Ready For The Crystal Empire
"I will find peace and quiet!" Sunburst said, "But I shouldn't jinx it. And I know so." Upon hearing about the Crystal Empire, Sunburst had made the decision to move far away from the likes of Manehatten.
"But maybe this will do," Sunburst said, "Hopefully no one will find me there. And I think that's for the best." He knew that he is right. Not many ponies know about this city, so that Sunburst could take advantage of this.
"A place still unknown," Sunburst added, "I'll find out what's happened someday, but first, I want to go there. No, I want to move there! Now! Not today or tomorrow! Now!"
First, Sunburst checked his belongings for something important. Well, not important to him, but still important.
"I got enough money," Sunburst said, "I can afford to move there. Away from all of the unnecessary attention. My parents, after what they've put me through, as well as that idiot, Gladmane! In fact, I got to get going before he decides to come back!"
So without another word, Sunburst headed to the next train station.
Meanwhile, back at Sunburst's former apartment room: "Hello! Friend!" Gladmane exclaimed, bursting into Sunburst's room, but he did not find Sunburst at all. "Oh well," Gladmane said as he left the room. He didn't know that Sunburst had moved to the Crystal Empire, a place even he doesn't know about. And perhaps that's for the better.
At that moment. "Okay, this is it," Sunburst said. Sunburst arrived at the closest train station that he could find. "Yes," Sunburst said, I mean it." Sunburst looked at the schedule.
"An additional stop," the conductor said, "Involves the cold arctic up north. A new place had just appeared. As I don't know how it's possible." "Then that's the Crystal Empire!" Sunburst said, "I'm going." "Whatever," the conductor said.
Sunburst boarded the train and he was on his Once the train left, Sunburst knew he will be in for an new adventure.
Unbeknownst to Sunburst, however, Gladmane decided to have a free ride on his train, by sneakily hooking up his wagon to the whole train and allowing the locomotive to do the rest. "Now it's time for a real business!" Gladmane said.
Of course, he just chose to join the ride, not knowing that Sunburst is on the train, or that the Crystal Empire is near his destination. Luckily, the guard took notice of Gladmane's scheme. "No, free loaders!" the guard said.
He immediately disconnected Gladmane's wagon from the train. "Uh oh," Gladmane said. After the train had passed over some points, the switch had been thrown right in front of Gladmane and his wagon had been diverted in a siding.
"Oh no!" Gladmane cried as his wagon collided with a large gunpowder wagon on the siding. The resulting explosion that sent him flying far away in ashes.
Sunburst, not knowing about this, continued on his way. Then again, Sunburst never cared for Gladmane anyway.
