After spending a few days at home with their kids getting ready for Christmas, and celebrating Lila's seventh birthday, Stephanie, and John traveled to Cleveland Ohio for Monday Night RAW. The next day it was business as usual for the family. Later in the afternoon, everyone heads to the Quicken Loans Arena in downtown Cleveland. Hours later, John, Stephanie, Vince, Paul, Shea, and Vincent were all in the gorilla position; in their usual spots ready to run the show.
WWE Monday Night RAW opens with a video package on Samoa Joe vs. Roman Reigns plus the feud between RAW Tag Team Champions the Bar vs. Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose. The RAW intro video happens next, and then a live shot inside the Quicken Loans Arena, as Michael Cole, welcomes the fans who are watching on the USA Network. They talk about matches on the show, including Braun Strowman, vs. Kane, and the winner of that match will face WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar at Royal Rumble.
Samoa Joe cuts a promo about the Shields, and how he is not impressed with Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose, or Roman Reigns. He mentioned, how he got the upper hand on all three of them, since debuting on RAW. Joe continues to talk about trashing and that he's here tonight, to finish what he started with Reigns. Joe then warns Reigns, not to bring out his two lap dogs with him come alone. Joe waits for Roman Reigns, as Stephanie shows Rollins and Ambrose, backstage, and Rollins tells Ambrose to go get Reigns.
Joe continues to talk for a minute or two until Reigns is shown backstage, and tells Rollins and Ambrose that he's got this, and then heads to the entranceway, through the curtain as his music hits, and out he goes and heads to the ring, but Samoa Joe meet his in the aisle way and began brawl with him, as RAW Tag Team Champions the Bar, try to ambush Reigns, but Rollins and Ambrose runs down the ramp, but the Bar meets them for a fight.
Joe looks to put Reigns to sleep in the ring, but Reigns fights back. Rollins and Sheamus bring their fights to the ring next. Cesaro laid out Ambrose and then headed to the ring to help with Rollins and Reigns. Cesaro, Sheamus, and Samoa Joe beat down Rollins, and Reigns, while Ambrose is still down in the aisle way. The Bar, spikes Rollins to the mat with a big double-team move, as Ambrose gets up, and hits the ring, but they beat him down next. Joe hits a Uranage. Samoa Joe, and The Bar, stand tall over the pile of bodies as some fans boos. Joe's music hits, as they leave the ring while the Shield tries to recover.
RAW go to commercials. When RAW returned from the break, the announcers go over what just happened to the Shield, back to the ring for Women's tag team match with Paige, and Mandy Rose vs. Bayley and Mickie James.
Bayley and Mickie James come out with Sasha Banks, first followed by Absolution is out next, and Sonya Deville accompanies them. Absolution makes its way to the ring, enters the ring, and cuts a promo before the match. Banks and Deville exited the ring, as the referee signaled for the bell, and it sounded as if the match was officially underway. There was nonstop action in the match but in the end, Paige cheated shot James from the outside and Mandy covered her for the win. As Absolution celebrated their win RAW went back to commercials.
When RAW returned from the break, a segment involving Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt talking mumble jumble, then WWE Cruiserweight champion Enzo Amore was backstage with Drew Gulak and they walked about a second chance match for later on that night. Back to the ring for a single match, and there was nonstop action in the match, but in the end, Balor hits the Coup de Grace for the win. RAW goes back to commercials, and when RAW returns from the break, the announcers plug the 15th Annual Tribute to the Troops airing Thursday night.
Stephanie shows the fans a promo from Kane talking about tonight, the main event, and the opportunity to face the Universal Champion at the Royal Rumble. Back to the ring, for another single match that had nonstop action throughout the match but in the end, Seth Rollins hits a superkick, and then a knee to the face of Sheamus for the win. The fans see Renee Young backstage with Dean Ambrose who cut a promo about Samoa Joe, and what happened early in the night. RAW goes back to commercials.
When RAW returned from the break, the second chance fatal four-way match, Cedric Alexander vs. Tony Nese vs. Mustafa Ali vs. Ariya Daivari there was nonstop action throughout the match, but in the end, Cedric hit the Lumber Check to Daivari for the win, back to commercial RAW go during the commercial break Vince spoke with Shea, and Stephanie about bringing Khloe, Sophia, Sadie, with them and he will be speaking with Caroline, and Nattie about bringing Lila, and Alana too.
Stephanie and Shea, looked at their dad, and asked "Why?"
"It's for a segment involving Women's divisions on both RAW and SmackDown," their dad replied.
"What kind of segment dad?" Shea asked
"Yes"
"Will you too relax I would never put my granddaughters in harm's way. If I did I know that your mother would have my head mounted on the head."
Stephanie and Shea chuckled and said, "Yes, especially our husbands and brother Vincent kicks the crap out of you."
Vince nods his head in agreement with his daughters, "Yes, that's too, I am no fool; you will both be present in the ring with them."
"It's still not a lot of information on why you want your granddaughters present at RAW next week."
