I was just minding my own business one moment, then the next? I'm in the middle of fucking nowhere.
A forest. No civilization as far as I can see. Just red grass and red trees.
My eyes hurt.
Water drips down my face as I blink in confusion. 'what the hell-'
I wipe it away, freezing in place, my heart feeling as if it is being gripped as I notice the color of the 'water'... red.
This is blood.
This is my blood.
Holy shit that's a lot of blood.
I feel light headed staggering forwards.

Energy seems to crackle around my body, flickering and destabilizing.
Argus Lord of Eyes has requested permission to absorb related ocular skills.
Permission Granted.
"..."
The voice has... stopped.
I stare down at the floor, watching red droplets slowly drip onto the red blades of grass. A deep ache seems to sink into my eyes as I remain there for a long moment.
What...
What's going on?
I look over my body.
I appear thinner, smaller. Younger.
What the hell?
I can...
I can see so much.
The way the blades of grass shift in the wind, the way my blood slowly drips off the red blades and sinks into the soil.
I can even see that large bipedal wolf thing barreling towards my exposed back-
Wolfwhatnow?
I turn quickly, eyes widening as I gaze into the two pools of red peering from behind a white bone mask.
"W-WAIT-" I cry out only to pause as... it does so? A strange... winged V appearing in its eye.
It freezes there in place, clawed arm extended towards me.
My eyes widen as I quickly pat down my body, feeling a sword and scabbard at my hip.
I draw it and with experience and skill I know I don't have, I cleave its head off in one swing.
"What just- I don't-" I bring a hand to be head, sucking in a gasp of air as my eyes throb briefly.

I feel pressure build in my eyes.

A branch snaps behind me, causing me to turn, my eyes widen as fear grips my heart. A massive bipedal... thing... stands there. It has green skin, a single horn on its head and a single large, massive eye glares down at me.
Its eye begins glowing.
Threat detected. Teleportation Initiated.
'a-a CYCLOPS?! What the fuck?!'
With that final mental shriek... I am enveloped in rainbow light.
Pov: Elsehwhere
This is bad.
A man with dark blackish grey hair swings a massive blade with one hand, deflecting a sharp blast of wind to the side.
With a click, his weapon bends slightly, two barrels pointing forwards.
He pulls the trigger of his weapon, two slugs rocketing from his weapon's hidden gun, but when they strike their mark, the person seems to warble and teleport to the side.
Illusionists.
He hates illusionists.
Always a pain in the ass to deal with... and what's more he has to protect Amber now.
His eyes briefly flick back to a woman crumpled on the road behind him, he barely parries an attack he didn't even see coming. His instincts alone saving him.
This is bad.
His eyes flick between the three attackers. All blurred.
He'll never be able to pick these three out... all he'd be able to say is 'Guy. Girl. Girl.'
But they did something to Amber... maybe he should just pull back and-
He sees a flash of light in the corner of his eye.
A rainbow streaks through the sky... and collides with one of the three figures.
Instantly the blur disappears. He quickly capitalizes as the two remaining attackers are stunned.
They all look rather young. But that doesn't matter. They chose this. They became agents of her.
He slashes at the remaining woman, her eyes widening as she barely manages to raise her glass weapon in defense. It cracks under the force of his attack, causing him to grin as glowing runes along the side of the weapon flash.
The woman's eyes widen as she is launched into the ground, her breath forced from her lungs as shards of her own weapon pelt her body that is only protected by a shimmering barrier of orange light that flickers to life.
The boy of the trio leaps forwards, lashing out with a kick, but the man quickly parries and smashes a kick of his own into his attacker's stomach, knocking him down into the woman on the floor.
He takes a brief moment to soak in their appearance.
Orange eyes, black hair, pale skin.
Steely grey hair, pale skin, grey eyes. Mechanical legs?
Dark skin, red eyes, minty hair.
Bleeding eyes. Silver-
Holy shit...
Silver eyes.
With a powerful swing of his blade he tries to cleave the head off the seeming leader of the group of three.
She raises her hand, letting out a cry as fire flickers around one of her eyes.
His weapon is nearly ripped from his hands as a tremendous gale spirals from her fingertips.
"WE'RE LEAVING!" The black haired woman shrieks as she swings her arm downwards, creating a proverbial tornado of wind that causes him to curse, reach out and grab the swaying and bleeding figure and rush towards the prone unconscious woman behind him.
Power surges around him as he fights off the gale, gritting his teeth.
After a painful minute of struggle, he lets out a few panting gasps.
The attackers... have vanished.
The man's gaze strays from the unconscious woman to the bleeding silver eyed warrior.
"Are you alrigh-"
He reaches out and catches the teen as he collapses.
He looks down at the two of them.
Oh good. Now he has to keep two unconscious people safe... just his luck.
Ow- ow ow ow ow my fucking head.
My hands reach up to my head pausing slightly at the feeling bandages wrapped around my head.
Huh...
I... can still see?
It's kind of narrow, but I can still slightly see out of this... did they cut a hole or something?
I begin gently tapping my face.
No... I... can't feel a hole? What the hell?
What is-
Passive Subskill 'The Six Eyes' grants you vision far beyond what should normally be safe for you. Even while blindfolded your vision would be comparable to a high definition camera, however it is only at 25% of its total power.
Huh?
That is...
Okay?
I slowly look around the narrow-pin-sized hole I can see through the bandages, peering around the room slowly, taking in my surroundings.
A whisper leaves my lips. "Where the hell am I?"
I can faintly hear high heels on tile floor outside.
They approach my door as... they stop.
I gaze at the door, my eyes narrowing slightly.
The world becomes bright as my eyes throb, I can see everything so clearly it's like the bandages have been peeled away.
The door becomes merely an afterthought as it becomes ghostly and see-through.
On the other side of the door is a blonde, glasses wearing woman with blonde hair tied up into a bun behind her head allowing a single curly lock to frame her face. She wears a white blouse, a black pencil skirt and has a strange wispy-looking cape and high heeled boots.
Really... high heeled boots.
Less boots more high heels but extending up past the foot.
She has piercing green eyes and what looks like a clip board in her hands.
I blink as her clothes seem to fade away, leaving behind a black lace bra and panties-
My eyes throb, the door reappearing. I let out a low hiss as I bring both hands to my head. 'Ow Ow Ow- FUUUUCK.'
The door opens.
"Oh?! Are you alright?!" The woman asks.
A long breath leaves my lips as I stare at her, she is looking at me, eyes flicking from her clipboard to me.
"I'm... fine... who are you?" I ask slowly.
"I am Glynda Goodwitch." The woman notes, pushing up her glasses slightly.
"I see... where am I?" I continue.
"You are at Beacon Academy, young man." She supplies. "Might I have your name? You didn't have anything on you that might have told us."
I open my mouth to reply only to slowly pause.
My mouth slowly closes. "I-I don't remember. W-What- what is my name?! How did I- wh-"
I let out a hiss as I cradle my face, my eyes throbbing again.
"Are you alright?!" The woman quickly approaches looking over me. "Shhh It's okay. Calm down. You're safe now."
My shaking hands eventually stop shivering.
"I-I don't know..." I whisper. "I remember... events... experiences... but- I can't remember any faces! I-I don't remember any names! W-What happened to me?!"
"Take a deep breath." The woman whispers. "Do you at least remembered what happened before you got here? Before you fell unconscious?"
"I... woke up in a forest with red trees and grass... my eyes started bleeding and... some big wolf thing came out of the woods... I saw it in the corner of my eye. It was about to kill me. I told it to stop. My eyes hurt more, and I managed to fumble and cut off its head. After that... I just wanted to leave and... well... I think I bumped into someone? I-I didn't hurt anyone did I? I think... I was going pretty fast."
I can see a calming smile on the woman's lips as she places her hand on my shoulder. "Don't worry. You didn't hurt anyone. We'll help you figure this out, okay? You must feel exhausted. Probably even thirsty and hungry."
"Not... really?" I whisper looking at my hands. "H-How long was I unconscious."
"Three days."
"I... should feel pretty hungry then but..." I mutter.
Notice: User's Mystic Eyes of Sustenance is fulfilling their needs. Such as their need to eat, drink, and sleep. This effect extends to breathing as well.
"Mystic eyes of sustenance?" I whisper under my breath, a haze of pain over my mind from my throbbing... eyes? Face? Whatever.
"Mystic eyes?!" The woman gasps.
"Huh?" I question. "Do... you know what those are?!"
If I remember correctly... this is Rwby. Crap... did I just reveal that I have magic?
I have magic?!
"Mystic eyes are innate magic that passes through a bloodline. They are quite rare but there are a few notable cases. The Schnees for one have arguably the most powerful Mystic Eyes... aside from your own Silver Eyes... are you telling me that you have more than one type of Mystic Eyes?!"
She looks perturbed. "It's... not unheard of for someone to awaken more than one mystic eye. Many families in the past have unified for this sole reason. Sometimes they can combine and mutate into something more powerful. Other times they can cancel each other out... or maybe merely one of your eyes accepts one of the powers, while the other accepts the other."
"You... mean I'm not the only one?!" I gasp, my mind racing.
They...
Wait.
If other people have magic...
What the fuck?
"Of course not." The woman shakes her head. "Silver eyes, while quite rare due to the fact the creatures of grimm and undead seem to seek them out and focus on them in battle, are one of the oldest and most documented form of mystic eyes. If you'd like to learn more, we have a few elective classes here in Beacon Academy for the use and study of your own Mystic Eyes."
"If I were to guess... mystic eyes of sustenance... makes it so you don't need much to eat?"
"Or drink... or breathe... and it... cleans... I think?"
There's a small twinge of pain in my eye as a wave seems to wash across my body.
I look down at my hands, eyes wide.
They were originally stained slightly red with my own blood, but they're completely clean now. I assume the same could be said for the rest of my body as well.
"I'll be right back." The woman states.
With that she steps out of the room. Leaving me alone with my disorientated thoughts.
I'm... in Rwby, aren't I?
But-
Mystic Eyes?
Magic?! And- and that cyclops! It wasn't a grimm at all!
And what's the deal with all the magic?!
I'm... in an alternate universe of Rwby.
Fuck.
After around ten minutes the door creaks open.
A man steps inside.
He wears a deep green suit, nearly black and a green scarf. He has greyish white hair, brown, eyes and wears spectacles. In his hand is a walking stick that just RADIATES magical energy.
Lost Memory:
An ancient magical staff that stores kinetic energy and can convert it into magical power. It currently houses enough power to wipe several city blocks off the map.
I look up.
"Hello." The man smiles. "My name is Ozpin. I am the headmaster of this school."
"Glinda has told me that you have lost your memories... that the last thing that you remember is waking up in forever fall. Tell me... have you ever heard of Beacon Academy before?"
I quietly shake my head as he pools over a stool, taking a seat at the side of my bed.
"What about Vale?" He asks.
"Vale?" I echo. "It sounds... familiar, but I can't remember much."
"Vale of one of the four main kingdoms on Remnant, our planet, located just to the north, is Beacon Academy, a school for teaching applicants how to be Huntsmen. Combatants that combine close combat and magic in harmony to beat back the likes of monsters and the creatures of grimm." The man explains.
A frown appears on his lips. "Have you heard of Japan?"
I flinch slightly.
"Ah... so you have." The man notes. "I believe I know what has happened to you."
"What?" I echo.
"In this world... there are many wonders, young man. From the mages guild pushing the boundaries of magic and enchantment to the alchemist guild who pursue the advancement of medical technology. From our broken moon to the likes of the animal-featured race of the faunus. But. There are a few secrets that only a select few know."
"Occasionally, the fabric between dimensions weakens... and those of other worlds can slip into our own. It's... uncommon... quite rare in fact, but you aren't the first, nor will you be the last. So many worlds with differing histories, ideologies, races. It's... quite daunting, actually."
"I'm not the only one?" I quietly whisper. "Are... their memories also messed up?"
"No... I'm afraid not." Ozpin sighs. "But... if you know of Japan, you must be from one of the recorded worlds. 'earth'... bit of a strange name, but... I suppose 'Remnant isn't any less unusual. You don't have monsters there... correct? Well, if I remember correctly, there are multiple 'earth's and some do and others don't."
"I don't remember any monsters." I shake my head.
"Hm." He hums. "Regardless... it is truly unusual that you have silver eyes... I had thought that they were originally a Remnant Mystic Eye... though, at a certain point, maybe people from our world have managed to slip out into other worlds... I suppose that is possible."
He seems to ponder for a long moment, allowing me to quietly sort out my thoughts.
'What the fuck? People jumping into different dimensions... that is- what?'
"So... I suppose I should ask you... what do you want to do?" Ozpin questions slowly.
"I don't know." I whisper out. "This is all so overwhelming. I think... I went to bed last night and now... my parents- which I can't remember fully- might as well be... dead..."
I gently rub my forehead.
The man slowly rises to his feet. "Well... I'll allow you to collect your thoughts. If you need anything Beacon's nurse is just outside. Push that button next to you... oh right. It's right here."
He taps his cane just above the button.
He's silent for a moment. "But... you can apparently see it. Hm."
"I'll leave you to your thoughts." He turns, taking his cane with a small twirl as he leaves the room, shutting the door behind him.
I've put in some thought as to what I what to be...
Well.
Huntsman, obviously.
I've taken stock.
I have a VERY long list of eye-powers.
The first of which- and arguably a very useful one- will be functional in just two more days.
The Sharingan.
Slight issue.
Never watched or read Naruto.
Plus, no Chakra.
Yeaaaah uh... that sucks.
Anyways. Aura. Magic. And I've got a special trait called 'gem empowerment' that unlocks a special ability for myself.
One that I'll be putting everything into learning after the Sharingan.
It's effects from what this strange voice was able to tell me is that I gain boons from collecting gems with cut and more expensive gems granting me greater boons.
I gain a pocket dimension for storing said gems, and each one grants me a special effect.
It also grants me a special trait called 'grazing' where through narrow dodges I can collect 'Time Energy' in a time-piece or clock.
Something I do not have!
I'll see if I can get some money for one, but it seems very important as that time energy can be used to slow down time itself!
Technically speaking I can use it now, it'd just be at one-fourth power and one fourth duration.
Amathyst improves how much 'time energy' I collect from grazing, Aquamarine allows my 'resources' to regenerate faster, such as my magical energy and stamina, Topaz gives me faster 'cooldowns' whatever that means. Emerald improves regeneration... so, healing. Ruby improves vitality, Sapphire improves 'Attack Potency' which is... unusual... and Diamond is a mix of Ruby and Sapphire.
From what I heard, this ability would take about twenty days to reach 'full power'.
After that, I'll work on Aura then Magic.
Also...
Names...
I've given it a little thought
Noctus Argentus
First name like the Final Fantasy guy, last name because 'Silver'.
I thought 'meh, why not?'.
Ozpin said he would come and visit me soon... so now I'm just waiting.
I can hear footsteps echoing outside.
It quietly creaks open, revealing Ozpin and Glynda.
"You're back..." I mutter quietly.
"Yes. Have you had a good morning?"
"Relatively... kind of boring, though."
"Well, I have some good news. Those bandages can be taken off."
"Oh... neat." I note blandly as I gaze up towards the ceiling. "I've done some thinking... and, well, I think I'd like to try and help people. Become a huntsman. Now I just need to get over the complete and total lack of knowledge over history and my overall... limited... experience in combat."
"Have any of your memories returned?" Ozpin questions slowly.
"No... but I did think about what I want to call myself... it just wouldn't make sense to call me 'you' or 'him' this entire time while waiting for my memories to come back... if they come back... I was personally thinking Noctus Argentus."
"A fine name." Ozpin nods once. "Now... let's get these bandages off you, our nurse, Chisato has given you a clean bill of health."
"Ah. I remember meeting her... her name is... Japanese, right?"
"Oh. Her ancestors were much like yourself. She is named after her great grandmother, an otherworlder from a world similar to your own."
"I see..." I mutter under my breath. "This is... really... confusing."
"It is, isn't it?" The man smiles. "Our culture has been notably shifted by those of other worlds dropping in. You might even see some familiar things."
"Christmas?"
"Ah! Yes, that was originally from another world, wasn't it?" He reaches forwards slowly taking off the bandages.
"Halloween?"
"Also yes." He notes.
"Huh..." I mutter, light peeking through the coiled cloth and causing me to wince slightly.
With a final tug, the bandages are removed, leaving my skin open to the world.
I look around slowly.
"Oh my." Glinda mutters, a hand coming to her lips.
"What?" I ask. "Is- is something wrong with my face?!"
There's a small blush to her cheeks.
"Great..." Ozpin sighs.
"What is it?!"
He holds up a mirror.
I flinch upon seeing myself.
"Oh wow..." I whisper.
Short, tousled black hair, slightly angular jaw. Small nose. Piercing silver eyes that look as if an entire nebula has been caught in them.
I am... REALLY hot. like. I'm not into men and even I can say that's a fucking hot dude... and that dude is me... apparently.
"Oh dear... it looks like we're going to have to stock extra birth control in the campus store this year." Ozpin sighs.
My eyes seem to abruptly roll downwards.
"GAH-" I flinch back.
Ozpin's eyes seem to widen as my eyes continue to roll, new eyes appearing like some sort of demented slot machine.
They stop abruptly. My silver eyes are there again, but now they lack pupils. Instead blue snowflakes rest in the very center of them.
"Oh god-" I wince. "I-I think I'm going to be sick-"
"That was... unusual... your eyes have changed..." Ozpin observes.
I cringe as my eyes seem to roll again, quickly changing back to normal.
"Could it be that your eyes have more than just two powers?"
"Yeeees?" I mutter slowly.
"How many would you estimate, exactly?"
"..."
"Hun...dreds?"
The handle of the mug in his hand snaps as he seems to grip it too hard, causing it to shatter on the floor.
"Hm." He hums after a moment. Glancing downwards at the broken mug.
"Glynda, please scratch what I just said."
"E-EXCUSE ME?!" I gasp.
"Sir?!" Glynda seems appalled.
"Now. I am not telling you to impregnate your classmates, that isn't something a headmaster should do. Especially not one as prestigious as Beacon Academy. You lack a lot of knowledge as well, so I should perhaps tell you this before you are taken advantage of. Mystic eyes are passed down through bloodline. I am unsure of what such rules mean for someone like you, however. Do with this information what you will. We are a school for the last line of defense to the likes of Monsters and the Creatures of Grimm."
"With so many hormonal teenagers in private co-ed rooms... well... it's no wonder the student body has its fair share of... accidents... in the heat of passion... and while chastised, there's no true punishment to these actions."
"Ozpin." Glynda warns.
"This is getting kind of creepy..." I frown.
"Ah... right... if you want to be a huntsman, the best option would most certainly be Beacon Academy. But the year is almost completely finished so we may postpone your entrance until next year so you can get a team of your own."
"And let me guess, it's going to be an all-girls team?"
"It depends on the ratio of boy and girl applicants, frankly." The man nods slowly.
He tilts his head. "Though... I was planning on eventually creating a system where a small group could get through initiation on sheer recommendation alone... it just wouldn't make sense to allow someone with incredible talent like yourself to slip through the cracks because of simple bad luck."
A single huff leaves my lips. "Probably for the best that I wait until next year... I don't really know how to fully control my aura or my magic."
"Hm... a slight issue but do not worry. I believe that I shall tutor you, young man."
"Please follow me." The man smiles as he rises to his feet. "I'll show you to the arena where I shall test your skills."
Sooo uh, this is something I had written using the WORM v17 CYOA **AGES** Before Kitsune Streamer. I just finally got around to posting it.
be aware that the build doesn't really make sense anymore cause there's been updates and stuff but uh... basically every eye power I could find of the list was added.
The build (With the note that I just keep adding new eye powers every time they're added in the CYOA. plus I just stopped caring about points at some point as the cost of perks and the points given for debuffs kept changing):
