Chapter 15

Victor. Echo. November

Venture Compound

It's gonna be quite the night for everyone, well, mostly the boys, seeing as Dean was shaving his face, quite literally seeing as he covered his whole face in shaving foam and pretty much shaved it all off, minus his eyebrows thankfully, but unfortunately little cuts began to bleed, showing that he'd cut himself shaving, though thankfully he quickly put loads of toilet paper pieces on the cuts, so he was somewhat okay.

Though while Dean was getting ready, Hank was getting himself ready in a different way, aka, dressing up as Batman, though you could hear Dean scream in pain, though that was mostly because instead of putting some aftershave on his face, though he was thoughtful enough to put some on his neck to smell nice, he ended up putting some on his junk, but due to that area being sensitive, the outcome was obvious.

Anyway, it wasn't long until Rusty, Brock and Naruto made their appearance, with Naruto dressed up a nice casual outfit of jeans, buttoned shirt and jacket, with the jacket being undone while the top two buttons of his shirt were unfastened, making him look really handsome in a casual way, with Brock managing to get Hank to change out of his Batman costume and into something more presentable.

Where after Rusty complains about his head razor being used for Dean's face, though Hank thought "god made him bald," the man answered that he left "some" around the sides, causing Brock and Naruto to smile at the man's unfortunate reminder of having no hair, or in his case "some" hair.

"Alright, alright, moving on from that, Naruto, I'm trusting you to look after the boys and their dates, alright, which means I'm also trusting you with this." Brock states, while holding out a familiar pair of car keys.

"Wait! WHAT!? Brock!? You're letting Naruto drive your car, you never let anyone touch your car, like ever!?" Hank couldn't help but question Brock, since he figured that he(Hank) was more trustworthy since he did drive before.

"That's because I trust my son enough to be careful with my baby, and NOT crash it into a villain's lair." Brock answered back, causing Hank to falter under the man's scrutiny of damaging his car before.

"Thanks dad, and don't worry, I'll try and make sure both the boys and the car will be returned in one piece." Naruto replies, while grabbing the keys, though the "try" part had made Brock raise and eyebrow, which Naruto noticed, "It's the Venture Brothers dad, remember, I don't want to jinx it considering our luck at trying to have a "normal" outing." Naruto answered the unasked question, making the large man concede to that considering their track record.

"Also Triana will be with me, so she try to help out as best as she can as well, since she is setting up the boys with a couple of her friends." Naruto reminded his father, which the man agrees to, "Though whether she hates these two friends of hers would be anyone's guess." Naruto finishes in a joking manner.

Though the joke flew over the boys heads, Brock couldn't help but snort in amusement as well as agreement, since the boys were hardly what you'd call "normal" by any means.

With Triana

As for Triana, her dad was going on a rant about taking about dating and other stuff, though when he kept saying duty, it made his daughter giggle, though it didn't take him long to realise why, though when he began talking about what boys were like she stopped him.

"Dad would you relax, it's just a casual dinner, me and Naruto are two responsible young adults, we're able to not do anything, besides, we'll be having our hands full chaperoning Dean and Hank, we'll hardly get up to anything with them around, since I'd at least want my friends to enjoy themselves during their date, if anything, I'm more worried about my losing my friends more than anything else due to Dean and Hank's antics." She soon explains to her father, which he can agree that the boys would undoubtedly be a handful.

Though what he doesn't know is both Naruto and Triana had already "messed around" with each other, where afterwards they began to "officially" date when Naruto had returned after Rusty's 2 month binge, but obviously her father had no idea what was happening between them before they started dating, but they'd both decided that "ignorance was bliss" for this part.

The Drive

It wasn't long before everyone was driving towards the diner for their date, with Triana driving her friends, while describing the boys, though she tried to not make it too obvious about the boys "quirky" antics.

Though during this drive, it turns out The Monarch had planned to go on a date with someone as well, but that was mostly to try and make his ex jealous.

Whereas during Naruto's drive, Dean asked him if he had any advice, "Well, first things first," Naruto grabbed the corsage and threw it out the window, "This isn't a date to a prom Dean, so no corsages, also while you can be somewhat polite, like pulling out her chair and stuff, though if it's a booth then don't bother, though stand up and greet her by giving her hand a little shake, but don't kiss the back of it, since that's too old fashion and the girls might find it creepy." Naruto answers, with the boys hanging onto every word.

"Then there's the question of paying, while sometimes it helps to go Dutch, meaning everyone splits the check equally, and I mean both boys and girls equally, the guy is always suppose to pay for everything, which is why my dad gave me some extra cash before we left, where I'll give you both some of the cash to pay for the meal you'll be having with the girls, but if you finish off by you all wanting to go to the movies, then you talk to me about it and we'll sort that out, since we wouldn't want you boys to see any horror movies or gory movies since that stuff does give you boys nightmares, which is ironic considering the lifestyles you both live." Naruto finishes his advice for Dean.

Though Hank quickly asks about any advice for himself, "Yeah, don't use words like "score" or "mystery date," in front of her, trust me, it doesn't put you in a good light, also, don't do that lame "do you like seafood" joke, because that's just disgusting and would gross the girls out, possibly making them sick at the sight, second, don't try and flirt with her, I've seen you both flirting before, and I can honestly say, you both try TOO HARD, women don't like that since it makes you both out to be desperate and clingy, women don't want that either, I'll explain more when we get to the restaurant about what you need to do." Naruto finishes.

Suddenly the scene changed to Phantom Limb and Sheila heading out for their date, but there was an uncomfortable silence between them.

Entrance

Naruto easily placed his axe next to the door, just in case he needed it, while showing his Agent I.D. to explain that he was allowed to have it if needed, he then walks the boys to a both near the back.

"Okay, I'll finish off my advice, now these are the main 3 most important things that you both need to know about understanding girls, number 1, don't follow your instincts, ANY other area in life, instincts will get you there, NOT with women, so whatever you THINK you should do, do the opposite, number 2, you need to be open sensitive, but a little bit tough in your case Dean, women don't want a man because he's big and strong and have abs like mine, no, they want a thinker, they want a feeler, they want someone who can understand them, women want a man who is in touch with his most inner emotions, and the 3rd thing is the most important of all, it's something that women have responded to for 1000 of years." Naruto explains to the boys, trying to make them realise that they needed to be more understanding towards women, but not follow their instinct in this case, considering how the boys get when they do.

Naruto then gave a pause for dramatic effect, "Well tell us." Dean asked, feeling a little impatient, with Hank getting a bit eager at this last important bit of advice.

"You've got to do this..."Naruto then gets into a pose, putting his hands on his waist, only for him to start popping his pecs at them.

Though seeing this made Dean jump back a little in surprise, "W-What is that!?" He couldn't help but question in shock.

"That is the "pec-pop of love," now go on and throw a grape." Though Dean was nervously against it, "Go on and throw a grape, there's some in a basket go ahead and grab one and throw it, don't be afraid they're not gonna bite, grab a grape!" Naruto quickly finishes, pressuring Dean into doing so.

Where Dean shows that he's got one, though when he throws it at Naruto's chest, "Boom!" It flies straight pass his head, making Dean and Hank surprised at such a thing, causing Naruto to chuckle at their expression, "Now go ahead, grab a bunch, rapid fire right now."

Now Dean was getting a little scared, "I'm not doing rapid fire-!" "They. will. not. stop. until you feed them." Though Naruto quickly states with each pop of his pecs.

Though Hank quickly got out of his shock, "I'll feed them!" He quickly states, grabbing a bunch of grapes.

With Naruto looking towards Hank, "Thata boy, come get some!" Naruto exclaims towards Hank's bravery, where Hank then began throwing each and every grape he had at Naruto's pecs, with each one quickly bouncing off and hitting Dean, causing the boy to quickly cover his face so he doesn't get hit in the eye by one.

Though Hank paused with one last grape, "Okay get ready because this one's special." He points out.

Where Naruto has a serious look on his face, "Make this one count." Naruto states, though when Hank threw the grape it bounced back and went down his throat, causing him to swallow it in surprised.

"(GULP!) No way! Dude that was awesome, talk about having a gift and does that really work on women." Hank couldn't help but feel excited about such a thing, while wondering if it does help with the women.

"Nah, I only did that for fun and to mess with you boys a little since we are kinda early, but everything else before that was serious advice, now help me clean up these grapes before the girls get here, also we wouldn't want to get in trouble with the place before your first date." Naruto replied back, basically stating that he pulled a little prank on the boys, but after hearing what he said, along with his advice before his prank, they both decided to help him clean up their area.

Afterwards, the boys were trying to come up with ideas on how to impress the girls, practically forgetting all the advice that Naruto gave them, causing Naruto to huff in exasperation at the boys attention span, "What did I expect from 2 boys that were cloned and taught in a pod." He couldn't help but think to himself.

Soon Triana and her friends had arrived, with one of them being Kim, while the other was a new girl that they didn't know, with Naruto greeting Triana with a kiss to the cheek, though the boys wondered if they should do that, but quickly decided that it'd be best not to, since it was their first date.

"Alright you four, we'll be over there at the other booth, if you need us for anything just use the wrist communicator and we'll see how we can help." Naruto points out, while he and Triana went to their table to start their date, while keeping an eye on the boys and their date from time to time, just to make sure things weren't gonna get too awkward, considering how the boys were.

Though Naruto soon noticed two other couples on their dates, "Ah crap." Naruto states quietly, catching Triana's attention, "Look over there, what are the odds that The Monarch AND Phantom Limb, would be at this restaurant, with their dates, though it's pretty obvious that Monarch is here to make his ex jealous and everything." Naruto states, while palming his face at such dumb luck to have 2 villains appear in the same restaurant as the boys own first date.

"Honey, get ready for things to get out of hand at a moments notice." Naruto simply asks towards her, with Triana agreeing, as she gets ready to move towards her friends and the boys, since she knows Naruto would be able to hold the villains back with his axe while she and the others make their escape out the back.

Though right now, they just kept out of sight while listening in on what was happening, though they both heard about how Phantom Limb's arms and legs became invisible, Naruto knew the truth thanks to his mom's connections, but chose not to say anything while telling Triana that somethings were made up, while other things were true, but he explained that most of the event was classified and didn't want to get anyone in trouble or "spirited away" or something, which Triana respected and let it go, but kept a vigil in case they need to make a quick getaway.

But when the boys gave their version of the story, Naruto just didn't listen to them, until Naruto hears Phantom Limb put a hit to the guild to take the Ventures out, where he quickly used his wrist communicator, "Dad, we may have a problem..." Then then quickly explains what was going on with The Monarch and Phantom Limb, "You "deal" with the attack at the compound, while I make sure the boys are safe, alright dad, see you when things have blown over, or they've run out of goons for you to kill." Naruto states casually, with Brock agreeing with Naruto's plan, while looking forward to killing a bunch of goons in the meantime, while making sure Rusty was in the Panic Room for the attack.

Naruto soon noticed the group splitting to go to the toilets, which gave Naruto and Triana the chance to make sure everyone was alright, where Naruto holds his hand out, calling Leviathan to his hand, with it quietly shooting towards it.

It wasn't long before Naruto was in the toilets, seeing a strange sight of the boys putting out a trouser fire on Hank's junk, quite literally, seeing as it was smoking, where the boys soon noticed the axe in Naruto's hand, making them realise that something was happening and quietly left the toilets.

Where Naruto had quickly snuck into the first stall, catching henchmen 21 and 24, though they quickly told Naruto that they didn't do anything, while being held in place by the axe at their neck, feeling the icy chill from the blade, where Naruto believes them and leaves the to it, though 24 stated that Naruto's "jumpscare" on them had "helped" him with his bathroom problem, though 21 also stated that it "helped" him out as well.

Suddenly he was at The Monarch's stall, with his axe at the man's throat, where he explained that it was mostly Phantom Limb trying to show off towards Sheila, so Naruto left him alone to deal with Phantom Limb, where the villain soon called off the hit and both let everything go like gentlemen, though at first Naruto wondered if Phantom Limb was gonna kill him with his hands, but both knew that due to Naruto's Healing Factor such a thing wouldn't last and Naruto would've just popped back up.

As for the girls, Sheila had left a guild's business card for Kim, thinking that she may have potential, with Kim thinking about it for future possibilities.

Where Sheila soon bumped into Naruto, where he explained how the boys were on their first date and he and his girlfriend was chaperoning for them, but after overhearing Monarch and Limb, things very nearly went tits-up for them, with Sheila quickly apologising for the idiots nearly ruining the boys first date, with her offering that she'll pay for their next coffee chat, which Naruto agrees to as he watches her leave.

Though when he meets up with the others, Kim states that she may take up villainy, and may start arching the boys, which Naruto can understand why, but steps in and points out that if she does she would possibly end up facing both himself and his father, though after hearing this, she decides to forget about being a villain since it sounds like too much trouble, but she may end up pranking the boys now and again, which Naruto allows her to, since the boys can be extremely naive to certain things.

Which was a plus for Kim, since it'll give her a reason to see more of Naruto from time to time as well, since Triana had told her how she may need help in "dealing" with Naruto's stamina, but she'll wait until Triana has a talk with Naruto about such a thing.
