Chapter 10

Return To Spider-Skull Island

The X-1 Hanger

It's been a few months since The Monarch was locked away, seeing as there wasn't really much for him to do at the time, he had decided to get in contact with his mother through the proper channels, like they usually do, where afterwards, the Venture group quickly explained to him what had happened during the trial, though Brock had given him the "full" version in secret, where at one point Naruto had bumped into Sheila, aka Dr. Girlfriend, with the known villain, Phantom Limb.

With Naruto giving his support for the woman, which she was grateful for, though Phantom was about to "maneuver" her away from Naruto, more than likely due to his fear of her leaving him again, but the look on Naruto's face had pretty much told the guy that Naruto would snap his neck if he'd tried anything, where Naruto had offered to take the poor woman out for some coffee just to have someone to talk to about her problems, which she'd accepted, thus allowing the two to have a break from everyone and just chat with each other, though while they enjoyed each other's company all they did was talk, with nothing else happening, seeing as the woman did go through quite the ordeal thanks to The Monarch, where the two then figured that it'd be nice to get together and just talk about their day-to-day lives and get some coffee like any friends would.

Which everyone figured was fine, as long as it didn't interfere with their lives, though Phantom Limb was obviously jealous, but after a little talk and convincing, he'd agreed that it would be healthy for her to have someone to talk with and have a day away from the villainy side of her lifestyle.

Right now the group had returned from quite the ordeal, after solving a mystery of a phantom at a movie theater, where they were showing the movie, Rocky Horror Picture Show, where the audience apparently dress up as the characters from the show, though due to it being The Venture Family, there was bound to be a bloodbath for the civilians in someway.

Naruto on the other hand was dressed up as Eddie, from the movie, though while he was the one to catch the so called "phantom" due to his training, while the group was talking about the so called mystery, "Meh, it was pretty tamed to what we usually dealt with, shame about the civilians, movie was good though, a bit strange and confusing, but considering what it's about it's understandable, the music was still entertaining." Naruto then states, which the group couldn't help but agree to.

That is until Rusty began screaming out in pain where they then had to rush him to the hospital, while the injured civilians were being taken care of, figuring that there really wasn't much for him to do to help out, Naruto had decided to help out around the hospital, being thankful that he actually gained a medical training from his mother, as well as medical training from around Asia, letting him use pressure points and acupressure to help the injured people, where at one point he took his Eddie vest and top off, since it would've got in the way of helping the people, though it did "please" some of the injured women there.

All the while the boys were going on a tangent of their dad being "pregnant" for some reason, where at the time Naruto was helping a red headed civilian who was holding her leg in pain, but with a quick acupressure point, Naruto had managed to numb to area and quickly got to work stitching and repairing the injury, with the woman being both thankful and a little bit flirty with Naruto, though Brock suddenly made his appearance, making the injured civilians nervous at his arrival.

Standing back up and giving the woman a pat on the shoulder, basically telling her that she'll be fine now, Naruto moves to his father, with Brock giving some comfort to the boys, "So what exactly was inside the man?" Naruto couldn't help but ask, since he noticed that Brock didn't really say what it was.

"Oh, right, the doctors gave him a quick scan and said that it was a tumor, so they're preparing him for surgery and should be finished soon." Brock answered back, with Naruto nodding.

"So, wait, our father isn't pregnant!?" Dean couldn't help but ask, which caused both Naruto and Brock to look at each other, with Naruto looking towards Brock, basically telling the man to tell the boys about the reason why men don't get pregnant, which the man reluctantly did, though he was extremely uncomfortable with such a thing, but it was better than having the boys confused and going on their own messed up versions.

Afterwards, Brock had Naruto take the boys back home to let Orpheus look after them, while Naruto works on his bike, getting ready to go meet up with Triana, since she'd invite him to hangout at a club and everything, where after finishing with detail, Naruto saw the jet flying towards the hanger, figuring that his dad and Rusty were done at the doctors, so he took off before it landed, missing the person that had stolen, landed and exited the jet.

Along with missing the boys talk about what it would've been like if their dad did have a baby, though they then got it in their head that they'd get adopted by Orpheus, along with a bunch of other stupid stuff, causing them to runaway from the compound.

Though unfortunately, Naruto and Triana had just returned to the compound the next morning, with Triana having a happy content smile on her face after the "night" she had with the spiky haired blond, where she then sat at her breakfast table, where she then passed a note from the boys to her father, hiding it from Naruto since she figured Brock and Rusty had asked him to look after the boys, so it would've given her an excuse to have Naruto spend more time with her.

Where it wasn't long before she explained to Naruto what had happened with the boys and that her father would go after them and keep an eye on the pair, since he should be use to the two by now, what with how their personalities are and everything, which Naruto figured he'd give the man a chance to look after the boys for the day or so.

Which allowed the pair to have their own "fun" together at the compound, since they didn't have to worry about anyone "disturbing" them, seeing as Rusty was on bedrest, with Brock sorting his car out, where he noticed Naruto's wrist communicator was on silent, with the "code" still being in use, since Naruto had "refreshed" it for that morning as well.

Not to mention the uninvited "guest" had also left the couple to do their thing, since he didn't want to be a "cockblocker" for Naruto or anything, and since Naruto was pretty much a "new addition" to the Venture group, he had no problem with him, but thankfully Naruto was "distracted" by Triana, so everything should be fine with that.

After such a "fun" time together, Naruto had helped Triana to her chair, where he managed to fix them some proper breakfast, even though Triana wanted to complain about using bacon, at the moment she was pretty much out of energy thanks to Naruto, so while she did try to deny it, she couldn't help but crave the crispy meaty treat, which caused Naruto to smile, "Oh stop being so dramatic, all humans are omnivores, it's in our instinct to have a craving for meat now and again, so just relax and enjoy yourself." Naruto simply stated, where he made his way behind her and started massaging her shoulders, causing her to moan in pleasure since he was hitting the right spots.

"Damn you and your logic~" She groaned out, causing Naruto to smile, since after spending so much "time" with her, he knew which buttons to press, but since she no doubt still feeling sore, he decided to just help her relax from their time together, while she finishes eating her meal, which was a full English breakfast, so it certainly filled her up plenty, but due to her legs still aching, they both decided that after she'd finish, Naruto should carry her to her room to let her recover in her bed.

"(BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMM!)"

Only for an explosion to go off in the lab, making the two wonder what was happening, so after placing the girl in her bed, along with a drink that she brought with her, Naruto quickly rushes back down stairs into the lab, seeing the sprinklers going off, "WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED HERE!?" He couldn't help but question.

Where both Brock and Rusty explained and introduced Rusty's brother, Jonas Jr. recently named after their father, seeing as the once tumored little brother kinda looked like their father, they figured it suited the man, though Orpheus soon joined them, explaining what had happened to the boys, though became slightly confused at the sight of the deformed brother of Rusty, "Just roll with it Dr. Orpheus, trust me, it'll save ya a lot of headaches." Naruto had simply stated, secretly figuring that he'd give the wizard some little advice considering he'd just recently slept with the man's daughter.

Where afterwards, the men went to help the boys out, whereas Naruto had decided to leave it to them, since he figured there wouldn't really be a point for all of them to go, so he stayed behind to try and clean up the mess as best as he can, seeing as Helper had crashed Brock's car into the lab, with Naruto getting Brock's permission to move his broken car back into the hanger for repairs.

After cleaning the debris, Naruto then went to spend sometime with Triana, making sure she was comfortable and the two simply chatted, with Triana using Naruto's chest as a pillow, since she's been enjoying the attention.

Though Naruto's communicator watch beeped, which even though he'd used the code for "radio silence" at least his and Brock's version for when they're "busy" with someone, meaning that what Brock was gonna say would be serious, which it turned out was, considering he'd just told Naruto, and Triana since she was laying next to him, that the boys were killed in an explosion on the way home.

Making both upset that such a thing had happened to the Venture Brothers, "We'll talk more when you get home, okay dad." Naruto replied back to his father, with the man nodding on the video and hanging up, and since Triana was out of view of the camera, she quickly gave Naruto a hug in support, knowing that right now he needed it since while the boys were extremely naive, they were still their friends in someway, with Naruto taking on the role as a big brother figure, only being there for the boys when they needed him to be there, as well as offer some advice now and again.

Even though Naruto knew about the clones, he still felt somewhat a sense of loss, must be because these two versions of the boys had lasted longer than the others, but right now, Naruto figured Triana needed time to also mourn the boys, where afterwards he'll then explain about the clones, along with trying to tell Rusty to remember the backup memories for the boys this time around, since he didn't want to keep introducing himself as Brock's "recently" found son, and having to go through the WHOLE big brother figure thing again.

Though who knows what'll happen when the group returns home.

There you go, since I figured Naruto needed to spend more time with Triana while Rusty was being "introduced" to his deformed brother and everything, along with the boys getting blown up and everything. lol

Also I skipped the whole, Trial of the Monarch, episode, since it'd be a pretty boring chapter for obvious reasons, but I also figured Naruto would be a good friend for Sheila, aka, Dr Girlfriend, without anything happening between the two, since her voice would be kinda off putting for him, but he'd still be friendly towards her.
