Plot Summary:
Don Turtelli has escaped custody and is back to his old tricks—literally! This time, he's taken over a carnival as a front for his latest criminal operation, using an underground lair beneath a funhouse as his new hideout. He's stealing rare museum artifacts being displayed at the carnival's traveling exhibit.
Caitlyn's Experience with Turtelli's Tickle-Torture Technique
After Zach and Caitlyn sneak into the carnival's traveling exhibit and get caught, Don Turtelli wastes no time tying them up in chairs, just like he did before.
Turtelli grins, twirling a feather between his fingers.
Turtelli: "Well, well, look who we have here. Thought you kids learned your lesson last time."
Caitlyn tugs against the ropes.
Caitlyn: "We don't know anything, Turtelli!"
Turtelli chuckles.
Turtelli: "Oh, I think you do. And I got a way of making people remember things. Especially when they're as ticklish as you two!"
He starts with Zach, dragging the feather along the bottom of his foot. Zach jerks in his chair, laughing despite himself.
Zach: "Hahaha—no way—I'm not telling you anything!"
Then, Turtelli turns to Caitlyn. She freezes, already dreading what's coming.
Caitlyn: "You wouldn't dare—"
Turtelli smirks.
Turtelli: "Oh, I would."
He slowly drags the feather up the sole of Caitlyn's sneaker, making her squirm. Then, he peels off her shoe, revealing her bare foot, and begins using two feathers at once. Caitlyn bursts into helpless giggles, trying to pull her foot away.
Caitlyn: "Hahahaha! No! St-Stop it! Hahahaha!"
Turtelli increases the torment, teasing her arch and wiggling the feather between her toes. Caitlyn is crying with laughter, barely able to breathe.
Caitlyn: "P-Please! I don't know anything! Hahahaha!"
Just as Turtelli is about to up the ante, the carnival alarm suddenly blasts, signaling the Turtles' arrival. Donatello swings in, cutting Zach and Caitlyn free, leading to the climactic chase through the hall of mirrors.
