At the Twilight Mansion.

Finn could barely sleep that night; he was still shocked to learn that he was going to become a father and it was to another Pallum girl. It was his dream to make the Pallum race grew again, but it was difficult situation on the position that he and Lilith were at.

''Oh, its morning already.' Said him looking at the sun.

Finn just put on his uniform and went to have breakfast, still looking a man who barely slept the previous night before.

''Oh hey Finn good morning.'' Said Garret seeing the Pallum.

However, Finn didn't answered him, that made the dwarf a bit confused.

''Finn.'' Said Gareth.

''Uh…oh hi Gareth, good morning.'' Said Finn.

''What is wrong? You look tired.'' Said him.

''Oh nothing, I…just didn't sleep well.'' Said Finn.

''A bad dream?" Asked Gareth.

''No, I just…didn't sleep right.'' Said him.

''Do you want to go back to bed?" Asked Gareth.

''I just need some coffee and that's it.'' Said Finn.

Soon loki showed up as usual and she looked chipper like she usually does.

''Hey there!'' Said Loki.

''oh hey Loki.'' Said Finn all tired.

''Loki-sama.'' Said Gareth seeing his goddess.

Loki saw her captain with a really glooming look. Finn was looking very down for someone that always had a smile.

''Something seems off.'' Thought Loki.

Finn decided to have some coffee and go on with his day, he couldn't let this interfere in his duties as a captain.

Later

Finn saw everyone in the training ground, they were all getting prepared for an upcoming expedition in two weeks.

''Captain, I looked over budged and I saw a problem.'' Said Raul.

''What is it?' Asked Finn.

''We are with few vegetables for the whole party, I don't think we would be able to have a meal at all in the dungeons.'' Said Raul.

''Go to the Demeter Familia and ask for some, we would pay them back with some of our earnigs.'' Said Finn.

''Thank you captain.'' Said Raul.

''Hey captain! I made a new move after you! Wanna see.'' Said Tione.

''Let the captain have some time away from you!'' Said Bete.

''Shut up your stupid mutt!'' Said Tione.

Finn wasn't even hearing the two arguing; he was just thinking on Lilith and their kid.

''I mean its good, but does she need anything, or she needs medication. Should I be with her? Its going to be male or female?" Thoguht Finn with a ton of question per second.

Meanwhile the familia still trained for their upcoming expedition.

''So what are you doing?" Asked Ais.

''I am making sure that the captain see my new move!'' Said Tiione.

''Stay back everyone! This will hurt!'' Said Tiona.

''Captain look!'' Said Tione making her new move, but Finn was still thinking about the baby.

''I need to see her weekly. Ask Bell-kun about her situation and make sure she isn't in any danger and…'' Thought him.

''Captain!'' Said Tone not seeing where she was going.

''Finn!'' Said Riveria.

''Look out!'' Scream Gareth and that ended with Tione hitting Finn right in the head.

Bam

The fearless captain of the Loki familia was soon knocked out by the amazon and everyone was shocked and worried.

They all surrounded Finn to make sure that he was ok.

''The captain was hit!" Scream Raul.

''Clear the area!'' Said Riveria.

''Who did this?!' Asked Tione

''You did.'' Said Bete, Ais and Tiona.

''He will hate me for this.'' Said Tione in tears.

''Lefiya do a healing spell.'' Said Riveria.

''Right.'' Said the elf.

Lefiya soon did some chanting and the wound on Finn head was gone and he waked up.

The entire Loki Familia had a look of relief in their faces once they saw their captain now feeling good.

''Uh what happened?'' Asked Finn.

''You passed out because of Tione crappy attack.'' Said Tiona.

''I am so sorry captain.'' Said Tione crying and hugging him.

''Please, its ok. Nobody is mad at you, I should be mad at myself for being on the way.'' Said Finn.

However Riveria and Gareth knew something was bothering him. They wanted to know what was going on right now.

''Finn you never lost focus in all these years as a captain.'' Said Riveria.

''Yes, this is out of character for you.'' Said Gareth.

Loki soon appeared and she looked a bit pissed.

''What is going? Do I heard that Finn got knocked out? This has never happened before.'' Said her.

Finn soon looked a bit guilty. That baby thought has been killing him on the inside and he need it to explain to his familia, but his main sources need it to know at first hand. Riveria, Gareth and Loki shall be the first ones to hear.

''Riveria, Gareth, Loki can we go to my office. I need to talk about something.'' Said him.

''Uh ok.'' Said Loki.

The rest of the Familia saw that and looked a bit confused; this wasn't something that the captain usually does and if he does is for serious business.

''What is going?" Asked Bete.

''Captain what are you doing?" Asked Tiona.

''I need to talk about some personal businesses. Once I am done talking with them everyone will hear me out. Understood.'' Said Finn.

''Yes sir.'' Said the Familia.

''Everyone stay here and keep training.'' Said Riveria.

''Nobody leaves or even tries to hear out.'' Said Gareth.

''Raul, you´re in charge while we are talking.'' Said Finn.

''Right!'' Said him.

The main group of the loki Familia soon went to Finn office. It wasn't a true talk since they weren't with all the executives, but Finn need it to talk to his oldest and most trustworthy friends.

At Finn Office.

Riveria and Gareth were sitting in chair while Loki was leaning up against a wall. Finn just drank some water and looked kind of confused.

''What is going on Finn?" Asked Gareth.

''Yes, you look kind of lost.'' Said Riveria.

''Come on man! Its us, you can tell us what´s eating you.'' Said Loki.

Finn took a deep breath and soon told them the reason.

''I got some interesting news.'' Said Finn.

''What is it?" Asked Gareth.

''Remember that party that we went a few weeks ago?" Asked Finn.

''I do, my beautiful Ais spent all night dancing with shrimp little rabbit.'' Said Loki annoyed.

'Well in that night I meet up with Lilith Aruica from the Hestia familia and we had a nice conversation together.'' Said Finn.

''So what? You talked with her. I know you had your eyes on her for a while.'' Said Riveria.

''Yes, but then we had so many drinks and then we spent a night out. She reached me out yesterday and…'' Said Finn.

Then everyone could connect the dots, they couldn't believe what they were hearing.

''No!'' Said Loki in shock.

''Finn you…'' Said Gareth in shock.

''You´re telling us…'' Said Riveria in surprised.

''Yes, I am going to become a father and Lilith from the Hestia familia is the mother. I am going to have a full blooded Pallum child.'' Said Finn.

Loki just look in shock and even rip out some of the hair from her head.

''Just a second…. aaaaah! I can't believe! Now I have to be legally attached to that little boobie shrimp! crap! What are we know the two grannies!?" Asked Loki in fury.

At the Hearthfield manor.

Hestia felt a shiver in her spine, and she knew who was talking about her.

''What is happening Hestia-sama?" Asked Bell.

''I don't know, but I bet that chestless asshole is talking bad about me.'' Said Hestia.

Yes, this is a short chapter and next up we will talk about Finn and his responsibilities as a father. Lets see how the Loki familia react to this.
