Hey everyone, let's get back to this story and show how Lady Nagant is incorporated into the Demon Slayer corps. I choose her because I felt she deserved a happy ending, the government corrupted her, and she just followed orders and when she had enough she was already a full criminal. Yes, she killed people but remember she didn't want from the start and while the scumbags are killed in the war, Lady Nagant still got screwed. Izuku did the talk no jutsu, I don't know why she wanted to do the deal with All For One, anyone knew that he would kill her. Let me explain how she got here.
The teenager was in shock to see the pro hero there. However, she wasn't wearing her iconic purple costume, she was using some kind white kimono.
''Lady Nagant!'' Said Izuku in shock.
''Please, don't call me by this name. Master I…'' Said Kaina
''Is ok my child. This poor boy didn't know about the true colors of the hero society. I know it's hard for you but I would like that you give him an explanation.'' Said Ubuyashiki
The former pro hero took a deep breath and looked at Izuku
''What would you like to know?" Asked her.
''Are you really Lady nagant? Or are you some kind shapeshift?" Asked Izuku with a good point.
''I am Kaina Tsutsumi, I am 38, I was the pro hero Lady Nagant for almost two decades, my quirk is riffle and last time I saw I was rank number 13 in the hero charts before I ´´quit´´.'' Said the former pro giving all the information.
''Wow…it's really you.'' Said Izuku in shock.
''Yes, she now a resourceful member of the Demon Slayer corps. Although in the medical department, I am right Kaina-chan?" Asked Shinobu.
''You are right Shinoubu-nee san.'' Said Kaina
''How did you got here? I mean you are still wanted for all those deaths!'' Said Izuku in shock.
The story that went out was that Lady Nagant was never a true hero, she went off to kill people from the government and anyone that was in her way. Her name was now nothing more than a traitor of hero society, with all of her merchandise being burned and all her fans pretty much wishing she was never around.
The real story is a long one and it hurt her every day.
''Look, the story is partially right. Yes, I killed those people but not out of the blue. In fact there is a lot more of blood in my hands.'' Said her.
''You killed more people than just those officials and pros?" Asked Izuku nervous.
''Yes, I have a bounty count. Something that no hero should ever said.'' Said Lady.
''Why?" Asked Izuku
'Because when I was a young, I was naïve and I was called by some government people. They saw what my riffle quirk could do and told me that if I stick with them they could make me into a pro hero that could reach All Might. Naturally as a teenager wanting to be a hero I said yes, I endured hellish training and became the best sharp shooter in Japan. However, it came with a price I was pretty much the government hitman. You see there was a ton of heroes, agencies and other business who wanted to make it big or do their own things, pretty much cutting out the connections with the government. The higher ups didn't like that so when they need it someone to be taken care of it they would call me.'' Said Lady Nagant telling her story.
The story pretty much shook Izuku soul, the government took a innocent and pretty much bright person who wanted to be a hero and turned into a killer. How could they do this to someone? This is the supposed ´´age of heroes´´ an age where darkness shouldn't exist anymore, but Ubuyashiki was right, even in the age of heroes there are villainy and horror that the public doesn't seen. Now Izuku doesn't feel safe in his own house, for anything anyone could kill him and if the hero has a good connection with the government or is giving money to a higher up he would be forgot real soon.
''How could they do this to you?'' Asked him in shock.
''Yes, it's a sad tale. However, it does has a happy ending.'' Said Ubuyashiki.
''So how did you meet with Ubuyashiki-sama and Hashira?'' Asked Izuku
''i am getting there. It all started pretty much when I was caught killing those people…'' Said Kaina telling her story
A few months ago
On a dark forest.
Lady Nagant was being chased by police and a bunch of pro heroes. She was current the most chased person in all of Japan, ever since her ´´crimes´´ were put on live TV she was pretty much on the run 24/7. She had to pretty much eat from dumpster, sleep like 20 minutes for a day and drink from rivers. She was pretty much a super fugitive and it got worse when the government put a bounty on her head for the ´´obedient´´ heroes, to make sure there was an ´´accident´´ so she couldn't say anything.
''Stop right there!'' Scream a random pro.
Lady Nagant jumped and use her riffle to shoot at anyone that was in her way.
BANG BANG
''You monster!' Scream a random pro getting shot.
''Villain!"' Scream a random cop.
''Murder!' Scream a random heroine.
Lady Nagant got a little bit of tears in her eyes; this wasn't how she wanted to end. She wanted to be a pro hero that give people joy and hope, not become a murder and be called a villain. However, she felt there was no turning back and fully embrace what people have called her.
''Shut up!' Scream her shooting at anyone that comes in her way.

She only had a few people left, she could still go with no problem. However, her concentration was done once she heard a weird sound coming from the woods.

''Huh?" Asked her on the edge of her toes.
She was nervous, maybe it was Best Jeannist, Edgeshot or Kamui Woods those bastards would use the forest as their camouflage. However, she tossed those ideas asides once she smelled something awful coming from that direction
333''What kind smell is that?" Thought her nervous.
''There is no turning back now Nagant!'' Scream a random pro
''We got you know!'' Scream a random heroine.
''Put your hands in the air and come with us.'' Said a cop
''Oh if you try something…we will have to do ´´serious acts´´.'' Said a random pro that was a dirty one for the government.
Before anything could happen a demon appear. He was fat, had large black hair, and three horns in his head. He was just a lacky demon, not a higher, however he was strong enough to kill all those people.
''ROOOAR! Scream the demon showing up and attacking the cops.
SMACK
The demon ended up killing all the cops in the area, slaughtering them and eating their bodies. Some of the pro that were there run in fear, while the few ones with courage just sat there and watch that horror show happen.
''What that fuck!'' Scream Lady Nagant.
''Is he with you!'' Scream a random pro.
''No, I don't know what hell this guy is!'' Said her in fear.
Soon a few of the pros that were there tried to fight the monster but they eended up being slashed and eaten. For them it was a horror movie happening but for the demon it was just his dinner night.
''Stop right there in the name of…'' Scream the random pro who couldn't finish his phrase since the demon jumped and ate his face.
''ROAR!'' Scream the demon
''ARGH!' Scream the pro in
The demon had attacked and eaten everyone in the scene. Cops and pro heroes were useless against demon kind, not even trained ones could even come closer to the horror that was those monsters.
''Flesh, fry human flesh.'' Said the demon eating the flesh out of the pro heroes, pretty much just leaving guts and bones.
The only one left was Lady Nagant, who was paralyzed in fear. How could she process all that. Yes, she killed innocent people before, but seeing a monster attacking and eating people was outside of her world.
''What…'' Said her with so much fear in her voice that she sounded liked a little girl.
The demon stopped eating the pro and turned to the purpled haired woman. Upon seeing those cold eyes staring at her, she got scared in a whole different level.
''Hey! What are you doing? Haven't you eaten enough?" Asked her in fear.
''Pro hero, the best kind of meat!'' Said the demon looking at her with water in his mouth.
The heroine didn't waste any time and used all her ammunition on the monster. Shooting at every possible angle possible and with every strength that she could. She would b

The amount of bullets being released at the monster would killed any living being. However, a demon isn't a living being, it's a monster that it's at the top of all creatures. In just a few seconds the demon was starting to grow its flesh back.
''Nice shoot.'' Said the demon regenerating.
''Why wouldn't you die!'' Scream Lady Nagant in horror.
The heroine was so scared that she messed up a shoot, something she hasn't done in years. The demon soon started to run towards her in a faster pace.
''Come here you cutie.'' Scream the demon.
''Stay Away from me!'' Scream her shooting
BANG BANG
The shoot were pretty much useless, and the demon jumped at her, holding the poor heroine and pining her to the ground. Lady Nagant felt helpless as the demon had a victory smile.
''I will be quick. Now be silent.'' Said the demon with water in his mouth.
''At least I will die in a way that reflects what I have become.'' Thought Lady Nagant crying in fear.
However, before the first bite could ever happen…
''Butterfly Dance: Caprice!'' Said a random voice and then demon had his head sliced.
SLASH
''AAAAAH!'' Scream the demon in pain as he was soon fade away.
Lady Nagant didn't know what just happened. In a instant she was about to be eaten alive and now she was saved by someone.
''Huh?' Asked the woman seeing who killed the monster. It was a young woman with purple hair, a butterfly hair clip, she had a sword and was wearing a kind of stylized haori.
''Ara Ara. What are you doing? Pretty girls shouldn't cry.'' Said Shinobu.
The former pro hero then points her gun at Shinobu.
''Who are you?'' Asked her with venom in her tone of voice.
''I am a person that was task to eliminate this creature. I am sorry that I couldn't save your friends. Now about you…'' Said Shinobu but before she could finish Lady Nagant shoot at her direction.

However Shinobu easily blocked the shoot with her katana.

''Ara, that was not polite.'' Said Shinou.
''She deflected my shoot. How?'' Thought Lady Nagant in horror.
Before Lady Nagant could even prepare a next shoot Shinobu appeared behind her and she had a chilling smiling in her face.
''Ok my dear it's time to nap.'' Said Shinobu delivering a powerful smack on the ex pro neck.
SMACK
Shinobu knocked down the heroine, once she was without conscience the hashira contained the demon Slayer headquarters.
''Master, I eliminated the demon that was in this area. Unfortunately there were casualties but there is one survivor.'' Said Shinobu
''Who?" Asked Ubuyashiki
''Its Lady Nagant, the pro hero that was classified as a criminal a few days ago. What should I do?" Asked Shinobu.
There were a few seconds of silence between shinobu and the master. However, after 10 seconds have passed the sick man gave his answer.
''Bring her to the headquarters. I would like to speak with her.'' Said Ubuyashiki
''as you wish.'' Said Shinobu.
Shinobu grabbed the pro heroine and put some anti quirk handcuffs on her. This way she couldn't her quirk once she awakens.
On the next day.
Lady Nagant start to open her eyes, she saw the sun and felt a sense of good optimism since she had survived the fight. However, she didn't know where she was at the moment.
''Where am i?" Thought her all dizzy.
She looked around and saw some people with weird haircuts and uniforms, one of them was the woman that knocked her out. However, what truly shocked her was the man with ugly ass scar and its creepy twins near him.
''What!'' Scream her waking up after seeing the Ubuyashiki family.
''Welcome to the Demon Slayer corps Kaina Tsutsumi.'' Said Kagaya Ubuyashiki.
The woman didn't know what was happening, she felt she was about to be served to some crazy cult and this was their supposed ´´God´´ that they would use to sacrifice in order to cure his face or something else. She wanted answer and this instant.
''My name is Kagaya Ubuyashiki, these are my children Hinaki and Nichika. Those over there are my spiritual children and bodyguards the Hashiras. We will go into detail about them later, right now I am here to talk about your current situation.'' Said Ubuyashiki.
The former pro saw that she was cuffed with the anti quirk handcuff that only specials forces have. How that creepy got them made her got a ton of questions in her head. She didn't know what was going on, she thought this was a cult or some kind of horror show, and she would get out of there no matter what.
'What are you creppy?!' Asked her all pissed. Making all the hashira wanting to teach her a lesson but Kagaya raised a hand to leave her alone.
''I am the leader of the Demon Slayer corps.'' Said him.
Kaina didn't know what he was talking about. Maybe it was a slag to say that he is was the one that was in charge of everything.
''So you are the big shot around these parts?" Asked her.
''Yes in those terms.'' Said Ubuyashiki.
The ill man then talked about Demons and what they have been doing for almost a millennial. Naturally from a modern society she thought this was just a bunch of bull crap to gather people to whatever kind place this was. She just wanted to get out of there and make sure she was far away from the heroes.
''That's good to know. Listen just let me go and I will forget about everything.'' Said her.
''What are you talking about?'' Asked him.
''You kidnaped me and forced me into your little group. I am not an idiot, I crashed into fake churches before.'' Said her with a smirk.
''We are not a cult my dear. We are the protectors of humankind.'' Said him.
''So what? You expect me to believe all this crap. That there things such as demons and you are the ones that is making sure they are killed?! Give me a break! This is some sort of prank isn't? Where are the cameras?'' Said her looking around. Ubuyashiki was just confused while the Hashira were super angry.
''I am pulling a prank. I am serious, I am the head of the demon slayer corps, we been active for over 1000 years. Protecting human race even before heroes like yourself rise up to power.'' Said Kagaya.
''I am not a hero! And sorry mister burn face, I don't know what you told the others girls here to end up in your bed but it wont work on me. So whatever you do next be smart, because I might cause a living hell to happen.'' Said Kaina with a hint of murder on her voice.
The Hashira were all pretty much pissed about this, Ubuyashiki was trying to give this disgrace of a woman a second chance in life and she was treating as a joke.
However the ill man knew that if he wanted to win someone heart you need to talk to them about issues that they can't express with others.
''Release her.'' Said Ubuyashiki.
'What! But master….'' Said Shinobu in shock alongside the other hashira.
''I will be ok, I have faith in Kaina. Please Shinobu can you release her?" Asked Kagaya.
The insect hashira knew she couldn't say no to her master, he always had a plan in mind and wanted the safety of everyone. Even though she thought Lady Nagant didn't deserve it she had the keys right in her hand.
''As you wish master.'' Said Shinobu.
The second the handcuffs were off the former pro prepared her riffle quirk. Aiming right at Kagaya face.

''You better tell me where the exit is…or I will blow your brains out! Do you hear me little creeper.'' Said her poititng her gun ready to release a shoot.
The Hashira were all ready to attack but Kagaya raised his hand to hold it. He was going to use words to end the evil in Kaina heart.
'You are not going to do this.'' Said Kagaya all calm.
''Of course I will! I killed so many people, you will be just another body in my kill count.'' Said her.
''You didn't killed those people. You were ordered to do so. Just like a soldier does with enemy troupes.'' Said Kagaya.
''Don't play mind games with me pal! One wrong move and I will paint this entire shrine with your brains! 'Scream Lady Nagant.
The Hashira were all prepared to use at least first breathing form on the woman. Even though the Corp has a restrict rule of not killing people unless the circumstance are serious they were prepared to attack in order to protect their master. Kagaya in the meantime was all calm and just remain with a smile in his face.
''I know that you wanted to make people happy. The blood on your hands can still be washed my child.'' Said him
The former pro had a look of shock in her face. He knew about this sensation, this horrifying sensation that she had all the time?
''What?' Asked her in confusion.
''I studied psychology in all sorts of areas, you are experience what soldiers also feel when they return home. While they don't know what you have done you feel ashamed and pretty much like a monster that doesn't deserve to live anymore in this earth. Even though I can't rewind time, I can give you an opportunity.'' Said Kagaya.
''You talk too much for a sick man. It's too late, I am a criminal. Nothing more than one of a thousand monsters that have turned into hero society. I followed those bastards for years and when I finally decided to speak up against them they wanted to throw me out like trash! This bulshit is so big that not even a weirdo like you and your little cheering squad could fully understand!'' Scream her.
''Cheering squad?" Asked Tokito confused.
Ubuyashiki remain his position and smile, he knew what to say next.
''My family has been collecting data on hero society since it even began. We knw about you and I also know what the government did to you and those others kids. I know their current project Hawks is the number 3 hero, so they have a good soldier giving them details. You were their ´´number hitman´´, when they need it someone to be taken care of it you did without asking any question. You killed a ton of corrupted heroes, businessman and rival politicians. While you thought this was a dirty job you were still getting popularity as a hero, however no matter how much you try to hide it the blood nerve washes off. I am correct?'' Asked Ubuyashiki
Lady Nagant riffle soon started to retreat back to her arm. She soon feld into her knees in shock. He got everything right, it was almost like he was there from day one when they got her into the project. If he was only was there to stop her to become what she is now today.
''Give me your hands. Please.'' Said him.
The woman with a little bit of concern went near the man, the hashira were nearby to make sure anything horrible happen. Ubuyashiki hold her hand like he was doctor, she knew what he was looking at the blood only she could see. From the innocent and not so innocent people that she has killed over the years.
''I know that you wanted to erase the blood that only you can see, its not going to be easy but its going to be washed away. I know you cant revive the people you killed, but you can honror them by turning yourself into a better person. I can help you, plelase I am giving a second chance. Don't be Lady Nagant anymore, be Kaina.'' Said Kagaya.
The woman started to cry and felled into the ground in shock. That was the nicest thing anyone has ever said to her in years. For all her life she was just a government dog and posing with some kids until the next show off hero appear. For some reason she felt more comfort and hearth from Ubuyashiki in just a few minutes than years on hero society.
He put a hand on her head and looked at her with a smile.
''Is ok, there is time to redemption. You can still do good in the world, not as a heroine but as new turn human. True heroes don't wear cape and say ´´I am here´´, they are ordinary people that help each other. This is what a true hero is.'' Said Ubuyashiki
''How do you know all this?" Asked Kaina.
''We all see people we love die. I am going to leave this world in less than half a decade, leaving my children and my wife. I have already a successor for my position, so I want to leave this world helping as many people as I can, just like my ancestors. Upon seeing on what society ahs become over the years I intend to help as much as I can.'' Said him.
''Why aren't you in the main front with the big shots? They can't help you.'' Asked her.
''because like you saw yourself who can you trust in this society. The main heroes are either to egotistical(All Might, Endavour) or are pawns from the government(Hawks). Now you can say my Hashira and Corp cadets are pawns, but I am the sacrificial lamb, I will volunteer put my life on the line to make sure that all my children are safe. If you want you can be just a regular person in my little village, we have about 200 people living here, people who were tossed aside by the government and heroes, who ended up coming across my area. Now, I can't have you leave because our organization acts in secret in order to maintain peace with ourselves. We can't have active heroes or other people acting here because soon or later the government will arrive and try to attack us. Now do you wanna leave this place?' Asked Kagaya.
Kaina knew exactly what to say.
''No, I will live here and make sure you are safe. You and your family.'' Said Kaina in tears.
''Come here child, its clearly you need a hug. Children lets all give Kaina a big hug.'' Said Ubuyashiki with a smile
The patriarch and his children hug the former pro who was still bawling her eyes outs. While that emotional scene was happening, the Hashira were amazed to see how well the master could communicate with people.
''Wow! The master truly talks like no one else.'' Said Rengoku
''Agreed, there is no one that can read a human heart better than someone from the Ubuyashiki clan.'' Said Gyomei
''Master?! If Kaina-chan is living in this area now what is she going to do? Its clearly she doesn't want any action.'' Said Mitsuri.
''Shinobu I heard that the butterfly manor is looking for new employees. I am correct?" Asked Kagaya.
''I guess the girls could have some help. Aoi is looking for a new hand since Kanao is busy with her training. I wish Aoi would lose her fear but I can't pass that stubborn dedication of her.'' Said Shinobu with a smile.
''would you like to go with Shinobu?" Asked Kagaya.
''Yes, I wanna stay here. Please help me!'' Said Kanai pretty much bowing.
''Good, I am glad that you want to change your ways. This will be a long journey, but it will be a worth one.'' Said Kagaya.
''Sure…master.'' Said Kanai.
''Shinobu take Kanai to the butterfly mansion. Its better to give the full explanation I person.'' Said Kagaya.
''Sure master, I will have good clothes and a meal for her.'' Said Shinobu.
''and one more thing Kanai.'' Said Kagaya.
''What is it?" Asked Kanai.
''Welcome to the demon Slayer corp.'' Said Kagaya.
The former pro felt like an angel was giving her a blessing, she felt like all the bad deeds that she had done over the years were all over for a second. This was a new life for her and she would make sure that she doesn't screw this up like she did her hero career.
''Come with me.'' Said Shinobu taking Kanai to her new quarters.
A few moments later.
Kanai soon arrived at the butterfly manner. Pretty much a huge place if you live in old Japan, however this could still pass as an little mansion. People in this area were sure full of money.
''This is my home.'' Said Shinobu.
''Wow.'' Said Kanai in surprise.
''Yes, my family had some money in the past. We made good use of it. Inside you will meet my students, which include my little sister, a former demon slayer and three little girls so people put that riffle away.'' Said Shinobu.
''Thank you and I will.'' Said Kanai.
''Come here.'' Said Shinobu giving Kaina a hug, but it was a hug that was going to end any air circulation.

The former pro was starting to get a little purple. She was getting little air and she was starting to get scared.
''huh? What are you doing? I am not your enemy anymore.'' Said Kaina all purple in her face.
''I am not going to kill you. But if you dare point a gun at the master face, I will poison anything you touch, you hear me. If you dare do that again with our master, I will make sure you have a painful death.'' Said Shinobu with a sweat but chilling voice and having an angry expression despised having a smile on her face.
Upon being released Kanai took a deep breath of air, while looking in Shiobu ´´pissed off face´´. Even though she was smiling there were so many veins visible. How could she be so calm at this point?
''So how about some lentil soup for dinner? The girls are going to have a ton of questions for you so be ready.'' Said Shinobu know in a more calm look.
''You are so messed up.'' Said Kaina.
''I know.'' Said Shinobu with a sweet smile
Present
After a few weeks of training Kanai turned into a proper healer for the Butterfly manner. The little trio saw her as a big sister, while Aoi saw her as still someone they shouldn't trust. However, the former pro was a totally different person from what she was a few months ago, now the cold Lady Nagant was a kind and gentle woman like she once was when starting her hero career.
''I am eternal grateful to the master. He gave me a chance when the rest of the world wanted to put me down like a mad dog. There is still blood in my hands, but with time it will get cleaned. I am totally a different person. The hero system might have screwed me royal, but I got up and became a proud member of the Demon Slayer Corp even thought I am not an active slayer.'' Said Kanai.
Izuku was surprised by this. It remind him of those stories of soldiers who fought in the old wars and were called murder for killing innocent in enemy territory. While some can't manage to keep going others can, Lady Nagant might have been tricked and turned into a hitman she then turned into a good human being again thanks to some teaching and proper humanity showing at her.
''We are all grateful for the Ubuyashiki family. When society and the world seen to turn their back against us, they came and raised a hand for us.'' Said Gyomei and all the hashira agree with that.
''I still think you are going to poison her.'' Said Ginyu.
''I can poison you if youd don't shut up.'' Said Shinobu pissed.
''Someone just cut their tongues out!'' Said Iguro annoyed.
''So you wanted to be a hero?" Asked Kanai to izuku
''Yes, but I was mocked entirely because I was quirkless.'' Said him.
''Figures, quirkless people aren't the norm that they once was. Ever since All Might became a thing everyone started to become a smug even with the smallest quirk possible. Even though there are possibilities for a quirkless person to become a hero. However, the higher ups wouldn't never let that become a possibility.'' Said her.
''Why is that?' Asked Izuku
''Kid, when you are with the government as long as I did you started to really know why certain things are the way they are. Why some new heroes show ups when a certain ´´villain´´ appears, when a controversial one goes ´´off to sea´´, the list goes on. Do you think an agency or some big shot will promote a person with no powers? What kind toys and other merchandise would you sell? What kind image you promote? Do you think All Might has that huge agency on good deeds alone? His entire merchandise goes to make that huge place run up.'' Said Kanai with a good point.
(Note: That agency must have caused some really economic troubles. All Might pretty much abandon that building and is forgot. Thanks for the ´´world…´´ I cant even say that because it doesn't deserve it.)
Izuku was now feeling like someone with a thousand thoughts per second.
''I wish there a way that we could tell the world. Tell the world what hero society really is.'' Said izuku.
''Interesting approach, but how would you explained all this information. Yes, I know about the crows but how are you going to explain to the authority. Trust me kid, worry about the demons, trust I learned more about these things and they are worse than a society that keep shooting itself in the foot. No pun intended it.'' Said her.
Ubuyashiki then felt it was a good time to reveal his big idea. It might controversial, but Izuku was the right age, he had living parents and no close relationship with someone of a high position. He was the perfect choice for his pain.
''izuku.'' Said ubuyashiki.
''Yes?" Asked Izuku
''After all this information and the true about All Might do you still want to become a hero?' Asked Kagaya.
The grown up looked at the teen with curiosity. He was with a ton of thoughts in his head, Bakugo words, All Might hypocrisy, the truth about Hero Society and the existence of demons. Anyone with a good sense would just let this mess go without him but Izuku knew he had to do something.
''Yes, I think a part of me still want to show the world what someone without a quirk can do. Unlike All Might who got lucky I will make my power, with determination and intelligence. I will make sure that Lady Nagant name is clear! I will end the corruption of hero society and make everyone truly feel safe!'' Said Izuku surprising everyone.
''Great, because I will help you become a hero.'' Said Ubuyashiki much to everyone shock.
''WHAT?'' Scream everyone.
''Master what are you saying?" Asked Uzui
''Izuku, for years my family wanted to get closer to hero society. However mostly of my children are from orphan families, unfortunately. You are still young and full of potential, if we go in a good path, we might have the right power for you. Not a quirk, but a breath technique the power that demon slayer have been using to battle demons.'' Said Ubuyashiki

''Master, we also want an explanation. Its pretty risky to put all this in the shoulders of one child.''' Said Gyomei.
''Yes, I know it's risky but think Izuku can be the right person for this idea that my family had for years. You see we wanted to find someone from our organization to infiltrate in the hero society and observe how it goes from schools to being a full pro. Izuku has the burning desire of becoming of hero, if everything goes right he can do both the entrance exame and the final selection, it's a pretty risky bet but my hearth tells me that it's one that it is worth to take a risk. The UA exam is in 10 months and the next final selection is in 12 months, if we all work together we can turn him into a great demon slayer in shape. My children I know this is a lot to ask, specially you two Shinazugawa and Koucho, I know your siblings are working hard for the next selection but we can still makes still works. Until we figure out what kind of breathing Izuku is destined to possess we can make him into a powerful samurai. I know this is a lot to process and a lot to be desire, but please…can you all do it. Please my children can you do this task not for me but for the future of humankind?" Asked Kagaya now bowing to the hashira, much to their shock.
The Hashira didn't know what to say, it was pretty much ´´Can you all make this kid into a good demon slayer in just a year? ´´. Some managed to become demon slayer pretty young like Muichiro, but they had some kind of history with sword training, Izuku looked like he hasn't done a single push up in his life.
Even thought this was a ludicrous question…it was coming from their master, and they knew what kind answer to give.
''YES! FOR YOU SIR I WILL TEACH THIS KID ALL MY POWERFULL TECHINIQUES! '' Scream Rengoku
''Ok, I am on it. Only if the kid can show any sings of courage.'' Said Uzui
''I never imagined we would all be tasked to trained someone so miserable. You are lucky brat.'' Said Iguro

''I am still not sure about this decision. But if is it is the master decision than I will follow it.'' Said Gyomei.

The water hashira was in shock, not just because of this decision but the fact that this kid remind him of Tanjiro, a poor boy that had his whole family killed and his sister turned into a demon. However, the demon proved to still have humanity and for that he spared them and gave a map towards his former master, the previous water Hashira Urokadaki. This was too much for him to process, at least Tanjiro could fight and had some kind of muscle, this kid would need 3 years to become a proper demon slayer and they had only one year to change him. This was going to be a challenge.
''You are super lucky kid.'' Said Ginyu in a monotone voice.
''Yes, you truly are.'' Said Sanemi.
Izuku upon ending his shock of seeing Ubuyashiki bank account came back to reality.
''How are we going to do this? Am I going to move out or my mom is going to know all this…I can't tell her about the demons she will freak out.'' Said Izuku
''I will make phone call later and give her the details. Don't worry I will make sure your mother safety.'' Said Ubuyashiki
''Thank you.'' Said Izuku.
''If we really go with this plan, you better wipe out that smile of your face.'' Said Iguro.
''Ever day after we will be constantly hell for you poor boy. I feel sorry for you.'' Said Gymoei
''Wait what about the equipment and daily training? This will cost you a lot of money.'' Said Izuku

''Here, this is our net worth.'' Said Kiriya showing Izuku the results on a smartphone.
Izuku saw the number that Ubuyashiki was worth. He just palled he never saw so many zeros in a bank account.
''AAAAAH!'' Scream Izuku in shock over seeing how rich the Ubuyashiki were.
''Yep, that's the right reaction.'' Said Rengoku
''And he was rich from birth.'' Said Mitsuri
''Please I don't like to be seen as some rich person. I still prefer the cheap and easy to prepare.'' Said Kagaya with a blush.
''Master you are perfect in any shape or form. We would follow you even if you were poor.'' Said Rengoku
''Of course we would. We serve the Ubuyashiki family and not some rich asshole.'' Said Sanemi.
Izuku stop screaming and after finally he was released, he bowed to Kagaya Ubuyashiki
''I promise to give 110% of what I have!'' Said Izuku.
''Are you certain?'' Asked Ubuyashiki
The boy felt that this wasn't enough, so he bowed ever harder and was pretty much crying again.
''Please! Make me into a demon Slayer.'' Said Izuku
The leader and higher slayers were seeing Izuku, a poor kid who had his hearth broken by the one he worship now in a position that he never imagined. The kid wanted to do good in the world and make people safe even thought he had no power but he had the right heart. This was the sign of a true hero.
''Izuku Midoriya do you accept the hellish training that will be given to you?'' Asked Ubuyashiki
The teen was still bowing but he knew the right answer.
''Yes!'' Scream Izuku.
''Do you accept to be in a certain way be an agent for us?'' Asked Ubuyashiki
''Yes!'' Scream izuku, after all that he heard and learned he didn't know what kind of hero he could trust.
''Do you promise to keep our organization a secret?'' Said Ubuyashiki. He still need it to put the mark on Izuku but that was for later.
''Yes!'' Scream Izuku.
''Do you still wanna be a hero after all this?'' Asked Ubuyashiki
Izuku didn't know if he could still be on the hero side after everything he learned. He thought he would be fine as a full demon slayer, just doing that and pretty much just let the heroes be what they were. Bakugo would try to kick his way to the number one spot while Izuku was actually doing the protection of the world. However, he felt that society really need it a true hero, while he would keep the Corp a secret he would try his best to make everyone safe.
''Yes! Please teach me how to be a hero and make society actually safe!'' Scream Izuku
''My child, you are already one. I heard what you try to do while Ginyu was struggling last night. You have my eternal appreciation.'' Said Ubuyashiki
Izuku started crying, that the nicest thing anyone has ever said to him that wasn't his mom.
''Thank you sir!'' Scream Izuku
''Yo kid!'' Scream Uzui.
The teen turned around to see the Hashira who were both excited and annoyed with this declaration.
''Look here brat we all decided to go with this. Master orders, so prepare that in a few days hells will open its gate for you.'' Said Sanemi with pure sadistic smile.
''Yes, we need to know what you can endure. We will put all we can into in just a year. Its going to be impossible but we will try.'' Said Iguro
''Oh my can't wait to put my flamboyant knowledge with a person with no flamboyant sense! I will do my best!'' Scream Uzui
''I can't wait to eb friends with you Izuku-kun. Do you like mochi?'' Asked Mitsuri.
''I wish the best for you child. I will not be gentle in my training, but I will pray for you every day.'' Said Gyomei.
''You are going to die.'' Said Tokito.
''Be ready! We will give you such powerful work to do that a flame will grow in your heart!'' Scream Rengoku
''If anything happens, we will be here for you.'' Said Shinobu with a smile.
Ginyu just look at the teen with an emotionless expression. This wasn't as bad as Tanjiro, but it was going to be difficult.
''Master, with your permission I can take Izuku home and be in position near his house.'' Said Ginyu
''Yes, this would be great. The phone call won't be that long so you going wont cause any harm in the balance.'' Said Kagaya.
''Thank you.'' Said Ginyu
Then one of Ubuyashiki children (Nichika) came with a box full of car keys. She grabbed a random one and asked Ginyi.
''Would you like take the car number 32 with you?" Asked her.
''Yes, come with me kid. I will drop you home.'' Said Ginyu
''Ginyu, before anything I am sorry if this…'' Said Izuku wanting to apologize but everything was done.
''don't worry. You actually will become something that we were in need for years. Just be ready to endure pain. Are you ready to leave?' Asked Ginyu
''I am ready.'' Said Izuku
''Good, you will be back in a few days so be ready.'' Said Ginyu.
''But what about keeping the place a secret.'' Said
''We have a force field that protect this area. The master also has a ton of properties on his name, we have a force field being created thanks to some inventions made by a member of the Corp with a super intellect quirk. This way we can keep the place safe, don't worry I will explain everything later.'' Said Ginyu
Izuku was now going away, he saw Ubuyashiki and his children, the former pro Lady Nagant and the Hashira all waving ´´goodbye´´ at him. He knew he would be playing a spy but he would be the best spy for the Corp the true heroes of the world.
He then turn back and bowed one last time, to make one last thanks.
''Thank you so much sir. I won't make you regret this decision!'' Scream Izuku
Izuku started to cry again and Ginyu grabbed him by the collar.
'Come on, we don't have all day.'' Said the water Hashira.
''What a cry baby.'' Said Sanemi in disgust.
''Turn that twig into a demon slayer in just a year. It will be a miracle if he can even cut a tree by next week!'' Said Iguro.
''Yeah this will be hard, but that's the fun part we can become original in our training method.'' Said Shinobu.
As the Hashira gather Ubuyashiki just look at the sky. Finally, a person of good heart that can be a hero and a demon slayer at the same time. Clear the world of the horror of Muzan but also try to put some hope in the new corrupt and malicious Hero society.
''We are thankful for a new member into our family. I hope…he can sustain the horror to come.'' Said Ubuyashiki worried.
At home
Izuku arrived near afternoon. Ginyu was wearing regular clothes and staying on the car, to make sure he wasn't followed or there were any sings of demons nearby. The night would soon come so he need it to be sharp. Meanwhile he hoped that Izuku could talk with his mom in piece. He put a bug into Izuku clothes so he could hear the conversation, just for precaution.
''Oh Izuku I was so worried. Never go to sleep in a friend house of the blue. At least tell me a few hours early so I can be calm, by the way which friend was?" Asked Inko.
''Not important mom. But I have to say that the past few hours were very important to me.'' Said Izuku
''Why?" Asked Inko
''I discovered I wanted to become in the future.'' Said Izuku.
''what is it?" Asked Inko with a big smile.
''A hero.'' Said Izuku much to Inko shcok.
''A hero…but Izuku what about…'' Asked Inko nervous not wanting to touch on the quirk aspect.
Izuku just smile at that. He would get sad over this subject, but after meeting the demon slayers he had a new perspective in life.
''I meet someone. Someone that has faith in me.'' Said Izuku.
Right after Izuku said that the house phone started to ring.
Ring Ring.
''Hello?" Asked Inko answering the phone.
''Miss Midoriya, I am glad to finally be able to speak with you.'' Said a mysterious voice for INko, but Izuku knew it was Ubuyashiki.
''Who is it?" Asked Inko
''My name is Mr. U and I would like to make you an propose about Izuku.'' Said Mr. U
So yes, big chapter and a lot things happen. Lady Nagant backstory, Izuku learning about the cruel reality of the Hero society, Izuku making his vow to Ubuyashiki, the plan of Izuku being both a hero and a demon Slayer. Everything in just one chapter.
Also, no! Tanjiro, Zenitsu, Inosuke, Kanao, Aoi and Genya are not going to UA. Why? Because: a) all of them either are orphans or have family tied with the Demon slayer corps; b) Izuku is the one that knows more about heroes thanks to his past; c) Ubuyashiki wants someone in the hero course and he just want one person if he endorse multiple persons at the same time that would raise way too much attention, but just one quirkless kid yes this attention but not much.
Also, here is something that I want to clarify. I did the calculations, and we have to be a bit out of the canon. Ok, at this point Tanjiro is still training with Urokodaki and the slaughter happen a year before. I know that in canon he trains for 2 years to master the breath, so here Izuku will have pretty much a year of pure hell. He is going to endure a lot more than Tanjiro did in two years, don't worry but spoilers they are going to meet in the final selection.
I am also thinking of having Aoi trying demon Slaying a bit more, she is an approved Demon Slayer by the final selection, but she feel scared. I want to make her feel a little bit more safe and gain a bit of courage, I mean look whos he ended up marrying.
Another thing Ubuyashiki and his family are quirkless. Because of his disease the clan was never able to manifest a quirk, and because of that every child that they have never were able to manifest one also, be man or women. Amane has a quirk but it's a small one that doesn't almost nothing. So yes, a super-rich dude with an army of super samurai is quirkless, how is that Bakugo?
Also, one thing, I am not giving Izuku the water breathing because that is Tanjiro thing. I already decided on the breath that he will use and I liked my decision.
I am also wanting to tell that Izuku will developed. The shy, awkward and nerd will soon go away thanks to the training. Don't worry he still be a bit awkward but not as much as it is in canon. He will grow in his training as a person unlike his training with All Might.
One more thing that I want to tell you all. This story will do things different from Canon, which I am just saying some people might die and some people might. I wont tell who lives and who dies so keep on your seats.
