He frowned there are few unexpected changes in find and destroy something of Tom, and side quest he doesn't know what this resurrection stone is and when exactly he gained its Allegiance, before he could ponder some more someone trying to suffocate him by hugging
"Harry are you alright" he was surprised because he was expecting Hermione but this was not her, he opened his eyes and looked at the pink hair and confirmed it was Tonks, he looked around and found only 2 other students one was first years still not sorted, and the other student who was sitting near the unsorted student was from Slytherin, he recognized the girl she was Daphne Greengrass she was ok for most parts, she didn't antagonize him like few Slytherin's last year when he was outed as parcel mouth
"Harry are you alright" Tonks asked again with a frown
"Yeah, Dora I am fine, where am I and how long am I out" he asked
"You were in the infirmary of Hogwarts, you are out of it for almost 2 hours" she said
"Ok, where is Hermione" he asked
"She was with McGonagall about something, she was here till now" she said
"Oh ok, anyway Dora what are you doing here" he asked
"Oh well, apparently parents were shocked when Dementors attacking the train full of students just few minutes after leaving the platform, and they panicked more so when they almost kissed you and 2 other students, minister posted 2 Aurors to protect students and one more to protect you specially, as you can see yours truly got that job" she said
"But you said you were still a Auror trainee right" he asked
"Well, we are here to raise the alarm if Black came anywhere near Hogwarts and Hogsmeade and to control the Dementors from attacking any other students" she said
"So, I am still a bait then" he said, she sighed and ruffled his hair
"Harry I will do everything I can to protect you" she said and about to kiss his cheek and then Harry turned his head and about to say something and their lips locked, his eyes widened and about to move away, but he was surprised when she deepened the kiss only for a moment and they separated
"That- th" he stared at her in shock and surprise, then he noticed movement in the corner of his eyes, he saw Hermione entering the Infirmary with a frown and stroked something that looked like a chain, then the frown turned into smile looking him awake, she rushed at him and hugged him so tight he once again felt suffocated, after a moment she released him and punched him hard on his shoulders
"Please don't do that again, I was scared when you collapsed like that" she said with glistening eyes, he sighed and pushed Dora and the kiss back of his head and hugged her and gave her a soft kiss, then they heard a throat clearing sound, they separated and looked at Madam Pomfrey, while her lips were in thin line but her eyes were looking amused
"Now with that performance I was expecting you were feeling quite right" she said, they both blushed, madam Pomfrey took her wand out and waved her wand all over him
"Well, you are fine physically, but you were still recovering from magical exhaustion so I would advise you to not use magic for 24 hours at least, fortunately today was Saturday so you wouldn't miss any classes" she said
"You can join the great hall for dinner and I hope Miss Tonks can keep an eye on you so you can't run around and get into another problem and end up in this bed again" she said
"I really don't look for trouble" he complained
"Well, it had a way to find you where-ever you are" she retorted
"We can look after him Madam Pomfrey" Hermione said and looked at Tonks, she nodded, Harry sighed and followed then to the great hall, after few moments of silent walk they approached the great hall and entered slowly without making noise, and apparently sorting was already completed they were in time for Dumbledore's speech
"Welcome! Welcome to another year at Hogwarts! I have a few things to say, before we become befuddled by our excellent feast. First, I'm pleased to welcome Professor R.J. Lupin, who has kindly consented to fill the post of Defence Against the Dark Arts. Good luck to you, Professor." Dumbledore said, most of the younger students clapped apparently, he was on the train and calmed most of the students after the dementor attack, the man he saw sleeping in the compartment they usually sit stood up and nodded and sat down, Harry felt he was familiar as if he had seen him before, then he remembered he was friends with his parents, he saw the man in the memory when he picked up Crookshanks
" As some of you may know, Professor Kettleburn, our Care of Magical Creatures teacher for many years, has decided to retire in order to spend more time with his remaining limbs. Fortunately, I'm delighted to announce that his place will be filled by none other than our own Rubeus Hagrid!" Dumbledore said, this time when Hagrid stood up the whole table jerked
"Guess I know why our COMC book was so… unique" Hermione muttered, Harry snorted
"Finally, on a more disquieting note, Hogwarts - at the request of the Ministry of Magic - will, until further notice, play host to the Dementors of Azkaban and few aurors to ensure no disturbance to the school while the ministry search for Sirius Black, Dementors will be stationed at the entrances to the grounds. While they are under strict orders not to enter the castle itself, you will on occasion see them as you go about your daily activities. Under no circumstances are you to approach them. remember It is not in the nature of a Dementor to be forgiving." Dumbledore said he looked around giving a look to the few problem students like Fred, George, Malfoy, few other Slytherin students and surprisingly him and Hermione and with few other words they were sent to their common rooms
'Why do every one think I like to find trouble' he thought as they exited the Great Hall, he frowned as they approached Gryffindor tower there were few people standing at the entrance of the common room
'What's happening now' he groaned and push passed the crowd to the front and saw the fat lady doing some damage to the eardrums of the students with her singing
"Cupid-Draconis" Harry said
"Shh hold on" she said as she holding a wine glass and attempting to break the glass with her sound alone, he winced and covered his ears, after few moments nothing happening to the glass and the fat lady looked nervous and hit the glass to the wall and broke it, they all let out a sigh and Harry repeated the password, she waved them in as the portrait swung open
Harry, Hermione, Fred, George and Ginny approached the couches near fire-place
"Harry are you alright, I heard from Luna that you fought against Dementors" Ginny asked
"Yeah, Gin I am fine, and you know Luna" Harry asked
"Well, Luna and her father live near Ottery St, they lived in the Rookery we are friends since we are 5 or so, but since her mother passed on, she was acting weird and mum stopped me from meeting her" she said with a sigh, Harry thought about the lonely girl in the compartment he leaned into Hermione and hold her hand, after few moments Hermione shook him
"What are you thinking Harry" she asked, he looked around and found only Hermione and him in the common room
"Ah nothing, where are others" he asked
"Well, you were staring at fire for over an hour" she said, he was surprised at that
"What are you thinking about Harry" Hermione asked him
"well I am thinking about the girl in the compartment, she looked lonely and I don't know if you can see these screen above everyone's head that give me basic information about the person, it said that the girl was a true Sear, Fae Born and watcher, do you felt odd when she said she didn't expect us to meet this early, I don't know her every word might look like she was crazy or she was having fun, but I can see she was lonely because I was in her position before I met you and Ron" Harry said, Hermione frowned
"What do you want to do" she asked
"If she really a sear, and noticed something different with me already I think we need to talk with her and if she truly knows about the game, I was thinking to inviting her to join the Guild in that way she can have few of us as friends" Harry said, she thought for a moment
"I don't think it would be that easy, Harry, I mean you can invite Luna but what would you do if she say about this to someone, we already know all the rumors started from Ron, and don't forget her father owns a magazine too, I am not denying anything, I was saying there are possibilities, but now it's getting late so go and sleep, we will discuss about this tomorrow with others as well" she said and stood up, Harry too stood up and gave her a chaste Kiss and they went back to 3rd years dorms and separated Harry to Males and Hermione to Females section
