There were 3 leaders, and he was the Grand Commander. First, you had Chitose Kizuki, Otherways known by the codename Curious. The executive Director of Shoowaysha Publishing. She used her connection to gain information on everyone. Using her skill and expertise in Blackmail to obtain victoryAndnd whenever that didn't work, She could always kill them. Using her quirk Landmine. Anything she touched she could bestow explosive properties too. Which she could explode at will. So one day you meet Chitose. You shake her hand as she places a hand on your shoulder.
The next day you are told to sell the stock of your company on the low to an LLC that in the end connected back to Detnerat. You refused, well look at these pictures of you with a girl that wasn't your wife, You still would agree, Boom, Your shoulder exploded, and you were murdered within your office.
Then you had Koku Hanabata who had the codename Trumpet. The leader of the Hearts and Mind party. Which was a political party. Giving him some level of Influence within the Japanese government and society. Which allowed him access to many things. He truly had the authority of a leader, which worked perfectly with his quirk Incite. If anyone is considered a worthy leader by those who hear him, They will become more enhanced, Yet the louder the voice, the stronger the ability. Meaning he was a real threat in Nezu's eyes, But then again if Monoma could get his hands on him, Together with Izuku and Ryuko's abilities, They could create an army of All Might all led by a being more powerful than all Might.
Then lastly, a man that went by the name Skeptic or Tomoyasu Chikazoku. His quirk Anthropomorph allows the user to take a human-sized object such as a refrigerator or a desk and turn it into an exact lookalike of any given person. He can freely control several puppets at the same time. Meaning you never knew who your ally was. Then again a lot of his danger was his skill in electronics. Now he had La Brava to counter that easily.
But there were countless more members, One of the ones Nezu was worried about was a villain by the name of Geten. The ability to manipulate any nearby Ice. That was a dangerous villain to fight against.
'' It seems they are a dangerous team, But then again. I now know more than I did before. Let's not spoil the fun for the students.'' Nezu said as he looked down the window. The hero's students were building their things for the festival. Nezu looked down as Mina chased Toru and Ochaco down with a newspaper as they messed up one of the dancing parts.
'' YOU GET BACK HERE AND TAKE YOUR SPANKING.'' Mina said as she stepped over the Skirt of Toru.'' Mina, If you want to teach them, tell them how you want it done, show them how it's done, and be patient with them. Or I will skip your cuddle day.'' Mina whined slightly annoyed. But she nodded. Izuku stayed nearby as he looked on at Mina. Making sure no more abuse was done.

But on the other side. Izuku was his brother. The flesh of his father and master. He would need to save him. They needed to be great together. He couldn't die, his father would need a better body.
