"So where are we, I thought we were on our way to Icirrus City?" Rosa asked, noticing the frozen area, but definitely not a city.
"I'm not sure, I could have sworn we were going in the right direction to reach Icirrus." Ash said puzzled. "Elliot, N, any ideas?"
"Why don't we ask Georgia?" Elliot asked.
"Yeah sure, and then I'll ask Brycen." Ash chuckled.
"No, Ash, he's being honest, I think that's Georgia." Rosa said, seeing a girl in a winter coat with a Kingambit.
"Georgia, what are you doing here?" Ash asked running over.
"Ash, good to see you. And hey Rosa, Elliot, and N." Georgia said, seeing the quartet come up. "Aren't you guys cold?"
"Freezing." Rosa said.
"Nope." Ash commented.
"Come on, the Pokemon Center usually has coats for visitors." Georgia said. "So what brings you this way?"
"We were on our way to Icirrus City so I could challenge Brycen, but I think we're lost." Ash admitted.
"Not as lost as you might think. This is the Town of Icirrus Moor." Georgia said, as they entered a Pokemon Center. "It's not far from Icirrus City, but it's easy to see how you guys could take a wrong turn."
"It's rustic." Elliot commented, noting the log cabin style interior of the Pokemon Center.
"Keeps it warm even in these temperatures." Georgia said.
"So Georgia, what are you doing here?" N asked.
"Oh, as an expert dragon buster such as myself, training with ice type Pokemon here is key to becoming stronger." Georgia said.
"Sounds like a great idea for my battle against Brycen, mind if I tag along!" Ash said.
"I'm good here." Rosa said, brushing snow off of Minccino.
"Same." Elliot responded.
"I would also prefer to stay indoors if that is okay." N responded.
"Sounds like it's just us." Ash said.
"Great, I mean sounds good, I'll be outside whenever you're ready." Georgia responded.
A few minutes later
"Alright Georgia, let's get going." Ash said, coming back out rather quickly.
"That was rather quick." Georgia admitted.
"Just wanted to switch in Darmanitan and Lucario." Ash admitted in turn. "Figured if I'm training against ice types, I could use types that at least work well for my upcoming battle."
"Well if you want, we can head north towards the moor itself, plenty of open space for a spar." Georgia offered.
"Sounds good to me." Ash responded, following Georgia out of the town. "So is this all you've been doing since the Vertress Conference?"
"I told you, I was going to keep training and get stronger. My goal has always been to become a dragon slayer, and knowing dragons like Reshiram and Zekrom really exist means I have a lot of training to do." Georgia replied. "What about you, you said you were going to keep getting stronger and fight other trainers in Unova, but what about after that?"
"I'm not sure, I had a battle recently and they said I should maybe take on another Pokemon Minor League, so I'm thinking I might go through Kanto again, I never did end up getting far in that league." Ash admitted.
"I guess that's better than no plan, like some of the other trainers." Georgia responded.
"After what happened in the Vertress Conference, I can understand that a lot of the trainers aren't feeling as up to battling again just yet." Ash finally admitted. "So is this where we're going to be training?"
"This works for me. Now come on out Vanillish!"
"Another Ice type, alright then, come on out Larvesta!" Ash called out, the bug type slipping slightly on the frozen ground.
"Larvesta use Ember!"
"Vanillish use Mirror Shot!"
Larvesta's flames shot out towards Vanillish, the ice type countering with a series of reflective shots sending the flames shooting into the air, arching over and flying off into the distance.
"We, should probably check that out. Make sure we didn't catch anything on fire." Ash said, grabbing Larvesta.
"Come on Vanillish!" Georgia said, following Ash to roughly where the flames flew off towards.
A short sprint later
"Well this is definitely where the flames landed, but it looks like they're out already." Ash said, seeing the singed spots.
"The moor is home to water and ground types alongside the ice type Pokemon." Georgia pointed out.
"What about large Pokemon?" Ash asked.
"I mean Beartic can sometimes come out this way, and even a Seismitoad or two, why do you ask?" Georgia asked, seeing trees knocked over and crushed.
"I don't think that was done by either of those." Ash said in shock.
"We're heading that way, aren't we?" Georgia asked.
"Is that a problem?" Ash asked.
"Not at all. Let's get going." Georgia responded.
The two followed the path of knocked down trees, seeing a large red and white Pokemon.
"What is that?!" Georgia asked in shock.
"It looks like a Delibird, but one far bigger than I've ever seen or faced." Ash admitted.
"Look in it's bag!" Georgia exclaimed, seeing Pokemon in a large glass container.
"Definitely not a Delibird. Darmanitan, Lucario break them free!" Ash called out.
"Beartic you help out too!" Georgia called out.
The trio of bulky Pokemon rushed at the glass container, slamming their fists repeatedly against the container, causing the large Delibird to turn around, showing a large red R on the front of it.
"Team Rocket!" Ash exclaimed in anger.
"It's the twerp!" James exclaimed.
"Relax Jamesy old boy, with this Delibird Delivery Mech, not a one of the twerps Pokemon could break this containment, and he just delivered a couple of powerhouses for us to take free of charge." Meowth said, a vacuum activating, sucking in Darmanitan, Lucario, and Beartic.
"Beartic!" Georgia exclaimed. "Kingambit come on out and use Kowtow Cleave! Vanillish stay back!"
"Pikachu use Thunderbolt!" Ash called out
Kingambit trudged forward, slamming to little use on the glass container before Pikachu sent out a bolt of electricity that hurt all of the contained Pokemon.
"Oh twerpy twerp, didn't you think we thought about that attack, we're perfectly safe from electrical attacks, it's all directed towards the Pokemon we have inside." Jessie taunted, the vacuum pointing towards Pikachu and Kingambit, the air quickly sucking up PIkachu, Vanillish and Kingambit, with Larvesta shooting out a string shot just in time to catch himself.
"Get that bug, full power!" Meowth said, slamming down on a button.
Larvesta latched onto a frozen tree, keeping himself locked in place.
"Alright Larvesta use Ember!"
Larvesta fired a stream of small flames to little effect, mostly bouncing off of the metallic mech.
"Give it up twerp, our chassis was made to survive these colds, of course it was made to survive such small heat!" Meowth taunted.
"Come on Larvesta, you've got this!" Ash called out.
"Vesta!" Larvesta cried out, the stream of flames growing larger and becoming more steady in the process.
"Now that's what I call a Flamethrower! Keep it up Larvesta!" Ash called out, seeing the Delibird mech turning red hot.
"Meowth just how much heat can our chassis take?" James asked.
"Well you know I spent a lot of our money on this cage and protection from the cold, plus the vacuum, so not that much." Meowth admitted as the control room began heating up more and more.
Larvesta kept the flames going, heating up and breaking apart the mech, even melting part of the cage freeing the Pokemon.
"That is definitely hot." Georgia said in shock.
"Larvesta, this win is yours, send them flying!"
Larvesta sent out a final stream of flames, sending sparks across the partially melted mech ending off with an explosion sending Team Rocket flying.
"That was, something else." Georgia admitted.
"Yeah, unfortunately I'm pretty used to them." Ash responded, checking on both Darmanitan and Lucario. "Looks like everyone else is okay though. Larvesta though, you were great, learning such a powerful flamethrower like that was just what we needed."
"Vesta!" Larvesta cheered.
"And that String Shot is a whole separate level of strong for him to counter against that vacuum." Georgia said.
"That's Larvesta's silk for you, nothing as hot or sticky." Ash chuckled. "How about we head back to the Pokemon Center, we should get our Pokemon that were taken checked for any injuries."
"Sounds like a good idea." Georgia agreed.

I bet you all thought that Larvesta was going to evolve, no such luck just Larvesta has one of the highest evolution levels in all of Pokemon.
