Chapter 7: Bait

Yusuke was glad that he was done with overtime. Thanks to his boss's grace, he got to have off-time till he started college. His university had accepted him and he was already registered for classes. It was now time to fully relax.

At least, that was what he would've done. Now, he had to think about Ingrid. He could tell that her powers returning. He'd already seen her practice underground and sensed that she was nearly fully recovered.

'Looks like our time together is almost over.' He thought to himself.

The days he'd been spending with her were a blessing in a way. If he were honest, he was quite lonely before she came into his life. The halls of his home now echoed with laughter and he would see a smile whenever he left his room. Yusuke was going to miss it.

The beckoned a new question: if Ingrid wanted to stay, should he let her? Yes, having her present in his life would threaten the peace and quiet he'd built up for himself. However, he knew what he was getting into when he agreed to house her, even if Urahara had prodded him in the direction.

What worried him was what sort of problems would arise from it. Dragons were also starting to grow more present around these parts. It had taken some time but he was getting better at memorizing what their spiritual pressure felt like.

The notes his family had on Dragons helped too, namely the biggest threats amongst them: Cinderella, Red Dress, Bubbles, Golden Axe, Sugar House, Snow White, and Band of Animals. They were considered the progenitors of the Dark Dragons and were marked as humanity's eternal enemies.

Still, how did Reverse London's forefathers know that there were only 7? How did the Márchens come to be? When the thought crossed his mind, Yusuke scoffed at himself. So much for wanting to stay out of trouble.

Yusuke was snapped out of his thoughts when footsteps barged out of Ingrid's room. She rushed out, scrambling to dress herself. He stared at the sight before him. He'd never seen her so disheveled and uncomposed. That and he saw her partially shirtless, only having a bra to cover her precious bits before she finished dressing herself.

He yanked his head around to avoid more awkwardness.

"Sorry, I woke up late! I'll get to breakfast."

"Don't worry about it. It's the weekend so it's my turn to do housework." Yusuke cleared his throat whilst still trying to hide his blush.

'Wow…I knew she was well-endowed but…' Yusuke had to mentally slap himself. No, now was not the time to think of such things. It was rude to Ingrid. Yusuke fancied himself well-mannered and would be that way.

Once the duo finished breakfast, Ingrid spoke up.

"So, now that you're on vacation, what'cha gonna do?"

"Don't know. Just laze about, I guess. I actually got my hands on some books that my neighbor was gonna throw away now that she's moving." Yusuke walked over to his Study to bring out the box.

There was nothing but folk tales inside.

"Red Riding Hood, Le Morte d'Arthur, Snow White…" Ingrid chuckled.

"I thought it'd be nice to spend a few days reading all these short stories." Yusuke shrugged. That was only half-true. He wanted to see if there was any connection between these old stories and the studies his family made about the Márchens.

"Mind if I read some too? I loved them as a kid." Ingrid smiled.

"Sure."

The two wasted no time in cracking open the books in the Living Room. With some snacks, tea, and silence, the two blitzed through the fairy tale collection from morning till evening.

In that time, Yusuke thought about the incident from a few months ago. All of London had been shaken as if struck by an earthquake. Yet, he knew better. He knew that something supernatural was behind it and it was a Dragon. He didn't see or feel more than its power but he knew that if there were 6 other entities like what he felt that day, then there'd be tons of trouble if left unchecked.

"You look troubled." Ingrid's voice snapped him back to reality.

"Just thinking about stuff." Yusuke tried to pass it off as if nothing was wrong.

"We've been living together for a short while now. I can kinda tell that you're lying." Ingrid pressed on.

Yusuke sat in contemplation. Perhaps Ingrid, being German, knew of tales he didn't. He explained his curiosity of folk lore and legends to her. He opted not to tell her about the Dragons, not wanting her to worry about the matter.

"I see. Well, my family did have a small journal that mention a monster called Sugar House."

That caught Yusuke's attention. That was the name of one of the Márchens. How coincidental was that?!

"Tell me more." He leaned in with urgency.

"Now, my family treated it as if it were just a story but the legend goes like this: Sugar House is a monster that feeds on hunger itself. Food, drink, emotion, desires, dreams, all are food for this beast. It will come when the hunger around it is highest. When the land is so starved that even the air itself is delicacy, when despair is highest."

The passage was chilling to Yusuke. That was such an easy condition to bring the creature about. Even worse, there were no explanations as to what it looked like and what it could do.

"You really like folk tales and myths, don't you?" Ingrid glanced at all the mythology books in a nearby bookshelf.

"They fascinate me. If Soul Reapers, Hollows, and alternate realms exist, then what of pantheons? Makes me wonder if they were ever real."

The two continued reading for a while yet before Ingrid spoke again.

"Say, I've been thinking…" She trailed off. She stared at the floor uncomfortably.

"What's up?"

"I think we both know that my powers are coming back. That means our deal is almost over, right?"

Yusuke nodded.

"Are you gonna go back on the hunt?" He asked.

"I…I don't know. A part of me wants to go back to Germany."

Ingrid's reunion with her friends probably led to that decision.

"But…I wanna bring my family's murderers to justice." When she said that, Yusuke could see the iron-clad conviction behind those words. This wasn't something a therapeutic conversation would solve. This was something that Ingrid would never rest over.

Perhaps it was in her blood to seek out revenge, as was common for Quincies.

"So, what do you wanna do?" Yusuke had a feeling he knew where she was going with this.

"If…" Ingrid bit her lip. She then took a deep breath.

"The other day made it clear to me that things will never be the same. My friends don't know the truth and they may never know but…I don't wanna lie to them, either. At the same time, I've got blood on my hands and it doesn't feel right to be around them. I also have nowhere to go."

"…" Yusuke had mixed feelings about this. He knew where she was going with this. He didn't want trouble but when he looked her in the eye…how could he leave someone so desperate alone? He just didn't have it in him to refuse someone who needed help so badly.

"I know I've got no right to ask this, but could I…move in?" Ingrid asked.

Yusuke thought it over for what felt like days before he replied.

"Alright. You can move in but only once everything's been sorted out."

Ingrid's fearful expression morphed into joy. She dove at him for a hug.

"Thank you…thank you…thank you…so, so much." Her voice trembled as her hold on him tightened.

Yusuke just patted her back soothingly until she calmed down.

"I know a thing or two about being alone. I'll be here to help as long as you need me."

"Got it." Ingrid nodded.

"But, uh, once things calm down and nobody's hunting you down anymore, we've gotta talk new rules."

"Right."

Yusuke awoke the next morning from the knocking at his door. He had his Soul Reaper Badge at the ready with Ingrid awake and alert. Nobody else knew here he lived aside from Urahara and his friends. None of them would drop by out of the blue and even had keys to his house. It didn't help that Yusuke felt danger permeating from his door.

"Stay in your room." He whispered to Ingrid as he peered through the security camera.

There were 2 people on the other side of the door: Nina Spangcole and a middle-aged man with shaggy hair and a thick mustache. Yusuke noted the reddish-brown eyes he had. He opened the door.

"May I help you?" He coyly asked.

"Hi, I'm Billy Banx Jr. Mind if I come in? I wanted to talk to you about some important business that's best kept private. It pertains to your friend."

"I'm sorry but I'm not keen on letting strangers into my house."

Billy merely smirked as he put his cigarette out, stomping on it for good measure.

"I promise we're good guests. We'll leave as soon as we're done here."

Yusuke could see it in Billy's eyes. He wasn't leaving until he'd spoken his piece. The young man guided Ninny and Billy to the Dining Table.

"You should have your friend come out. We're here for her." Ninny sternly glared at Yusuke.

"Now, now, Nina, no need to be confrontational. We should explain ourselves first." Billy jovially said. "So, we're from Wing Bind, an organization that deals with certain incidents. Your friend came into contact with an explosion the other day and it showed up on our security feed. We're here to make sure that she's not contaminated with toxins."

Yusuke considered dispensing with pleasantries but he also knew this was standard procedure for Wing Bind based on his family's research notes. They had to test the Dragotoxins of anyone who came into contact with Dragons to make sure they didn't become Dragonclad. The problem was whether or not they would do anything with this information.

Another knock came at the door before anyone could do anything. It was Urahara.

"I'm sorry I took so long to get here. Please excuse my intrusion."

Yusuke had absolutely no idea why he was here.

"I'm Kisuke Urahara, his legal guardian." Urahara gestured at Yusuke.

"I'm Billy Banx Jr. Sorry to drop in on you like this. I'm assuming that since you're here, I can drop the charade then?"

"Excuse me?" Urahara coyly asked.

"You're pretty famous. We even know of you here in London. You were one of the key players in stopping the War in Soul Society 12 years ago." Billy said.

"I didn't do as much as others did. My role was minor. Anyways, since you wanna do that, then why not. Still, I've gotta tell you that these matters are for the Eastern Branch so the way things are done may be unorthodox. I hope you won't mind." Urahara chuckled.

"I would never. Now, Ninny, if you'd please."

"Yusuke, could you ask your guest to come out?"

Urahara and Yusuke stared at each other in silent conversation. What was Urahara up to? Wouldn't this lead to a chain of events of Soul Society hearing of Ingrid? Wasn't the whole point of housing Ingrid to keep her safe from anyone who'd have designs on her?

Urahra made it clear to him with a certain gaze that this had to happen.

Yusuke reluctantly asked Ingrid to come out.

"Please lick here." Ninny opened some strange pad.

Ingrid cocked a skeptical brow. She was to lick some strange device in front of others?

"Hey, don't waste time now." Ninny snapped.

Ingrid merely returned an intolerant glare before she took the device out of her hands. If she was going to lick something, at least it wouldn't be in someone else's hand.

"Levels are in the safe zone." Ninny shut her device before making for the door. She stopped when she noticed that Billy had stopped moving. "You coming or not?"

"You go on ahead. I think I'm gonna get an autograph." Billy brandished a pad and marker.

"Ugh! Don't need any more of that. What a waste of time." Ninny muttered.

"Don't be like that. Five achievement points is 5 achievement points!" Billy called out to her but she merely shut the door on him.

"With that out of the way, may I ask why Wing Bind has been lurking around regular London so much?" Urahara asked.

"Excuse me?" Billy was now the one to play coy.

"Oh, come now, we all know about the supernatural here. I'm just wondering whether or not I should worry about my friend here." Urahara playfully patted Yusuke on the shoulder.

"As of late, there've been a lot more Dragons roaming Regular London. Dark Dragons have been rising in numbers too. Nobody knows why, but we reckon that it's because of the rise in Dragonclad cases. In the past month, we've already had 2. We don't know how many more will occur. Regardless, I recommend you all stay cautious." Billy's tone lowered.

"I see. On to the next matter, will you be reporting this to your superiors?" Urahara didn't lose his friendly grin.

"Why would we? There's nothing out of the ordinary here." Billy cackled jovially.

"I see. I was worried I'd have to do paperwork. That stuff's a killer, ahahaha!" Urahara joined in on the cackling.

"How'd you even know where to look for us?" Yusuke asked, cutting through the two's attempts to keep the atmosphere light.

"I just came here based on gut feeling. That leads me to another question. You…you're Ryo Kanzaki's boy?"

"No. He was my uncle."

That seemed good enough for Billy.

"As it turns out, your aunt and uncle were collaborating with some of our researchers. They were trying to deduce how to shield others from Dragotoxins as well as how to turn them back into regular people. As you may know, Dragotoxins are magnets for Dragons. If there're too many, we could have a catastrophe." Billy's eyes gained a weary glint.

"You didn't answer my question very well."

Billy merely clicked his tongue and sighed.

"I visited once before. I was tasked by Wing Bind to make sure that your aunt and uncle didn't do anything illegal. Heck, they approached us, actually. They said that they were curious about the Dragons so we set up a working relationship. Of course, that all stopped when they passed away. I'm sorry." Billy replied.

"Thank you. So, what does Wing Bind intend to do? How much do you know about our affairs?" Yusuke asked.

"Not that much. We have a general idea of what happened 12 years ago with the Wandereich but not much else. We tried to help but with all the negative emotions going around, we had a horde of Dark Dragons to deal with. I wanna guess that whatever enemy there was, they had a divide-and-conquer plan." Billy held his hands up in surrender.

"I see. So, why didn't they say anything to me? I was old enough to understand." Yusuke didn't cease with his questions.

"They never told me that part. They simply said that they wanted to do research without the influence of Central 46."

"What else were they researching?" Yusuke stepped forward, incensed by Billy's blatant ignorance.

"I'm serious. Your aunt and uncle were secretive with their work. I just made sure they weren't crossing any lines. My division is concerned with the pasteurization and caretaking of Dragons."

"Then who else would know more about this?" Yusuke demanded.

"Unfortunately, your aunt and uncle were kept at arm's length. We didn't tell them much and they just partnered with my folks to study Dragons close-up. I thought they would've gone to the Patchworks Division but they didn't want to. Patchworks is in charge of autopsies and research and I guess that put them off." Billy shrugged.

"I see. Thanks."

"Now, if that's all your questions, I've gotta get going. Thanks for your time." Billy waved as he left.

"How do we know they won't bring trouble?" Yusuke turned to Urahara the minute Billy closed the door.

"If Wing Bind had truly been up to something, I doubt you'd have lived as peacefully as you did. Unfortunately, many answers have been lost along with your aunt and uncle, Yusuke." Urahara spoke up.

"And what made you come by? You knew what was happening?"

"Not really, no. I came here because I managed to open the door to your father's lab in Karakura Town." Urahara frowned. "I found nothing out of the ordinary. Your father was merely conducting research on miscellaneous matters that led to nothing conclusive. I'm skeptical of whether or not that's all but that'll have to wait. For now, I want you to come with me." Urahara gestured outside.

The man led Yusuke and Ingrid to a secluded area before stopping. Behind Urahara, a pair of Japanese sliding doors appeared out of thin air. Yusuke slapped his Badge to his chest, turning into a Soul Reaper. He knew what those doors were and the only ones who could open them. The entrance parted to reveal a Soul Reaper wearing a flower-patterned haori coat with an eyepatch.

Yusuke had heard stories of this man: Shunsui Kyoraku, and he was known for being a powerful captain with a shrewd intellect.

"Yusuke, meet Head Captain Shunsui Kyoraku." Urahara said.

"Hello there." Shunsui tipped his hat to him. His gaze shifted between Yusuke and Ingrid.

Yusuke looked at Urahara in annoyed confusion.

"I've heard about what's happened here. I'm sorry for what happened to your family, Mr. Manabe." Shunsui said.

"May I ask why you're here?" Yusuke stayed polite but he knew better than to take a Soul Reaper's words at face value.

Shunsui dug into his pockets. Yusuke tightened the grip on his weapon in anticipation.

"Care for a drink?" Shunsui produced a jug of sake and a few cups.

Yusuke was taken aback by how casual Shunsui was. He expected him to be a solemn man with no patience for nonsense.

"No, thank you, though. I'm still too young to appreciate it." Yusuke calmly replied.

Shunsui nodded in understanding before he took a drink.

"I'm here because I told Urahara that I wanted to meet you and your friend. I take it that she's a Quincy, given the surveillance we saw. News of her traveled to us a few months ago. There was talk that there was infighting amongst their ranks." Shunsui took another sip of sake.

"And you think I'm involved?" Ingrid asked.

"Are you?" Shusui's eye made it clear that he wanted the truth.

"No, I'm not. Not intentionally, anyways. My family stayed far away from the Wandenreich. We were hunted down and butchered by Yhwach's loyalists. So, if you think I'm aligned with them, then don't worry." Ingrid sounded as if she were barely restraining her anger. "I'd love to see them gone too."

"I apologize if it sounded like I was accusing you. I was merely curious. As it so happens, we've worked out a deal with the remaining Quincies. They were allowed to go free in exchange for rounding up some troublemakers and staying behind certain lines. An additional demand we made is for them to control the rambunctious Quincies so that there wouldn't be a chance for the more aggressive loyalists to cause trouble." Shunsui took one more sip before focusing on Ingrid.

"And you want me rounded up with them?" Ingrid glared back at him.

"No. We also did our fair share of digging. We've confirmed that your family was indeed against Yhwach. Thus, I'm just here to let you know that we've got no intention of causing trouble with you. Surely that'll allow you to roam about again. I also had questions." Shunsui then dug into his pockets to produce photos. "Do you know these people?"

"Yes, they were all there the night my family was slain." Ingrid's serenely calm expression morphed into one of silent rage. She glared at the photos darkly, her fingers threatened to crinkle them with fury. "Most of them are dead."

She then paused when a particular picture caught her eye.

It was a green-eyed man with blonde hair sleeked back. His attire was of Quincy design; white with cross motifs across his coat.

"Is something wrong?" Clearly, Shunsui noticed the change in atmosphere around her.

"This man is Ignaz Abend. Where did you see him?" The look in Ingrid's eyes changed. Concern had filled them.

"Ignaz was found causing trouble around Karakura. He killed a few Quincies a few weeks ago and we've been trying to find him. They were Quincies who joined the reconstructed Wandenreich." Shunsui asked.

"What?" Ingrid gasped. "That's a lie."

"It's not a lie." Shunsui looked at Urahara.

"This was footage we found of their most recent attack in Japan."

A spectral image was produced from a strange device in Urahara's hand. The footage showed Ignaz pelting holes through several Soul Reapers and a few Quincies with his arrows. Ingrid took a close look at his right arm and saw that he had metal armor encasing the entire limb, complete with a physical bow.

"Can you tell us how to find him? Any abilities that we need to know about?" Shunsui's gaze turned cold. He had no intentions on being nice to him.

"Ignaz's abilities aren't much different from your standard Quincy. He doesn't have any innate abilities and was never given a Schrift, from what my family said." Ingrid's look of concern changed to confusion as she shifted her gaze to Shunsui. "Why's it been so hard for the Wandenreich to chase him down?"

"Because Ignaz has been escaping capture with exceptional skill. He runs before any lieutenants or captains can get to him and he's stronger than all lower seats. As of today, our eyewitnesses over here say that they spotted him somewhere in Norwood."

Ingrid went silent. Whatever it was that she was thinking, it wasn't good. Yusuke felt a twinge of fear when he looked into her eyes.

"So, is there anything else we can help you with?" Yusuke asked.

"Not really. I was just clarifying the stance that Soul Society is standing on and I hoped that we could learn more about these troublemakers from the Young Miss." Shunsui smiled.

"That'll be all, you two. I'll talk to you later." Urahara dismissed the teens before turning to Shunsui.

"Well now, those two don't trust me at all." Shunsui sighed.

"One is a Quincy and the other has family that saw the corruption in Central 46 and the Noble Houses. Can you blame them?"

"No, I don't. Anyways, that girl feels odd…" Shunsui rubbed his chin.

"What're you thinking?"

"I'm thinking they could help us lure that Quincy out. I had the 2nd Division trace the route that girl took and Ignaz has been following it. I'm thinking that it's only a matter of time before her enemies find her. Perhaps I'll lend a hand." Shunsui replied.

"Hm…" Urahara went silent.

"Mr. Urahara, don't you think it's time we got proactive for once? With Ukitake no longer here, I could use another partner in crime…"

Urahara only smirked.

"I'm not so sure I'm cut out for being in the thick of things."

"You never know. You might learn a thing or two about yourself. After all, everyone changes."

When Yusuke got home, he wondered why Urahara had him and Ingrid meet Shunsui. He could've just relayed information to Shunsui as a messenger. What was the point of meeting in person?

He was tempted to ask Ingrid for her thoughts but chose not to. He saw the look on her face and felt a surge of fear. There was seething rage in her eyes that she had hidden during the meeting with Shunsui. He expected her to have some darkness in her but this was a level he hadn't anticipated from her.

"Ingrid…" He put a hand on her shoulder.

She snapped out of her trance to look at him.

"Sorry. What's up?"

"I take it Ignaz isn't just some random enemy, is he?"

"No, he's not. He used to be an aide in my family. You see, my family had barriers and ways to hide our presence. Yet, the Wandenreich showed up at our door after so many years. My mother was no fool. She wouldn't have settled down somewhere if she knew that people were looking for us. The night I came home to my bloodied house, there was no sign of brute force breaking in. I learned from my dying servants that someone let the Loyalists in. Ignaz had to have been the one who infiltrated and betrayed my family." Ingrid hissed.

"What makes you so sure it was him?"

"I saw a silhouette put a hole through my uncle's skull and I could've sworn it looked like him. Before now, I didn't want to think so but this news confirms it. Ignaz is the traitor that I've been looking for."

"And now he's going around hunting down reformed Quincies, huh? Think he'll come here?"

"Doesn't matter. If he shows up, I'll deal with him, fully-powered or not." Ingrid went into her room without another word.

Yusuke left her alone for days. She didn't come out except to eat and use the bathroom, leaving him to do the housework. He didn't really mind since he was doing it before she moved in but he was growing concerned. She had grown reclusive and barely regarded him anymore. He hoped that she wasn't planning on doing anything crazy.

One morning, he knocked on her door, deciding to see if she would react.

"Ingrid, I'm heading out to work. I'll see you later. I left some food on the stove so heat some up if you get hungry. Call me if anything happens." Yusuke was met with a small thanks before leaving.

The moment he left, Ingrid could feel the coldness of the house again. She exited her room and ladled a bowl of stew and began to eat. It was warm and comforting, much like how Yusuke could be. Yet, it did nothing to ease the anger that had managed to dig its way up to her heart and mind.

Ingrid had spent the last few days mulling over every memory and detail related to the tragedy of her family.

Ingrid's family had safely guarded their whereabouts for decades, even establishing roots in Germany for a while. Granted, they weren't exactly quiet since they engaged in research and training. Even so, measures were taken so that nobody would discover the Gewalts.

Even after the Auswahlen took the powers of several family members, the Gewalts managed to persevere. At first, she thought that was how Yhwach's Loyalists found her home.

Yet, the photo of Ignaz had introduced new thoughts.

Ignaz had been a trusted housekeeper for the Gewalts. He had been found dying and starving on the doorsteps of their residence. Ingrid's own mother took pity on him and took him in. For 2 years, he served them. Then all of a sudden, it all came crashing down.

Ingrid felt her dark impulses creeping up from within again. She wanted to drop everything and hunt down Ignaz. That was until she bumped into her desk, knocking over the new photos she'd placed there. It was of her and her friends from Germany. There was also a photo of her with Yusuke outside the festival gates.

Just looking at the pictures helped soothe her. Ingrid begrudgingly sighed. She had to remain calm. She couldn't let that darkness overtake her. She was improving, casting aside that shadow in her heart to return to who she was before her life shattered.

She even had new days to look forward to with Yusuke in this house.

Ingrid's phone began ringing. It was from Helga.

"Hey, Helga!" She perked herself up, hoping to come across as normal.

"Ingrid…you'd better come to the hospital…" Helga sounded listless, tired, and scared.

"W-What happened?"

"Something happened to the others."

Ingrid dropped everything and sped over to where the other ladies were hospitalized. When she arrived, she gasped at the sight awaiting her. Charlotte, Emma, and Agnes were covered in bandages, breathing through tubes, their bodies covered in casts.

"What happened?!" Ingrid tightly grasped Helga's shoulders.

"We don't know. There was a sudden explosion at the hotel. I was downstairs at the lobby to get food and it all just happened so fast." Helga looked to be on the brink of collapsing.

Ingrid looked her friend over. Helga had no injuries, thankfully, but she knew that her mind was a different matter.

"What about your parents?"

"On their way here."

"Explain everything from the start and don't leave anything out. I wanna know everything."

As Helga explained everything, Ingrid began formulating an explanation for all this. It made no sense that such a nice hotel would have a random gas leak in a hotel room. According to Helga, no other rooms were destroyed. Most of all, Ingrid could sense faint traces of supernatural power lingering on the girls.

"Where's the hotel?" Ingrid asked once the whole story was given. She needed to visit the scene, itself.

Once Ingrid knew where to go, she went there without delay. The Riddleburg Hotel had a massive hole where her friends had stayed. She felt around, hoping to find any clues as to who did this.

She flipped tables, beds, and chairs. She swept debris aside and looked at every nook and cranny until she found something shiny on the floor. It was a necklace. The crystal gem was shaped like an arrow crossed with a star; the symbol of the Gewalt Family. It was given to all servants as a mark of employment.

Obviously, the perpetrator wanted to bait Ingrid and it worked. She would give her enemy what they wanted.

This was a call to war.

Ingrid promptly left the Hotel when the authorities came closer. During her walk outside, she reflected. Neither she nor her remaining friends would be safe with her enemies on the loose. She couldn't stand idly by anymore and pretend her work was done or that her enemies had believed her to be dead. She had to finish this.

That dark fire in her stomach had been ignited and it was blindingly hot. Ingrid hadn't felt such a painful blaze for the past 2 months. It gave her strength, strength that she hoped would allow her to settle this once and for all.

'I kept telling myself that maybe I could let things go. I didn't know who remained from that night. I actually felt happy feeling a bit normal again…but I just can't do it, can I?' Ingrid scoffed. 'I've gotta end this. Touching my best friends was the last straw. The spirits of my family and my own will never rest until I've killed every single one of those fanatics.'

Ingrid made her way back to Yusuke's home to prepare for her showdown.
