Recap:
Alice had a vision of a girl, that looks to be around twenty-five, with dirty blonde hair who is walking in the forest when she cuts her hand. Jasper and I are out hunting when we smell human blood. "Jas, no!" I warn him as I see him turn around, but the scent is too intoxicating. Pushing my hands away, he runs after the appealing scent. Groaning, I run after him when we see a girl. She doesn't look human, but she's not a vampire. Jasper growls and says, "Mine!"
Just then, a woman with short brown hair comes out, points a gun at us, and says, "Step away from my sister!"
Bella's point of view
I watch Alice come out of a vision. She has a smile on her face , but her eyes are worried . I'm confused. What could she have seen that made her worried and happy? I turn to her and ask her , "Alice , what did you see ?"
She takes an unneeded breath and says , " Jasper's meeting his mate today ." I look at her and nod , gesturing for her to keep going . " But... he's going to be attracted to her blood , " Alice continued. I cringed at the thought of jasper attacking his mate , or wanting too .
"anyway , you said something about us being true mates? " I ask , curiosity flowing in my head . I always knew I was bisexual , but do I have those feelings for Alice ?
Alice sighs and says , " Edward has the gift of mind control. , He could make you think or do anything he pleases ." I slightly tilt my head to the side with confusion and say , "So , he controlled me, but how ? I'm a mental and physical shield . "
"I don't think he controlled your mind. He just got so used to controlling other people he could manipulate you just by using his voice , " she says , clearing up my confusion . Alice continues by saying , " he made me believe you weren't my mate. " At this moment , I take a glance at Alice ,looking at her bright golden eyes and her lips . My eyes
Alice's point of view
I notice Bella is looking at me . Geez , what is that girl thinking? I am thrown off track by Bella kissing me . I'm brought back to reality by Bella saying , "Alice , the vision!" My head snaps up at weary , Jasper's probably gonna what to go hunting soon . My body jumps up as quickly as my vampirism lets me . Once I am upright , I speed downstairs to see Jasper walking towards the door .
" Jasper! " I say , causing him to spin around and look at me, confused .
He then asks , "Hey , Alice , what is up ? I was just going hunting ." . I chuckle. Of course, being the vampire he is , doesn't expect what is fixing to happen .
" About that , I'm going with you , " I explain , he looks confused but nods . Jasper opens the door and runs for towards the woods with me in tow . Once we get there , we smell a herd of deer north of where we are now . We get in a crouch and speed off towards the herd slowly . Right when we are about to attack it , we smell blood . I place my hands slightly on his arms and in a warning tone say , " Jas ! No !" . I watch as Jasper's eyes go pitch black , indicating that the smell is too intoxicating for him . He pushes my hands back and runs after the scent . Groaning , I run after him . When we stop , I notice the girl from my vision . Once again , she doesn't look completely human , albeit she did not look like a vampire .
Once Jasper looks at her , he growls and says , " Mine!"
Just then , a woman with short brown hair comes out , points a gun at us , and says
" Get away from my sister ! " I hold back a laugh. She doesn't know that we are bulletproof . To show we mean no harm , Jasper and I both put our hands up .
Then , the girl I saw from my vision smiles at us and says , "Alex , it's ok ." The other girl , we now know as Alex sighs and puts down her gun .
Both Jasper and I smile at them say , " Let's go to my house. Our dad is a doctor ." The two hesitate before nodding . We then run back home .
At home/third person's point of view .
Bella waited in the bedroom for her loving mate to get back . The front door flew open, revealing Jasper and Alice with two people behind them . The people that are in the living room comprised off : Emmett , Rosalie , Jacob , Renesmee , and Esme . " Who is this ? " They all ask at once .
Alice rolls her eyes and says , " Jasper's mate , I'll explain later, is Carlisle in his office ? " They all nod. Alice gives Jasper the , 'can I take her up there ? ' look. Jasper hesitates at first , but considering her blood is too appetizing , he slowly nods . The pixie-like vampire then takes the hand of the girl , she has yet to learn the name of and takes her upstairs to Carlisle's office . When they get to his office , they notice the door open . The two girls look in to see Carlisle working on paperwork . Alice slightly knocks on the outside of the wall, gaining her adoptive Father's attention. " Come in,"
