It was a warm sunny after noon. Lady lovely locks stepped into her carriage. Her blonde hair was glistening in the sun. Her pink dress was swaying in the breeze. It seemed like it was the perfect day and nothing could ruin it. "Fairwell" lady called from inside her carriage. "Have fun visiting your cousins!"Curly crown called back as her red curls blowing in the wind. "Now Curly crown ,Fair hair, I am trusting you 2 with my kingdom for the day until I am back tomorrow morning." Lady said pointing at both of them. "Everything will be okay we will take care of the kingdom." Fair hair said with a smile twirling around in her reflective blue dress. Lady waved and pulled on silky manes reigns and the carriage took off into the woods. Just then a package showed up at the castle. Out of curiosity Curly crown ripped it open. She lifted out a binder. When she opened it she gasped. "What is it?" Fair hair asked. She gasped as what it revealed was terrifying it was a binder full of photos lady and duchess when they were little? "Where they sisiters?" Fair hair asked. "No we know duchess ravenwaves mom killed lady's parents." There's no way. "Were they friends before?" Faid hair asked concerned. "I don't know but since duchess is a few years older she might be the only one to ask." Curly crown said. "ARE YOU CRAZY!" Fair hair yelled "WE CANT JUST ASK THE ENEMY SOMETHING LIKE THIS!"Fair hair said concerned for Curly crowns sanity. "She might be the only awnser and it's better to try for the awnser then to just wonder." Curly crown reasoned. " fine we will ask lady when she is back about what we should do." A couple hours later the 2 got ready for bed.Curly crown was in her bathroom drying her cruly hair and scrunching it up into her bonnet while Fair hair was making her bed while drinking sleepy time tea. Suddenly the 2 both heard a big boom. "What was that? " Curly crown asked scared. "I have no idea but what ever it was made me spill my tea all over the place." Fair hair yelled from across the hall. They both went to bed without working about the noise but little did they know the sound was dangerous and this was only the beginning of their worries.

Back in Tangleland Duchess Ravenwaves and Hairball where up to no good. "HAIRBALL!"Duchess yelled across the room. Hairball had made the extremely loud noise. "I TOLD YOU IF YOU MESSED UP THE RECIPE ONE MORE TIME!"Duchess yelled. "I'm sorry I promise I will not do it again!" Hairball said shrinking down to a smaller size "oh please Hairball your cowardly ways don't convince me to give you grace plus their would be another chance if those weren't the LAST INGREDIENTS! "Duchess yelled as she kicked him across the room. "I was supposed to use that potion to take over the kingdom!" Duchess said banging on the stone wall as she looked out the window at the Lady lovely locks kingdom. "You always mess everything up anyway Hairball." Duchess murmured with a scowl on her face. "Time for plan B" she said walking over to her vanity. "What is plan B exactly?" Hairball questioned. "I've been practicing something." Duchess said with a smirk. "What exactly is something?" Hairball questioned. "Its called imitating Lady lovely locks voice" Duchess said"Look I'm the prettiest girl ever and I'm so pretty I don't care about ugly people." Duchess said perfectly imitating Lady Lovely Locks voice. "Hiw exactly will that help us? Hairball asked confused. "Umm duh shining glory is blind , if he hears her voice he will think it's her! Duchess explained as if she was talking to a 3 year old. "For an extra look this is what I have." Duchess said. She pulled out a blonde wig from her vanity and slipped it on. "Time to cuase some real chaos." Duchess said smirking while bouncing a curl in the mirror. A few hours later around midnight Duchess ravenwaves and Hairball packed their bags. "Tell me why we had to get up this early?" Hairball asked clearly still drowsy from sleeping. "We need to get there before lady lovely locks gets back at 8:00 am."Duchess replied. "The earlier we get going the quicker we can so this" Duchess ravenwaves said. "COMB NOMES WAKE UP!"Duchess yelled violently shaking the trio. Tanglet opened his eyes and side eyed her then hissed and closed his eyes again. She picked him up and threw him across the room. " LET THIS BE A WARNING TO YOU!"Duchess yelled to the other to Comb nomes who quickly sat up ready to go. It was about 2:00 am when they left tangle land and about 4:00 am when they arrived at lady's kingdom.
