Hi there, time to return to Izuku being a demon slayer and have some fun. Its been really months since the last update of this fic and a lot of people love this idea. I saw some other people using ideas but I have many problems, like the author either make Izuku either have One For All or him being a Mary sue being super smart compared to the others Demon Slayers characters. I am making him on the same level as the main trio of Demon Slayer, he is smarter than Tanjiro but they are on the same level.

At the forest

Izuku was running as fast as he could. After hellish training and running away from Bakugo he was at the top of his game, plus being chased by flesh eating monsters can make you run as fast as you can.

"Ok! I can do this, I already slay a few of them.'' Thought him.

He was determined to finished this quest, he survived that ridiculous UA Entrance exam which he could see any of the Hashira crushing it, now this was a real test and he was having almost a panic attack at any second.

"I need to go up in the trees. Maybe I can get some advantage.'' Thoguht him.

He saw a big tree he went climbing as fast as he could, while rushing it he was still remembering one thing.

"Keep breathing! Don't forget your training.'' Thought him.

Once at the top he was looking for any demon from a distance, he saw others participants running around and trying to fight back the demons. He felt bad for them but he had to think of his priorities at first.

"I need to get a good chance to strike back, I can see a few low class one but there might be some really big ones around that I am not aware of it.'' Thoguht him.

The teen saw some participants running away from some creepy demons with a cat face, they were trying to fight back but nothing was working.

"I am sorry, but I need to worry about my chances too.'' Thought Izuku.

He decided to just stay at the top for a few minutes, taking a little break and looking around for the chance of fighting another demon.

While looking around he saw a huge demon, probably the size of All Might and his whole thing was a great amount of hands around him.

"That one is huge!'' Thoguht him.

Izuku could feel his presence from a huge distance, he was already shaking and sweating.

"I am not ready for him.'' Thought him.

He decided to climb down and try to look for some demons or helped out the people he didn't helped out. He felt that he could be like a coward but what he could do against the demons?

"I need to get back at this.'' Thought him.

He went running to helped out someone in need, after climbing down that tree in just 10 seconds Izuku got face to face with another demon.

"Oh god!'' Scream Izuku.

The demon was a pretty generic one, had a really long wet hair and a creepy tongue. Of course upon seeing the green haired teen he was with a smirk on his face.

"I will make your death be quick.'' Said the demon.

"Oh crap!'' Said Izuku soon getting in position.

The teen soon took a deep breath and started to attack that monster.

"First Form: Dust Whirlwind Cutter!"

The attack was quick and Izuku was directly toward the neck with all the strength he had.

Slash

"Argh!'' Scream the demon in pain as he was decapitated in just a second.

Izuku took deep breaths and looked at the monster that started to dusted away. He was sweating like crazy and the monster started to curse him out.

"You brat! I hope someone here make you suffer!'' Scream him dying out.

Izuku felt that this was a very weak demon, he would have to deal with even worse ones. From the stories he heard of the headquarters he would see things that not even his nightmares could conjure it.

He just took a tight grip at his katana and continued to go deeply towards the forest, he was going to continue fighting no matter what.

7 days later

Izuku spent a week in hell, he thought the training was rough this week felt like 100 times worse. He killed over 10 demons; they were all weak and he had to keep hidden at very parts of the exam and then go back to hunt for demons. It was truly hell, he felt that he aged over 20 years from stress, he felt that this exam wouldn't never be done then a crow who was flying above them started squeak talking.

"Its over! Its over! Follow us to main entrance!'' Scream the crow

Izuku then saw the sun shining on his face and he dropped to his knees, before following that crow he wanted to take a deep breath and cry a bit that it was over.

"Its over! Its finally over!'' Scream him crying tears of joy.

A few minutes later

Once he let out all his frustrations and anxiety out of the system he weakedlly follow the crow back to the main entrance where the exam started a week ago. He then saw who was already at the place where the two kids who started the exam spoke, the remaining candidates were the red-haired boy with a blue kimono, the girl with a butterfly haori, the blonde one who looked really hysterical and the scared face one from headquarters. Izuku just looked at them in shock, because if they were the ones here that meant that so many have lost their lives during the exam.

"That's all that was left.'' Thoguht Izuku in shock.

He weakly came to the center were the other 4 were and among them, once there the kids started to speak.

"Welcome back.'' Said the black haired one.

"Congratulations. I am glad you are safe.'' Said the white haired one.

Izuku just saw how the others were reacting to only being 5 left. The red haired teen looked worried, the girl was too busy looking at a butterfly, the blonde just kept repeating that he was going to die and the scared one was just looking annoyed.

"First, we will provide your corps uniform. We will take your measurement and then engrave your rank.'' Said the white haired one.

"There are ten rnaks. Kinoe, kinoto, Hinoe, Hinoto, Tsuchinoe, Tsuchinoto, Kanoe, Kanoto, Mizunoe and Mizunoto. Right now, you are all the bottom rank of Mizunoto.'' Said the black raired one.

"What about the katanas?'' Asked the scared face boy who just looked annoyed.

"Today you will choose the ore for your sword. Then it will take up to two weeks for the katana to be finishes.'' Said the white haired kid seemly answering that question.

"Then we will assign you a Kasugai crow.'' Said the black haired one.

The kid clapped her hands and soon more crows appeared and they soon went to the shoulders or arm of the participants. Izuku was impressed that the crow landed on his shoulders with calm and no hard sensation.

"Woah!'' Said him amazed that he was getting a crow for himself.

"Eh? I think might be a little defective. This is a sparrow.' Said the blonde one with a small sparrow.

"Those crows are different used from the Corp to search for Demons. These are special trained crows that will aid you all for communication and other tasks.'' Said the black haired kid.

"I get it so we don't have to rely on phones to communicate with each other and not get caught. Smart.'' Thoguht Izuku.

"Get off me!'' Scream the scared boy making sure the crow didn't get near him.

Izuku and the others saw that in confusion, why would he do such a thing?

"I don't care about the crows! Katana! I want my Katana! And I wanted it now! A demon slayer corps Katana! A color changing Katana!'' Scream him grabbing the white haired kid by the hair.

Izuku felt that he should do something but then the red haired kid stepped forward and grabbed that punk by the arm and he could feel the strength from a mile.

"Let go of this child! If you don't, I'll break your arm!'' Said him.

"Huh? Who're you? Just you try it!'' Said the scared boy pretty much giving Izuku just flashback of Bakugo.

"I don't like where this is going.'' Thought him.

Then the red haired kid was true to his words with a very tight grip he broke off that punk arm.

Crack

Izuku saw that in shock as the red haired boy protected the kid from any more attacks, he saw the blonde in the ground just look a bit nervous while the girl was all calm during this whole scene. After a few seconds of silence, the black haired kid started to speak again.

"Are you done talking? Then come over here please choose the ore for making your katana. You choose for yourself the ore for the sword that will kill demons and protect you, please take your time and we will have your demon Slayer Katana be made by a special blacksmith.'' Said the black haired kid.

The participants just saw those ore and all had different expressions from each other. Izuku felt that this was a very strange group, but they were the ones that were able to survive a week in literal hell.

"The victory of you 6 have already been reported to Ubuyashiki-sama. He will inform the other members and the blacksmith about the upcoming slayers of this year.'' Said the black haired kid.

"Wait, 6 but there's only 5 of us.'' Said the red haired teen.

"There was another participant but he didn't wanted to stick so he left early.'' Said the black haired kid.

"He just left!" Scream Izuku and the teen in shock.

"Lucky son of bitch.'' Said the blonde one in frustration.

They decided not waste any more time, well the girl seemed to not wanting to waste any time as she just went and grabbed her ore. Soon the others did too.

Izuku didn't know what would work to make a great sword, geology was never one of his strongest topics. He just went around and grabbed the ore that felt like it would make a good weapon.

A few minutes later

Before they all left Izuku wanted to speak with the red haired boy. What he just did was amazing and he wanted to talk to him.

"Excuse me.'' Said Izuku.

"Uh?'' Asked the red haired boy confused.

"I am sorry I don't usually do this, but I just want to say thanks about stepping forward to save that child. I wanted to do it but I felt I couldn't have been strong enough to break his arm.'' Said him.

"Its ok, i wanted to make sure that the kid was ok, I don't like to use violence against people unless its deserved it and frankly he was asking for it.'' Said the teen.

"Of course.'' Said Izuku.

The two soon shared a laugh and introduced themselves.

"My name is Tanjiro, Tanjiro Kamado.''

"I am Izuku Midoriya.''

"It's a pleasure meeting you Midoriya, I hope we can see each other again.'' Said Tanjiro.

"Same, I feel we could do a good work against the demons. The more the better.'' Said Izuku.

"Why you decided to become a Demon Slayer?'' Asked Tanjiro.

"I became one so I could help the Corp in hero society. I will be a demon Slayer but also a Pro Hero. I always dreamed to be Pro Hero and the Corp helped me out in giving me a new purpose and helping me achieve my old one.'' Said Izuku.

"Heroes? I am sorry I am not very interested in that subject; I barely seem any Pro hero in my life.'' Said Tanjiro.

"Are you from the mountains? Because its almost hard to not seen at least one pro hero these days.'' Said Izuku.

"Yes, I am from a family of Charcoal. We mine it and sell it at the little cites around the mountains. We don't even have a TV, I don't even know how to use a cell phone.' Said Tanjiro.

"Wow, you're really a country person!'' Said Izuku in shock.

"Yes, I never even went to a big city. I thought I could have gone there to sell Charcoal but now this is a whole different story.'' Said Tanjiro with a blush.

"So does your family knows about all of this. I am lying to my mother about this whole deal, I know its not good but I don't want to give her a huge panic attack.'' Said Izuku.

"No, my family is all dead.'' Said Tanjiro all sad.

The information shocked Izuku he didn't expected that answer.

"I went to deliver some stuff for a nearby town and they told me to spend the night. Next day I returned and found my entire family slaughter, a man told me it was by demons and…I decided to avenge them.'' Said Tanjiro all serious.

"I am sorry was your entire family killed?'' Asked Izuku.

What Izuku didn't know was that Tanjiro family wasn't truly fully killed. His father before all this and there was still one surviving member still alive, but Tanjiro felt it was good to tell people that his family was longer with him, besides Nezuku hasn't awaken in almost two years.

"Yes, I am sorry but I don't like to talk about this.'' Said Tanjiro.

"It's ok, I am sorry for touching in the subject.'' Said Izuku.

"Don't worry, you didn't know. So I hope for you the best in these Hero quest of yours.'' Said Tanjiro.

"Thank you so much Tanjiro, I hope to see you again.'' Said Izuku.

"If we do lets have tea and rice cakes together.'' Said Tanjiro.

"Thanks!'' Said Izuku.

The two have goodbye to each other and went to different sides to leave. Tanjiro went on foot to Urokodaki house while Izuku was going to the house where he stayed before the exam, soon a Kakushi member arrived and went for his aid.

"Kid, hey are you ok? What do you need?'' Asked him.

Izuku was a bit shy on saying that but he had only one answer.

"I want to see my mom.'' Said Izuku.

The Kakushi nodded at that helped the kid to get to the closest vehicle they could find.

A few hours later

Inko Midoriya was finishing cleaning the dishes, she saw what time it was and was a bit worried.

"Izuku should've called by this point. Did something happened to him?'' Asked her as soon someone knocked at her door.

Knock Knock

"Uh?'' Asked her.

She opened the door confused as who could be this time.

"Yes?'' Asked her.

"Mom!'' Said Izuku jumping towards her hugging the older woman.

Inko was surprised to see her son arrive so early, she remembered that he would be out for around a week but didn't expected to come back already.

"Izuku?! You already back. I thought you were coming home tomorrow.'' Said Inko confused as she felt Izuku crying.

"Mom! I just…I just wanted to say how much I love you!'' Said him in tears.

"What?! Izuku, I love you too but what happened?'' Asked her confused.

The poor boy has sense a level of fear and carnage that someone his age should not have been exposed to. All the poor boy wanted was to be with his mom for some time.

"I just…I just wanted…'' Said Izuku crying and hugging his mother.

"Oh baby! Come here!'' Said Inko hugging her son.

Mother and son just got closer and closer that night, Inko even made Katsudon late at night. Izuku just wanted some comfort after the hardship he had faced in that week of pure hell.

Meanwhile

Kaguya Ubuyashiki received a crow with the big message, the survivors of this year exam.

"So 6 have survived.'' Said him to the crow.

"Yes master!'' Said the crow.

"And Izuku Midoriya?'' Asked Kaguya.

"He did it! Survived!'' Said the crow.

The news really made the young man smile, he had faith in Izuku and the teen proved that he was right.

"Wonderful.'' Said him letting the crow go.

As he waits for his wife he couldn't wait to tell her this new piece of news. The boy who they rescue and wanted to be a hero was about to achieve his biggest dream, that really brought a msile to his face.

"This year, shall be a new experience for the Demon Slayer Corp and I cannot wait.'' Said him with a smile as he wonders what will happen with this little idea of his.

So yes, Izuku finished the Final Selection and survived and meet the others. I like the idea here that Inosuke was at the exam saw the twins and decided to leave, we already established that he stole those Katanas, but he survived to the end so he is a certified slayer.

Next ones will be getting a Katana and then UA vs Ubuyashiki, showing that despite being a very sick man the leader of the Demon Slayer Corp is not someone who you should mess with. He is a loving person but he doesn't pardon liars and hypocrites, so you all are going to see.
