The Chaos Before Change
The four ponies noticed something is going on. "It sounds like a ruckus," Ricky said. "And it's coming from Canterlot!" Upper Crust said. "The wealthy part," Jet Set said, "Obviously." "Come on!" Dreamscope said and the four ponies ran back to Canterlot.
Well, obviously, Upper Crust took it slowly. "Yes," Jet Set said to his wife.
The four ponies approached to the higher-class part of Canterlot and they saw a shocking sight. Ricky had witness the destruction of one mansion. "Holy cowfish!" Jet Set exclaimed. The ponies all ran away from the destruction as normal behavior.
Also, the four friends got to see what is causing the destruction; a large bird-like creature emerged from the rubble.
"That's a hippogriff!" Dreamscope called out, "And it's going berserk!" "Oh no!" Upper Crust said. "Unimaginable!" Ricky said after the hippogriff destroyed another mansion. "It's wrecking ponies' homes!" Upper Crust said. "I know we said that we'll meet again," Jet Set said, "But not like this!"
"We have to stop the hippogriff!" Upper Crust said. As the hippogriff flew up into the sky. "It's going to be difficult," Ricky said, "But we need to try!" "We will do the best we can!" Dreamscope said.
"Okay," Upper Crust agreed.
Despite not being pegasus ponies, Jet Set, Ricky and Dreamscope charged towards the rampaging hippogriff. All of the other ponies who had their homes destroyed watched them. "Go for it," Fleur De Lis said.
"We got to bring it down first," Jet Set said. "Easier said than done," Ricky agreed. The three tried to use their magic to bring down the rouge hippogriff, but it just kept on dodging the magic blasts.
"This is one uncooperative turkey," Ricky said. "Don't stop!" Jet Set said. At one point, the hippogriff performed a missile strike-like dive. It had destroyed many homes in the process. "We need to stop this bird now!" Dreamscope said, "It's continuing on with its rampage!"
"We're trying!" Ricky said. "I know!" Jet Set said. That is when Upper Crust noticed that the hippogriff is heading towards a young colt nearby.
This left the young pony frozen and paralyzed. "Upper Crust!" Jet Set shouted.
"No!" Upper Crust said, immediately using her magic to help the young colt, getting him out of the way. "Oh my," Jet Set said. Upper Crust quickly watched the hippogriff fly past them. "What's that?" Upper Crust said, noticing a strange object on the hippogriff's head. "All right!" Ricky said, "That's it! Over here, chicken!" Once again, the hippogriff flew towards Ricky.
"Here is one option," Jet Set said. Just as the hippogriff flew towards Ricky. "Now!" Ricky shouted, getting out of the hippogriff's way. After smashing into several trees as a result, the four unicorns captures the rouge hippogriff.
"Got you!" Jet Set said. Every pony had cheered for the four unicorns. "That felt great," Upper Crust said, "And more importantly, right!" Every pony got a good look at the hippogriff.
"Wait a minute," Ricky said, immediately noticing something on the hippogriff's head, "The hippogriff was moving around too fast that we didn't even notice this thing!" "There is something bothering the hippogriff!" Upper Crust said, "I saw it!"
Dreamscope then removed the strange device from the hippogriff's head. "What is this thing?" she asked, "I can tell that this is what was bothering the hippogriff in the fist place." "You are right," Upper Crust said.
At once, the hippogriff became calm.
"Now it makes sense," Hoity Toity said, "This abomination had bothered the hippogriff, sending it on a mad rampage!" "Upper Crust," Jet Set said, "I don't know what to say."
"Well," Upper Crust replied, "All of the kids are all right." "True," the young colt said. "Sorry about the damage," Jet Set said, "We couldn't stop the hippogriff in time."
"But you've save us," one of the ponies said, "True our town had been left in ruins. But we're all right." "You're welcome," Upper Crust said, "We had to do it. Because we knew it is the right thing to do."
"But where did the device that set the hippogriff come from in the first place?" Ricky asked. "It must be over here, brother," a voice said. "No," another voice said, "Over there!"
Every pony saw that two unicorns had came into view. Then the two noticed the crushed device. "Looks like our meta-provoker has malfunction," Flam said. "Right there to agree, brother," Flim said in agreement.
"What?" Jet Set said, aghast. "Meta-provoker?" Dreamscope repeated, aghast. "You made this junk?" Upper Crust asked, "Who are you?" "We're the world's famous Flim-Flam brothers!" both Flim and Flam said together.
"Thanks for finding our device," Flam said, "Even though it is crushed now." "Why would you geniuses," Ricky said, "Make such a thing. And I used the word, 'geniuses' loosely!" "Yes," Flim said, "The meta-provoker. We made it to get dragons angry for whatever reason."
"Since there were no dragons in the area," Flam said, "We decided to test it on this hippogriff. And it works!" This made the other ponies angry. "We call the invention a success!" Flam said.
"I take it that you plan to make dragons angry!" Jet Set said, "Just so that you could steal their treasure!" "You don't realize that any pony could have been hurt?!" Ricky said, with quiver in this voice. "We don't know what you're talking about," Flam said, "All we know is that our device is a success!"
This made the ponies even more angrier.
The next minute, Flam got hit in the head with a brick. "Ow!" Flam cried, "What did you do that for?!" "Are you nutheads?!" Jet Set shouted, "You could have killed someone! You're reckless!" "Yes!" Upper Crust agreed.
"Uh, well," Flim said, trying to think of something to say. The next second, he got hit in the head with a brick. Then suddenly, both Flim and Flam got pelted with bricks. "Get out of here!" the unicorns shouted, "You don't belong here!"
"Go back to failure city!" another shouted, "Where you belong!" Then the hippogriff noticed the two brothers and started to chase them. "Looks like no pony wants our progress," Flam said. "You're right, brother," Flim agreed.
"Next town?" Flam asked. "Next town," Flim answered. And they both ran away with an angry hippogriff pecking harshly at them.
Also, getting pelted by a barrage of even more bricks. "Hope that hurts!" one pony shouted.
"I hope it breaks your heads!" another shouted. "Yeah!" a unicorn shouted, "Go away and maybe have the intelligence to not bother any pother ponies!"
"We're the Flim Flam brothers!" both Flim and Flam called out while having the hippogriff beat them up, "And we don't have time for our motto!" "That takes care of those losers," Ricky said.
Some time later, the four friends returned to their former mansion. Well, Jet Set and Upper Crust's former mansion.
"Somehow," Upper Crust said, "Our former home had not been touched by the bothered Hippogriff." "How strange," Jet Set agreed.
