if the Battle Armada has evolved with new technology advancement, they can be much harder to fight.

"Um would you like more Bad News, or the Worse news?" Shard asked from what the system shows a blinking detection by the enemy's area.

"Ugh, really? As if one bad news wasn't enough?" Leo moans to hear there was still more things that may be worse then before. "Fine, tell me…" He signs before deciding to hear what was it that was happening now.

"Well our ship is still undergoing repairs, we patch up enough to gain our weapons and shielding to work." Panga explain some areas they have working again from doing some catch-up work here and there.

"But the bad news, is that we are running low on power." Ouga issue that the warship is lacking power, which they need to run the weapons and defense systems.

"And the enemy appears to have a power source similar to what we are using…a source of Chaos Energy." Angora report another manner that earn attention.

"Hmmm…in that case, we will try the same tactic we used against Kruntz." Leo thinks a bit to decide the only solution left is the tactic they perform from their last ship battle. "If it's Chaos Energy we need, use the emeralds we have for shielding the Lifeform Chamber and areas outside for energy shields. I'll supply the energy for the weapons!" Leo proposes a plan to perform two steps of converting the necessary energy for defensive and offensive means under the current situation of what they lack.

"But Leo, you are still not at hundred percent after curing Terios." Nicole appears in the room by hologram to inform the lion man of his condition and doing this stunt could be dangerous.

"What other choice do I have, I'm the only one with the Chaos Energy to supply what this ship lacks." Leo firmly issues on debating a fact they cannot argue against. "Assemble a team to try to get aboard that main flagship, it's most likely where the Sol Emerald is." Leo issue an order on what they must do next, if the enemy is using a special source to draw Chaos Energy, a Sol Emerald must be involved.

"Yeah, remember when there was worse news?" Shard scratch the back of his head with something else they forgot to mention. "Well, someone has already gone over there." The black robot hedgehog drop the bomb when he reveal a surprise twist to things.

"What, who?" Leo yelps to ask who had already gone over to the enemy's flagship already when…

"KABOOM!?" Suddenly an interruption came from enemy ships flying and bombarding the Leo Carrier. Wasn't long before Leo channels his energy through the warship to power the weapons to attack those in front of them while the rest of the crew channels energy for defense and in the Lifeform Chamber. And while a battle was going on, anther ship was entering the scene. This ship was one that belong to the Babylon Rogues. And outside on the window to a certain private chamber, we spot the three legendary band of thieves already geared up and ready to go.

"Wow Boss, looks like those guys are having problems?" Storm issue on seeing the battle happening was like the 4th of July.

"They been having problems ever since we been trailing them from Metropolis." Wave shook her head from what they seen from afar, this lion man and his group face plenty of problems of a daily basis of the week.

"Yeah, but tell me Wave, with them distracted by so many ships, think they'll notice us?" Hey asked an important question he wants to know as top priority.

"Not likely, it seems their energy unit is still down, but it appears they are using a new power source. Though from what the scans say, it's directed to only offense and defense functions on what's ahead. But yeah, with this much going on and with their systems not fully functional…" Wave used a scan device to get a readout and determine the results.

"Heh! Sounds like a perfect time to drop in." Jet smirks from liking the odds in their favor now.

"But what if anybody spots us by chance?" Storm asked from thinking they could be noticed.

"Way ahead of you. Thanks to a new device I made, our gear and ship will be unnoticed on their radar. Giving us complete invisibility while off and on their ship." Wave revealed a little hexagon ring that was emitting a white light covering the Rogues and their ship.

"Impressive, now we can get to work." Jet smiled from knowing they can finally get down to business.

"Yeah, and ugh…what we do again?" Storm cheered but then pondered what the next move was.

"Find the data on how that lion fella makes those Gravity Rings, that's the prize we want." Jet issue to remind Storm on their big goal to score the tech they thought was lost to the Babylonians.

"And learn how they managed to adapt and improve some Extreme Gear." Wave smiled from hoping to score some newly discovered ways to improve Extreme Gear to new leaps.

"And maybe they got other treasures inside." Storm grins to pound his fist together, hoping they might find other treasures as well.

"Alright Babylon Rogues, let's fly!" Jet declared forth in announcing they get going now.

Now the Babylon Rogues are seen leaping off their ship to ride their Extreme Gear boards through the air. And they manage to get aboard the rear section of the Leo Carrier. After that the battle continues of incoming areal attacks…

MEANWHILE

ABOARD THE BATTLE FORTRESS II

The scene opens to reveal what appears to be a model emergency passenger spaceship. And that very ship had crashed into the heart of the enemy's flagship in what appears to be a midsection deck. Then from the ship's hatch open came out the brave fighters that flew into the enemy's belly. But turns out the pilots were actually the younger Ultimate Lifeforms of Leo's group: Spade, Aguni, Lobo, Flora, Shoe, plus some extras like Sticks, Marine, and Trip. Oh and finally Claptrap was seen rolling out in a wobbly manner like the rest before they slowly got their bearings to they landed in…

"Uh oh, I don't think we're aboard our ship anymore?" Shoe slightly yelps upon seeing where they landed, or crash landed in: especially seeing the Battle Bird symbol up ahead.

"Um, why did we do this?" Trip lifts off her battle helmet, looking a bit dizzy from the crash impact.

"What you mean taking this extra spacecraft while we were exploring the lion man's warship and went inside instead of staying outside, then an attack happen, we accidentally press the launch button, got shot out and crash into an enemy ship?" Sticks bluntly explain the short but brief version on what happened that they got into such a mess: which lead everyone to look at the badger girl weirdly. "Yeah I can't answer that very well, it's probably some plot twist on whatever adventure awaits us." She shrug off her shoulders, simply stating how fate works in such a mysterious way.

"Bonza! Looks like Captain Marine and her new crew are about ta board and overpower the enemy!" Marine cheered from standing up in front to make a heroic pose in announcing what awaits them.

"Hold on, we are in very unfamiliar territory, we don't know what's waiting for us." Lobo firmly stops those from about to act reckless before knowing what is ahead.

"Plus Lia and Angora are not with us." Flora issue that last time the younger new Ultimate Lifeforms went on a mission, two members evolved into stronger forms but sadly are not with them.

"Hmm, wait a second…" Spada interrupts the discussion, as he pulls out the device keeping; the same one used to detect Chaos Emerald or Sol Emeralds nearby. "The scanner we used before to learn where a Sol Emerald is…there's one nearby." Spada pointed that they are approximately very close to another emerald.

"Oh goodie, maybe if we get it maybe we won't be in so much trouble." Shoe smiles from thinking positive on the situation, despite how awkward it is.

"Well sounds like you have it all figured out, so I'm just gonna stay here, radio for help, and…" Claptrap

"Not so fast, you're coming with us. Besides, you really wanna stick around when someone checks where we crash?" Aguni stops Claptrap while stating what will happen if they wait around in an enemy vessel filled with enemies.

"Well when you put it like that way…" Claptrap shrug off from seeing that was solid argument right there.

Soon the group ventures away from the crash ship and find what appears to be a sliding door. The group try to keep quiet as they move through unknown territory.

"Connection established." Nicole was heard

"Yikes, Nicole!?" Spada yelps upon seeing the holo-lynx appear now so suddenly.

"How are you here?" Flora asked from thinking Nicole shouldn't have a connection outside the Leo Carrier, right…?

"I place a tracker program on Claptrap in case he was taken. I can become solid with a prototype Red Ring I place in him to be solid with a mini ring holder device. It should last 6 or so hours." Nicole explain this while waving her hand by Claptrap, having his back compartment open to reveal a mini version of said device.

"Well I certainly feel violated in ways I can't describe? And usually ladies don't make such bold moves around me." Claptrap remarks on how to express how this situation is very awkward on how he was used.

"Well I…that was not intended to…" Nicole felt a bit odd if she did something wrong and was uncertain until…

"Hey! Can we focus on what's going on." Lobo cuts in from Claptrap messing around to make Nicole feel awkward.

"Yes, sorry about that." Nicole slowly got herself together to apologize for any rash act she did on her part. "Currently we have engage against the Battle Bird Armada. And we detected a strange energy aboard the flagship that matches the jewels from Blaze's world." Nicole mentions this next subject that also catches attention.

"A Sol Emerald, we were just on our way to secure it." Marine exclaim on knowing what the eager young group was preparing to do when they learn this too.

"It seems hard to believe, but while we are engaging, Leo wants me to help you navigate and reach your destination." Nicole explains the topic on a new mission objective that has been given to those here.

"But who else is working the defenses?" Flora asked from knowing if Nicole is here, who will help run all the systems aboard the Leo Carrier.

"Leo is powering the warship, and who is handling defenses…our crew members are with some new members." Nicole spoke with an assuring tone that everything is under control.

That's when Nicole display a holo screen to allow those here to see what was happening by the Leo Carrier. The first wave of enemies were some bird-like reconnaissance robots with blue and yellow color theme with emerald optics, red top tail-feather with two red engines on each wing plus a main engine in the rear. Following behind them were swallow-tail robots with blue feathers, silver body, red head, clear orange eyes, three silver engines on rear and both wings, and a red flashing light on the chest. A pop-up enemy data screen revealed what they were:

Info: These robots serve as reconnaissance but when spotting an enemy increase their speed and fly away to avoid being shot down. They appear as flocks that decent to catch others off guard with no means of weaponry except to use their speed and evade enemies to annoy them.

TYPE: KAMIKAZE DRONES

Info: These robots serve as kamikaze attackers. They fly at high speed, so targets do not know what they will do either pull up or ram into them. They pack a small explosive force to deal damage to structures of a safe vault, and when enough of them strike the same spot can lead to major damage. They are perfect for fast rapid damage on target vessels and to wipe out enemy numbers.

"The enemy is coming in, the warship can't hit them all. All those that can hit targets from distance…prepare for battle!" Leo was heard making an announcement on the speaker while the warship was firing it's weapons.

Now on the surface of the Leo Carrier, a low deck was opening to allow those preparing to engage the enemy. The first seen was Korikaku and Metal Kabuteri were seen deploying out first but then a second deck was opening to reveal more new faces.

First was a male bipedal lagomorph-like canine about 6.5 feet tall with green fur that has whisker-like markings on the cheeks and a diamond marking on the forehead under the horn. Wears a pair of mini-gun-like gauntlets with movable extremities on its tips, serving as its "fingers". For an attire outfit, wears D-VI'S 503xx denim jeans. The jeans are strapped firmly by a brown belt, with it having also having bullet magazines wrapped around the chest. It almost looks like a version of Angora but with a trim slim down and built waist and muscle frame.

Second was an anthropomorphic male redIchneumon waspabout 4 feet tall with black stripes on its forearms, calves, and pelvis. The antennae resemble black-tipped white feathers and has three-toed hands and feet with black claws. Has a metal visor on the forehead and spiked spaulders and kneepads.

Third was a brown anthropomorphic type female rodent resembling a brown and yellow inner fur prairie dog with blue color eyes. Most noticeable features include having large gloves with red three finger claws, and the ears are tipped in metal.

Fourth was a bipedal, muscular gorilla-like male creature about 8 meters tall with white fur and blue eyes. Has black skin on the face, chest, hand, right arm, and feet, and wears several belts on the left thigh. The right arm is mechanized, connected to the flesh with cables. The right arm leads down to the cannon that replaces right hand.

"Okay everyone, get into your battle positions! And let it rain!" Metal Kabuteri gave instructions as it assemble position while seen charging electric energy in the arm cannons. "BOLO THUNDER!" He roared out the name of his attack. "POW!/KABOOM!" After firing the collected energy into yellow spheres were launch and made a big explosive impact that took out 20 Metal Wings.

"FROZEN ARROWHEADS!" Korikaku was seen with the glowing arrowheads of the extensible hair to attack nearby enemies with restraints or stabs from the bladed edges. "Yeaaahhh-Hahahah!" The big yeti was excited to stomp around for taking down many.

"Hahaha, you wanna see some action. Then let Gargo show you what he's got, check out this one!" The bipedal lagomorph-like canine issue with a cheerful personality of a daring young eager go-getter type. "GARGO PELLETS!" Then Gargo takes aim with his Vulcan arms rattling. "Bangbangbangbangbang…" And was firing green energy shots at the incoming enemies.

"Bam-Bam-Bam-Bam-Bam…" And the shots were impacting to destroy many of the Swallow Bombs blowing up before reaching the warship.

"HOWLING NOISE!" Without warning the red wasp rapidly vibrates the wings on the back, sending out an electric shock noise that paralyzes targets. "NEEDLE STINGER!" Then launches the stinger which reproduces to continue firing at targets.

"BAM-BAM-BAM!" The stinger hits each target caught in the stun state while the red wasp zips around the areas the others were trying to handle.

"Hey Stinger, I wanted those?" Gargo complains from being the fast wasp beat him to some targets.

"Nevermind that Gargo! Prairie, stand clear. I can strike the enemy in the air of those we miss or try to outnumber us." The red wasp called Stinger spoke with a humble but understanding low adult tone.

"Okay Stinger, I'll standby to use my ability if anyone falls off." The prairie dog girl called out with a caring voice while watching the action take place. "Gori, on your six!" She called out to the gorilla member on swing a swarm coming in.

"Waaaahhhh!" The one called Gori roars with a mighty battle cry to pound it's chest. "ENERGY CANNON!" Was seen aiming the right arm, the pumps flowing into the cannon as it lit up with blue energy. "POW!/BOOM!" And that alone fired a powerful sphere shot that brought down 10 Metal Wings.

"Hugh?" Prairie saw two Metal Wings flying at her, but stood her ground. "SONIC EARS!/SLASH-SLASH!" Then she slashes with the blades on both ears that chop the Metal Wings that tried to ram her but drop down split in half.

"Great job everyone, keep hammering them!" Metal Kabuteri instructs those from firing down multiple targets with rapid Bolo Thunder attacks. "I sent coordinated orders to have the Wolf Guard along with Heavy Leo and Loader Lio join us after making sure our engines don't fail." The metal beetle tank commander explain the next steps he's taken to help their side.

"Hahahah, by the time they get here we'll be done." Gargo laughs off from having a little too much fun blasting these flying pest.

"Don't be too sure!" Prairie pointed at spotting something was seen leaving the enemy's Battle Fortress II.

Suddenly a large 5 meter mechanical falcon robot with blue, dark turquoise, silver and yellow theme design with six red optic eyes. Having 8 thrusters off the wing arms and 3 thrusters on second smaller wings underneath, two large foot talons, two tiny mechanical two finger claw arms between the chest and wing-ears.

Raid Raptor - Rise Falcon Lv.150

TYPE: MECHANICAL GIANT BIRD

RANK: BOSS

POWER LEVEL: 100

Info: Resembling a species of birds of prey, albeit with a mechanized appearance and equipped with weaponry. A specially design robot that can attack all targets on a field. It's powered by a Fake Chaos Emerald with a built-in effect. Absorbs leaking Chaos Energy from targets to gain equal to the total attack power of all enemies on the battlefield. Brave Claw Revolution: When fully charge up with attack energy, flares forth like a phoenix at lightning speed to strike everything to eradicate all enemies.

"Hugh, Power Level 100, is this a joke?" Gargo raise an eyebrow from not thinking that was any threat to worry over.

"No! LOOK!" Prairie yelps to alert those of the real danger.

"Oh-oohh?" Gori noticed something weird going on as their energy auras were seen drifting upwards.

"REEEEeeekkkk!" Raid Raptor - Rise Falcon was seen emitting a glow from the body, as particles of Chaos Energy left the others and from the Leo Carrier to make it's body flare up like a giant firebird.

"Uh oh!? I don't think it's weak anymore?" Korikaku yelps from seeing tis enemy could be trouble.

"Looks like they sent out a bigger enemy this time?" Stinger issue on knowing this one is not as weak as the other types, even below Lv. 200 it's ability is something not to sneeze at.

"And this one looks like it's packing some majorly bad stuff against large and powerful opponents. It's attack just jumped to 500,000!?" Metal Kabuteri revealed how scary this new enemy is that it has a strength to be very concern about.

"This is bad!? Can we handle that?" Gargo asked from looking like they are unprepared here.

"No, and I bet our ship won't either!?" Stinger remarks that if they take such a heavy blow, none of them will survive.

"Leo, can you hear us. The enemy is about to attack!? What do we do?" Prairie used the com-links to ask how they should handle this threat.

"Hold on, I'll try to stop it." Leo's voice was heard trying to assure them, he has a means to counterattack.

"REeeeeekkkkk!" Raid Raptor - Rise Falcon screeches as it was seen diving down to the unprepared challengers about to take on an attack power beyond their measures when… "KABLAM!" At this moment the attack struck just as the Leo Carrier deploy the shield to endure the power of that attack. The Ultimate Lifeforms on the warship survive that attack thanks to Leo channeling energy to block that move, but for how long depends if they can get ride of this enemy. As the battle continues, the scene shifts back to those aboard the Battle Fortress II, as Nicole cease playing the holo feedback of their side's fight, realizing that the enemy is starting to push their side back a bit more then anticipated.

"Wow! Those guys are really packing some firepower. Our side looks to be just barely holding on?" Claptrap exclaim from not holding back the harsh truth of things looking grim.

"Not helping Claptrap?" Lobo narrow his eyes at the bot for speaking as if they were gonna lose.

"Hmm?" Nicole raise an eyebrow and tap her chin for a moment.

"What's wrong Nicole?" Flora asked from seeing the holo-lynx act distracted.

"I'm not certain, I thought I saw something odd earlier during when one of those attacks that exploded near a certain section of the warship?" Nicole felt like something was off about a certain location that was attacked the most until their side repel the Swallow Bombs.

"What, your Navigation Chamber?" Sticks exclaim to simply say this which earn her attention.

"How did you know that?" Trip asked from not even remembering all the areas on the Leo Carrier that much even from the passing time they been aboard.

"Lucky guess?" Sticks shrug off her shoulders to give a simple answer.

"So they hit the area where we chart our course, what's the worry?" Marine ponders that even as a captain herself to chart courses doesn't see the problem if they don't know where they been to or not.

"It's also where we have the Chaos Emeralds and Sol Emeralds lock away. They are helping us find where the missing Sol Emeralds are located." Nicole explains the serious manner of the chamber's use and it holds important items.

"What happens if such an event occurred that those bombs blow up in that area?" Shoe asked with a nervously but curious thought on the subject.

"That's just it, the explosion was only just enough to leave a wreckage small enough for only of something small enough to get through." Nicole held her chin from understanding that they stop the attacks, but that doesn't mean something can't just slip in unnoticed while their ship is under attack.

"Wait, didn't the warship focus everything on defense and offense, what about scans of infiltration?" Spada asked from thinking this might have been a plan set by the enemy.

"You think those recon birds learn where the emeralds are kept and tried to make an opening there?" Aguni ponders that such a planning seems very unexpected, but not impossible to push aside.

"Nah, maybe we're just being paranoid. Right Nicole?" Shoe brushed off from trying to stay positive of the whole thing.

"Well…I didn't detect any of those robots enter the warship?" Nicole states that there was no security breach, but she still felt uncertain.

"Well I'm sure it was just a coincidence, not like the enemy knew where to attack while everyone was distracted and secretly plans to rob us, right?" Claptrap shrug off to simply say these things to try to stay sarcastically positive on such a manner of chances to happen.

That did not boost much confidence as Claptrap would have known if he tried to read the room, but knowing that time was ticking meant there was no time to waste. So the group had to venture forth further into the Battle Bird Armada's main ship to find a way to get what they had, and get out.

MEANWHILE

ABOARD THE LEO CARRIER

The scene opens to an empty corridor where we spot the Babylon Rogues. They were following Wave using her scanning device. They yelped from feeling the heavy vibrations from the explosions going on outside due to a battle. In fact the ceiling lights were emergency lights to allows those to not be in the dark due to power being used for facing the Battle Bird Armada.

"Wave are you sure we are going the right direction?" Storm asked from thinking they are lost.

"Trust me, according to my device, their entire network is linked to navigation." Wave spoke with confidence that where she leads her team, is in the right direction.

"Perfect, let's get what we want and then vamoose! All that stuff happening outside is giving me a headache." Jet issue on wanting to hurry this up, the battle outside is causing the whole warship to vibrate and shake.

"And all those explosions are rocking the place too." Storm gave his two cents on what's happening while missing what Jet said was very similar.

"Ugh, come on you two. It's this way." Wave rolled her eyes at these guys being so impatient.

Now the moment shows the thieves enter a sliding door that lead to a darken chamber. The trio enter but there was hardly any light which Storm yelped from bumping into a center console table.

"Hey Wave, a little light if you would?" Hey asked the smart one for a simple light switch action.

"Most of the ship's energy is converge, so we can't be bother about being stuck in the dark." Wave firmly reminds her crew that they have to work without drawing too much attention to themselves.

"Easy for you to say with a light." Jet remarks how Wave is the only one who is currently using a device that has a bright light to guide her in this dark place.

"Relax…" Wave played around by the wall consoles before lighting up some monitors. "See, the monitor here lights up this place very nicely." Wave smiled from having done her part to head light on the situation.

"Um, what's all this mumbo jumbo stuff?" Storm points to the monitor from seeing a row of figures, words, numbers and other data that's way over his IQ level.

"Unreal…?" Wave took a moment to study the display data very carefully. "According to this, this ship was originally one of Eggman's Egg Carriers, and was reconstructed into a new vessel and it's more advance then before. And now there's so much here, including some researching technologies beyond just rediscovering the Babylonian tech." Wave was amazed by what she has found out that is more then she even imagine.

"Really, like what?" Jet raise an eyebrow to ponder what else this group has been up to.

"Jet, according to this data, it's not been over a year and somehow all this research data was recently recorded." Wave pointed out a major discovery on how far this research and data has been answered. "The methods on advance robotics and creation of new weaponry is off the charts. I doubt even Eggman would have done this much?" Wave pointed out the major areas that were covered which would have been hard for a certain evil genius to crack.

"Heh, so the guy has some completion." Jet smirks from finding this a bit assuming, mostly to tease Eggman that someone beat him to such areas.

"There's more, someone has figured a way to create life. And they're Ultimate Lifeforms, the same as Shadow." Wave exclaim on discovering a big shock on what the next data revolves around one subject.

"That black hedgehog, oh, he's scary." Storm scratch his back head from knowing who Shadow is, and he can be dangerous to mess with.

"Yeah, but look at these guys." Wave points to the latest batch of new lifeforms that were created, including past versions of Leo. "And that's our mysterious lion man who's bounty went up. It looks like he's undergone some evolution." Wave specified what sort of thing is going on that someone who seem like a small lion anthropomorphic could change, grow and evolve.

"As fun and exciting as this may all be, can we wrap this up with what we came for?" Jet rolled his eyes from finding that this stuff was over the top of his head, and just wants to focus on what they came for.

"Oh, yes…right." Wave yelps from getting ahead of herself, and quickly type on the keyboard to pull up other data. "Okay, I have the plans and we can acquire the replica versions of the Arks of the Cosmos." Wave quickly works on the data of their ancient Babylonian technology that was display on the monitor and was right for the picking.

"Perfect, then let's grab them to go." Jet issue on wanting to quickly grab what they came for before anything else happens.

"Um, boss…I don't think we're the only ones here?" Storm noticed something odd from a bright light behind them.

That's when from the center console table was lit to reveal place settings of 7 Chaos Emeralds, and from the center were the already collected Sol Emeralds. And from the shadows was a figure reaching for the two Sol Emeralds when looking back to realize…his silent stealth mode was a bust.

"What the…the Emeralds!?" Wave gasped upon seeing all seven Chaos Emeralds and two more in one place.

"He's stealing our loot!" Jet snapped in anger that someone was trying to steal from those already in the progress of stealing.

"I GOT HIM BOSS!" Storm shouted as he got his big body ready to engage.

Storm charge forth to attack the guy, but the intruder slipped through with vast speed. Then the Babylon Rogues suddenly took action with Wave swinging her wrench and Jet using his Bansho Fans that corner the guy directly where strong bright light display who he was. A green-feathered anthropomorphic birdwith red color eyes and a yellow beak. The attire consists of a white sleeveless jumpsuit with red stripe patterns on the sides and legs, a red neckerchief, brown gloves, matching goggles with red lenses and long brown boots with light brown cuffs, stripes and soles.

Battle Kukku XVI

AKA - Speedy

"Oh great, just what we need, it's Speedy!?" Jet slapped his forehead from seeing who they had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting here.

"The Battle Lord's son?" Storm raise an eyebrow, surprise that the one leading the Battle Bird Armada, sent his son to do the thieving.

"I didn't expect this?" Wave scratch her head from being equally surprise by this.

"Ugh, you Rogues! I was in the middle of a job!?" Speedy held his forehead from not believing who he ran into. "I guess just these two will have to do." He held what appears to be a sack with glowing lights.

"He's taken something! It must have been the emeralds we saw?" Wave issue on what Speedy took was the energy incase emeralds.

"Storm, how many emeralds are there…?" Jet asked if any of those they saw were snatch away.

"Ugh, I think…all seven?" Storm looks around the console table to see all seven color emeralds in place.

"You sure you counted?" Wave asked from thinking the big guy may have counted wrong.

"Hey! I know how to count!" Storm protest from being accused on not being able to do something as simple as that.

"Well if all seven are still there? Then what did he take?" Jet was puzzled if the Chaos Emeralds weren't the target, what did Speedy take.

"As much as I wanna chat more, I have another engagement. My father hates waiting." Speedy remarks this matter to the thieves with a dry tone. "So while I ran through, I set a bomb somewhere. And it's big enough to destroy a warship this size like that. Good luck finding it." He reveals what he did before having come here, and if the Babylon Rogues are smart…they won't stick around for long.

Then Speedy press a device on the jumpsuit that deployed into some sort of exoskeleton suit, now wearing a lime green helmet with the Battle Bird Armada's insignia on the front, a pair of white and red gauntlets with sharp metal claws, and a white jetpack. That's when Speedy shot pass the Babylon Rogues even faster speed to escape with the two Sol Emeralds seen inside the sack bag.

"Oh no! We gotta get out of here boss!?" Storm yelps upon realizing they can't stay or they will be blown up.

"No way! Babylon Rogues never run in fear!" Jet protest on not wanting to be seen as cowards.

"Really Jet?" Wave raise an eyebrow, finding that statement a bit hard to swallow.

"Look, if we left, leaves a bad taste in my mouth that we might be pin as the blame of what happen. So we find the bomb, stop it from blowing up, and then take what we want. So come on! Get searching!" Jet issue on wanting to make sure that they aren't left to be blame for this mess by those Battle Bird Armada bozos.

Now this was certainly a surprise to Wave and Storm, but they nod their heads in deciding to follow Jet's lead. The Babylon Rogues used their Extreme Gear to quickly boost their speed effort to find where the super bomb is, and stop it from blowing the whole warship up. A battle outside and a battle inside, things are never as easy as everyone thinks today could have gone.

MEANWHILE

ABOARD THE BATTLE FORTRESS II

The scene opens opens to show what events are happening. We spot Spade, Aguni, Lobo, Flora, Shoe, Sticks, Marine, Trip, along with Claptrap and Nicole approaching a new area. There was a lot of noise, so only Spada, Lobo, and Nicole went ahead to scout ahead. What was waiting turn out to be a large hanger bay filled with thousands of armed troops. All anthropomorphic birds with sharp orange beaks and feet, and a blue plumage. Many are wearing blue-armored avian theme outfits with exoskeleton suit features with large helmets in the shape like a shark fin and have black goggles. They have the Battle Bird Arma insignia on the front, a pair of white and blue gauntlets with sharp metal claws, and a white jetpack. And they are armed with laser rifles, launchers, bombs, you name it. And many were preparing final preparations with some Metal Wings and Swallow Bombs on standby. At this time Nicole scan to display the enemy's data to determine their strength:

ELITE TROOPERS Lv.65

TYPE: BIRDS

RANK: FOOT SOLDIERS

POWER LEVEL: 35,000 (50,000 - Weaponry Firepower)

Info: They are the newly train army troops of the newly reform Battle Bird Armada. At first they were diverted into several different foot soldier classes, but have now become a more efficient class group all together. With new arsenal of weaponry and exoskeleton armor upgrades to boost their strength, speed and power, they can destroy robot troops of GUN and the Eggman forces no problem. They are made to follow orders and coordinate attacks. When there are over 1000 of them on the battlefield with superior firepower, they could pose a serious threat especially when their numbers and weaponry to mechs and robots join to raise the bar higher.

After judging the enemy we se the three sneak back to the others that were waiting for their return. But judging from the expressions, it does not look good.

"Well there's no way we can hit them from afar." Lobo shook his head from seeing the state of the enemy is not normal.

"Or blow them up?" Sticks asked about maybe using explosive force instead.

"Must you think explosives are the answers?" Flora asked from how this badger girl sees the world in such an odd way.

"Well we can't really blend in, we don't look anything like them." Trip issue on knowing it's hard to blend in with a uniform group of enemies.

"Well except if we stole their uniforms." Marine spoke a possible idea on how they can achieve such a thing.

"Well Trip's uniform might pass off, add some duck tape with a beak and you got it." Shoe smiled from thinking up a whacky idea they could try.

"Um, thanks…I guess?" Trip sheepishly blush to hid her expression under the helmet.

"Well according to my calculations, the odds of a successful stealth operation in this scenario is…" Claptrap was heard as everyone turns to see what results he has of their chances here. "Zero Percent?" But when Claptrap reveal the results, it left he stun speechless. "WOW! You never see that?" He was all surprised and amazed by they had zero percent. "Eh guess that's it then, back to the escape jet, right?" He asked from thinking there was nothing they can do but getaway.

"Claptrap, did you factor in a distraction?" Aguni asked from having form an idea they can try to use.

"Course. I analyzed 16 million versions where one of you creates a distraction. Base on your abilities and personality." Claptrap replied to point at the group on seeing how everyone was put into such different simulations to distract the enemy. "Total Failure." He waved off his arms that nothing worked out from all 16 million types of ways the young folks could achieve things without suffering consequences.

"No, not one of us." Aguni remarks that it's not any of them doing the distraction part.

"Oh, you mean Nicole who I forgot to use because we're the only AIs around?" Claptrap asked from looking at the holo-lynx.

"No, not her either." Aguni replied to stating this fact while narrowing down the choice pick.

"Wait who else is there…" Claptrap was looking at the others who stare at him before… "On no…?" He yelps upon realizing where this discussion was going.

"Nicole, what do you think?" Spade turns to ask Nicole if this could work.

"Well Claptrap was given some updated upgrades to survive against being destroyed, he may have the higher chance." Nicole shrug off lightly to say this, but was not certain by how much Claptrap could take such a beating.

"Even if he has an annoying habit, it take something much more to get those soldiers to focus on him?" Lobo firmly shook his head from knowing it'll take a lot to get the enemies to Solly focus on Claptrap to give them a chance to slip through unnoticed.

"Oh, I have an idea that might be crazy enough to work." Shoe smiled from having come up with a great idea on how to attract the enemy's attention.

"Really, I got an idea that might work too. Let's discuss it." Sticks issue on having thought about a way to also get on the enemy's bad side with something crazy.

That's when Sticks and Shoe were discussing the topic together, and then afterwards nodded. And then the girls whisper something for only Claptrap to hear before the bot was given time to process what they suggest he try.

"Um, you sure that will work?" Claptrap asked from sounding uncertain.

"Positive." The girls replied with a certain sly smile on their cheeks.

"Well, guess I'll give it a try…I guess?" Claptrap exclaim while the last part sounded a bit uncertain with worry.

Now the scene focuses on where Claptrap was seen going down as the others watch from afar. At this moment we see Claptrap rolling down as he was interacting with the soldiers.

"Haha…Coming Through…" Claptrap nervously laughs as he was moving pass the enemy.

"Hugh, who's this?" One soldier asked from seeing the robot.

"Not one of ours?" Another soldier stated on knowing their army's robot units.

"Hi there." Claptrap waved off to give a friendly greeting. "How you doing!" Claptrap continued to be all friendly while still moving pass a few of these guys.

"Have we always had this bot?" Another soldier ponders this to his buddy.

"Not sure?" That soldier replied from being as uncertain as the rest.

"Hahaha, hahah…" Claptrap lets loose another bit of laughter from the stares he's receiving. "Ah just a little nervous laughter to crack the ice." He admits that his laughing was nervous especially in this situation.

"Say, wasn't this the bot from that island we last visited?" A nearby soldier ponders on where they seen Claptrap before.

"Yeah, why's he here?" The soldier checking the bombs was certain they recognize Claptrap from a visit where they got their supplies.

"Just rolling through town, looking for a good time." Claptrap proclaimed his reason for being here was sightseeing.

Course as Claptrap was wheeling ahead, many of the Elite Troopers found this suspicious. Piece by piece it was forming in their minds that they never had this robot. But then why was this bot even doing here and casually going about without any worries.

"Ladies and gentlemen. Your attention please. Heh!" Claptrap humbly clap his hands and turns around to present himself to the crowd.

The Elite Troopers all gathered around with both suspicion and curiosity. What was this little robot up to that he wanted to get their attention; especially before they were gonna engage in battle soon.

"I am here because I want to be and not for a more justifiable reason like trying to be a distraction." Claptrap issue on what he was doing while trying to sell it off as the truth. "And even though anyone rational would suspect it was just part of a 'crude plan'…" Claptrap made hand gestures in making a rhetorical remark on how the wise guys would se through this act. "I have decided entirely on my own to say the following." Claptrap exclaim on bracing himself on what he has to say to these troops.

The others were watching from above to bear witness the distraction in action. Though many wonder if Claptrap may have tried to sell this off so awkwardly that maybe it was not fooling anyone. Well that was about to change in what the bot did next…

"Y'all Turkeys need to eat your own behinds with your…" Claptrap pointed to the Elite Troopers with this remark, which made the others seem stump of what the robot was doing. "Doodoo-Mouth Fowl Faces…" One spots Shoe and Sticks trying to slowly mouth off the words of what Claptrap was saying as if encouraging the bot to do it without stopping. "Until you Perish from loser disease like the stupid booger brains that you…is." Claptrap finally finish what he had to say, but was concern from knowing those insult remarks he said…might have been too much.

"Hmm-hmm-hmm…" Shoe let loose a snicker as Sticks couldn't help but cackle under her breath.

"Hugh…really?" Lobo signs from seeing such a ridiculous act.

"I don't follow if those insults are enough to help cause a distraction?" Nicole ponders if that was actually suppose to work.

"I fear the plan may have failed." Spada signs from being that plan was a royal bust.

"Yeah, I take another look if I was wondering if that work or not." Aguni cuts in the discussion from seeing what was happening right now.

Suddenly the sound of loaded weapons were heard as everyone saw the Elite Troopers take up arms. And from Claptrap's view, he saw the words 'DANGER LEVEL: HIGH' from pointing at every enemy locating on target to the troublemaker.

"Was that too much?" Claptrap asked from sensing hostile levels were rising up. "It was too much wasn't it?" The bot was realizing he may have over-sell-it just a bit on his part. "What took it over the edge?" The bot asked from not knowing what may have push things over the edge. "Was it the Doodoo-Mouth Fowl Faces?" Claptrap issue to repeat the following of what he said earlier that these guys didn't like when…"Bangbangbangbang!/Ow! Ow! Owowowowowowo!?" The enemies were blasting poor Claptrap with multiple laser shots damaging the bot's armor.

"There that's the signal." Flora issue from seeing the distraction in progress.

"Come one!" Nicole informs the others to follow her while the distraction is going on.

"Ow-Ow! Oh Maday!? See the robot dance!?" Claptrap yelps from the continue firing attacks while the others were slowly sneaking down the steps. "Waaahhh…Oh ah oh!? Not My Programming?" The bot was really looking like he was suffering heavy damage to the body. "Ooowwwhhh! YNeee-Nuurrhhh-WWwoooh-Woouurrhh!?" All the while the others managed to safely make it through to the other side as all the soldiers fire at the irritating badmouthing robot. "Oh that's going to leave a mark!? Ow-ow-ow, ooh…" Claptrap yelps from the damage starting to get a little intensive now. "Primal Alert.." Claptrap was seen heading for a large air vent to climb up while still being shot at. "You Got Me! Okay? I'm Dead!? How bout that?" Claptrap issue from trying to make it sound like he was on his last leg but the shooting was not over… "AAAAAAAAAaaaahhhhhhhhh!?" Claptrap was heard screaming as he began to drop down to continue suffering the battle damages.

At that moment the Elite Troopers were starting to feel good for finally shutting that annoying robot down. But then without warning, an alarm was going off with the floor splitting open. At that time, the Elite Troopers suddenly look down to realize there was no floor, and like a cartoon gag…yelped as they drop down screaming. Afterwards the lower deck slowly closed up while everyone was flabbergasted by this sudden action they didn't se coming. At the same time, a little pop-up message appeared:

"Wow mates, that has to be the fastest way to clear an entire bunch of enemies I ever saw?" Marine was all amazed in how that really cleared a bunch of bad guys in record time.

"And the most funny too." Shoe smiled from thinking that was funny to see.

"But what about Claptrap? Is he gonna be alright?" Trip asked from fearing the bot has suffered greatly.

"If Claptrap was built to handle that, it be impressive." Aguni issue on thinking the robot handle worse, so…he should be fine, right?

"I'm still detecting his signal, he's right over…there." Nicole issue from pointing where Claptrap was, and just coming around the corner was the bot in question looking like scrap.

"Excellent plan…" Claptrap exclaim with a weak voice as he was wobbling around. "Who would have guess they shoot me…right?" The bot was utterly amazed that such an act would work out in the end. "Duuuagh!?" Then he collapsed as Trip was seen checking the brave bot that took a lot of shots for them.

"Well, we survived." Marine smiled that they got through without suffering any casualties.

"Gurgh-Nuurggh…" Claptrap groans a bit as he lightly push his arms to hold the body up. "Pop!" And then in an instant, pops off the scrap metal armor to replace with new armor like he never been shot.

"So much for your zero percent." Aguni smiled from seeing they beat the odds that Claptrap said they never make it through.

"You're not out yet." Claptrap remarks that just cause they survive this action, doesn't mean they are safe.

While preparing to head off, Trip accidentally knock a box down that contain loads of latest tech weaponry. And all around were loads of stuff just sitting around packed with blasters, bazookas, missiles, grenades and bombs, you name it, they had it.

"Would you look at all this stuff here? They really were preparing for war?" Spada issue on seeing how much arsenal the enemy was packing away.

"This much may have been sold through Nocturnus while under a different ownership." Nicole estimates the manner on how the enemy obtain such goods.

"Well while the guards are away, let's grab some spare weapon toys." Shoe smiled to say while packing a few extra good stuff in her zipper pouches.

"Well it would be better to keep these things from harming innocents, our king may even support this act." Lobo rubs his chin from thinking what would be the best move to help their side out.

"Great, so let's get to work. Trip, you be look out." Aguni asked Trip to handle a little lookout duty while they handle the work to obtain the enemy's resources.

Trip was a bit hesitant at first, but she decided that task doesn't sound too bad; it's just watching out for any enemy signs, right. So as everyone was working to grab the weapons the armada was preparing to use, Trip spotted something down a large corridor distance…it looked to be moving with glimmering eyes and made loud treadmill sounds before it's feature resemble…a Bird-Tank!?

"HUGH!?" Trip gasped upon seeing those things were heading right for those stacking up on stuff.

"Okay Trip, you want one." Marine smiled to have a little grenade to share.

"Tanks…" Trip muttered in shock to say what she saw.

"Your welcome mate." Marine smiled to give the grenade to Trip under a misunderstanding.

"No Tanks…" Trip muttered with a worried look on her face.

"Are you sure? Nicole says they're give us an edge. Try it…" Marine asked from thinking Trip doesn't know what she's missing.

"Tanks…" Trip exclaim to again try and warn those under a nervous tone.

"Your welcome." Marine smiled to thank the girl and gave the grenade to her.

"No TANKS!" Trip push back the gift with a more denied and worried expression.

"What's with you Shelia? Ya wanna or not?" Marine raise an eyebrow, not sure if Trip wants the weapon or not.

"TANKS!" Trip yelled from trying to say what she saw.

"You're Welcome!" Marine exclaim to push the grenade towards the girl to just accept it but…

"NOOOOO TAAAAANKS!" Trip thrown the grenade away and yelled directly to tell Marine what was coming.

"WELL MAKE UP YOUR MIND!?" Marine yelled back at not understanding what Trip was even trying to say.

Suddenly there was a loud vibration, and then something bust through the area that caused the group to scatter for cover. And then what appeared from the smokescreen was something that left many stump. Large crow-like tanks with red, blue and green color theme with flat wing-arms, red goggles with yellow beaks, and in the chest area had the Battle Bird Armada insignia. That's when a pop-up screen appeared with some data:

Info: These newly created vehicles have been design to attack by running over enemies, swing their wings to break stuff and whack hard to break building structures, and drop bombs along with dispatch machine guns to attack targets faraway. Their defense is tough like any normal tank, but only a few weak joints can be attack to disable and beat these robot tanks.

"Ohhh, tanks….yeah I think we get it now. It's the classical gag of mixing the words 'thanks' & 'tanks', it's very funny depending where you are." Sticks exclaim from realizing the typical error on phrasing the word that sounded different but could lead to confusion in discussions.

"Yeah, funny…" Aguni rolls the eyes from how that could have happen.

"Everyone, I think we better…." Nicole was about to say something

"RUN!" Claptrap yelled out in a panicky tone.

That's when the Raven Tanks were firing the bombs to blow up the areas as the others went to find cover. Shoe was seen bringing out a few extra grenades to throw at the red Raven Tank to deal damage. Then Aguni and Lobo struck with flames and light attacks when the enemy used it's wings for slashing. After just scratching the enemy's wings, Flora used her Poison Ivy to place grenades in-between the wings and blew off the arms, causing the tank to break down.

"That's one down." Marine cheered on taking down an enemy tank.

"Don't look now, but here comes tank two!" Sticks issue on seeing the second enemy coming at them.

"Eep!" Trip yelps from fearing the big tank approaching them.

Now the Blue Raven Tank was firing it's machine gun from it's mouth, forcing Marine, sTicks and Trip to yelp dodging and almost look like they were dancing. It was a bit whacky to say the least until Sticks threw her boomerang that just happen to get jam between the tread wheels which force it to stop and started to flap it's wings to move. Marine took Trip's helmet and thrown it directly into the mouth as it switch to fire bombs…only to get stuck and blew up inside.

"Yes! It worked!" Marine cheered on having taken down the tank.

"My helmet?" Trip cried out from trying to pull her helmet out and check for damage.

"Wow, that is one tough helmet?" Sticks was impressed by the helmet withstanding such damage especially from the mouth of the tank bird.

"Heeeeelp!?" Claptrap was heard screaming from nearby.

"There's only one tank left! I'll try to hack it!" Nicole issue on trying to perform her ability.

"You do that, I'll aim to attack it's vulnerable moment. Claptrap, keep distracting it!" Spada issue on a plan to strike when the enemy was not aware of what they got plan.

All that remain was the Green Raven Tank as Claptrap was busy making it focus on attacking the annoying bot. But as that was happening, Nicole was scanning to determine how to handle this tank enemy. Just as the Raven Tank caught Claptrap by whacking it's wing arms to grab him and prepare to open fire…Nicole hacked it in time. Spada was then seen performing Victory Brave to pierce the raven head that blew up, causing the tank to drop all functions.

"Yes! We did it!" Aguni cheered on them beating three enemy tanks.

"All tanks are beaten!" Shoe smiled on the success of victory.

"Thank goodness, I was worried." Flora signs with relief that it's over.

"I'll say, I was almost crushed." Claptrap wipes the sweat off his forehead, even though robots don't sweat.

"Few, I think that takes care of things." Trip signs with relief that the worse was over.

"Yeppers mates, we showed them we're a lot tougher!" Marine proudly declare that this was their win after all.

"Yeah, but how did they know we were here?" Lobo raise an eyebrow, the enemy shouldn't have known about them so why.

"Perhaps they detected our ship crashing or sense a problem when an unschedule deck was open?" Nicole ponders the logical means of what the answer could be.

"Whoo-Hoo-Hoo-Hoo! You call that a victory? What a load of malarky!" Then an old male's voice was heard cackling in a squawky kind of tone of arrogance and pride.

The others looked up at the third floor railing bridge, and there was a figure. An anthropomorphic owl who seems slightly taller then Spada but just the same height as Aguni and Lobo. Has brown feathers and orange skin on the beak and three talon feet, and has a very thick beard reaching down to the feet. Wears a red overall with blue open-toed sandals, and wears grey glasses with purple spiral designs on the lenses.

DOCTOR FUKUROKOV

Nicole recognized this character from what was in the database involving Tails Adventure game as a boss. An elderly owl with an odd, waddling manner of when he moves around and is somewhat full of himself, making his tendency to overlook little details his greatest weakness. As a renown mad scientist working for the Battle Kukku Empire and an evil doctor of the Battle Kukku Imperial Academy. However at some point in the past aided in invading Cocoa Island, but due to the interference of Tails set plans down the drawn. Even as the mad doctor let his machinery handle the two-tailed fox, he was outsmarted and defeated. In short he maybe a technological genius, but such intellect is surpassed by his overly-healthy ego. As his pride is somewhat fragile, as the defeat or destruction of any of his creations leave him shamefaced and stunned.

"Okay, this seems like the typical time for a villain to show up, or at least one member of high rank at the least?" Sticks raise an eyebrow, seeing who showed up when they least expected it.

"Nicole, who's that?" Spada asked from not knowing what sort of enemy this was.

"According to my data on enemies, this is the mad doctor of the Battle Bird Armada. Pass his awkward personality, his genius could rival Tails and Doctor Eggman. He serves the Battle Lord as one of his high rank officers to supply weapons and machinery to the army." Nicole gave a brief explanation on what type of enemy they were in the presence of.

"Yes! It is I, and you have just barely scratch the surface of what my finest creations can do." Doctor Fukurokov proclaimed on boasting his well-known reputation.

"You mean these scrapheaps?" Shoe looked at the beaten Raven Tanks in confusion.

"Yeah, not too impressive, I mean sure they were hard but still…" Aguni was hardly impressed by something they beat after getting enough time to handle these tank bots.

"No, he must have some hidden ace otherwise he wouldn't show up after we trashed his tanks." Lobo raise an eyebrow, feeling this was nothing but the tip of the iceberg this mad doctor wish to display.

"Ho-ho, some with brains I see?" Doctor Fukurokov chuckled off at seeing someone with intelligence piece things together a bit.

"Wait, I remember now. He's that whacky bird who got that other emerald you were looking for." Claptrap pointed at the mad doctor who obtain a certain jewel everyone here was seeking.

"Ah yes, you are that scrap metal from that island within the Bermuda Triangle. I must say, I profit of much materials that day with a generous businessman. Including one day visiting I stubble upon a jewel of such power." Doctor Fukurokov smiled before having boasted about the fine things he purchase and even picked up a rare jewel at the same time.

"The Sol Emerald! Okay ye cooky-buzzard, hand it over!" Marine yelps on realizing this before getting all serious and demanding he give what is theirs.

"Um, please?" Trip asked nervously from not wishing to be rude.

"Don't worry, if one of Sonic's friends being a two-tailed fox could beat these guys, we can beat this whack just as fast as those tanks!" Aguni issue from being cocky enough to not be scared, as he display his fire power and ready to burn.

"Hah! In the past we underestimated such a foe, but no more! This brand new battleship is my finest creations! You will not mar its perfection! Stand in awe of the works of the brilliant Dr. Fukurokov!" Doctor Fukurokov proclaimed forth this with eagerness on announcing himself for all to remember.

"You can't stop us, Doctor Doo…Doo-Doo…" Marine tried to say the name, but had a hard time.

"Coo-Foo-Craw?" Trip raise an eyebrow to say it right.

"Foo-Coo-Clock?" Sticks ponders if that was even the name.

"Wow, sorry mister, but that name is too whacky and goofy to say or even remember it? And I'm a nutty squirrel who enjoys a good laugh." Shoe sheepishly smile to admit they can't say the name that is very difficult to pronounce.

"Oh come on. It's not that hard…It really isn't that hard…" Doctor Fukurokov was a bit shock that no one could say his name properly. "JUST ATTACK THEM ALREADY!" He yells in rage to order an attack without hesitation.

That's when something from a large sliding door bay open, and revealed a large 40 feet tall purple humanoid machine. The wings were contractable to form a pincer hand outside flight, large bird boot-talons and tail feathers behind the rear. The whole main body was shape like a robotic head version resembling a penguin with red optic eyes, and a top hatch on the head with exhaust pipes running an engine.

"Ladies, gentlemen, and children of some age or another…" Doctor Fukurokov spoke forth like an announcer presenting a new attraction. "I give you the Greatest War Machine Ever constructed! Hoo! Whoo-Hoo! Whoo-Hoo-Hoo-Hoo-Haaa!" As the mad doctor laughs, Nicole scans the enemy robot to witness what threat level it's at:

Type: Heavy Battle Weapon

Info: After returning the army to a new standing as the Battle Bird Armada, Doctor Fukurokov invested much time in improving weapons and machines. And new mech machines was on the mad doctor's list, and constructed what would be an improvement over the Mecha Golem. They will detect targets to charge at them to effectively ram while flapping the wings. They can flight in the air and convert the edge wings into grabber hands to capture enemies to crush them or throw stuff. They are considered superior to the Raven Tanks in high defense and brute destructive purposes.

Hidden Clue: This mech contains a secret, it is powered by an obtain Sol Emerald. Unless it is removed from the Mecha, it will not be stopped. But take caution, as there is a dangerous trap if one carelessly takes the power source.

Nicole was both surprised and puzzled at the same time. Apparently the enemy did the same action as Doctor Eggman, powering one's robots with an emerald. While this may prove to be a more challenge for the young new Ultimate Lifeforms and new guest, there was something that bothered Nicole about that last part. The hidden note that mentions a trap. Not to mention even though it's Level is 2400, it's Power Level is only 100,000, whatever the reason maybe the fact remains it'll still be a tough opponent for the young lifeforms to face. But that was put aside when the dangerous machine was attacking and scattering the group. At one moment Spada held his sword to blow a strike that knocked him into crates. The other Ultimate Lifeforms threw in their basic attacks but nothing was damaging the heavier armor, but there was also a level of energy protection that was almost Chaos Energy level and force the others to run and dodge incoming enemy strikes.

"Whoo-Hoo-Hoo-Hoo! That's right, you flightless fiends! Cover before my latest Unstoppable Fighting Machine…The Mecha Penguin!" Doctor Fukurokov boast from laughing at those struggling to even come close to stopping this mech.

"Are you holding up Spada?" Flora asked from wondering if the guy who took a blow is doing well.

"Yeah, but that really deals damage." Spada exclaim from feeling like that was a close call.

"Yowzer, guess that sucker there really packs a punch!" Marine issue on knowing how strong that blow must have been after watching it happen. "But never fear mates, we can take it on." Marine cheered on trying to remain positive in the face of danger.

"Hoo-Hoo-Hoo-Hoo! Oh no you can't!" Doctor Fukurokov remarks that such an attempt is futile. "I've built my fair share of machines for the armada, even when laying low to increase our strength to someday rise up, but that is the finest in my long list of creations!" As he spoke, the owl took off his glasses to polish them during his explanation. "One day soon, the WORLD will TREMBLE at the name of Doctor Fukurokov!" He put his glasses back on to boast loudly at how everyone will know his name afterwards.

"Perhaps, but they won't be able to pronounce it…" Sticks remarks on seeing nobody will be able to say the crazy owl's name.

"Yeah I'm a robot, and I'm not sure if one can say Doctor Fu Coo Roku?" Claptrap issue from thinking it's a hard name to say to anyone that doesn't known how to pronounce it right.

"I don't think it's a good idea to say that right now?" Trip exclaim from sounding worried and that they are pushing it now.

"Take this!" Shoe then throws in a few extra grenades at the Mecca Penguin, but instead of exploding it flash a bright light.

"Flash Grenades, good timing." Lobo exclaim on seeing that should help blind the enemy.

"That'll buy us some time. But not much, we need to hit it with stronger blows." Aguni issue that from what they managed to do, normal attacks are barely scratching the thing.

"That should be plenty. I've already gather what I could. Here's the plan." Nicole spoke to have those gather to briefly hear what she has to say and display a holographic image. "The enemy has a vital weak point, it's drawing energy from the Sol Emerald inside. If it's removed…" She was explaining what steps are needed when…

"Great, but how we gonna pull that off? Sticks asked from thinking this was gonna be a problem to achieve.

"With a little wrench and demolition charges just lying around should do the trick." Shoe smiled to pull a few surprises from her zipper pockets.

"Hey! Stop embarrassing me and DESTROY them!" Doctor Fukurokov snapped at the Mecha Penguin that was struggling from being temporally blind.

"CRASH!" Then the enemy robot charged at where the opponents were but missed and instead ram to leave a damage in the wall side.

"GAHK! Don't damage the new fortress either, you tactless fool!" Doctor Fukurokov yelps from when the Mecha Penguin did such a careless action to harm their new base instead of dealing with the targets.

"I think time's up in stalling the enemy?" Claptrap issue on being that the time to act is now.

"Be safe everyone. Remember what needs to be done." Nicole issue on hoping that everyone can handle this enemy.

"Will do, good luck." Spada exclaim on wishing everyone the best here.

Now the situation shows everyone splitting of to perform a certain task against this powerful machine. First we see Shoe doing Rolling Stomper by performing rapid rotations and smashes the mocha foe with the tires of her roller skates. Now while that alone did not seem to do anything to really damage it, the ideal attempt did leave some scratch marks on the machine's paint job which caught the mad doctor's attention.

"Stop Martin' my beautiful killer walking armor, you…" Doctor Fukurokov was protesting a bit until…he saw something get broke. "GAHK! Cut that out!" He yelps from seeing Lobo was cutting the side of the wall with his claws when performing Light Nail to pierce through.

The battle continued as the Mad Doctor was distracted, allowing the others to focus on handling Mecha Penguin who was not getting instructions. During which Nicole and Claptrap worked on approaching the blindspots to use the tools to loosen the bolts of the backside engine.

"There we go!" Claptrap cheered from having loosen a bolt.

"Quickly now!" Nicole instructs as they quickly move away before the mecha could notice them as they fled.

"NOBLE HEART!" Then Aguni performed a flame uppercut to the penguin mech's face before it saw what was going on. "CRASH!" That attack just managed to knock the mecha off balance to fall on it's rear while trying to get up again.

"ACORN BOMB!" Shoe pulls out her exploding acorns from her zipper pockets to throw them at the target. "KABOOM-KABOOM, KABOOM!" The explosions were making their mark to slowly deal damage against the powerful machine.

"Stop Tearing Up My Beautiful…EEK!" Doctor Fukurokov yelps because without warning….Sticks came up to his face.

"It's over, Doctor Fooboo!" Sticks issue a threat to the nutty owl.

"It's pronounced…!" Doctor Fukurokov was about to correct how to say his name but…

"Look, not gonna lie, but we don't care! Now listen…if you want for that mecha to stay in one piece, you need to call it off!" Sticks threaten the guy on what will happen if he crosses with them. "Ugh!" Suddenly an attack from an extended grip claw from Mecha Penguin trapped the pager girl.

"You arrogant Fool! Nothing can destroy such masterful craftsmanship!" Doctor Fukurokov remarks in rage that such foolish actions cannot beat his genius brain and machines.

"Oh, yeah?" Sticks remarks with a sly smile even while in a trap state.

That's when Sticks threw her boomerang out with it tied with bottles of gunpowder. The boomerang hit the robot which shatter the bottles and spread gunpowder around the mech's joints. And then Aguni performs Monkey Ball and fires off an aura of flames, causing several explosions in the joints especially when the group did a little work on weakening the structure hold of the machine. And the entire Mecha Penguin broke down apart all over which at the same time freed Sticks of her captive state all while only the pilot seen looking a little burned from the flames. When the enemy saw it was surrounded, it yelps to flee the scene. And then glimmering under the pile, Aguni reach in to pull a strange gear-shape device containing a red color Sol Emerald.

"Hah! How do like that, your so called best broke down and we got the Sol Emerald." Aguni cheered as he showed victory on besting the enemy's machine and gain their prize in the making.

"Egads! This is…this is…" Doctor Fukurokov exclaim in somewhat shock until… "Hoo-Hoo-Hoo…" Now at first it sounded like crying, but…the expression seem more like a sly laughter.

"Um, is it considered normal when a villain laughs at his defeat?" Claptrap asked from sensing that this does not match how an opponent reacts to losing.

"Normally this action would leave me quite in a fowl mood, but allow me to present my creations' trump card!" Doctor Fukurokov grins from having secretly left a 'present' as a safety measure.

"Trump card!? What trump card?" Marine raise an eyebrow after what they just heard.

"While I scan the mecha, there was a hidden secret I found and the warning we took precaution to plan before engaging? But I assume after we destroyed the machine, the danger would be neutralized…unless…?" Nicole theorized to her best knowledge of the correct course, unless there was something they overlooked.

That's when the red Sol Emerald was emitting Chaos Energy by the strange device, causing a flame aura to burst forth. The others yelped from the heat, but Aguni who held the thing only briefly shield his eyes while not letting go as he brace himself from the flowing high heat temperature.

"Aguni, drop it! The Sol Emerald channels fire energy, if left uncheck could burn everyone." Spada warns his friend of the possible danger one could face against an unstable and uncontrollable Chaos Energy from another dimension.

"No way! Besides, I'm a fire type and an Ultimate Lifeform, I can handle this heat and absorb it so no one gets hurt!" Aguni protest in trying to make it sound like he has everything under control or at least thinks he does.

"Ho, well I'm glad to hear that, I been meaning to find such a test subject." Doctor Fukurokov exclaim on anting to see what happens here.

"Test subject?" Flora asked from not liking the sound of that.

"You don't mean…" Trip let like the answer would not be to their liking.

"Whoo-Hoo-Hoo-Hoo! Surprise, are we? Well as much as I love my creation, this was actually a Phase 1 Stage of it's performance." Doctor Fukurokov explains what was happening here for those uncertain of what was n play now. "I place the jewel in a Chaos Amplifier Device, which did power my machines but it was just the beginning. Now it will begin Phase 2 Stage, and it looks like I didn't need to prepare the pilot for it. You fools provided me with an even better one!" The kooky owl reveal much of his diabolical and crazy plan as the Sol Emerald's energy levels began rising at an alarming rate.

"Urrrgh…hugh!?" Aguni seem to be slightly struggling, but something else was happening that occurred when staring at the emerald…as if the flickering flames and motion see to put him in a trance.

"Aguni! Get rid of that emerald!" Lobo yells to warn Aguni of the trap set in motion.

"Wah…I can't…I….hear them?" Aguni muttered from acting as if paralyzed by something he has no control over. "Screams…someone's screams?" He muttered as if he was hearing screams that no one else could hear but him.

"AAAAAAAAAhhhhhhhh…." A female scream was heard from the emerald, as the flames came from the emerald slowly engulf the ruin Mecha Penguin and Aguni.

"UURRAGH!?" Aguni was seen screaming from what was happening as everyone watch in silence. "GRRAAAAA-AAARRRRRUUUAAAAHHH!?" Aguni continues screaming as the metal was lifted off the broken machine to cover the guy while slowly melting and morphing as the young monkey emits a flaming glow that flashes over.

"It can't be…is this possibly…an evolution?" Nicole gasped upon seeing what was happening, this was almost beyond even her calculation of seeing the new Ultimate Lifeforms evolve through strange but unique moments.

"HRRAARRrrrrrr…" Agony's roaring scream could be heard from the glowing flame aura body as it grew with the metal debris slowly forming shape for the body as it undergoes change.

"Guys…I think we may have a problem?" Claptrap exclaim as the flaming glow light show dims down a bit, but then Aguni began to stretch out from a fiddle position to stand taller then everyone.

Now standing before the crowd was a tall dragon creature with avian characteristics almost 5 meters in height. Stands upright like a human with legs and arms. The head had a bird-like beak, albeit filled with razor-sharp teeth, red color raptor-like eyes. The helmet was silver with crimson stripes, an emblem and Jurassic Triceratops style type horns. There was orange flame-like feathered wings, sharp claws on each limbs, and the entire muscular body was covered in crimson armor, inlaid with silver panels and gold etchings. Both of the forearms were equipped with triangular, golden super weapons and has a thick armored tail. This creature was like some sort of evolved mythical dragonoid warrior.

"Ho-ho, this is better then I hoped. Now demonstrate your power." Doctor Fukurokov exclaim with evil joy before ordering the new servant to act.

"GGGrrrrrrr….Arrrrrugh!?" Aguni lets loose a low growl, the red angry eyes filled with rage. "GRRRAAARRRRRRROOORRRRRRR!" Suddenly without warning, flames began bursting outside the armor, as if a wild beast was gonna go on a reckless rampage.

"EVERYONE! MOVE!" Spada yelled from fearing what was coming their way.

"GGRRRUUUU-OOORRRR-AARRROORRRR!" Aguni's wailing cry sounds like he's unable to maintain control over it's vast flame powers spreading out all over him.

"What have you done to him!?" Lobo glared at the mad doctor owl for this action to their friend.

"A little insurance if you may, our business broker gave me a splendid tech that channels Chaos Energy inside a host with the device if hook to an emerald. Unlike Chaos Emeralds, the Sol Emeralds carried a fiery power source. But I figured a way to tweak it." Doctor Fukurokov reveals the manner of nature of what has change Aguni from making direct contact to the Sol Emerald inside the device.

"Tweaked it!?" Spada raise an eyebrow, not liking the sounds of it.

"That doesn't sound good." Sticks firmly felt if any mad doctors did some tweaking there's no telling what results it could bring.

"Yes, the Chaos Amplifier empowers both living and the mechanical weaponry. When enough energy is exhibited, develops a means of transforming one to become a living mech-armor suited warrior to rival the near power feat of one known as Perfect Chaos - the Vritra Warrior." Doctor Fukurokov explains the nature of creating that which could almost rival Chaos himself.

"GGRrrrruaarrrhh…." Aguni growls in rage, seeing so many of those before him. "GRRRAAAUUUOOO-AAARRRARRRRRRHHHHH!" That's when Aguni releases another roar with flame aura launching off the backside.

"We gotta restrain him before he hurts himself." Nicole informs the group on what measurements they need to stop Aguni.

"Him!? Try US!?" Claptrap remarks on seeing they are the ones going to get hurt at this rate.

"POISON IVY!" Flora summoned her ivy vines to restrain Aguni but… "BURN!/Ahhhh!?" The raging flames burn the ivy vines and Flora yelps from letting got but the fire burn her main hands.

"SLASH!" Lobo used his claws to perform Light Nail and slice the vines from the hands of Flora as she just but the flames put out with some burns. "Forget it Flora, you're plant-base abilities can't handle those flames?" Lobo knew that this was not a job for one that uses plant-like abilities against a natural enemy like fire.

"Hmmm…I'm sorry…" Flora slight cringe to hold her hands, even as part lizard, she's still part plant and she was not careful in playing around with fire.

"You think it's hot now, just wait and see." Doctor Fukurokov issue on how things are just getting started here.

"PYRO BARRAGE!" Aguni announced as the mirror wrist rotate to reveal the revolver blasters underneath. "Pow-Pow-Pow-Pow-Pow-Pow!" That's when fire barrages of flames shots looking like bullets were released. "Boom! Bam! KABOOM!" Each shot impacted against the hanger, knocking down stuff unable to endure the shots and some caught on fire.

"Yikes!? Perhaps that's a little TOO much Firepower?" Doctor Fukurokov yelps upon witnessing this display inside his own ship. "Hey You! Learn to restrain using that in our base." He lashed and yelled at the creature for being too reckless while trying to activated the emergency sprinklers.

"Ouch! Hot Stuff Coming At Us!?" Claptrap yelps from evading the deadly fireballs of destruction.

"Quick, which of you has a water power?" Sticks looks to hoping the others have a means to fight fire.

"Sorry, none of us have anything like that?" Shoe shrug off her shoulders as none of them have water base abilities.

"The only ones that could counter fire is Panja and Ouja, but they are not here." Spada exclaim from fearing those with the proper elements are not around to help them.

"Well this isn't good mates? At this rate he'll burn the whole base. Or the whole world!?" Marine exclaim from fearing they are literally up a creak without a paddle.

"A little too much negative thinking there Marine?" Spada issue from sensing that was a bit of an overkill subject.

"At this rate they outta rename this area the Burning Bay?" Sticks remarks on what this place be called with the flames dying down a bit from the sudden sprinklers that took care of things

"Lookout!" Trip yelled from seeing something behind the smoke.

"GRUUARRRGH!/KICK!" Too fast to se Aguni rushed to knee-kick Lobo off.

"Uuuagh!?" Lobo was knock across the ground until he lay on his back.

"HURGH-HURGH-HURGH! GRRUUARGH!/KICK!" Aguni continued it's rush assault by kicking Lobo and Spada who guarded with a blade.

"GAAAugh!?/UUuagh!" Lobo yelped while Spada's impact knock him across the ground.

"GRrrrrrrrr…." Aguni snarls angry, lifts a right foot up over the white lion cub knight.

"CLASH!/Uuuagh….Aguni, wait…" Spada tried to withstand being crushed but his strength was not able to fight a mighty beast like this.

"Grrrruuarrr…." Aguni snarls without hesitation, held up it's right hand when… "Wait…" Aguni's voice was heard speaking, as the Vritra creature lowered it's right hand down. "What am I doing?" Aguni's voice spoke within his subconsciousness, the red eyes flash bright light-blue…

"Oh this it, we're about to get checked out and crushed like tin cans!?" Claptrap exclaim fearing they are so finished here when…

"Wait, look again!" Nicole stops those watching in worry of what's happening now. "Spada, quickly…mov away!" She instructs the young white loin to getaway.

"Hugh, ri-right!?" Spada yelps from hearing that and saw a chance to slip away.

"What are you standing doing nothing for? Attack!" Doctor Fukurokov snapped from seeing the battle was halt without warning.

"Gotta stay in control…" Aguni's voice echoed in the mind, as Vritra Dragon remove the foot to allow Spada to escape. "These guys are my friends. I have to keep reminding myself that." The camera zooms around the light-blue eyes before we see what Aguni sees.

"Bah, apparently there are still adjustments. Fortunately, turning up the power should produce faster results." Doctor Fukurokov remarks this touchy scene, and uses a device on hand to turn the dial tone up: which cause the Chaos Amplifier on Aguni to react and release strange chaotic aura flare waves on the guy.

"Wait a second?" Aguni's voice echoed in his mind with a second thought; as if sensing something inside. "If they are my friends, why are they attacking me?" Soon through the Vritra Dragon's eyes fell upon the images of Spada and Lobo that stood ready to engage him.

Then the eyes began to turn red of what Aguni was seeing. The images of the friends were alter to make them appear monstrous and scary. "Maybe they are the enemy?" Aguni's voice exclaim from another realization as if not knowing who's friend or foe. "URRrrarrrrooruurghhh!?" Through a low angry growl of the mind's voice, the Vritra Dragon's eyes flash a bright angry red color. "HUURRARRRGH!" That's when Aguni charge to attack without warning.

"That's not good!" Sticks yelps from seeing a charging and raging dragon on the loose.

"All of you, get as faraway as you can!" Lobo instructs those that can't fight this powerful opponent.

"WRAAARRUGH!" Aguni swung the dragon tail, but just missed hitting Lobo who dodge with nimble movement. "ROOOOAAAARRRUUUAARRRRRR!" Suddenly Aguni unleashed a mighty dragon t-rex roar, as if completely lost to the mind of a savage beast.

"Ugh…what a horrible sound he's making mates?!" Marine cringed to cover her ears as she, Sticks, Trip, Claptrap, Nicole, Shoe and Flora were near the far distant of the hanger bay.

"It doesn't even sound like a normal animal. And I've heard plenty." Trip stated on never having heard an animal cry like that before.

"Well that's probably why he sounds more like a dragon then anything else." Sticks issue on her thoughts on something that sounds more beast then man, sorta speak.

"But it's almost like Aguni isn't even in there? Can't we do anything to help?" Flora pleads to the others on wishing they can help their friend out.

"Well if we tried to attack we might get hurt, only Lobo and Spada have more fight experience. But Nicole, can't you like…hack him maybe?" Shoe ponders if maybe the holo-lynx girl can do something to fix this.

"Sadly this maybe beyond my own abilities. I can tamper with the weapons yes, but that is all I can do." Nicole sadly informs those of the current status of what is limited to slowing Aguni down but nothing else.

"Oh…?" Shoe looked a bit sad to hear that.

"While it's action is much like the BioLizard, Aguni has a will, mind and soul. Base on what we saw there is a chance. If he can learn to control this sudden force evolution from the effects of the wild output on the Sol Emerald, then sooner or later it may help break free of what the doctor tried to do in creating a rampaging weapon." Nicole explains a basic theory that can assure that Aguni can regain his own will.

"Well it's the later part I'm more worried about." Claptrap issue on not knowing how much later they can hold out.

"GRRAARRRRruhhhh…" Then the group stopped in hearing a loud voice, they became worried. "SMASH!/URRRAAOOOrrrgh!" Then smashing through a large boulder, was Vritra Spike that stood in front of the smaller group.

"AAHHHH! WHEN'S SOONER GONNA GET HERE!?" Claptrap screamed in terror, seeing the danger has come straight to them.

"GET OUT!" Spada was heard dive-bombing above. "VICTORY BRAVE!" Then he charges his weapon in blue area to plow it forward.

"URRGH!/CRASH!/AAAUUURGH!?" Just when Aguni looked up, yelps when Spada tackle the armor head backwards to the ground.

"Quick! Back to the BURNING BAY!" Claptrap exclaim as he and the others not fighting fled.

"I can't believe you just said that mate?" Marine exclaim from haring they call the bay by such a silly joke name.

"Less remarking, more running or rolling!" Claptrap issue on not caring about such corrections: but then suddenly Trip stops running to look back.

"Trip, what's wrong?" Flora asked from seeing Trip act hesitant.

"Somehow, I can't help but feel sorry for Aguni. It's like…watching myself?" Trip exclaim to say something that got the others attention a bit.

"Uuuuaaaugh!?" Everyone saw Aguni had gripped Spada's face and helmet to hold the lion knight cub above him. "Ugh, this is going well?" The brave cub knight couldn't believe his best attack did nothing and now he's in this state.

"Put him down!" Then Lobo showed up to stop this action, but… "CLASH!/Ugh!?" Then Lobo yelps as Vritra Aguni toss Spada right on the wolf very hard.

"This feels almost like when I was meant to be Guardian of my home?" Trip admits this from what she's watching, it reminds her very much of something similar back in the day.

Trip suddenly has flashback memories of the days in the past of when Eggman and his forces came and took over her island home. And that she was to be a minion under the guy, she couldn't help but do as she was told because of fear. Even watching the animal friends be used to power Eggman's robots to do evil, she could do nothing cause she was scared. But through the encounter with Sonic and his friends, she came out of her shell to be better. But now, it seems like the past is repeating, and it seems Trip is still helpless when seeing others being used to do bad even after being saved by Leo and his group.

"Hoo-Hoo-Hoo, now this is more like it." Doctor Fukurokov was heard laughing from enjoying the display and amusement.

"GRRAARRrrrughhh!" Now Aguni was seen clutching Lobo's head above the air. "URRAARrugh-UURRRGH!/POW!" Then the Vritra Dragon lifts Lobo up to splat him on the ground where Spada was..

"Ahhh…?" Trip gasps when she suddenly decided to rush in front of this brutal action. "Aguni!" Trip calls out as Lobo took the chance to escape the rampaging opponent's view.

"Hmmmmrrrmmm!?" Aguni turns to show his red eyes narrowing at who was getting his attention.

"Please Aguni listen! You have to stop this!" Trip calls out and tries to help reach the friend within the new form he's taken. "You have to fight this! Deep down, you don't want to harm any of us." Then the little sungazer girl put a brave smile and held open her arms to walk a bit.

"HMMMPH!? Hmmmmm?" Aguni yelps with widen eyes because this action seem…odd behavior?

"Listen. This isn't really you. That mad doctor is making you out of control and afraid to do what he wants without your say." Trip calmly spoke as she took a step forward to calm Spike down.

"ROOOAARRRAAUURRRRRHHH!" Aguni took a step back while releasing it's T-Rex Dragon Roar: a mixture of confusion while trying to scare off this individual.

"Aguni! Listen to Her!" Lobo was near one side to get Spike to hear Barbara out.

"Come on Aguni! It's us!" Spada called out to the dragon they know.

"You're Ultimate Lifeform buddies!" Shoe exclaim when she and Flora nods from nearby.

"And possibly those you DON'T wanna destroy. You know, just saying?" Claptrap threw in his two cents to sound convincing, which didn't sound too convincing at all…

"ROOAAAARRRUUUARRRRRHHHH!" Aguni unleashed another T-Rex Dragon Roar, as if being cornered while trying to not back down from those surrounding him.

We soon see that Aguni narrow it's eyes while trying to focus on what he's seeing. The image of Trip seen through the red eyes as she appear defenseless and unarmed, unwilling to fight.

"You get it right? We're all friends." Trip spoke in wanting to offer aid to one who's suffering.

"Please, this action won't work…and my ingenues device proves it." Doctor Fukurokov issue on using the same device controller to set it on max; which cause the Chaos Amplifier to make the Sol Emerald emitted rapid burst of flame aura on Aguni spread all over.

Without warning the action cause something to Aguni. As the image of Trip was warped to appear like some hideous, freakish little monster reptile. As it grin evilly, waiting for the chance to attack as it laughs and hisses at Aguni.

"GRAAAYYARRUGH!?" Aguni gasps with a loud roar, seeing such deception: without warning, his entire eyes were glowing bright red.

"Uh-oh! Red Raging Eyes is NOT good!" Sticks panics from realizing what this sign means.

"Everyone move away, hurry!" Nicole instructs those of what else is coming from this action.

"GRRARRRR!" Without warning, Aguni rushes before grabbing a yelping Trip up in the air.

"TRIP!?" The others gasped in shock, unlike those that can fight Trip is not much of a fighter at heart.

"GRROOUuurrrrrhhh!" Aguni snarls in frustration and rage, wanting to squeeze the life of it's enemy.

"Now wha mate?" Marine asked from thinking their options are running low.

"I'm thinking?" Spada tries to think a plan to stop their friend and rescue Trip at the same time.

"Hoo-Hoo, it's over! I've won!" Doctor Fukurokov laughs from believing nothing can stop him now.

"Hmmm…Aguni…Listen…" Trip groans as she struggled from being crushed before looking at Aguni with a sad expression. "Don't you remember what happen with me?" She pleads to have this one remember something important.

Realizing what Trip was doing, Nicole decided to help try to reach for Aguni still inside the Vritra Dragon. The Holo-Lynx hack the area to project images before Aguni of the events that Trip experience long ago. When Doctor Eggman invaded her island, and as a young inexperience Guardian was force into becoming a minion for the evil man. But even the cowardly Trip found friendship by Sonic's group of young friends that help her shed off her worries, stop the evil doctor and help defeat the revival of an ancient evil dragon. Afterwards the holographic images ended, but the history and meaning was there that somehow made Aguni pay attention and looked at Trip.

"I've learn from Sonic and the others that 'True Courage' isn't about who's better then the rest. It's about standing up to them in what's right and wrong." As Trip was trying to explain this, Aguni seem to listen closely while cease the squeeze pressure. "Fighting back at fear by suppressing the weak into doing what bad people want just makes you as bad as those who bully you into becoming like them." Trip's speech was very touching, as she understands what it's like when fear drives you to do bad things by scary people. "You can't just let fear control you, you have to fight it." Trip pleads with a concern and worried expression, both from being afraid not just for herself but for a friend in more peril and suffering ten she could ever imagine.

Through the red glowing eyes, it almost seem like Aguni was not at home. The Vritra Dragon could only listen while trying to figure what Trip was saying. The others could only watch, uncertain if they make a wrong move, it maybe game over for Trip who's endanger and with Doctor Fukurokov still in control.

"I may not be much a hero but, I know you won't hurt me or the others. If you remember we're your friends." Trip pleads once more with more sincerity from wanting to help bring their lost friend back to them.

Trip was truly concern and felt terrible in watching Aguni be tormented worse then she ever experience. And without warning, a single teardrop escape from Trip who was being very emotional. That single teardrop fell and no one knew it, but it splash directly over one of the eyes of Aguni. Through the Vritra Dragon's view, it display holding an evil hideous version of Trip in his grasp. However, the redness was becoming blurry as the image faded to reveal the real image of Trip the Sungazer.

"Wait! Is that Trip?" Aguni's inner voice spoke forth through the events happening: the redness through the Vritra Dragon's eyes slowly fades, and they became more calming light-blue in color. Aguni slowly brought a worried Trip closer to him. "What was I gonna do?" Aguni's inner voice question himself, the light-blue eyes were fading to reveal the light blue color eyes. "What did I do?" The inner voice question as Aguni was sen now in full control of himself.

Then a great shock occurred when Aguni slowly puts down Trip and lets her go. The others were surprised and some had an expression of joy and relief. Against all odds and in a very highly unlikely outcome, Trip managed to help Aguni regain he's true self to beat Doctor Fukurokov's control efforts. Then the device on Aguni fell off as it cracks from sheer overload transaction and the red Sol Emerald was freed. That's when the background music faded and a surprise pop-up screen appeared.

"Inconceivable…Inconceivable…Inconceivable…" The guy was seen muttering these words as if in great shock from witnessing his genius plan was crush…by some inconceivable action that denies scientific logic.

"You keep saying that word. I don't think you know what it means. But then again, neither do I?" Sticks remarks from nearby with her boomerang, ready to dish some payback to the Mad Doctor.

"Now that the doc lost it's payback time mates!" Marine issue forth as all eyes turn to the enemy who seem worried that he had no more tricks up his sleeve to pull.

"UURGH!?" Without warning however, Aguni turns to rush off from the others that cause attention. "SMASH!/URRRRAGH!" The Vritra Dragon smashes his head against some nearby Raven Tank wreckage. "URRGH-UURRGH-ARRUGH!/SMASH!" Banging the head against the tank enough to completely smash it apart. "GRrrr-ARRRUUOOGH!/SLASH-SLASH, SLASH-SLASH!/Urrrraahhhh!?" Aguni clawed the remains into debris, before he fell onto his knees.

"Uh oh, I think we broke something?" Shoe yelps from seeing that something was wrong with their friend.

"You've all earned my hatred for life!" Doctor Fukurokov used the distraction to make his escape

"You're not going…" Spada was preparing to chase the escaping Mad Doctor when…

"Don't bother, we have another problem here." Lobo stops Spada to focus on another problem first.

"Aguni?" Flora looked worried of why their friend was hurting himself like that.

"ROOOARRRUUURRRRR…." Aguni releases a T-Red Dragon Roar, screaming out in agony and pain to the ceiling. "POW!" Then slammed his grip claws on the ground making a crater size dent: then sounds of muffle cries were heard.

"Ugh, is it just me…or are we seeing a BIG, SCARY, DRAGON…Crying?" Claptrap was seen wheeling near the odd scene and looked to the others with blank looks on their faces. "Oh good, for a minute I thought that battle left more damage then I thought?" The bot was clearly not reading the whole room of what was going on.

"Everyone…I'm sorry…" Aguni muttered as he used his wings to shield his shameful sight.

"Hey-hey, don't be gloomy, turn that frown upside down." Shoe skates over to look cheery at the Vritra Dragon form of her friend without a second thought.

"But look at what I done. What I become. I fought you all." Aguni exclaimed from feeling down and awful on what's happen. "I ended up hurting, and worse…harming you." He looks at the sight of having done harm to Spada and Lobo, and even poor Flora's hands got burn.

"It's okay, we know it was not your fault." Flora exclaim to gently approach to pat the dragon claw.

"Flora, but…your hands." Aguni yelps to retract his claw from seeing the burn marking he caused to the lizard-plant girl.

"They will heal, what's important is you are okay." Flora tries to put on a positive expression but nothing seem to help Aguni.

"Um, is he okay?" Trip looked to Nicole, hoping she have answers to clear everyone's worries.

"I've scanned him, other then minor injuries from the battle he's perfectly healthy." Nicole calmly explains from approaching Aguni to have her flashing eyes scan him and readout the results.

"Nicole, you said this was an evolution, correct? But isn't it different from what happen with Angora and Lia?" Lobo asked a bit cautiously from not understanding how Aguni evolved into such a different type of species.

"Yes, somehow an alternate and unique evolution was unlocked by the Mad Doctor's attempt. Now what was given to Aguni can now be his own strength." Nicole simply theorized a manner of how this evolution came to be for a unique Ultimate Lifeform like Aguni to obtain.

"Yeah mate, and just check him out! Looking like a big-tough BONZA Dragon now!" Marine cheered from being excited that now their team has level up majorly with a strong ally.

"I don't deserve it. After what I done." Aguni looked a bit down from looking at the others from his new tall physical status. "And Trip I don't know what to say except…thanks for saving me." He looks to the sungazer girl to thank her for earlier.

"Oh, it was nothing?" Trip lightly smile from not use to being praised.

"But it wasn't, it was the bravest thing I've ever seen and you're not an Ultimate Lifeform." Aguni expressed how to him, facing a large raging beast is no small feat.

"Well…I owed you and everyone for helping save me and the others. So…we-we're even now!?" Trip started to become bashful and put on her helmet to cover the blush side.

"Wow, if this was a trail about friendship or something other, you win an award." Claptrap was seen clapping his two finger hands together to make this touching but awkward statement. "Speaking of rewards…better grab that emerald." Then Claptrap rolls near where the fallen Red Sol Emerald was. "ZIP!" But then a green blur zipped pass to spin Claptrap around and when he stopped…the emerald was gone. "Hey…where it go!?" Claptrap asked from not understanding what happen just now.

"I'm taking it back!" Then everyone saw Speedy across the room by the exit holding the red Sol Emerald along with two others that were recognize. "So long!" And with that the guy speeds off but not before the exit was sealed with double reinforced steel hatch doors.

"Wait, who was Road Runner there?" Sticks asked from seeing someone speed in and out to almost rival Sonic, but not entirely. "And yeah, I know what you're thinking. But come on, who wouldn't get stuck using that sentence in such an encounter." Sticks broke the 4th Wall to stare at those watching to explain this comical act: which left everyone else puzzled and confuse.

"That was Speedy, the Battlelord's son who is the one leading the armada against our friends." Nicole gave a quick but brief summary on who they just saw.

"He had the other two Sol Emeralds from our ship. We have to go after him!" Lobo issue firmly that they can't waste time if someone stole the emeralds they collected.

"Problem, the doors are sealed shut. And all of us are too spent to open it." Flora looks at the obstacle blocking their path ahead, and realizes they can't force through in their condition.

"Why not leave that to our new locksmith here." Sticks pointed to the one who can open a door, in short…Aguni with his 5 meter size and physically build Vritra Dragon warrior stature: problem is, is he up for the challenge emotionally.

"Aguni, I know you feel bad. But we have to complete our mission." Spada approach to side wing of his friend who still feels shame for earlier but needs to overcome it. "Our king is counting on us, and no matter what form we take. He cares for all of us." Spada tries to help Aguni understand that their leader knows that deep down they are who they are, no matter what they look like on the outside cause it's what's inside that counts the most.

"Even…in this form?" Aguni asked from slowly looking at his small friend who acts tall even when he's so much bigger now.

"Yes, and in the end you fought to regain yourself. You only needed another push to victory. Our king would feel proud to know that you didn't become lost. Because, you were never alone." Spada spoke highly with the dignified manner of a young knight helping those overcome their doubts.

"Hmm…you're right Spada…thanks for the pep-talk everyone." Aguni slowly started to feel more open, and slowly stands up and spread his wings. "Okay, for King Leo…" Aguni declared as he stared at the heavy seal door obstacle and walks towards it with his heavy stomps.

That's when Aguni jabs his claws between the lines of the security heavy door, and began to force it opened. After a struggle or two, Aguni got opened that allowed everyone to get through. The scene goes dark as the infiltration team continues their mission…

MEANWHILE

ABOARD THE LEO CARRIER

The scene slowly opens to where Terios was in what appeared to be the Library section in the Leo Carrier. While things were happening, the hedgehog was focus on reviewing some old and new records of what's happen since he's been asleep for 50 years. Thanks Leo having the warship keep track of stuff that has happen, Terios has learn much. The events of the successor that Professor Gerald made, the misfortunate that came afterwards, and even crazier stuff that has happen since then. Terios even looks at the holo-image of Shadow the Hedgehog and watches how he performs his actions, the speed and strength, and power to wield Chaos Energy, it seem more easy for the black hedgehog compared to the black navy hedgehog.

"The true and perfected version of an Ultimate Lifeform - Shadow." Terios exclaim from looking at this image with some intrigue and curiosity. "Professor, I felt like I wanted to show you that I was truly what you expected. Yet, I failed…because you feared the ones called 'the Black Arms' would control and use me to harm you and others. And you were right." The guy hated to admit it, but what he's learn has put him in a difficult spot of what actions he did without being in control. "But here I am, now with a question…can I still be as good as what was expected of me…even if I'm not perfect?" Terios was not certain if he was any good to anyone with the flaws he has.

That question still hang onto Terios if he could still be good enough or was just considered a failure. Yet when he review Leo's case as Project X was a doom failure that was incapable of being brought to life, was proven wrong. Perhaps if Leo was able to shape his own destiny, maybe there is a chance for even one like Terios. Just then a holo-screen appeared to interrupt Terios, and he saw Leo in the Bridge currently struggling…

"Oh good, there you are." Leo exclaim from having wanted to find this hedgehog.

"Sorry, I been focus on seeking some answers since I woke up. And left the tour early." Terios apologize for having left those guiding him because he wish to learn things that happen. "Yet hearing what's going on outside, you calling me suggest more then a casual chat?" The guy issue on looking about from hearing all the noises that were heard of explosions and vibrations felt around the ship.

"Sadly it's true, we're under attack. And the warship has not been fully repaired before we engage." Leo shook his head to regretfully inform Terios of what is happening as he speaks. "Terios, I'm currently transferring my chaos energy all over the ship to cover areas for defense measurements and counter offense tactics. But right now the others outside need help." He informs Terios of matters that have started to spire out of control.

"Help against what precisely?" Terios asked with a raise eyebrow as he was not sure who they are fighting.

"A robot falcon that's using their own strength to power up. Each strike has weaken the shields energy I transfer from the weapons. The shields are enduring for now, but they won't for long." Leo gravely explains that at the current measure of the enemy's attacks, the shields may fail.

"Well I've finished reviewing these notes you allowed me to look over." Terios stated on closing the books and display screens that had information. "I still have a lot of questions and decisions to make, but I'll ask them when we are not in danger." He firmly states on deciding to wait until the fighting is over.

"Then before you go out to assist your comrades, I have a gift for you." Leo smiled in wishing to give the hedgehog something to aid him.

That's when a Leo Bandit arrived with a gift box for Terios. The navy hedgehog was puzzled, but remove the lid to find something inside. A unique black rifle gun with some silver handle and under blaster point with a red case in-between. From the design it was a mix of alien technology with Earth base structures. And there were two of them when Terios pulled them out to study them.

"What are these weapons?" Terios asked as he held the strange rifles in each hand.

"The Shadow Rifle, an extremely powerful rifle." Leo reveals the name of the weapon in question. "One is capable of firingChaos Spear-esque shots capable of defeating most enemies with a single shot, except for certain harder enemies that may require two or more shots due to having multiple-tiers of target-able areas. The point is one can deal massive damage against other types of enemies such as vehicles and destroy tank-base opponents with fully powered projectiles after just a mere thirteen shots." The lion man explain the amazing works that the rifle can do to rival a sniper gun in range and power to rival a tank.

"I see, but why are there two of them?" Terios raise an eyebrow on having hold 2 such amazing type of weapons.

"Because I felt that against such foes, one may not always be enough. So I used up 2 million SP to quickly get both. And I've modified them to the extend of helping you and aiding to tamp and control other abilities you have inside." Leo reveals something else he has done to obtain such weapons and modified them to help Terios in battle.

"Helping me?" Terios muttered from feeling this was too much to be true: giving him such powerful weapons. "Is it because I'm not as perfect as Shadow?" He asked this from thinking that maybe the reason for having such weapons to begin with is due to what the hedgehog lacks.

"Terios, you may not be at Shadow's masterful level of performing powerful Chaos Energy yet, but maybe in due time you might reach it." Leo states on seeing that this navy hedgehog may still some abilities he has yet to discover.

"And what about the Doom Power I have? What if…I lose control?" Terios looked at himself, sounding worry if what he did in the past repeats again.

"Find common ground, I may have freed you of the Black Arms influence to control you, but only you can control that power and wield it as your own. Trust me, if Shadow could do it, there's no reason you can't as well." Leo express having faith that Terios can do the same feat of controlling the power then having the power control Terios. "Now hurry! I'm trying to awaken the other sleeping lifeforms so I can channel more energy into our defenses." With that Leo hangs up the holo video of himself, leaving the navy hedgehog to think what he has heard so far while the explosions alarm him of the battle outside.

"Okay, time to see if 50 years has dull my skills at all?" Terios ponders from deciding to take his new arsenal gear for a little spin.

Terios leaves in displaying a speed blur of a navy blue trail as he zips through out of the chamber and down the hallways. But even Terios who passed by the Ultimate Lifeform Chamber, didn't notice some sneaky action happening. Namely the Babylon Rogues who were searching for a so-called bomb that Speedy left that could destroy the entire warship. And this band of thieves was not about to let a place housing who knows what treasure be lost. But while looking, a little red flash occurred in the room…

"New Lifeforms - Reaching Completion. Begin Awakening And Emergency Protocol!" Nicole's voice was heard making this automatic announcement in the chamber for those to hear.

"Um Boss, what does that mean?" Storm asked from not knowing if that's good or not.

"I think it's saying these guys are about to wake up?" Jet issue from having a bad feeling if they encounter more sleeping Ultimate Lifeforms.

"Quickly, we need to hid!" Wave issue on deciding what they best be doing now.

"Why?" Storm asked from not sounding afraid at first until…

"You wanna tussle with creatures that can be as formidable as Shadow?" Wave reminds Storm on how these lifeforms could be just as potentially strong as a certain black hedgehog.

"Yeah, I rather skip that part. Find cover and keep quiet!" Jet issue on wanting to avoid a fight if they can help it.

The Babylon Rogues immediately sought areas behind unused capsule pods. Then some pods that were in use began to drain the liquid fluids out when the procedures were finished. And slowly some of the pods release steam mist as new lifeforms began to emerge from them one by one.

First was a female anthropomorphic raccoon with tan yellow fur, black stripes on the round ears and tail plus making a mask mark over the eyes, yellow short hair, and light blue color eyes. Wears green boots, shorts, a yellow vest with brown belt-like straps holding it up to cover the green short tank top. Wears yellow gloves with raccoon heads on the wrist, displays pink nails, wears a pink and magenta spotted scarf with white puff ball ends, and wears a green cap with a pink feather off the center jewel lens ornament. Wields what looks like a fashionable style clothes hanger model into a grey and pink bow with a sack pack carrying pink arrows. The theme was almost like a raccoon archer dress up in a fashionable Robin Hood style.

Second was a female anthropomorphic fox with tan yellow-brown fur, pink inner ears and light blue eyes with star-shape pupils. Some furs were painted over with white with green top for the tail and left ear and white with red top for the right ear, plus dyed long pink hair. Wears a red outfit of pants and short tank top, and a collar with a yellow bell, purple footboards around the mid-fox feet with silver beads, brown gloves with red nails, and a pink witch's hat with a bend back top with a white one in the middle. Around the waist was a belt strap containing paint canisters along with a black belt with a holder case for artist paint tools. Behind the back attach to the back of the belt is paint palette. In some case her appearance could match that of Rouge the Bat of a stunning beauty with a theme of a fox painter.

Third was a male anthropomorphic bear cub with black fur, a white muzzle and stomach, two magenta marks on the cheeks, and blue eyes. The only wardrobe worn was navy blue belt straps with silver buckles used in wrapped around the paw hands like acting glove-wear and one belt going from the left shoulder down to the right waist side, and lastly wears a blue navy cap with red text label 'BEARS' on it.

Fourth was a male anthropomorphic coyote-like creature with indigo and white fur, and blue color eyes. Wears dark navy boots with silver toes, dark grey pants, white zipper shirt, a long brown sleeve coat, a dark grey neck scarf and racer-type hat with a pair of goggles over it. Carries a black backpack, three silver claws attach to each edge sleeve cuffs and has a black belt tied around the mid-muzzle of the mouth for style. Lastly were red circular lights on the body from atop the boot-wear. Wrist cuff-wear, shoulder pads and mid-middle of cap.

"Yawn….woah, where am I?" The bear was seen yawning from having just awaken.

"OMG, aren't you the most cuddliest bear I've ever seen." The raccoon girl approached the bear from sounding like an excited teen girl. "Though truth be told, you're the first bear I've ever seen? But, yeah! And I tots like the outfit." The way she was talking was like she knows her way on fashion. "Oh where are my manners, hi…I'm Coordi the Raccoon." She held out her hands to happily shake the confused bear's grip.

"Um, okay…pleasure to meet you. And guess it's my turn for intro, um let's see…I…feel like my name is…Griz?" The bear was thinking from this awkward meeting before settling on a name for himself. "Yeah, and it sounds AWESOME! GRIZ THE BEAR!" The young bear was displaying his coolness and made battle poses.

"YAHOO!" Then everyone yelps as the girl fox artist was splattering paint around and drawing all over. "Effec The Fox! Artist is making a splash!" The fox girl seem to have a wild artistic side of her character, not caring that she was making a mess of the area.

"Hmmm?" Then the moody young wolf looked away from the crazy antics of the fox artist painting.

"Okay, so….who are you buddy?" Griz approach to be friendly towards the silent member.

"Loga the Wolf…" The young wolf issue from a quiet but mature tone in his voice.

"Wow, I love your dark solo theme, it really fits your outfit." Coordi was just so happy to meet everyone to praise and compliment things.

"Everyone who's here, needs to pay attention now." Another female voice was heard, but this one sounded more mature compared to the others.

That's when coming through the chamber doors was a new face who could get everyone to pay close attention from the mature but firm tone. It was was a bipedalfox-like anthropomorphic female creature. Most of her body is covered in yellow fur, save for the tips of her tail and ears, underbelly, hands and legs from the knees down, and the purplefutatsudomoesymbols on the thighs. Also has wing-like tufts of yellow fur on her shoulders and a large, mane-like tuft of white fur on the chest. Wears purple sleeves that cover the forearms with yin-yang symbols on the back of the hands. Another surprise was that she three clawed fingers on her hands and three clawed toes on her feet. There were black eyes with indigo pupils. When comparing fox type anthropomorphic creatures like Tails and Effec, this one was very uniquely different.

"My name is Rena, I was put in charge to help guide many of those that have awaken to follow me to find a safe place while we are engaging in battle." The fox introduced herself to those that have awaken.

"Wow, I like, totally love your style. You got to tell me your secret." Coordi exclaim from loving how Rena seem to really stand out like a cool beauty.

"Woah, I've never seen something like you, but then again, I'm not sure if this is my first or not?" Griz stated on trying to figure this out since this was new to him.

"Ehhh, she's a fox, I'm a fox, what's the difference." Effec shrug off the shoulders from not sounding the slightest bit interested or caring.

"You both are clearly not the same." Loga looked at Effec from stating the obvious fact that was on their mind.

"Rena, do you read me." Then a voice was heard before a holo-screen display Leo before everyone to see.

"I am here King Leo, as well as the young lifeforms." Rena replied to firmly inform the lion man of those that are here.

"Excellent news, I was worried that the explosions outside could cause harm to their development before they were ready." Leo signs with relief to hear those here are out of harms way.

"I was awoken along with Gargo, Stinger, Gori, even Prairie. But you assign them to help protect the ship and ask that I remain here." Rena explain what occurred that she was place to stand nearby those in the pods while the others left to join the fighting.

"Yes, I know I gave you plenty of abilities to help in a fight. But I was also working on bringing in more younglings to our crew." Leo explain what he was doing to expand their group with not just grown warriors but youthful lifeforms to lift the mood. "But right now I need a report, is everyone in the chamber awake." Leo then quickly ask a very important question right now.

"Everyone…except for one." Rena looks ahead to see someone not yet ready.

And all eyes focus on the blonde hedgehog girl still undergoing the process in the capsule pod. Even the hidden Babylon Rogues sneak a peak to see who everyone was looking at, and were puzzled. If all the lifeforms were finished and awake they leave, but if there was still one left that could mean trouble down the line.

"Woah, who is she?" Griz asked from seeing there was indeed one more of them they didn't notice.

"Wow, I feel like I wanna design a special outfit that just fit her so well." Coorde smiled from studying the young female hedgehog and make an outfit that is so totally her style.

"Yeah, so why not wake her and be done?" Effec asked from thinking they can be done with things if they wake this last Lifeform up.

"This one is special." Leo exclaim on how this one is very different.

"Special, how?" Loga asked from sounding a bit intrigue by what the lion man said.

"The blood of a human girl that Shadow the Hedgehog wanted to save more then anything else. His blood is mixed in from a transfusion action and has remain after she left the world 50 years ago." Leo explain the case of what sort of being has the mix blood of the powerful Ultimate Lifeform but with the heart of a gentle human child.

"Shadow's Blood?" Jet muttered in surprise on hearing that.

"Mix with a human?" Wave gasped softly from never imagining such a thing.

"50 YEARS AGO!?" Storm yelled this out from it sounding so overwhelming. "Um!?" But he yelps too late to cover his mouth as the other Rogues glare at such a clumsy action.

"Yeah I was thinking the same thing Loga?" Griz issue on agreeing what the guy was saying on the topic.

"That was not me?" Loga shook his head on not having said anything.

"Effec? Coorde? Any of you?" Griz looked to the two girls in thinking maybe it was them.

"Wasn't us." Effec shook her head to know they never said a thing.

"Really, cause I count Effec, Loga, Griz, and me? Or maybe it was Rena?" Coorde tried to think of who was here, and maybe Rena spoke out instead however…

"No, and the last one is still sleeping." Rena firmly issue on narrowing down the logical view of what has them troubled and confused. "My king, it appears we have other visitors." She shift her eyes in a direction of where the loud voice came from.

Then Rena disappeared in an instant before everyone which left them puzzled and confused. And even the Babylon Rogues were starting to think that this was not a good sign that as thieves, they are found out.

"You had to blab out loud didn't you Storm?" Jet silently remarks firmly at the guy who caused this unexpected problem.

"I couldn't help it Boss, I was surprised?" Storm pleads on not having meant any harm.

"Will you two pipe down before…" Wave silently lashed out in wanting those to not get them into anymore trouble now.

"DIAMOND STORM!" Suddenly Rena was heard making this loud announcement.

The Babylon Rogues looked to spot Rena leaping above and behind them with arms stretched out. Having spread forth glowing white sharpened leaves that remain frozen. Then they began to drop down in a fast action like machine gun projectiles. Jet, Wave and Storm helped to dash out of the hiding spot before witnessing the devastating impact those sharp energy leaves leaf marks of impact.

"Did she attack us with diamonds? Who throws away perfectly good treasure like that?" Jet protest from never in all his life, someone throws diamonds to take out enemies: what a waste of spoil riches.

"More like energy projectiles!" Wave corrects Jet on having guess that was likely an attack name.

"Um, guys…" Storm was interrupting the two's argument.

"What!?" Jet and Wave lashed out before seeing that they were in the spotlight of Rena, the holo-image of Leo and the young awaken lifeforms.

"Oh drat…" Jet cursed under his breath on having been busted.

"You are…the Babylon Rogues!?" Leo exclaim on recognizing these legendary band of thieves from his days seeing Sonic the Hedgehog series: mostly in race type games and such…

"Wow, you heard of us?" Storm smiled a bit from thinking they are already very famous.

"I know you all too well. By reputation and of your encounters with Sonic the Hedgehog." Leo explains how he knows the three birds without going into too much detail.

"Good, then you know that between the two of us, I'm the fastest." Jet boast in wanting everyone to know who was faster between the hawk or the hedgehog.

"Speak, why are you here?" Rena narrow her eyes, not amuse by Jet boasting when their hiding attempt failed.

"I may have the answer." Leo issue on knowing precisely why these three thieves are here. "The Arks of the Cosmos ring technology I managed to recreate, correct?" The lion man spared no time from revealing the truth of what the Babylon Rogues wish to obtain.

"Wow, you must be psychic? Maybe you know about the bomb too?" Storm exclaim before mentioning this off the top of his tongue. "Ooof!?" Which made Jet and Wave elbow the guy in the gut to have him keep that stuff quiet.

"Way to keep a secret Storm." Wave remarks on seeing this guy really can't keep his beak shut when it counts.

"What bomb?" Leo asked from thinking this subject he needs to hear more about.

"Yeah, funny story…Speedy from the Battle Bird Armada was here, and he swiped two emeralds that were not like the Chaos Emeralds in that room we just happen to be in." Jet rubs the back of his head to decide to tell these guys everything or risk them getting blown to kingdom come.

"He said he left a bomb powerful enough to take out a warship. And we followed it to here." Wave mentions this topic on wanting those to understand how serious the situation really is.

"The attacks were a distraction, and with the system down…" Leo started to put the pieces all together, and it all started to make sense. "I been a fool, I should have anticipated that action. And now a bomb of all things." He slapped his forehead from having not anticipate such an action by his enemies.

"Wait, so does that mean…we been sleeping with a bomb this whole time?" Coorde asked from thinking what this meant just now.

"And one of us is still asleep. We gotta do something!" Griz exclaimed on seeing they can't let a bomb blow when one of them

"But we search everywhere and couldn't find it?" Storm stated on them searching but found nothing so far.

"Maybe we need to try…a different approach." Effec made a sly grin across her face, as she prepares…her art tools in each hand. "PAINT DRAGON!" She roared out the name of this special attack move.

That's when the artist fox struck her extra brushes on her paint palette which channel energy to make the liquids spiral alive and form a Chinese dragon. The roaring dragon of paint splatter on impact above and covered much of the chamber, and on a certain cover uncovered a camouflage bomb device.

"It was invisible and lack a scent. That explains a few things…" Loga exclaim on seeing how such an explosive was well hidden.

"King Leo, is there anyone who can disarm this device?" Rena asked from fearing they need to work fast before the bomb blows.

"No but maybe we can use this for our own needs." Leo held his chin as the holographic lion man was thinking things over. "Babylon Rogues, if you can help us, I can reward you of what you wish to obtain. Be it treasure or the Arks of the Cosmos Rings." Leo spoke in wishing to offer the rogues a deal in wanting their help.

"Now you're talking my kinda language." Jet smiled from hearing what kind of payment they can agree on.

"Listen carefully, the battle outside is nearly finished. Here's what we must do in the meantime." Leo spoke in wanting to discussion this battle strategy.

With how things are progressing, the Babylon Rogues smiled to get themselves ready as Leo goes over what everyone present must do. As the screen darkens, the new female hedgehog remains still in her capsule: but a single flinch of a finger response shows a slow awaken awareness about to unfold…

OUTSIDE RIGHT NOW

The battle against Raid Raptor - Rise Falcon was still proving to be difficult. Right now the flaming mechanical bird bot was dive bombing to deal damage against the Leo Carrier. The battle against the mini bird drones seem to die out, but there was still the one major obstacle left to overcome. The question was to how to stop a flaming bird with high damage output.

"Ugh, if this thing could hold still I could get a perfect shot in." Metal Kabuteri groans from seeing the enemy is being very hard to take down.

"How we do that?" Korikaku asked from not sure if they can bring this enemy down on their own.

"Do we have something that can reach?" Gori asked for someone that can handle the task of what the range users can't do.

"I have a move, but someone has to endure those flames." Prairie exclaim to mention this, but the problem is breaching that flaming defense.

"Well who can even do that?" Gargo asked from knowing it's hot enough, nobody wants to be burn alive.

"Leave that one, to me." That's when Terios was seen entering from an opening on the warship for everyone to see. "I know a technique that can freeze the enemy in place. Take that chance to hit him with everything." The navy hedgehog explains a basic measurement that can stop the enemy from moving and leave it defenseless.

"You're Terios the Hedgehog." Prairie address the newest arrival that they have heard about: when looking into his eyes, she saw Terios was being honest. "Okay, our king trust you then so do we." She nods her head to decide to put trust in one that Leo believes can help them. "DIMENSIONAL HOLE!"

That's when Terios was pulled into a summon black hole that appear out of nowhere. But in reality, the black hole appeared directly above where Raid Raptor - Rising Falcon was preparing it's next assault move.

"Hmm, so it appears Leo can give new Ultimate Lifeforms abilities like these, and this one can deploy a means to increase an ally's defense by summoning them in perfect position spots. It's impressive…" Terios exclaim on seeing how Prairie can use an ability almost similar to Chaos Control is something else to be certain. "Still the warp effect is one ability and this is another use for the technique…CHAOS CONTROL!" After Terios got his thoughts together, he announce this move.

Suddenly a strange black and white zone envelopes Raid Raptor - Rise Falcon, causing it to cease moving and the flames to extinguish. This surprised many before witnessing from those with scanners determine the enemy mechanical bird's attack power drop.

"Pant-pant…" Terios lands on the warship's outer deck, exhaling from looking almost spent of energy.

"Woah, you did it? But how?" Gargo raise an eyebrow, uncertain what even happen.

"As an Ultimate Lifeform, I can use Chaos Energy more naturally in areas outside of travel by space, but also travel space with time. I just learn this one when studying how Shadow could perform it without a Chaos Emerald, so I took a gamble at freezing the enemy in place." Terios explain the nature of this move is a second ability that besides warping to a destination one can utilize the time flow: in short, the ability to freeze an enemy in time. "Ugh, sadly doing so without an emerald has left me weaken. But at best…the enemy will be frozen for 5 minutes before time resumes." The hedgehog groans a bit from the near exhausted state of performing a move this powerful especially for his first time doing it.

"Then let's do this! FULL POWER!" Metal Kabuteri declare before he places the front arms down on the ground, then a display screen appears off the back to lock onto the enemy. "ELECTRON CANNON!" He announced the name of this move as an energy was gathering in the gun turret on the head before…

"POW!" At that moment Metal Kabuteri fires an extremely high-speed positron from the gun turret on it's head directly at the enemy. "KABOOM!" The impact was explosively large to create a large white sphere over the entire mechanical enemy.

"And five minutes…are up." Terios issue from seeing that now is the time…the time freeze effect ends.

"KABOOM-BOOM!/ARRRAAawkkkk!?" Raid Raptor - Rise Falcon screeches from the severe explosion against it's defenseless shell as it plummets down uncontrollably. "CRASH!" That's when the mechanical falcon crashed on the outskirts of the Leo Carrier.

"We…we did it. We won." Prairie smiled at having defeated this powerful enemy.

"Thank you Terios." Gori smiled at the hedgehog for saving them from that close call.

"Yeah, you really saved our bacon." Korikaku cheered to start stomping about without holding back his expression of joy.

"Pant-pant…I admit, I didn't think I could pull off that one." Terios huffs a bit from slowly regaining his strength after pulling a strong offense move of that scale.

"Well hay, we all have something to bring to the table, but you have to be like our king to do that feat." Gargo smiled to praise Terios to pat his pat slightly on complimenting the great effort.

"Now all that remains is the mothership…" Metal Kabuteri issue on what enemy was left to deal with: now that all enemy drones and large mechanical bird weapons are defeated.

"Everyone, what news on the surface." Leo's voice was heard at this moment.

"We won my king, we even took down the enemy's best weapon." Metal Kabuteri replied on having defeated the enemy's forces.

"That's good but my scans are saying the Battle Fortress is powering up." Leo's voice spoke with concern on something else that's happening right now.

"Powering up?" Stinger asked from landing nearby to seem puzzled right now.

"Is it gonna attack?" Gori asked their king if the enemy has something else planned.

"Um guys, I think it's moving…but in a weird way?" Gargo pointed at seeing what was happening as they talk.

Then something was seen happening as the Battle Fortress II was undergoing a transformation sequence from the outer wing structure. And at the same time the sphere command center was glowing bright in whiteness. And without warning, auras of chaos energy were leaving the bodies of the Ultimate Lifeforms to head towards the Battle Bird Armada's main ship.

"Hugh, what's happening…I feel myself getting weaker?" Korikaku yelps from dropping down to his knees, struggling to lift up his arms.

"Hmmm…Why?" Gori clutch his chest, as he felt himself getting weaker to drop on the ground with it's cannon balancing the giant gorilla.

"It's coming from the enemy?" Stinger issued on seeing what the enemy was up to.

"What's it doing to us?" Prairie ponders what this action could even mean.

"My scans are detecting our Chaos level energy leaving us, and the energy of that ship is getting stronger." Metal Kabuteri exclaim on what he was picking up, and both were bad news.

"What are we gonna do, we're almost spent from all those metal bird swatting earlier?" Gargo asked from realizing they might not be in the best shape to fight now.

"Ugh…Leo…can you hear me for a moment…" Terios spoke in wanting to ask the lion man something. "Is there any chance you can take it out before it's ready to strike?" The hedgehog believes they may have a way to stop the enemy now that they stopped one obstacle weapon.

"The ship has suffered damage and the energy output is extremely low on what the shields absorb earlier. But perhaps we can return a little gift back to them that can aid us now." Leo spoke on the speaker on having something that can still aid in their effort. "I'm sending Shard and the other bots to join you with a bomb the enemy left us. Along with a few allies to help out." Leo explains what steps he's about to take that may help them out of this jam.

There was no time to waste as those on the Leo Carrier quickly try to get a countermeasure to stop the enemy. Meanwhile the scene opens to the main command bridge of the Battle Fortress. And while there were some Elite Troopers working by the consoles by the windows, the real focus was someone in the commander's chair. An anthropomorphic mustard yellow bird with light orange/brown feathers, two tail feathers that are dark green color and was about 4-5 feet tall in status. The tall avian is dress in a red coat which is similar to Doctor Eggman's though far less flamboyant, dark green pants with high-heeled shoes, and white gauntlets. Has a mouth full of very crooked teeth and a large beak which rest a pair of small glasses very similar to Doctor Eggman's specs. Lastly wears a large, black hat with the Armada's insignia on the front. There was no chance to deny who this character was for many to know his name:

BATTLE LORD KUKKU XV

This guy was displaying a strong aura that is required of a leader for soldiers to fear and respect him. He was the one who orchestrated an attack on Cocoa Island to seize a plan to world domination. But not even he foresaw that his troops and high rank officers be defeated by the young two-tail fox called Tails who was best friend to a renown hero like Sonic the Hedgehog. After surviving that lost, he has prepared means to revive and improve the armada in feats and leaps beyond what they were, they were now the Battle Bird Armada. Then the doors were heard sliding to show who come to approach the Battle Lord was his son Speedy and Doctor Fukurokov to observe what those on the Leo Carrier were trying to do in another struggle attempt.

"Looks like they are getting ready, does it not?" Battle Lord Kukku XV exclaim from watching this scenery with mild interest and without worry.

"Yeah, I been aboard that ship to evade running into those things." Speedy issue on knowing how those guys seem capable to beat a lot of their average soldiers even with new tech upgrades.

"Well it doesn't matter, the Chaos Absorber is absorbing their Chaos Energy as we speak, right dear doctor." Battle Lord Kukku smiled to look at the owl who's devices should perform well enough to fit this one's ego measurement.

"Yes Battle Lord!" Doctor Fukurokov proclaimed with a humble attitude to his leader. "We thought using one emerald to power our ship was something. And now with the newest modifications…We can become a force beyond great!" He boastful matter on making it sound like they hold all the cards in hand.

"Yes, soon everyone will know and fear the might of the Battle Bird Armada." Battle Lord Kukku grins from wanting to display their power so none would dare go against them.

"Yeah, well it looks like we have a problem!" Speedy pointed at the window display on what was going on.

Just as Speedy said, all eyes fell back on what was going on with the Leo Carrier. One saw they carried a strangely familiar egg-shape bomb device emitting a charge. And the ones that brought it were actually Rena, the young Lifeforms and more to the surprise were the Babylon Rogues. There was a brief discussion of what was going on before those that were fighting understood everything. And then the bomb was place into the cannon turret of Metal Kabuteri as he lifted his head upwards to the enemy's ship.

"Are you sure it's safe to fire this bomb through your cannon nose?" Gargo asked from thinking this plan was a bad idea.

"You got a better idea?" Metal Kabuteri remarks on seeing he's the only one that can fire an attack from a great distance.

"We have very little choice left to play." Stinger shook his head from knowing they are low on options.

"Hurry, before everyone is too weak to stop them." Prairie asked from feeling their energy was almost completely depleted.

"Okay….everyone ready!" Metal Kabuteri gave the word as those paid attention to slowly back away from him. "FIRE!" He announced this from locking on target. "KAPOW!" That's when Metal Kabuteri fired the bomb directly at the Battle Fortress II at near lightning speed but due to the last few meters began to fall short and slow down.

"Hah, they think a single last effort can stop us." Battle Lord Kukku hardly saw this last struggle as a threat. "Let's see them try!" He accepted to see how far the desperate effort would go: at such a wide distance, the explosion will hardly touch them.

"SURPRISE!" Then from the smoke cloud, was Shard flying at jet speed to get behind the egg-bomb. "RETURN TO SENDER!" He shouted from aiming his arm cannon before firing a stream to aid the bomb to reach the enemy's main ship as a final light flared before it happened.…

"KUrrrrvhm…BOOM!" That's when a super-size explosion completely engulf the Battle Fortress II entirely. "KABLAM!" Then another explosion erupted at the same time as if the final act destroyed the large foe within the blurring light.

"Yes! It worked like a charm!" Shard cheered from landing with the others, seeing they managed to beat the last threat before it could even start.

"Yeah, Victory! Haha!" Korikaku cheered from seeing they won.

"Well, that sure was easy." Wave exclaim on seeing that was not so bad.

"I hope it's not one of those 'TOO' easy moments, cause that's the last thing we…" Jet was about to say something when…

"Ugh Boss…" Storm interrupts Jet from noticing something weird.

However as everyone seem to feel relieve, there was strange movement behind the smoke clouds. And then instead of a battleship, there was a flash and features that resemble arms, legs, even wings. The scene changes to display Leo in the bridge with Panja, Ouja, Angora and Lia witnessing this on the monitor revealing data on what's happening.

"Wha…" Ouja gasped upon what he was seeing.

"No way?" Panja felt like this was not a possibility.

"My king, the enemy…" Angora was about to say something but was cut…

"They survived!?" Lia issue that the foe survived the bomb that was meant to destroy a warship, but did nothing to their own.

"SLAM!/That's…impossible!?" Leo slammed his right fist on the command chair from what was happening. "The Battle Bird Armada never HAD such technology!? At least…not that I've seen?" The lion man was utterly confused as well as shock, somehow the enemy has become far stronger then what he remembers or anticipated.

"Ho-ho, it seems they are shocked by our surprise, doctor." Battle Lord lightly chuckled at the surprise looks everyone has from realizing the hero's attempt failed.

"Indeed, truly my genius cannot be beaten." Doctor Fukurokov smirks to boast his accomplishments at his genius.

"Except earlier it was beaten, remember." Speedy rolled his eyes to recall how the intruders stop the Mad Doctor's little mecha weapon and even when it took control of one of the lifeforms still failed.

"THAT WAS MERELY THE PROTOTYPE!?" Doctor Fukurokov yelled out loud from sounding mad at being reminded of that downfall. "Through the use of a single emerald we witness the technology to increase a vastly amount of a being who utilizes Chaos. But after preparing the necessary steps, we gone beyond it." The Mad Doctor explains the next feat on having study the power source to determine a way to harness a greater result for their side.

"Yes, now behold the revival of the Battle Bird Armada in all it's glory!" Battle Lord Kukku declared on wanting all to bear witness to the rise of their mighty armada. "The might of the Battle Fortress Reborn - Gold Eagle!" He announced this forth as the camera zooms pass the bridge to reveal the transformed state of the Battle Fortress II. It resembles an 80 feet tall golden armored man-eagle cyborg robot with iron nail talons, three talon claws, and don a samurai helmet with a golden trident horn design. That's when those aboard the Leo Carrier used their scanners that display data on an enemy's battleship turn into a giant robot:

Mjollnir Lightning: Unleashes powerful bolt of lightning from the forehead. Kaiser Phoenix: Performs a ramming attack with the full metal body capable of wrecking and breaking through defenses. "An enemy over Level 250!? It's far stronger then Orochi Leo and Grim Reaper." Leo exclaimed in great shock upon witnessing an enemy this strong was right before them in both size and displaying a power output to match. "Everyone, get out of there!" Leo warns those out on the deck to quickly get out of harms way.

"What? Runaway!?" Gargo asked shock to hear that order.

"He sounded worry, the king is not one to worry unless…" Stinger felt there was something wrong by such a tone.

"Unless the enemy is THAT bad!?" Prairie issue from sounding worried on what they are fearing to be true.

"Let's not argue and just do it!" Rena issue that they quickly act while they can.

"No need to tell us! Rogues - FALLBACK!" Jet issue to Wave and Storm that they gotta getaway from this and fast too.

Acting quickly we see everyone was doing as told to leave either by foot or by wheel to hover function. But at that instant, the enemy's gigantic robot armor bird opens it's mouth and energy was emitted inside it…

"MYSTIC BREAK!" Golden Eagle was heard making it's attack before firing a white ray from the open metal beak.

"DRAT!? SHIELDS AT MAX!" Leo was seen in the bridge, ordering the ones by the controls while he supply the chaos energy to power their defenses.

The Leo Carrier's shields were set at max before the white ray made contact. "KAPOW!" The impact was strong enough to cover the entire warship before the attack cease which only smoke was seen. "SHATTER!" In that very instant, the entire energy shield broke with the sound of glass breaking and falling apart on the scene.

"The shield barrier has fallen!?" Korikaku issue upon witnessing what happened but could not believe it.

"This thing did a damage count even greater then the last enemy." Metal Kabuteri issue from realizing with wide-eye concern on the level this Golden Eagle was greater then what they struggle to take down.

"SONIC DESTROYER!" Gold Eagle suddenly creates a shockwave at mach speed that attacks everyone on sight.

"KABOOM-KABOOM-KABOOM!" The shockwave destroyed a number of top portion of the Leo Carrier in the progress. "AAAaaaahhhh…." Many of those that were still on the outer decks were heard screaming from being blasted around and scatter.

"Grrrr…." Leo growls frustrated at witnessing his team are unable to stop something that strong from the Bridge's monitor. "Heavy Leo! Loader Lio! Wolf Guard! Quickly aid our allies outside, they need support!" He quickly requires the aid of his strongest mocha units to try to hold the enemy back as best they can.

"Roger!" Heavy Leo and Loader Lio were heard on the speaker from hearing the order request.

"I need a report on our energy output!? I need it to takeover so I can help them." Leo request assistance so he can stop powering the warship and fight with the others.

"Sire, it's impossible. All systems are breaking down?" Panja regretfully report that the ship is having multiple problems.

"Weapons are Down!? We can't even fight back?" Ouja reports more bad news that even the warship can't provide assistance: the shield's destruction cause a serious backlash on their part.

"Emergency Power is also failing all over the ship. We can barely keep it in the air at this rate?" Angora reports the next problem on their current situation on what power remains.

"Everywhere?" Leo asked from not liking what this could mean. "Does that mean…?" He was hoping that what he hears next was wrong, but…

"The Lifeform Chamber is in the red!?" Lia reports this as the monitor displays the readouts: and in one area power is dropping with another display showing a life monitor fading.

"NOOOOOO!" Leo roared out in shock and rage from knowing what happens if nothing is done. "CHAOS CONTROL!" Leo roared out this move without warning…

In that instant Leo warped himself out of the bridge to leave those behind. The scene changes to the Ultimate Lifeforms Chamber, as Leo appeared in front of one pod as red lights flashed. The pod had bubbles and display the yellow female hedgehog seem to be struggling and suffering pain…

"URRRaaarrrrghhhh!" Leo placed his hands on the pod, and began to channel Chaos Energy to help maintain the energy levels in the red zone. "I WON'T LET YOU DIE! BE THIS A QUEST OR NOT! THIS LIFE…I WON'T LOSE ON MY WATCH!" Leo roared out from refusing to see new life perish before it could even experience a chance to live: especially this particular Lifeform in question.

Just then metal was heard screeching, and Leo saw what seem to be a single metal talon breeching the walls. Outside at this very moment, Gold Eagle had performed Kaiser Phoenix to ram into the Leo Carrier, and started to grip the warship to render it immobile. The Wolf Guard was performing their attacks to harm the gigantic bird robot but then Gold Eagle swatted it's metallic wings to send them flying before re-performing it's Sonic Shocker move to wipe out half the numbers and the other half disabled.

"Um like, mister Leo, we got a problem!?" Coorde spoke on the com-channel to report the situation unfolding.

"Yeah the enemy is wiping the floor all over us and about to tear the warship in two!?" Griz alerts the current progress of danger scaling uncontrollably.

"The Wolf Guard is getting almost wiped out and half aren't looking too good." Loga issue on seeing their side has suffered as much damage as the next.

"Even I'm thinking these big mechs guys might not be enough." Effec issue from seeing Heavy Leo and Loader Lio rushing forth to engage Gold Eagle.

"SONIC EXCAVATOR!" Heavy Leo prepares his drill and plunges it forth at max strength.

"MORNINGSTAR!" Loader Lio swings his mace tail at max to deal a heavy impact.

"BASH!" Both attacks made impact against Gold Eagle: but it was against the gigantic robot's beak which did not suffer before opening… "CRUNCH!" That's when Gold Eagle did a shocking action to crush both attacks in it's beak and shatter the drill and mace tail to pieces.

"AARRRAAAugh!?/RAAARRRrughhh!?" Heavy Leo and Loader Lio screamed in pain from feeling a portion of them destroyed on sight.

"MJOLLNIR LIGHTNING!" Gold Eagle suddenly unleashes a powerful bolt of lightning from it's forehead at the targets…

"Ziizizzz…./AAAAaahhhhhh!?" The electric shock paralyzed many both machine and organic before many collapse on their knees or sides with a numb feeling.

"EVERYONE!?" Leo roared out as he watch the events unfold from a monitor in the Lifeform Chamber. "Grrrr…How can I fight and keep from losing you at the same time!?" Leo looks at the battle and the yellow hedgehog who's still endanger: but so were the others which only bothered him more. "Grrrrrr….Curses!" He cursed that no matter which choice he picked, Leo would lose something important so how can he get out of this.

"Hahahaha…" Then laughter was heard as the camera focus on the command chamber of the Battle Bird Armada who's bridge was inside the helmet dome of Gold Eagle. "It appears the game is over, and you have lost." Battle Lord Kukku smiled from seeing that victory was at last at hand.

"Yes! My genius shall come out on top!" Doctor Fukurokov cheered upon seeing that nothing can stop his creation now.

"Hey dad, should I go in and snatch the other emeralds?" Speedy asked on what they can obtain now that they disable the enemy's vessel.

"Why waste time when it's easier to grab them without walls in the way." Battle Lord Kukku stated on having a more simpler solution. "Prepare the final attack to end this." He told the soldiers by the controls to prepare their next strike.

"MYSTIC FIRE!" Gold Eagle was preparing it's final move as the white ray was emitted from the mouth.

"KAPOW!/KABLAM!" Then it seem as Gold Eagle fired directly at the Leo Carrier, an impact caused an explosion that covered the entire warship in smoke clouds. At that time the gigantic golden robot bird hovers away from having perform the task of destroying the target.

"Direct hit!" Doctor Fukurokov cheered with joy that tis surely finished off their foes.

"Hugh, wait…something seems off?" Speedy raise an eyebrow from noticing something weird going on.

"Hmm?" Battle Lord Kukku also raise an eyebrow on what his son meant by that.

That's when all eyes took notice that the attack did in fact, not destroy the Leo Carrier as it still remain in one piece for the most part. The others seem to struggle from realizing they were not gone, and saw the savior…

"Terios?" Prairie gasped upon seeing who saved their lives.

"Woah, he stopped that attack?" Griz was utterly speechless at this scene.

"Like, how'd he do that?" Coorde asked from not sure one guy did all this.

"He performed Chaos Boost and a Chaos Blast both simultaneously before the attack hit us. I saw the whole thing." Metal Kabutari explain the nature

"That's something only a masterful Chaos Wielder can perform." Stinger firmly states that such a feat can only be done at a perfect means of control and masterful use on timing.

"He did that without taking that much damage, amazing?" Gori raise an eyebrow in shock, that performance is a whole other level.

"No, not entirely." Effec cuts the moment from filing that was over selling it.

"Hugh?" Korikaku looked puzzle by what someone just said.

"He barely stopped it an inch from touching him and the ship. You can see the damage." Rena pointed out at noticing the slight burn marks across the navy hedgehog's fur.

"Pant-pant…just…barely made it…" Terios was panting from great exhaustion on what he's done. "Ugh…" Then without warning, the hedgehog lost balance to topple backwards.

"Ugh, Terios!" Gargo quickly moved to catch the hedgehog before hitting the ground.

"He…really took the blow that big…for us?" Storm asked shock, that act…took major guts.

"An attack that could turn one to ashes, it's a wonder he survived at all." Wave was literally unable to process this action.

"Why? Why did you do that?" Jet asked with a bothered look on his expression. "If you had that strength, you could have escaped but you took the blow? So answer me this, why?" The hawk asked from not understanding this, if the guy was that fast why take the burden to block and not escape the danger.

"I wonder myself?" Terios lightly exclaim with a slight weak smile across his stern face. "I was expected to be perfect, but was nothing…but a failure." He muttered from recalling the earlier days of his past of what he was and meant to be but never rose to such expectation. "Yet…I feel more alive now…then I ever was…" Terios stated from suddenly having a new realization of things here and now.

Then imagines show a white background space, and in the middle of it was the back of a human scientist. And from closer examination, it turn out to be Professor Gerald Robotnik himself…

"Professor…was this maybe…what you wanted me to find…then being a weapon?" Terios spoke his voice to the images, as if wanting to finally know the truth that has eluded him this whole time: that's when Professor Gerald turns to look back…

The image of the faded Professor Gerald seem to smile and give a silent nod. As if having heard Terios' cries for an answer he sought the whole time, and finally…it felt as if the decease wanted to help the navy hedgehog finally move forward in life…

"Who have thought…" Terios muttered these words softly while looking so worn out beyond recognition. "A failure like me…could have this chance…I feel…so relieve…" At this moment the guy felt like he couldn't keep his eyes open and his body went limp.

"He-hey! Stay with us!" Jet asked with concern and worry on what happened.

"B-Boss, is he…" Storm felt worried to ask until…

"He's not DEAD, Storm!" Wave lashed out at the big guy for even thinking of that.

"He appears unconscious, but unless he's healed soon…" Stinger issue the prime matter on what happens if they don't act quickly then Terios may not have much a chance…

"Grrr…and we still have that to take care of?" Lago looks at the hovering Gold Eagle observing those that survived it's attack.

"Rrrrr….even if my body breaks, I won't yield." Heavy Leo growls as he struggled to pick himself up and held his fist out; his drill maybe busted but he can still fight.

"Graooorr….neither will I…" Loader Lio snarls as he slowly picks himself up and has his buzzsaw mane ready; even with his Morningstar weapon gone he's not out yet.

As everyone was finding resolves to not give up, the camera slowly zooms back to the Battle Bird Armada piloting the Gold Eagle. And from the command chamber in the helmet area, the Battle Lord studies the scene to understand what's happen, and shows a frown expression.

"It appears the attack did not perform as you explain it would, doctor?" Battle Lord Kukku firmly looks to the Mad Doctor with a slightly annoyed expression from believing this robot bird

"Tha-that was just mere luck they evaded it. But the next attack will surely work." Doctor Fukurokov muttered a bit worried from seeing the unhappy expression from his leader on such a failure.

"Hmmm?" Speedy then looks at something on a nearby monitor. "Hey, something seems off?" The guy calls out to those with a stump look to see monitor: displaying a capsule glass busted with the 3 Sol Emeralds fallen out..

"What is this…?" Battle Lord Kukku asked from a displease expression: the live broadcast shows Aguni and the other intruders stealing the emeralds.

"Ahhhh!? It's those fools who thwarted my mechanical creations!" Doctor Fukurokov snapped in rage from recognizing those that fowled his victory.

"How did they snatch back the emeralds? What about the defenses?" Battle Lord Kukku raise an eyebrow in suspicion that their security was breech so easily.

"I-I-I'm not sure, but it seems like something hacked the system and the emeralds in the container were released?" Doctor Fukurokov looked over the video recording before spotting Nicole had her hands glow to access the controls to shut down the defense weapons in the area. "That lynx girl, she seems most odd, it looks like she hacked it…but how?" The Mad Doctor was baffled how anyone cold do that, it's like Nicole was not someone normal at all.

"Bah don't bother, from the energy we acquired plus what we took from them, our Chaos Energy output is nothing to fall short on what we displayed earlier." Doctor Fukurokov brushed off the slight annoyance as if it's too late to power down their weapon.

"Yeah well now they are trying to escape!" Speedy pointed at those having flown the coop.

"If they wish to join the others, let us finish off the little thieves." Battle Lord Kukku issue firmly on making a decision on the spot. "What they've taken will be reclaim, and all spoils will be ours." He issue to hold his right hand forth to give the order to attack as the troops prepare the settings.

Soon Golden Eagle was preparing it's Mystic Break move again which would finish the job and those with no defense may not be able to stop it. Even as Aguni flies towards the warship he spots the enemy about to attack.

"POW!" But then from the Leo Carrier, something of two red blast were fired directly into the glowing mouth of the robot eagle. "KABOOM!?" And that impact caused a serious explosive backfire that cause Gold Eagle to yelp backwards a bit; which also shook everyone aboard.

"Wha-Wha!?" Speedy yelped from the action, and turns to see the puzzled doctor on the floor. "Doc, what happened?" He turns to the guy who blabs on being smart to answer this question.

"S-S-Something fired directly at the moment the attack was charging!? And it blew up inside the BEAK!?" Doctor Fukurokov checked the nearby monitors to figure out what could have gone wrong that such an attack came out of nowhere.

"What even cause this!? There should be no one capable of fighting back?" Battle Lord Kukku demands an answer from not liking unwelcome surprises.

The mystery of who had stopped Gold Eagle from performing that devastating attack was on the Leo Carrier. And all eyes saw it came from the two Shadow Rifles that were moved upwards just enough to fire the attack precisely at the gigantic robot bird.

"Terios' rifles!? I thought he was out cold?" Shard looked surprise by this action that saved them.

"Woah, he did that while unconscious?" Griz was amazed that someone can fight while not awake.

"How can someone do that?" Gargo asked from thinking this was weirding him out.

Then at this moment, Terios was seen hovering off in a lampless state. And was emitting a strange flow of Chaos Energy that made the others yelp. And then the scene changes to display the Chaos Emeralds in the Navigation Chamber glimmer before warping out and reappearing around Terios' body. Leo was seen busy keeping the female hedgehog stable but through a bright light display, there was also a sudden pop-up message:

"This light…it couldn't be!?" Leo looked surprise upon realizing what was happening.

Now everyone was watching as the Seven Chaos Emeralds began to spin around Terios as his fur was lighting up. But while everyone on the Leo Carter was surprised and baffled, the enemies had a different expression.

"The Seven Chaos Emeralds!?" Speedy yelps upon seeing the emeralds he didn't get are reacting.

"Wait a second, don't tell me that's…SUPER TRANSFORMATION!?" Doctor Fukurokov gasped upon realizing what was likely to happen if nothing was done.

"Even this late into the game, we will just CRUSH them! MOVE NOW!" Battle Lord Kukku gave a firm order to not waste time and finish this problem before it starts.

"RAAARRrrrrrrr!" Gold Eagle was about to engage with a loud roaring action. "MJOLLNIR LIGHTNING!" The robot giant bird channel bolts of lightning from the forehead and unleashed it pass Agni's group and heading for the warship.

"They're attacking the ship!?" Flora gasped upon seeing what the enemy was doing.

"They're not holding anything back!?" Lobo narrow his eyes at seeing how far the enemy's gonna go.

"Everyone! Stand ready to stop those shots as best you can!" Spada issue on knowing the warship can't endure much more.

"Wait! How are we gonna do that?" Claptrap asked from thinking that's a crazy thing to attempt.

"CHAOS DOOM WINGS!" Terios was heard before where he was vanish as a blur.

Suddenly something instantly shot through the lightning shots to cancel their attempt to damage the Leo Carrier. Everyone saw a ball of light displaying strange wings.

"Su-Such Speed!?" Doctor Fukurokov was flabbergasted at what zipped through that lightning.

"Doctor, where did that winged ball of light come from?" Speedy asked from not seeing something like that until now.

"It's that hedgehog, I'm certain. But the system is having a hard time understanding what happen, that blur was at Super Speed…but no records about wings for Super Transformation?" Doctor Fukurokov was running the numbers on the console but was getting zero results.

"Then target the ship again, let's see him stop this next one!" Battle Lord Kukku gave another order to firmly be in control and focus on wiping out their foes.

"STATIC SHOCK!" Gold Eagle was then seen using shockwaves at mach speeds to attack the Leo Carrier.

"He's targeting the ship again…" Shoe yelps from seeing what was happening now.

"Hugh? Everyone look!" Nicole just saw something to point ahead for the others to see.

"CHAOS DOOM SPEARS!" Terios voice was heard again from within the winged ball of light.

Then something forming as Chaos Spears but wrapped in crimson fiery energy were summoned in vast numbers. And these things were unleashed from the winged ball of light, canceling the Gold Eagle's attacks while leaving a large smoking trail across the whole sky.

"He stopped those attacks like they were nothing!?" Korikaku stared wide-eye on what happened.

"I can just barely follow him. But there's no doubt about it…" Metal Kabuteri exclaim on clarifying what they saw was no mistake.

As the smoke was clearing, that's when the ball of light's wings flapped to cover it and stretch out to dispel the orb. Soon all eyes were on Terios who displays a change in appearance. The navy blue fur became a very pale gold, the right eye turn red, and the quills float upwards. And the appearance of the Doom Wings change from black to gold with red patterns while not being fleshy and became more metal bladed wings. Even the rifles gain a new golden and red streak style to match the transformation. This form was not of a devil, but of an angel of heaven, and he's become known as…

SUPER TERIOS

"Is that…Terios the Hedgehog!?" Aguni looked surprise at the golden hedgehog.

"Strive, think yer right mate?" Marine exclaim from looking amazed by who they can recognize.

"Woah! He's gotten a golden look to him?" Claptrap whistle from being impressed now.

"That's…a Super Form!?" Trip muttered on realizing what has happen that Terios gain a form similar to what Sonic did when he had all Seven Chaos Emeralds in one place.

"I guess calling him Super Terios be the correct term, it's common sense. Just like in a situation that has a hero arrives when all hope is lost to turn things around." Sticks issue on stating the obvious case in point. "Come on, you folks should have anticipated this would happen?" She breaks the 4th Wall to state this fact on those that would know and expect this to have happen eventually.

"No longer will my past doubt me of who and what I am. As I'll now follow my own path to life!" Super Terios made this declaration before the enemy as he grabs his rifles. "PREPARE YOURSELVES!" "RAAAARRRRRRUGHHH!" Gold Eagle roars with raging fury on charging in. "KAISER PHOENIX!" Gold Eagle was seen charging to ram it's metal body to end this with brute strength.

"CHAOS DOOM BLAST!" Super Terios announced this next move on the spot.

That's when the Shadow Rifles began to channel a surge of red and gold Chaos Energy swirling around the blast range. "POW!/POW!" And instantly fires a concentrated double nuclear blast rays with a sphere at the end of each equaling 5 meters.

"KABAM!/RAAAAUUUURRGH!?" Gold Eagle had caught the attack in it's beak that actually pushed it backwards. "BREAK!" At the same time the entire helmet dome was shatter to reveal the surface mechanical devices.

"WAAaaaaahhhhh!?" The Battle Bird Armada troops yelped and were knocked out of their seats while those by the command chair barely held on tightly until the action passed.

"HOW HE DO THAT!?" Speedy yelled out from thinking that stunt was crazy.

"No! NO!? The defenses are perfect, how?" Doctor Fukurokov was literally unable to handle something could be powerful to match his mechanical creation; even after being power up this much.

"Regain control, do not delay!?" Battle Lord Kukku shouts to order the troops to regain

Everyone saw from the loose razors, the damage wreck the upper helmet cover to reveal an exoskeleton structure and a dome that was the bridge for the Battle Bird Armada.

"Ho, you survived that?" Super Terios replied with a confident expression.

"Ah-Ha! Even if this hedgehog did manage to scratch the surface, that's all he can muster!" Doctor Fukurokov taunts to ridicule the hero that he was not able to destroy his perfect machine.

"Hmph! That maybe enough from me." Super Terios laughs it off as if it's nothing for him to worry over. "As for the finisher, I'll leave it to my savior…" He issue on leaving the final blow be someone else.

"Savior?" Speedy raise an eyebrow, puzzled and confused.

"Who's he talking about?" Battle Lord Kukku looked to the Mad Doctor who was just as lost as anyone.

Then instantly one spots something shot out from the Leo Carrier covered in a fiery aura. And that aura began to take the form of a gigantic form of a mighty lion man king stand at the same height at Gold Eagle.

"BURST MODE!" Leo roared forth the name of his technique.

"Waaaahhhh!?" Doctor Fukurokov screamed in a panicky reaction shared by the bird troops.

"Wha…wha is that?" Speedy yelled out from not knowing what was appearing before them.

"THIS IS PAYBACK!/BAM!" Leo roared forth as he was seen charging forth with a shining fist as the giant lion of flame followed his movements to punch into the light in the Gold Eagle's mouth. "ROOOOOOOOOOAAAAARRRRRR!" Leo roared with all of his remaining energy into a final action as he seem to be pushing Super Terios' attack further in.

"System Error! System Error!?" A male voice was heard

"ABANDON SHIP!" One of the bird troopers was panicking on what's happening.

"RUNAWAY!?" Another bird trooper got up to run away from his control station.

"Rrrrrr….to the Escape Vessel! NOW!" Battle Lord Kukku grits his beak to firmly give the order as a bright light was covering over them as Speedy and the Mad Doctor looked worried that they may…actually lose.

At this moment the force of the flaming attack punctured through Gold Eagle, during which the background music reach a conclusion. There were sparks occurring before the entire gigantic robot bird was tipping backwards to plunge down through the skies. "KABOOM!" And then a large explosion occurred beneath the clouds, signifying the destruction of the Gold Eagle. At the same time, a small oval cup-shape warship was flying away, carrying the defeated Battle Bird Armada as the troops were worn out, Speedy seem distress and Doctor Fukurokov seem nervous while receiving a stern lecturing from Battle Lord Kukku.

"My liege!" Then Spada was seen rushing to Leo along with Flora, Shoe, Lobo, Marine, Trip, Sticks and lastly Aguni followed by Nicole and Claptrap.

"Wow, we leave you guys alone for a while and everything falls apart." Claptrap looked around seeing the messy state the warship is in. "Hey, do we have a maid or a maid bot that can handle this?" The bot asked partly to make a humor from knowing this clean up is gonna require a serious amount of work.

"I see that you all had fun where you went?" Then Terios was seen landing as he de-transform from his Super Form with the Chaos Emeralds hovering around him. "Here, I'm returning what I borrowed." He was seen passing the emeralds off to Leo, knowing they were his.

"Heh, thanks…so how did it feel?" Leo lightly smiled as he held his hand out to reclaim the jewels but ask how the hedgehog was doing.

"It felt…right somehow? Wielding the Chaos Emeralds…and using the other power, I was in control as you said." Terios looked at his right hand, grips it, as if having felt a sensation but not losing control like he did in the past.

"Well I knew you could control it after I healed you, but never imagine you get a Super Form. But congrats all the same." Leo lightly smiles to praise Terios on achieving more then what the lion man thought possible.

"Heh, well…if I'm gonna be traveling with you, I need to step up once in a while." Terios started to show a light smile on what he'll do next.

"Like, for real? You're joining our team!?" Coorde asked from hearing this with a surprise tone.

"Well that I can paint a picture to memorize it for everyone to remember it." Effec grins to get her painting supplies ready.

"My king…" Aguni approaches his king, and as Leo stood the the young one he remembers has grown very much and change greatly.

"Aguni, I see you evolved." Leo exclaim on making a little small talk to Aguni with his usual friendly and caring manner. "Interesting, your evolution is different then expected?" He issue on seeing that the flame user monkey has evolved into something close to a dragon type.

"Yes, but…I'm still me, am I still…welcome?" Aguni asked from sounding concern with worry as everyone looks at him.

Soon as the three Sol Emeralds were in Leo's grip, a strange feeling was coursing through him. And then his eyes flash purple to perform Vision Sight that may hold answers to Blaze's whereabouts. But something went wrong as the flash burst and the glimmer of the emeralds faded.

"Ugh…Aaahhh!?" Leo suddenly was losing consciousness before falling on his backside.

"LEO!?" Nicole cried out shock to see this sight.

"Uh oh, is he…" Storm felt worried for a moment when…

"No! He isn't Storm!" Wave whack the big bird for even suggesting such a thing.

"He's been powering the whole warship. Any normal being would have drop like a hat during a quarter time this fight's been going on." Shard issue from thinking Leo was just overly tired out from using up his energy to protect them.

"It maybe best to have many of us treated." Rena issue firmly on deciding what they should do, recuperate before doing anything else.

"And get repaired." Heavy Leo issue on looking at his busted drill weapon.

"Agreed." Loader Lio replied in agreeing when looking at his busted tail.

"But what about our reward?" Storm muttered this to Jet on them getting rewarded for their part.

The scene opens to a darken place that was like an empty void. There was nothing, but in the center was a certain female cat in royal wardrobe. Blaze the Cat was there but she seem in a standing cross-arm state with her eyes closed…

"Where…am I? Marine, where are you?" Blaze asked as her voice echoed around the darkness.

Slowly Blaze was opening her eyes but all she saw was just darkness. But if she looked closely as her eyes were adjusting to the darkness, it was actually a dark chamber with walls.

"I don't…remember…what happen?" Blaze muttered from feeling so exhausted and tired to keep herself awake. "Last thing I remember, I exit that vortex and…" Without warning a spark of flames erupted that spread over her body. "AAAahhhhh!?" She screamed as she moved her arms to hold her sides and forehead from the pain. "This-this pain…it is…The SOL EMERALDS!?" Blaze knew instantly that this sign was her connection to the Soul Emeralds and this pain meant someone…was tampering with them.

Blaze looks above to find a strange window rising up to reveal a bright white light. Blaze could barely recognize the figures but one was a big man in a suit and the other a short man in a lab coat.

"There seems to be a reaction when tampering with the emeralds. It appears her connection to them is true." The scientist exclaim upon studying this type of reaction.

"Well now, isn't that something. So a little flick and she feels it." The big man issue on seeing what they have learn now.

"Aaaaaahhh!?" Blaze moans as the pain subsided for a brief moment. "What…are you doing?" She weakly spoke in wanting some answers here.

"Can't you tell, experimenting? Duuuuh!?" The big man remarks in a very rude tone towards the princess.

"Return the Sol Emeralds, they are not yours to do as you please…" Blaze snaps at those but suddenly realized she was placed inside a large capsule pod.

"Oh really, big talk coming from a cat trap in a pod like a rat." The big man continued to make his witty remarks at how powerless Blaze was.

"I warn you, do not dare to cross…" Blaze glares with anger at the one who has her imprisoned.

"Let's see what happens next, doctor if you would?" The big man remarks as he decided to ignore the petty threats and move things along.

Now a single silver color emerald was seen place in a case, and a device was used to channel it's power. And as it did, Chaos Energy and flames erupted which allowed a power meter to display the results while that power sent shockwaves that vibrated the chamber. But as that happen, the same spark flames erupted around Blaze as she yelps what came next….

"GRAAAAAAAAAAAhhhhhhh!?" Blaze screamed as if she clutch her heart and drop to her knees in the large container pod prison.

"Intriguing, we can channel this energy similar to a Chaos Emerald." The doctor reports the latest findings on what they have learn. "There is even a unique measurement of additional firepower due to the flames it administers when applying a force manner of tamping that energy source." The man was studying the feedback results to make a theorize statement on what they have unlock here.

"Pant-pant-pant….ugh…" Blaze was in agony, as she struggled to push herself back on her feet again.

"Yet it does seem that the more energy we tamp into, the greater the feedback the Guardian feels as a backlash." The doctor concludes the manner of how this treatment affected the princess.

"Well you can't make an omelet without breaking eggs, right doc. So, how's about we use these puppies in our latest projects." The big man was already skipping out on one thing to focus on using what they got to further their agendas.

"It's been confirm we have one in Grim Reaper on Nocturna, and one we given to the Battle Bird Armada in supplying them the tools to channel it's energy. We have two on our side, I wish to have one to study…" The doctor reports these matters while requesting they keep one of the Sol Emeralds with them.

"Okay, but hey…how about using that leftover one to power one of those secret projects you like working on, what do you say?" The big man asked from thinking they can use a Sol Emerald to test a weapon on their side.

"Very well…" The doctor replied from simply accepting what the big man requested to please him with little care.

"You…won't get away with this…" Blaze grunts a bit to glare at the one performing this evil.

"Still talking huh, well unlike that Doctor Eggman guy, I'm not as NICE as him. But don't worry…you can rest easy to not feel the pain from the Sol Emeralds in use." The big man remarks the princess with tease and taunts. "I wonder, can she feel them if she's asleep." The man turns to ask the smart one in the room if Blaze may feel the effects of them messing with the Sol Emeralds.

"That will require further studies." The doctor replied from being uncertain at this time.

Now the window to the chamber the two men were in closed, leaving poor Blaze trapped once again in a darken chamber: trapped in a pod and unable to break free.

"Cough-cough…no…The Sol Emeralds…do not…misuse them…" Blaze coughs weakly as if trying to remain conscious but was unable to keep her eyes awake any longer.

The princess guardian could do nothing but feel herself fall unconscious. And left alone in the darkness, Blaze was uncertain of how much time has passed. But ever so often did she feel awaken by sparks of flame that cause her harm, it meant the tampering of the Sol Emeralds which cause her pain.

"AAAhhh…Aahhh…." Blaze groans loudly from when a stronger amount of sparks ignited. "This pain….I feel them even as I'm unconscious…Each one as brutal as the next…please…stop…" Blaze softly spoke as if being unable to handle this sort of torture; but an even stronger reaction occurred that made it impossible to withstand. "STOOOOOPPPPAAAAAAhhhhhhh!" Blaze screamed into the empty dark chamber as the camera zooms away from her container pod and her presence vanished…

AWAKE WORLD

"GAAAAH!?" Leo was seen waking up with a frightful expression: then he noticed that he was inside his Captain's Chamber room and on a large bed. "I'm here?" He muttered from realizing where he was and began to get his bearings.

"Leo, are you well?" Nicole appeared as a holographic image before the lion man.

"Oh, Nicole…" Leo looked as if he was sweating a bit but wiped his forehead. "Yeah, a bit shaken…but I'll be fine." He spoke with a brief lie upon his awaken state. "Report our situation please." He asked from wanting to know what was going on.

"Yes, well after the events of what happened, our ship was damage to the point that all we could do was hover." Nicole displays a holo image of the Leo Carrier, and many areas suffer damage against the Battle bird Armada. "The Babylon Rogues had to tow us with their ship to a strange continent to drop us off to begin repairs." She stated on mentioning what events happen and who helped them out a bit with a towing their warship to a spot to rest.

"I see, and…what happen afterwards?" Leo lightly nods as he was seen sitting at the edge of his bed.

"As promised, we gave them the technology they wanted and some payment." Nicole stated on having repaid the Babylon Rogues with their required payment.

That's when Nicole waved her hand on the holo image of the warship to change into a monitor flat screen to play events. And what came were the Babylon Rogues near their ship as Nicole, Shard and Claptrap were present with the latter bot dropping two briefcases: one that had jewelry stones and packed food supplies which Storm took. Nicole handed a case filled with parts and materials to Wave that could be used for making and enhancing their Extreme Gear boards. And it was Shard that handed a case with three replicated tech rings that Jet, Wave and Storm each took to place on their wrist and suddenly it became active that they used Gravity Control to affect their direction in changing a shift in gravity before stopping to return things to normal.

"HOLY SMOKES! AM I DREAMING!? IS THIS FOR REAL!?" Jet was the most shocked and surprise of his group from realizing what they now have in their possession. "You're literally just hanging us the replicated Ark of the Cosmo Rings tech…no questions asked or take backs?" The hawk was thinking this was too good to be true: nobody in their right mind gives away such prizes for free in this world.

"If our king says reward you, we reward you." Shard shrug off his shoulders to admit there was no argument if a deal was made.

"Ehhh, this act of obtaining treasure is nice. But feels too easy." Jet shrug off his shoulders from thinking this was nice and all, but felt it was too easy for legendary thieves such as themselves. "So we'll go out and find another treasure to gain." Jet issue on what they can do in the maintain to pass time.

"I see, if it's too much to ask, would you accept taking passengers with you?" Nicole replied while humbly asking for some aid on extra passengers on their ship.

"What do we look like, a Taxi Service, forget it." Jet remarks to brush off the very idea.

"I understand, I will let Sticks, Marine and Trip know." Nicole politely nods her head from hearing Jet's response to the question.

"Way I see it, those girls don't wanna leave this ship anytime soon. It's tech is off the charts." Wave felt like if she wanted, she wanna remain and see how this warship works as it's tech is baffling her curiosity.

"And they got great meals too. Ha-ha…" Storm laughs off happily from the food this place gives out.

"By-the-by, if your king ever wakes up, tell him this." Jet wanted to leave a little message for Leo to hear. "If he wants to hire someone with skills to steal something, look up the Babylon Rogues." Jet issue on wanting to let the lion man know they can do business if Leo's ever in town or wants to call for assistance.

"I shall pass on your message. While I take Shard back to have him be repaired, Claptrap will see that your ship is loaded and ready." Nicole politely replied while she had other things to attend to.

"Okay ladies and germs, follow me." Claptrap replied to be the positive guy to get things started.

After that the Babylon Rogues were heading towards their ship with Claptrap loading in their stuff. And after a while the Babylon Rogues had their ship take off and left the area. And that was when Nicole undid the holo video screen to help Leo be caught up on what's happen.

"Haha, well that was certainly an interesting thing." Leo lightly laughs off from seeing how Jet the Hawk left but in a while he can respect: it's the same action he displays to Sonic's good nature wen the hawk felt a debt to such kindness. "So where were we dropped off exactly?" The lion man asked as he did not know where they are.

"The system is damage so navigation was offline, and we came to arrive at night on a hovering continent. But there is good news." Nicole reports the manner of what has happen but wish to save good news to lift the spirit. "After being towed we restored the Navigation Chamber's prime function of detecting Chaos Energy, and another Sol Emerald was detected on where we landed. And the others are out looking for it as we speak." Nicole explain the stuff that they managed to accomplish and had good fortune to learn another Sol Emerald was close by.

"Another Sol Emerald, that is lucky…" Leo exclaim upon thinking that was indeed good news: until he realized what happen earlier to him that he awoke in this state. "But it's weird, when I had all three, the newest one…I thought I was receiving a vision, but then…" Leo was trying to make sense of what happen to him earlier and feel unconscious.

"Your constant supplying the ship with energy and in the last battle, you used practically all of it to keep the new Lifeform stable and used what was left for a final finishing blow." Nicole explain what Leo did which was truly pushing himself too hard and low on energy. "It's no surprise that you pass out from all that stress." She shook her head from thinking that was too reckless, even for someone of Leo's stature.

"Yes, but while I was out, I vaguely recall it. I saw Blaze but, this one was different?" Leo spoke with his hands held together to think firmly on what he experienced and what he saw involving Blaze the Cat. "She was place inside something, and then reactions from her body cause her to scream. Hearing her scream so loudly and in pain…It was…horrible." The lion man had never witness such a thing, it was cruel to bare watching and hearing one be torment like that.

"Strange? Aguni also said something similar. Perhaps due to his fire element and contact with the emerald during a sudden trigger for his unique evolution, the connection may have been too much. It may also explain why the Mad Doctor used a device to have control over the user." Nicole held her chin to analyze this new data that can explain things they did not fully understand.

"There's only one thing I can think of, Blaze's connection to the Sol Emeralds. If the emeralds are being harmed, she will feel it." Leo spoke from stating his option on what he remembers about Blaze the Cat and the Sol Emeralds of the Sonic series. "That might explain why when Aguni and myself had a brief contact, we did not realize the emerald being mishandled would transfer it's pain to Blaze." The lion man felt conflicted upon realizing what they overlooked this whole time.

"But you did not experience that with the other Sol Emeralds?" Nicole ponders why such a thing didn't happen until now.

"Yes, they were only memory fragments and that was AFTER the battle was over. But when Aguni held one still in use of a device harming the emerald in question, he heard Blaze's screams. And I felt the slight moment since three of them were used by the Battle Bird Armada." Leo explained what he could come to understand that was different compared to the other times. "But more then that…I believe Blaze is in trouble. She was imprisoned, but I do not know where or by who?" The lion man was truly bothered by this, and knew it meant trouble.

"That may mean our efforts to find the Sol Emeralds to learn what happen to their Guardian all the more important." Nicole stated that if they collect the other Sol Emeralds, it may lead them to where Blaze is "And of course, strengthening yourself to be ready against what may appear." When Nicole said this a certain pop-up screen appeared with data:

"I still can't believe it, it's almost reaching Level 300." The lion man was almost flabbergasted to see how close he's reaching his goal now that he's pass the Level 250 stage.

"Yes, and if you can obtain the last 4 Sol Emeralds, you can reach your final evolution." Nicole nods to confirm that once Leo has obtain the requirements of a proper level and both Chaos Emeralds and Sol Emeralds, he can achieve the final form.

"With what we been facing, I thought when I prepared the Wolf Guard our strength was secured. But it seems I was mistaken. The Battle Bird Armada proved if they could improve that much, then our side would suffer greatly." Leo held his chin to ponder these thoughts very deeply on how strong the enemies are becoming that one can't underestimate them: even those who appeared in the earliest Sonic games.

"Speaking of our side suffering loses, Heavy Leo, Loader Lio, the Wolf Guard, even the Leo Bandits and Leo Hunters are undergoing repairs after that battle. Shard and Claptrap are in charge of that." Nicole reports what is happening that their bots are being repaired as they speak and put two robots in charge to handle it.

"Shard I understand, Claptrap, well…I'm still amazed that the little bot we picked up helped so well." Leo lightly smiled to make a light joke on the spot. "Oh that reminds me, that reward of that bot…is it also in the facility section." Leo asked from remembering they got the scrap remains of the Raid Raptor - Rise Falcon robot from the enemy which didn't get destroyed upon being defeated.

"Yes, I've managed to purge it's programming of what the Mad Doctor set in. Sadly it's ability it used was destroyed." Nicole nods to confirm what they obtain but now the prize bot is just ordinary.

"Well no matter, I think I can reuse and recycle it to become a valuable member of our group. I may have to make another larger mech to provide more military strength in the future." Leo lightly smiled off and stay positive to not see a downside, but an upside to things. "And speaking of that, being I reach the lv 10 of Giga Professor…I might be able to create strong lifeforms of the next volumes I yet to read." Leo smiled with more hope upon knowing he can know achieve more feats in having more Ultimate Lifeforms: especially when it comes to really complicated ones he couldn't do while not racing the job to it's max limit.

"Speaking of which, someone wishes to see you." Nicole spoke to change the subject to help brighten the mood a bit.

That was by the chamber door to the captain's quarters was seen opening. And then one could see that it was Terios the Hedgehog walking in. And wearing special tech ring bands around his wrist.

"Terios, Nicole I don't understand?" Leo raise an eyebrow on this surprise visit.

"I'm here to see if you are well, you been out a whole day. I just finish with some target practice and trying a little device that stores the gift you prepared for me." Terios issue as his tech rings glowed to instantly summon his Shadow Rifles and then made them disappear again.

"Ah the Tech Ring Bands, capable of storing things using a dimensional space function link to the warship. In my spare time, I thought the crew may need them if we needed to hunt for supplies or carry things without much struggle." Leo exclaim surprised upon recognizing the device he made to help make it easier for everyone on stuff they wanna carry.

"They work well, the others are using them to gather supplies while we're on this unknown continent." Terios mentions this as praise for the tech and how the others are faring it's use. "And also, besides me checking in, she wanted to meet you." He issue on having drop in with another purpose in mind.

"She?" Leo raise an eyebrow in confusion, who did Terios meant: he knows everyone of his crew but didn't mention a name.

Then Terios moves out of the way, which allowed someone else to enter the room and walk up to Leo who stared in great shock and surprise of who it was. An anthropomorphic female hedgehog with bright blonde fur, teal color mouth and inner ears, and clear light blue color eyes. The attire consist of a light blue dress with a white center design, wears a sleeveless overcoat dark blue dress top with a blue ring attaching near the belly area, and a dark blue hairband/tech phones with blue jewel embedded earphones. Wears dark blue with white sneaker and silver theme Air Shoes, and white gloves with dark blue wrist cuffs and silver band wrist. The hedgehog hair is kept in a downward but slightly curl up fashion facing forward with two straps across the left and right face resembling hair. There was no questions asked as this was the female hedgehog from the chamber but apparently with help from Coorde gave her a lovely and stylist outfit to match her pretty appearance.

"Hello there, are you…Leo the Lion? Everyone has spoke fondly of you." The blonde female hedgehog spoke with a polite and kind gesture. "I wish to express my thanks, I heard you tried to keep me alive. I…do not know how else I can repay for this kindness. But…I can try…" There was a gentle and kind use of her voice that displays her character, and something more…

That's when the female hedgehog gently place her hands on Leo's large hands. And then a bright white aura came from her, and enter Leo, and slowly helped the lion man feel something. When it was over, Leo was able to stand up to feel the effects.

"Hmmm? My exhaustion and pain is gone?" Leo exclaim from realizing what happen to himself. "That was Chaos Energy but…similar to when I perform it for healing." Leo felt as if that energy was similar to when he heals others: but how?

"She's gone around trying to help heal everyone who was hurt. She knows why so hiding it is futile." Terios lightly explain that the hedgehog girl already knows about their fight against the Battle Bird Armada.

"Um, if I may ask, everyone has wonder what to call me. But, I thought maybe…" The yellow hedgehog girl politely asked on how everyone should address her.

"She felt as if since you protected her at your own expense, you should give her a name." Nicole explain the condition that this new young child wanted was something simple and from one who protected her.

"A name, well…you certainly are something. We don't have many that have your ability to heal, I thought I did and the ship's medical chamber would be enough. But perhaps…it's your calling." Leo rubs his chin to think this through. "What do you feel?" The lion man asked a question on the spot.

"I'm not sure. I just, feel like when I see someone sick, hurt or suffering…I just…wanna help them." The yellow hedgehog girl had her chest to admit this: when Leo saw this, it dawn on him on how this hedgehog girl wanted to help and why she awaken a healing type power.

"I see, you have a pure and good heart, and it shows much of the person I think about when looking at you." Leo smiled from almost seeing the gentle appearance of Maria Robotnik before she vanish to display the yellow hedgehog girl. "Maria…" He spoke the name without a second thought.

"Maria…" The yellow hedgehog girl replied the name, as if the name felt…nice and made her smile. "It feels like, it's apart of me. Such a warm feeling…" She held her hands together to her chest, sensing a pleasant feeling on that one name. "Maria The Hedgehog…I like it very much, thank you." She smiled happily to Leo, accepting her new name with wonderful joy.

"Terios, can you let the others know I'm well, and perhaps help Maria feel settle." Leo request the navy hedgehog aid the girl a bit.

"Hmph, don't worry…I will…" Terios lightly smelled as if knowing how to handle a simple task. "Ready?" He looks to Maria to await her response.

"Yes, thank you…" Maria smiled gently to the hedgehog for the offer.

As Terios and Maria were leaving the chamber, Leo couldn't help but smile at this sight. It's as if seeing a version of Shadow and human Maria in days when they were happy. And now with Terios acting as his own, and this new Lifeform who maybe different on the outside, but is the spitting image of Maria Robotnik's soul. Nicole held her hand to display a holo image that revealed Maria of the current data gathered.

"Leo, after her awakening I check her vital signs and her health is in perfect standing as an Ultimate Lifeform. Yet my scans do detect that unlike the others, Maria is displaying a unique aura. Perhaps that is why everyone feels so strongly towards her." Nicole explains her findings on Maria here to report how she is a special case.

"Who can say, but it does feel as if Maria Robotnik's very soul is reincarnated into Maria the Hedgehog." Leo expressed his thoughts on seeing and felt a gentle warmness having Maria apart of their crew.

"Perhaps with her, she maybe the key when you encounter those with strong ties to Maria Robotnik. Doctor Eggman, Commander Abraham Tower Of GUN, and even…" Nicole was labeling out how Maria can help in areas of those with old attest feelings and relationships; even for…

"Shadow the Hedgehog, I did think about it. What would happen if he meant Terios, the first of Professor Gerald's Ultimate Lifeform project who helped motivate him into making Shadow who he is. And not only him…" Leo held his chin from trying to picture if Terios and Shadow meant, what would play out: and then the next thought came on Maria the Hedgehog. "When the black hedgehog meets 'this' Maria born from a DNA of Shadow's blood. To which merge with the human girl's blood from the transfusion that failed to cure the disease but gave life to this female hedgehog. It's almost like telling him she's alive but reborn or reincarnated. Yet no matter what I can come up with, it seems it may leave him wanting answers." The lion man knew very well that Maria the Hedgehog may have a stronger impact meeting Shadow: Leo was not sure if maybe due to the DNA coding and signs, would the female hedgehog be surprise to awaken memories when she was once human which seem impossible but it can't be ignored…?

"Perhaps watching her is the best course on how she handles herself. And Until then, we should focus on the mission and repairs to the warship." Nicole exclaim to suggesting what they best do one step at a time.

"Good idea, I'll…" Leo was about to move until Nicole hovers up to his face.

"Rest…you maybe better, but your energy output is only slightly recovered." Nicole firmly informs the lion man he must relax himself after that hard battle spending his energy to protect the ship and barely had any left for a heal and final strike action.

"Even after I was healed just now?" Leo asked surprised until he saw the serious look on Nicole to which he signs and gives in. "Heh, alright…guess I can catch up on reading more of those volume books." The lion man issue on deciding what to do to spare some time and relax while reading a book. "Starting with this one, seems to mention reports on 'Mutations' which I may need to understand especially from Agni's case of his unique evolution." The guy summoned one of the unique books with one label volume 6.

"Very well, I'll contact you when the search team finds the Sol Emerald and the ship is fully functional for take off." Nicole stated on allowing this term of relaxing before working on the other stuff.

With that Nicole's holographic image disappears, leaving Leo alone. The lion man decided to sit down in a chair and look at the 6th volume book that explains how mutations occurred in living creatures and what scientist discovered in their own attempts in the past. Then a thought came to Leo as he pulled up a holo screen that displayed some recent feathers of bird type species.

"Hmm, after meeting the Babylon Rogues and the Battle Bird Armada, perhaps I can form new lifeforms that are avian…perhaps those that can fly naturally. I wonder?" Leo was very curious and then as he finished one volume, he looks at the 7th and 8th volume books that had a new subject: details about relationships on dinosaurs and dragons by their DNA and evolution stature. "Interesting, the other 2 volumes talk about dinosaurs and dragons, maybe it's related to the BioLizard creation that was attempted but failed. What would it be like to have them?" That was a thought alright, imagining if Leo's crew had the might of dinosaur or dragon type crew members. "Well either way, looks like I'll be very busy without leaving my chamber." Leo shrug off his shoulders as he began to study while setting up some commands on a nearby console.

With some new ideas already popping into Leo's head, he decided to perform a connection to the Ultimate Lifeform Chamber to try his crazy idea out. And slowly the scene goes dark as the mighty lion man will find himself just relaxing while letting something start to develop on the side: what will turn out, is anyone's guess…

NEW LOCATION - ?

OUTSIDE THE LEO CARRIER

The scene displays the Leo Carrier on a land area where it was truly apart of a large continent. The entire structure was hovering in the sky like Angel Island, but it seem vaguely different. But then the scene changes to display a monitor showing the warship, and those watching were six shadowy figures with horns who could almost be some kind of one type species.

"Well-well, looks like we gotten some guest here? It's been AGES since anyone came here!" A tall guy issue on sounding eager to go out and start a fight.

"I wonder if they got any food on that ship, I'm hungry." A big round guy spoke with a manner of thinking more about food then anything else.

"It looks like it survived a battle and is at death's door. Oh how wonderful and beautiful it is." A short guy spoke with a dreary and gloomy tone on seeing misery as some joy.

"A vessel like that maybe a chance for us. It may even house things we can use to our advantage." A shorter guy with a beard and cane was viewing things carefully to understand the wise manner of the situation.

"Well, I wonder if it has anything to do with this little jewel that fell into our hands." The female spoke with an easy but sly tone while holding a Purple Sol Emerald.

"All the more reason." The last guy spoke was more firmer, but had power to his presence. "Someone left this in our possession, and now with this ship's arrival…our luck may finally turn." He spoke from piecing together how they can utilize this as a chance for them.

"Foreseeing our chance is a good act for us all." The old man stated on how one views this.

"I only follow your example, dear master." The other one replied firmly but respectfully to one he calls master.

"Then let's go and say hello!" The tall and raging one was ready to rock out.

"Yeah! I'm HUNGRY!" The big fat one roared from wanting to feast.

"Oh no, what if this ends badly?" The small gloomy guy exclaim from not knowing how things will go.

"If it does, maybe it ends badly for the unlucky ones." The female remarks with confidence

"Then let us be off." The tough guy being the leader spoke on making a decision here. "And make ourselves known to those who come to Lost Hex…the Deadly Six!" He proclaimed on where they are and of just who they are.

The flashing eyes glimmer in the dark while they each had their own wicked laughters echo in the area. And the camera zooms to the monitor showing the Leo Carrier and the resident lifeforms exploring the continent. But nobody knew of what troubles were near, but they were about to find out shortly soon…

NOTES: The early scene is like an inspire idea reference from the Marvel Hulk series involving scientist & military experiments with something gone wrong, and created something unexpected but with a few different twist and turns to match with the Sonic Universe.

Doctor Fukurokov's appearance is more an updated version from Sonic Archie series from the Pre-Super Genesis Wave.

Battle Lord Kukku XV's appearance is more updated version from Sonic Archie series utilizing what appeared in the Pre-Super Genesis Wave and Current version.

Much of the original Vehicles & Mechas seen in Tails Adventure game and from the Sonic Archie Comics were given newly evolved/enhanced versions from other franchises that gave such inspiration as arsenals in the Battle Bird Armada.

The Battle Fortress II is base on Lucrehulk-Class Battleship from Star Wars series.

From Mega Man X series we have the Metal Wings, but the Swallow Bombs were rename from robot versions called Tubamail-S.

Raid Raptor - Rise Falcon is base from a Duel Monster from Yu-Gi-On Arc-V series.

The Crow Tanks are based on Cuervons from Mega Man Legends series.

Gold Eagle is base on the Mega Level Digimon called Eaglemon from Digimon series. With it's own attacks plus those from Parrotmon, it's pre-evolve Ultimate Form.

The Tanks joke is a reference from Road Rovers 'Where Rovers Dare' episode.

Claptrap distracting the guards is inspire from the same act Claptrap from Borderland film did against a group of Psychos. But the insults were different, as this story is towards more family friendly environment.

The Aguni turning into a rampaging beast is base on when Takeru lost control of BurningGreymon but gain control in the end from Digimon Frontier episode 12.

Terios the Hedgehog's epic stand and transformation moment against a powerful enemy is base on Baalmon evolving to Beelzemon from Digimon Xros Wars episode 14.

OLD/NEW SONIC CHARACTERS - INTRODUCTION

Terios The Hedgehog: His work prove to be inspiring and intriguing on how to process his character that has been left a mystery until it resurface in Shadow Generation game. While carefully getting the appearance is one thing, next was using the information on how to give an origin to a 'scrap' character: thus I came up with why Terios was in term 'scrapped' and Shadow became the successor. Next was Terios' personality which from some noted facts suggest Vegeta from Dragon series. However I decided after much reviewing to give him the personality of Beelzemon from Digimon Xros Wars series as someone with a trouble past, but lives with a new enlightenment of a warrior. In terms of strength Shadow holds superior measures while Terios was only an early project of being an Ultimate Lifeform, but his connection to the Black Arms was still important to what Professor Gerald would do do the later path. So Terios' strength will display improvements to keep up against Shadow which Terios shall retain the Doom Powers but under a more control state. Plus gave him the Shadow Rifles to give an impressive display of the character theme like from the Shadow The Hedgehog game, and can channel energy for more powerful attacks. It's a good work in progress, and introducing Super Terios was a bonus for fans that could imagine he be like Super Shadow but different. Plus additional new features in Super Mode of golden upgraded wings and rifles along with newly made merge of Chaos & Doom Moves.

Maria The Hedgehog: Everyone knows Maria Robotnik and the history she has in Shadow the Hedgehog. Then a new popular character came to exist as Maria but as a hedgehog. Which was a canary and became fanfic with lots of spin off versions over time. Now there were many thoughts on what I should do on how could such a thing exist, and there are many theories in how it's possible. But after careful means of searching came up with an origin that was presented in a manga story of Shadow about blood transfusion, and came up with using that to give birth to Maria the Hedgehog. But also had to consider Shadow's blood had the Black Arms inside, and that could be wild to imagine. So came up with a healing solution that purse Black Doom's blood, and thus the blood DNA would create an Ultimate Lifeform hedgehog like Shadow rather then a Black Arms creature, but through Maria have altercations in fur color by her blonde hair, blue eyes and female gender type. And also include that this creation be an Ultimate Lifeform that can use Chaos Energy, but question remains of what? So for an early display of her ability was healing considering as a former human wish to get well of her sickness, it can be noted down in the future of how such an ability came to be. And the most important, her personality would be Maria, but thought how to explain it for this character was created as a replicated version but exist as a hedgehog. So she will exhibit traits of the human Maria and eventually regain memories of a former life, thus making a plan of a soul being reincarnated and the new birth tale of Maria the Hedgehog. Oh and of course the clothing it's self is a blue theme style.

Wow, just when you can't get enough excitement, a new twist has been added. Next chapter opens that when things seem peaceful, the tech starts acting weirdly and Leo becomes a prisoner aboard the Leo Carrier when he meets none other by the Deadly Six. And now the Zeti are using the tech, robots and giant mecha bots to cause trouble for the others. It'll be a difficult task, but maybe some new faces might help in tough spots. It'll be a challenge of the Zeti using the most powerful giant mechs Leo has made, but when in doubt, the new Ultimate Lifeform crew may pull miracles of their own. But when the Zeti Leader Zavok gets personally involve and becomes a BIG problem with more enhance Chaos Energy, will Leo himself be ready to stop this foe and get his crew off Lost Hex to continue their journey?
