Ch 127 The Start of a New Journey

Sinnoh Region, Snowpoint City

It's been a few Weeks since Hermione was introduced to the Pokemon World. To say the least, it wasn't easy for her to adapt to her new Environment.

However with the help of Irina teaching her the ins and outs of how the Pokemon World works.

Irina leaves her Home/Laboratory, retrieving Mail from her Mailbox. The dirty-blonde-haired Professor looks through the Mail as she returns Home.

Flipping through the Letters, seeing who sent it. Irina's eyes widened and her Lips curved into a smile at what one Letter contains.

The Pokemon Professor entered her Laboratory, placing down the other Letters on the Table. In her Hand was the exact Letter that caused her to smile.

Irina looks up at her Guest, seeing Hermione taking care of Piplup whom she met when they First came to her Laboratory. "I see you and Piplup are Bonding well," The Professor commented,

Hermione turns around as the Water-type Pokemon looks up at the Pokemon Professor. "Professor Ceder," The bushy-haired Girl greeted Irina,

"Piplup," The Penguin Pokemon raised his Flipper, also greeting his Caretaker,

The young Woman stood up from the Seat, giving the Professor her full attention. "Is there something you need, Professor Ceder?" Hermione asked, wondering what she was doing.

Irina shook her Head, answering her Charge's question. "No, not really but I do have to ask you, Hermione." The dirty-blonde haired Professor stated, wanting to know something from her.

"What is it, Professor?" Hermione asked, waiting for whatever the dirty-blonde haired Professor wanted to ask her. "Is something the matter?" She asked as she picked up the Starter Pokemon in her Arms,

"There isn't, Hermione," Irina smiles, showing a Letter to the young Girl. "I just received an invitation to do a lecture at Blueberry Academy for an incoming Student Exchange Program." The dirty-blonde haired informed the bushy-haired Girl.

Hermione was intrigued by what Irina was saying. "That sounds interesting, are you going to be gone for a while?" She asked, knowing the opportunity this would bring for the Professor.

Irina smiles, having another idea regarding the Event. "Well, I was thinking that you might want to accompany me to the Academy as my Student." The Professor offered the young Girl.

"H-Huh?" Hermione was taken aback by the sudden offer made by her Caretaker in this World. "Are you sure you want me to accompany you to this Blueberry Academy? It sounds like it's going to be an important thing you're going to do, and I'm still rather new to this place and Pokemon too." The young Witch said, not wanting to be a burden to Irina.

"Don't worry, Hermione. This is a perfect opportunity to properly get yourself introduced to the Pokemon World." Irina ensures that inviting her won't be a burden on her. "Besides, from what I read, Snowpoint City's Trainer School will be heading there too. Candance most likely be the Chaperone for the Students who were chosen to be in attendance."

"Candance?" The bushy-haired Girl asked,

Irina took out her Rotom Phone, quickly doing a search on her Friend. She then handed it over to Hermione for a good look,

Hermione took the Rotom Phone, still getting used to the Technology in this World. She looked at the Sinnoh League's Website on the Gym Leaders and the Elite Four, "Candance is the Snowpoint City Gym Leader here, she specializes in Ice-type Pokemon." Irina explains to her who she's referring to.

"Not only she's a Gym Leader, but she's also the Snowpoint City's Pokemon Trainer School's top Teacher." Irina continued on her Friend's profile. "She specializes in introducing new trainers to the World of Pokemon."

"This Student Exchange is something for new trainers to better be exposed to Pokemon from different Regions." The dirty-blonde haired Professor further explains the purpose of this Event. "Trainer Schools from different Regions will be in attendance; Schools such as in the Alola Region, Sinnoh Region, Kalos Region, and even the Hoenn Region will be there."

Hermione soon was given the Letter to Irina, and she read it with Piplup sitting on her lap. She ponders on the idea and considers the situation she is in.

She was in a World that she hardly knew anything about, she was supposed to search for Helena with Sirius. However, with Sirius being missing and her on her own, she needs to know how to navigate and understand the World.

"It does sound interesting, but don't I need to be registered as a Student to even participate in this Student Exchange at Blueberry Academy?" Hermione asked, knowing she couldn't exactly participate in the Student Exchange if she hadn't registered as a Student.

"Piplup," The Starter Pokemon agrees with Hermione, wondering what she's going to do.

Irina heard Hermione's reasoning and smiled, having already a solution to her predicament. "Well, obviously you need to be registered as both a Pokemon trainer and a Student to the Snowpoint City's Trainer School." The Pokemon Professor said to her Friend,

The bushy-haired Girl blinks, hearing that they're going to register her as a Student at the nearby Trainer School,

After getting dressed in more appropriate Clothing for the Weather this far North of Sinnoh. Both Irina and Hermione walked on the Snowy Roads of Snowpoint City, heading to the Snowpoint City Trainer School.

"Um, Professor Ceder, is it really okay for me to register as a Student at the School?" Hermione asked, having some doubts about registering. "Don't I need to prepare some necessary Documents and Forms to be a Student? I'm still new to this place and don't have anything the School might need."

Irina looks at the young Girl, hearing her concerns she has. "I understand your concerns and brought up some good points. But I hardly think that would be a problem," The Pokemon Professor explains to Hermione.

"Huh?" Hermione looked at Irina, curious about what she was saying.

"You see, there's a lot of young trainers who go on their Journey without proper Documentation and there are those who come from rural Areas of the Region where they come without anything on them." Irina further explains to the young Girl as they approach a School Building.

The Two stood before the Building. Irina stepped forward and turned to face Hermione. "This is it, welcome to Snowpoint City's Pokemon Trainer School, Hermione." Irina introduced the young Girl, where young trainers learn all they need to know to become Pokemon trainers.

Hermione gazed upwards at the School, though it was not as grand as Hogwarts (which was a large Castle) there was some kind of grandeur about it. Something that shouts respect and yet welcomes all at the same Time. "Wow, I don't how long it was since I've seen a School Building like this."

"Hmm? How do you mean?" Irina raised a brow, confused with what she meant by seeing a School Building.

"O-Oh, um…I-I attended a…Boarding School back where I came from." Hermione stutters a bit, explaining where she attended back in her Old World while leaving out the whole Witch thing. "It was an old Castle that the Founders built, wanting a place for Students to learn freely."

Irina nodded, listening to the description of Hermione's Boarding School. "You must have some Elite Education back where you came from, Hermione." The dirty-blonde haired Professor commented, not expecting her Friend to be from a rich background.

"I-It's nothing that spectacular, it was a pretty common thing for Children to attend the School," Hermione explains to her current Guardian,

"I see, well you're all too familiar with the registration and enrollment process," Irina said, motioning her Head to the doors. "I'll take you to someone who can help with the process."

Hermione flinched, nodding to Irina's Words. "O-Oh, okay. Lead the way, Professor." The bushy-haired Girl followed the Pokemon Professor into the School, getting ready to enroll in the School.

A few moments passed by and Hermione was looking around the School's Hub. A place where Student trainers come and hang out with their Pokemon Partners.

Hermione was told to wait there due to the Person attending with something else.

Irina offered Hermione to come with her but opted to look around the School's Hub area. It was a better chance to see what young People of her Age are like in this World.

She observed the Pokemon trainers interact with their Pokemon, much like People do with their Pets. However it was on a more Friendliness of terms,

"This is something, I never thought People and Creatures like these would come together like Family," Hermione said to herself, finding this experience to be fascinating and inspiring her.

"Huh? Magazines?" Hermione's eyes then caught a glimpse of a trainer magazines for anyone to read,

Curiosity got to her as she walked over to take one to read the contents within. Flipping through the pages, Hermione was bombarded with many terms and current Events featured in the Magazine. "Gym Leaders, Gym Challenges, Champions and the Masters Eight? This World has some interesting things going on," She commented on the pages she read.

"The Masters Eight…it sounds like the Roundtable from King Arthur's Legend." Hermione smiles, interested in learning more about them. She then flips to the next Page, only to freeze in place.

"W-W-Wha…" The young Witch was speechless, on the Page she was reading was an image of an Older Helena Potter without her round glasses and Hair was wavy and silky. Her face, was mature and Beautiful, if anything Hermione might've mistaken her for another Woman.

However, Hermione knew she was Helena from the moment she caught the Lighting Bolt scar (though it was barely seen) it was her Friend. All grown up like she was sent to the Future.

"H-How is this…it can't be Helena, she's an Adult!" Hermione exclaims, speaking to herself. "But I know that face and that scar…Merlin, what is going on…" Her eyes then trailed to the Text above, reading it to herself.

"Hoenn's new line of Gym Leaders, dub Mysta. The Enigmatic Shadow, N; the Burning Passion, Alister, and the Fairy Princess, HELENA POTTER!?" Hermione exclaims her Friend's Name, knowing that it is no coincidence. She was so focused on Helena that she didn't even notice that N shared her last Name. "I-I need to meet Helena and find out what's going on-"

"Oh, you know Helena…Hermione Granger, right?" The bushy-haired Girl looked up at a black-haired Woman, she had hazel eyes, and her hair tied in long Twin Tails.

The Woman wore a white Dress Shirt with an ice blue bow tie, tan skirt, and a blue sweatshirt around her waist, blue and white thick stripes leg warmers, and loafers.

Hermione stood up, seeing the Woman was talking to her. "Ah! I'm sorry, I didn't notice you were talking to me. From what you said, you must've known me." She said to the Woman.

"Yes I do, Irina came to search for me after my Gym Battle with a Student." The Woman cleared her throat, placing her Hand over her chest. "Now, I'm Candice, one of the Teachers here in this very School and also the Snowpoint City Gym Leader." Candice introduced herself to the newcomer.

"Nice to meet you, Ms. Candice. I'm Hermione Granger, but you know that already." The bushy-haired Girl said, blushing a bit. Hermione then noticed Irina standing a few Feet away from them, letting the Ice-type Gym Leader speak to her,

Candice nodded, "Yes, in any case, I'll be assisting you in registration and getting you sorted here in this School." She smiled, being friendly to Hermione like to all new Students she encounters plenty of Times. "While doing that, I can answer any questions you might have. And from what I heard, you know of dear Professor Potter as well,"

"P-Professor Potter?" Hermione asked, dumbstruck by the title her Friend was addressed as. There were a lot of things that were happening regarding Helena that she didn't know where to start. She didn't need a moment to think since the best way to gain information is to People who knew her Friend. "Okay, to be honest, I haven't seen He-I mean, Professor Potter for so long. I'd like to know what is going on with her, Miss Candice."

Candice nodded, understanding exactly what Hermione was going through. "I understand, we can speak at the Teacher's Office about it," She said, leading the bushy-haired Girl to the Teacher's Office.

Hoenn Region, Rustboro City, Stone Residence

It was Morning in the Hoenn Region, Steven was awoken from his sleep by the sounds of his Sons' cries. Not wanting his sleeping Fiancée to wake up after working hard in preparing her Gym, from choosing her Gym trainers to selecting her Gym Team members, getting her Gym Challenge approved by the League, to her designing her Gym Badge.

Helena has a lot to do this Time around before the next Gym Challenge Season. Along with the Wedding that's coming soon and her responsibilities as the Trainer School's Professor/her own Research, the Ability User has a lot on her plate.

Taking care of both Casey and Aiden's needs and daily attention is the least Steven could do for her.

Steven wore a light blue striped Shirt with the top buttons open, black pajama pants, and a sweater over his shoulders.

The Hoenn Champion went over to the Twins' Nursery, attending to his Sons' needs. He smiles, seeing both Aiden and Casey are wide awake, crying for attention.

"Hey there you Two, you both are sure noisy." Steven chuckles, walking over to his Son. He leans forward to each of the Two Cribs, taking a quick whiff.

The Steel-blue haired Man sighs in relief, seeing that Aiden nor Casey needs a diaper change. He loves both his Sons, but changing diapers is something that every Parent, whether new or experienced doesn't want to do but has to.

This led Steven to assume another thing about why his Sons crying. "Since your diapers are okay, you guys must be hungry then." The young Father said, picking both his still crying Sons in his Arms as he went over to the door, heading into the Hallways.

Upon being picked up, both Casey and Aiden's cries ceased when they felt the familiar touch of their Father.

Steven walks out of the Nursery before noticing Gardevoir and Sylveon standing in the Living Room. "Gardevoir, Sylveon, good morning to you Two." The Hoenn Champion greeted his Fiancée's Pokemon Partners.

"Gardevoir," The Embrace Pokemon greeted Steven, seeing that his Arms were currently full of Two bundles of Joy.

Steven didn't need to be a Pokemon Speaker Ability User to understand what Gardevoir offered to lend a helping Hand. He gave a small laugh, replying to the Duel-type Pokemon. "Thank you for offering help, Gardevoir. If you would, can you prepare a warm Bottle of Milk for Casey and Aiden while I take them to the Mat?" The Hoenn Champion asked, receiving a nod from her.

The Hoenn Champion made his way into the Living Area, placing both his Sons onto the play Mat that they set up for the Twins whenever they wanted to relax.

Placing the Twins onto the Mat, Aiden, and Casey squirmed around, familiarizing themselves with their surroundings. "Goo," The Steel-blue haired Baby turns to his stomach,

Casey followed what his Older Brother did and rolled over to his stomach as well. His Head shifted from left to right, also looking at his surroundings.

"Heh, this is your Playmat, Boys. You ought to know it, this is where you play all the Time. With Fidough and Carbink" Steven laughed a bit, seeing his Sons exploring their Play Area.

Just as the Champion spoke of the Two Pokemon, both Carbink and Fidough came out of the Room where the Pokemon rested.

"Carbink," The Fairy/Rock-type Pokemon hops over to where his trainer and his Sons to which they squeal in joy.

Fidough yips, walking over to Casey, and sniffing the white-haired Boy.

Casey was laughing as Fidough rolled him back on his back. The white-haired Boy opens his Arms, letting Puppy Pokemon sniff around him.

Carbink hops over to Aiden who has taken a great liking towards the Jewel Pokemon. "Bink," The Duel-type Pokemon now stood before the Steel-blue haired Boy.

Aiden crawled forward, reaching for the Fairy/Rock-type Pokemon. He soon reached the Duel-type Pokemon, climbing on Carbink's Body. "Babu, Babu!"

"Bink!" Carbink happily allowed the young Boy to climb over him.

Steven watches his Sons interacting with their Pokemon Partners, he smiles at the sight before him. The sound of his Children's laughter filled the Room and felt natural like this was missing in his Home. "I see that you Two took a liking to both Carbink and Fidough," He chuckles at the scene before him.

"Gardevoir," Steven looks up, hearing the Embrace Pokemon walking over to him with Two warm Bottles of Milk for the Twins.

Steven stood up from the Floor, receiving his Sons' Breakfast from his Fiancée's Main Pokemon Partner. "Thank you very much Gardevoir," He said, appreciating the Duel-type Pokemon's assistance.

The Fairy/Psychic-type Pokemon nodded, happy to be of assistance in raising her Partner's Sons. "Gardevoir,"

The Hoenn Champion looked down at both his Sons, seeing they were still preoccupied with the other Two Pokemon. Knowing that they would start to make a fuss soon, Steven has to interrupt their Fun.

"Sorry Buds, but it's Time for nom, noms," Steven said before chuckling to himself that he just said that.

The Pokemon looked at Steven for making a comment like that, and they soon laughed at the Champion, acting like a goofball.

The Steel-blue haired Man turns to the gathered Pokemon, seeing his more lax persona. Steven shook his Head, smiling at the laughter in the Living Room,

Steven proceeded to pick up Casey who was curious about why he was being lifted. The white-haired Boy looks at his Father curiously what is he doing. "Alright Casey, I know you want to continue to play with Fidough. But you and your Brother have to eat Breakfast then you can continue playing."

Casey blinks, looking at the nozzle of the Bottle Steven placed in front of him. He took a good moment to look before ultimately taking the nozzle into his mouth and consuming the bottle's contents.

"There you go, drink up, Casey." Steven smiles softly, watching his Son drink his Breakfast.

After finishing his Bottle, Casey began to fuss in Steven's Arms. "Hmm.."

Steven comforts his Son, adjusting his Body so he's facing behind him and gently patting his back. A few moments later, the white-haired Boy burps and immediately stops fussing. "There we go, feel better there Bud?" The Champion asked his Son.

"Goo…" The Infant looks at his Father curiously at him,

The Hoenn Champion smiles, placing down his youngest Son before attending to Aiden and repeating the process with him.

After tending to and feeding both Twins, Steven sat back down as his Sons continued playing with the Pokemon. The Hoenn Champion smiles once again at the Boys, finding the scene to be relaxing and Fun.

"I'm sorry to have you take care of the Boys, Steven." The Steel-blue haired Champion turns around, hearing a gentle Voice approaching him from the Bedrooms.

Steven smiles at his Fiancée making her way over to the Living Room. Helena looks at her Partners, greeting her as she walks. "Good morning you Two, did you have your Breakfast?" She asked her Pokemon.

Helena wore a simple Pink Pajama Shirt and Pants with Blue Slippers, her Hair was flowing down, unlike before when it was everywhere when she woke up. Thank you Flannery for getting her that perm when she First came to Hoenn.

"Gardevoir,"

"Sylveon,"

Both Fairy-type Pokemon responded to Helena's question, having eaten already along with the others.

The black-haired Woman nodded, happy that her Pokemon was able to eat. Helena then shifted her attention to her Family, "Are Casey and Aiden behaving themselves this Morning? They were crying up a storm this Morning," Helena commented, "You know I can handle the Boys, Steven."

Steven smiles at the Mother of his Children, knowing how hard she's been working. "I know you can, but I want to lighten your load since you're going through a lot of things." The Hoenn Champion said, sighing with a smile on what led to Helena's load. "I'm sorry, it's my fault that you're busy, Ellie. I know you want to spend much Time with the Boys as possible."

"It's alright, Steven. I took it upon myself to take up these responsibilities, but when things are done and settled it'll be a more less hectic." Helena said to her Future Husband. She then made her way toward her Family, sitting on the Floor next to Steven. "We have to take it one thing at a Time,"

"I suppose you're right, Ellie." The Steel-blue haired Man said, watching as the Two Babies took notice of their Mother.

Helena smiles at the Two, reaching her Arms to her Boys and picking them up. The Boys giggled in the Arms of their Mother, finding them adorable. "It's hard to believe that we're Parents." She commented,

Steven chuckles, shifting his Arms on the Couch and resting his Head on his Arms. "It's surreal, isn't it?" He asked, reaching his other Hand and wiggling around Aiden who took notice of his Father's playful gesture.

"Goo!" Aiden held out his tiny Hands, grabbed Steven's Finger, and giggled even more.

The Hoenn Champion smiles at his Son as Helena asks him something. "Steven, I want to make sure that you're going be okay taking care of the Boys for a few Weeks while I'm gone," Helena asked Steven, handing Aiden to him while shifting Casey in her Arms.

"You're talking about the Student Exchange that's going to happen at Blueberry Academy in Unova, right?" Steven asked, already speaking about it with her. He fully supports whatever decision, "We're going to be alright, Ellie, this is a big opportunity and I know you love teaching young trainers." The Hoenn Champion said,

Steven moved Aiden in his Arms, after feeling him squirming around from getting uncomfortable. "After what you experienced with Team Magma, you deserve some Time doing what you Love." The Champion said to his Fiancée, leaning his Head to kiss her.

Helena kissed him back, appreciating his support before moving her Head back. "After the Student Exchange with the other Schools, we can do our Wedding,"

"I wouldn't have it any other way," Steven leaned in for another Kiss, only to be interrupted by their little Ones.

Their Sons were squealing, gaining the Parents' attention. Both Steven and Helena looked at Casey and Aiden before laughing at what happened. "Well, it seems we have to keep our flirting down to a minimum for a while." Steven chuckles, standing up with his Son's in his Arms.

Helena agrees with her Fiancé, standing up with Casey in her own Arms. "We better prepare Breakfast for us then." She smiles, moving the white-haired Boy over her Head. "I'm sure you're hungry still, right Casey?" She coos, causing Casey to smile brightly,
