Chapter 2
Su Mucheng's brilliant idea was to do live streams of Team Revolution's life and gameplay, interacting with their fans.
"That would give us publicity... but we'd still be poor," Wei Chen said. "I don't think it will be enough," he commented.
"Not at all. People who watch streams donate money. Let's give it a try; we have nothing to lose," pleaded the beautiful beta girl. Some were unsure, others enthusiastic, but in the end, everyone agreed. It was true that they wouldn't lose anything by trying. Besides, they needed it. They needed all the help they could get at this point. Their financial situation was even making Tang Rou consider calling her father for help, as she was serious about being a professional player. However, she wanted them to succeed through their own efforts.

"Su Mucheng is live"
The several thousand followers subscribed to the goddess's channel received the notification and rushed to connect from whatever device they had on hand—phones, tablets, computers—anything to watch their goddess.
- "Hello everyone," greeted the beautiful face of Su Mucheng with a huge smile appearing in front of her mobile camera. "Today we're going to do something special. I'll introduce you to my new team." She laughed, dropping the bombshell. A pretty exclusive bomb, as the girl already had a new team after all the scandal with Excellent Era. "My new team is called Team Revolution. We're a new team and have just signed up for the Challenge League. Support us," she asked with a sweet smile.
Comments were flooding the live video, but Su Mucheng couldn't read them; there were too many. Still, she could imagine what they were saying. She turned the camera to show Luo Ji. The bespectacled Omega was barefoot on the sofa, holding his tablet and doing calculations, though the viewers didn't know what he was doing with his tablet. Luo Ji was deeply focused on calculating the materials needed for the much-scarce silver weapons for his poor team.
- "Everyone say hello to Luo Ji. Our team's Summoner and resident genius. His IQ is something serious," she proudly assured, causing Luo Ji to flinch and blush as he saw the camera pointing at him. The genius in glasses wanted to hide but had nowhere to go; he looked like a deer caught in headlights. He was the first victim of Su Mucheng's crazy idea.
- "Thank heaven for his brain, because as for his hands, they're useless," laughed Bao Rongxing, casually dropping onto the sofa next to Luo Ji without any shame in front of Mucheng's camera. Even the handsome, unruly blonde greeted the camera with ease.
- "At least it's my hands that are useless. You have the useless brain," Luo Ji shot back, momentarily forgetting Su Mucheng, the camera, and the thousands of viewers watching the stream. Su Mucheng laughed, seeing those two; they were always like this.
- And this beautiful blonde, who proves that everything said about blondes is true, is Bao Rongxing. Give a warm welcome to our resident troublemaker. Trouble in the game and in real life too," she declared as Bao Rongxing laughed cheerfully and Luo Ji gave him a dirty look.
The worst part for poor Luo Ji was that he could never escape Bao, as they shared a room. The genius often wondered what he had done wrong in a past life to be punished with Bao Rongxing in his current life.
- "Here in Team Revolution… at least we're fun," joked the girl. "Oh, and here is our lovely Tang Rou," she pointed the camera towards the girl coming down the stairs. "She's my roommate and one of our central attackers. Don't let her beauty fool you; this girl is a 'Bad Ass,'" she assured. Tang Rou raised an amused eyebrow but didn't say anything, just giving a discreet wave to the camera pointing at her.
- "Oh, and here's our awesome and mysterious Ninja, Mo Fan," she directed the camera towards the guy coming out of the bathroom, drying his hands. "Our Mo is shy and quiet, so give him lots of love," she warned the viewers. The Ninja player walked away without saying a word, but his ears were red, much to Su Mucheng's amusement.
Su Mucheng continued her way to the kitchen. In the kitchen were Qiao Yifan and An Wenyin with little Xichen. Qiao Yifan was wearing a cow apron and decorating freshly baked cookies. An Wenyin was helping him, passing materials with one hand and keeping Wei Xichen secure in his chair with the other. The child watched the cookies with longing eyes, clutching a Troubling Rain plush toy in his little hands. The one-and-a-half-year-old with chubby cheeks was too adorable.
- "And here's the happy family. This is Qiao Yifan, who used to belong to Tiny Herb in Season 7," she said, startling the alpha who hadn't heard her come in.
- "All I can be remembered for from that time is the beating I took in the Season 7 Rookie Challenge," Yifan sighed, shrugging his shoulders.
- "You were missing the face to get it broken," An Wenyin mocked him mercilessly. Yifan grabbed him by the neck, playfully choking him. He knew his killer had been very bad, but An Wenyin enjoyed rubbing salt in the wound. "I'll let you die if you don't let go," the other bespectacled team member threatened.
- "I'm going to die anyway if I depend on you, Lame Healer," Yifan mocked him. Wenyin gave him an obscene gesture with his middle finger.
- "And his beautiful partner is An Wenyin, our healer," announced Su Mucheng.
- "Partner?" An Wenyin shouted, startled. "Do you want to attract the agro of a certain Witch player towards me? Do you know how talented that certain witch is? I don't want them behind my sorry ass to kill me in an official match, please, Sister Su." He begged. "Gao Yingjie, if you heard this, I'm not Yifan's partner. I respect the property seal he already has. I'm not trying to steal him from you, please don't kill me when I get to the Pro League," he said cheekily, enjoying how Yifan turned completely red with mortification and embarrassment.
- "Yingjie is just my best friend," Yifan stammered.
"'Really? You mention him at least 5 times a day. 'Yingjie likes green tea more,' 'Yingjie…'" An Wenyin couldn't continue imitating Yifan's voice and embarrassing him in front of the hundreds of viewers because Yifan quickly covered his mouth with his hands.
- "Mucheng, do we really need a healer? Can't we be a team without one?" Yifan almost begged, wanting to kill his friend who was having too much fun at his expense.
- "No, we can't be a team without one. We need a healer," the girl warned him playfully. "Xichen," she called the child who was eating the sugar decorations off the cookies while the two who were supposed to be watching him were fighting each other instead. The little one turned his face towards Mucheng with an innocent expression, a huge smile, one hand covered in sugar and the other still clutching his Troubling Rain plush. "Shall we look for your mom?" she asked, extending her hand. Xichen, hearing the word "mom," immediately beamed and jumped to the floor. Yifan reacted in time, catching him before the child could crash face-first into the ground and Wei Chen could kill them all. He set him on his little feet, and the child ran, wobbling comically, with his baby steps towards Mucheng, holding her hand.
The two walked away, leaving Qiao Yifan and An Wenyin threatening each other in the kitchen.
Xichen bounced happily with Mucheng towards the computer room, where Wei Chen and Ye Xiu were arguing heatedly, exchanging insults. The insults stopped magically as soon as the child ran into his mom's arms. Wei Chen immediately smiled naturally at his son; his smile came automatically when he saw his perfect baby. He lifted him up with a grin, kissing his chubby cheeks.
- "And here's a familiar face from the pioneer generation, for some old followers of Glory. This is Wei Chen, our resident Warlock and the father of our most beautiful member, little Xichen," she introduced them both with a cheerful smile.
- "Who are you calling mother, you little devil?" Wei Chen scolded, almost giving the middle finger but restrained himself, holding his son on his hip. "I'm his dad," he corrected her.
- "You gave birth to him," she reminded him.
- "So? I'm his dad. Don't listen to the nonsense Aunt Mumu says, love," he told his son, tickling his belly.
- "And here's our captain, Ye Xiu," she introduced the golden-eyed omega. The precious omega looked at her with a patient smile before speaking.
- "Mumu… out of this room with the camera now," he ordered, pointing at the camera with a finger. Su Mucheng laughed but obediently left. She then turned the camera to record herself.
- "Well, this is my new team. We'll be entering this Challenge League. Support us," she blew a kiss before turning off the camera.

The reposts of Su Mucheng's live video were crazy; the internet was going wild. First, the entire team was incredibly good-looking, and second, almost all of them were unknowns. The video was shared from Twitch to Weibo, Twitter, and any other social network.
In Blue Rain, there was a huge commotion. And no, it wasn't because of the adorable baby who had dragged a plushie of Huang Shaotian's character throughout the video. That wasn't that unusual. It was because of who the "mother" of said baby was.
"Is that Captain Wei?" Even Yu Wenzhou was in shock.
"Does he have a child? Lao Wei with a kid?" Shaotian almost screamed in horror. "And he gave birth? Wait…" The Sword Saint's brain was short-circuiting—"…that means Captain Wei… is an Omega?" the blonde finally shouted when his brain could process it.
At that moment, some old Blue Rain fans from when the league was created were also commenting the same thing on social media.
SkowsaarWife: Wait, isn't that guy the original Skowsaar user?
BlueRainForever: Yes, it's Wei Chen, the first captain of Blue Rain. I remember him from the first server. That scoundrel was our guild leader; he created Blue Brook and Skowsaar.
BlueRainFan#1: I didn't know he was an Omega, and I've been following Blue Rain since the first season. \ ((;◎_◎) /!
ElmonasterioBR: Wait… so the monastery isn't really a monastery? (@。@)
BlueRainForever: Actually, the monastery was founded by an Omega. Σ( っ゚ Д ゚; ) っ
SkowsaarWife: He made his own team with gambling and alphas. \(^。^\)
BabyBlueRain: No way, he's my hero. My goal in life now is to be like him when I grow up. (●→‿ฺ←●)
ProCrazyShip: I'm shipping that An Wenyin guy with the other one, from tiny herb. I need material on them, now! ▄█▀█●
Tinythebest: Qiao Yifan, his name is Qiao Yifan. Didn't you hear? He's Gao Yingjie's boyfriend. ( ` □´) コラッ!
TinyHerbChampion: To hell with everything! Threesome! ( 〃 ´∀ `〃 )
And from that thread, a hashtag war soon erupted, dividing people into three groups: #TeamQiaoGao, #TeamQiaoAn, and the chaotic #TeamOT3.
But without a doubt, what was being talked about the most was that it was the first time that God Ye's face had been shown, and everyone was freaking out. The golden-eyed Omega was beautiful.

It was a success; they donated almost two thousand dollars, Su Mucheng smiled happily at dinner that night.
"Only from your 5-minute stream?" An Wenyin almost shouted.
"It's not enough, but it's better than nothing," Wei Chen nodded, preventing his son from getting all the porridge on his face instead of in his mouth. "Maintaining a team is more expensive than that. Especially a team with so many Omegas. We need to keep our heats timed and controlled." He said seriously; as the eldest and with a child in tow, it was not a topic he was ashamed to talk about.
"True, so we need to do more," Su Mucheng smiled.
Everyone felt afraid of her smile.
